Can't Help Myself Four Tops

Sugar pie honey bunch you know that I love you

I can't help myself I love you and nobody else

Wanna tell in and out my life you come and go

Leaving just your picture behind and I kissed it a thousand times

When you snap your finger or wink your eye I come a running to you

I'm tied to your apron strings and there's nothing I can do

Sugar pie honey bunch I'm weaker than a man should be

I can't help myself I'm a fool in love you see

Wanna tell you I don't love you tell you that we're through and I've tried

But every time I see your face I get all choked up inside

When I call your name girl it starts the flame burning in my heart

tearin it all apart no matter how I try my love

I cannot hide 'cause

Sugar Pie Honey Bunch you know that I'm weak for you

Can't help myself I love you and nobody else Sugar Pie Honey Bunch do anything you ask

me to Can't help myself I want you and nobody else

Sugar Pie Honey Bunch you know that I love you

You know that I love you Can't help myself, no I can't help myself

DIY pump bag bolsa inflado para colchoneta (Subtitles) - Duration: 4:02.

tired of setting up your camp and start blowing?

this simple task is not good for your sleeping mat

first

when we blow in, we are putting in humidity,

mold, and more.........

when we take out air, humidity and mold stays inside

second

we are putting in air from our body

with heat and humidity

and in winter

condensation may occur

and ice can appear inside it

those are big reasons

not to be blowing air in all the time

and still more, is not fun doing it....

it´s possible to buy

a battery pump, expensive and heavy

a thermarest pump sack

expensive for what they are giving you

let me show you a

cheap and light solution....

one

lets check our valve diameter

this thermarest is around 1.5 cm

this naturehike is around 2.0 cm

we cut a pice of the plastic tube

with this is enough

we cut a corner of the plastic bag

just a small piece

we pass

the plastic bag inside the tube

and we turn the plastic bag around the tube

like this

I like this wide tape

because I want same left around the hole

something like this

we turn around

and we push what is left inside

the hole

so the valve does not brake the plastic bag

when it is almost full

we close the valve

and we take the bag off. To give more pressure

we need to use our mouth

this things

light, cheap and that does not take space

love them

I put it in my sleeping mat bag

so I don´t forget it!

World's Largest Meteorite Weights Over 100K Pounds But No One Knows Where It Came From - Duration: 4:54.

scientists estimate that hundreds of pounds of meteoric material Falls toward

the earth every single day while most of it disintegrates before it reaches the

surface sometimes it lands completely intact

the Hoba meteorite is one of the best examples of one of these ubirr rare

instances of course meteorites are capable of causing severe damage mostly

in the shape of massive craters when they come crashing down just take what

happened some 65 million years ago when one gigantic meteorite wiped out the

dinosaurs while researchers are well aware of the damages of crashing

meteorite can cause they've never been able to explain why the Hoba the world's

largest and heaviest meteor didn't leave much of the mark when it hit the earth

situated on a farm in the central north area of Namibia South Africa the home

and meteorites landing spot was fairly close to the city of Groot vaunting or

hobo West as many people lovingly refer to it the farmer who discovered it in

1920 Jacobus Arminius Brits had no idea when it had landed when the farmer

accidentally found a hobo meteorite he'd been working on the Hobie farm

hence its name nothing seemed out of the ordinary when he found it since only the

top part of it was visible to him Brits did note that the surrounding soil had

become chalky and that the meteorite itself had a dark black color I

scratched the rock with my knife and saw there was a shine beneath the surface he

