2018 Happy Easter Garden Tour #1 - Duration: 12:41.
Hey everyone its Rob the backyard gardenerr wishing you a Happy Easter
I know today we're gonna spend a lot of time with our family and friends I don't
want to take a lot of your time up but I figured it was about time that I go
ahead and give you an update let's go take a look at what I'm growing this
year in the garden all right guys over here is my hot
peppers I've got a couple of Serrano's I've got the three jalapenos I've got a
overwintered Reaper pepper plant and he's just now starting to get his
foliage put back on him he had a major painted infestation I seem to always get
a feeds in my girl room but not in my garden crazy we've got three ghosts for
her plants right here and then I've had some volunteer red potatoes plants come
up so I've kind of relocated him here technically when you relocate
potato plants they don't produce as well if you just left them in the situation
that they were in but I didn't want them where they're at you guys are following
my orange series just separate my oranges outside here they're starting to
come back we've got some yellow beans two there two there and two there
they've come up now we're just letting them get ready to run up this trellis
here give me some yellow beans this year this is last year's volunteer I believe
it's a blackberry bush it could be raspberry we won't know
until we get the flowers and the first fruit but I've left it to stay there I'm
not gonna impede nature of doing its thing especially if I get some berries
off that this is my potato patch we planted it just a couple of weeks ago so
what you see coming up here in the middle is all my Yukon Gold I've got
some Adirondack blues over here and if you look closely you can see they're
just starting to come up
and then I've got some red sweet potatoes over here as well and only one
has come up so far I don't see anything else just yet but man the Yukons are
taking off so we've got this is my potato patch coming in and then over
here we have my garlic this will be due to be harvested in about a month and a
half I've already scratched away the surface on this one the bulbs are about
this big so not quite ready yet this is gonna be where I have all my great
Tomatoes we've got my red sweet tomatoes that's the first eight plants here and
then we've got a ninth one back there which is also red sweet tomatoes and
then these are my golden pear ones these other nine plants we've also got
cucumbers growing on here these are the burpless hybrid cucumbers we just got
them in the ground not too long ago so to be a little while for they produce
but they're coming up nicely and I'm super excited because you know it's
funny I grew this little mini oak tree he lost all his leaves but he's come
back you can see he's just now starting to break his buds on all his ends but it
was so easy to grow the acorns I thought let me plant 10 more and every single
one of them came up three on that side three on that side and all the ones in
the pot so now I'm kind of gonna have too many oak trees here but still pretty
cool I thought I'd show you guys that if you follow my other series you'll know
I've got a pear tree series and a peach tree series but look at this guys the
peaches are coming in here's my harvester peach tree and look at these
little guys we got lots and lots of cute natal peaches coming in now they're
everywhere
and I'll have to film these guys out because you don't really want that many
peaches per branch so like on this one right here I'll probably keep him man
get rid of these little guys let me choose one more on there but yeah we got
lots of peaches coming in and honestly this is what's really crazy this is my
luring peach and I beaten peaches from him and matter of fact I'm growing
peaches from seed from this guy but same thing his came in a little bit later but
we have got I mean this is actually ridiculous
I mean look at this guy's I don't know if you if you're seeing what I'm seeing
here hopefully you're seeing exactly what I'm showing you but there's
probably and again I know they do this and not all them are gonna be set but I
probably have several hundred peaches here's a good example see how big this
guy is compared to the other ones it's a because he's on the end of a branch and
be because there's not a lot of peaches set on this branch so he's got most of
the nutrition to himself where if you go to a branch that is covered in peaches
they're all not they're all not that big so it's always best thin out the peaches
but I lose so many to squirrels and birds that I'd rather have a whole bunch
of medium-sized ones then a few big ones just asking to be eaten
alright guys that's this side of the yard let's go check out what's going on
the other side and inside of the yard we've got a couple things going on here
we've got some sweet basil you've got three plants of sweet basil we've also
got three plants of purple basil and a couple of cantaloupes coming in this
whole area right here I planted some my sweet potatoes there's gonna be a lot of
volunteer Tomatoes coming up as you see because this is literally made up of
almost all my compost in woodchips but you can clearly see amongst everything
the chute potatoes are just starting to come up and I got these guys in the
ground a few weeks ago so they're really coming along fast I'm gonna be topping
off the last couple of inches left in this box with leaves it's odd this
corner has not came up yet and I don't know if that's a sign of less water or
problems over here but we'll see anyway pretty cold this is gonna be all sweet
potatoes this year you saw my last year sweet potato harvest so I know they do
well over here so I'm really excited to see how much I get using a full row
instead of only half a roast potatoes all right guys this is my saucing tomato
bed we have two san marzano tomatoes coming up and two of the roma tomatoes
coming up and these guys are flying I mean out of this bed because you know
what I did I topped off the top six inches of just homemade compost I mean
these guys have grown a ridiculous compared to my other tomato plants that
you saw earlier I mean they've doubled them we've even
got flowers on this one and I'm tempted to pinch the flowers off that these guys
get a little bigger but for now we'll leave them be oh and if you're not
following my series I know everyone's curious about the updates this is a 27
month old apple tree Gala apple tree grown from seed and guys I cannot stress
how excited I am about the flowering let me show you this thing it's like every
single end is getting flowers
look at all these little ends getting flowers all of them look at this this
thing is why don't you like crazy these little guys are ting supposed to be
flowering from until four to seven years and he's going absolutely bonkers and to
top it off aren't those pretty flowers all right let's go check out what's
going on back there all right guys back here is my
strawberry patch we've got strawberries coming in if I can keep the rabbits from
eating them you can see all the flowers coming in and some examples of some
little strawberries coming in right here so I've had a hard time growing
strawberries and let's like cover these up really well the birds come down and
eat them the rabbits get inside here to eat them and right now it's baby rabbit
season so there's lots of baby rabbits and honestly you can see a lot of my
ends they ate a lot of the ends before the strawberries came in so they know
these are here and they will come and get them I put some protection down
there but they still find a way to get in here got some celery growing here
which is kind of cool that's last year celery and it's still coming in over
here we have got a couple of cow corn peppers supposed to be mildly spicy so
I'm looking forward to see how those grow this year we've got watermelon guys
we've got some of that crimson watermelons we've got three sets in here
and these when I plan these down here is because they're gonna be low profile and
on to space all around back here right underneath my grapevine my great vines I
should say which is coming in full blast this year I'm really excited about maybe
getting some grapes I followed all the rules I trimmed them heavily back i
fertilized them over the winter I've done everything that you're supposed to
do they're now in their third year maybe this is the year I get some grapes I
haven't even got one grape from this yet but again it's only its its third year
with me it's a four year old plant this is my blackberry tree if you will
we've got lots and lots and lots and lots of blackberries coming in on this
one guys last year I got about 20 blackberries
off this this is its third year as well I think this year is gonna be the year
of the BlackBerry lots of flowers on it everywhere everywhere everywhere
everywhere and some cute little blackberries growing in as you can see
so really excited about the blackberries coming in
it's the thornless variety which I prefer alright let's see what's inside
the greenhouse you recall that this greenhouse I take the plastic off the
top of it during the spring summer and fall because it allows the it does I
don't wanted to get too hot in here but I still want it to have protection from
pests we've got my heirloom Brandywine tomatoes that you saw me plant there's
four on this side and four on this side and they really haven't come up to much
kind of surprised how slow they're growing and then we've got black from
Tula's back in the corner here and we've got some Cherokee purples as well so
they're all starting to come up I also went ahead and planted some zucchini in
here we got zucchini there and a zucchini
stack here and it's a Keaney stack there I'm just trying to make use of all my
space these Tomatoes will grow pretty tall
and these zucchinis will help keep the ground from being baked this gets a ton
of Sun on this side of the yard and just want something as ground cover that also
loves the Sun we've also got last year's Buckley stalks that I left because you
know what they're sticking out a little bit of broccoli heads look at this one
they're sticking out some broccoli heads I figured my bag I probably should cut
that one off I figured I just let him grow out just cuz it I hope they're not
harming anything and I could always eat a few pieces of broccoli well there you
have it everyone that's my garden tour first one for 2018 I know I've been late
on a lot of things but we're catching up I hope you guys enjoy Easter Sunday

