Right After Melania's Clapback, Ivana Trump Came Back Swinging With Something Awful - Duration: 14:54.

Right After Melania's Clapback, Ivana Trump Came Back Swinging With Something Awful

President Trump's first wife Ivana Trump has gone on a bizarre campaign against First

Lady Melania Trump this week.

On Monday Ivana went on Good Morning America to talk about her friendship with President

Trump and promote her new book about raising the first three Trump kids, Ivanka, Eric and

Donald Jr.

During her interview Ivana implied that she, not Melania, was the first lady:

"I don't really want to call him there because Melania is there and I don't want

to cause any kind of jealousy or something like that.

Because I'm basically first Trump wife, OK?

I'm [the] first lady."

Melania called her out, releasing a statement through a spokesperson that said:

"Mrs. Trump has made the White House a home for Barron and the President.

She loves living in Washington, DC and is honored by her role as First Lady of the United

States.

She plans to use her title and role to help children, not sell books.

There is clearly no substance to this statement from an ex, this is unfortunately only attention-seeking

and self-serving noise."

Unwilling to let well enough alone, Ivana got on the Wendy Williams show on Friday to

diss Melania some more:

"I tell you, I'm technically 'First Lady Trump'"

"I was first wife.

I don't know what is Melania's problem.

She just have to get over it.

She is First Lady of America but I'm First Lady Trump, excuse me, and have three grownup

kids."

When Williams asked her about Melania's initial response, she said:

"I have no idea why she did it, 'cause I never said I'm 'First Lady of America.'

Better her than me, frankly, you know."

This woman is clearly an attention-seeking nut job.

It's too bad Melania has to put up with a jealous ex when she has so many better things

to do and think about.

Apartment Tour in Lviv, Ukraine - Duration: 7:15.

Well hello!

And welcome to our apartment in Lviv (Львів).

It is our last day here and we've kind of tidied up the apartment so we thought we would

give you guys a little tour and show you what you can expect from an apartment here in Lviv,

Ukraine.

So this is our I guess foyer area.

Yeah.

What do you call this?

Yeah, this is the entrance.

The room.

This is the entrance and over here we have all of our stuff.

Our luggage.

We're ready to go.

Our shoes.

There is lots of storage for like your coats and stuff.

Yeah.

So it has been nice.

And over here I'll show you guys the door quickly.

So here is the door and just up here there is more storage space.

I'm here.

Hello.

Hi!

And I guess the first thing you come across is the bathroom so we may as well show you

to get that out of the way.

Yeah, we'll take you in.

Come on in.

All of our wet towels.

Haha.

That is a little nasty.

We just showered.

Um, so yeah we've got like a tub, a nice big sink.

Toilet.

Now this is the bane of my existence though.

These showers.

Oh my gosh yeah.

Handheld showers.

How do you shampoo like how does that work?

The thing the thing that was most annoying about it was that not only did it not have

like a rest up here but I found that even with the rest down here the water pressure

was so strong that sometimes like it would the actual thing would be flying off and it

would spray everywhere.

It was really annoying.

Yeah.

So the shower was not our favorite feature of this place.

The washer sure was.

The washer was awesome.

Actually the rest of the apartment was really really cool.

It is just the shower sucked.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So I tried not to wash my hair too too often.

Yeah.

But let's continue.

Lights off in there.

So then we come into the living area and this is the reason that I wanted to book this apartment

because it has got like this big space.

Yeah, it has been awesome.

Massive couch, a sofa so I felt like Sam and I could have some breathing room and like

yep so you know.

Exactly, here is the sofa.

This is where you were working.

This was my workspace.

Right here.

Do do do.

Dun dun dun.

And then over here Sam set up shop over here.

I claimed the couch and that little stand.

And if you wanted to have like a little Netflix session just stretch out you know watching

a few shows.

Yeah, it was so nice.

So nice.

We actually chilled out a lot here.

Yeah, it was just so nice.

It was like cozy.

It is really cozy and the apartment was beautifully decorated.

Like there is paintings, there is lots of you know just all over the place there was

quite a bit of thought put into the decoration of the place.

Just briefly showing you guys this.

Yeah, and the next is the bedroom.

The bedroom.

Oh, and they had sliding doors.

Where did you go?

Not that we ever use them because I thought it would get really stuffy if we closed the

doors.

Yeah nice big bed.

Yeah, the bed was a decent size.

Floral theme going on here.

And what is behind the curtain?

A closet.

A walk in closet.

