FLUENT IN 30 DAYS EPISODE 03 [30-DAY CHALLENGE] *ACTIVATE THE SUBTITLES* - Duration: 8:36.
My name's Rodger Koller and this video is going to be very special.
This is the third episode of a series of videos named "The Challenge"
If you haven't seen the previous videos, please click on this card here
and watch them before this one
It is essential that you watch the previous episodes before this video in order to fully understand it.
So please, stop this video right now and watch them
ok
So please, stop this video right now and watch the previous episodes beforehand
But if you don't know what the challenge is, I'm going to explain what it is really quickly
"the challenge" is a series of videos that will help you achieve fluency
by one simple exercise
you just need to choose a topic for conversation and
and speak about it for one minute nonstop
and you can't read anything while you're speaking
So, this is the challenge
I've made two videos about this so far
and in the first two videos I taught you how to do that. I taught you some strategies in order to do it more efficient
As I said in the previous videos
if you are a student from the pre-intermediate level
of English up to the advanced level of English
You can speak about any topic for one minute nonstop
Even if you are not familiar with the topic
So this exercise was designed
for students from the pre-intermediate level up to the advanced level...
However
Some basic students have sent me messages on Instagram, on Twitter and on Facebook
saying that they could speak for one minute, for fifteen minutes, even for one hour nonstop
Seriously, many basic students have sent me messages saying that they could express themselves and do this challenge
and I was really happy with that, but
But of course, many people have sent me messages saying:
"Oh Rodger, I couldn't do that because I am a basic student...I couldn't speak for one minute nonstop. It was really difficult for me"
So today, this video is for basic students who are trying to do the challenge.
So, I'm going to read two comments from basic students and I'm going to try to help them
and if you have questions, please leave a comment with your question
in the comment section down below
I'll probably make a video out of it, so please
Ask me anything
I have several questions!
Gustavo asked:
"I can understand the words in English very well but I can't come up with sentences or talk about them
I know what they mean but I can't use them. Can you help me with that?"
And Rosielson said:
My basic vocabulary in English is pretty good. I practice with previously written sentences every day. But I couldn't even speak for 15 seconds... :(
Ok, so this video is for you...
I'm going to reply to these questions
and I'm going to give you tips on how to become fluent
even if you are a basic student
you will be able to communicate in English very soon
so, stay tuned
Let's think of the similarities between these two questions
First, they are basic students
and second
They have some knowledge of English. They know vocabulary...They know grammar
They have the knowledge here in the brain, but
But when they have to use it
They just can't do that because they forget the words...
They don't know how to use them
Basically what we have here is a case of
Passive knowledge
I think I have that too
I think I'm a passive!
Oh...Perhaps...Let's see
So...When you're learning a language there are two levels...
The active knowledge and the passive knowledge
The active knowledge is the vocabulary and the grammar that you can use
actively when you're speaking
it's something that you know off the top of your head that you can communicate using the language
without any hesitation
so, it's something that you have in your mind
and you can use it. Whenever you need to use it, you are able to use it
without any hesitation, so
So this is active knowledge
you know something and you can use it when you have to use it
Passive knowledge, on the other hand, is something that you know...So it's here...
You know vocabulary and you know grammar
but when you have to use it
You just forget everything
you get blocked and you can't use it
But
when you have this passive knowledge you can recognise words, so you can probably understand what people say to you
or you can read a text
and you can understand a text
but when you have to speak, you just forget about everything again
so this is passive knowledge
Passive knowledge is when you know something but you can't bring this information down to your mouth
Down to my mouth? Well, I think I'm a passive then
Today I'm going to teach you how to turn this passive knowledge into active speaking
Oh, that's very good! I want to become active!
What!? I beg your pardon...What did you say?
I have passive knowledge, I want to become an active speaker!
Oh yeah! I'm going to give you three tips on how to do that!
Thank you, Rodger. I want to improve my oral skills
I'm going to give you three tips on how you can become an active speaker...So...
The forst tip is:
You need to find speaking partners
You need to find people that you can communicate with in English
People who you can interact with, in English
But Rodger, that's the problem! Nobody speaks English in my family
My friends don't speak English, so I can't find these speaking partners
Where will I find these people?
Well, I have the solution for you
and for you too...
if you subscribe to the channel you will be given access to our group on Telegram.
and then you'll be able to practice your English
through voice messages and text messages
Today there are 350 people there in the group
speaking English and communicating in English
sending voice messages and text messages
all the time, so
Subscribe to the channel and get access to our group on Telegram
and you'll have speaking partners
Oh! That's a very good idea! I'm going to join this group!
But even if I join the group
I'm a basic speaker...So...
I won't be able to communicate
So you are a basic student of English, right?
so, it means that you are studying English
The tip for you is:
You have to use what you're studying at the moment
Let's imagine that you're learning the simple present...
The simple present is all about "routine"
so you go to the group on Telegram and you start talking about your routine, for example:
"I wake up at 5 a.m.
then I brush my teeth, I have a shower
then I have breakfast, I go to work
I work up to 6 p.m.
and then I go back to my house
I call my girlfriend and I use the Internet and then I go to sleep"
and then you ask: "What do you do?"
There are many people there...somebody is going to reply to your question
talking about his or her routine, so
so you start interacting with people in English about something that you are studying at the moment
Things that you have just learnt
and you're talking on Telegram so you can use
your tools.....For example, you can use Google, books and dictionaries...
use anything you need
to communicate with this person, in order to keep the conversation going on
Don't let the conversation die
Let's imagine, for example, that you've just learnt the future
so you go to the group and you say something like:
"Hey guys, I will go to a Mexican restaurant on Saturday... Do you have plans for the weekend? What will you do on Saturday?
and then somebody is going to reply to your message and then you're going to have a conversation...
you can use books, Google, dictionaries...
After you text message for some time
you're going to build up some confidence
and then you can start sending voice messages
and therefore, you will practice your speaking because you will send voice messages
you'll be practicing your listening because you'll receive voice messages
and you'll practice your writing because you'll be typing things
and you'll practice your reading because you will read what people will be texting you
The conclusion is that you have to use English
You have this passive knowledge, so you have to use it, you have to force yourself into using it

