So, I just finished my week at the Millionaire's Club,
and I'm feeling...good?
You're getting drunk. You're going to clubs.
What is all this about?
I'm 22.
I do feel like I learned something
even though I didn't really express that
in my actions on the date. [Chuckles]
I want to do a (bleep) shot.
Oh, my God. This should not be happening.
Working with Patti is intimidating.
Check yourself before you wreck yourself.
Partying... Yeah.
...getting drunk --
who's gonna want to date you later on?
I don't really know how to date to start with,
so I don't know.
I was just pretty anxious and nervous
about the whole situation.
♪♪
Whoo!
I think it went to shit in Patti's eyes,
but I had fun.
Patti was an absolute hurricane, but I kind of expected that.
No holds barred, give it to me how I need it,
and really not cutting any corners on it.
Why did you have three kids with two different moms
if you weren't gonna marry them? The truth.
The date takes off without a hitch.
We immediately start talking about what we're motivated by,
different adventures we'd like to go on, and things like that.
You had a killing K-9 bite your date.
I know, right?
You should have been way more connecting and romantic.
I definitely think I'd go on another date with Mai Vie.
She had a lot of motivation, a lot of spunk and drive,
and she's down for whatever, and that's exactly
what I need out of my lioness.
I'm not happy with Shondo's choice
for what he did on his date.
But the fact that he was able to zip it,
ask questions, and listen
is a good first step in finding true love.
Shondo can be a lot at times,
so what they told me was to slow things down,
bring it back, listen a little bit more,
and that's kind of the experience that I had
here at the Millionaire's Club.

Is White Rice BETTER than Brown Rice? [3 Unusual Food Facts] - Duration: 8:11.Coach Dan Long here with Get Lean In 12.
Put your name down in the comments below
and tell us where you're from.
And for those of you who aren't familiar with me
I'm a 44-year-old stubborn-fat loss expert.
I'm also a husband and father of three children who's
been in the fitness industry for over 20 years
helping thousands of men and women
all across the globe with online informational products
and coaching.
At the end of this video, I'm going
to introduce you to the exact 12-minute metabolic movement
system that can help you to get the body you've been longing
for.
It's specifically designed for the hormonal condition
of men and women 40 and older.
Now inside this fat loss video, I'm
going to talk about some pretty controversial subjects.
Why white rice is actually better than brown rice
for losing belly fat.
Now, most people don't know that fibrous brown rice
actually contains more harmful ingredients
and could be worse for the body's metabolism
more than white rice.
I know this goes against the grain of mainstream nutrition
advice.
I also know it may sound hard to believe,
but the beloved brown rice may actually
be worse for your waistline and your health
than the demonized white rice.
And I'm going to share with you why right
here inside this short video.
First thing you've been incorrectly told
is about the fiber.
Most people will choose brown rice over white rice
because it has more fiber.
When they process white rice they remove everything
so the only thing left is the pure starch.
So there's no fiber there at all.
So people will choose brown rice in favor of the fiber.
But truth be told, everyone would
have to eat five cups of brown rice
a day just to get half of the daily fiber intake.
Each cut contains 45 grams of carbohydrates.
So getting fiber from brown rice is useless.
Instead, anyone can increase their fruit and veggie intake
to get more fiber in their diet.
It's much easier to get the right amount of daily fiber
intake by adding more fruits and vegetables
and avoiding things like brown rice because of the fiber.
Food fact number two, the public has been incorrectly told
about the glycemic index.
If anyone is not familiar with what the glycemic index is,
it's simply a number attached to a food showing how high it
can spike your insulin levels.
And when insulin levels are elevated
it's absolutely impossible for the body
to access and burn off stubborn belly fat.
However, when food combination and portion sizes
are added into the fat loss equation
the glycemic index basically becomes obsolete.
It doesn't even matter.
Because, for example, let's say you have one cup of white rice
and you eat some protein and some veggies with it.
