Youtube daily report Apr 22 2018

- If you've been looking for a way

to keep your curls less frizzy, more defined,

and lasting longer, then you're watching the right video

because today, I'm gonna be showing you

how I've been keeping my curls looking fabulous

with a hair clay.

(horns trumpeting)

Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel.

My name's Thomas, if you're brand new here

and I make styling hair-related videos

every single week here on YouTube.

So if that's your kind of thing,

make sure you hit the subscribe button and come back.

So today we're talking about hair curling.

If you are brand new here,

I've been growing my hair out for over a year now

and my favourite thing to do is play with my curls.

Now, a couple of weeks ago I did a video

about a wash-and-go routine, with my friend Mike.

It actually was really cool.

Wash-and-go's have been great for,

especially for dry, frizzy hair types like mine.

It defined my curls a lot better and it kept it moisturised.

So in terms of products for wash-and-go's,

there was three products that I use.

There was the Aunt Jackie's Flax Seed Gel,

which I'm kind of a fan, not really.

It's not my favourite thing.

There's also the SheaMoisture Styling Lotion,

and there was also the Jane Carter Solution.

All three of these products mixed together

made a really good curl combination,

however, I wasn't too much of a fan

of the flax seed gel and I thought,

"How could I make this a little bit different?"

And in my curiosity, I was like, well,

I've got hair clays and I know hair clays are great

for adding texture, a bit of body.

I thought I would add in the Cavalier Clay first

to see if it would help define my curls.

It did indeed work, because the Cavalier Clay

is a solid hold product.

It really gave the curls that definition.

However, because it's such a hard hold product,

they were very stiff and they weren't bouncy

and beautiful like the ones I have today.

I thought about it a little bit more and I went,

"Hang on a minute.

"Hybrid Cream Clay is probably the best thing for this."

Because A, it's a cream, it's easy to apply,

it could probably mesh with the styling lotion

and the Jane Carter Solution very well.

But not only that, it has the clay properties as well

that are gonna give me nice texture.

The other thing on top of it, was the Hybrid Cream Clay

has a delayed hot activation in it,

which means once you've put it on the hair,

it actually starts to set within 15 minutes afterwards.

It's designed like that, so by rights,

I thought well, if I apply this to wet curls,

while my curls are drying, the delayed hold activation

will hold them in place and hopefully, decrease frizz,

which is exactly what you're seeing right now.

So now I've finally found something

that actually works for me.

There is a process to it, obviously,

like every hair routine that I do.

You don't need every single product in this range.

The products that I'm using here today are just pretty much

because I have such dry hair.

If your hair is not on the drier side,

you can probably get away without using the SheaMoisture

'cause this one really is for moisturising.

But, essentially, what I do to get

these curls rocking is I'll start off with a leave-in cream,

my Bhave leave-in cream.

It's my old faithful.

I pretty much use it every single day.

And then, once I've applied that,

I will part my hair down the middle.

So I do this in two sections.

I'll part it on this side, part it on that side,

and then I will merge all three of these products together.

So a tiny, tiny, tiny little bit

of the Jane Carter Solution.

You don't want too much of this

'cause if you use too much it gets very oily.

Then I'll put the SheaMoisture,

and then I'll put a lump of my Hybrid Cream Clay.

Once all of it is on my palm,

I'll just mix it all together

and then add it to my section of hair,

and then do the same on the other side.

And then all you have to do is let it air dry

and then you get this.

(bell dings)

And that's pretty much as easy as it needs to be.

Like, literally, you could probably get away

with just a leave-in conditioner and the clay.

Hybrid Cream Clay is probably your best bet

simply because of the delayed hold activation,

the texturizing properties

and the easiness of application.

It's really, really all-in-one product

and it's pretty much as simple as that.

I never thought like a clay

was gonna work so well for my hair.

I did use to think hair clays were just for people

with short, 50 hair styles

that wanted to make it look real swish.

But, I've actually defied that and you can as well

and I just really wanted to bring that

and share that with you today.

It's gonna be great for people with waves.

If you've got waves that frizz out all the time

or you've got real curls like I do,

I would definitely suggest doing something like this.

You don't need all the products that I've used.

I would probably, at minimum,

use like a leave-in conditioner and the cream clay.

That's probably your best bet.

And trust me, you will see a difference.

And if any of you do try this out as well,

please make sure you let me know

in the comment section below

because I'm always keen to hear about it.

And, yeah, I want to know more.