said at the time Brits initially had no idea what he found so he immediately

alerted the local authorities when they arrived they confirmed that the

humungous object was indeed a meteorite what most baffled researchers however

was how such a massive object the holding weighs roughly 66 tonnes or

between 119 thousand and 120,000 pounds didn't leave as massive of a crater as

it should have in fact it hardly left a mark at all how

is this possible some researchers estimated that the

Hulman meteorites speed must have gradually slowed as it entered the

Earth's atmosphere fear and it reached the point of

terminal velocity or zero acceleration in order to have such a soft landing

of course this raised only more questions

how was the Holga meteorite able to remain intact upon entering Earth's

atmosphere unless it was part of a much more massive meteorite that

disintegrated as it crashed toward Earth there are certain aspects that make a

meteorite special besides its lack of a crater for instance it's comprised

almost entirely of iron 84% in fact making it the only piece of iron

on earth not made by man upon further research a group of scientists was able

to confirm the hull and meteorites entire composition which wasn't just

iron it also is found to be made up of about 16 percent nickel what makes the

Hubble even more amazing and rare is that only about 5% of meteorite pieces

that ever make it to the Earth's surface have a similar makeup not only that but

none have ever come close to matching its enormous size since scientists were

able to find traces of the rare radioactive nickel isotope they

officially determined the Hoban meteorites age which they claimed is

between 190 and 410 million years old not only that but scientists now believe

that the Hubble landed on earth some 80,000 years ago that might explain why

any marks it may have made from its impact are no longer visible the home

and meteorite has since become a popular tourist attraction

unfortunately authorities have been forced to take precaution in order to

help protect the massive rock from vandals amazingly back in 1955 the

Namibian government actually recognized the hope and its crash site as a

National Monument clearly this thing is one seriously

popular space rock in 1987 the owner of the home a farm Jayenge Gobrecht

decided to donate the meteorite soon after an Information Center was created

on site to teach the public hall about the incredible rocks history the

construction at the crash site also included the steps that currently

surround it which tourists now used to walk down toward the hole band meteorite

to access it other small pieces of the helva meteorite have since been removed

by researchers and placed on display in number of different museums around the

world the way people everywhere can experience its wonders

the hobo meteorites is truly a scientific anomaly it makes you wonder

what other sort of things are hiding around the earth just waiting to be

discovered I hope you liked this video then please hit the subscribe button in

Most painful Japanese Lesson | HelloRasmus - Duration: 11:20.

Hello Internet

It's your best friend Rasmus coming straight out of Japan -

- sitting on the floor. So for the last week -

- I've been traveling in Japan and I really really really -

- want to learn a bit more Japanese..

To learn Japanese you need one very important thing -

- a very very good teacher..

So get ready to meet Tomoko..

The very very intelligent Youtube teacher..

Hi everyone!

So Tomoko, she makes very very cool youtube videos -

- where she teaches people to speak japanese -

- learn things about Japanese culture and

- you also speak English sometimes so..

To learn a new language you need two things..

First of all an amazing teacher..

Second of all you just need patience..

You need a safe environment for you to try and test -

- the whole language and learn it -

- and that's super boring..

Super boring! So I was thinking well pain is a great way -

- to learn so this is what we're gonna do..

Electricity!

These are dog collars. They have this shocker right here -

- which gives me an electric shock whenever Tomoko -

- hits the button.

Tomoko has prepared some things that I need to learn -

- and whenever I make a mistake you will press -

the button to teach me -

- that that was bad Japanese..

You are now in charge..

You're the boss..

Okay..

Teacher..

I'll teach you..

Okay.

Ten phrases..

Ten phrases

Usable phrases..

Ah perfect!

Yeah, that's great.

I'm sorry, three ways, I'm sorry..

Three ways to say I'm sorry, okay..

Was it good?

Next..

Next one okay..

This is gonna be easy guys..

Sorry

huh

Next one yeah, okay..

Thank you.

Thank you..

In Japanese..

Thank you..

I want to go..

I want to go..

No

Want to go..

Want to go..

Okay?

That was so much!

Good, good, good,

It's good, that's good..

What's your name?

What's your name?

Okay, I am ready to learn some more..

Let's try number 5 again..

Super duper!

What's your name?

Oh yeah, what's your name?

This is such a stupid game!

And how do you say my name is Rasmus?

It's working guys!

Number six, would you let go for drink?

Would you like to go for a tea?

Why is this so difficult?

I will never ask anyone out on the tea..

It's just too difficult..

Is there gonna be a test in here?

Testing?

Is there gonna be a test?

Wa, no, no!

Go to eat salmon..

Would you like to go eat salmon..

