Youtube daily report w Oct 14 2017

There's been a lot of controversy lately over video game loot boxes - a monetization mechanic

that allows players to pay cash for a chance to obtain virtual items.

Middle Earth Shadow of War is one of the latest games to include a loot box mechanic and this

is something that's been widely panned by the video game community.

Some players have described the loot boxes as exploitative and have called the game extremely

grindy, especially the post game which is needed to see the 2nd ending, unless you spend

real money on the boxes.

It's not just Shadow of War though - an increasing number of big games are including this controversial

mechanic, including Destiny 2 and the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II.

People have also argued that these loot boxes are the same as gambling and should be treated

as such.

The ESRB, however, does not view them as gambling and won't be classifying them in this way.

This is a big deal as, if the ESRB did view loot boxes as real money gambling, it would

force the games to be rated Adults Only and Adults Only games are something that all 3

console manufacturers do not allow on their systems.

Speaking to Kotaku, an ESRB spokesperson explained: "While there's an element of chance in

these mechanics, the player is always guaranteed to receive in-game content (even if the player

unfortunately receives something they don't want).

We think of it as a similar principle to collectible card games: Sometimes you'll open a pack

and get a brand new holographic card you've had your eye on for a while.

But other times you'll end up with a pack of cards you already have."

The European rating system PEGI has also said they will not rate loot boxes as real money

gambling - something that would guarantee a game an 18+ rating.

Speaking to Eurogamer, a PEGI spokesperson stated:

"It's not up to PEGI to decide whether something is considered gambling or not - this is defined

by national gambling laws" "If something is considered gambling, it needs

to follow a very specific set of legislation, which has all kinds of practical consequences

for the company that runs it.

Therefore, the games that get a PEGI gambling content descriptor either contain content

that simulates what is considered gambling or they contain actual gambling with cash

payouts.

"If PEGI would label something as gambling while it is not considered as such from a

legal point of view, it would mostly create confusion."

What PEGI says here is exactly right, loot boxes are *not* seen as the same as gambling

in most parts of the world.

A few regions do actually have some forms of restrictions in place though.

China, for example, made the news earlier in the year when they passed a law that required

all games to display the probability for obtaining each item in loot boxes.

China has also banned the direct sale of loot boxes and this led to the Chinese version

of Overwatch being updated to take advantage of a loophole, where boxes could be given

as a 'free gift' when players purchased other items.

In the Western world, however, there are no rules when it comes to this kind of mechanic.

What is clear from these statements though, is that both PEGI and the ESRB will not be

stepping in when it comes to the increasing prevalence of loot box mechanics and, with

the ESRB's comparisons to card games' booster packs and PEGI's mentions of first needing

government regulation, it is likely that things will stay this way for the foreseeable future.

Why Do Dogs Shake to Dry Off? - Duration: 3:19.

Who doesn't love a slow motion video of a dog shaking to dry off, skin folds flapping

every which way as it showers everyone nearby?

But did you ever wonder about the science behind the wet dog shake?

Getting dry quickly can be a life-or-death problem, because an animal's fur only works

as insulation when it's dry and able to trap a layer of air next to the animal's body.

So being wet in cold weather can lead to hypothermia.

And it turns out evolution has honed that wild shake into the perfect quick-dry method

for furry animals.

For a study published in 2012, scientists filmed 16 mammal species at Zoo Atlanta shaking

themselves dry, using a high-speed video camera to get slow-motion footage.

The animals they looked at included mice, goats, tigers, and bears, as well as five

dog breeds in all shapes and sizes.

Analyzing their videos, the researchers counted each species' skin oscillations per second

to see how they compared.

They also built a robotic wet dog simulator in a lab to study how water droplets are thrown

off a shaking animal in detail.

Or, I guess, it was more of a wet deer simulator: picture a rotating panel with white-tailed

deer fur glued to it that the scientists could get wet and spin at different speeds.

Not as cute as the real thing.

The study found that each particular species shakes at a particular frequency, to balance

how dry it gets with how much energy it's using.

Shaking animals need to generate enough force to overcome surface tension, a property that's

a result of water molecules sticking together, and to surfaces like fur.

And force just depends on how much mass something has, as well as its acceleration.

If you don't have as much mass, that means you need more acceleration to generate the

same amount of force, so small animals need to shake the fastest.

While mice shake as many as 27 times a second, larger animals like giant pandas can get just

as dry with a slower shake, doing a lazy 4 or 5 oscillations each second.

And all that loose, flapping skin plays a role too.

The way it whips around helps throw the water off quickly, sometimes generating so much

force that animals instinctively close their eyes while they shake to protect them.

The scientists behind this project think that understanding the wet dog shake could help

us figure out how to quickly shed water from sensitive equipment, or even build better

washers and dryers.

But why don't humans shake when we get out of the shower?

Well, biologists think we never evolved to use that quick-dry technique because we don't

have a layer of fur that we need to keep dry.

Our skin doesn't trap nearly as much water as fur does, so it doesn't take as much

body heat to evaporate it.

And other hairless mammals don't shake themselves dry, either: the researchers filmed hairless

guinea pigs along with all those dogs and mice, but the wet guinea pigs didn't shake

— they only shivered.

Luckily for us, what we lack in fur, we make up for with towels.

5 Ways To Eat More Vegetables On Keto - Duration: 4:17.

Hello and welcome back to my channel today I am going to talk to you about

how to eat more vegetables on keto 5 ways to help you eat vegetables on keto

just so you know, even though most of us are grownups, it can be really difficult to

eat as much enough vegetables especially, when you're low carb keto and what I've

done I've put together all my tips and tricks and I popped together a blog post

which I'll leave the link to down below which I talk through these five ways and

more, there's loads of things that I do to make sure that myself and my husband

and my children get enough vegetables in our diet every day and if you're new to

my channel make sure that you subscribe for more yummy inspirations just like

this and leave a like and a comment I always appreciate your interaction on

my videos, so let's get straight into number one and that is having more

vegetables with breakfasts, so I'll make sure I start my day with a big portion

or two of vegetables it just gets me off to a good start and makes sure that I'm

already ahead of the game, especially now that I've been intermittent fasting

lately and having just two meals, I make sure that with breakfast, with my

first meal of the day, there's always a couple of vegetables, at least one veggie

or two featuring on my breakfast plate the next way is to make sure that you

prep your vegetables as soon as you get them, so as soon as my spinach hits

my kitchen I will open it up, give it a good wash, pop it in a container, I'll

chop up celery, you know getting celery can be quite overwhelming when you have an

enormous bunch in your fridge and you don't know what

to do with it so trim it chop it into bite-size pieces, same goes for cucumber,

any other vegetables, peppers, that you can prep as soon as you get them and if

you know you're gonna use it for a certain recipe and you've got if you do

your shopping on the weekend and you've got a little more time on the weekend do

as much prep as you can try and do everything that you can so when it comes

to cooking with them there's no hassle it makes it so easy and there is no

excuse and next keep it simple yet exciting so what I mean by that is keep

it simple you don't have to cook every single low-carb keto vegetable recipe

that you find pick one or two vegetables that you like the sound

of one or two recipes using those vegetables and keep it simple but you

know, keep it exciting as well you don't want to be having the same one or two

vegetables every single day for every single week for 12 weeks so pick a

couple, challenge yourself to try a different vegetable, a different recipe

every week or two just to keep it a bit exciting but as I said keep it simple

when you make it easy and simple you're more likely to stick with it and next

number four try and go meatless more often, you'd be surprised how much you can save