All About My Printer (+Lots of PO Box Goodies!!) · MARCH VLOG - Duration: 16:26.
Alright guys, good afternoon! Welcome back! I've been working on some prints to go
out for this month's patreon reward which I think I mentioned at the end of
last month's vlog but I thought that this would be a good time to talk a
little bit about one of my most asked questions and that is how I make my
prints or what equipment I use. I will be honest, I've never been that keen to talk
about this just because I'm not an expert, I don't have all the answers. I
really think it's important to do your own research, to find things out for
yourself to know what's gonna be best for you specifically. I can't like hand
it to you on a plate; the things that are gonna be the right things for you.
You know what I mean. But I thought I could at least tell you what I'm doing and what
works for me. So this is the Epson XP 960, I use it to
print and also at the moment I'm using it to scan. I used to use my little Canon
scanner that you might have seen in some of my previous videos but- I've had that
for a good few years, I've really loved it, it's been a great scanner but it just
stopped turning on recently. So I've been using the built-in scanner on this and
it's been working out just fine. Basically what you want to be looking
for in a scanner is the dpi which is the amount of little pixel-like dots it
scans per inch of an image. So typically you want something that scans at at
least 600 dpi plus. Again, it depends what you what you want, what you're looking
for and the quality you're looking for and how you're gonna use the artwork
that you scan but generally I look for something that will do 600 dpi or above.
And the best thing you can do for yourself it's find good reviews.
Amazon is quite good- you can't trust all the reviews- but basically you want to be
looking for people that are using the scanner in the same way that you might
want to use it. So you might be looking for reviews from
photographers, from artists and see if it's doing the job for them.
Same thing with printers; so if you're looking for a printer that's going to be
good for sharp images, for good accurate colours, you want to be looking online to
see if there any reviews saying those kinds of things. Reviews from artists
again, from photographers. What I was looking for- my sort of criteria that I
was looking for was something that would print an a3 size and also deliver photo
quality prints. So the reason I was going for a photo printer is because I just
feel like you're gonna get a closer accuracy, richer colours because that's
essentially what they're made for. So I was just looking for something with
reviews from photographers from artists again who have used this and have said
that it was sharp and accurate and good colours. I also like this because it has
its own line of inks with a good range of colours; so like the basic CMYK and a
few more to go on top of that which just means that it has a better chance of
printing the colours that you want it to, a better range of colours they can get to.
Typically it is recommended to get the inks by the manufacturer off the printer.
So I use an Epson printer, I use Epson inks as well. I don't know if that's just
a marketing ploy by the companies but it makes sense that the inks that they make
are more compatible with their printers. Same thing with paper- paper I think
you can get away with using a different brand of paper but for me, I choose paper
that is archival quality so what I get from that is that not only do I get the
best quality prints I could possibly get in terms of the color payoff and just
you know the way that the paper is designed to show off and absorb the ink
They also claim to last up to three hundred years- the
prints on that particular paper- which is something that I was definitely looking
for. I wanted really accurate representation of the artwork and I
wanted it to be able to last long enough. If you're looking into like giclee prints or
like a proper fine art print, if you want to use watercolour paper, obviously
that is something that you're gonna have to look into because I don't know
anything about that. I'm just talking from my own experience. Just bear in mind the
cost of buying the printing materials; so this printer itself was relatively
affordable, I've had it for about a year now, it's probably even cheaper now, but
because I do buy the best inks and and the best paper that I can- I mean, I
had to stock up a couple of days ago, I needed new inks and just one fresh set
of paper and that set me back over a hundred pounds, so if you are looking to
start printing from home, you need to weigh up the options of whether it's
gonna earn you enough money to pay for the upkeep as well as give you a profit.
Anyway, the details off like scanning editing and setting up work for print,
I'm not gonna get into right now. I might do a video on it one day but I feel like
if I keep talking about this I would be here all day. But I will leave links