So that's pretty much all I have for you today.

I really hope you enjoyed this video

and I can't wait to hear about your rocking curls.

I do have a Facebook group as well

for anybody that is brand new.

It's called Hairstyles in Action

and what we do in there,

we just kind of encourage each other to have better hair

and stick through the growing out process.

So if that's something that you're into,

please make sure you visit that

and I'll see you next week for another video.

See you later.

The Original 'Dream Team' Make Their Mark in Barcelona | Olympics On The Record - Duration: 6:10.

Summer, 1992.

Barcelona was all set.

Ready to welcome thousands of athletes and the world's media.

Ready for the biggest event it had ever hosted.

Ready for three weeks

that would ultimately change the city for ever.

Yep, Barcelona was ready for its very first Olympic Games.

But was it ready for the Dream Team?

The Dream Team -

the finest collection of basketball players

ever assembled.

Superstars and superheroes, playing together on one team

for one reason and one reason only -

payback.

You see, despite the USA's

dominance of Olympic basketball,

the Olympic Games in Seoul, 1988 hadn't exactly

gone according to plan.

Team America was used to winning at the Olympics,

particularly in basketball.

Especially in basketball.

Winning an Olympic bronze medal would represent

a landmark achievement for most athletes.

Not for the USA basketball team.

It was time to call in the cavalry.

How are the cavalry going to help?

If anything, they should call more basketball players.

When Team USA decided to get the NBA professionals involved,

it was Magic Johnson...

I couldn't pass up that opportunity.

It was the greatest moment of my life.

..who sensationally came out of retirement

to answer the call,

and Boston Celtics' legend Larry Bird got on board first.

Other big names were quick to follow.

Scottie Pippen, one of the toughest defenders in the game.

John "The Pastey Gangster" Stockton - widely regarded

as one of the best point guards of all time.

The 14-time NBA all-star, Karl "Mailman" Malone.

New York Knicks' legend Patrick "The Warrior" Ewing,

who was coming off one of the best seasons of his career.

David "The Admiral" Robinson, who had played as an amateur

in the 1988 Olympics.

And the prolific

Charles "The Round Mound of Rebound" Barkley,

an 11-time NBA All-Star.

But it was one player, the most successful and gifted of all,

who was one of the last to sign on -

Michael "Air" Jordan,

at the summit of an extraordinary career.

In 1992, he was working towards his hat-trick of championships.

I never had the opportunity to play with Larry Bird,

never had the opportunity to play with Magic Johnson,

Karl Malone, Charles Barkley.

And while cynics would argue that a Mongolian fruit bat

would have been able to manage their interstellar collection

of talent, Chuck Daly, who was appointed coach,

was no slouch either, taking the Detroit Pistons

to back-to-back NBA titles a few years prior to Barcelona.

The question was not if they

were going to win the Olympic gold,

it was more - by how many points

would they crush the competition

on their inevitable swaggering stomp to victory?

It was like travelling with 12 rock stars.

They stayed in a luxury Barcelona hotel,

instead of with the rest

of the athletes in the Olympic Village...

to work on their moves.

A-list off the court,

A-list on the court.

First up was Angola.

Team USA blew them away, winning by 68 points.

It wasn't about them being close.

We didn't want any close games.

We wanted to go out and just put it to them,

to really show them

that we were the world's best.

Angola don't stand a chance!

He is on fire!

Team USA steam-rolled their way to the gold medal game,

beating every team by over 40 points en route.

Spain...

Puerto Rico...

Lithuania...

They scored 100 points in every game -

the first team in Olympic history to do so.

Coach Daly enjoyed the view from the touchline.

He didn't bother to call a single time out throughout

the competition - another first.

Rival teams had their moments.

They were trying, they really were.

But some players were more concerned

about getting their photos taken

with their basketball heroes.

The gold medal match threatened an upset.

No, seriously, it really did.

Towards the end of the first quarter,

Croatia held a respectable lead.

And then the Dream Team found its groove.

Gotta make it interesting, right?

Jordan piled in with 22 points,

his highest score of the tournament.

Seven American players scoring ten points or more.

They won all eight games, with an average winning margin

of 43.8 points.

The sporting success was followed

by the commercial success.

The 1992 Dream Team triggered basketball's switch

from American enterprise to global marketing phenomenon.

Across the world, TV rights exploded.

Sneaker sales soared.

And international participation leapt.