and how much more vegetables you have if you go for a meat-free Monday which I do,

look I definitely have meat heaps through my diet but I try and balance it

out and I find on meat-free Mondays I will have a lot more vegetables than I

do through the week and also you save money, it's one less, a lot of meat that

you have to have, so going meatless more often is definitely a

really easy way to get more vegetables because you'll kind of be forced to have

more veg maybe a nice big cauliflower mac and cheese something like that and

finally if veggies are just not your thing

think about concealing it, look for ways to hide vegetables in smoothies,

you can throw a few handfuls of spinach and you won't even notice the taste when

my kids were little I used to hide heaps of vegetables, so go on websites

looking for ways to hide vegetables, puree some vegetables into

Bolognese, you can grate all kinds of grated broccoli into Bolognese for my

kids and they haven't noticed, so definitely find ways to conceal if you

want to have more vegetables in your diet but you're not a huge veggie

fan find ways to conceal it, so there you go those are my five ways to get more

vegetables when you're keto, make sure that you check down below for blog post

with these ideas and more and leave a comment as well check down below for

comments from those of you I'd like to hear from you how you get more veggies,

what's your favorite way to get veggies on keto I look forward to reading your

comments and remember to like and subscribe for more yummy inspirations

just like this and we'll see you again soon bye.

Umbrella In The Autumn Rain - Chapter 1 - An Accurate Tempo - Duration: 4:25.

--The Next Day--

Yukina: ...Time's about up. Let's finish practising for today.

Rinko: Good...work…

Ako: Good work~! Uuh~, I'm tired~!!

Yukina: Ako. If you're going to complain this much, you should have thought about it earlier.

Body strength is important for playing drums after all…

Ako: Uuh……

Lisa: Now now. Ako, good work! Here, have a cookie.

Ako: Waa…! Lisa-nee, thank you~!! Om...Hmm~, so tasty~!

Lisa: Today, I took your request and tried making caramel cookies~!

Yukina too, eat this and relax♪

Yukina: Sure...I'll have one.

Sayo: ……

(Imai-san...When I heard she was joining the band without any real skill, I initially wondered why. But…)

Lisa: I'm feeling pretty confident that today's cookies are even better than usual~♪

What do you think? Tasty?

Rinko: Today's cookies are...really tasty too!

I'll take...one more…

Lisa: Ahaha. I'm glad you said that♪ It makes me feel better for the next ones!

Sayo: (Just with Imai-san being here, the whole band's atmosphere becomes brighter)

Yukina: Don't do nothing but eat you two, help clear away as well…

Lisa: If you say that, and rush to tidy things away, you're going to end up falling over again. Be careful okay~?

Okay. I'm going to settle the payment and book the studio for the next time!

Can I count on you all to get the studio back to its original state?

Just do as much as you can☆

Sayo: (She takes the lead and is able to do everything well. She's become someone indispensable to us now)

Ako: Today's practice was harder than usual but because of that it felt like it went really well!

What did you think Rinrin?

Rinko: Yes...I thought...it went well too…

Ako: Sayo-san's guitar was super cool today as well!

The rhythm and tempo were accurate...She looked so cool when playing~!

Sayo-san's right hand was like...ruling over music, a holy...um…

Anyway, I thought it had that kind of feel to it!

Yukina: I don't really understand what Ako's expressions but...Sayo.

You perform very accurately. There were no problems with today's performance either.

Yukina: Keep up the accuracy, and be diligent.

Sayo: Accuracy…

Yukina: Sayo? Is something wrong?

Sayo: Eh, yeah...something like that.

Lisa: I've finished settling the payment and the next booking~!

...huh, you haven't tidied up anything at all! Come on!

Rinko: I-I'm sorry...we were just...talking about something…

Lisa: Well, if you get encouraged by the conversation then it's fine♪ Okay, then let's start…

Sayo: There was a phrase that I was bothered about so I'm going to use the rest of the time we have to practice it.

Lisa: Really? In that case, we'll tidy up everything other than the guitar, so do the rest afterwards okay!

Sayo: Yeah…

Yukina: (Sayo…?)

Sayo: ……

(...It's no good. No matter how many times I play it, I can't get it exactly right.)

(My tempo and rhythm should be accurate. But, nothing more, nothing less than that)

(I've been doing this up to now with faith in skill and accuracy precisely because it's appreciated without being influenced by musicianship)

(In order to not lose to Hina)

(Even so...Even though my tempo and rhythm should be accurate compared to Hina's…my own performance is…)

Very boring…

Why…?

Odd Things About The 'Fixer Upper' Couple's Marriage - Duration: 4:49.

Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines have one of the most relatable and enduring marriages

in Hollywood — or Waco, Texas, where the pair work real estate magic for HGTV.

But like every couple, they've had their fair share of hiccups.

"You're so…"

"FAT?"

From a money problems to divorce rumors, here are all the times Chip and Joanna's relationship

looked like it might be built on shaky foundations.

It wasn't love at first sight

Although they have incredible chemistry on Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna's first date

was marred by a late arrival, too much talking, and a possible case of rosacea.

In the couple's memoir, Joanna wrote: "I liked stability.

I liked safety.

I liked traditional and I liked being on time.

And this Chip with the beet-red face wasn't any of those things.

I did think he was kind of fascinating, though."

Chip wasn't any more gung ho, writing, "It wasn't exactly a love at first sight for me,

either.

It was a fun date, but I'd been on lots of fun dates."

But despite their initial reservations, both knew that something was different — and

according to Joanna, even though she wasn't head-over-heels, her gut told her that this

guy would end up being her husband.

Money troubles and jail time

Despite their incredible HGTV success, Chip and Joanna's marriage got off to a rocky start

in more ways than one.

According to Joanna, the two were basically broke for their first few years of marriage,

which made it hard to pay for a lot of things — including Chip's bail money.

"That was so dumb."

According to their book, The Magnolia Story, Chip and Joanna got into hot water with animal

control after they let their three dogs roam outside their house, racking up about $2,500

worth of fines that they couldn't pay — and therefore didn't.

When the cops eventually came calling, Chip went to jail — for, like, an afternoon.

Still, his $800 bail bond was a hit the couple couldn't afford.

A controversial church

In November 2016, the Gaines found themselves in hot water after BuzzFeed discovered that

they belonged to a very conservative church whose pastor preaches that being gay is a

sin and a lifestyle choice.

The revelation led to backlash and questions about why no same-sex couples had yet been

featured on Fixer Upper.

HGTV responded within days, saying, "We don't discriminate against members of the LGBT community

in any of our shows.

HGTV is proud to have a crystal clear, consistent record of including people from all walks

of life in its series."

But most of the controversy centered on the Gaines themselves, and whether they agreed

with their pastor's views — an issue the couple didn't comment on until two months

later, when Chip finally addressed the controversy in a blog post in January 2017.

