MS NAUERT: Next, I would like to introduce you to one of the –

our other deputy assistant secretaries.

Come on up here.

This is Scott Busby.

Scott works for our DRL Bureau, which is Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor.

He's here to talk about the DPRK, North Korea.

Today, consistent with the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016, the State

Department has released its third report on North Korea human rights abuses and also censorship.

In conjunction with the report, the Department of Treasury sanctioned persons and

entities identified in this report.

And our Deputy Assistant Secretary Mr. Busby will talk a little bit about that and take

a few of your questions, and then I'll start the regular briefing.

Sir, go ahead.

MR BUSBY: Well, thank you, Heather.

And good afternoon, everyone.

Today, as part of our continuing efforts to promote accountability for North Korean officials,

as Heather said, we're releasing our third report on serious human rights abusers

from the DPRK.

And this report identifies seven individuals and three entities as responsible

for serious human rights abuses or censorship in North Korea.

In conjunction with the report, the Treasury Department has added these 10 North Korean

individuals and entities to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.

Both actions are consistent with the North Korean Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act

of 2016.

Like the two prior reports, this report shines a spotlight on serious human rights abuses

committed by the DPRK regime, including extrajudicial killings, forced labor, torture, prolonged

arbitrary detention, as well as rape, forced abortions, and other sexual violence.

In particular, this report focuses on the many human rights abuses that underwrite the

regime's weapons program, including forced labor, re-education through labor camps, and

overseas labor contracts.

Thousands of North Koreans are sent abroad every year to work in slave-like conditions,

earning revenue for the regime.

The government also deploys security officials abroad to monitor the activities of North

Korean citizens and to forcibly repatriate individuals who seek asylum.

This report includes individuals and entities responsible for these types of abuses.

With these efforts, we aim to send a signal to all DPRK Government officials, particularly

prison camp managers and mid-level officials, that we can and we will expose human rights

abuses and censorship in the DPRK and that these individuals will suffer consequences

for such actions.

MR BUSBY: Yes, ma'am.

Kylie, go right ahead.

QUESTION: I have a quick question.

There's one individual on the list who's based in China at the consul general in Shenyang.

I'm not sure how to pronounce that.

But what do you expect China to do as a result of the U.S. pointing to this individual?

Do you expect them to take action against them?

What's the expectation?

MR BUSBY: This individual was included in the report because of his responsibility for

facilitating the return of North Korean asylum seekers to North Korea.

His case has been raised with China.

I don't want to speak for what China may or may not do with his case,

but we've brought it to their attention.

QUESTION: What are the possibilities for what they might do?

MR BUSBY: The range of possibilities, right, including expelling from the country.

MS NAUERT: Janne.

QUESTION: Thank you very much.

Regarding North Korean human rights abuse, do you expect North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

putting into ICC, International Criminal Court, for abuse?

MR BUSBY: Well, a decision like that is obviously not one that the U.S. Government takes.

That's a decision that can be taken by any number of other entities.

So again, I don't think I can speak for what those entities may or may not do

with regards to Kim Jong-un.

QUESTION: Can you give us an estimate of what assets are actually frozen as a result of

the sanctions that were announced by Treasury today?

Are there any significant assets falling under U.S. jurisdiction that have actually now been

frozen as a result of their acts?

MR BUSBY: I'd have to refer you to our Treasury Department for that sort of information.

I don't have those sorts of details.

QUESTION: And just one follow-up on the question about potential sanctions: If you don't know

or can't tell us what kinds of action China might take, and you don't know,

in fact, whether China will actually take any action, why is there any reason to believe

that there will be any accountability for the individual that you've identified,

or any consequence?

MR BUSBY: Again, the report is just out today.

We have communicated the results of this report, the data in this report, with the Chinese

and with other governmental authorities in the region.

It's now up to China to decide what to do with it.

QUESTION: Have they ever previously acted against a North Korean official

who has been similarly identified?

MR BUSBY: This is the first such individual mentioned in a report like this, but --

QUESTION: But surely you've raised other issues with them in the past, or other individuals.

MR BUSBY: Yeah.

I don't know off the top of my head.

I couldn't tell you.

QUESTION: You don't know --

MR BUSBY: I could tell you off the top of my head, but we could get back to you.

QUESTION: Great.

It'd be interesting to know if they ever have acted.

MS NAUERT: Abbie from NBC News, final question.

QUESTION: Hi.

I wanted to ask – I believe that this is not the first time you have decided to target

mid-level officials within the North Korean Government, and I believe the philosophy was

the idea that people would feel a different level of responsibility

in that mid-level position.

Have you seen any effect by undertaking that – targeting that particular level of people

within the North Korean Government?

MR BUSBY: So very hard to get information out of North Korea, but we have heard from

defectors that there – they have seen policy changes and in some cases the harshness of

their treatment has been lessened, they have said, as a consequence of sanctions

such as these.

So we have heard that from defectors.

MS NAUERT: Thank you so much.

Alcohol has been linked to cancer breast cancer in several studies.

Some researchers believe that this may be due to the fact that alcohol increases

estrogen levels.

However, there is still no consensus on the amount of alcohol deemed unsafe

to prevent this type of disease.

Some say that even moderate amounts They are unsafe, while others claim

drink the equivalent of one bottle and a half of wine - you can even improve your chances

to avoid the disease.

Until more research is done, doctors usually advise not to drink more than

1064 ml alcohol per week over a long period of time, as this

can be detrimental to your health.

- Watch your weight

Obesity increases the risk of occurrence of breast cancer.

So try to keep your weight close the recommended by the BMI measurement - Index

Body Mass.

To find out your BMI divide your weight by your height squared.

- Exercise regularly

Some studies suggest that exercise can reduce the risk of breast cancer, because the

Because of this, it is recommended to perform half hour of exercise three times a week, both

to prevent the onset of cancer mama, how to help lose weight.

- Learn to relax

The consensus in medicine that stress can cause all sorts of health problems.

your chance of developing breast cancer 50%.

So remember to relax, enjoy your family, your friends and meditate, to

improve your health and avoid aggravating that may increase the risk of you developing

breast cancer.

The History of Estovakia - Episode #16 - Stuff About Ace Combat - Duration: 15:45.

Welcome aces, to the History of Estovakia documentary!