like I said, it's all about doing your own research, all the information that
you want is already out there you just have to find it. Right before I forget,
someone emailed me quite a while ago but I'm realizing that while this video is
going out it will be April which means that it is testicular cancer awareness
month and as this person mentioned in this email, it's not something that's
talked about a lot because I had no idea. So I thought I might as well take
the time to mention it to you guys. I know that according to my analytics at
least one in five of you has balls so do me a favour, please just take a
minute to check yourself. If you don't know what you're doing, I will leave a
couple of links below to info on how to do that but *just do it!*. But yeah I'm gonna package
up some orders now, I might go to the post office if it stops snowing, I have a
call possibly later on with like- a client?- oh yeah, and also I mentioned in
an earlier video, I try to do about eight hours of work a day and quite a few
people commented that it was like unrealistic to be forcing myself to paint so much and you
know I can't force that kind of creativity but I just want to clear up
that what I mean by work is this kind of stuff. So yeah I'm gonna stop talking
about doing this kind of stuff and get on with it. I almost forgot I've got some
letters to open. I finally held off from opening them as soon as I got them so I
could do it on camera. Really excited for these ones because I've seen this which
means it's from bybun. So exciting! And got another one so two things to open at
once! I'm so pumped. I'll start with this one...
Right wow, so this is from Ian and he has been subscribed for a few years. He
started watching when he was doing his a-levels and now he's doing his degree
in illustration- that's insane!- and he sent some amazing artwork, I will show
close-ups of everything and I will also as always have a link below to his
Instagram. But really, really amazing stuff. What an incredible
surprise. Oh my god. This one's even got like gold detailing
on it. Thank You Ian, it's so lovely to hear
from you. It's so amazing to have these. Yeah I'm like overwhelmed right now,
these are gorgeous.
And then... God I can't cope! I think I know what this is from Roxanne who is
also known as by bun she has a YouTube channel, I watch all her videos, I love
her. She- I haven't opened it yet but I'm so excited- she came out with a new book
recently and I saw it on her channel and if this is it I will go I'll go crazy. Oh
my god, yeah, I just got goosebumps! She just she puts so much work into her art,
into the lessons that she teaches and her videos, into everything!
Everything you can tell is just packaged with care and attention.

So it's Friday today, it's Good Friday, and by the time you're watching this it
will probably be Easter Sunday- if I can have it edited on time (I did! yay!) so if you do
celebrate; Happy Easter! and if you don't celebrate, I hope having a lovely weekend,
hope you're spending time with your nearest and dearest. If I'm honest, this
month's vlog got a bit off-track. If you remember at the end of my last vlog, I
said that I was trying to build up a more solid body of work this month and
that's what I'd be documenting for this vlog but it just didn't work out like
that. I've ended up working on a couple of new
projects that I just can't talk about or show at the moment and honestly I just
hadn't really been in a filming or sharing mood. I've been doing a lot of
soul-searching recently and I'm getting there I think- even just in the last
couple of days- and I think what's helped is just kind of relieving the pressure-
the pressure that maybe put on myself- to share ALL the work I'm doing, ALL the art
I'm doing as I do it, and- you know- how I'm feeling too. Yeah this is gonna be
such a hodgepodge of a video but I thought I would finish off again with
some cool things that I have received throughout the month and things I've
bought and things that come in the mail as well. So we'll start out with- and I've
got quite a few goodies here- start out with some letters. I got letters from
Colleen and Colleen also sent this handmade sketchbook that she made
herself which is gorgeous; I love this kind of stitching of sketchbooks, I think
it's so cool. And she also sent this really cool calendar journal which is
like a monthly calendar that she's Illustrated herself that you can fill in
so you can do your monthly planning and also get really creative with it as well.
So that is awesome, I'll leave her info below.
I love Colleen we talked a lot on patreon and just across platforms and
she's a lovely lovely woman so please go and show her some love. Also
heard from Whitney again which was lovely. Thanks for this Whitney, such a
cute letter! And she also sent some tea bags which is awesome and some more of
her own artwork which I can't wait to add to my collection and some really
cute washi tape as well, so another great treat from Whitney, thank you!

great to hear from someone that can really relate to the artists struggles

room now I'm getting so much cool art. I just want to have it around me to see all

got an email the other day from someone saying that they can't- you know- they
don't have the skills to write these beautiful letters and send gorgeous
things and NO PRESSURE - don't even think about it that way - I'm the
same, I can't make a letter look as nice as people. I always appreciate
people reaching out either even if it's just a one line email so
thank you for everything, it's always really lovely lovely to hear from you
guys and you know have a two-sided relationship rather than me just talking
to a camera. It's lovely to hear about from you guys and know your stories so
thank you for all the things that you sent this month, it's just been
great to hear from you. Moving on to a couple of other things; so I had a bit of
a splurge- don't judge me- I bought a set of pens. These are the molotov
acrylic markers- these are so cool- I bought the full set because I'm quite an
all-or-nothing kind of person. Don't ask me how much they were, I don't want to
think about it. But so far I've only used them for a day but they've been really
really coo.l I said on patreon it's like having a gouache in a in a pen that you
can just use anywhere. It's really opaque, really nice like flat and even colouring.
So very, very cool. I can't wait to see what I can do with those. And then also-
which you may have seen on my Instagram- my Loish book arrived. I was really, really
pleased to be able to have taken part in the Kickstarter this time. Last time for
her first book I bought it way too late to be involved in the Kickstarter but with
this one it's nice to know that I've kind of been part of having it made if
that makes sense. So I pledged like months ago and I've been waiting so patiently
for the book to be put together and finalized and it arrived a couple of
days ago and it's just unreal. It's so aspirational, so inspirational, even
the box it came delivered in was gorgeous like how excited was I to
see the postman arrive with this. So I think as part of the Kickstarter you
also get this colouring book, there's also a bookmark, there are some stickers,
there's a deck of cards which is so, so cool- I really need like a good weekend
away or something where I can use these cards- and the book itself; like with the
last one it comes in one of these cardboard sleeves- I just love that touch-
and then- look at that! It's amazing! The quality is unbelievable and
just being able to get an insight into her mind, into her process...
she's such an inspirational artist, she seems so hard working and just
incredibly talented and someone that's really mastered her skills so to have
this in my hands to be able to look through this and get a little insight
into her mind what she does and how she does it it's just amazing. So I'm happy!
I'm really looking forward to having a proper look through this, a proper read
and seeing what I can take from it. That's pretty much it for now. I don't
really know what the plan is for April... Film more for sure! Hopefully by then I'll
also be able to share at least a little bit of what I've been working on. Kind of
exciting stuff, it's pretty cool, I can't wait to talk to you guys about it! Yeah I