He wrote: "Joanna and I have personal convictions.

One of them is this: we care about you for the simple fact that you are a person, our

neighbor on planet earth.

It's not about what color your skin is, how much money you have in the bank, your political

affiliation, sexual orientation, gender, nationality or faith."

Some fans were satisfied, but for others, it was too little too late — and the Gaines

were clearly shaken by this aspect of life in the public eye.

Lawsuits, lawsuits, lawsuits

Like any celebrity couple, the Gaines' fame came with fortune — and lawsuits.

In the last few years alone, Chip and Joanna have been taken to court over everything from

alleged injuries at Magnolia Silos to disputes over unpaid property taxes.

But the biggest blow came in April 2017, when Chip was sued for more than $1 million by

two former partners of Magnolia Realty who accused him of fraud.

Chip responded with a tweet suggesting that the lawsuit was frivolous and opportunistic,

but considering what happened next, it seems like being sued may have hit the couple harder

than they're letting on.

They called it quits on Fixer Upper

Despite having one of the most successful shows on HGTV, in September 2017 Chip and

Joanna abruptly announced that Fixer Upper's fifth season would be its last.

In a blog post, they wrote, "Our family has grown up alongside yours, and we have felt

you rooting us on from the other side of the screen.

How bittersweet to say goodbye to the very thing that introduced us all in the first

place."

The couple did their best to get out in front of the inevitable rumor mill, writing that

all was well on the home front and that they were looking forward to spending time with

their kids — but between continued divorce rumors, the million-dollar lawsuit, and...

whatever's going on with Chip's grooming habits, fans are definitely wondering if something

weird is going on behind the scenes.

San Antonio Spurs 2017-2018 Season Preview - Duration: 1:00.

What up Sports Court Jury!

Heading to the Lone Star State to preview the San Antonio Spurs.

As always: Nutella Patel, Broseph Brosepherson.

Court is in session.

[Nutella Patel] As we all know, the Spurs are not very athletic.

Because of that, they do not have a lot of fastbreak points.

And they have issues getting back on defense.

Also, their typically good ball movement may not be so good this year.

Also, there are still issues at point guard, even with Tony Parker starting.

And you have other backups who may not be quite so serviceable.

[Broseph Brosepherson] Spurs gonna continue to be great.

Arguably the best two-way player in the game in Kawhi Leonard.

Plus, they still have the strength in the front court in LaMarcus Aldridge and Pau Gasol.

They'll continue to be a great three point shooting team, and they'll continue to be

great on defense.

Gregg Popovich will continue to show why he's one of the best coaches in NBA history.

Final Sports Court verdict for the Spurs this season: 55 wins, 2nd place in the Southwest

Division, 3rd place in the Western Conference, and they're going to the playoffs.

That's it for this case of Sports Court!

Tomorrow's case: Toronto Raptors.

Court is adjourned.

Men's Mental Health: Starting the Conversation - Duration: 28:34.

(SLOW, ATMOSPHERIC MUSIC)

(LAID-BACK MUSIC)

My name's Sam. People call me the Barter Barber.

What's up, bro? Hey, bro. How are you?

Good, man. Come take a seat. Cheers, man.

Hey, Bo-bo. Hey, boy.

'My mission is to go out and talk about talking,

'taking the ideas of mental health to the provinces.'

How've you been anyway, dude, like, in yourself? Just working hard, hardly working.

I've been cutting hair for 12 years.

During my time working with men, started seeing a frustration that is inherent to us

and a frustrating interpersonal style.

Think that the 'man up' attitude is one of our most toxic attitudes that we hold dear here in New Zealand —

that, kind of, 'harden up; be a man'. Cos, I mean, in reality, what is a man?

I dunno. I dunno, bro. I'm finding out.

I'll get back to you on this one. Yeah.

I'll go and talk to a couple more of them around the country, eh?

Yeah, that's right. That's right. Slickness.

OK. Sweet. (LAUGHS)

Awesome, man. Hey, absolute pleasure to see you, dude. You too, mate.

We hear diagnoses a lot, and diagnoses doesn't make somebody something.

When somebody says, 'I've got schizophrenia,' or, 'I've got depression,'

or, 'I have this or that,' that doesn't define that person.

It's just a group of attributes in mental health that they do show.

With having my own struggles with mental health,

I just wanted to explore that a little bit more

and share some of the experiences I've had to push...

push us towards more healthy communication

and more healthy interpersonal relationships between us guys

and hopefully a greater understanding of what it is to have mental health, as we all do.

(HORN TOOTS)

I travel around the country with my dog, Bo, in our 1971 Bedford CF

that we live in and we also cut hair out of.

# I keep dreamin' on. #

We travel around the country, starting conversations —

starting conversations about mental health or even just conversations about talking.

(SOMBRE PIANO MUSIC)

It was in my late teens that I started having my friends suiciding,

and those suicides had a profound impact on my life.

But it wasn't till my late 20s that I started experiencing anxiety attacks myself.

Hey. What's up, my man? Hey, what's up? How you doing?

Good to see you. I'm good. Come on in, bro.

I've come into Godfather Barbers to talk to Zeir.

Zeir's got some pretty cool ideas on how guys should communicate and why we don't.

So, you've been barbering for how long now? About a year and a half now.

How do you find the conversations, being a barber? Like, do you find that guys open up to you, or...?

Yeah, I find here, it's like Vegas, man;

you can say whatever you like and it's gonna stay here, you know?

Yeah. There's no judgement, and it's easy.

The guys that come in here come time and time again because of that. Yeah, exactly, man.

That's what brings everyone back is the fact that there's no rules, nothing's set in stone.

They walk out and they come back in feeling like they can express more to you,

and every single time they come in, they feel like they know you that little bit better.

Yeah. Your clients are like your old friends,

and you feel like they open up to you. Absolutely.

We do give guys a place where they can express themselves,

where you're not gonna get your head bitten off for expressing your opinion or your ideas.

Yeah, exactly. It's probably one of the few places where guys can come in and talk about their feelings

and let a load off, you know? We forget that that's our role

and that all it takes is one guy to come in and say something a little bit more off the cuff than usual

to remind us, 'Oh s**t, we actually do...' You know?

And our reaction to their unload is actually another piece of it, isn't it?

Yeah, exactly, man. And what we do here, I mean, we see a lot of transformations —

not only physical, with what we do as barbers, but also emotionally as well.

You know, once a guy leaves here— They could have the worst morning of their life,

but after coming here and being pampered and letting a load off and telling people about their feelings,

they leave a million bucks. (JAUNTY MUSIC)

AMERICAN MAN: Under the striped barber cloth, any customer becomes wrapped in some of the tradition

that has surrounded barbers and their shops since the time of Plato, in the days of Ancient Greece.

The first barbering clubs were formed, where men would meet to discuss the topics of the day

while having their hair trimmed and beards curled.

(MUSIC CONTINUES)

Today's barber is still an adviser or patient listener to affairs in the lives of his customers.

This is an exclusive men's world, where women do not go.

(PENSIVE MUSIC)

(MUSIC CONTINUES)

9 to 5 never really suited me.

I mean, I've done many, many, many years of it.

I feel like not waiting to be called in by a boss is a real reprieve to my mental health.