The Federal Republic of Estovakia is our antagonist country in the game Ace Combat 6 and is located

on the eastern edge of the Anean continent.

Estovakia has a population of 63.5 million people according to the 2014 census and is

situated close to Strangereal's North Pole and a great deal of its territory is cold

and mountainous, however I should also mention that Estovakia has several islands and they

will become more important when we get to the Estovakian civil war.

The first thing we know about Estovakia is that on October 8 of 1990, some large offshore

oil facilities located on the northeast of the country were abandoned.

Four years later, in 1994, the Ulysses asteroid was detected and was expected only to hit

the continent of Usea, because of that the Anean countries did not take any particular

measure since they were deemed safe from the meteor catastrophe, however in 1998 a new

space probe found out that the Ulysses asteroid had a hollow interior and because of that

the asteroid would shatter into several pieces.

This new finding added the continent of Anea to the estimated area of impact and the big

thing about this is that the Anean countries had only roughly a year of notice to prepare

for the fall of the asteroid.

Emmeria, Estovakia's western neighbor, focused on building several underground shelters to

protect the civilian population while Estovakia went on the offensive by building a giant

railgun called Chandelier on the northwest of the country in an attempt to intercept

the fragments of the Ulysses asteroid.

From July 8 to July 20 of 1999, fragments of the Ulysses asteroid began falling over Strangereal.

Fortunately for Emmeria, the strategy of constructing several underground bunkers worked, however

Estovakia was unable to complete construction of its giant asteroid-intercepting railgun

because they didn't have enough time and resources to finish the monumental and complex project.

As a result, several fragments of the Ulysses asteroid rained down on Estovakia destroying

the country's economy, infrastructure and taking a very high toll of civilian casualties.

The road to Estovakia's recovery was going to be a long one and thinking about this the

neighbouring country of Emmeria started sending aid to Estovakia in an attempt to speed up

Estovakia's recovery.

However in the year of 2000, the central Estovakian government had lost power because its leaders

went into hiding after failing to properly deal with the disaster and as result several

smaller factions appeared all around the country and managed to control small regions of Estovakia.

And given that these factions started disrupting the flow of aid from Emmeria, the Emmerian

government stopped the aid program to Estovakia.

In the year of 2004 there was a initiative to merge all the three Anean countries, Estovakia,

Emmeria and Nordennavic into one called the Republic of Anea and so the preparatory agency

for the Republic of Anea was created.

On a side note, this event only happened to address the issue that in Ace Combat 5, which

takes place in the year of 2010, the continent of Anea is shown as if it was only one single

country since the borders between Estovakia, Emmeria and Nordennavic are not

displayed on the map.

Now let's go back to the documentary.

Over the years the internal problems within Estovakia continued and in 2007 one faction

called the Lyes United Front (or LUF for short) took over the western portion of the country

including the country's capital.

Emmeria, who was eager to restart its aid program, contacted the LUF about the idea

and the two sides began talking about the deal.

The LUF proposed its own project for Estovakia's rehabilitation to Emmeria, the Emmerians approved

the idea and soon after the Emmerians started sending aid to the LUF.

Now the Lyes United Front was supposed to use that aid and money to help Estovakia's

recovery after the Ulysses, right?

But that's not really what happened, they used the Emmerian funds to buy new weapons

and vehicles which in turn were used to suppress rival factions and this resulted in a LUF

expansion over the Estovakian territory.

As time passed the LUF's territory continued to grow but this doesn't mean that there was

no resistance.

One particular city, the city of Gledina, refused to obey the LUF's rule and because

of this the LUF's forces surrounded the city and cut off the city's lifelines.

As a result essential supplies, including food and aid, could enter the city and this

move by the LUF ended with a massive starvation of the civilian population resulting in over

200,000 deaths, this being the only known case of a genocide within Strangereal.

Outraged by the LUF's actions against the civilian population, several other factions

in Estovakia rose to fight against the LUF, thus officially starting the Estovakian Civil War in the year of 2007.

As you can see in the map I have divided the Estovakian territory into five different regions,

each region represents one of the main factions during the Estovakian Civil War however two

notes about this.

First, this is only a map that I created for illustration purposes only so please don't

take it was as an official map, and second, there were probably more factions in the conflict

but because they were small and less relevant I have not included them.

These five factions are the Lyes United Front, the one who started the civil war and is located

on the western portion of the country and is being funded by Emmeria by using money

from the Emmerian Aid Program to fuel its army - and for the record, this was happening

without Emmeria's knowledge.

The three next factions are the Independent Tariff Federation, the Island Coalition and

the Northern Highlands Faction which also joined the war to fight against the LUF, however

not much is known about them and they only play a minor role in the overall history of

the conflict.

Lastly we have the Eastern Faction to complete the five factions and this one is quite important.

The Eastern Faction was lead by General Gustav Dvornik and when he mobilized his forces to

fight in the Estovakian civil war he also hired mercenaries from Belka and North Osea

(which used to be South Belka before the Belkan War) to develop new weapons that were meant

to be used in the conflict.

One of the notable mercenaries that came from Belka was Lorenz Ridel, who served as Gault 7

during the Belkan War, and he brought Belkan technology coming from the XB-0 heavy command

cruiser which resulted in the development of the Aigaion Heavy Command Cruiser together

with its aerial fleet consisting of the Kottos and Gyges aircraft which were responsible

for ECM and air defence duties respectively.

Moving away from the civil war, in the year of 2008, the countries of Anea were represented

on Strangereal's G7 summit that was being hosted by Osea on the Arkbird.

However shortly after that, the Republic of Anea project was frozen due to the ongoing

Estovakian civil war.

As the civil war progressed, the LUF managed to defeat and occupy territory that belonged

to the Independent Tariff Federation, but its advance then stalled due to the rapid

expansion of the front lines.

Meanwhile the Eastern Faction had been able to absorb the Island Coalition and the Northern

Highlands Faction, therefore leaving the LUF and the Eastern Faction as the two main powers

left in the civil war.

Now do you remember that large oil facility in northern Estovakia that I mentioned in

the beginning of the video?

As it happens, that facility had been abandoned in the year of 1990, but now in 2008, the

Eastern Faction took over the facility to start building the Aigaion and the rest of

the aerial fleet.

