And we're both moms, so I think we both really

Yeah, that's different. Like Severn was saying, we're the grown-ups now.
What else do you think is different today?
Well, a lot of things have changed, a lot of things haven't.
So, you know you think about our world today now,
well we have cell phones, we have the Internet,
those are two major revolutionary things that have happened.
And I think that those are two very hopeful things we have now
in terms of tools for dealing with our environmental problems.
We can communicate with people from around the world instantly,
so affordably, we also have access to information to a degree people have
never - no humans have ever been able to have the access to information as we do today.
Then there's you know lots of challenges as well I mean a lot of the
things that was said in the speech back in 1992 are still relevant today.
And that has been an amazing thing to experience, you know for us 25 years
on to see how people are still responding to the same words because the same problems are still at hand.
One huge thing we're dealing with now is climate change.
Back then people knew about it, I mean certain certain people who were
already engaged in the environment, but it was not mainstream and now we're feeling the effects.
Like just last week, you know has been hurricane Irma.
And the week before that was hurricane Harvey and we're just seeing
the actual effects of something that was just a concept back 25 years ago.
So, you know if we had acted back then we would not be in the challenging
position we are today, and I think that that has really propelled us to what
we're trying to do now with the Rio-Remake project.
So now we're getting to the point.
What do you want to do now? What is the project?
Alright, so I'll take a stab at this.
I mean I think when we were talking and emailing back and forth what
I really got is like we as you said we're the grown-ups now and you know
we're gonna fight hard for the environment and we care, but we do have
all these other pressures and bills and and things going on and it's really the
kids today that are awake and alive, and have the cool new ideas, and we really
want I think to just give kids a portal to their own power.
Like every kid has an idea, a dream. Every kid has something they're passionate about
and we just want to help wake that up and give kids the opportunity to say like this is, this is what I care about.
We're the grown-ups now, so we're going to
let kids slap us in the face and be like what are you thinking, like why is this
still why are we still facing this problem.
So that's what I think is the impetus for this new project for sure.
So one of the amazing things for me has been to see the Rio speech from 1992 take on a life of its own.
That video has gone around the world, people are still talking about it.
And I really thought about why. And I think the reason is because kids have such a power
in that they are the ones who have everything really at stake. They
have the moral authority and the the clarity to be able to speak truth to power.
I mean I couldn't give that same speech, we couldn't give that
same speech today because we're not, we're not the ones who will fully
experience the future that we are currently affecting and we need that
voice and that's why we thought - wow, imagine if we kept this message that
seems to resonate with so many people. What if we gave that to the next generation.
What if we gave it back to the ones who really have that voice and
that power, which are children. To our youth. And so we we decided as a group to
invite 12 and 13 year olds or around that age to personalize a speech and
then give the speech and record themselves giving the speech and then we
would make a compilation and see what we would come up with.
And what we've come up with is, I don't know about you, but it's surpassed my wildest dreams.
Totally, and I think that that's, it's it's kind of like the way we put
together the original speech like you were passionate about one area and
Michelle and Vanessa and Tove and myself and we took all these bits and pieces
and put them together so it's so powerful when you see that but like
times like 20, 30 kids and all of their energy and all of their different
passion coming together into a project. I mean when you sent me the link and I
watched it like totally I cried. Totally I got chills. And so I think that we're
just gonna be able to keep that power going that started 25 years ago, you know
I hope forever. I just hope it keeps going.
Well exactly, I couldn't have said that better. I think I mean just imagine if we amplify that message from
from kids. If we, if children of the world kept on amplifying and saying those
words and challenging the adults to be who they say they are. To make their
actions reflect their words. Imagine if that just built until this crescendo
where the adults couldn't ignore them anymore. Where the adults finally had to
walk their talk and we have we create a revolution that is going to be able to
provide a healthy happy beautiful future.
That's the vision.
That's the vision.

Okay, what can kids do? Can other kids be part of this project?
Yeah so, I think as Severn just said, you know we're starting
a little revolution here so, and it's growing bigger than like a project that
we can even hold on to. So I think the long-term idea is it's just to have kids
record the speech or make up their own speech and start the next generation.
It's 25 years later. Lots has changed, lots hasn't changed, and just have young
people record themselves with these passionate messages and find a home for
them online and that's sort of I think going to be the next step.