Good!

I also think my arm is falling off from this!

What your favorite food?

What do you like?

God damn it, this is not a fun game..

Don't learn Japanese this way ever!

No no, thank you..

That means am I okay,

Okay..

Okay?

Okay, let's go to eat it..

Salmon means, salmon that's my favorite thing to eat..

Salmon..

Let's go eat that..

Let's go eat the salmon, okay..

I was so close, I felt like I had it!

One more time..

One more time..

No, no no..

Good!

It's working..

Now we did 10 phrases..

That was 10 phrases?

Oh, for young generations..

What about this is for the young generations..

It's not polite?

Not polite..

Okay, I like it's not polite..

Means awful over and awesome..

Awful and awesome, at the same time? okay. I got that..

I know that word..

It means cute right?

Beautiful

Oh Beautiful..

How do you say you a beautiful?

Tongue-twister

Tongue-twister..?

So that's like something that's very difficult to say -

- in Japanese.. you want.. oh my god..

What does I mean?

Na-mama-gima.. what does it mean?

Raw wheat, raw rice, raw egg..

Very important for you to learn Rasmus..

Another one..

Another one..

Hmm.

Can you do it like DJ Khaled?

Yeah?

Another one!

Yes, that was perfekt!

Another one!

Check it out, I don't know if you can see this.

It's all red here, but it's it's good..

I'm learning!

Now I'll teach you numbers..

Oh, yeah, okay, cool

One to ten!

One to ten perfect! easy..

I practiced that a bit before -

- so I think I'm gonna be okay..

Okay ready?

Perfect!

Now I do it?

I do it alone?

Oh oh yes yes yes..

Okay..

This is making me scared..

Yeah?

Ah no!

It was right! It was right!

Okay, I'm gonna take these off right away..

Okay, I think this is a very good way -

- of learning Japanese. How was my Japanese -

- from a scale from 1 to 10?

Perfect!

Perfect?

Yes!

Tomoko thank you so much!

Thank you..

Thank you so much for giving me so much pain..

I'm sorry sir..

It's okay..

It's okay..

It's okay..

Guys! Thanks for watching this video -

Packing for Thailand - Here's Our Plan - Duration: 6:23.

It's very nerve wracking, very nerve wracking can you just hope everything goes smoothly

hi everybody Simon here two weeks to move so now let's come to the stage

where I've got to get the computer system broken down but not for shipping

but take him with me here's the old PC I'm gonna break it

down using my MacBook Air USB box to plug all the bits in so this is what I'll

be live streaming on for the next few weeks so I've hooked up the MacBook Air

to the 27 inch LED monitor built that for keyboard trusty mouse and an

external hard drive which I backup everything onto as I go it's just taking

me about eight hours to back my whole channel up all my files onto several

external drives so what am I going to do the PC box it's quite a large box to buy

a new box would be about £50 now if I left all the motherboard memory

cards graphics card and hard drives in the PC box put it in a suitcase no

matter how much I wrap the outside even if I put bits inside it's gonna get

thrown about this case is going to go in the hold

so I'm flying with EVA Air I don't want to take a gamble with the components the

components are where the money is not so much the box so what I've decided to do

is I'm gonna take a strip the box completely I'm gonna take the

motherboard a memory graphics card CPU cooler the lot got a wrap each piece

individually in bubble wrap and put it into a smaller case which I'll get will

go in the hold but I'll wrap it then with clothes so

it's got a 99% chance of arriving okay the box I think what I'll do is I will

throw it in a cardboard shipping box to go on the boat it'll take 8 to 10 weeks

to get to me I can work off the MacBook Air you can run a YouTube channel you

can run all your life off a laptop hooked up to a monitor we'll be fine

I've got two monitors and what I'm gonna do with those is take the stands off

them wrap them really well in bubble wrap

face to face put them all together put them in another case to go into the

plane in the hold but again wrap it all in clothes should

be okay with le LED or LCD I'm not sure which one they are but they're they

should survive providing a rapid corners well but worse scenario the laptops in

my carry-on with the cameras so it's always a worry you know do you send

the box with all your components by some company like DHL or one of these

couriers its about a £100, £150 quid to ship them over on its own and it's still

going to be thrown about so yeah it was a hard decision

you know the you've got to look at the costs of the equipment to replace it if

it did break even though it is insured for the trip I've decided yet break it

all down put it into two suitcases wrap it well throw it in the hold of the

plane and then the laptop with me so that's what I'm doing today.