It's all about the glycemic load and not
about the glycemic index.
So combining white rice with starch and carbohydrates,
in general, with protein and fibrous vegetables
it blunts the insulin spike keeping the body
in a fat burning environment.
Food fact number three, we've all been incorrectly
told to avoid all starches.
We all know a low carb diets can help burn belly fat.
We know this.
But white rice is a special starchy carb
in that it's chocked full of glucose,
and the body will only store one of every 120 calories
that's eaten from glucose.
In fact, glucose is the preferred source
of fuel since the caveman days.
Just think about potatoes.
They could easily dig up potatoes
and that's a pure white starch.
The only thing is the entire nutrients
found in brown rice that are found in white rice
because white rice is just the starchy and component
and that's it.
So most people don't know that these
are potentially harmful anti-nutrients can cause
digesttive stress in some people and blocks certain mineral
absorption unlike white rice.
For example, the thidic acid found
in fibrous whole-grain cereals and wheat breads
can block the absorption of minerals
and they adversely affect protein digestibility.
Also, the lectins is found in be legumes can
be harmful on the digestive track negatively affecting
the system and also may inhibit protein absorption.
So many times the glucose molecules
found in pure starches like white rice
are much less problematic than brown rice.
So the pure glucose has been shown to suppress hunger levels
and help control the body's appetite to prevent
getting cravings at night.
It does this by controlling the hunger hormone ghrelin.
Now, again, I know all this sounds like the exact opposite
that you'll normally hear.
But this is how glucose-based starches can help
men and women burn belly fat.
They key is three things.
Number one is portion control.
Every time you want to eat white rice just make sure
you're having about a fist-sized portion--
your fist.
If you're a high intensity exerciser who's
already lean and wants to gain muscle,
you could actually double that.
And then you just time it the right way.
Post-workout is the best time.
Combinations are the key.
If you have some white rice just combine it
with some protein and some fibrous veggies.
And now, again, it's keeping your body in a fat burning
environment longer.
Now the most important aspect, don't forget, is timing.
So for anyone who is sedentary the game changes
and we'll need to avoid white rice most of all the time.
Anyone who goes low carb for six to seven days
will suppress a lot of fat burning hormones.
So by cheating with some white rice
it will spike leptin levels.
It will increase thyroid sensitivity.
It will go ahead and increase insulin sensitivity,
and get everyone's fat burning hormones back in check again.
So anyone who is sedentary and going low carb, that's awesome,
it's going to help burn belly fat.
But once or twice a week add some white starches
into your diet to help the body's hormones
and prevent the good ol' metabolism from slowing down.
But the most important aspect about timing
is post-workout or after exercise.
So if anyone is a high intensity exerciser,
their metabolic needs are completely
different than someone who is just sedentary-- meaning
sitting down all the time.
Especially as they reach their 40s.
And all of these things right here
are proof that white rice can be used to burn more belly fat,
but it only works if eaten within a special post-workout
time window after performing short, bursting type of body
movements.
The good news is that I have a simple 12-minute metabolic
movement system I want to introduce you
to you that does exactly this.
It uses the glucose and starchy carbs, such as white rice,
to significantly boost the metabolism
and burn more stubborn fat long after the quick 12-minute
movements are over.
The 12-minute protocol is also specifically designed
for the hormonal condition of people over 35 years old,
like myself.
You can check out this 12-minute metabolic system simply
by clicking the link, or tapping the link, around this video.
When you use this 12-minute metabolic system
all of a sudden white rice becomes your fat burning
friend.
So thanks for watching this video today,
and keep going strong.

#AskDidi! Diamond's Diary - Duration: 3:13.Hey guys, it's Diamond!
So I haven't been posting on YouTube for a while and I decided that I did really want
to come back because I am very passionate about YouTube.
But I was in the position to do it, but I just didn't really care for it anymore.