During this time the Eastern Faction was also working on the Chandelier, however they were

not able to solve the heating problem and therefore they could not use it during the

civil war.

Two years later, in 2010, the Emmerian government finally stopped sending aid to the LUF because

of the civil war, however it was already too late because the damage had already been done.

The Eastern Faction, seeing that Emmeria had been backing the LUF for the last three years

of the conflict, now considered that Emmeria was just as bad as the LUF.

And the bloody Estovakian civil war continued for three more years until it was time for

the final showdown.

From January 15 to the 22 of 2013, the LUF executed a large scale land and sea assault

against the Eastern Faction that was meant to break the deadlock in the war.

With overwhelming numbers the LUF managed to put the Eastern Faction's troops in a

massive retreat but this didn't last long, shortly after the Eastern Faction deployed

its aerial fleet, the Strigon Team and the Vampire Team on a counter-attack mission.

The tide of the war had quickly changed and in this counter-attack, the aerial fleet and

its supporting squadrons managed to destroy about 80% of the LUF's forces in just one week.

It didn't last very long and the Eastern Faction defeated the LUF shortly after in

a battle close to the Estovakian-Emmerian border, a battle in which Lieutenant General

Lyes, the leader of the LUF, was killed.

With the civil war now over, the Eastern Faction then created a new central government under

the command of the Generals, which included military commanders of the Eastern Faction

and was primarily lead by General Gustav Dvornik.

Later in the month of November of 2013, the Estovakian foreign minister Isaac Arensky

was about to go on a trip to Emmeria in order to attend a conference however his vehicle

was attacked while he was going to the airport.

Foreign minister Arensky was knocked out by a grenade that was thrown at him and he died

a couple of days later on December the 2.

Many people believe that this incident was orchestrated by members of the Eastern Faction

since Arensky and the Estovakian Prime Minister at the time, Jacob Šuker, had bad relations.

However at least the official blame was put on surviving members of the Lyes United Front

when the minister's death was announced, something that happened only in 2014 because

his death was kept as a secret in December of 2013.

In 2014, the year after the end of the civil war, Estovakia faced the following situation:

unemployment rate of over 40%, infrastructure destroyed or non-existent and the country

was even under threat of armed groups spread across the country that wanted to proclaim

independence from the central government.

The Amherst Research Institute, an organization located in Emmeria, estimated that without

any international assistance the country of Estovakia would take over 30 years to recover

its economy to the levels of the 1990s - the pre-Ulysses levels.

Trying to help their neighbouring country, the Emmerians once more restarted their aid

program to Estovakia.

On February 4 there was actually a conference between the two nations to discuss this topic,

and while Emmeria said it had no intention of stopping the aid program, the Emmerians

also said that they feared that the program could be used to fuel and develop another

military dictatorship and therefore repeat the failure that had previously happened during

the civil war with Emmeria backing the LUF.

Estovakia's new Foreign Minister, Antonina Koznick, a former captain of the navy for

the Eastern Faction and the one who replaced foreign minister Arensky, stated that Emmeria

was partially responsible for the Estovakian civil war by assisting the LUF.

However the Emmerian Ambassador Bell stated that it wasn't the case and that the aid

program was supposed to go to the early rehabilitation of Estovakia and not to support the LUF and its atrocities.

The Emmerian Ambassador even continued and said: "Has she ever thought about their position

of being assisted?

I cannot help think that she is trying to take Estovakians' frustrations out on us Emmerians."

Because of a discussion like this the tensions between the two nations increased.

Jumping to April of 2015, a Yuktobanian spy satellite was able to spot the Aigaion at

the oil facility located in northeast Estovakia, and finally on August 30 of 2015 Estovakia

declared war and invaded Emmeria thus starting the Emmerian - Estovakian War, also known

as the Anean Continental War.

The most important factor that lead to this war was the Estovakian hatred towards Emmeria

since Emmeria financed the Estovakian Civil War through its aid program, however another

possible reason in addition to that, and please take this as my personal opinion and not as

a fact since it is not confirmed, is that because of the horrible economic situation

in the home front the Estovakian generals wanted to rally the citizen's patriotic

feelings and unite them against a common enemy by performing a rapid invasion of the country

that financed their civil war - Emmeria.

This would serve as a distraction to the Estovakian population and their problems at home, something

that has happened in real life and was one of the causes of the Falklands War in 1982

between Argentina and the UK.

Coming back to the story, Estovakia invaded Emmeria and quickly took over the country.

Of course these are the events covered in Ace Combat 6 Fires of Liberation and I will

not explain the Emmerian - Estovakian war in detail this time, instead I will leave

that to another video.

What you do have to know is that even though Estovakia deployed its aerial fleet and the

Strigon Squadron, the Estovakians were unable to defend themselves from the Emmerian counter-attack

and even though they deployed their giant railgun, Chandelier, which was now ready,

they could not win the conflict.

The Emmerian - Estovakian war ended sometime after April 1 of 2016, the day when Chandelier

was destroyed, as there was a coup d'etat in Estovakia that overthrew the generals and

formed a new government, a government which quickly restored peace between the two countries.

So this was the History of Estovakia, a Strangereal documentary compiling everything we know about

the country.

But when there are chemical reactions there are some very interesting results.

Imagine the following example I have an effervescent tablet of 20 grams

and a glass with water with 200 ml.

So if we put the tablet together with the glass with water under a scale

we have 220 grams. When I throw the tablet in the water it is dissolved

until it is a little pozzle in the bottom of the glass.

If we now place the glass with the dissolved tablet the scale shows...

210 grams?

There's something weird about it.

It's as if we had two oranges on one side and two oranges on the other, and when

we put all the oranges together we had three oranges, when we should be four.

Calm.

It's very simple.

Long ago in a country called France, a chemist named Antoine Lavoisier

saw in one of his surveys that when he added two substances they reacted,

but the sum of the masses did not seem right.

The sum of the masses of the reactants was greater than the sum of the masses of the products.

Lavoisier knew that nothing disappears and realized that one of the products of the reaction

was the detachment of gas.

This is called the Mass Preservation Law.

So we can conclude that those ten grams that are missing

are the result of gas formation.

Special Briefing - DAS Busby on North Korea Human Rights Abuses and Censorship - Duration: 6:27.