How's your day going? Oh it's getting nervous and exciting getting ready for

the move everything's in place visa, passport, money it's all sorted airplane

tickets one-way so we've now got everything books at this end as well

moving that house setting everything all the final bills very nerve-wracking very

nerve-wracking you just hope everything goes smoothly but we gave ourselves 24

hours once we move out of here before we fly that way if there is any

hiccups we should be okay so right now I'm going to get down to

breaking the PC up I'll take a few shots as I'm doing it and this will probably

be the last moving video before we go as I make the journey the guy's turned up

in the lorry I will film as they load the lorry the journey I will film and

getting to the other end but that might take couple of weeks for me to get all

the stuff together and put the video up so there's still Simon's Tales coming

out and then I'm also putting a few of the older videos I've done trying to

rework them so if you see some of the older videos come up with different

titles and things it's just that they were demonetised way back the

beginning of the year and because of YouTube and the advertising problems so

we're just gonna I'm just going to rework them and I play around with them

and put them back up just to see if I can get them monetised

it all counts for the future every little bit so those might pop up so

there's some surprise videos coming up you might not have even seen the older

one so you might enjoy them anyway I will see you on the next livestream I

think so bye for now

Loneliness kills: How to fight depression with social support | Johann Hari - Duration: 4:44.

There's a really heartbreaking study that asked Americans, "How many close friends

do you have that you can call on in a crisis?"

And when they started doing it decades ago the most common answer was five.

Today the most common answer is none.

It's not the average but it's the most common answer.

And I thought a lot about that in so many of the places I've been in the United States.

I interviewed and got to know an incredible man called Professor John Cacioppo, a world

expert on loneliness.

He's at the University of Chicago.

And Professor Cacioppo explained to me, you know, if you think about the circumstances

where human beings evolved, right, we evolved—the reason why you're able to watch this through

your laptop or wherever you're watching it, the reason why we exist is because our

ancestors on the savannahs of Africa were really good at one thing.

They weren't bigger than the animals they took down but they were much better at cooperating

than them.

Every human instinct human beings have is to be part of a cooperative tribe, right.

Bees need a hive.

Humans need a tribe.

And if you think about the circumstances where human beings evolved, if you were separated

from the group you would become depressed and anxious for an incredibly good reason.

You were in terrible danger.

You were probably about to die.

Those are the instincts we still have.

Yet we've told ourselves a story that we can live without tribes.

We are the first human beings ever to try to live without communities, to imagine that

like some cowboy on the horizon—and even the cowboys didn't do it this way—we can

live alone, we can be alone.

That's not the species we are.

And it's causing, and Professor Cacioppo has proven that this loneliness epidemic is

one of the key causes of the epidemic of depression and anxiety that we have across our society.

And I was really interested to find out well, who has acted on that?

Who has tried to find an antidepressant for the loneliness crisis?

I met an incredible man, one of the heroes of my book Lost Connections called Sam Everington.

Sam is a doctor in East London, one of the poorest parts of East London actually where

I lived for many years.

And Sam was really uncomfortable because he had loads of patients coming to him who were

depressed and anxious.

And he had been told in his training even though he knew the science was much more sophisticated

than this to tell people, "Well you feel this way because you've got a chemical imbalance

in your brain," and just give them drugs.

Like me, Sam is not opposed to those drugs.

He's in favor of them but he just thought this is not enough.

This isn't solving the reason why these people are depressed and anxious.

He could see how lonely and cut-off they were.

So he pioneered a different approach.

And I'll tell you about it through one of the patients of his that I got to know.

A woman called Lisa Cunningham came to Sam, and Lisa has been shut away in her home for

seven years with crippling anxiety and depression.