The first I've seen in Europe.

Yeah.

Tada.

Yeah, we didn't even use this.

Yeah, oh my gosh I didn't seriously didn't come in here.

I didn't realize.

It is basically storage with like extra pillows.

We could have been hanging up our clothes in here.

What were we thinking?

We didn't unpack everything.

Totally didn't unpack.

Sprawled around the suitcase.

Oh my gosh there is so much more space than I realized.

Yeah.

That is nuts.

Alright, so the last thing to show I guess is the kitchen.

Mosey on over there.

The kitchen.

Mosey on over there.

Come on in.

So we had a little dining table for three.

You worked out here a little bit didn't you?

Yeah, sometimes.

This was my other office.

Your second office.

A change of scenery I'd mosey on to the kitchen.

Yeah.

And yeah, I mean pretty standard.

Some counter space, big sink and a stove that I may be used like three or four times.

Haha.

We were just boiling Ukrainian dumplings.

The Varenyky (Вареники) right?

And maybe some tomato sauce on top.

Tomato sauce.

That was about it.

Oh, and we did have a balcony.

We did.

We haven't shown you that.

Okay, let's go out.

Let's go out to the balcony.

So it might be a little bit bright.

Yeah, it is.

That is okay.

Tada.

I'll show you guys out here.

So this was also nice.

It is quite a bit more spacious than you think.

So yeah, we it was a few times I came out here just to get some fresh air and to also

get a just have a little snack out here.

Snacking by yourself?

I was snacking by myself when I was being anti-social.

Were you having chocolate bars?

Were you secret chocolate bars?

Maybe that is where I snuck in some treats.

May or may not have done that.

Maybe that happened.

We don't know.

Haha.

Uh, but yeah I'm going to let Sam talk about the price for the airbnb.

Yeah, I'll wrap it up on the couch.

You are the price man.

I'm Mister price man.

Mister price point.

So price point for this airbnb?

So to wrap this up so the standard regular price was $28 US dollars a night.

Yeah and we got obviously a discount because we stayed longer.

Um, yeah so that was an incredible price.

And this was just a lovely apartment.

What was cool about this particular apartment compared to the one in Kiev (Київ) is

that this is actually a newer building.

Our host told us that it was only built just a few years ago.

Mmmhmm.

And we were quite far away from the city centre.

Yeah, it was like a 30 minute walk.

Yeah, we had basically two reasons for that decision.

The first being that we had so much work to catch up on.

And the second being that we kind of wanted to be a little bit removed from the city center

so that we weren't tempted to be spending too too much time going to restaurants.

We just had a lot of work to do.

Yeah, and so those were the two main reasons but it was very much a neighborhood here.

And I have to say accommodations in this city are super super affordable.

Yeah.

Like when we were browsing on airbnb I think I saw places starting at like $15 bucks a

night.

Yeah, for like your own apartment which is crazy.

Yeah, for like let's say between $15 and under $40 dollars you can find excellent value.

In fact, if you were on the higher end of that scale you'd probably be getting something

really nice.

Luxurious.

Really central.

Exactly.

So yeah, it was a really comfortable stay here.

We had a great time and we just loved the city of Lviv (Львів).

We had a great time in Ukraine (Україна).

We felt it was like such an underrated country and we just came here and we were blown away.

We had such good food, we had great travel experiences.

We found it just great for catching up on work.

We had like amazing internet both in Kyiv (Київ) and in Lviv (Львів).

Like super fast internet.

So for like considering we're digital nomads at the moment that was absolutely wonderful.

And yeah we just had a great time we would highly recommend you come here and uh that

is it.

That is basically it for our time in Ukraine (Україна).

We're sad to be leaving and we do hope to return again someday soon.

Alright, tata.

Tata.

Guide to project management #01 - Pick the right project - Duration: 8:47.

Hello everyone, I am Gigi Miu

Welcome to my project management class

I often receive message from fans, where they tell me that they are not able to make art properly.

Sometimes they have problems making a complex MMD animation,

some other times they can't finish their song and asks for advices,

sometimes they have problems with illustrations and so on...

If any of this sounds familiar to you, well, maybe then this class is for you.

In this class you will realize that you are not able to complete an artwork or a project not because you can't or you are not skilled enough for it,

but just because you have bad project management skills, or in the worst of the case, you don't even know what project management is.

Project management is that skill that will let you make art or face any project doing things on the proper order.

To make a stupid example, let's imagine that you want to build an house,

but for some reasons you start building your house from the roof.