(PENSIVE MUSIC CONTINUES)

I don't have a cell phone. If I need to go and be alone

and have some time meditating and that kind of thing, I can just go into the bush.

It's a real powerful thing knowing that's your choice, you know? And having that choice.

We get a pretty early night in here because we're up 5.30, ready for the next day.

This is my passion; this is my drive. I really enjoy it, and I wanna get more knowledge behind me,

and I wanna get more experience and interpersonal relationships around the country,

because I can't believe the network of people I will have by the time this is finished.

There was a point where I was very fiscally motivated.

I had the apartment; I had the flash things — the bikes, the cars — and it was very, very hollow.

And I think it was at that moment that I realised that I needed to do something else for my fulfilment.

I got more fulfilment from altruistic actions than I did from financial gain.

The only thing I need is food and petrol.

I don't have rent; I don't have, you know, these overheads that a lot of other people do.

I lived to help myself for a long time, and that didn't make me feel any better.

And I learnt that helping others.

That's why I travel around the country in a van, talking to people, making them feel good —

cos that's where I get my fulfilment.

(TRANQUIL MUSIC)

Welcome. Come in. Thank you very much.

Oh, it's gorgeous. It is.

So, this is where you do your work from?

This is part of my work. I do teach mindfulness classes every week.

A number of years ago, I had a business,

and through the global financial crisis, I lost it.

It was a business worth about 13 million, so it was pretty— It was a property development business.

And, you know, for a man in his 50s to lose a business like that, it brought up a lot of despair,

and then I realised that there was a place where there was no point in going back into the past.

I could still see the sunset. Mm.

I could still talk to people I cared about; they were still in my life.

I could still see the garden, or whatever it is.

So those little things enabled me to actually start valuing what's there.

The way our society functions at the moment, it inherently creates a lot of discontent for people,

because it's always about getting something that— where happiness or contentment or well-being is.

So if my journey is this place of happiness, if I'm feeling sad,

then I almost get at war with that state and I'm tryna get rid of it,

because it doesn't fit where I wanna be.

Whereas what I see if that, actually, when you're feeling sad and you enable yourself

to be with the feeling of sadness — you don't like it, but you allow it to be there —

it'll go; it'll just move through you, cos that's it's natural thing.

And it doesn't come back up once you've started dealing with it?

By the time that I know that I've dealt with it, it's when I think about it and I go, 'All right.'

You know? It's not — 'Oh, that one again!' Absolutely.

What I emphasise for people nowadays is about what contentment is.

For a lot of men, what's driving them is this desire to, kind of, be this successful person

because of the past that's driving them. And so when they fail or there's a problem,

then they despair or they get into a difficult place.

It still doesn't mean that you don't have dreams and aspirations, but you have a place of contentment.

The reason why people get depressed or anxious — a big part of it is they have an idea of life,

of how life should be, and the reason why they're suffering so much

is because their life is not meeting their expectations or idea.

We get sold it, don't we? We get sold it. But it's just an idea.

Yeah. It's just an idea. If you change your idea, life changes.

It's a real hard thing for these guys to wrap their head around,

because it's unlearning a lot of traits that they've actually put on themselves as who they are.

Thank you so much, Chris.

Everything you're saying about kindness is something I'm really gonna be taking with me

further on into my travels,...

Cool. ...cos, uh, really, really good stuff, yeah.

Ooh, here we go. Ooh! That's backwards.

I'm going forwards.

The most amazing thing is I don't have a reverse gear,

but that's good, cos we're always going forward — progress. Ha!

The Bedford is a big iron beast, but it's classic.

(UPBEAT MUSIC)

It breaks down semi-regularly, but it's not too hard to fix.

(MUSIC CONTINUES)

Aha! (GRUNTS)

Hmm.

(GRUNTS)

I know the sounds it makes really well, cos there's this, 'Rrrrrrr!' which sounds bad, but that's good.

And then there's a '(PURRS LOUDLY)' and when it starts making that noise, I need to pull over,

cos the driveshaft's about to fall off.

(HIP-HOP MUSIC) # Check.

# Yo. What? # Yo. #

When I'm on the road, I'm always swapping haircuts for goods and services — things that I need —

gas, food or even just a good story.

(MUSIC CONTINUES)

Hey, Sam. How are ya, man? Good, bro.

We've got another rattle. Yeah.

Um, a couple of dead leads. I don't know if it's the lead for the back. It's probably just a bulb, but...

Cool, man. We'll get it up and see what's going on. Thanks, man.

Look, that's not supposed to be there, right? This big hole.

Yeah, nah. That's new.

(CHUCKLES) Time for a new exhaust, I think, Sam. GROANS: Oh, dude!

(LAUGHS) No!

When was I last in here giving you boys haircuts? Couple days ago? Yeah. Monday, Tuesday.

Monday or Tuesday we were in here doing cuts.

Yeah, Sam's been in and done, probably, three or four cuts with all the boys and that here.

We did a new set of tyres on it a couple of weeks ago when it was in.

Yeah, all works in roundabouts, doesn't it? Yeah, yeah.

It's quite cool as well being able to come in here and just talk to the guys,

cos this is a male-dominated workspace.

It is indeed. There's all the blokes around here and a lot of bloke talk,

and it's a good time to have bloke talk is within these kind of institutions.

Yeah.

Have we got some gloves? (CHUCKLES)

(SOFT, BRIGHT MUSIC)

(WHIRRING)

I'm here far more often than I'd like to be —

not because Shane isn't a great dude, but it's because any time I'm here, I'm usually having an issue.

But, in saying that, I've been working with the team as well,

doing some haircuts, just having some yarns.

CHUCKLES: Yes! Ha, ha!

We've been working with Shane and the team here

since pretty much the inception of the actual movement of the Barter Barber.

Skrrt!

Mate, hey, thanks so much, bro. Sweet, Sam. We'll get you back on the road, eh?

Easy-peasy. Um, I'm gonna need a couple of the boys to give us a push out, if that's all right.

All right, cool.

(LAID-BACK ELECTRONIC MUSIC)

Oh-ho! Yeahhh!

(HORN TOOTS RAPIDLY)

All righty, you ready to go, man? (ENGINE REVS)

All right, see you later, team!

(TOOTS HORN)

(LAID-BACK ELECTRONIC MUSIC CONTINUES)

So, tell me about what you enjoy about life.

DEEP VOICE: 'Well, I like sniffing things.

'Peeing on things is really good as well,

'and human food and dog food are both preferable.'

Stay, dude.

Come and have a seat here, man. Sweet. 'Sup, bro?

Nah, real good. It's nice to be up here in Auckland. I know, right?

What are the chances? In the big city. Watch out. (LAUGHS)

What are the chances of us catching up? LAUGHS: Yeah.

So, I saw this morning you posted on Facebook about your little one. She's over in... Thailand?

Yeah, bro. So, pretty much, a couple of years ago, I sold everything and went overseas and taught English.

I ended up having a kid overseas,... Yeah

...which is awesome — coolest thing that's ever happened to me —

but, unfortunately, it didn't end well between the mother and I.

Came back to New Zealand and had to start again, so I had nothing to my name — no car, no money,

nowhere, really, apart from, you know, parents' house to go crash at.