So, I just took a little break but I am going to be coming back so make sure you stay tuned
because I'm going to be posting videos every single Saturday and if I don't post one I
would let you guys know on snapchat or something like that so make sure you guys add me.
But for this video, I'm going to be doing a Q&A and I asked on my instagram yesterday
for you to ask me questions so I'm just going to be going on the post; I have my phone right
here and just answering some of your questions.
The first question is by @itsyagirlnae_ and she had questions in one.
So the first one is " What do you want to be when you grow up?" and I want to be a forensic
pathologist and then do YouTube on the side if I do continue to do
YouTube.
I would do it on the side, but I do want to be a forensic pathologist.
"How come you want to make videos again?"
Well I am very passionate about YouTube and I love making videos, I love editing them,
I love filming them, and stuff like that; coming up with creative ideas, but I was..
I don't know, I just to a break because i kinda needed it to just refresh everything and to
improve on everything, so I kind of just wanted to start up again.
"Do you believe in love?"
I definitely do believe in love, but it's only going to be when the time is right for
you.
"Why did your parents name you Diamond?"
I have no idea, I've never really asked that before, but I do know that originally they
thought I was going to be a boy, so they had picked out all boy names and all that stuff,
but then I turned out to be a girl so here I am now.
@lmaoo.em said "What's one thing in society, if you could you would get rid of forever?"
I think I would get rid of all the hate because there is a lot of negativity in the world,
people bringing each other down, so I would probably get rid of that.
That way everybody could uplift each other instead of tearing each other down.
And then @aaliyahxdanielle said "If you could travel back or forward in time where would
it be/when?"
Um..
I think I would go back in time into like elementary school because you didn't really
have a lot of responsibilities or a lot of things to worry about, so it was kind of made
easy for you.
@thamightyjay said "Where do you plan on living when you're older?"
I really want to move to California when I'm older like I've always just waned to move
there, but obviously that could change.
But that's all for this video, I hope that you guys enjoyed it and so if you have any
video ideas or video requests that you want me to do, make sure to leave them down below.
Give this video a thumbs up and make sure you guys subscribe down below because I will
be posting more frequently now and yeah, thats it for this video and bye guys!

How Do Habits Really Work? - Duration: 6:46.Hey, Improvement Pill here I want to welcome you to the second lesson of the
team course if you haven't watched lesson number one I suggest that you
pause this video right now and click on the link in the description below
because if you want to get the most out of this course you're gonna have to
watch all of the videos in today's lesson we're gonna talk about how habits
work or more specifically how they are structured because remember our strategy
for the next couple of months is to focus all of our energy on creating good
new habits and in order for us to do so we're gonna have to understand how they
work psychologists know that there's a
certain structure that all habits follow there's dozens of models out there
depicting this but for the purposes of this video to make things easier for all
of us to understand I'm gonna use my favorite model the habit loop model
which was introduced by Charles Duhigg in his book the power of habit the habit
loop model contains three steps the first step is the Q the Q can come in
many shapes and forms it can be something in your environment like an
object a sound or a smell it could also be a certain time of day a location or
even an emotion whatever it is the Q serves one purpose it tells your brain
that it should start the habit and that's where the next step of the habit
loop comes in the second step of the habit loop is called the routine the
routine is the actual habit itself it's the behavior that you perform so if you
have a bad habit of smoking cigarettes it's the act of taking out your pack
lighting your cigarette and taking a poll this entire process is the routine
the third and final step of the habit loop is the reward the reward can come
in many shapes and forms and it varies from person to person it can even be a
combination of different things for our example of smoking cigarettes it could
be a quick spike in our dopamine levels which nicotine provides it could be a
break from work or it could even be the good feeling that comes from socializing
for people that like to smoke in groups the reason the habit loop is called a
loop is because of the reward if the reward for the habit is satisfying
enough your brain says okay if this cue appears and we do this routine then we
get a good reward and it keeps this information tucked away for next time so
the next time the cue appears your brain says oh look it's that cue again if we
do the same routine as last time we'll get a good reward just like last time
