Hi all guys and welcome to this new video.

I am in Rome Fiumicino cause I have to take a flight to Istanbul

and I'm gonna start a new travel series. Honestly I'm at Terminal 3

but I do not know why I'm here and I'm just walking around all over the airport

because I don't know where to go.

This is the first time I do this kind of videos so please excuse me for all the mistakes I will make

and I've understood that I have to go to Terminal 2.

I wanna show you a beautiful thing because here in the waiting area

there are sofas. It's cool and you can lie down on them.

Do you see that there? I put my suitcase there because they are specially designed for suitcases to not make them bother.

It's something fantastic.

And nothing guys, I thought they would bring us around with the bus and instead.

but look here

So, I arrived to Sabiha Airport.

Look at how much cool it is. If it focuses it. It is beautiful and there is another blue one on the other side that is really cool.

Passport control is all right. Thank god because I am without a visa that i do not need it in theory ...

what should I do now? Money

Okay, guys, we did it. I managed to change the money.

I got on a bus that will take me to Kadikoy which is the area where I will stay and then we rely on the maps.

Guys, I did it. I've hardly found the hotel because my maps have stopped working

so by the way, internet

... I've spent a lot of money.

Anyway, I'm finally in the room. The room is small, I'll make you a small tour of the room right now, just as everyone does.

We have tv, we have the door, we have this cazzaretto here that would be the key.

A small mirror with a teapot to do the çay, the double bed because I'm big

and so I want the double bed, of course the room service, a small bathroom.

Without a bidet, of course.

Fantastic. really fantastic.

Small and comfortable, but who cares, there are also towels for two.

And there are some slippers here, guys, they also give the slippers to walk here.

It's fantastic.

I've seen a few things, I made you see some scenes just to give you a small preview.

I'm gonna close the video here because this will be just kind of an introduction to what this series will be like.

And we'll see you at the next video.

BREAKING CNN Finally Admitted The Truth On Harvey Weinstein and His Connections

CNN admitted what no one expected them and this time they really remained loyal to their

ultra-liberal cause.

It seems that after the shocking and disgusting ignorance from Hollywood and many politicians

from the DNC who received Harvey Weinstein's donation also remained silent.

But, CNN this time attacked Weinstein and also the ignorant leftists who showed their

true nature.

CNN's Jeffrey Toobin has stated that the Obamas and Clintons don't get a "pass"

on the Harvey Weinstein scandal; there is instead a "dark mark on their record."

None other than CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin said on Tuesday evening that former

President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama and Michelle

Obama should not get a "pass" on Harvey Weinstein.In fact, Toobin said their association

with Weinstein throughout the years is a "dark mark on their record."

"I don't think we can give the Clintons and the Obamas a pass here," Toobin said

on Anderson Cooper 360.

He cited Seth MacFarlane's creepy joke about Weinstein at an Oscars event and added that

MacFarlane's joke illustrated that "a lot of people knew or had very strong suspicions

that this was a very bad guy."

"The Obamas and the Clintons embraced him, did fundraisers with him, paid tribute to

him," Toobin continued.

"I think it's a dark mark on their record."

Even some in the left-wing media along with their political allies criticized the Obamas

and Clintons for waiting a full five days before releasing any sort of statement about

Weinstein.

Their allies were dumbfounded that the Obamas and Clintons, who are always eager to virtue-signal

and accuse their opponents of waging a "war on women," stood silent as dozens of victims

publicly revealed that Weinstein sexually harassed them or even raped them over the

years.

"I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein," Clinton finally

said in a Tuesday statement.

"The behavior described by the women coming forward cannot be tolerated.

Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior."

The Obamas also finally said on record that they were "disgusted by the recent reports

about Harvey Weinstein."

Well, CNN will always remain CNN, but they showed respect to the women who were allegedly

raped and abused by Harvey Weinstein.

We must not tolerate such behavior and it doesn't matter if we're talking about

a Hollywood mogul or beggar on the street.

All equal before the law and all women equally respected and treated well!

Besides, if you dislike the taste of tuna, grill the white meat without oil and eat it

with some boiled eggs.

Cucumber Shake

In between meals you can always drink cucumber shake.

Here is what you need to make it:

A handful of spinach 20 g of almonds and walnuts

1 apple Ginger

1 cucumber Start by adding the apple, cucumber, and spinach

to a blender and blend them well.

But, do not peel them.

After that, add some ginger and continue blending.

After you get the desired consistency, your shake is ready.

Decorate your glass with some walnuts and almonds and drink it immediately.

If you let the drink rest, it might lose its healing properties.

Besides, it is rich in minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin A, magnesium, fiber, Vitamin

K, Vitamin C, calcium, Vitamin B, iron, Vitamin E, etc.

Dinner

For dinner you won't need to eat many different foods, you will only need 300 g of any fruit

you like and make a fruit salad.

Back in 2016, as election day got closer we heard more and more stories about how people

wanted to leave the country if Donald Trump ended up getting elected to be the next president.

Many celebs promised this, but didn't go through with it.

Unlike all of them, one young couple from South Carolina have decided to actually do

it.

Robin and Heather Vargas lived in the Republican state of Charleston, South Carolina.

Instead of celebrating Trump's win, they started searching how to move to Canada.

What began as nothing more than a joke, turned out to become reality.

They weren't the only family thinking of the option to move to Canada – reports from

that night revealed that so many people visited the site that it actually crashed.