Well, this is really a stupid example, but as you can't start making a house starting from the roof,

you won't be able to complete a project if you face it in the wrong order.

Today lesson will be around what i call RULE NO.1

And rule no.1 is PICK THE RIGHT PROJECT.

To put it simple never start a project that is way bigger than one you can reasonably complete.

You may then think that if you never face bigger project you will never be able to complete them or to skill up at all,

but skilling up and facing over time bigger and bigger project is way different than picking a wrong project in the beginning. I will make a concrete example now.

Take, for instance, this drawing. I am not able to draw this.

This is instead what I AM ABLE to draw.

As you can see there is a huge difference between the two drawings.

Sometimes the most important thing is to be honest with oneself and realize that we are simply not able yet to draw a complex illustration (and illustration is just an example here).

Trying to face a project that you can't complete only leads to frustration and to a loss of self esteem.

So, just being honest with yourself will save you lot of stress and frustration.

So, what i see really often in my fans and in all the people that contact me for advices,

is that they confuse "skilling-up" process with "creating a finished artwork" process.

So, to go back to this illustration example, people often confuse a long term goal, like being able in the future to draw something like this illustration,

with a short term goal of just creating a simple artwork.

This often leads to unfinished artwork, because the creator is unsatisfied with the result that don't even bother to finish it.

And even if they complete it, they just are depressed because it is not like they expected it to be.

think at all the frustration that could be avoided by just being able to distinguish long term goals with short term ones.

The saddest thing is that these creators are often really talented!

But sometimes they have lot of skills but still miss the ability to understand the basics of project management.

Back on the topic of learning and skilling up,

it's a long argument, but it will be topic of future lessons, so for now, just focus on these few basic concepts we are explaining today.

And the first very rule I want you to understand and make yours today is this: PICK THE RIGHT PROJECT.

If you just get ablate realize if you can effectively start a project you are able to successfully complete or not will give you a tremendous boost in your productivity.

Also, don't be depressed if you are not able to do now something. You just need more time and you will be able to do it in the future.

Just be relaxed. If you keep trying and studying you will improve. And you do not need to face impossible tasks for the mere sake of studying.

Learning and skilling up has never been about pushing oneself to the limits, but keep adding small increases day after day.

So, next time you are about to make art or to start a new project , ask yourself this simple thing:

is this the right project for me? Can i complete it or I will just abandon it because i can't complete it at all?

This is all for today lesson.

Again, in the house of this class we will face all the topics needed for you as artist to skill up.

Regarding the class schedule it will be once every two weeks.

So basically you will have each week a lesson on how to make vocaloid music,

and in addition to that you will have OR a "how to make MMD video" OR a "guide to project management".

That's all, thanks for watching! See you soon! Don't forget to subscribe!

THE WORST KIND OF MECHANICAL | Night Ride at Branford Supply Ponds :: Mountain Biking Connecticut - Duration: 5:24.

Let's face it, not all trail systems are created equal.

But just because some areas don't have 5 foot gap jumps or 30 foot rollers that doesn't

mean they can't be enjoyable.

Branford Supply Ponds is exactly that sort of trail.

It isn't anything special, aside from a few moments of greatness, but I always have

an enjoyable time when I ride here.

But don't let my ho-hum introduction turn you off.

The supply ponds have a handful of fun single track trails with a few stunts and plenty

of chunky climbs thrown in there for good measure

Today's ride is an after work ride, and now that the days are shorter we'll be riding

through sunset.

As a side note, if you've never gone on a night ride it's worth the small investment

in lights.

But before it gets dark, let's take a look at some of the good stuff and talk a little

bit about what you'll need to know before you set off on these trails.

Like a lot of older single track in New England these aren't very well marked so go find

someone who knows them or follow my ride on Strava.

Once you do find your way around, make sure you check out this set of rollers.

We had a little too much fun playing on these during our ride.

Under the cover of darkness, it's difficult to fully appreciate the next set of trails

but remember they aren't mind blowing, but it's all good fun on two wheels.

Take this really short section of trail.

With the leaves and hidden tech it was a mine field to navigate at night.

That meant even with razor sharp focus I failed to make it all the way to the top.

And while most night riders focus on rocks and obstacles due to the lack of light, my

friend Rob missed the most notorious trailside attraction.

It does reek of shit

Well your back wheel is clean

Oh you know what, I think it's Rob

Oh yeah. You're going to the back

Oh no!