The presence of these professional superstars

on the Olympic stage would be a game-changer,

bringing other sports into the Olympic family.

The Olympics Games would never be the same again.

And nor would basketball.

That's the highlight of my career. It always will be.

Whatever it is you think you saw in me, Charles.

I buried it.

You abandoned me!

You took her away and you abandoned me!

I can't leave him.

Are you sure I can't convince you to stay?

It's been a while.

You decided to stay.

Hello, old friend.

Charles...

Goodbye, old friend.

Goodbye, Erik.

Goodbye, old friend.

Good luck, professor.

Good to see you too, old friend.

Sorry, Charles.

Erik, please.

German boyfriend tries Mexican street corn for the first time!! - Duration: 12:10.

hey guys welcome back to our Channel and today is a very exciting day for me

because we are in San Luis Potosi! her hometown! yes! Janik has been here

several times before but this time it's different because we're bringing you

along with us and we're gonna try to show you my favorite parts of my city

but not only that because she's also gonna show me a couple of things that

she likes to eat in san luis potosí! yeah I'm super excited for example tonight

I'm gonna try to convince Janik to try the real Mexican Street corn it's super delicious dude

scary y'all! - He thinks it's so disgusting but it's delicious when you've tried it. - I've seen those videos on the internet where they put

a kilo of mayonnaise and a kilo of cheese on top.. - No but these ones are not like that.. you won't have that.

you would have the real one! - we'll see maybe I'm gonna like it!

and we're gonna start with Huasteca Food!

we walked up two staircases and Joss is already tired

No I'm not! - holy cow! - dumb

Did you record that? - Yes!

so guys we went to Tequisnieves, well we wanted to go...

because it's a place very famous in San Luis Potosi that has a bunch of different

flavors of ice cream. they have like tequila ice-cream, mojito ice cream, crazy flavors and stuff

we were super excited we arrived and it was supposed to be open

but it was closed.. we're gonna try it again later! -Au my head, I hit my head!

guys I got Mango con Chile and

Tequila. - I got pina colada and mojito. - Are you ready? - I'm ready!

aaaah.. I wish something like these would exist in Germany

Pina Colada tastes a lot like coconut, it's actually really good! - Yeah? - Yes pina colada is coconut

Oh, ha ups. I don't drink

Yeah sure.. liar. - ..Water.. - let me try yours because I think I'm not gonna like this

Mmmh you're gonna like it!

no!! - you don't like it? - No, for real! that's not true, try it again! - No i don't want to!

I cannot waste this I'm gonna eat it from the table

look at this guys look at this oh my god she's eating it from the table

are you kidding me? the part that didn't touch the table.. I'm gonna buy another one.. No

okay so Joss keeps eating her ice cream from the table. look we can put this against it. look at this

Mmm eat your ice-cream! - wait, where was that?

I don't know! I got it from the table.. - whatever I don't care, there is no going back at this point

look at this mess what she made on the table

only to get all of the ice cream.. I'm gonna get a napkin and I'm gonna clean it

have you tried this? - No - She hasn't even tried it!

oh I like it! - Yeah me too

Okay do you want to try Mojito? - Yeah!

I'm not a mojito type of person, it definitely tastes like Mojito. I don't like it

Haha I'm like: I don't like it.. I'm not gonna take the Mango part, I only want to take the

tequila. okay how can I reach it? - From the side

totally tastes like Tequila y'all! - Do you like it?

No because I don't really like Tequila.. - What??

I didn't know this dude.. - of course you did

I don't know if we can stay together anymore. - so Joss just asked inside first thing:

is there actually alcohol in the ice cream? answer is: yes! the second thing:

do they sell it to everyone or are kids not allowed to buy that ice cream? answer is: yes

they sell it to everyone.. okay. now up to our next place! - Yeah Vamos!

guys we made it to the center of San Luis Potosi and we're gonna show you around a little bit

it's pretty late, it took us forever because the traffic is super super strong

but yeah it's nice and I can't wait to show you a bit of my city

Bienvenidos a San Luis Potosi! so we are at Plaza

where you can buy a bunch of handcrafts, handmade jewelry and things like that. super nice

Ah I can't open my eyes! - she's too sensitive she needs her sunglasses

what I wanted to say is, this place here, this Plaza, I think is my favorite spot in San Luis Potosi

is it? - yeah ,it's just nice I like to place some fountains, there many people here

I like it but it freaks me out because there's too many people

I don't like that that much

Uhm babe you don't belong to them..

