Alright guys, so it is breakfast time here in Lviv (Львів) and we've ended up at

the coolest cafe ever.

It is themed like a post office.

And check it out there is basically mailboxes everywhere.

Yeah.

We have lots of postcards.

You have the little like envelope feeders on the doors.

Like it is so so cool.

So yeah, we're going to head in, have a bite of food and then go sightseeing.

Alright, so we're inside the cafe our food orders have been placed.

Cappuccinos have arrived.

And this place is super cool.

We weren't even planning to come here because technically this place specializes in pastas

and beers but the one cafe we had walked in to first was totally packed.

Yeah.

So we just wandered in here by chance.

We saw they had a little breakfast section.

I mean the place looks so cool.

We're like yeah let's eat here.

Exactly.

So let's try that.

Okay.

And while you're trying that something to keep in mind while traveling in Ukraine is

that we've noticed in both Kyiv (Kiev - Київ - Киев) and now Lviv (Львів) that

if you like if there is a really popular restaurant and you just show up like on the weekend.

Yeah.

You need a reservation.

You need a reservation.

We were like what?

How is this possible.

Yep.

Um, so yeah if you really want to eat at a place it is better to make a reservation in

advance.

Yeah, especially it has happened to us several times since we've been here.

I'd say that is the third time that has happened.

Yep.

And how is that cappuccino?

Tasty.

So a few thoughts on Ukrainian breakfast.

So when we were kind of researching about what was a typical breakfast in the Ukraine

there didn't seem to be like a exact standard.

You know.

You could have something like borscht, there could be dumplings but we've already shown

that in some other videos so we decided to just come and have more of a contemporary

breakfast.

But anyways, it should be really good.

Like I'm excited about what is coming.

And this is my first sip of the cappuccino.

Cappuccino.

Ah, yes.

I need my coffee in the morning.

This is your third cup.

I did have two at home before coming here.

We had coffee at the AirBNB.

Yeah, I'm wired for sound today guys.

Haha.

Wow.

That is beautiful.

Oh my goodness the food is here.

This is so amazing.

This is so much more beautiful than I was expecting.

So right in front of me I've got these crepes with apple and walnuts.

And just look at the way they've like folded them and like twirled them.

Like it is so pretty and it has cottage cheese as well.

Icing sugar, cinnamon.

Like this is a gorgeous work of art.

I almost don't want to dig into it.

Haha.

It is breakfast and we are hungry.

It looks like a little flower almost.

Oh, wow.

Show us that middle.

Oh, so it looks like berries.

I thought this one was apple but maybe we got berries.

Wonderful.

Doesn't matter I mean we're happy either way.

The other one would be apple then.

Yeah, because the other one has a cinnamon flavor smell.

Mmmm.

Is that good?

Oh, wow.

That is really good.

Tasty.

Mmmm.

I have to say we have a bit of a sweet tooth this morning.

Haha.

Both of us ordered sweet breakfasts.

Yeah.

And it is so nice with this like cottage cheese and all of the icing sugar and cinnamon mixed

in together.

Oh man.

Got to love it.

Mmmm.

It is such a nice breakfast.

And it does have apple and walnuts.

Oh yeah.

Okay.

Okay, so it is like a mix of um apples, berries and walnuts in there.

That is kind of hard to see I mean it all kind of looks like mush.

Okay.

Just trust me my tastebuds here.

Hahaha.

Mmmm.

Wow.

Good stuff?

That is some really good stuff.

So Sam didn't want to miss out on the Crêpe so.

I did not.

And something that is really cool too that we just noticed is that they have look at

this.

They have mint leaves.

Yeah.

And it has a nice amount of like icing sugar and just yeah it is just so beautiful.

It really is a work of art.

Like these are the nicest crepes I've ever had in terms of presentation.

Like seriously that was such a beautiful plate.

Mmmm.

I taste something that is a little bit similar to like a cottage cheese as well.

Yeah, yeah that is the sauce.

Yeah, yeah.

The white sauce underneath the Crêpe.

That is really good.

Oh man, it gives it a bit of a salty complement to the sugariness of this.

I really like it.

Oh my gosh.

And we have a lot more to try.

And time for the next dish.

Yeah, the next dish is a stack of little pancakes here.

Dusted with icing sugar if you look down.