- My name is Vanessa Miller.
I am a business operations manager and I recently
opened up a fitness company, called Moxie Fit.
And I also do personal training here at Core 24.
After I graduated high school,
and did a couple years at the local community college,
I got married at 18.
I was married for 15 years,
and then ended up going through a divorce.
During the 15 years that I was married,
we had five kids, two boys who are 16 and seven,
and three girls who are 13, 11 and eight.
Just before we separated, I decided
that also, as the kids were getting older,
it might be a good idea to just go back and finish college
so that it would just provide other opportunities.
When I thought about going back to school,
I was a little nervous about the course load
and after I transferred to Southern Wesleyan,
I found out that it was much easier
than attempting to do so many classes
or such a heavy course load on a traditional schedule.
When I think about the future,
I feel like the opportunities are endless
and the education that was provided to me
by Southern Wesleyan University
has given me the tools that I need
to be able to succeed in opening my own company.

Why Your Marketing Isn't Working - Duration: 5:53.
- Hello, everybody.
Hello, my spiritual entrepreneurs.
How are you guys out there?
So, I want to talk a little bit about your marketing,
and why it might not be working.
This is something that comes up a lot
in my Facebook group, Spiritual Biz Success.
Someone was asking someone else about
what marketing strategies work and what worked for them,
and how did they do it,
and I think that's what happens.
As spiritual entrepreneurs, we're out there a lot
trying to figure out what's working.
And there's so much information out there.
We're trying to figure out, "Does this work? Does that work?
"Like, what is it that's working for other people?"
And then we say, "Well, if it works for these people,
then boom, let me go do what they're doing."
You don't want to recreate the wheel,
so you go back, and you go do what they're doing.
And then, it doesn't work for you.
And it's really frustrating, and you're like,
"But this person did it. Why isn't it working?"
I know, many moons ago, back in the years
when I was first starting out,
I fell in the same trap.
I was watching what other people were doing,
and I said, "Well that worked for them."
"I can go do that."
And I would spend all of my effort and time
and going and creating whatever it was
I had seen someone else create,
and I thought, "This is it."
And then, I would launch something.
And it would launch to crickets.
And I was very, very confused,
and I know how frustrating that can be
because you're like, "Why can't I get this to work?"
And I know now what that one thing is
that is the difference between working and not working.
And that one thing is actually your message.
And this is probably the hardest part,
yet it seems simple, right?
It seems like it should be very easy
to know what your message is and who you're helping.
But without that clarity of your message,
you're marketing absolutely will not work.
So when you're looking at what it is that you're creating,
and you're stepping out,
and you may have a course. You may even have a webinar.
You may have all sorts of things in place, your website.
And you're not getting clients.
It's because you're not clear on your message.
And so, when you're not clear on your message,
then there's a wobble.
And that wobble can be felt by your clients
because they're not really sure what it is
you're talking about.
So I know when people join my Spiritual Biz Bootcamp,
my clients in there, one of the first things we do
is we get them super crystal clear
on who they're working with
and what that message is.
Because without knowing exactly who your ideal client is
and what your message is to them,
it falls on deaf ears.
So you can be the most talented healer.
You can be the most amazing psychic medium.
You can be whatever it is that you do,
whatever modality that you're using,
and if you can't communicate with your tribe
what it is that you're doing,
it's just, it doesn't happen. It doesn't work.
And I know that's where a lot of you guys are stuck.
You're really stuck on making that piece work.
And you know you're gifted. You know you're talented.
You know you can change lives,
yet you just can't find the clients.
And it is because your message isn't clear.
So here's a little exercise.
I want you to think about, what's the problem
that you solve for your clients?
What is that?
And when you can understand the problem
that you're solving for your clients,
kind of draft your message around that problem
because that's how you're going to connect with them.
So you want to be really clear on what is that.
So that way you can really connect.
When you're telling someone all the amazing things
that you can do, "I can do this for you.
"I can do that for you. I can do this,"
which we kind of fall into that trap,
it becomes about us, and it becomes a little ego-ish.
And, "Here's all the things that I can do."
And most people don't really care
about what you can do for them.
They want to know, how does their life change?
What's in it for them?
Not what your gifts are.
So you have to think about the client.
You have to put the client first.
You have to look at, what's the problem
you're solving for that client?
How are you helping them?
How does their life change after working with you?
And when you can dial in that message
for your clients, then there's clarity
And then there's connection.
And so, I find that the clients in my bootcamp
that have real clarity of message,
when they're clear, the clients come right in.
And when they're not clear, it's very wobbly.
And they can't find those clients.
And so in addition to knowing what your message is
and being really clear on how you're serving your tribe,
you also need to make sure that you're
in vibrational alignment for what you're doing
beause, as we know, if we're not in vibrational alignment
with where we are and what we want
and what our desires are, it doesn't work.
So you have to be in alignment,
and you have to have a clear message.
That's actually two things, so I kind of lied.
But so, there you are.
So, do that homework.
Get a little practice in and figure out
how you're serving your tribe.
What's the problem you solve for them?
What's in it for them?
When you can look at what's in it for them,
and you can communicate that to them,
that is when they connect
because that's when they want what you have.
And if you aren't communicating that,
then they don't really need it.
It's just -- you ever have something
someone gives you something,
and you don't really need it,
and you just put it off to the side?
It's like you don't really care.
But what you do care about is something
that's going to change your life,
that's going to have a huge impact on you.
So make that shift with your clients.
Make that shift with your message.
And you will most definitely see a shift in your business.