Rick and Morty Withdrawal? Here's What to Watch Next - Duration: 11:00.[I am pleased there is no emergency.]
[Oh, there's an emergency, all right.]
It's going to be way too long
until the new season of Rick and Morty.
[See you for season 4 in-]
[a really long time!]
So what do we do in the meantime?
We've compiled a short list of shows
to help get you through your Rick and Morty withdrawal
with some other shows to get hooked on.
And because our specialty is analysis,
these aren't just general recommendations.
We're looking at what exactly you like about Rick & Morty,
and trying to point to other shows, movies or entertainment
that capture those specific attributes.
Before we go on, we want to tell you a little bit about
this video sponsor, schwiftrickgear.com.
They've got some very cool Ricky & Morty merch.
So if you are a fan of the show, and who isn't?
Check out our link in the description below,
to browse their beautiful hoodies and more.
So to start with.
If you like Rick and Morty because you enjoy Rick--
you know that guy who just totally acts like a Rick --
[I'm sorry you think you deserve an apology.]
you'll like other shows starring that smart asshole,
doesn't give a Rick type.
There's n'er do well father of 6 Frank Gallagher
in Shameless.
[The best gift you can give is neglect.]
or womanizing writer Hank Moody of Californication.
[So, not only are you a cadaverous lay,]
[you also have shitty taste in movies.]
If you like the insufferable genius
coupled with a sweet-hearted sidekick,
a great bet would be BBC's Sherlock.
[Why didn't i think of that.]
['cause you're an idiot.]
[No no no don't be like that,]
[practically everyone is]
And of course there's Hugh Laurie's Dr. House,
with sidekick Dr. Wilson.
[You alienate people.]
[I've been alienating people since I was three.]
You can see a kind of inverse of this coupling
in Jeeves and Wooster,
the 90s british comedy series
based on the PG Wodehouse's writings,
starring Hugh Laurie (in a very different role)
together with his Cambridge buddy Stephen Fry.
Here the sidekick butler is the genius,
and the ostensible boss is a total idiot,
and the results are delightful.
[This was all your doing, wasn't it, Jeeves?]
[Sir?]
[You worked the whole thing,]
[didn't you? With the gloss-ups?]
[If you'll pardon the liberty, sir,]
[I doubt if the young lady]
[would be entirely suitable for you.]
If you love surreal comedy
and over-the-top wacky weirdness,
[Yes, I'd like to order one large sofa chair]
[with extra chair, please.]
[High chair.]
[No, no, no, no.]
[Recliner.]
There's Adult Swim's Aqua Teen Hunger Force,
about fast food items who live together.
[You know this book is self-published.]
[Yes, like many ancient text.]
[On the back of a hunch of pharmacy labels.]
[Do not blaspheme the Book of Clozapine!]
For more vintage surreality in comedy
there's the beloved Monty Python:
[Look, you stupid bastard,]
[you've got no arms left.]
[Yes I have.]
[Look!]
[Just a flesh wound.]
[Look, stop that.]
[Chicken! Chicken!]
[Look, I'll have your leg. Right!]
Or from the 2000s check out The Mighty Boosh,
[Wind's my only friend.]
[I hate you.]
[Loser.]
[What?]
which shares Rick and Morty's bickering
between the two protagonists,
[You're the least dark person I've ever met.]
[You're like candy floss.]
[You cut me open and I'm made of Black Jacks.]
[You're Fruit Salad, Vince, everyone knows that.]
unexpected musical numbers.
[Soup, soup, a tasty soup,]
[soup, a spicy carrot and coriander.]
[Chili chowder!]
[Crouton, crouton,]
...and knack for super-memorable zany side characters,
[When you are the moon,]
[you pretty much split people down the middle.]
[Some people go, "Ah, look at the moon."]
["He's all gentle, he has a nice white face,]
[hanging in the sky. He's nice."]
[And the other half go,]
["Ugh, he's a vanilla rapist!]
[Get him away from my kids!"]
Python and Boosh and some of the others we've named
are obviously British comedies,
and Rick and Morty has
a British sense of humor in some ways-
it's got the sarcasm,
[Really, you don't say.]
the deadpan delivery,
[Why don't you ask the smartest people]
[in the universe, Jerry?]
[Oh, yeah. You can't. They blew up.]
the darkness, the feeling sometimes
that involves from a sketch show,
[Starring a piece of toast!]
[Two guys, with handle-bar mustaches!]
[A man painted silver who makes robot noises!]
[Garmanarnar!]
the social critique.
[What happened?]
[Same old story. Mortys killing Mortys.]
So if you like that British comedy style,
you should also check out the cringe-tastic Peep Show,
which also features the odd couple,
and very memorable side characters.
[It's a snake!]
[Yeah, there are snakes.]
[There are quite a few snakes in your room.]
[It's hard to keep count.]
[They're very good at hiding.]
[Sneaky like that.]
[Not to be too la-di-da,]
[but is there a room with fewer snakes available?]
And the way that nothing really
improves or changes in these characters' lives.
[Zahra says we have only one thing to fear,]
[and that's fear itself.]
[It's a clever saying, isn't it?]
[And what about losing all your money?]
[Or shitting yourself in public?]
[Or the tabloid press mistakenly outing you as a paedo?]
[Or Alzheimer's?]
[Or all of those things, plus you're drowning?]
Or, if you've never seen it,
watch the iconic Alan Partridge,
starring Steve Coogan.
[Interesting thing about news and current affairs â€"]
[Would it be terribly rude]
[to stop listening to you]
[and go and speak to somebody else?]
And we'd highly recommend the wacky humor of Father Ted,
[Down with this sort of thing.]
[Careful Now]
about three Irish priests living on a remote island.
[That's the great thing about Catholicism.]
[It's so vague and nobody really knows what it's about.]
If you love Justin Roiland's vocal performance
and his trademark loose, improvisational style,
[I'm Mr. Meeseeks, Look at me!]
check him out in the new Adult Swim show
Hot Streets created by Rick and Morty writer
Brian Wysol.
Roiland produces the show
and voices the dog Chubby Webbers,
so we can officially say
Roiland's on another level now, creatively,
seeing what he can do in extended sequences
of not even saying any words.
[It doesn't matter what kind of these guys.]
[Just distract him!]
Or maybe, the part you love best about Rick and Morty
is co-creator Dan Harmon's brand of humor.
There's basically an endless supply
of Harmon's cerebral, wordy, self-aware jokes
and rants on his podcast, Harmontown.
You'll hear all about what Dan's therapist tells him
because he records his sessions with this therapist:
[My therapist told me I'm sitting on this script]
[because this is my last chance to be miserable.]
there's a lot of rapping of uneven quality
[I got a blue head and blue fists]
[But then come on separately]
[You can't put them on a list]
[of things you want for Christmas]
[It's 1986 and your dad just pissed in this fruit punch]
and a bevy of creative insights into our world.
[Insurance has to be one of the like]
[That's like the dorsal fin on the shark of capitalism.]
And If you like Rick and Morty's pop-culture referentiality
and the way the characters seem aware they're in a show,
[Roll the credits. Go!]
[Just shake that ass! That's the end of season 1!]
try out Harmon's previous series-- Community.
[Well, I didn't realize we were really good friends.]
[I figured we were really more like Chandler and Phoebe.]
[They never really had stories together.]
[Sure, I'll do it, Chandler.]
[Oh!]
And the show features another Rick type
learning to care for others in spite of himself.
Justin Roiland even gets a cameo
in the show's last episode as a character
who sounds suspiciously like Mr. Meeseeks.
[Hey what about me!]
[Hey everybody, look at me!]
[I'm Ice Cube Head!]
[I've got an ice cube for a head!]
[I also eat cell phones,]
[so you better be careful with those cellphones around me,]
[because they taste like prime rib where I'm from.]
[I'm Mr. Meeseeks, Look at me!]
One thing you might love about Rick and Morty
is that it has really imaginative science fiction “what ifs.â€
Episodes are like thought experiments
that the show follows through
to their wild and crazy conclusions,
to unflinchingly stare at the problems of human existence.
[Rick, what about the reality we left behind?]
[What about the reality where Hitler cured cancer, Morty?]
[The answer is don't think about it.]
So, If you're interested in sci-fi
that's deeply philosophical
and carries through to dark conclusions,
try Charlie Brooker's Black Mirror.
[I'm talking about taking]
[Carrie's consciousness from]
[that broken shell and putting it in there.]
[What? Um Like a voice inside my head?]
[Like the whole of her inside your head.]
[Like a hitchhiker.]
[Like a passenger.]
or Electric Dreams,
another anthology series that's based on
the short stories of Philip K. Dick.
[But there's only me, Ed,]
[and I'm running out of time.]
Sometimes it can also be enjoyable
to watch science fiction scenarios
play out without the ultra-serious
dramatic tone of most sci-fi.
So if you love the science fiction
with a comedic tone,
you can always look back to Futurama.
[Tonight at 11]
[DOOM!!!!]
It had Rick & Morty's smarts
and dedication to following through on jokes.
The writers once went as far as to invent
a mathematical theorem to solve a plot point.
For even more classic sci-fi comedy,
go for The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy,
by Douglas Adams.
[It's a tough galaxy]
[If you want to survive out here]
[You've got to know where your towel is.]
Dan Harmon has said that for Rick and Morty
he was really inspired by Hitchhiker's Guide,
as well as by another British classic --
sci-fi show Dr. Who,
which began all the way back in 1963.
[Do you use it to shrink the surgeons]
[so they can climb inside the patients?]
[Exactly.]
[Fantastic idea for a movie.]
[Terrible idea for a proctologist.]
So hopefully one of these shows
or other entertainments
can be the Rick-otine patch you need
to get you through the wait for a new season.
And in the meantime,
you've also got our whole
Rick & Morty analysis playlist
to help you relive the magic.
[Rick and Morty forever a hundred times.]