Yeah.

And it has got um raspberries, it has a lot of cinnamon which I'm really smelling and

enjoying.

And apparently this is going to be a sour cream based sauce.

Yeah.

So I'm just going to take one off here.

Those pancakes are nice and fluffy.

Oh yeah, they really are.

Look at that.

Nice and fluffy.

Take it for a swim.

Grab a berry.

Mmmm.

Oh yeah.

That is awesome.

Those are like I just love love anything with a lot of uh cinnamon.

And it is sweet but it is also tart with the berry and a little bit sour with the sour

cream sauce.

Woah.

So you have a lot of flavors competing.

It is wonderful.

Your tastebuds are being entertained here.

Yeah, very much so early in the morning.

So this is yeah I thought we were getting something a bit more sweet this morning but

it is nice to have the tartness and sourness as well because those are flavors I really

enjoy.

Alright girl, your turn.

We've got some catchy music going on in the background.

Yeah, even the music has been good it is like very classic tunes.

It sounds like American cowboy music.

Hahaha.

Oh wow.

It almost reminds me a bit of like a greek yoghurt.

No?

Yeah yeah.

The sour cream sauce.

That is good.

That is a good way of describing it actually.

Mmmm.

It is just really nice.

The pancakes are so fluffy.

I mean I love fluffy pancakes.

This is a nice surprise.

I mean I know we could have had borscht or dumplings for breakfast but this is a nice

change.

I feel like we've done a lot of the typical Ukrainian dishes you know.

Exactly.

Yeah, I mean part of having breakfast in different countries is realizing that like there isn't

often always a standard.

People basically eat whatever they're in the mood for.

Mmmhmm.

And breakfast changes from like a weekday to a weekend because of like on the weekend.

And it is a weekend experiment.

So I feel like on a weekend you're more likely to experiment so yeah.

So this was all Sam's doing because apparently pancakes and crepes were not enough.

So he wanted something else that was sweet and our server suggested this particular dessert.

So it kind of looks like what it is like deep-fried dough maybe?

Coated in like sugar, cinnamon and it comes with a little sauce bowl here.

Yeah.

So let's see what this is all about.

Mmmm.

Oh wow.

This is like a nice creamy vanilla custard.

Again, super sweet.

Wow.

This is good.

There is no way we can eat all of this but I'll enjoy one or two no problem.

So my turn to try and I don't know if you can see this but these are absolutely coated

in icing sugar and cinnamon.

Beautiful.

Beautiful he says.

Beautiful.

Dunk it.

I'm eating art.

Mmmm.

It is that custard that really makes it.

Yeah.

And then the first bite the cinnamon really hits you.

And then the custard and yeah it is just really nice.

Oh my gosh this is a wonderful breakfast but it is so much food that it is turning more

into a brunch for sure.

I know and who would have expected this from a post office themed cafe.

I know.

Yeah, that specializes in pasta and craft beer.

Yeah, they also do a nice breakfast guys.

If you have a sweet tooth come here for sure.

And time for the bill.

This is what it came in.

How cool is that?

Yeah.

I kind of struggled to open the box.

Haha.

For a second there.

Our little gift inside the receipt.

Yeah.

So anyways, that came to what just over 200.

Yeah, it was 207.

207 to be exact.

Which is just slightly under $8 US dollars.

And to conclude that was for two cappuccinos and 3 basically mains.

3 breakfast mains.

We had the crispy fried cookies.

Yeah.

Pancakes.

Pancakes, the crepes.

And oh boy we are stuffed.

Oh my gosh we're full.

So yeah, you can't find too much better value for four dollars per person really can you?

Yeah, we'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice breakfast here in

Lviv, Ukraine.