She came to Sam and Sam said to her, "Don't worry Lisa, I'll give you the drugs, whatever

you need.

I'm also going to prescribe something different.

I'm going to prescribe for you to take part in a group.

There was an area behind the doctor's surgery that was known as "dog crap alley", right.

Because you can sense what it was like, they didn't really use the word "crap," I'm

being polite.

Just an area of scrubland.

And what Sam said is what I'd like you to do is twice a week I'd like you to meet

with a group of other depressed and anxious people.

We'll turn out and support you.

And I'd like you to just turn this into something beautiful.

The first meeting Lisa was literally physically sick with anxiety.

Many of the other people there were shaking.

And they started talking to each other.

They didn't know anything about gardening.

They were inner city people from East London.

As the weeks and months and then years went by, they taught themselves gardening.

They had something to talk about that wasn't how terrible they felt.

They could reconnect with the natural world.

There's incredible evidence that interacting with the natural world is one of the most

powerful natural antidepressants we have.

And, as human beings do when we're in groups, they started to solve each other's problems.

There was a guy in the group who was sleeping on the night bus.

Lisa thought, "Well, of course, you're depressed, you're sleeping on a bus!"

She was outraged.

Her and some other people in the group started pressuring the local authorities to get him

housing.

They succeeded.

It was the first thing they'd done for someone else in years.

It made them feel better than doing anything for themselves.

And the way Lisa put it to me: As the flowers began to bloom, they began to bloom.

There was a study in Norway which is part of a great body of research of a very similar

program that found it was more than twice as effective as chemical antidepressants.

I think for obvious reasons.

It's dealing with the reasons why they were so depressed and anxious in the first place.

Everywhere I went in the world I found the most effective strategies for depression and

anxiety were the places that were dealing with these deeper causes.

Jingeshkumar Patel, MD - When should I go to the emergency room for heartburn? - Duration: 0:35.

You can have recurrent heartburn,

which can be associated with peptic ulcer disease.

It can cause weight loss, blood in the stool, anemia,

generalized weakness.

These are the conditions we call a red flag that

should be further evaluated.

Normally, it does not require you

to go to the emergency room.

Normally, acid reflux is a non-emergent condition

which can be treated.

But if you have pain in the left side of the heart--

or the left side of the chest, if you

have shortness of breath, tightness, pain relating

to the jaw or left upper extremity,

these are the signs that you probably

have a heart condition.

These are the times when you have

to run to the emergency room.

Simple & Easy Zen Japanese Flower Arrangement Fluid-Art Poured Painting - Duration: 21:55.

hello and welcome to deliberately creative I'm Stephanie and I want to

welcome you to a fun painting project using fluid acrylic paints a bit of

string and a little bit of Zen let's get started and see how fast fun and easy

this beautiful project really is hey all so I am starting here with an

eleven by fourteen canvas panel and I am going to try and do an interpretation of

a Japanese styled flower arrangement but doing it with poured paint so what I've

done first is I have put wet white paint and pouring medium mixture across the

whole thing and I'm just using a relatively level flat surface to do this

on hopefully I got my surface a little more leveled than I did last time we'll

see so now I'm just taking that little spreader out of the way alright so I am

using paints here that were mixed for previous videos and some of them got

moved into other containers and I don't have the recipes written down I know

generally that they were all a four to one ratio of pouring medium to paint

which would be like five grams of paint 20 grams of pouring medium and I know

that this was rose shimmer and this was rose shimmer mixed with white

I cannot remember which blue that is it's a pretty blue so any medium bright

blue I think will work because what I want to do first is I am going to just

sort of splash on some blue and I'm just using the stick to splash on the blue

then I'm going to take that spreader and I'm going to sort of swipe across

the blue I'm going to swipe this direction and then I'm going to swipe

the other direction and we're gonna see what we get

we're just getting a pretty kind of woven background ooh

that's that is kind of cool just sort of a woven look background not not anything