2018 Happy Easter Garden Tour #1 - Duration: 12:41.Hey everyone its Rob the backyard gardenerr wishing you a Happy Easter
I know today we're gonna spend a lot of time with our family and friends I don't
want to take a lot of your time up but I figured it was about time that I go
ahead and give you an update let's go take a look at what I'm growing this
year in the garden all right guys over here is my hot
peppers I've got a couple of Serrano's I've got the three jalapenos I've got a
overwintered Reaper pepper plant and he's just now starting to get his
foliage put back on him he had a major painted infestation I seem to always get
a feeds in my girl room but not in my garden crazy we've got three ghosts for
her plants right here and then I've had some volunteer red potatoes plants come
up so I've kind of relocated him here technically when you relocate
potato plants they don't produce as well if you just left them in the situation
that they were in but I didn't want them where they're at you guys are following
my orange series just separate my oranges outside here they're starting to
come back we've got some yellow beans two there two there and two there
they've come up now we're just letting them get ready to run up this trellis
here give me some yellow beans this year this is last year's volunteer I believe
it's a blackberry bush it could be raspberry we won't know
until we get the flowers and the first fruit but I've left it to stay there I'm
not gonna impede nature of doing its thing especially if I get some berries
off that this is my potato patch we planted it just a couple of weeks ago so
what you see coming up here in the middle is all my Yukon Gold I've got
some Adirondack blues over here and if you look closely you can see they're
just starting to come up
and then I've got some red sweet potatoes over here as well and only one
has come up so far I don't see anything else just yet but man the Yukons are
taking off so we've got this is my potato patch coming in and then over
here we have my garlic this will be due to be harvested in about a month and a
half I've already scratched away the surface on this one the bulbs are about
this big so not quite ready yet this is gonna be where I have all my great
Tomatoes we've got my red sweet tomatoes that's the first eight plants here and
then we've got a ninth one back there which is also red sweet tomatoes and
then these are my golden pear ones these other nine plants we've also got
cucumbers growing on here these are the burpless hybrid cucumbers we just got
them in the ground not too long ago so to be a little while for they produce
but they're coming up nicely and I'm super excited because you know it's
funny I grew this little mini oak tree he lost all his leaves but he's come
back you can see he's just now starting to break his buds on all his ends but it
was so easy to grow the acorns I thought let me plant 10 more and every single
one of them came up three on that side three on that side and all the ones in
the pot so now I'm kind of gonna have too many oak trees here but still pretty
cool I thought I'd show you guys that if you follow my other series you'll know
I've got a pear tree series and a peach tree series but look at this guys the
peaches are coming in here's my harvester peach tree and look at these
little guys we got lots and lots of cute natal peaches coming in now they're
everywhere
and I'll have to film these guys out because you don't really want that many
peaches per branch so like on this one right here I'll probably keep him man
get rid of these little guys let me choose one more on there but yeah we got
lots of peaches coming in and honestly this is what's really crazy this is my
luring peach and I beaten peaches from him and matter of fact I'm growing
peaches from seed from this guy but same thing his came in a little bit later but
we have got I mean this is actually ridiculous
I mean look at this guy's I don't know if you if you're seeing what I'm seeing
here hopefully you're seeing exactly what I'm showing you but there's
probably and again I know they do this and not all them are gonna be set but I
probably have several hundred peaches here's a good example see how big this
guy is compared to the other ones it's a because he's on the end of a branch and
be because there's not a lot of peaches set on this branch so he's got most of
the nutrition to himself where if you go to a branch that is covered in peaches
they're all not they're all not that big so it's always best thin out the peaches
but I lose so many to squirrels and birds that I'd rather have a whole bunch
of medium-sized ones then a few big ones just asking to be eaten
alright guys that's this side of the yard let's go check out what's going on
the other side and inside of the yard we've got a couple things going on here
we've got some sweet basil you've got three plants of sweet basil we've also
got three plants of purple basil and a couple of cantaloupes coming in this
whole area right here I planted some my sweet potatoes there's gonna be a lot of
volunteer Tomatoes coming up as you see because this is literally made up of
almost all my compost in woodchips but you can clearly see amongst everything
the chute potatoes are just starting to come up and I got these guys in the
ground a few weeks ago so they're really coming along fast I'm gonna be topping
off the last couple of inches left in this box with leaves it's odd this
corner has not came up yet and I don't know if that's a sign of less water or
problems over here but we'll see anyway pretty cold this is gonna be all sweet
potatoes this year you saw my last year sweet potato harvest so I know they do
well over here so I'm really excited to see how much I get using a full row
instead of only half a roast potatoes all right guys this is my saucing tomato
bed we have two san marzano tomatoes coming up and two of the roma tomatoes
coming up and these guys are flying I mean out of this bed because you know
what I did I topped off the top six inches of just homemade compost I mean
these guys have grown a ridiculous compared to my other tomato plants that
you saw earlier I mean they've doubled them we've even
got flowers on this one and I'm tempted to pinch the flowers off that these guys
get a little bigger but for now we'll leave them be oh and if you're not
following my series I know everyone's curious about the updates this is a 27
month old apple tree Gala apple tree grown from seed and guys I cannot stress
how excited I am about the flowering let me show you this thing it's like every
single end is getting flowers
look at all these little ends getting flowers all of them look at this this
thing is why don't you like crazy these little guys are ting supposed to be
flowering from until four to seven years and he's going absolutely bonkers and to
top it off aren't those pretty flowers all right let's go check out what's
going on back there all right guys back here is my
strawberry patch we've got strawberries coming in if I can keep the rabbits from
eating them you can see all the flowers coming in and some examples of some
little strawberries coming in right here so I've had a hard time growing
strawberries and let's like cover these up really well the birds come down and
eat them the rabbits get inside here to eat them and right now it's baby rabbit
season so there's lots of baby rabbits and honestly you can see a lot of my
ends they ate a lot of the ends before the strawberries came in so they know
these are here and they will come and get them I put some protection down
there but they still find a way to get in here got some celery growing here
which is kind of cool that's last year celery and it's still coming in over
here we have got a couple of cow corn peppers supposed to be mildly spicy so
I'm looking forward to see how those grow this year we've got watermelon guys
we've got some of that crimson watermelons we've got three sets in here
and these when I plan these down here is because they're gonna be low profile and
on to space all around back here right underneath my grapevine my great vines I
should say which is coming in full blast this year I'm really excited about maybe
getting some grapes I followed all the rules I trimmed them heavily back i
fertilized them over the winter I've done everything that you're supposed to
do they're now in their third year maybe this is the year I get some grapes I
haven't even got one grape from this yet but again it's only its its third year
with me it's a four year old plant this is my blackberry tree if you will
we've got lots and lots and lots and lots of blackberries coming in on this
one guys last year I got about 20 blackberries
off this this is its third year as well I think this year is gonna be the year
of the BlackBerry lots of flowers on it everywhere everywhere everywhere
everywhere and some cute little blackberries growing in as you can see
so really excited about the blackberries coming in
it's the thornless variety which I prefer alright let's see what's inside
the greenhouse you recall that this greenhouse I take the plastic off the
top of it during the spring summer and fall because it allows the it does I
don't wanted to get too hot in here but I still want it to have protection from
pests we've got my heirloom Brandywine tomatoes that you saw me plant there's
four on this side and four on this side and they really haven't come up to much
kind of surprised how slow they're growing and then we've got black from
Tula's back in the corner here and we've got some Cherokee purples as well so
they're all starting to come up I also went ahead and planted some zucchini in
here we got zucchini there and a zucchini
stack here and it's a Keaney stack there I'm just trying to make use of all my
space these Tomatoes will grow pretty tall
and these zucchinis will help keep the ground from being baked this gets a ton
of Sun on this side of the yard and just want something as ground cover that also
loves the Sun we've also got last year's Buckley stalks that I left because you
know what they're sticking out a little bit of broccoli heads look at this one
they're sticking out some broccoli heads I figured my bag I probably should cut
that one off I figured I just let him grow out just cuz it I hope they're not
harming anything and I could always eat a few pieces of broccoli well there you
have it everyone that's my garden tour first one for 2018 I know I've been late