Selhurst parked bus & hodgepodge back 3 – Tactical review of Crystal Palace 1-2 Liverpool - Duration: 10:01.Selhurst parked bus & hodgepodge back 3 – Tactical review of Crystal Palace 1-2 Liverpool
Jurgen Klopps tactical nous ensured Liverpool were able to fight back from a familiar struggle to win 2-1 away to Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.
Jordan Henderson commented after the game that the best teams tend to win even when not playing at their best, and this was the case for Liverpool here.
Crystal Palace were able to control certain areas of the pitch where Liverpool are weakest, but Klopp came up with a plan of his own later in the game which allowed Mohamed Salah to work his magic.
Even though this plan looked to be scuppered when Adam Lallana left the pitch with an injury, having come on just minutes earlier, Klopps game management was excellent.
Selhurst Park The Bus.
Palace approached the game with a similar plan to that which Man United had used against Liverpool earlier in the month.
Christian Benteke was playing the role of his compatriot Romelu Lukaku, while Palace's main threat, Wilfried Zaha, was replicating the part played by Marcus Rashford who scored two goals against the Reds at Old Trafford.
Roy Hodgsons side looked, on paper, like they might be set up in a 4-3-3 formation, but right winger Andros Townsend was regularly part of the midfield, and this led to something more along the lines of a 4-4-2, with a target man/speedster combo up front.
This focus was reflected in the amount of attacks Hodgson's side had down the left where Zaha was stationed.
Benteke moved away from Virgil van Dijk onto the less robust Joel Matip to make this even more pronounced.
The graphic below from @11tegen11 also shows how heavily they relied on the players down this side of the pitch:.
Trent Alexander-Arnold endured a tough opening period against Zaha, and was caught out a few times in the early stages.
On one occasion he was saved by Loris Karius, who came out well to block from Zaha, who had sped in behind the Liverpool back line onto Yohan Cabaye's long pass.
The right-back seemed to have recovered from this, making a good intervention shortly after, but then he lost Zaha again, and this time Karius was unable to bail him out, conceding a penalty instead.
Alexander-Arnold bore the brunt of the criticism, but there were a number of other factors which led to the opportunities for the hosts.
The first Zaha chance was also a very good ball by Cabaye, and although Alexander-Arnold could have done better, it was a good piece of attacking play as the midfield playmaker and pacy forward combined.
The incident which led to the penalty was a string of errors, and other Liverpool players contributed as well as Trent.
Matip was outmuscled by Benteke, who eventually had a free run at Hennesseys long ball, while Henderson challenged too late (circled below).
The strikers header was latched onto by Zaha who had cut inside Trent (arrow).
The solution to this problem is the same as it was after the United game: have a stronger presence alongside Van Dijk, and sign a midfielder who can sit in front of the defence and deal with this type of striker in the air.
Combinations of Dejan Lovren and Emre Can, and now Matip and Henderson, have so far failed to perform this initial task.
Alexander-Arnold should be able to learn from this, or at least Liverpool will hope he can ahead of facing Leroy Sane in the Champions League, but the other issue seems to be one which requires new personnel.
Incidentally, its difficult to plce any blame on the shoulders of Karius for conceding the penalty, as if he doesnt have this mindset Liverpool probably concede from the first Zaha chance too.
Average Positions – New Balance.
Salah is usually the player highest up the pitch when it comes to the average positions in attack, with Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino slightly deeper.
But for this game the wide players roles were reversed, and Mane was the auxiliary striker.
The best example of this was the position he took up for his goal, drifting into the centre to get on the end of James Milner's cross.
The other reason for this new balance out wide was down to Salah being on the side where Palace were attacking, so will have had to do more tracking back.
The Egyptian actually made more tackles than any other Liverpool player, with three, but this was all to change in the latter stages of the game….
Three at the Back.
When Lallana went down injured minutes after replacing Georginio Wijnaldum, the obvious substitution to retain the existing shape would have been to bring on Danny Ings, moving Firmino into one of the wider positions and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain deeper into midfield.
But Klopp had already pushed Salah into the front line, with Lallana and Oxlade-Chamberlain, who had replaced Mane, operating in attacking midfield positions behind Firmino who naturally drops deep to help out.
The best, and maybe only, move to keep Salah up top was to go to a back three even though this wasnt part of the initial plan, and Lovren rather than Ings replaced Lallana.
The midfield and full-backs were able to push up in attack as a result.
This also invited Palace to attack more, and gave them more possession than they had previously.
For the game as a whole Liverpool enjoyed 68 percent possession, but for the period they were using a back three in the last 20 minutes this was down to 55 percent.
This invited Palace onto them, leaving Salah ready to pounce, and though the winning goal wasn't a classic counter-attack, it relied on Salah being the furthest forward and Palace being somewhat out of sorts.
Andy Robertson's advanced position at left wing-back, rather than as a standard full-back, meant he was in position to provide the cross.
Lucky Liverpool.
The expected goals indicate that Klopps side were fortunate to come away with all three points, and though the sides were fairly even in this respect, the home side edged it.
Not including the penalty, Palace had three big chances.
The first was the Zaha chance saved by Karius, with the other two falling to Benteke who couldnt hit the target on either occasion.
Liverpools two big chances resulted in goals.
This type of performance in front of goal where few good chances are created but most are taken is usually reserved for Liverpools opponents, especially in the score draws this season.

com/ZlwXgukBRP — Colm McMullan (@tiki_taka_co) March 31, 2018.
But as the old cliche rolled out by Henderson suggests, a team which wins without playing to its full potential should do well.
The captain, players, staff and fans will hope that they can learn from this and win by playing well in their biggest test of the season so far over two legs against Man City.