specific I like that because remember I am NOT doing a specific style I am

thinking of a Japanese style painting when I'm done that's what I'm hoping for

but it could end up being something totally different by the time we finish

now we've got this background and it's still wet I am going to try to put some

flowers in straight up and down and there's going to be petals coming off of

flowers off to the side so we're going to start off and I'm going to just get

my string in here and pull a petal so this is the rose shimmer without

anything added to it whoops I don't want quite that big of a drop there we go so

I am setting this down in a loop and I am sort of pinching that loop together

I'm trying to do this so you can see and then pulling towards the junk the place

where the flower would come together that is looking cool so I want one more

petal I'm thinking hmm I'm wondering I'm wondering

if I can get this on here in such a way that you can actually see it better

there and then I'm pulling and drawing it together hmm that one's sort of

twisted off funny I'm going with it though what I'm what I think I'm

actually going to go for here is more of an iris a Japanese iris painting that's

what I'm doing that style so I have three of the petals that are pointing

down I'm going to do two petals that are pointing up the stem is going to come

down like this and there will be a bowl across the bottom yes that I think is

gonna be really pretty so now I have my rose shimmer that was mixed with white

so now I want these top petals to be wide and then come down so I think I

need more paint on my on my string I think it needs to be a deeper a deeper

petal because I really want that roughly edge so there we go

so now I'm going to go right up on top here just like this and then I want to

make sure that it makes contact all the way didn't really need more paint there

that paint is not quite as thick as the other pink so I think I'm going to kind

of mix them see that's one of the things when you're doing this don't be afraid

to sort of mix your paint and see what you get

I'm going to actually stretch oops stretch that out it ah yes

bring it together and yes I saw that I drug right through this right here no

big deal because what I can do is just go dip into that pink paint again watch

where the ends of my strings are I'm just gonna lay right in and just pull

just like that and then I'm going to do the same thing watch where the ends of

my strings are lay it in and I'm just gonna pull just like that

oh nice really nice let's see if we can zoom in just a bit on that and I love

the shape on that one and I'm wondering hmm I think we're

gonna go with the dark pink just a bit let's see there mm okay

oh yeah hey see sometimes you just have to play I've never done an iris before I

am figuring this out as I go along so I'm I'm hoping you know wishing and

hoping and praying and planning and scheming then I am going to do the front

pedal again I know it was really cool the first time but you know what it's

really cool this time too

all right I think I know it's like I keep reworking but I want that I want

those bottom petals to be a little bit bigger like that and out here

so then what does that mean I have to pull that is actually turning out really

pretty so then what I need I actually need a bud I need a flower bud and I'm

trying to think if it's going to be tipped this way I think this is going up

then the but I think will be tipped here so it's just a single bit of pink just a