this episode we were talking about what MLM should I join stay tuned

alright so I had this question that came in and let's dive right into it he's

high so I've been watching some of your videos on network marketing and it

brings back some memories and that when I was in college I was introduced to an

MLM opportunity I am definitely one of those who

disappeared after three days if you don't know what he's talking about

essentially most people that join MLM they either quit or they disappear to go

into protection witness protection they stop picking up the phone once they find

out that they have to do some very undesirable activity to try to build a

business they just kind of like just when they just go am i okay

that's what he's talking about so he says I'm definitely one of those who

disappeared after three days it was hard so however the way you talk about

marketing and your methods of Attraction marketing makes me feel like I can do it

congratulations I do feel like anybody can do attraction marketing okay I do

feel like attraction marketing is the path of least resistance when it comes

to building a business and I do feel like it's the most probably the most

effective method of marketing that you can use and now in today's age of people

having choices people have choices people have power of choice people can

if you try to sell people at their doorstep they can literally go on their

phone on Google and Google your information to Google your company

information to Google your leaders your company founders information and it can

find things that may be undesirable or desirable and it can make a choice on

like back and days on like 10 20 30 years ago when really all they have is

the magazine you hand em right so that was the Oh point

of giving people a magazine because you know they say fact fact sells or some

fact to tell or fact sell something like that right you do all idea of just

showing them the facts in the magazine what they don't have to depend on your

magazine anymore you better come to the table with something a little bit more

effective again like attraction marketing so that's what he's talking

about so I do feel like yes an average person

if the understand attraction marketing the law of attraction can do and undo

anything in life with literally the least amount of obstacles and resistance

alright so he says I definitely don't want to ever have to stock family and

friends I don't want to either in your opinion what MLM should I join are you

actively building something and why did you pick it alright so here we go

somebody who is feeling you know like they can do it right and that's what we

want right we want somebody that can feel that can become an entrepreneur and

now the question is what MLM should he join okay I have two types of answers to

this question and one of them is bias and the other one is generic you know

and you get to pick whatever you want okay from so I want to be nice about it

I want to be nice to to the topic to the question at hand I want to do it justice

but I also want to be honnest does that make any sense if that make any sense

right so the first times I'm gonna give you right now is that it depends on your

passion you can literally go to MLM rankings net I think let me make sure

that I know what I'm talking about here I think it's a website that lists let me

find it or M proz.com okay or impose calm and another one I think

is businesses from home calm okay MLM rankings calm is a good one

and proz.com it's also another one and n as in Nancy proz.com it's also a good

one you can see a list of MLM companies they're another one where they always

talk about let me say business is business from home I think it's called

Venus for business from home let's see yeah business from home org

it's another website where you can you know you see a consistent news about

different MLM companies and things like that yep exactly

alright so this is where they share the facts about MLM I never marketed you

want to find a company that sells a product or service that you are

passionate about okay something you're passionate about okay you want to find a

company that sells or offers some a product or services that you're

passionate about that you will sell even if you weren't making money that you

will share with the world even if you weren't making any money with it if you

find something like that noise sounds come by but it's really the truth okay

you want to find something you're been with companies where I wasn't passionate

about the product and it eventually crompus you know my personal part of the

deal crumbles even before the company crumbles so so because I would just

simply would not be passionate about selling it and people can tell people

can feel it that's the open of Law of Attraction people can feel where your

authentic and where your not authentic so you want to make sure you pick a

product that you're passionate about okay something that you know if they

wake you up in your dream you can talk about it okay if they would like a lot

of people right now they're running after bitcoins a lot of people are

running after whatever you know the crypto coins you know things are hot for

moments in the industry generally you know people with pickins at one point it

was all about the flat Tommy T's at another point it was all about the coins

the silver coins at another point it was all about the soaps and disorders and he