MS NAUERT: Next, I would like to introduce you to one of the –

our other deputy assistant secretaries.

Come on up here.

This is Scott Busby.

Scott works for our DRL Bureau, which is Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor.

He's here to talk about the DPRK, North Korea.

Today, consistent with the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016, the State

Department has released its third report on North Korea human rights abuses and also censorship.

In conjunction with the report, the Department of Treasury sanctioned persons and

entities identified in this report.

And our Deputy Assistant Secretary Mr. Busby will talk a little bit about that and take

a few of your questions, and then I'll start the regular briefing.

Sir, go ahead.

MR BUSBY: Well, thank you, Heather.

And good afternoon, everyone.

Today, as part of our continuing efforts to promote accountability for North Korean officials,

as Heather said, we're releasing our third report on serious human rights abusers

from the DPRK.

And this report identifies seven individuals and three entities as responsible

for serious human rights abuses or censorship in North Korea.

In conjunction with the report, the Treasury Department has added these 10 North Korean

individuals and entities to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.

Both actions are consistent with the North Korean Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act

of 2016.

Like the two prior reports, this report shines a spotlight on serious human rights abuses

committed by the DPRK regime, including extrajudicial killings, forced labor, torture, prolonged

arbitrary detention, as well as rape, forced abortions, and other sexual violence.

In particular, this report focuses on the many human rights abuses that underwrite the

regime's weapons program, including forced labor, re-education through labor camps, and

overseas labor contracts.

Thousands of North Koreans are sent abroad every year to work in slave-like conditions,

earning revenue for the regime.

The government also deploys security officials abroad to monitor the activities of North

Korean citizens and to forcibly repatriate individuals who seek asylum.

This report includes individuals and entities responsible for these types of abuses.

With these efforts, we aim to send a signal to all DPRK Government officials, particularly

prison camp managers and mid-level officials, that we can and we will expose human rights

abuses and censorship in the DPRK and that these individuals will suffer consequences

for such actions.

QUESTION: I have a quick question.

There's one individual on the list who's based in China at the consul general in Shenyang.

I'm not sure how to pronounce that.

But what do you expect China to do as a result of the U.S. pointing to this individual?

Do you expect them to take action against them?

What's the expectation?

MR BUSBY: This individual was included in the report because of his responsibility for

facilitating the return of North Korean asylum seekers to North Korea.

His case has been raised with China.

I don't want to speak for what China may or may not do with his case,

but we've brought it to their attention.

QUESTION: What are the possibilities for what they might do?

MR BUSBY: The range of possibilities, right, including expelling from the country.

MS NAUERT: Janne.

QUESTION: Thank you very much.

Regarding North Korean human rights abuse, do you expect North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

putting into ICC, International Criminal Court, for abuse?

MR BUSBY: Well, a decision like that is obviously not one that the U.S. Government takes.

That's a decision that can be taken by any number of other entities.

So again, I don't think I can speak for what those entities may or may not do

with regards to Kim Jong-un.

QUESTION: Can you give us an estimate of what assets are actually frozen as a result of

the sanctions that were announced by Treasury today?

Are there any significant assets falling under U.S. jurisdiction that have actually now been

frozen as a result of their acts?

MR BUSBY: I'd have to refer you to our Treasury Department for that sort of information.

I don't have those sorts of details.

QUESTION: And just one follow-up on the question about potential sanctions: If you don't know

or can't tell us what kinds of action China might take, and you don't know,

in fact, whether China will actually take any action, why is there any reason to believe

that there will be any accountability for the individual that you've identified,

or any consequence?

MR BUSBY: Again, the report is just out today.

We have communicated the results of this report, the data in this report, with the Chinese

and with other governmental authorities in the region.

It's now up to China to decide what to do with it.

QUESTION: Have they ever previously acted against a North Korean official

who has been similarly identified?

MR BUSBY: This is the first such individual mentioned in a report like this, but --

QUESTION: But surely you've raised other issues with them in the past, or other individuals.

MR BUSBY: Yeah.

I don't know off the top of my head.

I couldn't tell you.

QUESTION: You don't know --

MR BUSBY: I could tell you off the top of my head, but we could get back to you.

QUESTION: Great.

It'd be interesting to know if they ever have acted.

MS NAUERT: Abbie from NBC News, final question.

QUESTION: Hi.

I wanted to ask – I believe that this is not the first time you have decided to target

mid-level officials within the North Korean Government, and I believe the philosophy was

the idea that people would feel a different level of responsibility

in that mid-level position.

Have you seen any effect by undertaking that – targeting that particular level of people

within the North Korean Government?

MR BUSBY: So very hard to get information out of North Korea, but we have heard from

defectors that there – they have seen policy changes and in some cases the harshness of

their treatment has been lessened, they have said, as a consequence of sanctions

such as these.

So we have heard that from defectors.

MS NAUERT: Thank you so much.

President Trump has threatened to pull NBC's and other networks' licenses to operate,

because he accuses them of spreading 'Fake News.'

The president took to Twitter to ask the hypothetical question,

"At what point is it appropriate to challenge their license?"

Capping the tweet with, "Bad for country!"

And I totally agree.

That is if, by bad for country, you mean "having a sitting president threaten the press."

Sure, Trump is free to criticize the press like any other citizen.

But unlike any other citizen, President Trump is, like, the president.

Which means he's taken a vow to uphold the Constitution, which includes,

buried all the way in the back with the amendments, the first one.

Yeah, that one!

At first I thought Trump must have no idea how the government works.

But apparently, he knows exactly how it works.

Since threatening censorship is par for the course in Washington.

Two Democratic Representatives, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Emanuel Cleaver,

have stepped up to use their Congressional powers to threaten not NBC, not the networks, but Twitter.

Why, you ask?

In their own words, "If Twitter continues to prove unable or hesitant to grasp the seriousness of this threat,

and combat the racialized climate that is being stimulated on your platforms,

we, as Members of Congress, will be left with little option but to demand to increase regulations

and government oversight of this industry to address these problems.

I'm sorry, Representatives Coleman and Cleaver, just to clarify,

did you say you'll be left with little option?

Because, there is the other option, and it's a big one,

to abide by the Constitution.

You know, that thing you want Trump to do?