I'm burning, it's so hot this thing. And my booty too..

We arrived at Teatro de la Paz and here are constructions

like always, wherever we go! - There is construction

I could really need sunglasses but Joss has mine and I don't know where they are

she doesn't give them back to me

he never asked for his sunglasses, I'm not using them as you can see.. you're so dramatic!

fake news, fake news!

so guys I'm not sure anymore because this place is also super cool and I don't know which one I like more now

it's super cool because here are also fountains and there's grass, so you know..

fountains, grass, pidgins, weirdo. the weirdo is also here

it's about to rain. suddenly out of nowhere clouds came

and now the sky is super cloudy super much wind and it's gonna rain in no time

we just ran for our lives... - Joss never runs... that's what you said before she moved to Germany

now she's running all the time.. that's the funny thing.. welcome to Germany!

double chin for life

so guys it's a little bit sad.. oh you're so close to this wall - no I wasn't

omg guys when Joss is driving I'm freaking out.. - I wasn't close to this wall you weirdo

Guys I'm so excited because Janik is gonna try Streetcorn for the first time

authentic Mexican Streetcorn and yeah, we're gonna go now, I'm super excited

he was just singing, hopefully he leaves it in the video

Hey guys I hope you can hear me, it's pretty loud here. Around the corner there's a stand where we can buy Street corn

or also called Elote. for me it's super weird

but I'm excited to try it because you know at one point you have to try I guess

so I only bought one right now because I don't know if Janik is gonna like it

so maybe he's just gonna leave everything and I can eat it

Are you ready? I don't know yet, I mean it doesn't look bad it looks actually delicious

oh - but I'm scared because it has all of this chili stuff right? yeah

no it smells bad, it smells bad. Don't smell it! - Don't smell it Janik!

it smells like cow! - I know, it's goat cheese. - oh that's why.. - it's goat cheese.. okay.

I can't stop smelling it - oh my god, okay close your nose

it's actually not as bad as I expected. - oh really? - yeah I can barely feel the chili

I don't know why.. - she asked how much and I said medium. oh, I can barely feel the chili

but I can definitely feel the cheese, a lot of cheese, but

it's not that bad y'all. I could have half of it. half of it because I don't want to eat all of it

really? it's huge! - That's what she said

it's a mess! oh my god my mouth is watering. - Joss cannot wait to try it. - it's so bend

Yeah it is.. maybe I should take it this way

It doesn't taste bad, but also it's a bit whatever for me

because it's not my favorite thing that I've ever tried

how can you be my boyfriend? I can't understand it

Now I have the whole thing between my teeth.. - yeah that's what she said.

at least now I can go and have the whole corn for myself

so I haven't had Street corn for a year or something like that

it's missing chili. yeah it doesn't taste like chili right?

haha look at her face hahaha everything is on her face. - ah it's so good! - okay she's gonna finish it

look at her, oh yeah look at her mouth! - if you guys want to try this streetcorn in SLP

it's Elotes de Morales, they're very famous

they're in front of the parque de morales, park of morales. it was $25... sorry Pesos! wow that would be expensive

yeah one euro and 20 cents probably

this was our testing of Elote

let us know in the comments if there are other parts of Mexico were they prepare it differently

that would be interesting to know! so Joss is gonna eat it for the next hour probably

we hope you liked it if you did please give it a thumbs up

and make sure to subscribe, if you're not already.

we hope you like my city and if you did then come visit it's super cool! we love you guys see you next week

The LOST ICE SKATE, Built around 1914 - Duration: 12:39.

hey guys welcome back to another video i'm standing here on a roof of a verry

special building this is an ice hall and ice skating hall and this has been

abandoned for a very long time there's asbest inside of this place so they

lock it up really good but you have our mouth mask with us we have our gloves with

us and we're gonna try to get into this building

William is already over there he's ready to go inside

and yeah let's explore this place I'm really excited it's always a real

challenge to get into these places you like the monkey stuff really has to do

to get in here I'm gonna give you the stuff catch I won't do it I won't do it

with your back okay got it

tripods there you go okay Wow and now way I have to go down I've been

looking around this place and I see that there's a lot of graffiti inside of here