I wanted to divorce him 2 years ago.
It's good that there was one person who started helping me in this case, in the divorce.
But then there was another situation. We moved in with my mother and met with him.
It happened just after I have a video of what I was told when I removed the handkerchief and got a job he kicked me out of the house.
I talked about it in one of the videos. He kicked me out of the house, and then I went to my mom.
At the time I was working as a marketing Manager, my salary was very small. One family I certainly would not protect.
And when I moved in with my mom, I had to......
I wanted to do a tour of the apartment, by the way. And I wanted to show you exactly what my husband bought into this apartment.
Because somewhere 3.5 years ago my dad sold the apartment and he brought Masuda, when he came to 18 thousand dollars.
At that time we also lived in a rented apartment. Furniture have us its not was. There was furniture in that apartment.
In addition, Mohamed has not bought any furniture.
And when I got that money, the first thing I did was buy furniture. I bought Dany's bedroom and the girls ' bedroom.

I bought the simulator when I was working. Bedroom I bought. Air condition that hangs, I bought.
Curtains and tulle I bought. Table I bought. RS left my mother. Also the lamp I bought.
I even bought the rug. What's next, what's our room?
The next room where my eldest daughter and my husband sleep.
This Queen size blanket I bought. Bed bought Mohammed. Cabinet half gave my mom half gave Mohammed.
The carpet I bought. This is the situation regarding the furniture.
There was another bedroom for the baby girls. Very good with three storage cupboards, bed.
Beautiful I had to buy a thicker mattress. Very good. They were on every bed. There were 2 more air conditioners that I sold.
This is what is bought in the house and where we live.
Then what? Stove bought Mohamed, a washing machine bought Mohammed.
I bought the microwave. The last time we moved in, the fridge was bought by Mohamed in my name.
Here is such a situation. You can understand who and what bought the house. Specifically it is saying that there is video evidence of what is actually in the house.

From Muhammad has always been the expectation that there will be something to come with our family.
When my mom and I moved in, after he kicked me out, when I went to my mom's.
When we moved in, he first worked. After we moved in with my mom, he quit his job and didn't work.
He brought money. I do not know who gave him mom, dad, brother he works in Saudi Arabia.
And for 10 months he didn't work. And mom was in a terrible state. She says, as so can be, that he not works?
We have men in the family worked. We've never had this before. 10 months he not worked until the last.
My mother then found an apartment and moved out. Then he has a few months didn't work.
Then he got a job. And the thing is, when we were living with my mom. Mohamed had a fight with my mom.
And they don't talk. Now I guess this Ramadan will already be 2 years, as they're not talking.
So it was very hard when we lived together with my mother. We probably lived together for a year with a little.
When two people live together and do not talk, it is very difficult morally.
And to this day he doesn't talk to her. My mother, too, of course, is not talking. She says I'm older than him. He's good for my sons.
How is he acting like this? That's disrespect.

The house was also in my built up to 7 floors. And we entered one of the last floors. Also drove absolutely for free.
In Egypt, such a system that when a house is built, the developer receives a building permit for example 4 floors.

is so it can wield an infinity stone so potentially he can take panels down in
at the MCU because obviously thalis in the comics and phallus in the MCU are
completely different but I do think Thor could actually take it on us out in emt
you so Galactus Galactus is another contender who actually can't come to Mt
you yet until this Fox deal goes through but if he did he could absolutely
smashed Thanos in my opinion Galactus is a

known to the race as beyonders he was sent to earth by a group of evil
geniuses trying to get hold of vibranium he's capable his powers are just insane
he can morph himself into anything any characteristics his strength is in
countable can match any foe he desires for all practical purposes he literally
doesn't have many weaknesses in the comic book realm
he lost his power to Doctor Doom for a period of time but he survived and
regained his strength so beyond the would be able to defeat Thanos the mere
desire to do so and there really isn't any motivation for him to get involved
with the Fant of storyline and we actually haven't seen the be on that at
the moment but I'm just going over characters who could smash that was