It doesn't matter whether you're Republican or Democrat,

if you're using 'Fake News,' 'Racial Division,' 'Foreign Influence,'

or any other term with no legal definition to justify censoring speech,

you're inviting your opposition to do the same.

So, just to be safe, follow the Constitution.

Or, if you don't want to read the whole thing, then for now, just remember this part of it:

"Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press."

All on the Youtube, we are gonna wrap up the Havoc series

with the H103, one of their original wheels.

It has now come out in a new size, so if you wanna see

the previous video we actually did the H103

last year in the 22x11, you can go back, check that out.

This one's gonna be the 20x12, so they had some popularity

with the wheel so they came out with another size of it.

So it's the 20 inch by 12 wide,

and it's a negative 44 offset.

This one's gonna be the gloss black with the milling inside.

And it looks like that's the only one I'm seeing so far,

and it's got the rivets all the way around, the dual rivets.

This lip has a bump out for every single spoke,

so it's got a more aggressive off-road look to it.

And then you'll see the cut outs, the square cut outs

in each of the spokes too.

Now, this is the only finish I am seeing

in the 20x12, negative 44 so far.

I'm betting they're gonna come out

with the flat black version also.

And I don't know on the chrome you'll have to stay tuned

and see if they come out with something there.

We will be stopping by Havoc during sema of course,

to do the live giveaway, if you guys have snapped up

one of the shirts, you'll wanna tune into that.

And we can check out what they've got there as well,

and see if they're gonna have

any information on other finishes.

But as of right now, this 20x12, negative 44

and it's in the gloss black with the milling.

And off the front of the spoke it's pretty much

a six inch lip, five and 7/8 probably

off the front of the spoke.

And then they've got the bump, halfway through

the barrel there, which gives you

the illusion of a bigger lip.

There it's about seven and 1/2 inches between the spokes.

So it definitely gives you that 12 inch

negative 44 lip wheel look

and the bump outs just make it look more aggressive,

more of that beefy look.

And the same thing with the spokes,

they're pretty big blocky spokes.

You'll see they come straight out when they come out

of the center of the wheel.

And they dive back and that's what's giving you

that little bit more wheel lip to get up to that

basically six inches, which is, it seems to be the target

for all of the 12 by negative 44's.

As far as sizes this thing comes in pretty much

all the sizes because it has been around for a little while.

So they've got the 17x9, the 18x9, the 20x9, 20x10,

20x12's now and then the 22x11

I believe it was that we did last year, yeah.

22x11 negative 24, so quite a variety of sizes

for both lifted applications, leveled applications,

and even some stock ride height with the 17x9's 18x9's, so.

Covered cap. This is the only one out of the group

for the series of the new sizes.

I think it's because one of the original designs

that it is a covered cap, it's not one to run

the spike lug nuts.

My bet is a lot of them will be dual built

for dual application and that's exactly why

they go with the covered cap.

Price point. So I know this one's gonna be competitive,

the 20x12 should also be,

yeah just over 1,100 bucks,

1,140 bucks it looks like right for a set of four

of them shipped to your door.

So competitive price as far as the name brand wheels,

that's about where you'd expect them to sit

in the 20x12 negative 44's

and the painted finishes, cast wheels.

So that will sit right there at moderate

and hit a pretty good price point for the quality

of the wheel that you're getting.

That should be it and that pretty much wraps up

the Havoc series, I wish you all the best of luck

When Marvel hatched their ambitious plan for a large-scale cinematic universe full of comic-book

characters, they also kicked off the hottest new trend in Hollywood.

Tinseltown has universe fever, with major studios all looking to plant a stake in fertile,

franchise-ready territory that they hope someday will rival the MCU's superheroes for box office

domination.

Here are the hottest properties with the potential to go universal.

Call of Duty

Video game adaptations don't always strike gold — we're looking at you, Assassin's

Creed — but the makers of this popular first-person shooter still believe they can turn their

prize property into a successful cinematic universe.

Stacey Sher, a producer known for movies like Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight, along

with former Disney executive Nick van Dyk, are in charge of Activision Blizzard Studios.

They're planning a Call of Duty film franchise that'll have "the same sort of high-adrenaline,

high-energy aesthetic as the game."

If all goes well, the movies will pay homage to all the different games in the series,

from Black Ops to Modern Warfare.

Sony Marvel

Crime-fighting spider?

Whatever you want to call him, Spider-Man is back in the MCU fold — but Sony, who

used to own the web-slinging hero, is still planning to feature his friends in their own

movie universe.

Venom, starring Tom Hardy in the title role, will hit theaters in October 2018.

Another project, featuring characters Silver Sable and Black Cat, has a February 2019 release

date.

Just don't expect to see Tom Holland slinging webs in any of Sony's Marvel films; despite

some initial confusion, Spidey is an MCU exclusive.

Valiant Comics

Sony's shared superhero universe goes way beyond Spider-Man's extended family; the studio

also has a five-picture deal with comics publisher Valiant, and action-packed movies based on

Bloodshot, Harbinger, and Harbinger Wars are all in development.

Details are sparse, but we do know for sure that Bloodshot will steer clear of superhero

conventions in favor of a classic sci-fi feel — and this universe might just have a Guardian

of the Galaxy in it.

Dave Bautista spilled the beans on Twitter that he's in talks to headline a film based

on Valiant's Eternal Warrior title, where he'll be reborn as a whole new kind of hero.

"Ahhh!

John Wick

After a pair of successful feature films starring Keanu Reeves, John Wick is going to explode

in a whole new direction — with a prequel TV series.

The small-screen expansion will revolve around the Continental, the global hotel that caters

to the world's hottest assassins.

But if you love Keanu in the title role, don't worry; Lionsgate has plans for at least one

more movie in the John Wick universe, and considering where we last saw him, this hitman

has a lot more work to do before he can hang up his guns.

"Whoever comes.

Hasbro

Between the Transformers and G.I.

Joe franchises, Hasbro's action figures make for pretty good action films — and big plans

are in the works for a new Hasbro Universe, with a team of superhero specialists in charge

of development.

Marvel alums Nicole Perlman, Cheo Coker, and Joe Robert Cole are all on board, and they're

ready to reboot G.I.

Joe for a whole new generation.