here for example of the wall so hope that the main place is still nice they

They bricked up the wall over there

maybe that hole over there there's a hole but the let's let's loop down there

first I think that's the only option that we have but we have to look for

other options to see the break depth of all here so people can get inside of the

place it's quite kind of new maybe some people try to knock the wall huh

but that's not possible well this place is this one I stood in the middle of a

city so that's why it's bricked up so well and there's asbestos inside of this

place yeah we all shine some light over there there my flashlight with me let's

have a look over there basement you can look inside the basement yeah yeah let's

move to place first the basement this for later they also need the basement

they also need the basement this little bike over here that's good lights on

let's go

Wow Wow air sighs drink

cranly urge Wow

but beautiful kind of special place here to see something like this which always

ya see and in good condition and then no like this your stay is the

goal it's called a fuckin science

fortunately there's not a lot of light flooding into this place normally it was

lit up by a dime bright lights at the roof here don't think you can see it but

there are all lights on the roof so it was lit up by those lights but nowadays

yeah it's just really dark because those lights won't turn on anymore we're never

gonna it's gonna try to take some pictures inside of here a lot of light

so guys now I'm gonna tell you a little bit about this place this is a very very

old building this is inaugurated in 1939 it was and

it was a really nice building for the time I was reading a style of that time

and I'm gonna show you the outside in a little bit but the inside this place is

just huge this is 2030 meters high and it's displaces somewhere in Belgium

considered the roof there somewhere around Belgium ice-skating rink and in

2011 they decided that the government decided to close down this place because

it was too dangerous to up still operate because there was a lot of asbestos in

this place the maintenance on this place was really no so they decided to decided

to close down the place and now yeah seven years later it's decaying falling

apart and yeah I don't think they have a curse person for it but this is a

protected building about a UNESCO so they are not allowed to destroy it or

demolish it they might turn it into something else but then they have to

remove the asbestos first and that's the huge desk so I think it's gonna lay here

like this for time to go standing we're standing here

in the entrance hall this is where you would get your tickets aye sir I want to

take it for the game F tonight that's 50 euros please and then you would go into

there and you can watch to share the game we go show well I've never written

ice skating event that's it that's hockey that's I talk yeah

normally that normally display hi I talk here on the entrance hall over there I

think there's a little bit of weather gets playground like after you get to

get some drinks over here after the game in the midterm of the game your popcorn

your drinks your hot dogs whatever you want

you could get it here they did turn over the futures over there these places I

like because they're they're a little bit different from the places I found

normally this is this is an ice-skating all this school it's something you don't

see every day the houses are cool because they have

lots of stuff after the past owner in it but these places are just humongous

great to explore to see every real thing our tour accent yeah I just love these

places I would love to do more of them here are the changing rooms over here

you have an ice skate so I guess you could rent skates and go

onto the onto the ice if you wanted that's normally the changing room there

are a lot of ice skates in here you can see them lying on the ground here

I think some homeless people have slept here okay it smells like a weed it

smells like meat in here don't know I want to get onto the roof I want to see

over this city let's go over here are the tribunes with a pair of Italy

bullets it's neat the hot rocks watch the game beautiful over there and are

some more Tribune's up there I'm gonna show them in minutes

ya can overlook the stadium from here watch the game this these are really

good seeds you just heard some people over there there's an entrance so we

heard some people moving stuff and they think we are not along inside yeah

because so we have to be careful maybe there are homeless people made an audio

boxers we don't know to have to be careful

I would love to sit here

love to sit here watch a game would be great yeah

this used to be an old exhibition hall and they turned it into this ice skating

rink I think that's really cool yes we're gonna laugh look if we can get up

to the top of this ice skating rink maybe get onto the roof there's a lot of

life falling into this room this is the front entrance acting from this place

well fire see yeah this has been a fire here Wow this look like I'd used to be a

jump you could work out in here they sealed it up really well really weird

look at the bricks at the place over here but not good enough because we got

inside see the bricks that I placed here oh ok let's see what do we get over here

here's the huge white screen what a project it's the maybe the scores of the

game or a white image of the game owner there are more Tribune's over here

let's walk through them let's see if you can get to the top

there's a door open over there whenever I come into these places I will always

want to get to the top of the place and see if I can only get it get on move

move and we can go further up think about fire oh yeah this red staircase

over here

okay guys we're on the roof oh yeah Wow get a beautiful view of the

city over here the mountains in the back in Cabo it's a lovely place to be it's

finally warm in Belgium temperatures are great today I love it

hot hot okay this was it I want to thank you for

watching the video of this place quite an interesting place I think and yeah

For My Brother (Speedpaint) - Duration: 3:30.

Why did I do this?