been a storyline in comics when Darkseid will did the Infinity Gauntlet but it

Quarterly Report | Q1 2018 - Duration: 7:26.
Alright, what's up? I felt like doing a quarterly, like, summary thing I guess,
every three months, because I thought that'd be a neat idea.
Like [an] update thing, or something like that, you know?
And I'm just gonna go over everything that has happened since 2018 started,
and then what I'm gonna try and do before the end of June, 'cause that'd be Quarter 2 of the year.
Uh, hopefully this won't take too long. I don't think it will.
So first we started with this from DDLC, but as we can move up, we're seeing a lot more Pokémon GSC,
because I've been trying to finish that off for good. I'm about 2/3 of the way there now.
I'm recording this on the 22nd, so when you see this today, there'll probably be more better thumbnails around.
When I say today, I mean the 31st, cause that's when this'll be uploaded.
After GSC is done, then I'm gonna move on to-- I'm gonna replace the Pokémon game with Red, Blue, and Yellow, because I may as well.
And then, as I'm doing that, I'm gonna try and finish Mario Land, I'm gonna try and finish DDLC,
to get those out of the way because I'm trying to, like, minimize the amount of unfinished things I have,
and those are pretty small, so I feel like that'd make sense.
Oh, and then, with the thumbnails, I started updating--
Every one with thumbnails so far, I updated the description to make it a bit less dumb,
and then I added this download link because I keep getting comments saying,
"Where's the download link? How do I download this?" even though the other description before this one already told you where to find it.
So I figured I may as well put it there so people stop asking.
Then there's this link to my Discord if you feel like talking to me.
Next thing I'm gonna go over walkthroughs that I've written since the year started,
even though I'm definitely sure none of you care that much.
But I figured it'd be pretty neat to just go over what I've written anyway,
because if it seems like I'm not uploading many transcriptions, it's because I'm writing so much stuff,
so if I can explain what I'm writing, then hopefully that'll, I dunno, clear things up, I guess?
So I fixed this one, I wrote these-- I wrote these four; those were pretty easy though, so that's not that impressive;
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts got finished, I rewrote Crazy Taxi because XBox got that free for gold recently;
I rewrote Dig Dug, because I wrote this version of Dig Dug; um, Lego Star Wars II got finished;
I wrote Overcooked in January; I just finished Portal... and yeah.
Right now, I'm working on--
Alright, so my audio recording got cut out, so this is probably gonna sound different.
I was going to say that right now, I'm working on Assassin's Creed Origins and Sonic 2,
and then I'm also working on the remastered version of Modern Warfare, which is a bit different than what I've usually done.
Anyway, I thought it'd be neat to go over money stuff, because that's not something you see a lot of.
So in 2017 I made like $400, and most of that was from this Regular Show video at the bottom.
And this gap in the middle I'm pretty sure is from the Adpocalypse.
But aside from that, it's pretty much an upwards kind of trend.
Most of it comes from the Regular Show video, which you can see there, which I guess is kind of a good thing and a bad thing.
Partially good because it's popular, and that's always good, but the bad thing is
(1) Most of my views and a big chunk of subscribers come from that video alone,
which means they're not here for the rest of it, but, I mean, I guess I'll deal with it.
And then in 2018 I've already made almost as much at like $320-somethin'.
And this time, instead of being Regular Show followed by a bunch of Pink Guy songs,
it's kind of spread out more, and that's good because I'm really tired of seeing Pink Guy.
And then the next thing I started doing the past two months was captioning stuff.
Mostly 123cz1's stuff, because I guess he was the first one I wanted to help out with it first.
I've been doing most of his videos regardless of what they are, and, um, yeah.
I'm open to doing more peoples' stuff, so if you're following any, like, small YouTubers,
or any big ones that have bad captions or don't have any at all, tell me about it; I'll caption anything, really.
I was at some point to, like, charge some small amount of money, like $5 every hour of footage for captioning.
But that's kind of like a beta idea, I'm not-- I'm gonna consider it more, I still don't have-- I still haven't though about it enough.
But if you have any opinion on that, then that'd be good to hear too.
Yeah, captioning; it's very time-consuming because you have to place everything at the right spot, you have to write it correctly;
and some sentences are too long to be held in two [or three] word... frames? Two lines.
They're too long to be held in two [or three] lines, so you have to kind of design how you want the words to be spaced out.
So there's a little more thought to it than just hitting the Auto-Translate thing and then leaving it alone.
It benefits them because captions improve a video's, like, chances of being shown up in YouTube algorithms.
And I get this little thing at the bottom if I decide to put it there,
which - why wouldn't I? - to have my name just be at the bottom of the description to show that, like,
"Oh, who put the captions there? Oh, it was me!"
and then people can see me, even though it barely has anything to do with the video perhaps.
But having my name there's better than not, so that's that, I guess.
Um, and then another thing I was thinking about doing was,
after I saw 123's video on these two songs by this Vocaloid artist,
I was thinking about doing music analysis things of my own.
I'm not a weeb, I'm not in-- I don't know anything about Vocaloid, and I don't know much about music theory either,
but I guess that means it'll be more layman's terms-ish, which is kind of good.
But it might be a little basic for people that know music theory, so I dunno.
I'm thinkin' about doing those songs that he talked about, and I was thinking about doing--
I'm thinking about keeping like a continuous thing, and I'd go over the music video if there is one,
I'd go over the notes, not the notes, but like, the layout of the song, which I can show [easily]
because I can transcribe the songs, so that'd be nice.
Yeah. I dunno.
Basically, that's, I'm pretty sure, everything I wanted to say.
Yeah I'll try and finish Gold, Silver and Crystal soon, and then hopefully we'll be seeing more variety.

I will show you not how to get beautiful money shots I will show you why the Lacie
6 big is actually my main editing rig and I will explain to you why it is
important to choose the right storage device for your needs so before we get
to all the storage madness of the Storage Guide 2018 don't forget to