Bank Lobbyists Showering Lawmakers With Gifts - Duration: 3:07.A new report shows that a leading Republican member in the House of Representatives has
been meeting with banking lobbyists behind closed doors, very secret meetings, to discuss
legislation to do away with regulating the country's largest banks.
And now, this guy's actually making pretty good inroads getting Democrats to come over
to that dark side.
His argument is that, "Gee whiz, we have to ignore all the horrible things that UBS and
Wells Fargo does, and we have to ignore all those terrible things that they do.
And we're really looking out for mom-and-pop banks."
What in the hell is a mom-and-pop ... There aren't mom-and-pop banks anymore.
What's your take?
I think this is a very interesting story because it kind of goes opposite of what we would
usually think.
Usually, it's the lobbyists that come to the lawmakers and say, "Hey, if you could vote
this way," but instead, we have the lawmaker ... representative Jeb Hensarling, who called
the lobbyist there to the capital and said, "Can you guys please, please, I've got to
get more Democrats on this.
Go do what you do, and you go convince them."
But that's the point-
So, he's a Democrat ... a Republican.
Republican, yeah-
He's a Republican, yeah.
... and he's begging these lobbyists because obviously these Republicans, they can't even
get along anymore.
The Republicans and Democrats can't even speak, so now these lobbyists are having to be the
go-betweens, and it's gonna work, it's gonna work.
You got the regular Democrats, the Wall Street Democrats, who will do anything for big banks,
hate consumers.
I mean, it's like they have hatred for consumers, like this Heidi Heitkamp-
Oh yeah.
... I mean, why is it every time ... Her goal, I think, is to make consumers' lives as miserable
as possible.
This is all about more bank bailouts and rollback consumer protection.
That's the two parts of this.
Let's give banks, big banks, not mom-and-pop banks, there aren't such things as mom-and-pop
banks, let's give those people, the big, big banks, a rollback in the way that we're looking
at them, and that's what Dodd-Frank was trying to do.
Dodd-Frank was just trying to keep us from having another burn down, you know?
And that's ... What this whole legislation is trying to do is redefine what makes a small
bank and a big bank, and under the new rules that they're proposing, if you hold less than
250 billion dollars, then you're a small bank, and that makes you-
Yeah, 250 billion dollars.
Think about that-
... and that makes you less subjected to all these stringent regulations like you can't
gamble with your clients' monies and screw their pensions away for them.
I want you, to put you on the spot, tell me the Democrats that you predictably would say
are going to fall in line.
We've got about 30 seconds.
Who are they?
Besides Cory Booker.
Yeah, well Booker actually surprisingly voted against this-
That is amazing-
... but he's ... you've seen a big shift in him in the last few weeks, ever since Bernie
became super popular, but I think the Manchin'sare obvious, McCaskill's, that's over the senate.
Yes.
In the house, it's anybody's game.