When you've been really down, how have you found...

you can deal with that and find a healthy way to deal with it?

Initial reaction always, without fail, is isolation — isolate myself, stay away from everyone.

But then I've slowly found ways to make myself more approachable, not close myself off.

It's just getting out there and being— ...being part of it.

Yeah. It hasn't started or ended or at any point through the day have they said to me, 'How are you?'...

Yeah. ...or, 'What's wrong?' It's just being around someone else.

It's actually just being in that space and getting out of your routine, isn't it?

That's it. Absolutely, man.

I have wicked, super down days. Yeah.

Last week, a couple of weeks ago, I was terrible for about three or four days there.

My family were starting to notice it. Yeah.

My really close friends that I talk to every day were starting to notice it.

Dude, I had my first panic attack yesterday for the first time in, like, half a year-plus.

Yep.

And, like, that whole day, I was the biggest douche just to... ...to everyone.

Yeah, because I was stressed out.

You know, I was having a— But I didn't realise I was building up towards that.

You know? And it's a trained thing. It's something that we do learn to be more on to,

so when I feel my mental health is going downhill,

first thing I notice — eating. I stop sleeping or I sleep in a lot.

And those things, now I know, within myself, I need to go, 'All right, it's time to address this.'

Thanks so much, man. Absolute pleasure. Happy birthday, bro.

Thanks, man. You're a legend. Aw. Awesome.

When guys start having these yarns, they spread like wildfire

because it's something that we wanna talk about. It's not just topical; it's important,

because we're losing, you know,

hundreds and hundreds of kids and men

through these suicides,

and it's something that is preventable.

(PENSIVE PIANO MUSIC)

MAN: Start from that corner over there.

They'll be in a line this way. We're gonna line them up.

We've laid out 606 pairs of shoes,

each representing somebody who has suicided over the last year.

What I find really shocking is over 500 of them are men.

Walking out on to that field, carrying those shoes,

I felt like I was carrying the memory and the mana of the people that I had lost.

(PENSIVE PIANO MUSIC CONTINUES)

We know that we can do better. We absolutely know we can do better as a country and as people.

It's not just the effect that it has on us as people — as groups of people —

but the effect it has on us as a community.

Been a huge struggle for our whanau over the last two and a half years, trying to get help for our son.

It has got to change.

I've got three children at home and three grandchildren that don't have him any more, and that's not OK.

And I don't care if he was a typical Kiwi bloke;

he still deserved to get the help that he asked for.

In 2007, we lost our brother Shane.

In 2008, we lost our sister.

In 2015, we lost another brother, LJ.

And just last year,

we lost another sister...

to suicide.

(BREATHES DEEPLY)

RAPS: # Being mentally ill doesn't mean that you're hopeless;

# it just means that you've been through some things that you couldn't cope with.

# Why has this becoming a regular thing?

# Sweeping it under the carpet; tryna ignore what's really happenin'.

# Being mentally ill doesn't mean that you're hopeless;

# (EXHALES HEAVILY) ...that you couldn't cope with.

SINGS: # Hold on.

# Just hold on.

# Hold on.

# Don't let go. # I don't wanna lose ya.

# I'll be there whenever you need me, yeah.

# Hold on.

# Don't let go. # I don't wanna lose ya. #

(APPLAUSE) Kia ora.

Kia ora, everybody. My name's Sam. I'm from Tauranga, and I run a project called the Barter Barber.

I'm just gonna be a quick couple of minutes. I just wanna talk to the men out there.

'Harden up.' 'Man up.'

'Be strong.'

Those are attitudes that are prevalent not just in our cities but in our country.

These attitudes take away the right to feel something.

These attitudes take away...

the right not to be OK.

And a lot of us aren't OK out there. If you've got a friend that's having a problem, go out and do a hobby —

whether it be hunting, whether it be going for a surf, whether it be going fishing —

and use that time to turn to your brother and say, 'Bro, are you OK?'

Because saying, 'Are you OK?' gives him the chance to speak.

Cos we've been told so many times to harden up, to man up, to be stronger.

We need to give ourselves some space for vulnerability and to be able to open ourselves up for help.

Mental health does not define you; you define you. And our families define us. Thank you.

(CONTEMPLATIVE MUSIC)

It's been an incredibly challenging day but also so fulfilling.

I'm thinking of friends and clients that have passed.

I'm thinking of the men that are feeling frustrated

and unable to communicate themselves at the moment.

I'm thinking about how many shoes are gonna be there next year.

(MUSIC CONTINUES)

All righty. (HANDBRAKE CLICKS, KEYS JINGLE)

Come on, pup.

Let's go. Come on, pup.

'Growing up in a small town like Tauranga, I stood out like a sore thumb.

'But I got along with everyone. It was probably because I was a little strange.

'Mental health work has always been in my life,

'as, growing up, my mother was a mental health worker. Mum taught me how to be kind and empathetic,

'so it's always good to go and see her and just have a download.'

You were brought up in a total female environment. I wasn't the athletic type or...

I was quite a strange child. I was heavily bullied, obviously,

and a lot of that had to do with just not realising how to do that male thing — being the alpha.

With this venture that you're on, it does trouble me — your mental health.

As long as you've got that covered,... Mm.

...because it's a very hard road.

(LAID-BACK MUSIC)

His choice to finish his own business and to go on the road,

comes from a whole gamut of different ideas — the loss of friends,

the way he felt that it was such a waste.

He is vulnerable. It's like the rest of us that give up everything that we know.

He's given up the ability to earn money.

He's not trying to be a counsellor; he's not trying to fix something. He's only saying to men,

'Hey, talk to your mate.'

I really, really respect that part of Sam and what he's doing.

(UPBEAT MUSIC)

It's amazing just waking up to a new vista every morning.

I open the back doors, I put a pot of coffee on, and Bo gets out, and we go for a walk,

and that's just a really nice, nice way to live.

(UPBEAT ROCK MUSIC)

# Bully got it in for me.

# Now I can never hardly sleep.

# I keep dreamin' on.

# I keep dreamin' on. #

Barbering's a really good way to get to talk to guys, because you see them every four weeks.

It's a real interpersonal connection, especially for a lot of guys —

they don't have another man touch their face. That's your personal space, you know?

If I came up to you and was like, 'Hey, how you doin'?' you'd go, 'Whoa! Whoa! That's so strange.'

But when it comes down to actually talking between guys and you're in the barber's chair,

there's something that just kind of lets go,

and that relationship is actually something that the guys actually start looking forward to

when they know that that's a place that's safe to talk.

Barkers Groom Room is the premier barbershop in Auckland,

so we headed up there to have a talk to some of the guys about what we do.

I'm just here to, really, just have a conversation, and I do this in all the barbershops I go to.

I come along and I teach — I teach barbers just a little bit of barbering skills,

fading and stuff like that.

But I also put in just a little bit of mental health literacy

so we can learn a little bit more about the guys that are in our chair,

because in the end, they're not just our bread and butter,

but they're our friends, and we're their confidants.

'It's important for these barbers to know the warning signs

'and also to be able to have some kind of prevention strategy,

'because they're dealing with these guys every four weeks.'