start unboxing the Lacie 6 Big ok seriously guys this is one of the
heaviest boxes I ever had on this table so far this is 14 kilos of pure storage
so let's jump right in
all right so this is the Lacie big six with 24 terabytes of pure joy trust me
when I say this this little cube here is packing a lot of weight and this is
definitely not something that you want to carry around the build really feels
high quality this is all metal also the whole front of the Lacie is completely
covered in metal so here you have it where the weight is from now let's take
a look at the back of the Lacie 6 big so first we have the power switch then two
Thunderbolt 3 connectors one USB 3.1 type-c connector a Kensington lock and
of course a reset button as you can see with the connectivity of the Lacie 6
big this is only a direct attached storage so you will not be able to
access it through a network accessing the drives is pretty easy you just need
to pull this side of the bay and then you already can remove the drive in
order to lock the drives again you just need to push in the drives they
automatically lock into place and you are then good to go so replacing the
drives is pretty easy when you remove the drives of the 6 big you will
notice that most of the enclosure is made out of aluminum and this is a big
plus since all the other vendors are using plastic parts for their housings
an extra benefit is that all this weight makes this build really sturdy and
reduces any unwanted noise by the way even the drives show you that this
device is coming with Data Rescue services with the Lacie 6 there were
also two accessory boxes included so let's take a look inside what we have
here so we have different power cords for different countries we receive one
USB-C, two USB-C to USB-C cables and one USB-A to USB-C cable also some
paperwork and in the second box we get even more cables
so you can pretty much operate this device in any country of the world so
well I guess they could have saved on the cables a few bucks but well it's
nice to have them here the build quality of this storage device is pretty much
superior to any other Storage device I know of and if you ever get the chance
to lay your hand on one you will immediately know what I'm talking about
it feels like it's made out of one big aluminum cube it's pretty much like a
MacBook with their unibody design and such so it feels really professional and
it actually is really appealing design wise and I have to admit most of the
other storage devices pretty much look like a big blob of plastic on your desk
the build quality is actually not the only thing where the Lacie 6 bit is
scoring big-time when it comes to the whole performance area as you can see
here in the benchmarks the Lacie has a really good overall score but the moment
you reach the video editing area it crushes any previous storage device I
tested in this guide yet naturally this time I also conducted a photo and video
copy test and also an encoding test with our 4k test File now let's first take a
look on the benchmark results we have from the photo copy and the video copy
tests the results of the photocopy tests are actually quite interesting since the
Drobo 53 outperforms the Lacie 6 Big so this means the Drobo systems are
optimized for photo archives the moment we come to the video files those values
change dramatically so the Lacie 6 big obliterates the
whole competition by far as you can see the six big is crushing it when it comes
to video files or video editing so if I take Final Cut and throw in three or
four 4k video streams it pretty much has no problem dealing with them and it
makes my life so much easier I'm telling you because I
don't have to wait for the storage to catch up with my editing I can edit
maybe I have to pause for a second or one and then it's already good to go
again so this will help you to get your edits out faster I know it pretty much
punches a big hole in your wallet but this is money well spent my friend since
we are already talking about editing and encoding the results of the 4k test
footage were actually quite surprising in the previous tests I tested the Drobo
5d3 and the QNAP TS-453BT3 man I still who know it both these
devices perform pretty much the same with the 4k test footage so both needed
somewhere around 17 minutes to perform the whole encoding process and I was
assuming that my bottleneck at this point was my late 2016 MacBook Pro well
the Lacie 6 big actually showed me differently so actually I was able to
lower my encoding time by 2 minutes all the way down to 15 minutes
so you may say why spend so much money on just 2 minutes
well actually the biggest improvement is not in the encoding time it's actually
in the video editing I save so much time in video editing cuz I don't have to
wait for my whole storage or my computer to catch all the way up to my editing if
i rewatch my latest edit or something I'd even go so far and say that the six
big helped me to cut down my editing time maybe by half or even down to one
third of the previous time I needed to finish one video editing
since now all the benchmark values are in it's time to take a look at the final
score of the Lacie 6 big in my YouTube storage guide 2018 so drumroll it's scored
whooping 9800 points this time so this means by today it is the high scoring
contestant in the storage guide and now I will tell you why from a hardware
standpoint the LaCie 6 big is raising the bar pretty much here so if you take
a look on what comes with this device one USB-C cable one Thunderbolt 3 cable
and one USB-C to type A USB cable and also pretty much all the power plugs you
can imagine all over the world so this is really a rich accessory box that
LaCie throws in here also all the drives come with their rescue plan so if one of
your drive fails you have five years to send it back to LaCie
they will try to recover the data that is stored on this Drive and they will
replace it with a new one this makes the 6 big almost an
enterprise grade device sure it has not all the redundancies that Enterprise
devices have but you get a glimpse of what you can get out of an enterprise
grade storage device another thing I had to try out since I love to play around
with all the toys I have I wanted to know whether it is possible to upgrade
the LaCie 6 big by yourself so this means you can take out all the drives in
there replace them with their own and you actually can upgrade the capacity in
the 6 Big with this pretty simple step but let's face it replacing 6 Drives
with this amount of capacity is quite expensive so maybe it could be even
cheaper to get a new device but I guess it pretty much depends on how the rates are
at the moment another thing that really surprised me while I was working with
the LaCie 6 big is actually the noise level so in my previous reviews I tested
the Drobo 5D3 and the QNAP TS-543BT3 and those devices were kind
of ok to use in an office environment but since they were so loud I have the
impression that those devices actually could get annoying in certain office
environments sure the qnap was way quieter than the Drobo was but still the
six big sets the bar on this one I measured the noise level of 37 decibels
so this is just five decibels louder then the Lacie 4 terabyte external hard
drive I tested in the beginning so this means
the six drives that are rotating behind me are as loud as one external hard
drive this actually makes the 6 big not only an accessory you want to place on
your desk cause it's looking good you also want to place it there cuz you can
and it will not annoy you by all the you know heads moving around and making
annoying noises sure you can hear when the area is spinning up and whatnot but
while you're editing it's actually quite fine so definitely a big Plus for the
6 big so what is my overall verdict on the LaCie 6 big well it without a
doubt will rip a big hole in your wallet but aside the price I have a hard time
finding any negative point on this package here from design to performance
to ease-of-use to handling this device pretty much leaves no wish unfulfilled
maybe one thing could be there if this device would be accessible by a network
connection this would complete the whole package but Lacie is known for direct
attached devices and not for network attached systems so I guess let's leave
the whole network thing for QNAP and if you want something that is easy to use
and delivers fast performance go for a Lacie device and you

