NK game I don't pronounce his name correctly but I'm not gonna lie I said

don't look at his videos they are entertaining I know that the skits

they're not real so the stuff that he does in his videos are not real as of a

year ago I figured them out that he really is doing skits but you cannot

convince me that the way he's acting recently is a skit I literally seen him

on video popping pills and I know that the

younger generation that's what they're doing that Papa needs an X in percocets

and they're mixing it with you know other alcohol beverages which when you

take medications and alcohol and you mix them it turns into a cocktail or what

they call a different chemical so it reacts differently inside of the body

and it can make people act really strange now I'm being told that the

reason why he's acting like this is because he was threatened by the white

Joker I don't know how true this is but it's supposed to be this character right

here the white Joker he's going on video saying that he's going to get at boonk

and he's been doing a lot of videos basically calling him out on what he's

gonna do when he sees him apparently the white Joker was locked up with um bonk

and he doesn't like him and and Bob doesn't like the white Joker so they've

been going back and forth on YouTube videos and Instagram threatening each

other you know but I'm back to the concerns of the well

being a bunk and I hope I'm pronouncing his name right I want somebody to give

me the inside on this whole situation here because it's starting to be a

little strange like the behavior of this gentleman here is crazy

I can remember when I first seen his videos I said okay he's a little bit you

know off the hook with it but he's getting a little bit overboard and I

know that I'm not the only one that sees this

I know it's entertaining to some of us to check me to look at his videos and

laugh and to joke but I think that we it gets a time in our lives where we have

to say like really is he like now acting or is he really having a nervous

breakdown or something because it's starting to really concern me some of

his behaviors that he's doing like on social media sites and he's not

realising how he's making themselves look he's just doing what he does which

is not giving a care and it's not being it's not funny anymore it's it's it's

concerning it's alarming so um you guys I want you guys to leave a message on

what you think about this whole situation with this young guy hopefully

it is a skit that he's doing in the skit is that he's went crazy but he really

hasn't I pray for this brother because I have a 25 year old son and I'm telling

【MUKBANG】 [Sukiyaki + 5 Rice Cups] Meat With Eggs 'An Irresistible Taste' [About 6326kcal][Use CC] - Duration: 5:22.

so today! tadaa I feel like making some sukiyaki

its starting to get cold out and a making a hot pot like this is nice when its cold

also I totes love sukiyaki it combines soy sauce and sugar its so sweet and salty

and then you factor in the egg dipping sauce which makes things so yummy

alrighty lets get cookin

first of all warm up our pot and take some beef tallow and coat the bowl in it

unfortunately I don't have any on hand so I'll be using veg oil instead

cook up some gr. onion to add flavor

then quickly fry up the meat on both sides

once the meat has taken on a nice color sprinkle over with the broth

cook on low

oh wait a minute maybe having some of the meat on top would have made it look better

lid and once its cooked through it is ready to eat

K once its pretty well cooked through its ready to eat

tadaa they're eggs such wonderful colors

mix up the eggs

the meat looks so yummy

dip into the egg

look so yummy

oh wait up wait up... I haven't said itadakimasu just yet

I was flyin' through this video so fast but anyways.... ITADAKIMASU

the meat is so fatty and flavored with sweet and salty flavors that mix up with the mellow egg flavors

its super delish

I can eat so much of this with this rice

atsuage (tofu product)

whenever I make a hot pot I def gotta eat this over rice

I love these 'maloni'

its soaked up the flavors from the meat and the broth making it so yummy

I've got 5 cups of rice today

this sukiyaki is so piping hot when you first pick something out of it but...

since you dip it into this egg it cools it off to a nice temp that I really appreciate

so yummy when you dip it in egg

I'm getting so hot right now its been getting so cold lately

but when you make a hot pot like this you get so warm

perfect for cold days like this

its gettin' way too hot I'mma turn on my AC

I'm def not being good to the environment today

cooking with this hot pot and then turning on my AC

the veggies have gotten so very tender

(RAW EGGS Totally safe in Japan, no worries of salmonella they taste great and have no odor)

now that I've eaten quite a lot of it.....

I'll now take the contents of this pot and put it over some rice

most of it is on the rice and...

and pour on the remaining egg that I've been using as dipping sauce

and I'll add another egg for good measure

tadaa the sukiyaki-don is complete

I'll now break the yolk

looks yummy

and I'll pour over the broth we were using as well

such an extravagant gyudon (beef bowl)

I feel I can eat all this rice with just the sukiyaki broth alone

last of the meat

forgot to say the last mouthful but last tiny bits ITADAKIMASU

all done gochisosamadeshita

the sukiyaki was so yummy it would be yummy to finish off the dish with some udon as well

but today I finished it off by making it into a sukiyaki bowl

with this hot pot you can enjoy all sorts of veggies and meat which is so nice

I feel like I can eat way more veggies that usual this way

Living Dead In Finnish Folklore (Finnish With Sub) - Duration: 6:12.