The worst kind of mechanical

Yeah that was pretty gross

Just like that boys

Right where I am pointing. Right over those rocks

There you go!

Nice

That's some concrete shit

You taking a picture of that?

You don't like that? This is gold right here

YouTube Gold. That's better.

It's gonna come off

You got the big stuff off

I say that's plenty of smack talk for a perfect place

to start wrapping up this video.

The trails within Branford Supply Ponds are simply put, as fun as you make them.

Bring a big group of your friends, lights on your bikes and just goof around and make

the most of these XC trails.

And when you get back home let me know what you thought.

Do you like riding more mundane trails or are these too tame to handle?

Thank you so much for checking out our first ever night ride.

Expect to see more of these in the coming weeks.

But now it's your turn, get out there and ride!

Let Your Fear Turn to Faith - Just a Minute! - October 16, 2017 - Duration: 1:01.

O you of little faith.

Sometimes we all feel this way.

Like we don't have any faith at all.

Now that was the case with the disciples.

And a perfect example was when they were caught in a big storm on the Sea of Galilee.

Jesus was with them but he was asleep in the boat when the storm popped up.

Now the disciples woke him in a panic — "Save us Lord, we are perishing!"

Yes, they had seen Jesus heal lepers and cast out demons.

But they weren't sure he could handle this storm.

So they panicked.

What did Jesus do.

He calmed the storm.

And the disciples marveled.

Well here is the good news.

Jesus is big enough to handle any storm that comes your way.

So take a fresh look at him and let your fear turn to faith.

Why We're Gaining More Weight Than Our Ancestors - Duration: 7:09.

Visit Our Website Here : http://bit.ly/2q90Dxh

Why We're Gaining More Weight Than Our Ancestors

The sad truth about society today is that we're growing.

We're not referring to growing in numbers, but waistlines.

We are now a more obese population now compared to our ancestors, despite the medical advances

we have that they didn't.

While we do lead a more sedentary lifestyle – we aren't hunting our food or growing

our own – one study found that there may be more to it than just eating more and moving

less.

Why Are We Getting Bigger?

The study, conducted by researchers from York University in Toronto, Ontario, found that,

"If you are 40 years old now, you'd have to eat even less and exercise more than if

you were a 40 year old in 1971, to prevent gaining weight," [1].

The study, funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, looked at the dietary

data of nearly 36,400 American adults collected by the National Health and Nutrition Survey

between 1971 and 2008.

The available physical activity frequency data, of 14,419 adults in the 1988 to 2006

period was also used.

The researchers compared 3 crucial factors and found that, even when all three were identical,

a person in 2006 would still have a body mass index that was approximately 10 percent higher

than that of a person eight years prior.

This means that a person eating the same amount of macronutrients, like fat and protein, eating

the same amount of calories and exercising the same amount as a person did in 1988 (of

the same age), would still be heavier today [2].

More Than Just Calories In Vs. Calories Out

The lead author of the study, Professor Jennifer Kuk states, "[Our study] indicates there

may be other specific changes contributing to the rise in obesity beyond just diet and

exercise."

"This is because weight management is actually much more complex than just 'energy in'

versus 'energy out'.

That's similar to saying your investment account balance is simply your deposits subtracting

your withdrawals and not accounting for all the other things that affect your balance

like stock market fluctuations, bank fees or currency exchange rates."

[1]

So it turns out that weight loss is not just calories in versus calories out.

But what are the other factors that our ancestors didn't have to deal with, but we do?

Factors Affecting Our Weight Gain

Stress

More and more Americans are saying that they deal with stress on a daily basis.

Whether it's at home or at work, stress is a common factor for weight gain.

While at first, stress may make you lose your appetite, long-term chronic stress may boost

your hunger [3].

This is due to our bodies fight-or-flight response.

Once our bodies reach a certain stress level, they trigger a response that causes us to

overeat.

For example, one of the roles of the stress hormone cortisol is to increase the supply

of glucose in the bloodstream so that it can be used a source of energy.

For our ancestors, this supply of glucose was useful to flee from a threat such as a

sabre-tooth tiger.

However in this day and age, we do not actively use that energy and this causes blood sugar

fluctuations and fat storage [3].

Environmental Factors

Our environments are quite different from those of our ancestors.

For example, most homes are filled with products that can affect our bodies functions.

Some of the common ingredients are BPA, PCBs, phthalates, triclosan, agricultural pesticides,

and fire retardants.

These ingredients are structurally similar to the hormone estrogen, which can cause weight

gain [2].