and each and every time you reach the reward this specific loop becomes
stronger and stronger to the point where you no longer even have to think about
the action you just do it when you reach this point where you no longer even have
to think about doing the routine that's when a habit is officially formed and
that's the habit loop now you're probably wondering well this is good
information and all but how exactly can I use this to overcome my own addiction
well this is important because it allows you to discover the cue routine reward
of your current addiction it's important to find out the cues for your addiction
because these are the cues that seem to appear in your life all of the time you
can take these cues and attach them to more positive routines like exercise or
meditation and if we can train our brain to associate these cues with those
routines we will have successfully replaced a bad habit with a good one
we'll dive deeper into this concept throughout the course now it's important
to become aware of what your rewards are because by doing so you'll discover the
driving force behind your addiction let's say for example you realize that
the reward for your pornography habit is that it helps you relieve stress maybe
you have a tough day at work work maybe you had a bad interaction with a girl
you like some of us turn to porn to relieve this sort of stress if that's
the case then we need to address this problem
you're not going to suddenly stop having stress in your life so we need to pick a
habit that can relieve stress a good example of this is the habit of lifting
heavy weights remember habits cannot truly be erased
the cue and reward can't really be changed but we can alter the routine and
that's the idea behind this entire course replace not a race so what I want
you to do right now is to grab a pen and paper and start sketching out the habit
loop for your own addiction the routine is pretty obvious it's the bad habit
itself but the cue can be a little tricky most of the time there's more
than one cue there's a variety of different situations that prompts us to
indulge in our addiction so think of as many as possible and write them down for
example here's a list of the cues that I wrote back in the day when I was in the
process of overcoming my own pornography addiction if I was drunk
if felt rejected if I had my phone or
laptop on my bed before going to sleep now when it comes to identifying the
rewards it can be a bit tricky as well for one every single bad habit that is
addictive involves an increase in dopamine levels but we have to dig
deeper than that and uncover the main rewards that we crave in the book the
power of habit Charles Duhigg looked at his bad habit of eating cookies every
single day at first glance you might think well the reward is probably the
sugar rush or the satisfaction of hunger but Duhigg soon discovered that it was
actually the reward of socializing because he would get up from his desk
walk to the cafeteria buy the cookie and talk to his co-workers he discovered
this by noticing that just eating the cookie wasn't enough to keep him
satisfied he would always want more we need to think about our own addiction
with this attention to detail a bad habit like pornography might provide you
with a sense of validation because to your brain there's hundreds of girls
that want to sleep with you another reward could be the fact that it helps
you fall asleep it could also be something that relieves stress or maybe
it could be something that makes you feel like you accomplished something
there's many many possibilities and the only way to really determine what the
rewards are is by analyzing your own life if you're someone who doesn't feel
the urges to masturbate after spending the entire day having a great time with
your friends then the reward for your addiction might be that it satisfies
your social needs if you don't feel the urges to masturbate when you get a
massage one day after feeling stressed at work your reward for your pornography
addiction might be the fact that it relieves stress so it's really up to you
to think about this part carefully and hypothesize what the rewards are for
your addiction chances are you're not going to finish this diagram in one
sitting you're probably going to think of some cues and come to the realization
about the rewards throughout the next week or so so make sure you add those to
your diagram because it's gonna play an extremely important role throughout this
course in our next lesson we're gonna talk about how long it takes to form a
habit there's a huge misconception going around about this some people say it
takes 21 days some say it takes 90 for the most part they're all wrong the team

How To Make A Poison Apple 🍎 DIY Disney Treat! - Duration: 2:50.hey guys cotton bun here I've got another kind of Halloween themed video
today I wanted to try make a poison apple from Snow White I got this cup
from Disney World in 2015 because I was there for Halloween and it's so cool it
glows in the dark if you bought a funnel cake near
Halloween and you got one of these awesome glow-in-the-dark cups it's one
of the coolest souvenirs I got from Disney World I think so I wanted to make