10 common Tests during Pregnancy - Duration: 13:18.Ten common tests you can expect during pregnancy are…
1.
Nuchal Translucency.
Nuchal translucency is a screening ultrasound examination obtained between weeks 11 and
14 of pregnancy.
Because it is a screening test, nuchal translucency can't determine for sure if a baby has a
birth defect.
A positive screening
test requires follow-up with a diagnostic test to definitively diagnose a birth defect.
It measures the amount of fluid at the base, or nuchal fold, of a fetus' neck.
The timing of a nuchal translucency screen is crucial due to the fact that the nuchal
fold is still transparent during weeks 11 through 14 of fetal development.
The nuchal fold becomes less transparent beyond week 14 of fetal
development.
If the amount of fluid at the nuchal fold is increased, the likelihood of a birth defect
is increased.
Nuchal translucency may be used as a screening test for Down syndrome, congenital heart defects,
and other genetic
disorders.
There are no risks associated with nuchal translucency screening.
2.
Pregnancy-Associated Plasma Protein A. Pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A),
also known as Pappalysin-1, is a protein produced by the placenta during pregnancy.
Levels of PAPP-A can be determined using a blood test and can be used to screen for aneuploidy,
which
is an abnormal number of chromosomes in a cell.
Aneuploidy can be seen with Down syndrome or other chromosomal abnormalities.
Pappalysin-1 is also associated with complications of pregnancy such as small size for gestational
age
(SGA), preterm labor, preeclampsia, spontaneous abortion, and stillbirth.
The screening blood test for pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) is typically obtained
between weeks 11 and 14 of pregnancy.
Abnormally low levels of PAPP-A are associated with aneuploidy and certain complications
of
pregnancy.
A positive screening test requires follow-up with a diagnostic test to definitively diagnose
the kind of aneuploidy or specific pregnancy complication.
Down syndrome, or trisomy 21, is the most common cause of aneuploidy.
3.
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG).
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone produced by the placenta during pregnancy.
The presence of hCG in both the urine and blood is detected in pregnancy tests.
Some cancerous tumors also produce hCG.
Levels of hCG can be
determined using a blood test and can be used along with other blood markers to screen for
certain birth defects such as Down syndrome, spina bifida, or anencephaly.
Anencephaly is a condition in which the fetus is born with a
partially formed brain and spinal cord.
A blood test to measure hCG is usually performed between weeks 15 and 20 of pregnancy.
It is usually drawn as part of the maternal triple or quadruple screening test.
The maternal triple screening test consists of hCG, alpha-
fetoprotein (AFP), and estriol (E3).
The maternal quadruple screening test consists of substances measured in the triple screening
plus the hormone inhibin A. Elevated levels of hCG may be seen in a multiple pregnancy
(twins or
triplets) or a molar pregnancy.
Decreased levels of hCG may be seen in an ectopic (outside of the uterus) pregnancy.
4.
Alpha-Fetoprotein.
Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a blood protein manufactured by the fetal liver and can be
found in amniotic fluid surrounding the fetus.
It is the most abundant blood protein found in the fetus.
AFP also crosses the placenta and can be
measured in maternal blood.
As a result, maternal serum AFP can be used as a screening tool to assess the probability
of potential genetic disorders or birth defects.
A blood test to measure AFP is generally done between 15 and 20 weeks of pregnancy, with
the most accurate results obtained between weeks 16 and 18.
It is typically drawn as part of the maternal triple (hCG, AFP, and E3) or quadruple
(hCG, AFP, E3, and inhibin A) screening test.
High levels of AFP may be associated with the presence of a neural tube defect (such
as spina bifida or anencephaly), an omphalocele (failure of closure of the abdomen), or a
multiple
pregnancy.
The most common cause of an elevated AFP level is a miscalculated due date.
Low levels of AFP may suggest chromosomal abnormalities such as Down (trisomy 21) or
Edward (trisomy 18) syndromes.
5.
Estriol.
Estriol (E3) is one of the three forms of the hormone estrogen and is produced by the
placenta.
As a result, it is only produced in significant amounts during pregnancy and becomes the dominant
estrogen during pregnancy.
The other two
forms of estrogen include estrone (E1) and estradiol (E2).
A blood test to measure estriol is usually performed between weeks 15 and 20 of pregnancy.
It is usually drawn as part of the maternal triple (hCG, AFP, and E3) or quadruple (hCG,
AFP, E3, and inhibin A) screening test.
Low levels of
E3 may be associated with a neural tube defect such as spina bifida or anencephaly.
Low levels of E3 may also be associated with pregnancy loss (fetal demise).
6.
Inhibin A. Inhibin A is a hormone produced primarily
by the placenta.
Small amounts of inhibin A are also synthesized in the ovaries of females.
Inhibin A was added to the maternal triple screening (making it the quadruple screening
test) in
1998.
The quadruple screening test has since been quickly adopted to replace the maternal triple
screen as the panel of choice for the screening of neural tube defects and chromosomal abnormalities.
A blood test to measure inhibin A is usually performed between weeks 15 and 20 of pregnancy.
It is part of the maternal quadruple screening test, which measures hCG, AFP, and E3.
High levels of the hormone inhibin A may be associated
with chromosomal abnormalities such as Down syndrome.
The quadruple screening test along with other factors such as maternal age, race/ethnicity,
and weight are used to calculate the chances of a neural tube defect or chromosomal
abnormality affecting a pregnancy.
7.
Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS).
Chorionic villus sampling (CVS) is performed as a prenatal diagnostic test.
It involves removing a small sample of chorionic villi from the placenta.
The sample can be obtained through the cervix (transcervical) or the abdominal wall
(transabdominal).
The chorionic villi share the same genetic makeup as the fetus.
Reasons for CVS include increased nuchal translucency, abnormal first trimester screening results,
previous pregnancy or family history of chromosomal
or genetic disorder, advanced maternal age (age > 35 years), and parents being known
carriers of a genetic disorder.
Chorionic villus sampling is typically carried out between weeks 10 and 12 of pregnancy.
It can be used to diagnose chromosomal abnormalities (such as Down syndrome) or other genetic disorders
(such as cystic fibrosis).
CVS cannot
diagnose neural tube defects.
Complications of CVS may include miscarriage (0.7 percent) or uterine infection (rarely).
8.
Amniocentesis.
Amniocentesis refers to surgical puncture to remove fluid from the amnion, or sac surrounding
the fetus.
It is a prenatal diagnostic test.
Practitioners use ultrasound guidance to safely remove amniotic fluid from the amnion.
The
amniotic fluid furnishes cells shed by the fetus for analysis.
The most common reason for amniocentesis is an abnormal maternal triple or quadruple screening
test in the second trimester of pregnancy.
Amniocentesis is typically performed between weeks 15 and 20 of pregnancy.
The procedure can diagnose chromosomal abnormalities, neural tube defects, and genetic disorders
in upwards of 99-percent of cases.
Down syndrome is the most
common chromosomal abnormality.
The most common neural tube defect is spina bifida.
Amniocentesis has a small risk for miscarriage, which occurs with a frequency ranging from
1 in 400 to 1 in 200 procedures.
Other side effects may
include abdominal or pelvic cramping and leakage of amniotic fluid.
9.
Oral Glucose Tolerance Test.
The oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is used to screen for the possibility of diabetes
occurring with pregnancy (gestational diabetes).
Factors that increase the risk of gestational diabetes include history of gestational diabetes
with a previous pregnancy, giving birth to an infant weighing more than 9-pounds, age
younger than 25, and being overweight before becoming pregnant.
The OGTT is performed between weeks 24 and 28 of pregnancy.
It consists of drawing a fasting blood glucose followed by ingestion of a 75-gram load of
glucose.
Blood samples for glucose levels are taken and recorded every hour for two
consecutive hours.
Normal results for OGTT are fasting levels less than 92 mg/dL, one-hour levels less than
180 mg/dL, and two-hour levels less than 153 mg/dL.
Pregnancy-related complications of gestational diabetes may include
excessive birth weight (macrosomia), preeclampsia, and increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
10.
Group B Streptococcus Culture.
Group B streptococcus (GBS) is a bacterium that can colonize the lower genital tract
of women.
The event causes no problem in non-pregnant women, but has the potential to cause serious
illness in a mother and her newborn.
The presence
of GBS can lead to a severe infection of the placenta (chorioamnionitis), urinary tract
infections (UTIs), preterm labor/birth, kidney infection (pyelonephritis), or sepsis (a severe
bacterial blood infection).
Pregnant women should be screened for the presence of GBS via vaginal and rectal swabs
sent for culture between weeks 35 and 37 of pregnancy.
The GBS infection may be spread to newborns as they pass through the birth canal.
It is one
of the most common causes of life-threatening infections in newborns, including meningitis
and pneumonia.
Mothers should be treated with antibiotics to reduce the transmission of GBS to their
newborns.