Hasbro's Simon Waters promised that they'll be blowing up old conventions to create a

more contemporary Joe, saying,

"The world has changed, and I think you're going to see G.I.

Joe changing with it."

So while details are still sparse on Hasbro's plans for its universe, you know it'll be

something new.

"And knowing is half the battle!"

The Conjuring

Ed and Lorraine Warren (played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga) are a pair of ghost

hunters with a room full of haunted objects in their house — which turned into a treasure

trove of movie ideas when Hollywood realized that the Conjuring franchise was box office

gold.

The demonic haunted doll named Annabelle got two movies out of the deal, while another

installment featuring the terrifying nun is due in 2018.

And it won't stop there; when it comes to world of The Conjuring, director James Wan

has ambitious goals:

"One of the biggest things I really wanted to do is bring respect back to studio horror

films."

With a museum full of haunted objects to choose from, this is one universe that could keep

on expanding for a long time.

LEGO

The big bang that spawned this universe came at the box office, when the LEGO Movie grossed

four hundred and seventy million dollars worldwide.

From there, Warner Brothers dove headfirst into the world of colorful building blocks,

with Batman and ninja-themed spin-off movies as well as a straight sequel called… uh,

The Lego Movie Sequel.

As for the universe, LEGO Batman Movie director Chris McKay says it has a "sci-fi premise"

— in other words, the films are loosely connected by the fraught relationship between

the LEGO world and humans who built it.

"It's a highly sophisticated interlocking brick system."

...Whatever.

All you need to know that in this universe, everything is awesome.

Hanna-Barbera

It's only a rumor so far, but the buzz surrounding a full-on movie universe based on classic

Hanna-Barbera cartoons is definitely building — starting with a Scooby Doo animated feature

film to be released in 2020.

If all goes well with Scoob and his gang, Hollywood can go ahead and bring in a whole

world of classic cartoon characters: The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Jonny Quest, Top Cat, and of

course, Yogi Bear… whether he likes it or not.

"Every day it's the same old thing.

Sheesh."

Millarworld

August 7, 2017 was an important day in the history of Netflix.

That's when the streaming giant announced the acquisition of Millarworld— a publishing

universe that includes plenty of hot Hollywood properties.

Wanted, Kick-Ass, and Kingsman have already been made into feature films, but they may

be rebooted on the streaming service, where Netflix plans to create new original series

from existing franchises as well as any future Millarworld titles.

Some people even think the Scottish storyteller might give Marvel's Stan Lee a run for his

money when it comes to creating the most expansive universe ever seen onscreen.

BREAKING: Congress Just ENDED It For Anti-American NFL With Just One Swipe Of The Pen.

Over the past couple of weeks, NFL protests have metastasized into something racist and

vile. No longer are some of these athletes happy to quietly protest by sitting or kneeling

through our National Anthem, as we're now seeing an increasing number of athletes flashing

black power salutes after they sack white players on the field.

President Trump has had enough, and several days ago spoke out about the NFL allowing

this to go on, telling Americans to turn off the game, while advising NFL owners to "get

that son of a b***h off the field right now … he's fired!"

Over the weekend, these players held massive protests across the NFL to defy President

Trump, where over 200 athletes took a knee or sat, with entire teams choosing to stay

in the locker room as the National Anthem played. These players have grown increasingly

cocky over the past week, believing they're unstoppable, while ignoring the will of their

patriotic fans, who are now causing their viewership to plummet into the double digits.

As angry Americans continue to prove they have better things to do other than being

bombarded with the anti-American sentiments of "oppressed" millionaires, Congress

is now stepping in with an action that could ruin everything overnight for the NFL, with

one simple swipe of a pen.

One thing people don't realize is the NFL currently gets over a billion dollars in taxpayer-funded

federal subsidies. The fancy stadiums that these entitled players continue to kneel and

disrespect our country in were bought and funded by the American tax payer, where we've

foot the bill for 20 NFL stadiums since 1997.

Over the past 20 years, the American people have spent spent a whopping $7 billion to

renovate or build NFL stadiums, providing 46% of the total costs of these fancy stadiums.

But all that could soon change after what Congress just announced. In the U.S. Senate,

there is a bill currently being reviewed that would BAN the use of federal money for the

construction and financing of professional sports arenas. Conservative Fighters reports:

"Well, how about that; it turns out that there's even more that the government and

taxpayers do for those players than just show up at their games and buy their overpriced

jerseys. Apparently, our hard earned tax dollars are going to help out with those stadiums

that we only get to enter when we pay an additional fee," Kat from Freedom Daily reported.

Unfortunately for the anti-American NFL, empty stadiums and plummeting viewership could soon

be the least of their concerns. If these subsidies suddenly end, all the NFL would have to fork

out their own money to build and maintain these fancy stadiums, meaning they'd have

no choice but to listen to their angry fans and put an end to these protests.

As these cocky players continue to disrespect our country, our police, and every Oklahoma

Republican Rep. Steve Russell first presented the bill a few months ago, and now has become

an interest to others as well as the NFL players continue to express their dishonor of America.

The bill already has bipartisan support.

'The federal government is responsible for a lot of important functions, but financing

sports stadiums for multi-million – sometimes billion – dollar franchises is definitely

not one of them,' Rep. Russell said.

The financing is a form of community bonds that channel taxpayers' money into the projects

for construction of sports arenas.

For the past 17 years, 36 professional athletic stadiums have been built or renovated by federal

tax-exempted municipal bonds. This cost taxpayers $3.2 billion," the Caller explained, quoting

information from the Brookings Institute.

Advocates for the federal funding of professional sports arenas often justify the costs by pointing

to economic development, but new research shows that isn't true.

'There is no statistically significant positive correlation between sports facility construction

and economic development,' the Journal of Economic Perspectives said."

American soldier who has fought, bled, and died to protect America, the one thing they

didn't consider was the will of the American people. After refusing to listen to their

vast patriotic fanbase, now they'll be incurring the full wrath of GOP lawmakers who overnight

could ruin everything for them with this wonderful new piece of legislation.

An Independent Audit of the RTMC's Cybersecurity Controls - Duration: 3:22.

Thanks for joining us.

In this audit, we looked at the cybersecurity controls at the Regional Transportation Management

Centre, a facility built in 2013 by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure to provide

round the clock, live monitoring of road and traffic conditions of provincially managed

highways across B.C.