We're really lucky as barbers that we get to communicate with guys.

We get to have conversations that nobody else really does.

Now, mental health in New Zealand is seen as a binary thing — it's on and off —

where in reality, mental health is a spectrum.

You know, we all know we wake up one day and we're 85%, we're walking on sunshine,

going down the road, shooting finger guns at all our mates, and it's a good day, you know?

The birds are singing; the ice cream's cold.

But some days we wake up and we're 15%;

we can't get out of bed; we don't wanna deal with it; we're just over it;

we might even be contemplating suicide or having suicidal thoughts.

This is normal. This doesn't make you any different to anybody else.

And this is the kind of thing we need to talk about with mental health, because we've all got it.

It's not just people that are having issues that have mental health.

Sometimes we may talk to these guys and they have a problem but we don't know who they should contact,

so we can't veer them anywhere. So what would you recommend we do then?

Lifeline, of course. That's somebody that I really do appreciate, but also giving them,...

I guess, just ways to express, you know? Because when somebody actually is able to articulate that,

they're gonna go away and develop that a little bit more.

A lot of the time, it's just getting the conversation started, and I think that's our responsibility.

We're not counsellors; we're not gonna fix somebody's issues,

but what we can do is start the conversation.

When I started what I'm doing, I used to think that I'd be able to get people help,

and I would tell people that I could get them help.

In this mental health system, that's not the truth. There isn't enough help.

And that's why my idea is to go out into communities and empower communities to work it out —

to empower you and me, to empower your mates down the road to have the conversation.

Because this is where we start.

Ready, dude?

Jump out. Good boy.

(SNAPS FINGERS) WHISPERS: Come on, boy. Let's go.

(RELAXED, UPBEAT MUSIC)

This is only the start of the mission.

There's so many more Ks to be done, so many more conversations to be had.

There's so much more life out there that I need to go and interact with.

But it starts at home, with our families —

talking about talking and talking about our feelings.

If I could say anything to the nation, it would be, 'Give somebody a place to talk.'

Former ESPN Host Comes Forward, Reveals SICK Secret Company Doesn't Want You to Know

Former ESPN host Britt McHenry was literally told to not be herself, a conservative woman,

while working for far left network ESPN.

"The worldwide leader in sports" is owned by equally left-leaning Disney, so there you

go.

What's disturbing is what McHenry was told not to do by her ESPN bosses specifically.

Check it…

Britt McHenry: I can just speak from being conservative a lot of people who felt the

way I did were timid to express their opinions…

I was told not to even "like" conservative tweets on Twitter.

Stuart Varney: Who told you not to like conservative tweets…

Was it ESPN management?

Britt McHenry: Yes.

Yes.

Fox Business has more:

In McHenry's opinion, the perceived control over political speech was potentially due

to Disney (DIS) CEO Bob Iger's rumored political ambitions.

"There's a lot of rumors and speculation out there about Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney,

about whether he'll run for president in 2020 so, as a Democratic nominee.

So when you hear those things, you see the ESPYs Arthur Ashe Award going to Caitlyn Jenner

and that movement as opposed to a veteran, you start to raise some questions yourself."

This is not okay!

If what happened to #BrittMcHenry pi$$es you off let ESPN and the left know about it!

Can we get 10,000 SHARES for Britt?

What she went through while working at that far left network is UNACCEPTABLE!

Why is Levi is so short? This Attack on Titan theory will definitely surprise

you! So what's up guys Foxen here! Today let's focus on humanity's strongest

soldier Levi. The guy comes in at five feet three inches or 160 centimeters.

Levi's supposed to be from the bloodline that directly used to serve the

king. Mikasa is included in that although at 15 she's much taller. Keep in mind

that both of them are half Ackerman and even if you look at Kenny

who should be full Ackerman, this guy towers over Annie at over six feet tall.

So what's the deal with Levi? Was he just unlucky about the gene lottery. I don't

think so there's gotta be more to this. Let's first look at the obvious possible

reason. You know about how Levi grew up in the underground. He was basically like

The Walking Dead when Kenny found him. There's a couple key takeaways from this.

The first has to do with Levi's situation growing up. He was living on

the ground with his prostitute mother. It's pretty easy to see that they were

hurting for money. A lack of nutritious food should have largely impacted Levi's

growing up. The second key thing was the living situation underground.

Notice that these guys are in constant darkness. Sure they got some sunlight but

it's very minimal. This could have lead Levi to have a possible lack of vitamin D. A

vitamin D deficiency has been linked to stunted growth and kids in general. This

plays a row in bone health overall. You even heard in Levi's no regret series

about how it's known that the lack of sunlight causes people's legs to go bad,

so there you have it! An unfortunate combo of a poor diet and lack of

sunlight prevent and Levi from reaching as otherwise full potential. Theory over

period, but wait. I actually think there's a third piece missing to this. This one

being the most important. If a poor diet a no sunlight were all that caused issues

for Levi why aren't there a lot more people like this in the underground? It's

hard to tell exactly by the anime series but if you do check out the manga

version of this no one else seems to be suffering from this in the underground.

In fact almost everyone is much bigger. Besides keep in mind that Levi's and his

group specifically were some of the few that were able to get some sunlight.

Anyway here's the real reason of why and Levi's is so small. This goes back to

Levi being an Ackerman, which you know are a sub product of

Titan science. What this fully means right now is unknown but this is where

the theory comes in. Ackerman like Mikasa and Levi could themselves be super

soldiers from being part Titan. The reason Levi so short is due to this and

there's actually some evidence for this. Let me explain as I've been rereading

the attack on Titan manga this stood out. It was a little interaction between

Mikasa and Eren as they were getting out of their cell. I'm sure they were

locked up for a short time maybe a week or at most a month. Out of the three

Mikasa looked totally like a zombie. Apparently she even lost some weight. You

do know that this is after finding out about Eren's eventual death but Eren

does point out about how Mikasa has had plenty to eat so why is Mikasa looking

so sick and even lost some weight? The reason is because she's part Titan.

Mikasa very much needs sunlight perhaps her Ackerman body is able to

turn sunlight into energy. Mikasa being out of the Sun for an

extended period of time just drained her, poor little flower. Now look back at Levi.

Imagine living under limited sunlight for all your childhood.

Levi isn't short because it was lacking proper food or simply having a normal

vitamin D deficiency. Levi is an Ackerman that is part Titan. The poor guy was

starving for some consistent sunlight. Unfortunately Levi had no way of knowing

about this that without some Sun juices he was depriving his body out of some

important substance but hey that's just an attack on Titan Theory! Now let me

hear from you! Let me know your own thoughts! What do you think about this Ackerman

Titan theory? Are the Ackerman really just human sized Titans?

Or maybe you got an even more crazier theory. Definitely let me know! Please be

sure get as a colossus thumbs up and subscribe! Especially we enjoy these

attack on Titan Theory videos. If you're looking for more stuff to watch check

Depression - Living with Depression and anxiety - Duration: 18:49.

Depression - living with depression everyday.

So in this video you will learn what is like to live with depression.

What is the symptom of depression and what to do.

You will learn some simple self help tips to help you deal with minor depression or

when you feel depressed.

What is depression – what is like to live with depression

Depression - what is depression, what are the depression symptoms?