introduces Andy and the weight loss drinks right you know I mean this all

type of errors but ultimately the one that lasts longer is based on

individuals okay and it's based on what you're passionate about the product and

service that you're passionate about so if I were you I would probably I would

go to one of these websites empro MLM rankings calm and pros calm or business

from home org and I will go take a look around the

industry and see what's actually happening with the industry this is a

real industry that's highly regulated and the idea that it says canvas now

surfaces not reality you know however it's not mainstream mainstream

considers MLM in general they consider it like some it has the negative stigma

of a primary scheme but it's not true obviously is one of the most highly

regulated our profession in the world okay so that's definitely not true so

what I can tell you is go to one of those websites of all three of them

business from home org and procom or MLM rankings comm and see a company that's

offering what you have to do now the second part of my answer is this okay no

matter what company you're building you need to learn how to market okay no

matter doesn't matter if you're passionate or not you need to learn how

to market the only thing is that marketing a product and service that

you're passionate about is easier when you're actually passionate about it but

the skills of marketing is involved and must be involved in order for you to

have success in network marketing does that make sense

it's called network marketing not the other way around its network marketing

you have to market to build a network of distributors for a product and service

that you're passionate about so the marketing part of the piece of the

puzzle is something that I'm very passionate about I'm very passionate

about the topic of marking and you can probably tell if you've subscribed to

this channel you see that I talked about marketing all the time because I'm

passionate about it so and I think if you're gonna win at the game of network

marketing you have to be passionate about marketing especially from an

attraction marketing standpoint in other words you learn how to place ads out

there in a way that attracts people to you in a way that people run after you

and not the other way around where you're stalking family and friends okay

you need to learn that and that's why I chose the company that I work with okay

the company that I've isolated my brand with

it's called the Utah audited that's the one that I'm at this point in time but

typically over the past five to seven years I've always been with a company

that embraces marketing especially online and digital marketing and and and

then I was I've been able to use that turn around I used to build other

opportunities because primarily I needed the skill of marketing okay so that's

why I promote that that's why I encourage people to go through that

because the best place where you can learn marketing is among a community of

marketers because you can see what everyone is doing you can see what

they're engaging you can see what's working you can see if so what is

working what's the best source of solo ads how was the best way to do Facebook

marketing what's the best way to do YouTube marketing you learn all of that

stuff among a community of marketers and most network marketing companies it's

not a community of no market it's not community of marketers okay most network

marketing companies doesn't it's not can you can't really call them a community

of marketers because they are teaching them traditional stuff that frankly does

not work any longer like making a list of your family and friends 30 people and

then trying to sell those people probably only end up you losing some of

your friendship okay that's not that's not being professional okay there are

better ways to do things nowadays in 2017 and beyond and that's what learning

digital marketing learning internet marketing as well as affiliate marketing

online marketing online about advertising learning how to leverage the

internet and the mobile platform that are in fact using to talk to you right

now learning how to leverage that for your

business is the key to succeeding in this time and age and if you miss that

you missed it all okay so it's very very important that you pay attention to that

so again number one a product and service you're passionate about you can

good morning it is Saturday and I'm in Palm Springs and I've been away for a

week. I look a little rough it's morning I literally just woke up this so we're

gonna take a little walk so I'm here at a business conference the Lighting's

gonna get crazy my husband was actually able to come

with me for a couple of days but now I'm here for just a few more days so I

thought it would be cool to just sort of show you like a day in my life

traveling and how I stay healthy while I'm traveling so stuffy nose because I

literally just woke up I'm going to brush my teeth I'm going to splash a

little water on my face and get changed so I get that workout in it's now like

6:10 something like that it's not even light out yet so it looks kind of crazy

workout clothes on huge huge tip okay this is really major get the workout

done first thing in the morning especially when you're traveling don't

give yourself the out because I know at the end of this day I have a meeting

basically from like 9:00 to 5:00 there's going to be no way that I feel like

getting in the workout that I'm gonna want to chill out I'm gonna want to hang

out with my friends when I want to do things like that you know so get it done

first thing in the morning you will thank me later because you did it so

let's pick our workout so I just logged into total body transformation and I

want to do one of our newest workouts which is hit it and quit it so I'm gonna

get my sweat on

well that was major so my workout was done and I didn't do a long workout

today which is another great tip for you you know you can be flexible in what you