Thanos & Thor Ragnarok Ending & MASSIVE Connection To Avengers Infinity War & Future Thor In MCU - Duration: 6:13.

last night yesterday it came out in my country so Thor 3 is officially out
where I'm from so I understand it's not out till November the 3rd in places like
America and stuff where most of my viewership comes from so I will give a
spoiler warning this video I'm going to talk briefly about the end in a Thor
Ragnarok and talk about the post-credits scene so careful for spoilers you've
been warned so Thor Ragnarok ended with Thor having
to destroy Ragnarok by release in Sirte to destroy Hellas and we found that the
hello is actually thought sister and the whole origin of Odin was basically a lie
as we see her destroyed something in or destroy the ceiling in the kind of
Odin's thought like throne room and then we actually see that Odin destroyed
realms to control him and that's how he got all the gold with Heather and he
locked you up because he just had a change of heart I guess UK so Thor
release a certain Loki did it via going down down under that the throne room I
guess you can say and he reunited Serta's how old me I guess you could say
with the alternate like the unlimited flame ultimate flame that never like
burns out but before that we see Loki looking at the tazza rack and my theory
is that he stole that because he glimpsed an in it and then he kind of
walked past it to release Sirte so Heller also was in the same room and
we seen a fake Infinity Gauntlet Elise she called it fake so that is a cheeky
wink to either she knows Stannis or she knows about the Infinity Gauntlet and
infinity gems so as god got destroyed but before that Thor Loki Heimdall and
Valkyrie got onto new ship alongside all the Asgardians and we found that asked
Asgard isn't really a place it's more about the people so they kind of get out
of Asgard and then the whole advocate Asgard is white into thin air which is
very very intro so the post-credit theme is Thor and
Loki are in different suits that are looking out into space
Loki says it is a good idea for me to go back to earth bear in mind he tried to
kind of try to wipe out earthly an age of Ultron and then a massive ship
arrives and it amazes them now in my opinion this is a massive tease to fan
us as we last seen him in a credit in a kind of scene saying fine I'll do it
myself so in my opinion he must have saved
Heller before Asgard got wiped out as there's no way they're gonna kill
there's no way you're gonna kill off Heller
she's arguably just as cool as a villain as Loki so the reason I think it's
Stannis is due to d23 clip that we've seen where Thor is floating around space
and he comes crashing into God and the galaxies ship and he has to warn earth
about finances like intimate threat I mean there was no talk of the soul stone
so either the soul stones gonna show up in Wakanda in Black Panther or somehow
Thanos or like the children the Black Order all you know where it is
so the post-credits scene I think it was quite interesting but it was only
interesting if you really know Matt if you really put all the other Avengers
movies into like sequence so if you go watch Thor really you need to watch
everything I every Marvel film that's linked that in theory
so overall thor ragnarok for me was amazing movie one of the best mark like
the best Marvel movie the chemistry that Hulk and Thor had that massive fight
scene he's a friend from work it did not disappoint the narrative was really cool
we got a back story of how he ended up in hell and then how he came back to
Asgard how he went to Sekar the narrative was really cool and might do a
more in-depth review but overall it was a really strong movie my only criticism
about the movie is Heller was so Opie but then the the fight with Heller and
Thor it was a bit weak guys it really was a bit weak and Thor is a hab
salutely amazing he is now the ultimate Thor in fear
he can generate thunder without the hammer we found out from Odin that he
never needed the hammer he just gave him the hammer to kind of focus his powers
Odin is no more although he didn't officially die he kind of just like
vanished into thin air I guess you could say so I'm presuming that Odin it is no
longer and the whole theory that the soul stone was in Odin's I kind of
didn't play out and actually there was no talk about this like the soul stone
in that altogether I mean there was like a bit in the intro when he said he went
looking for submitting finis he's like stone and didn't find him it was such a
cool movie oh it's like the cat the act character the tiger the director played
caught caught Korg I think his name was so funny he was probably the best
character actually I was really so impressed this movie guy so hopefully
I've broken down what I think that ending means and how it ties in to Thor
being the one to warn them about Thanos and obviously I think that the tazza
rack kind of low-key gives it to Thanos to save zone skin and then there's going
to be some massive Redemption arc during like infinity war and Avengers for Thor
Loki to be redeemed because he is good but he's also bad but I think him given
it as Iraq to Thanos took it a step too far maybe I'm wrong so guys please like