The Regional Transportation Management Centre, or R-T-M-C, manages the traffic flow at major

bridges and roadways across B.C. using modern IT systems.

The variable speed limit signs, like those on the Sea to Sky Highway, and the lane controls

on the Lions Gate Bridge, George Massey and Cassiar Tunnels, are all managed by R-T-M-C.

Our audit looked at whether the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has established

foundational cybersecurity controls to protect its traffic management systems.

We found gaps in R-T-M-C's cybersecurity controls, which the ministry is already responding

to.

Foundational cybersecurity controls are essential to all IT systems.

These controls include knowing what systems and devices are in place, having secure configurations,

and strong access control.

We looked at just one aspect of traffic management, and that is whether R-T-M-C had cybersecurity

controls in place.

We did not assess the effectiveness of the controls.

Our audit identified significant gaps in the R-T-M-C's cybersecurity controls.

In this audit, some of our results showed weaknesses that could potentially expose R-T-M-C

to cybersecurity attacks.

For security reasons, and as with many of our IT reports, we can't share our detailed

findings in this report, as doing so might put the R-T-M-C at greater risk.

However, we provided our detailed findings and recommendations to the Ministry and are

pleased that the Ministry is already working to address the gaps we identified.

We made a number of recommendations in four key areas:

First, the ministry should know what hardware and software it has in place so it can be

secured.

Second, the ministry should establish and maintain baseline settings for its hardware

and software so it's secure.

This includes things like regularly applying updates, installing anti-virus software, using

strong passwords and removing unnecessary software.

Third, the ministry should perform vulnerability assessments or scans that look for security

weaknesses, and then act on the findings to fill any holes.

And fourth, the ministry should carefully manage and control access to its systems.

Specifically, we mean the administrator accounts, which are those accounts required to set up

and maintain the systems.

Most people think a narcissist is simply someone egotistical and arrogant.

We are all narcissistic to a certain extent, while the pathological narcissists have a serious negative impact on

everyday life and relationships with others.

Painful relationships are blessings in disguise.

If you're still trying to prove your worth, you attract narcissists.

Moreover, you purely don't realize that you are in a relationship with a narcissist.

Their bad behavior is not short-lived.

The best way out of a narcissistic relationship starts with awareness and is followed by taking responsibility for your

choices and learning how to love yourself enough to leave.

Having said that, here are 13 tell signs to help you spot one in your life or discover that you are indeed a narcissist.

1.

They feel they are superior to you.

Narcissism is the expression of the ego.

The main indicator of narcissism is an unwillingness to unravel the false ego-self to live authentically.

In fact, they live in fantasies of unrealistic success, power, appearance or even ideal love.

The truth is they are very insecure and have a hard time accepting their failures or the things they perceive to be

less than perfect.

Narcissists will always try to impress others and try to make themselves look like a superstar and act superior to

those around them.

So, they believe their views are inherently superior to your perspectives.

But what they truly value is the attention they desire to receive.

2.

They often break rules and have poor boundaries themselves.

Narcissists enjoy getting away with violating rules and social norms.

They love to be the exception to the rule.

They repeatedly break promises and obligations.

They ignore your thoughts, feelings, possessions, and physical space.

They show little remorse and rather blame you for their own lack of respect.

They have no respect for your boundaries, either.

Any time you say no or set up a boundary on their bad behaviors, it's just a challenge to them.

They are usually very stubborn and hate being told what to do.

They have a deep need for admiration and validation.

They often expect preferential treatment from others.

Thus, they expect you to cater to their needs without being considerate in return.

In their mind, the world revolves around them.

They believe that they are so special and unique that they can only be understood by or associate with other special or

high-status people just like them.

And if you are not on the same page with them, you are not that special.

End of story.

They often become envious of other people's success and accomplishments.

They also believe that others are jealous of them.

They typically feel entitled to something better and think they're not getting the recognition they deserve from others.

Thus, they seek excitement and drama to give them access to adoration and notoriety.

They get upset and condescending when you do not share the same feeling.

This tells you either directly or indirectly that you are not that important, or not as good as them.

4.

They are emotionally abusive.

They don't give you a chance to take part in a two-way conversation.

You struggle to have your views and feelings heard.

When you do get a word in, if it's not in agreement with them, your comments are likely to be corrected or dismissed.

They are often quick to judge, criticize and ridicule you even out in public.

Communicating with them is basically a series of endless conversations where you express an opinion and they

immediately jump on it.

They just can't relax because they always need to be in charge of everything, including you.

This is where the emotional abuse kicks in.

They start to pull apart your thoughts and challenge your view of reality,

particularly when they believe they are intellectually superior and smarter.

5.

They can be very charismatic and seductive.

When they're interested in you for their own gratification, they make you feel very special and wanted.

However, once they lose interest in you, most likely after they've gotten what they want, or become bored,

they will drop you without a second thought.

Many narcissists enjoy provoking negative emotions to gain control, feel powerful,

and keep you insecure and off-balance.

They might throw a tantrum if you disagree with their views or fail to meet their expectations.

They become argumentative and typically respond with fight or flight.

6.

They are skilled manipulators.

They use other people to meet their unreasonable self-serving needs or cover up self-perceived inadequacies and flaws.

They even make decisions for others to suit their own needs.

Another way narcissists manipulate is through guilt.

They hijack your emotions.

They might bring up one thing they've done and blame you for not being appreciated to fulfil their unreasonable needs.

They will often call you crazy and slowly start to convince you that you are.

They are known for what's called gas-lighting that is the form of abuse to create anxiety and confusion,

breaking down your own trust in yourself and your ability to discern what's real and what is good for you.

7.

They fear what others think of them.

People with narcissism are hyper-sensitive to criticism.

Needing so much to protect their overblown but fragile ego, their defence system can be surprisingly easy to set off.

They become overly self righteous and reactive if they are not recognized or if they can't get their way.

If you do something that they don't like, it means you're against them or you don't understand them.

They also like to impress others by making themselves look good externally.

This, so-called trophy complex, makes them use people, status or money to make themselves look good on all levels in

order to substitute for the perceived inadequate real self.

They fail to take responsibilities for their behaviors.