my very own poison apple that I can actually eat
let's get brewing all you need is a juicy red apple some white chocolate and
some skewers so first you're just gonna need to melt your white chocolate and I
just put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds at a time
took it out gave it a good stir you want it to be quite thick without being too
runny I had to take my chocolate in and out of the microwave about three times
just to get the right consistency next you're just gonna take your apple and
just dip it in that white chocolate go crazy just roll it all around make sure
you keep stirring up your chocolate as well just there's no lumps then I just
spooned some extra chocolate on so it looked like the chocolate was dripping
down the Apple like poison or somesuch then using your other skewer we are
going to make some eyes in the white chocolate I just did this by smoothing
the white chocolate off the surface of the apple without stabbing into it and
once you've got two eyes you just need a little nose then you're just gonna
transfer your Apple onto a plate or a bowl and pop it in the fridge for about
10 minutes until the white chocolate is nice and hard and there you have your
very own poison apple this is actually delicious and definitely one of your
five a day white chocolate and apple two of my favorite things mixed together all
I will say is make sure no witches go anywhere near it when you're making it a
scene from Snow White that sticks in my head is the one where she's kissing all
of the dwarfs goodbye when they're going to work and she even kisses grumpy on
the head that used to just baffle me like why why why are you showing
kindness to the dwarf that hates you although she doesn't have a saw spin and
fight the villains like head on she does do something that deserves credit and
that is showing kindness to people that
Horrible's her which is an extremely hard thing to do so in that sense I
think Snow White is an underrated Disney Princess you know it's it's actually so
hard to be nice to someone that's horrible to you they don't expect it and
they don't know how to respond to that other than rethink the way that they're
acting so well done Snow White yeah you're a good egg you are thank you so
much for watching the video I hope you enjoyed it make sure you like and
subscribe if you haven't already and I will see you next week bye
Halloween is so cool

did not so long ago and I don't actually make money on this but it contains a
couple of important bits of information so you can see how I'm trying to
establish a position at - and I've accidentally left global settings on bit
of a cock-up there but I go back into the market try and re-establish the
position from there so I'm looking for a drift from this point onwards we're at
the lower end of the range but we're not at the bottom and we're just looking to
establish position so there's my position in the market got a thousand
pound and it looks like it's going alright so far so I go to add to that
big spike up now when you see that it can be really tempting to jump on the
back of that but one thing that you'll find especially in these racing markets
especially for the lower quality is the market will snap like that now and again
and typically what happens is it will snap back so if a position starts to
head in the direction that you want make sure you've got in your mind where you
want to establish the position how much you're going to use and why you're doing
that and stick to that theme don't suddenly start chasing the market
because it's soon as you start chasing the market it will beat you up it will
whips all all over the place and you'll have a tough trade so go into the market
say this is what I want to do this is the level at which I'm happy doing it
and if the market runs away from you forget it just move on you know you've
missed your opportunity don't go charging after it like a bull in a china
shop so you can see what's happened here is the price has gradually come back in
again in fact if you look at the graph it was just displayed you can see
actually that the longer-term trend is generally coming down and so you know in
fact probably I've made a mistake here and only really realized that when I
look back at the video and could see that the trend was generally coming down
but you can see we're still in profit so I've pitched some orders above the
current level where I think the price may reach and as I always do I'm doing
that to establish a position in the market that I could potentially exit
that if the price starts to race up towards there I can cancel that as
orders out you see another backorder it came in there and has increased the
volume here at 208-210 it's important to realize that historical volume has less
significance than what's happening at this moment in time so despite the fact
that we can see clusters of money at 208-210 and -
oh it's - OH - and - that's historical volume half of that at least half of
that arrived a long time ago so it doesn't bear any specific
relevance to whether the price is going to stay at that point or not we're more
interested in where the money is at this moment in time where it's being matched