And that's something we see often with many blockbuster games that are released these
days.
But on occasion, developers will take their comedic efforts one step further, and rather
than sharing the joke with players, aim the joke at them.
I'm talking trolling – video game developers and publishers have been known to troll their
audiences on multiple occasions, even back during the days of early home consoles.
So today, we're taking a look at some of those tongue in cheek efforts with our list
of the top 10 times the video game industry trolled us.
10 Ghosts 'N Goblins Ghost 'N Goblins has gone down in history
as one of the most difficult video games.
A run and gun platformer from 1985, you could only take two hits before going down.
And there's no save option.
So, say you get to the end of the game, and you're facing the final boss – first off,
you need to be using a specific weapon in order to beat the beast.
If you manage to beat it, you then get a message that reads, THIS ROOM IS AN ILLUSION AND IS
A TRAP DEVISED BY SATAN.
Which then takes you back TO THE START OF THE GAME where you must go through everything
ALL OVER AGAIN to actually beat the game.
It then reads CONGRATULATION THIS STORY IS HAPPY END THANK YOU with another encouraging
message suggesting you should play again.
Cruel.
9 X-Men A licensed game for the Sega Genesis and Mega
Drive, this 1993 game was also notoriously difficult.
During the fifth level, Mojo's Crunch, the only way to fully complete the puzzle was
to do something that completely broke the fourth wall – you are asked to "reset
your computer", meaning you had to press the reset button.
As in, the console power button.
Seems absurd, right?
The only way to do it without shutting off the system and having to restart the entire
game – because there was no save option, of course – was to lightly touch the button.
8 Arkham Asylum In a less stressful entry on our list, let's
move over to the Batman Arkham games.
During Arkham Asylum, while you're just getting into being Batman and doing your Batman
thing, and then Batman starts coughing, and your game is abruptly stopped by what appears
to be a glitch.
The intro from the start of the game begins to play.
Panic ensues.
And then this happens – the roles are reversed, with the Joker rolling Batman into Arkham
rather than the other way around.
This then spawns a whole terrifying sequence where the Joker kills you, the game reloads
as if you have to try again, and you end up crawling out of your own grave, realizing
that you're under the power of the Scarecrow's fear toxin.
7 Arkham City Arkham City was a superb game, and one of
its most endearing qualities was its bonus content that allowed you to play as Catwoman.
She had a whole story arc that intercut throughout the main plot, and in one instance, at the
end of her episode 3, she has the option to save Batman or to abandon him, and get away
with some quality loot.
The decision is put into the hands of the player.
Most likely chose to save the caped crusader, but if you opted out for the riches, you'd
be surprised by the result.
The game cuts to the credits after Catwoman makes her exit, and a distorted audio clip
of Barbara Gordon plays, stating that everyone is dead, calling out for help.
Then it abruptly rewinds itself and FORCE YOU to save Batman.
Jeez, talk about the illusion of free choice.
The overall moral of the story?
Don't be a dick.
6 GTA V Grand Theft Auto is known for being satire
gold.
And sometimes, that satire comes at the expense of the player.
One side mission in particular, known as the Epsilon Program, is GTA V's take on Scientology,
and was highly anticipated.
So of course, when the end result of all these missions culminated in a five mile run wearing
the Epsilon robes in the desert, it felt as if the lead up was for nothing, minus a shitty
tractor.
Which was the whole joke.
That being said, it is GTA V, so in the final leg of the mission, there is the option to
betray your Kifflom brother sister father mothers or whatever and steal all the cash
you're sent to deliver, which is what will actually allow you to complete the mission.
Always a silver lining.
5 Dragon Quest In a similar vein to our last number, 1986's
Dragon Quest – known as Dragon Warrior in North America during that time – you're
faced with a question of morality when you finally reach the game's end goal – to
defeat a being known as the Dragonlord.
Upon encountering the Dragonlord, he offers you the opportunity to rule half of the world
alongside him.
If you say yes, the world turns black and red, and the Dragonlord says "This journey
is over.
Take now a long, long rest."
And then starts laughing.
This causes the game itself to freeze, with your only option being to reset, meaning all
your efforts and everything you fought in the castle to get to the point of reaching
the Dragonlord was for nothing.
To make matters worse, like other older games on this list, it also suffered of the no-save
syndrome, with the exception of only being able to save whenever you returned to King
Lorik.
4 Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 was an update to
the 1995 Mortal Kombat 3, a game that upon its initial release, was only available to
play in arcades – home ports for it wouldn't pop up until a bit later.
This update included the likes of gameplay mechanics and characters, adding a few new
and old ones to the mix that weren't in Mortal Kombat 3.
One character that was supposed to be included and was featured in the game's opening montage
was Rain – a character who wore a purple version of the same ninja outfit that Scorpion
and Sub-Zero donned.
Turns out developers Midway just popped him in there in order to trick arcade go-ers into
thinking there was a secret character.
While there were actually secret characters within the game, they figured if a fake one
was featured in the montage, it would convince players to keep spending quarters and keep
playing in order to try to unlock Rain.
3 Leisure Suit Larry Leisure Suit Larry is one giant troll.
Literally everything in the game is a troll – first off, it's a game about a little
man named Larry who continuously fails at trying to seduce women.
Secondly, most of what you do results in a horrific end for Larry.
For example, if you cross the street at the wrong time, you'll get hit by a car and
die.
If you don't pay your cabbie the right amount of money, you get beat up.
You flush a toilet, you drown.
Shoplift, you get shot.
Has sex with a prostitute?
Catch an STI.
All in all, if you don't do the exact right thing, you end up paying for it, which was
a nuisance since when the game was first released, it came out on several separate CD roms, making
going back a major inconvenience.
2 Street Fighter 2 When Street Fighter II came out, it was a
huge hit.
But there was one component to the game that baffled players.
One of Ryu's lines in the game was "You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance."
Players searched through the whole game in hopes of finding Sheng Long, especially after
magazine Electronic Gaming Monthly wrote about it, saying that Sheng Long was the name of
Ryu and Ken's sensei, and published a photo of a fight between Ryu and Sheng Long.
One problem though – that article was published on April Fools Day, and it ended up taking
months for people to actually debunk it.
Turns out the line ended up being a mistranslation, with the original dialogue line being "If
you cannot overcome by Dragon Punch you cannot win."
1 Metal Gear Solid 2 Metal Gear solid 2 starts off with you playing
as Solid Snake on a mission on a boat.
Suddenly, the boat sinks, Snake falls into the water during the explosions, and we're
given another mission two years later with a masked protagonist that we assume is Snake.
After a few minutes of gameplay, the man in the suit takes off his mask, and it's Raiden.
It's revealed Snake 'died' two years prior on the tanker, and Raiden is now the
main protagonist of the game.
This was a pretty big shock considering that none of the game's marketing, trailers,
let alone the actual game cover contained any sign of Raiden – it was solely Snake.
Including preview footage of the game that Konami had inserted Snake into as opposed
to Raiden, proving that they were actively hiding the switch.
It didn't go over too well with fans, with many people not really loving Raiden's demeanor
or appearance.