do I also didn't do a full workout but you can see I'm like sweating like a

beast here because I know that I'm gonna take a bike ride with my friends later

and you know I'm in the desert so it's really hot and I'm super thirsty so I

thought I'll do about twenty minutes now and then I'll do some more later some

more fun activities so now shower time gotta get cute for this day in my

workout today for a total body transformation I didn't have weights so

I used the two water bottles that were in my room these are the ones that are

like really expensive so I didn't open them because I have water in my room but

they make great hand weights you're welcome

I just wanted to give you a little sneak peek

of this beautiful beautiful morning view look at that light in the palm trees

you kind of can't beat that

so I'm gonna put on my makeup I'm still in the like anti foundation life which

is pretty funny I never thought that that would be the case for me so one

thing I always do when I'm in hotel rooms because the lighting is often

really weird is I will always do this is you know well plunk myself on my bed or

a chair or wherever so that I get the natural light coming in so that I can

actually see what I'm doing because often it's like you think like oh man I

look so good and then you actually check yourself ha ha

trying to figure out which lipliner I want to use I've got the Rimmel in East

End snob which is more pinky or the Charlotte Tilbury in pillow-talk I'm

going to go more pinky today

I'm all ready for my conference I'm really excited it's gonna be a good day

a lot of learning makeup done so I you know pretty natural just a little

eyeliner I mean natural not really natural but you know I need nothing like

crazy nothing's super exciting use the East End snob on my lips outfit I'm

totally rockin some white pants that I love I got these from Zara and a little

you know kind of lacy sort of half top it gets super cold in the conference

room so I'll bring a little cape a little shawl to kind of put over myself

and yeah breakfast time now so let's do we and I just had to show you my

game-changing sunglasses these are from Kate Spade and they're just like the

most fun the most beautiful the coolest like I love these though I feel like

they're very very appropriate for Palm Springs too so

fruit here, we have some pastries

cereal stuff

now little huevos and then like meats okay so what I'm gonna

stick to is even though I do eat meat, don't judge. I'm gonna stick to some eggs and fruit so that my energy stays and then of course coffee

know coffee decaf and decaf and

throughout the day I'm gonna drink hot water with some lemon. it's really just all about making the

right choices so I and like I said I'm gonna stick with just the eggs and the

fruit just to keep my energy up it's not like I wouldn't have like some cereal or

you know pastry or something like that but not today because it's gonna be a

long day and I got my decaf and time to dive in lunch time

and they serve super healthy delicious food so this is what I'm having today

that fuel up and it would be smart for the rest of the day like the best way to

riding bikes because it's gorgeous out. But i'm going down a hill, i'm not gonna say i'm not a little scared

this is like the best way to clear your head at the end of long day to do this ah it's so warm it's so

beautiful gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous super grateful

the day is over I'm back where I started sort of in my bathroom um I totally

forgot to vlog during dinner I wanted to share that with you I went out to dinner

with my friend and we just got so into conversation that I forgot to vlog it so

I ended up having just a nice chicken dish and I had some green beans and snow

peas are really really good it was like with this like kind of caper and lemon

sauce and just drank water because I'm in the desert and it's freaking it makes

me thirsty here so I'm just drinking a lot of water but yeah you know it's like

really simple things a couple things that I just wanted to point out so I

started my day with the workout before having this long conference day so if

you travel a lot for business it's definitely a great tip for you even if

you can't get in a full workout you know just doing something to set the tone of

your day right making healthy choices to keep your energy up right we know the

foods that make us feel sleepy and tired right and the ones that make us feel

energized and strong ready to get through the day okay really really

important drinking a ton of water right you don't have to be in a desert to

drink a lot of water but make sure that you're drinking a ton of water and then

you know I end of the day after using my brain all day and thinking you know

strategy and business and all this stuff I went with my friends on a nice little

bike ride right so it is like just being active but it also just gives you that

change in environment you know gives you the fresh air I know it seems like a

such a like yeah duh moment but it really really these tiny little things can make

a huge difference just creating these rituals and this is what I want you to

hear these little ritualistic things while you're on vacation whether it be

for business or pleasure but really the purpose of this is is more like when

it's for business so that you are creating these healthy habits and those

healthy habits become a ritual for you and therefore it just makes it so much

easier for you to stay on path and achieve your goals so that's it you know

I'm gonna wash my face and I have to get up early tomorrow or

some work I should have done but I was having such a good time with my friend

Kevin at dinner that I just didn't get it done so I'm gonna do it tomorrow

morning so that's it I hope that you enjoyed this vlog I know it's sort of a

different format but I just wanted to kind of give you a peek of what really

EASY ICE QUEEN | HALLOWEEN MAKEUP | Bridie Florence - Duration: 4:18.