In Finnish myths and folklore

"kalmanväki" has refered to dead people and

death in general.

All kinds of things related to death

and spirits of the death and to the spirit world.

Spiritual creatures.

Traditionally in ancient (and somewhat in modern)

Finland it has been traditional to honor once ancestors.

But it was mostly relatives that one knew.

Like grandparents and maybe great-grandparents.

But after that things start to get blurry.

We don't know who our

great great great great ancestors were

and what kind of people they were.

Those long ago passed away relatives

they are not that close.

"Kalmanväki" (literally means group of dead people)

could have refered into relatives that

had passed away long time ago

and living didn't have emotional connections to them that much.

Kalmanväki was also used to describe all kinds

of elves and fairies and spirits

ihtiriekko; liekkiö

virvatuli (will o wisps)

keijungainen

all kinds of magical beings

from Finnish mythology that were

related to death.

They are also part of

kalmanväki

There was also "kirkonväki" (folk of the church)

They were believed to stay in the graveyards.

Also that different kinds of spirits

elves and demons

who were fascinated by death

they went and visited kirkonväki to the cemeteries.

It was believed (during the time of reformation and after)

that some of them were working for the devil in Christianity.

People were afraid of kirkonväki

same way as kalmanväki.

One way for the kirkonväki to leave

the graveyard

could leave the cemetery.

They could just start following some

random person.

They could make this person

ill, transmit them a disease

or something else from the

cold dungeons of death.

In Finnish

the word "väki" traditionally refers into power and

strength of some specific thing.

It can also refers into group of different things.

In modern Finnish language it refers into group of people but that was not the case in the past.

But it could refer to

all kinds of groups of

invisible

spirits.

So the groups had invisible power

within them.

It was believed that

kalmanväki had very strong

powers related to death.

Power of death people could use that for both negative and positive.

Positive qualities were that

witches and shamans could harness this power of death

for example

to heal people that were very ill.

If it happened that kalmanväki or

kirkonväki started to follow

some particular person.

Only people who could see these living dead

was a shaman or a witch and only they

could banish living dead

back into their graves

into the cemetery.

In Finland and around the world it has been believed

that dead people can appear

to a person that is about to die.

Dead relative can appear

to a person

that is somewhere between life and death.

There is a folktale told in Finland that I think is funny

and many other people think is creepy.

Tale goes that in Christmas eve the kirkonvaki

living dead of the cemetery wake up

from their graves in the night of Christmas eve and

they go into church and have midnight Christmas ceremony

and priest that has also got up from his grave

reads the nativity story.

It was believed that some people

could posses so called "kalmannenä" (literally means nose of death).

If person got sick with kalmannenä

they started to see more dead people than living.

They would slowly loose all

their senses.

In Finland historians and doctors and medical persons

have researched old texts and

many of them have come into conclusions

that people who were sick with kalmannenä

in fact might have suffered from schizophrenia.

When in FInland we tell ghost stories

ghosts are usually describe to be transparent creatures

or shadows

But when

we talk about kalmanväki.

They are ugly zombies and

living dead.

Kalmanväki were corpses rising from

their graves while decomposing.

When dead person was buried

they slowly stopped being individuals.

Their persona and life achievements

disappeared during

the process of dying. They became part of

the "community of the dead"

or the community of the graveyard/church of the dead

There are also stories told in Finland that

living have come across familiar living dead in the cemeteries

but these meetings are quite rare.

During the day people of the graveyards

were very peaceful.

But it was very different during the night time.

These kinds of stories are told about

the living dead in FInnish myths and folklore.

High functioning anxiety is like a big monster inside your head, that for the life of you,

you can't seem to make it disappear.

You do everything in your power to make it stop, but you can't help but feel the aches

in your shoulders, and feel your heart beat speed up like a wildfire.

You look created.

You look like you have your life together.

However inside?

You seem like you are dying.

Sometimes we have to immediately leave social settings without warning.

Please don't take this as an insult.

We feel fine for a minute, laughing along with our friends and enjoying life, when suddenly,

our head will be full of 'what ifs' and swirling questions come crashing down into

our brains.

It can be so incredibly overwhelming that we will have to leave certain situations to

relax ourselves down.

We always put ourselves down.