single bit of pink there just like that so now I am going to want to get my

green stem on and I'm putting all of this in before I put the vase because

then the vase will fit where I put the flowers it there's method here there's

method to this madness now before I get too far though I am

going to go ahead and get some green I

want some green on that bud so let's see no I need more paint on that string

don't know what I was thinking there

so let's see the green on the bud comes around over the pink and down that is

pretty and I'm thinking hmm now that I see how that works I am going

to make this string really covered with green because I want to leave I want a

long leaf so if I get enough paint on this greens so I think maybe I do it

where I take the stick like that so we're just going to swing yes that's all

we need for that leaf then I'm going to bring the stem down I'm just gonna do

the same way I'm gonna do the same way you know figuring things out as you go

along is so much fun you just have to let yourself have permission to play to

create to enjoy you know give yourself permission it's okay it's okay to say I

wonder what would happen if and then try it

sorry I'm trying to get the stick through my green there we go

I just want to drop it right here okay and now I'm just going to draw

straight down in and curve just like that

and I'm going to flip over because they still have a lot of green paint and

there let's see I think I want a little extra curve on that green leaf over

there the long one you know you see things after and you go I wonder if I

can fix it to be the way I want it to be move over here you can see me a little

better maybe so I'm gonna open that up just a bit I want a bit untwist there we

go okay well that was not as as fluid emotion my string is starting to twist

that was the problem and I can still fix it so I'm not worried you know just

relax breathe and relax and enjoy the process that's what I'm doing just

enjoying the process so I want to encompass that part of the leaf that

dropped down and include it let's see

oh there okay so now we're getting more I want it to be a little bit longer come

in okay so there we go we're getting it it's coming over the top and joining in

alright so now I think let's see do I have any yellow paint that was pre-mixed

for something else looks I have some yellow paint I want a little bit of

those fuzzy yellow bits to show up here so I am just going to take a little bit

of this kind of buttery cream yellow and I'm going to go just like that

and maybe even let it come down just a bit kind of curved there we go I like

that that's a lot of fun so now we need a I believe we are going to use a

shallow vase however there is a little thing that is bothering me and because

it is bothering me I figure it might be bothering others so I'm taking a cotton

bud and I'm just going to kind of clean up the green right there and then I will

grab a little bit of white just on the cotton bud again and streak it in and

streak it down so it looks like it belongs

nobody even know anymore oh and that's really pretty how this is starting to

take on some that orange edge from the pink and this is going to be a shallow

dish so the leaf is pretty close to the bottom I'm going to just use the stick

and I'm going to go across like this and

swoop like that oh yeah I'm making this up as I go folks across like that and it

actually is going off the edge of the canvas there yes and I'm taking the

stick sideways and just sliding it through there we go oh that is so pretty

okay so there's the base going all the way up to the flower what do you think

I'll show it to you when it's all dry so you'll be able to see actually I'm

looking at that going you know I think I'm going to go ahead and make that line

right there match this line over here because I can and you know you can - I

love that deep blue that is so pretty and a little bit of green that's

reflecting in here that's that's really nice - that is actually I'm going to

grab a little bit of the pink I want to put a little bit of the pink reflecting

on here also look at that now we have all of the colors reflected down here in

the in the dish that is holding this pretty single iris with a bud I hope you

enjoyed this and stick around for the reveal of the final dried painting

alright so here we are here's the finished painting it is all dry

I love the texture that this background gives to the painting it gives it some

life and energy you can see how some of the effects of the combination of the

paint and down here in the vase look at that isn't that pretty I love how that

turned out it's the same colors as the background

it's got the same colors as the flower then we've got we're moving up into that

leaf that we got to swoop over and swing around and that pretty bud that's just

waiting to become and then growing up into that flower that we pulled with the

string and I like how the yellow drifted back it sunk down in a little bit and it

wasn't as overpowering as it was looking like it might be I hope you enjoyed this

if you did please click the like button subscribe to the channel and make sure

to click the bell so that you'll be notified when new videos go up let me

know down in the comment section what you would like to see are there other

flowers are there other types of sort of figurative things that you would like to

see me try and do I have a couple ideas for things that are coming up and

there's room on my list for more as always go out do something creative take

care of yourself so you can take care of those around you

I hope to see you back here again really soon bye bye

Jingeshkumar Patel, MD - How can I tell if my chest pain is angina or acid reflux? - Duration: 0:29.

In angina, you can have been along the heart

where it's on the left side.

And it can radiate to the jaw and sometime inner side

of the left arm.

That's the typical heart pain.

And the heartburn is little bit different than that.

It's mostly in the mid-sternal region.

It's a burning feeling.

That's a typical heartburn symptoms.

So any person that have that kind

of feeling of being heaviness, tightness, shortness of breath

radiating to the arm, they should go to emergency room

or call their doctor immediately.

Jingeshkumar Patel, MD - What will happen if I don't treat my acid reflux? - Duration: 0:47.

The acid reflux is a common term that a person describes.

Basically it's a result of acid coming back in the esophagus

from the stomach.

If it's untreated, it can continue to make it worse.

Basically it can cause erosion of the esophagus

and it can continue to result in reflux esophagitis.

It can also have a very bad impact

on the general lifestyle.

A person can feel bad.

They can have esophageal stricture.

They can also develop ulcers and esophageal cancer.

In common day to day life, we see that patient is miserable.

They have a lot of side effects because of the reflux.

And it's very difficult to live with that.