Roseanne's Surprising Reason She Supports Trump Is From 'Who He Set Free. - Duration: 5:57.Roseanne's Surprising Reason She Supports Trump Is From 'Who He Set Free.
This week some 18.3 million Americans chose to tune in to watch the reboot of the 90s
sitcom Roseanne.
To put that number into perspective, it may help to know that more people tuned in to
watch the new Roseanne than tuned in to watch the farewell episode of the original show
when it originally aired in 1997.
Remember 1997 was back when people still watched network television on a regular basis, back
before widespread social media use or the prevalence of the internet, yet the reboot
of this same show blew those 90s numbers away.
The debut of the show reboot aired back-to-back episodes on March 27, 2018, scoring a 5.1
rating in the key demographic of adults age 18 to 49.
The Tuesday night two-episode revival of Roseanne launched with the same emotional flare that
made the original Conner family working-class comedy a 90s cult classic, updated for the
millennial age and set in the Trump era.
Those numbers mean something and should speak loudly to top decision makers, as they represent
the size of the potential threat to their bottom line should they choose to ignore them,
as well as the size of the potential profits should they choose to pay attention and meet
them head-on.
It is no secret that Hollywood holds President Donald Trump in abject contempt.
As a result, these top decision-makers have been making content for and by people who
share their opinions of loathing and contempt.
Yet the new Roseanne should be a much-needed wake-up call.
As TableMag.com puts it "there is a large audience of Americans who are sick of sneering,
condescending, authoritarian right-think that pounds away at the thought-crimes of people
who work their asses off, and send their kids off to wars while falling further and further
behind on their car and mortgage payments."
The show shows Roseanne Barr reuniting with her on-screen husband Dan played by John Goodman.
The pair face new challenges as a working-class family in middle America as their unemployed
daughter Darlene played by Sara Gilbert moves back home with her two children, along with
the recently widowed older daughter, Becky, played by Alicia Goranson.
Roseanne and her on-screen sister Jackie played by Laurie Metcalf, clash over the election
of Donald Trump to the presidency.
"He talked about jobs, Jackie!"
Roseanne says to her "Nasty Woman" T-shirt-clad sister, who vocally supported Hillary Clinton
but walked into the booth and voted for Green Party candidate Jill Stein.
"He said he'd shake things up!
I mean, this might come as a complete shock to you, but we almost lost our house, the
way things are going."
Moments later, just before the family eats dinner, Roseanne says a prayer — she asks
Jackie, "Would you like to take a knee?" — in which she thanks God for her son D.J.'s
(Michael Fishman) safe return home from his military service in Syria and "most of all
Lord, thank you, for making America great again."
Barr, the namesake of both versions of the sitcom, agrees and offered some words of praise
for President Trump on Twitter Friday evening.
Barr tweeted – "President Trump has freed so many children held in bondage to pimps
all over this world.
Hundreds each month.
He has broken up trafficking rings in high places everywhere.
notice that.
I disagree on some things, but give him benefit of doubt-4 now."
Barr posted the article mentioned above from TableMag.com discussing the reboot of her
show and the tweets were related to the discussion that followed regarding her show, and its
relation to President Trump.
The series of tweets followed a proclamation issued by the White House issued by the White
House on Friday declaring the month of April to be "National Sexual Assault Awareness
and Prevention Month."
The Trump administration stated in the formal announcement – "We remain steadfast in
our efforts to stop crimes of sexual violence, provide care for victims, enforce the law,
prosecute offenders, and raise awareness about the many forms of sexual assault.
We must continue our work to eliminate sexual assault from our society and promote safe
relationships, homes, and communities."
TableMag.com goes on to state –
"Roseanne is the first decent argument that Donald Trump has had in the culture business
since he got elected.
It's even more powerful coming from a comedian like Roseanne who, bless her soul, may be
the single most important feminist symbol in America, relevant because she belongs not
to the moneyed and privileged chattering vanguards but to the working class.
Roseanne herself knows Trump and appears to personally dislike him.
But she's given him this arguably undeserved gift because she also agrees with him on several
key issues, like trade and political correctness.
She also understands that Trump plugs in to the frustrations of millions of Americans
who've been getting shafted for nearly three decades now with neither Democrats nor traditional
Republicans doing much to help them out.
Almost for certain, the success of the new season of Roseanne will lead many bien pensants
to call the comedian a crackpot or worse.
But Roseanne needed just one night to remind us of why she's the single most popular
television star in America, or maybe the most popular woman in America.
Good luck to those who will now try to turn a legitimate working-class white feminist
hero into Putin's handmaiden, or a racist crank.
Roseanne's success sends yet another reminder, as if the travesty of last November wasn't
enough, that most Americans will reward anyone who merely takes the time and the trouble
to acknowledge that they exist."
Barr herself stated it was important to her "to have that dialogue about families torn
apart by the election, and their political differences of opinion and how we handle it.
I thought that this was an important thing to say at this time."
What do you think about this?

Welcome To PrePreMed! - Duration: 1:39.Hello! I'm Angela and welcome to my channel! This channel is going to be
about my journey as a high school student getting ready to transition from
high school to college specifically studying something in the medical field.
So I am thinking about doing either medical school or nursing school or
potentially occupational therapy so there's a lot of different options and I
think a major thing about being in high school is deciding exactly what you want
to do. I know there's a lot of vlogs out there you you know we look up vlogs on
YouTube and we see medical students and doctors and residents and we're like
that's so amazing... how did you get there??? There's not a lot of people who document
the journey from high school to college which I think is a major step especially
as a high school student questioning every single life decision... pretty much
yeah okay. So this channel is going to include a lot of different videos from the
kind of the classes I take, to the things I'm doing, to interviews, to things I do
over the summer, to studying, to running I'm a runner so there's a lot of things
that I think I'm gonna include on this channel. I hope anybody can enjoy it from
fellow high school students who are like "What should I do??"
to doctors and medical students who are probably watching my vlog and laughing
right now but glad I can make you laugh! I hope you enjoy and I will see you
in a future video! Bye Guys!

On the eyelids in the inner corner. I don't know I'm not a beauty guru. I don't know these words there. She is
Look at her. She kind of looks like
like fairy dust
I was gonna say like unicorn. Yeah, I was like, but that doesn't make it sound pretty
Okay, so we just did a shoot for at fabletics
We're good
We were both like don't really know we want to go because they're kind of tired, but yeah
It's good that we went
No, it was cool, and I like I feel like a good conversation with everyone there, and you know I meditated and everyone's no nice
everyone on this trip has been
Competitive and normal friends everyone's like like we'll be taking pictures, and they'll be like yes
Work legend and like I don't know like supporting each other. It's really cute. I like it
Hi guys evan blogged much today, but it's honestly just because i've been living in the moment
Wait looks is a wild mad
I've just been like living in the moment and enjoying everything and I think that's like I don't know that's really cool
I'm just feeling really at peace. Yeah, that's it
Hello so today, I'm about to go scuba
scuba
submarine scootering with Adam and Chloe
I literally like just found out I might be able to make it so I ran over there. We're gonna. See how it works
Ok so now I'm going to dramatically stare out the window with the rain
So after watching these clips back first thing. I have to say is like wow my humor. I like it
It's funny because like when you only film the happiest moments like because I've lived that week of my life
I know that like the word moments were like I'm stuck in the rain or blah blah blah happened
And I think there are two really important lessons to be learned from this number one it shows
How easy it is to make it seem like I was happy the whole trip that your life is
Essentially this perfect portrait you can do it like it's a possibility and it's scary that people
influencers people that aren't influencers just have the ability to
literally portray whatever they want online and people will believe things and
See lives and want those lives when they are unattainable
So it's just another thing remember people can choose what they want to portray and another thing
There is sunshine after the storm
It's really corny
but like it's
True so accurate like like I know that there were moments in between these clips little things went wrong and stuff like that
But I mean life goes on and worrying is it going to help you in the moment?
you just need to breathe and just no I just have hope and know that worrying and letting your xiety win isn't
My people and you're amazing
And your pages, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I hope you guys enjoyed. I love this video so much
I really would like to post more content like this so if you could support this watch it five times send it to your aunt
Accidentally played in school actually don't really Hawk hurt him your daddy
We just enjoyed and