We may be successful in our careers.

We may be great at our jobs.

We may even get praised often.

But do we believe it?

No.

In our career, in our personal life and in our love, we put ourselves down.

We always think we can do better and we always put ourselves through a lot of stress just

to get through one day.

We have small habits that we cannot break.

Sometimes our anxiety comes out in different habits.

Some bite their nails, while others tear off their cuticles.

Some tap their feet in a constant attempt to rid their body of all the anxiety and the

questions.

We do anything and everything to try to distract ourselves from the ideas that takeover our

minds.

Anxiety doesn't care about how happy we are or what is going on in our lives.

It is always there.

No matter what we do, no matter where we are, and no matter who we are with, it can happen

at any moment.

The fear.

The shaking.

The images that cross our mind at warp speed.

The intense nausea and stomach cramps.

The worry.

The panic.

The twirling of our hair.

The need for more oxygen.

Repeat.

We are perfectionists.

We try really, really hard.

At everything.

If our boss tells us to walk, we run.

If our boss says we did a 'good job' we don't see it as good enough for us.

We try to be 100% perfect at everything that we do, and in our personal life too.

Undoubtedly this is impossible to do and everybody makes mistakes, however in our heads, we have

to be the best of the best.

freak out over the tiniest of things.

We are incredibly mean to ourselves when we make mistakes, no matter how easy it was for

us to make it.

We beat ourselves up in our heads day in and day out.

We do not know the how to tell ourselves that it is ok.

It's okay to fall and stumble.

We are people pleasers.

We love to make people happy even if that means making ourselves unhappy.

We want our parents to be happy.

We want guests to be happy 24/7 at a party we host.

Answering to e-mails or messaging other people can make us feel like we're suffocating.

A tiny task can feel frustrating and can petrify us.

Sometimes we need to calm ourselves down just to send out an e-mail to someone we have known

for several years.

At times, we do not answer texts back or we leave messages unanswered since it's a lot

easier to let it go, instead of interact.

The thoughts in our heads drastically differ from how we look to other people on the outside.

We may look like we have the best life.

We may look like we have the perfect career, the perfect partner, or the perfect home.

But on the inside, we are frightened.

We are struggling.

We are afraid.

Afraid of our worst nightmares coming true.

Afraid of losing everything that we have worked hard for.

Afraid that we will become nothing.

High functioning anxiety can really make us into our own worst enemies.

We always, always need to stay busy.

We have to stay busy to keep sane.

Whether it be a creative outlet like singing or writing, or something like exercise to

keep our mind from running away from us, we always need to be doing something.

Anything to shut the voices out.

Anything to relax our thumping, burning hearts.

Anything to keep us from exploding.

To me "Musicalonte" means cooperation,

working together to create something good.

It is an opportunity to meet childhood friends

and new friends to do something funny

"Musicalonte" is blaming Elia because he complains about the huge amount of work.

we met almost everyday

maybe not with a formal meeting but at the bar

in front of a drink or at someone's house.

"Consulta Giovanile" is an advisory body of the administration

and its aim is to create a dialogue between administration and the younger people.

Our task is the organization of social events

such as the ecolocical day,

of entertainment like Musicalonte

or also cultural and sporting events

Gym

"12 hours of sports"

I think that is the easiest event to organize

particularly because it is after "Musicalonte" and we need to rest for a while

the only difficult thing is to remain awake

because we have to remain awake from 9.00 a.m. on saturday

until 1 p.m. on sunday

when we have to dismantle everything

but in reality you just need a lot of labour

and it isn't difficult to organize it

we have fun, we play...

This is the most playful event.

"12 hours of sport" is the hardest event

because the hours aren't actually 12 but rather more than 24

we have to move all the tables

to organize all the matches and to call the referees

and above all we have to set up the volleyball court

which is in itself unique and really difficult piece of engineering work.

We don't organize only entertaining moments such as "Musicalonte" and "12 hours of sport"

We also have more serious events, institutional events

and appointment of this kind

or educational meetings too.

"Consulta giovanile" is an association composed of young people

and addressed to young people.

Entertainment can't be the only aim

our real target is to create active citizens

for their own town and territory

and for this reason we stress the educational aspects in our activities

for causes in which we are particularly interested

or activities focused on employabilty

such as meetings that help young people to be more in touch with their future

or social events such as "ecological day".

The "ecological day" consists mainly of

meeting together with hats and gloves

risking to be hit by a car.

I have beautiful memories of that night

and in general of that period of my life.

but they wouldn't have been possible

without specific events that became our background

in a town where nobody does anything?

willing to donate their own time and energy