Narcissists tend to blame on everyone but themselves.

They're good at making excuses and not taking responsibility for mistakes they make.

Narcissists don't accept that they create their own experiences.

Their responses are triggered by unhealed wounds, so they're trying to relieve pain, subconsciously,

through harmful emotional abuse of others.

They are often the unsuitable partners.

You will notice that once you stop feeding their ego, start getting real and calling them out on their bad behaviors,

they will quickly abandon you and jump ship.

That's because a narcissist won't put the feelings of the partner above their own.

There's also the undeniable self-esteem boost that comes when they find out another person,

other than the partner is attracted to them.

That explains why they often come with a serious pattern of broken relationships usually with infidelity.

Faithfulness is a tricky thing for them because they just would not pass up the affirmation of another person's

approval and admiration.

10.

It's not your job to save or fix them.

The grandiose people, because they feel superior, they're very unlikely to seek treatment.

Rather, they hold a grievance against the world, which will eventually cause for a deep craving for admiration and lead

the narcissistic to lead a life searching for fleeting ego boosts.

The narcissist is unwilling to unravel the false ego self, which is a necessary part of the healing process.

Unfortunately, they are genuinely damaged and not open to healing.

11.

They are the lookout for your vulnerabilities.

They love the spotlight and have a sense of entitlement.

As they are constantly looking for admiration and appreciation they can go to extreme lengths to achieve that.

They cannot genuinely care about your feelings.

It is difficult for them to understand how they can hurt others.

They harp on your personal insecurities or struggles.

Personal insecurities or struggles that you might not have otherwise been aware of seem to be a constant source of

tension and are often addressed critically and insensitively.

Once they hone in on what's important to you, they will use these things against you.

The underlying message that gets communicated through such hostility towards you is something like "I am not bad,

wrong or a problem, but you are."

On the contrary, they do not show their vulnerabilities.

While they try to project and maintain the false image, this kind of hollow self portray eventually force them to

prevent any feeling from reaching consciousness.

Since the false self is perfect, of course, a lot of feelings have to be suppressed.

Thus, narcissists do not feel emotions like vulnerability, empathy and compassion, or on the surface level, if at all,

and cover them up with rage, blame, manipulation and disdain for others.

Deep inside, they know that something is not quite right but sadly they cannot empathize with other people's feelings.

Instead, they hold them in contempt and ridicule.

They cannot show their true feelings because it would shatter their ego and their entire identity.

The reason that feelings of anger and rage are so typically expressed by them is that they externalize in the very

moment the far more painful anxiety or shame related emotions hiding just beneath them,

especially when others bring their deepest insecurities too close to the surface.

13.

They make it clear they know everything.

After all, they know more about everything than anyone else, and they're not afraid to show it.

In fact, they can be expected to argue, educate, and inform you about virtually every topic you bring up in

conversation.

They certainly don't shy away from disagreements or opportunities to teach you about their way of thinking and make

sure you know that their way is the better one.

Why Halloween is a Great Movie - Duration: 4:12.

Oh hi! You know we've all been there. We have our William Shatner mask, we've

painted it all white, and we go in a murder spree of 20-somethings who are

pretending to be teenagers. No? That is ... that is just me? Well I think you're

the weird one. Halloween, the holiday, started off as a bunch of drunk Irishmen

trying to make turnips look scary. It's evolved now into a holiday where a bunch

of drunk people try and make the world less scary. Horror films have tried to

capitalize on this for many years. The Ring and the Paranormal Activity films

just to name a few. But in 1978, director John Carpenter decided to use the

holiday to create what I consider to be one of the best films of all time. Now it

could just be the music–

Which still creeps me F out. But it's beyond the

scares that it provides. It's accused sometimes of jump-starting the slasher

genre. Which, honestly, I have a hard time arguing with. It certainly has a bunch of

tropes that we've come to expect: the camera being used as the point of view

of the killer, the murder count rising, and of course a bunch of jump scares.

But here is where I think it differs: we're never meant to empathize with the

killer, and we're never supposed to think that it's cool that his victim count

grows. Having just recently watched the Saw franchise, that is what stood out to

me the most. Jigsaw is this really smart guy, and a person who the audience is

supposed to be sympathetic to. We're supposed to be repulsed by his Rube

Goldberg death traps, that's for sure, but we're also meant to think of how

ingenious he is to come up with these plans, and we never really care about his

victims. Halloween, however, we have Laurie Strode (who's played by Jamie Lee Curtis)

and she is this unassuming American teenager. We might even call her bland.

She's just someone who wants to try and do her homework, get a few extra dollars

by babysitting, and watch a scary movie on TV. And then her whole world is

shattered. We know that evil exists across that street, and we want her to

stay in her own house. But because this is a movie she doesn't. She enters the

beast's lair and we contort and we squirm in our seats because we're scared about

the seemingly satanic presence that's behind her. So there's this one scene – and

sorry spoiler alert for a movie that's over 30 years old – and the evil Michael

Myers (remember this is before Wayne's World)

breaks through the slats of the closet. He has his knife in his hand. Cunningly,

Laurie fashions a weapon out of a coat hanger and stabs it into his eye, and we

as an audience cheer for that! We think that she has won. He's lying on his back,

she gets out of the closet, she stops at the top of the stairs and exhales, and

then silently he sits up in the background. The music starts again, and

that feeling of dread fills us all over again. It's this scene that gets to the

heart of the film. We think our heroine is safe, and then she isn't. We want her

to conquer this awful human being. Now I could go into a big analysis of this

film and say something like: it shows how the excess of secular life produces evil,

and only a chaste life can conquer it. But I don't think that's the interesting

part of this film. Roger Ebert in his review of this movie

wrote that, "it's easy to create violence on the screen, but it's hard to do it

well." What we see in this movie is horrific, and it produces the exact

response John Carpenter wants. But it never glorifies, and it never exalts in

its violence, which many of the films that followed in its footsteps never got right,

including most of the sequels to this movie. To root for the killer seems much

to nihilistic to me. To watch a bunch of people being killed and then to laugh

and to cheer at that seems weird. Empathy is one of our greatest strengths, and to

deaden that seems wrong to me. So I'll continue to cheer for Laurie Strode, be

creeped out by the music, and to paint my William Shatner masks white. But more