Food Quality

The quality of our food has also changed compared to that of our ancestors.

Now, many of our foods are processed and filled with additives and preservatives that weren't

around 50 years ago.

Not to mention the fact that foods are being grown in soil that is not nearly as nutrient

dense as it once was.

GMO crops and pesticide spraying are other factors that affect the difference in weight

gain we are experiencing now.

For example, a fungicide commonly used on many food crops, especially leafy greens called

triflumizole has been linked to obesity.

When pregnant mice ingested tiny doses of triflumizole, they gave birth to babies that

were more prone to obesity [5].

Prescription Drugs

We are also taking many more drugs than our ancestors were, "additional novel factors

that may be contributing to the obesity epidemic include increases in pharmaceutical prescriptions

associated with weight gain, higher maternal age, reduction in variability of ambient temperature,

decreased prevalence of smoking, inadequate amount of sleep and low calcium."

[4]

Prescription drugs come with a slew of side effects so it's no wonder that weight gain

is connected to their use and overuse.

For example, experts report that up to 25 percent of people who take antidepressants

can expect to put on an extra 10 pounds

or

more [2].

Totto-chan "The library car" - Duration: 5:35.

The library car

When the children returned to school after the winter vacation they discovered something wonderful and new and

Greeted their discovery with shouts of joy

Opposite the row of classroom cars stood the new car

Beside the flowerbed by the assembly hall in their absence it had become a library

Rio-chan the janitor whom everyone respected and who could do all sorts of things

Had obviously been working

terribly hard

He had put up lots and lots of shelves in the car, and they were filled with rows of books of all kinds and colors

There were desks and chairs to where you could sit and read

This is your library the headmaster said any of these books may be read by anyone

You needn't fear that some books are reserved for certain grades or anything like that

You can come in here anytime you like if you want to borrow a book and take it home you may

but when you've read it be sure to bring it back and

If you've got any books at home you think the others would like to read I'd be delighted if you bring them here at

Any rate please do as much reading as you can?

Let's make the first class today library class cried the children unanimously is

That what you'd like to do said the headmaster smiling happily to seem to see them all so excited all right

then why not

Whereupon the whole student body of timeline all 50 children piled into the library cap

With great excitement they picked out books they wanted and tried to sit down

But only about half of them could find seats and the rest had to stand

It looked exactly like a crowded train with people reading books standing up

It was quite a funny sight the children were overjoyed

Toto Jane couldn't read well yet, so she chose a book with a picture in it that looked most entertaining

When everyone had a book in hand and started turning the pages the car suddenly became quiet, but not for long

The silence was soon broken by a jumble of voices

Some were reading passages aloud some were asking others the meaning of characters. They didn't know and some wanted to swap books

laughter filled the Train one child had just started on a book called singing pictures and was drawing a face while reading out the

accompanying jingle in a loud singsong a

circle and a spot a circle and a spot Criss crosses for the nose another round and dot

Three here's three here's three. Here's and Wow quick as a wink there's a fat

hausfrau

their faith had to be

encircled with on the word Wow and the three semi circles drawn as you sing quick as a wink if

You made all the right strokes the result was the face of a plump woman with an old-fashioned, Japanese hairdo

At Tom loin where the children were allowed to work on these subjects in any order they pleased it

Would have been awkward if the children let themselves be disturbed by what others were doing

They were trained to concentrate no matter

What was going on around them so nobody paid any attention to the child singing aloud while drawing the hausfrau?

One or two had joined in but all the others were absorbed in their books

Toto chants, but seemed to be about a folktale

It was about a rich man's daughter who couldn't get a husband because she was always breaking wind

Finally her parents managed to find a husband for her, but she was so excited on her wedding night there

she let out a much bigger one than ever before and

the wind blew her bridegroom out of beard spun him around the bedroom seven and a half times and

knocked him unconscious

The picture that had looked so entertaining showed him flying through the room

afterward that book was always in great demand

All the students of the school packed into the Train like sardines

Devouring the book so eagerly in the morning sunlight that was pouring through the windows

Must have presented a sight that gladden the heart of the headmaster

The children spin the whole of that day in the library car

After that when they couldn't be outdoors

because of rain and that many other times the library became the favorite gathering place for them I

Think I'd better have a bathroom, built near the library

said the headmaster one day

That was because the children would become so absorbed in their books that they were always holding out until the very last minute

Before making a dash for the toilet beyond the assembly hall with their bodies and strange contortions