Mind-Controlled Handsfree Electric Skateboard (Turn on subtitles) - Duration: 6:02.3… 2… 1
You guys remember that video I did some time ago
about that handsfree elecric skateboard?
Well my friend just made a much better video about it
and I just wanna share it with you guys.
Take a look.
Hello everyone, I am Yohann Xin.
Earlier I told everyone I received a skateboard.
Of course it's not this one.
It's that mind-controlled board.
So what I will introduce today is
the mind-controlled board.
Let's go.
Let's first take a look at a regular electric skateboard.
A regular eboard uses a remote
to control acceleration and deceleration
just like using a large RC car
except moving left and right
is controlled by your body weight.
One day, Daniel is happily riding his electric skateboard
and eating the yoghurt he just bought.
The weather is great.
Eating yoghurt and skating — indescribably fantastic.
Suddenly a handsome guy appears.
Daniel can't brake in time using the handheld remote
and spills the yoghurt on his face
ruining his mood for the rest of the day.
This is a famous historic site.
Daniel wants to take a photo here.
Need to move back a little.
This angle is perfect.
The remote is so inconvenient. He puts it aside first.
"Ka-chhh…"
Ok. Let's go.
Daniel is a scientist.
He's late to his experiment with his colleagues.
Uh oh… Skated too far.
Go back go back go back.
Whew. After a day of experiments, he takes a sip of water.
Uhh…
Touch the remote and the board flies away.
Now let's look at the mind-controlled board.
With the mind-controlled board, a remote is not needed.
This frees up both hands.
You can skate and do lots of things at the same time.
As an exquisite boy diva [hard to translate!]
I need to constantly maintain my appearance
so I always carry a mirror and comb on me.
Ah… Beautiful.
Fingernails need to be regularly maintained also.
As a gym rat, I always carry a pair of dumbbells in my bag.
This way I can exercise anytime.
Even when on the road
because of using the mind-controlled board
I can skate and lift at the same time
resulting in doubled efficiency.
I'm also a studious young man.
To save time, I skate and read at the same time.
The weather is really great.
I open the bag of chips I just bought.
Eating chips and skating — indescribably fantastic.
This story sounds familiar.
In front there's someone looking at his phone while walking.
Let's scare him.
This place seems famous.
Let's take a photo.
"Ka-chhh…"
Oooh… Wrong way.
Backing up. Be careful. Backing up. Be careful.
This mind-controlled board is actually a motion sensing eboard.
It uses weight sensors under the board
to detect the change in center of gravity
thereby controlling forward movement or reverse.
If you want to move forward
move your weight forward.
If you want to decelerate or go in reverse
move your weight backward.
Once you're familiar with this skateboard's operations
you'll enjoy this board a bit more than a regular eboard.
This board is of course not perfect either.
For example, both feet must be on the board for it to work
so once your feet are on the board they essentially can't change.
You'll get tired after a while.
Another thing is this board is quite heavy.
Among the eboards I've tried, this is the heaviest.
But of course if you're a gym rat like me
this little bit of weight is nothing.
Isn't this mind-controlled board fun?
Thanks for watching Xiao Xin Wanshenme.
See you next time.
Peace!
Remember to subscribe, like, share, comment!
I see a few skaters over there.
I'll ask them if they want to try this mind-controlled board.
Hello hello.
Want to try this mind-controlled skateboard?
Mind-controlled skateboard?! That's awesome!
Come hold me.
No need to be held.
Just stand on it and
concentrate on moving forward
and it'll move forward.
Place your feet farther apart.
A little more.
Yes yes yes.
And then think hard about how to move forward.
Think hard.
Fine I'll tell you. You need to lean forward a bit.
Lean forward a bit more.
Bye bye.
That's too much fun!
Get off! Get off! Get off!
I want to try! Get off!
Let go! I want to try!
Get off! Get off! Get off! Get off!
All right. I hope you guys enjoyed that.
Let me just tell you a little bit about the videos that
are coming up in this channel.
There's gonna be videos about the WowGo 2S
about a board from TeamGee
more videos about the Flowdeck X
more videos about the Ownboard W1A
gonna have some videos about the Meepo Kicktail.
And very recently I visited the China office of SoFlow
and also took a look around in their factory.
So be sure to subscribe guys!

Maple Bacon Cheddar Mug Muffin - Bigger Bolder BACON - Duration: 3:33.Hi Bold Bakers!
It's me, Kevin, Gemma's husband and producer of Bigger Bolder Baking.
Now, I'm usually behind the scenes and behind the camera, but today, Gemma is out of the
house, so it's always been my dream to host an episode of Bigger Bolder Baking myself.
And I have the perfect recipe to share with you today.
It features one of my favorite ingredients which is bacon!
This is going to be the ultimate mug recipe.
A maple bacon cheddar mug muffin that's going to blow your mind.
So why don't we start this all over again like it's actually my show, and let's
get bacon! [rewind] Hi Bold Bacon-ers!
On today's episode of Bigger Bolder Bacon, I'm going to show you how to make the ultimate
maple bacon cheddar mug muffin that's going to blow your mind!
We're going to make it rain bacon here, it's going to be a bacon-alia of bacon flavor!
So let's get bacon-ing.
So in your microwaveable mug add in your flour, baking powder, and salt.
And then give these dry ingredients a little mix up.
Next we're going to add some cubed butter into our mug.
Then you just want to mix these all up together until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Once your butter is incorporated, you actually can add in all the rest of your ingredients.
So we're going to start off with the milk your beautiful thick maple syrup.
Now the star of the show.
Your maple bacon.
Add as much as you want in here.
Then I'm going to add some corn, for some nice crunch and color, and you want some nice
cheddar cheese added in there too.
Then you just want to mix all these ingredients together, it's that easy!
Some of your are asking, Kevin, what if I don't eat bacon?
Now, it's okay, you can actually use turkey bacon, you can use bacon substitutes, really
you can add any flavors you want.
Alright, it's all mixed up, and I think it's ready for the microwave.
Now cook your mug muffin for just about a minute in the microwave and remember, my microwave
heats at 1200 watts, yours might be different, so you'll adjust your time accordingly.
If your like this mug recipe you'll find a hundred more over on the website.
So go check them out and find more favorites.
[ding!]
So that incredible smell of bacon in the air means my mug muffin is done.
I'm going to decorate it with some corn, cheddar cheese, more cooked bacon, and some chives
on top.
So I have to say, I'm really proud of my first mug recipe that I've made myself on the show.
So if you like this mug recipe, make sure you give the video a thumbs up and Gemma might
let me come back.
Now, let's dig in!
Oh man!
This is sweet savory marriage of bacon goodness.
This has to be -- I think -- the best mug recipe…
[Gemma:] Kevin, I'm back!
[Kevin:] Uh oh, that's Gemma.
I'd better go, Bold Bacon-ers.
But happy April Fools, and we'll see you back here every week, for more Bigger Bolder
Baking.
[Gemma:] Kevin, are you there?
[Kevin:] And maybe Bigger Bolder Bacon some time soon.