How depression affect you?

What is like to be depressed?

What to do in case of depression or what is like to feel depressed.

I had no clue whatsoever because I never heard of depression before, we never talked about

depression in my family, so I didn't know the depression symptom.

I guess that might apply to most of family.

Depression or Living with depression or seen to be depressed it is like living in a low

mood constantly for very long time and depression will affects your everyday life in almost

every part it.

Few years ago I was really depressed but I didn't know it.

This is period of my life which everything turn upside down with no warning.

In just a matter of couple of year.

First I lost my older brother, then I lost my grand mother, then my father, then my beloved

elder sister all in a mysterious circumstances and then my other older brother decided to

commit suicide.

And on top of that I find myself living in a foreign country which I didn't speak the

language and I was put straightway in immigration detention for no reason at all and during

my first year in England I broke my arm.

My life was like a living hell.

Every little thing is a major thing that only push my life downward hill.

One day I wasn't feeling well so I decided to go to see my Doctor and after a quick check

she told me to go to have a blood test, which I have done promptly.

When I got the result it read that my WBCs were low so I have to do another test after

this second test and While waiting the result of the second test.

WBC was the only thing I could think off, no matter what else I try to shift my mind

no.

Watching tv, nah won't do it, watching movie even made worse, the only thing in my mind

is WBCs?

It is like my mind zoomed in.

So you know nowadays what we do if we want information Mister Google of course, after

few types and few clicks quickly I found the definition of WBC which stand for White Blood

Cell, and it's a test to measure the number of white blood cells in your system.

Worries and anxieties crept in, now I wanted to know more.

I started looking for the reason for having low WBC and from the list that came up, my

mind chose only to focus on these three : viral infection, HIV and Cancer.

Depression tricked me to conclude that I have HIV for a moment or no it rather you have

cancer for a moment no no it is rather I have viral infection.

I was worried so much that I have lost appetite and couldn't sleep for few days.

You know one thing.

Depression is very clever and has a funny way to tricked you to make decision otherwise

you won't do it.

To cut story short I was in real crisis, So depression was distorting my thinking I was

thinking I am going to die very soon.

I was telling myself it is me Kolbassia I am respected person, I am loved by friends

and family all that will go if they found out.

And also that I don't want to suffer before I die so to make quick so logical option was

to finish everything right now it better for everyone.

And the more I think about my situation in that state of mind, the bigger my depression

become.

And through that I have lost my all ability to think and concentrate and separate the

truth from the fiction.

I was spending my days and nights thinking about bad things and being preoccupied with

negative possibilities, which lead me to hours and days into that world of depression, worries

and anxieties.

I was trying to imagine every scenario, every twist, every turn, every possibility, all

probabilities, anything that can tell me something about my condition by doing so I have created

a hell for myself.

One thing that you should know.

Depression give you that believe that your so powerful, so mighty that you have the ultimate

control of the situation and also that you are so deep in the mud that there is no way

out.

Everything is lost.

Game over so quite the game that when you go to this cycle of suicidal mode.

In that moment of struggling you know sometimes there is that window of clarity which you

know you are in trouble which you know you need help that if you just speak to that person

you trust that person that can help.

But that moment is sometimes so brief that opportunity can also be miss by other.

What cause depression

Childhood experiences There is good evidence to show that going

through difficult experiences in your childhood can make you vulnerable to experiencing depression

later in your life.

This could be:

Physical, sexual or emotional abuse, neglect Loss of someone close to you in my case my

mum left me or abandon me let say.

Traumatic events in my case persecution of my father, and I had to live in war zone and

also lived in a refugee camp as a child.

Unstable family situation in which I was bullied and neglected cause my mum wasn't there to

protect me.

Yes I had horrible experience as child but I first if I remember experienced depression

in my mid 20s, after I got the news of my father passing and I was in foreign land and

in the manner of which his passing I blamed myself it is like I could have saved him.

Life events In many cases, you might find your depression

has been triggered by an unwelcome, stressful or traumatic event.

This could be:

losing your job or unemployment the end of a relationship

bereavement I had that in abundance just in short period of time

major life changes, like changing job, moving house or getting married or moving countries.

being physically or sexually assaulted being bullied or abused.

Traumatic event such as torture and persecution which is in my case

I started to feel that depression really took a hold on me after a torrid time and my journey

to exile and to find safety and securing protection –

I just crumbled.

Just for a second.

There are so many signs and symptoms of depression, but everyone's experience will vary.

Sometimes you may not realise how depressed you are, especially if you have been feeling

the same for a long time, if you have been trying to cope with your depression by keeping

yourself busy, or if your depressive symptoms are more physical than emotional.

And these symptoms include: Tiredness and loss of energy

Persistent low mood or sadness Loss of self-confidence and self-esteem

Feeling hopeless and helpless Difficulty concentrating

Feeling tearful Feeling guilt-ridden

Not being able to enjoy things that are usually pleasurable

Sleeping problems - difficulties in getting to sleep or waking much earlier than usual

Avoiding other people Finding it hard to function at work/college/school

Loss of appetite Loss of sex drive

Physical aches and pains Thinking about suicide and death

Self-harm

So if you rare experiencing four or more of these.

Please seek help.

Go to see your doctor.

The symptoms of depression can have a knock-on effect on daily life, with work suffering,

social contact falling away and increased difficulties in home and family life.

Self-Help tips

What I do now when now when I feel little sign of depression and to stop it getting

worse I use this simple self-help tips.

I am asking also to consider them.

Tell your doctor if you feel you are getting worse, and particularly if suicidal thoughts

are troubling you Experiencing depression can make it hard to

find the energy to try but taking an active role in your treatment, and taking steps to

help yourself cope with your experiences, can make a big difference to how you feel.

Here are some things you can try:

Look after yourself.

Get good sleep.

For lots of people who experience depression, sleeping too little or too much can be a daily

problem.

Getting good sleep can help to improve your mood and increase your energy levels.

Sometimes I go to bed at 6pm even 5pm.

When I feel I go to bed.

Eat well.

Cut out junk food and fizzy drinks.

They are not helping you anyway.

Keep active.

Gentle activities like yoga, swimming or walking can be a big boost to your mood.

For me it is football is my bliss when in that field of play nothing else matter.

I forget even that life exist.

What is your bliss?

Find it and make it your moment.

Look after yourself.

Look after your hygiene.

When you're experiencing depression, it's easy for hygiene to not feel like a priority.

But small things, like taking a shower and getting fully dressed whether or not you're

going out of the house, can make a big difference to how you feel.

Avoid drugs and alcohol.

While you might want to use drugs or alcohol to cope with any difficult feelings, in the

long run they can make you feel a lot worse.

Practise self-care Work out what makes you happy.

Try making a list of activities, people and places that make you happy or feel good.

Then make a list of what you do every day.

It probably won't be possible to include all the things that make you happy but try to

find ways to bring those things into your daily routine.

For me helping and motivating people make me happy so I try to do that non stop.

Treat yourself.

When you're feeling down, it can be hard to feel good about yourself.

Try to do at least one positive thing for yourself every day.

If you love chocolate go for it but also remember if you don't want to get fat go easy on

it.