Robin Vargas explained how they got to the decision they wanted to move to Halifax, Nova

Scotia:

"We found that the ideals just aligned more greatly with ours.I'm excited to just dive

into what it is to live like a Canadian."

They did all the required background checks, provided their employment history, found an

apartment they would live in and jobs they would work.

They were happy to go and live in Canada with all the "incredible people."

It's worth mentioning that they didn't give up on their American citizenship in order

to go and live in Canada.

They will have double citizenship, which means they could vote in both countries' elections.

Is An Estrogen Imbalance Affecting Your Health? - Duration: 5:08.

This is Dr. Lam founder of Drlam.com and the adrenal fatigue center.

Today we will be talking about an important issue with the family that is how female hormones

connected to adrenal fatigue.

Now female hormones are mostly regulated by what we call the estrogen and progesterone.

The estrogen balance is particularly very critical to be maintained at the proper levels

at all time.

Now estrogen, as we all know, is a female hormone but actually, it has a group of hormones.

There are E1 E2 and E3 and collectively they are known as the estrogen family.

Now estrogen is made in three places in the body.

The Ovaries, the fat cells, and the adrenal glands.

Now in the adrenal glands, estrogen is a precursor to progesterone which is an opposing member

of the hormones in the female family.

Now, if you have under stress then the body's adrenal glands are kicked into action.

Now, stress can come from emotional as well as physical causes, in fact, we have even

shown that caffeine can stimulate estrogen, increase productions in the adrenal glands.

So, the more stressful your life is the harder the adrenal has to work.

The adrenals work hard to reduce the stress by making a hormone called cortisol and the

precursor to cortisol is progesterone and the precursor to progesterone is is actually

within a pathway that includes estrogen to some degree.

So, what we understand now is that estrogen balance is critical in a healthy body and

is very common in adrenal fatigue.

Not to have this balance because the progesterone is being the precursor to the cortisol is

often times shunted and therefore the progesterone levels in the body dropped and when the progesterone

levels drop the estrogen become unopposed.

Without an opposing progesterone, the estrogen effect becomes more dominant resulting in

symptoms such as PMS dysmenorrhea or pain in the period, PCOS issues, fibrocystic breast

disease, endometriosis as well as certain types of cancer in advanced cases.

So when you have a lot of stress in your system, physical or emotional, you can expect that

there will be a situation of increased estrogen and we talked about the symptoms earlier.

So, it is very important for the female to keep the stress levels under control and because

once the estrogen levels come down, then many of the symptoms will go away.

Now, remember, estrogen is also tied into other hormonal systems in the body such as;

the ovarian system, as well as, the thyroid system.

So once the estrogen are imbalanced, the adrenal will be imbalanced as well and it will drag

the thyroid as well as the other parts of the body down.

A low functioning adrenal, for example, will lead to symptoms of low thyroid function.

So, if you don't want to have low thyroid functions, which can lead to weight gain,

low metabolism, dry skin loosing of the eyebrows lashes and even hair falling off, then you

want to maintain a thyroid balance that is well controlled and that starts with a strong

adrenal gland.

Often times this connection is lost and doctors will just simply give thyroid replacement

as well as miss the adrenal picture altogether.

So, it's very important to understand that the healthy adrenal is the key to well-balanced

estrogen and a woman with well-balanced estrogen and progesterone is going to be a happy woman.

Rescuers Find Pony Tied To Tree, Then Discover Heartbreaking Reason He Won't Turn Around

When police in Almoradí, Spain, came across a pony tied to a tree, they couldn't believe

their eyes.

The poor thing was extremely thin and dehydrated – he had obviously been there for a while.

The pony had his head shoved as far as he could get it into a bush.

At first, the police were confused about why he had done that and why he wouldn't even

turn to look at them, but then they discovered the heartbreaking truth – it was the only

way the sickly pony could keep the flies out of his eyes.

The police quickly contacted the Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre in Alicante, Spain, which

helps rescue and rehabilitate abused and neglected horses, ponies, and donkeys.

The rescuers couldn't believe the condition he was in.

The pony, who they named Fudge, was malnourished, dehydrated, and had a wobbly gait, most likely

caused by a neurological disorder.

One of his eyes was rotting inside his head, and the other had been damaged by either an

injury or blow that had caused an ulcer, leaving him about 40 percent blind in that eye.

An x-ray revealed Fudge had also suffered fractures on two of the vertebrae in his neck

which rescuers think is the cause of his neurological problems.

The rescuers believe the 20-year-old pony was abused and the injuries to his neck and

eye were done deliberately.

Once he was considered "no good" anymore, he was left to his fate – tied to a tree

with no food or water and exposed to the elements.

Amazingly, Fudge survived the trauma, and thankfully he was found and rescued by people

who are now showing him the love and care he deserves.

"He's munching away happily in our stables, probably thinking he's gone to heaven,"

the rescuers said.

We may never know what Fudge's life was like before – it obviously wasn't a good

one – but thankfully now he will be well cared for.

While he has a long road to full recovery ahead of him, his condition should not deteriorate

any further now that he is receiving the proper care.

"He's certainly survived a heck of a lot, yet is a very sweet old pony and we absolutely

love him to bits," says the EHCRC.

The Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre was founded by Sue and Rod Weeding in 2008.

Since then they have rescued dozens of animals in need.

"We believe that when you love an animal, you fight to save it," the Weedings said.

"They may be old crocks and broken down and disabled or whatever, but for the abuse

they've suffered and survived, they deserve a second chance."