hey you guys so this is my first vlog and as it October I want it's just maybe

inspire some of you with a couple of little makeup looks so this is kind of

an ice queen little situation I'm not a professional makeup artist or anything I

just really enjoy kinda playing around with glitter and colours so if I can

inspire any of you in any way then great let's get to it

so to start off this really easy

look I use the revolution Redemption palette mermaids versus unicorns I took

the deepest blue and spread it around my eyes and as I got towards the inner

corners I started to work with the lighter blue as well as some highlighter

the highlighter I used was the MUA and dress your skin in peach diamond

and I love it so much it's got a really nice like pink shimmer about it I mixed

it with my Topshop glow highlighter as well in the shade misty just to get that

extra bit of shine once I was happy with the highlighter on my face I then went

back in with the blue is a bigger makeup brush and just really spread it around

my face don't be afraid to go a bit wild with it if you need to get that nice

blue look to sit underneath the glitter

once you're happy with your face feel free to get your neck and your collarbones

involved depending on how much quitter you want to have one I love to have

loads so I just kind of put it everywhere that the skin is exposed and

go a bit mental once I was happy with the amount of blue applied I got my

battling or any lip balm you have will do and I got the same color blue that

I've been using and I mixed them on my hand just to kind of make a blue

lipstick because I didn't have any blue lipstick and it's the best option

but it does stay on for a while and it is really good so I spread it around and

once I was happy with that I then moved on to my hair so with my hair I've got a

fringe so it can be a little bit awkward when I'm trying to clip it back but I

just scraped it back as much as possible and used loads of kirby grips you don't

have to use kirby grips you can just use the hair gel but I find that if you use

kirby grips it does just help to stay in that little bit longer

so once you're happy with your hair and makeup take your hair gel I like to use the vo 5

mega hold styling gel just because I feel like the mega hold ones kind of

keep the glitter down a little bit longer and a lot of people like to use

glitter glue and glitter primer but I find that hair gel kind of works even

better than those and it'll just stay all day and all night if you need it to so

map it out with your fingers so you want your glitter to go and I'm using the

chunky silver by the gypsy shrine for my first layer of glitter

so with this look I reckon definitely the chunkier the glitter the better so

if you can get your hands on any gypsy shine products and that would be really

good I'll link them all down below for you. As you can see I've literally just

followed everywhere that I put the blue eyeshadow and the hair gel. I'm now going

under my eyes and I've also gone down my neck and my collarbones

so just constantly keep working with the gel and the glitter until you're happy

with the finished product once I was happy with my chunky glitter

I then went over or with a fine glitter the fine glitter I used was unicorn

tears by the Gypsy shrine the reason I went over it with a finer glitter was

because it just makes the chunky glitter sit a bit more nicely and it all blends

in together and gives you that extra bit of shine that you need to complete the

ice queen look

check this out they've made them with a haloween themed box .... So KAWAII

they're so colorful and to top it off they're such KAWAII drawings on them

and this one is filled with an assortment of donuts

with so much to choose from I can't decide which one to eat first

there are so many pumpkin designed ones there are 3 of them... lets eat 1 of the pumpkins

oh I mean its a Jack o Lantern I'll get yelled at if I simply called them pumpkins

Sooo~ KAWAII perfect for parties

the choco is chocolate flavored and inside its filled with caramel cream

so fluffy

next is this a ?montblanc? monster

the purple parts made with purple potato flavored cream and the yellow is likely made with squash

and its made like a ?montblanc? cream that is so yummy

the eyeball is made of white choco

next is this a strawberry vampire its such a well made and KAwaii face

the fluffy donut is coated in choco and inside its filled with a strawberry jam-like substance

this is halloween sprinkles

the choco sprinkles are a bit different from their regular sprinkles

this choco is ?pudding? flavored

next is a spider choco custard they took the choco custard donut from before

and put on it a spider web design to it

choco and custard go nicely together

and as usual the original glazed

its so simply made but this is definitely my fave

and in of this coffee .....

this is a matcha flavored old fashioned from here on out these are all donuts

that have been here from before

the inside is very green

the caramel walnut has such crunchy walnuts that make it so yummy

this is the last of the Haloween themed donuts

this is a vanilla cookie

there are bits of cookies in the cream this is very yummy

both of these last ones are original glazed and I'll go warm them up

I've warmed them up

they're chewy and fluffy and so yummy

were so yummy and KAWAII Krispy Kreme's regular every day donuts are always so Kawaii

and these haloween ones were waaay cute

they were all monsters but not that scary but made to be so Kawaii that they'd be perfect for parties

I keep on saying 'party party' for halloween events but I haven't gone to many halloween parties

its just what I picture in my head

these were all so yummy won't you all please give them a try