Other option this could be taking the time for a long bath, spending time with a pet

or reading your favourite book or watching inspiring movie.

Depression has a funny and simple way to manifest itself and most of time you are not even aware

of till it is little bit late.

Remember that and try to be one step ahead of depression to beat it.

I have put some useful link in the description below for more

information so check it

NBC Got Weinstein Scoop First, What They Did Next Is UNFORGIVABLE - Duration: 20:54.

NBC Got Weinstein Scoop First, What They Did Next Is UNFORGIVABLE

Earlier this week, Hollywood mega producer Harvey Weinstein got hit with multiple sexual

assault allegations — then the New Yorker published an EXTREMELY chilling video that

all but confirmed Weinstein's guilt.

Weinstein's transgressions became even more scandalous when his ties to several high profile

democrats were revealed.

At one point, he even hosted a birthday party for Hillary Clinton.

But that might not be the most fascinating part of the story.

According to CNN, NBC had the Weinstein scoop months ago… and they did NOTHING.

NBC contributor Ronan Farrow was relentlessly pursuing leads when NBC told him bury the

story.

"Ronan was basically told to stop working on this," an anonymous source told CNN.

It's easy to see why the liberal network — who runs MSNBC — wanted the news item

to go away.

As we've seen, the revelation has been a PR disaster for Democrats.

But you can't hide a liberal's hypocricy forever.

Like with Bill Clinton, the truth will eventually come out… even without help from the mainstream

media.

Do you think NBC buried the story to help Democrats?

Comment and SHARE so everyone sees how the mainstream media operates.

These instances of CONFIRMED bias must be publicized.

NFL Player Given HUGE Gift From US Military Turns Around And Gives Them Finger In Front of Millions - Duration: 4:52.

NFL Player Given HUGE Gift From US Military Turns Around And Gives Them Finger In Front

of Millions.

WSMV Tweeted it out and people grabbed a screen capture of the Tweet before Matthews deleted

it.

This comes from a player whose brother, Christopher Ruiz, gave up his life serving in the military.

Matthews was given a huge gift from the military after his brother perished.

Matthews was presented with an American Flag that was flown in Afghanistan where his brother

lost his life serving in the military.

It was an emotional moment that brought Matthews back to reality and hopefully made him realize

what people give up to make this country better.

His father also served in the military for many years, but it seems like the two men

who should be closest in his life didn't have a good influence on Rishard.

Matthews throws up a hypothetical middle finger to the entire country and wants to protest

during the playing of the National Anthem before NFL football games.

Could it get any more disrespectful to his brother and our country?

Matthews eventually deleted the Tweet, most likely after he realized how insane it would

be to quit his easy million dollar job and come back to the real world where he'd likely

be flipping burgers and asking if people want fries with that.

This is the Rishard Matthews people love.

This is the Rishard Matthews giving a middle finger to America.

Wide receiver Rishard Matthews said he would be done playing football when asked on Twitter

if he would accept a fine or penalty if the NFL instituted a new rule for the national

anthem, then later deleted the tweet. The starting receiver has stayed in the locker room during

the national anthem through the last two games in protest of President Donald Trump's comments

on NFL players.

Matthews was not available Thursday after practice before the locker room closed to

reporters.

Titans coach Mike Mularkey said he could not comment because he learned of Matthews'

tweet after practice and had not talked to the player yet.

Even though Rishard Matthews deleted the Tweet, it still has people wondering what's going

on in his head.

Football fans don't want politics in their sports.

Professional sports, especially football, is a form of entertainment.

It's one big fancy show that football fans pay tons of money to see, getting ripped off

at every stadium in the country for tons of cash, and fans are tired of seeing the nonsense.

Fans want to see the show they're paying for.

Fans don't want the politics in their game.

Will Rishard Matthews continue protesting or will he finally stop when he remembers

what his father and brother did for America?

Matthews was chatting again on Twitter and essentially backtracked on his comment.

He knows it was ridiculous because what guy will leave his million dollar job over a protest?

We sure don't see many people following Colin Kaepernick into the free agent market.

It looks like his trend didn't catch on very well.

Justin Beasley from WSMV caught up with Matthews on Twitter and here's what Rishard had to

say regarding his Tweet about quitting the NFL.

That means that Rishard Matthews really isn't going to quit the NFL if he's not allowed

to protest anymore.

People talk a big game then when it's time to lose millions they go back on it.

I say he should quit and live life as a normal everyday person for a year and see what it's

like.

He should live paycheck to paycheck while sipping on cheap beer and living on Ramen

Noodles and hot dogs.

He should see what it's like to have a bank account with only three numbers in it.

He should save up three paychecks just to buy one NFL game ticket, parking, and food

at a football stadium.

Whatever Rishard Matthews is thinking, he better get his mind right.

This protest is nonsense and stands for absolutely nothing.

Literally no one cares about whatever message it is they're trying to send.

Protesters are an annoying breed of people who continuously accomplish nothing.

If Rishard Matthews wants to make a difference, then he should become a police officer or

do something for his community that helps get people out of poverty.

I see a lot of NFL athletes talking big games but don't see them putting their money where

their mouth is.

Instead we keep putting our money out and they're taking it and giving us the finger.

Can you imagine what would happen to most NFL players if all fans boycotted the league?

Those millionaires would be broke and working right next to us every day hard working blue

collar folks and they wouldn't know what to do.

Now get back to football and stop crying about social justice.

And if you see this, Rishard – remember this bro – you only have 20 catches for

284 yards and one touchdown.

If you quit, no one would care.

Remember how lucky you are to be the one in a million pro athlete and think about your

brother and father whenever you see the American flag.

DESTROYED Secretary Mattis Just Revealed the Secret that NBC Never Wanted Getting Out - Duration: 20:54.

DESTROYED Secretary Mattis Just Revealed the Secret that NBC Never Wanted Getting Out

Earlier today NBC News released a report claiming that President Trump wants to increase our

nuclear arsenal 10 fold (from 4000 to 32000) and was forcing Secretary Mattis to do the

dirty work.

When Trump stepped forward and called them Fake for their lies and attempt to tear our

country apart, they all cried wolf pretending like he was infringing on their rights.

Unfortunately for the MSM, they forgot all about Mattis.

There is nobody in the current administration who commands more respect across the entire

political spectrum than Jim 'Mad Dog' Mattis.

That's why you know NBC's goose is cooked when Mattis himself came forward to declare

the report "Absolutely False".

"Recent reports that the President called for an increase in the U.S. nuclear arsenal

are absolutely false.

This kind of erroneous reporting is irresponsible."

– James Mattis

Those are some very strong words from a man who tends to keep his thoughts out of the

media whenever he can.

The reality of the situation is that Trump is calling for a complete upgrade and modernization

of our current nuclear arsenal, which sits around 4000 warheads.

That way, North Korea and Russia won't have better bombs than us anymore.

This kind of reporting is wrong, it's divisive, and it's dangerous for our country both

internally and internationally.

I love the First Amendment.

It is part of the core of our Republic.

But that does NOT mean the citizens should have to put up with media lies.

If a company like NBC wants to play this game, they should have their network TV spot up

for grabs.

That's how capitalism works, after all.