I Don't Want To Kick You Out - Thank You Isaac! Parents Behaving Badly Playlist With Coach Dom Costa - Duration: 2:27.This next one is titled Isaac made me do it and it changed the way I refereed I
was refereeing flag football one fall a couple of years back and a dad just went
absolutely berserk negative and I had to and I reacted to him strongly and I
kicked him off the field and out of the park and it's about three months later and
what happened was little Isaac who was there that night goes hey I remember
you're the ref who kicked that dad out of the park
boy you really got mad and kicked him out of the park and it gave me a moment to
pause and I said I don't want to do it like that if I can anymore and what I
did was from that moment on when a dad has a problem usually a dad coach or a
parent I'm gonna walk over calmly and I'm going to tell him hey I'll hear
their point of view and I'll tell them thank you and most of all I've learned I'm
gonna tell him I don't want you to miss any of this game because I'm alluding to
the fact I might send you away from here if you can't stop and you can't get
control of your emotions for this 9 10 11 12 year old kids game and I'll just
remind them of that I want you to stay I don't want you to leave I don't want to
call any penalties can you take a breath I want to hear what you have to say and
it's been different yes we've had to as a staff sometimes ask a parent to
leave since that time a couple years back but Isaac wherever you are
you made me have a moment to pause and think to do it better and to really
move that quickly to kick somebody out and to have them miss seeing their child
play and to let their child see their berserk parent get kicked out of the
park the kid doesn't need to see that and I think just reminding the parents
of that that's the big key so Thank You Isaac that's why I ref a little bit
different I don't fight fire with fire it's a little more verbal judo try to
get people to relax and remember why they're there hit the links below I'm
always got a lot Ideas about how to be a good ref and for
parents behaving badly I'm working with you I want you to stay at the game
thanks so much for watching please share like comment and I appreciate you very
much for watching this!

Dabin - Lights (feat. Trove) (Lyrics Video) - Duration: 4:09.📝 Dabin - Lights (feat.
Trove) Lyrics
I'm not sure why Running away, running away now
Feels right with you 'Cause God knows we tried
Numbing the pain, hiding away now So I'll play pretend with you
Some nights I can't explain The way I feel the way I'm wired
You make things seem so clear So we can leave the lights out
And you're sick of questioning The weight that comes with every hour
But in the night with you it's clear So we can leave the lights out
So we can leave the lights out So we can leave the lights out
Street lights, dim glow Keeping the time, keeping the time now
This feels like home 'Cause we're both tired of feeling nothing
We're done wandering round with our feet underground
If I just keep close to you
Some nights I can't explain The way I feel the way I'm wired
You make things seem so clear So we can leave the lights out
And you're sick of questioning The weight that comes with every hour
But in the night with you it's clear So we can leave the lights out
Yeah, we can leave the lights out
Some nights I can't explain The way I feel the way I'm wired
You make things seem so clear And you're sick of questioning
The weight that comes with every hour But in the night with you it's clear
So we can leave the lights out
So we can leave the lights out So we can leave the lights out

Solange Knowles Supports RHOA's NeNe Leakes: ' I Said What I Said!' – Check Out The Funny Clip - Duration: 2:57.Solange Knowles Supports RHOA's NeNe Leakes: ' I Said What I Said!' – Check Out The Funny Clip
RHOA star NeNe Leakes posted a short video on her Instagram account featuring Solange Knowles.
What's so special about this clip is the fact that Solange brings up NeNe's name.
'I got a lot of s**t the other day for saying that I'm not interested in entertainment at the moment, and, to be honest, in the words of the great NeNe Leakes I said what I said…' says Solange in the video that NeNe proudly posted on her social media.
'Show all the way out @saintrecords You the new shade queen #isaidwhatisaid #mysis' NeNe captioned the post.
NeNe's followers got all excited after seeing the video.
'@neneleakes capitalize on it before someone else do and make T-Shirts with the quote.
Also, register it so if anyone uses it for gain you get paid.
Go on sister, ' one of her fans advised her.
Another person wrote that 'My heart just felt the sisterhood #i said WHAT I said,' and a commenter praised NeNe as well, telling her that 'you PAVED the way for brown girls (even that white guh, Kim) to go from reality TV to more mainstream projects! Don't ever let nobody take that away or discredit you! '.
'…Beyonce is "VERY" overrated and Solange underrated,' another follower said, praising Solange, and one other commenter totally agreed: 'also A LOT SMARTER than her! Said her father .
I think being a teen mom and a few years younger than beyoncé kept her out of the spotlight, that's when beyoncé had the opportunity! Solangé wasn't there to compete with her, and she was very young to be on destiny's child! But solangé is ARTISTIC ART, beyoncé is just pop, so she wins anyway.
NeNe has been involved in a few feuds these days, slamming both Kim Zolciak and Sheree Whitfield's man.

I wanna fly

Perhaps I'll one day perch on the branches
Yet the hunters I've incurred
Only when I flew into the blue sky

I had nothing upon which to rely
Every time the dead of night arrives, I can never fall asleep
Is it only my tomorrows that won't ever get better, is that my keep?
What's the future hold?
Exactly who could know?
Whether happiness is just a legend
I'm forever unable to find and show.
I'm just a small, small, little bird!

I'm searching and finding, looking for and seeking

Does this request seem too hard to apply?

Today I realized that
I don't have to put on PANTS to make a video.
I can do it from the comfort of my own bed.
So I'm going to stay in bed
and make a video about a topic
that's been on all of our minds.
"What would I do if I won the lottery?"
What would I do if I won the lottery?
Would I go to a spa?
Would I use the money to travel the world?
Maybe visit exotic islands
Or the Amazon
Or maybe I would just relax all day.
But the truth is that, if I won the lottery,
I would take out a series of billboards to shame the CDC.
And then I would take a goddamn nap.

Haul alimentar | Obio & Vegis - Duration: 6:28.
I'm sorry if you hear any weird sounds during this video.
I know we haven't seen each other in a while
Today we're doing a food haul
not unboxing because there are too many bags
I'll start with the Obio order because it's smaller
and I'll go through it faster
The first and only not food related product is Lavera toothpaste
A gluten free bread mix
It was on sale for cheap, that's why I got it.
I heard only bad things about gluten free bread
so I wanted to try it.
Agave syrup, my love.
since we're talking of sweet things..
I have date syrup too
When I first got date syrup I didn't like it
but I ended up loving it,
so I got a bigger bottle.
The last thing from Obio is Maca powder
It's cheaper than the one from Vegis
The vegis order is bigger
Almost forgot the most important things
You know when you enter a website and see a bar..
"Oh, I'll just get one."
That's what I did.
Lately I'm obsessed with bars.
I make them at home too but these are so convenient.
I didn't try this before but it looked interesting
It's date powder.

Steven Universe - Love Like You (RUS cover by eLIZAbeth) - Duration: 2:09.If I could beging to be
Half of what you think of me
I could do about anything
I could even learn how to love
When I see the way you act
Wondering when I'm coming back
I could do about anything
I could even learn how to love like you
Love like you
I always thought I might be bad
Now I'm sure that it's true
'cause I think you're so good
And I'm nothing like you
Look at you go
I just adore you
I wish that I knew
What makes you think I'm so special
If I could begin to do
Something that does right by you
I could do about anything
I could even learn how to love
When I see the way you look
Shaken by how long it took
I could do about anything
I could even learn how to love like you
Love like you
Love me like you