So we recommend that they recognize this early

and they seek medical attention.

Do You Have Extra Oil? - Duration: 4:27.

We must never become complacent about our relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus

Himself warned us, as I read in Matthew chapter 25:"Then the kingdom of heaven

will be compared to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the

bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were prudent. For when the foolish

took their lamps they took no oil with them, but the prudent took oil in flasks

along with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom was delaying they all got

drowsy and began to sleep, but at midnight there was a shout:"Behold the

bridegroom, come out to meet Him." Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their

lamps. The foolish said to the prudent, "Give us some of your oil, for our lamps

are going out," but the prudent answered "No they will not be enough for us and

you too. Go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves," and while they were

going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready

went in with Him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut. Later the other

virgins also came saying:"Lord Lord open up for us but He answered:"Truly, I say to

you, I do not know you." Be on the alert then for you do not know the day nor

the hour now." We see that these ten virgins the, wise and the foolish, both

were waiting for the coming of the bridegroom. Both had prepared, but both of

them became drowsy and they fell asleep, but the five prudent virgins had extra

oil for their lamps. The foolish virgins did not have that extra oil. What is the

extra oil? It is our relationship with Jesus Christ. Do we seek Him? Do we follow

Him. Do we hear from Him? Are we walking close to Him, or do we

become complacent? Many believers want other believers to speak to God for them?

They say:"Pray for me. Go and ask Jesus for me." You need to look after your own

relationship with Jesus, because what will Jesus say to those who were ready

but they did not have the extra oil and they went to get extra oil? What will He

say to them? He will say:"Go away, I do not know you." Many believers think that

they are saved because they believe in Jesus, but they have no relationship with

Jesus. Some have a poor relationship, it's off and on. We need to follow Jesus every

day. We need to never become complacent, but seek Him, seek His guidance, seek his

presence. Follow Him every day because if we don't, we will hear those terrible

words:"Go away I never knew you." Are we following Jesus diligently every day? Do

we seek Him? Are we serious about our relationship with Jesus? If we are not

serious and if we do not keep that relationship then we are in danger of

hellfire? Don't become complacent. Seek Jesus every day for yourself. Hear

from Him and make sure that He is pleased with you. May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real. I am here to introduce you to Jesus

Christ so that you can know Him and follow Him and have eternal life.

Once Upon a Time 7x11 Sneak Peek "Secret Garden" (HD) Season 7 Episode 11 Sneak Peek - Duration: 1:13.

Rise up Goddess, feel our flame.

Rise up Goddess, take thy spear.

We raise our voices in your name, our faces bowed in fear,

our faces bowed to you.

(phone ringing)

Ugh, sorry.

It's my mom.

Family's having dinner at Granny's and she'll kill me if I skip out.

Seriously?

Come on, can't you just bail?

We're almost done with the spell, we just need five more minutes.

We've been at it for hours and you still can't make it work.

You're mom may be the Wicked Witch,

but Robin,

you got a ways to go in the magic department.

Fine, go.

Enjoy your lasagna.

I'm doing this.

All right, that's it.

Spell time's over.

BJJ: Healthy habits to improve your game - Duration: 1:45.

(upbeat music)

- Look I was very young.

My father is very worried about nutrition.

So he's vegetarian, he always thinking about that.

Always studying.

My father always say for me, "My son,

you wanna be healthy.

Follow the animals.

The animals sleep early.

The animals, you know, have to be more closer to nature."

And then, I'm start to follow what my father say.

As I got a teenager, I discover the Gracie family,

I discover the Gracie diet.

And I start to know about the combinations of the food.

In my mind, make new sense, ya know.

But I'm very conservative about

what I'm gonna mix inside of my body.

Sometimes I prefer to eat a little less.

But I know, my goal is not about the quantity.

It's about the quality, you know.

So, I think we happen to have a very good food,

very good water, very good air to breathe.

And also, you have to be calm, you have to have peaceful.

So, I think that's a good way for you to be happy.

And by side of that, so you can have a

hobby, and that's jiu-jitsu.

You don't need to be a professional.