you can see on the second favor it's being matched a little bit low just
making us hold our position but you'll see about now you know it's it's not
going up in fact you know I'm slightly worried that it may be going down and
there isn't much money to hold the price up so I start exiting my position here
you'll notice that I just don't dump it all in one go because what I'm trying to
do is get a good average exit price I'm not sure what that exit price will be
but I'm just trying to gently dribble that money back into the market one of
the reasons for doing this is if you dump a trade you know it could be in a
fast-moving market or there's a loose horse you just go bang bang bang get rid
of it you know if something dramatic happens that radically changes your
position then you just get rid of it straight away but a lot of markets are
like this we're nothing if the trade isn't really coming off so what you do
is you just dribble that trade back through and the advantage of doing that
it's twofold one you get a generally good average exit price generally above
the price at which you would have hit the panic button but also you don't
scare the market if you dump that position back in the market you may move
it a few ticks so by dribbling your order back into the market you achieve a
good average exit price and you don't scare the market

Awakening The Third Eye – Be Careful What You Wish For - Duration: 5:11.Awakening The Third Eye – Be Careful What You Wish For
Have you ever heard the expression, 'Be careful what you wish for'?
For some people, the opening of the 3rd eye can show them things that they really didn't want to see.
For others, it's a journey of enlightenment.
If you are sure that this is something you want to do, then please read on.
According to wiki, the third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept referring to a
speculative invisible eye which provides perception beyond ordinary sight.
In certain dharmic spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, the third eye refers to the ajna, or brow, chakra.
The third eye is referred to the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness.
In New Age spirituality, the third eye often symbolizes a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images
having deeply personal spiritual or psychological significance.
The third eye is often associated with religious visions, clairvoyance, the ability to observe chakras and auras,
precognition, and out-of-body experiences.
People who are claimed to have the capacity to utilize their third eyes are sometimes known as seers.
On the Above Top Secret website, a person by the name of "pellian" stated the following:
I found a very real technique that will increase your spiritual perception by a thousand fold.
I won't tell anybody what it is or where I learned it because Some may attract very evil entities and possibly destroy
themselves over it.
The very first night I tried this I had a very different type of dream which I had not had before.
The content doesn't mean anything but I digress.
The day after I notice that sometimes my awareness would shift and my vision seems different for a moment.
I thought that this is really cool.
I do the exercises again soon after. same thing at night.
I see colors and shapes that follow my vision.
These were there if I closed my eye in complete darkness or opened them in the very dim light of my room.
These seemed to be objects of some sort that gave off a dim glow and had a woven pattern.
As I practiced it sounds really crazy but I think that these exercises created some sort of energy that attract astral
forms.
One night, I woke up and saw this thick rope strung from my window sill to the door.
At the moment I knew what it was.
I made the mistake of touching this animal or thing and felt a jolt like electricity.
I was definitely awake I immediately felt very sick and had chills all over my body.
I continued the exercises two weeks later.
I was really close to sleep and a blue ring of light that fluttered like a butterfly came into my room.
I turned on the light and the ring persisted of about a second after and I again felt a sting I my side and the same
chills.
I assure that I am not dreaming and fully awake.
If this is not some crazy hallucination then whatever I have been doing is either lighting me up like a porch light to
attract moths or these entities are coming through to this world via my consciousness.
A hallucination cannot affect you physiologically to make a shock effect.
I also have noticed that when did the exercises something seems to materialize in my room.
The way this thing or object would materialize is that it would appear like it was a different refractive index like
the air.
I would also see entities that looked like this right after I wake up.
I have even noticed small feathers falling down in my room.
The level of perception was incredible.
But was not worth being bothered by these entities.
I view it as the difference between having a solid spiritual mind or having a fear based mind.
It's kind of like the 3rd eye mirror meditation where you end up seeing various faces from the collection or some of
your past lives.
Not everyone will be ready for an experience such as that.