So uh, what now?

Well, I guess I'll tell you all how I got into this situation...

Well, it started last Tuesday? Thursday?

Regardless...

Sometime in the past, AbnormallyStrange walked into

my room and asked me if I could draw a character.

Pretty simple right?

Except this character is from one of those Youtube kids "cartoons".

WHICH I DESPISE BTW

I don't even know this character and I already

dislike him(???)

do ice creams even have genders?

I honestly don't care.

Anyways, back to the story...

I said sure cause I'm a good person

THEN HE SAID THAT I SHOULD DRAW HIM FLEXING

I decided to play along and said, "should I give him a six pack as well?"

He replied excitedly with a big ol', "YEAH!"

So I set straight to work. (Over the course of a few days)

Then bada-bing bada-boom, I finished it earlier today.

yep, so that's the story...

So what now?

I guess I'll ask you all a question.

What is your favorite thing about art?

You don't have to be an artist to answer this question.

If you don't wanna do that, that's cool too.

Oh and if you are wondering why the saturation is on full blast...

I just wanted to okay..

And also excuse my laziness in this drawing. I don't know how to draw a six pack T^T

Why is there this ridiculously long pause?

Sorry for that too...heh. ^~^'

OH!!

I decided to have some fun with the ridiculous wand.

I decided to give it eyes and a tiny mouth. lol

I can relate to it.

I swear that ice cream will give me nightmares.

I decided to make this speedpaint shorter because it would be a much longer video and I didn't want to deal with that.

I can't believe this exists.

I mean, I had low standards as a child but DANG SON.

I used to watch cartoons like "Jay Jay the Jet Plane" and "Teletubbies".

Those cartoons would be considered a work of art compared to this.

Anyways, the video is almost over T^T (Noooo)

I'll see you guys later, Bye!

Jeśli masz zamiar spożywać świeży korzeń imbiru, wykonaj następujące kroki: po pierwsze, dobrze go umyj i obierz. Następnie, zetrzyj go lub pokrój w kostki, aby dodać do zup, sosów i gulaszu (imbir jest gotowany wraz z tymi potrawami).

Możesz też namoczyć suche korzenie w bulionie, wodzie lub soku i dodać go do swoich przepisów. Jeśli lubisz sushi, imbir może być do niego doskonałą przystawką, podobnie jak do innych potraw orientalnych.

Do marynowania korzenia stosuje się ocet. Przechowując go dłużej, warto również posypać go cukrem, solą i octem, lub oliwą.Można też jeść starty korzeń imbiru ze słodyczami, curry, frytkami, ciastkami i sosami.

I na koniec, imbir można skrystalizować poprzez gotowanie go w wodzie przez 30 minut, następnie  odcedź imbir i  doprowadź do wrzenia trzy łyżki wody i trzy łyżki cukru w garnku. Gotuj, aż płyn odparuje.

Jedną z najczęstszych alternatyw spożywania imbiru jest ta w formie naparu. Jest ona nieco ostra w smaku. Będzie Ci potrzebne około 85 gramów korzenia, 700 ml wody i słodzik do wyboru (stewia, miód, syrop klonowy lub brązowy cukier).

Umyj korzeń i dobrze go osusz, obierz i pokrój w cienkie plasterki. Zagotuj wodę i dodaj imbir, pozostawiając na ogniu przez kilka minut. Innym rozwiązaniem jest umieszczenie korzenia w misce, a następnie, zalanie go wrzątkiem i przykrycie.

Zaczekaj 5 minut. Dla każdego z powyższych przepisów: odcedź i pij. Wielu ludzi dodaje do płynu kilka plasterków cytryny lub soku z cytryny w przypadku przeziębienia.

I finalnie, w pilnych przypadkach, można użyć imbiru w formie surowej lub zmiażdzonej.

Is moisturiser good for foot blisters? - Duration: 1:00.

- Hey, it's Rebecca here with this week's

60 second blister tip. (light acoustic music)

And today I'm answering the question,

is it a good idea to moisturize my feet?

Well, it is overall,

but just before you go for a run,

or a hike, or whatever it is you're doing,

no it's actually not a good idea.

Now, I understand that as soon as

you put the moisturizing cream on,

it's kinda nice and slippery,

and that's good because that means

a lower friction level.

But what happens very soon after that,

is it actually gets kinda tacky and sticky, doesn't it?

So that means an increased friction level.

And that means there's going to be

more stretching within your skin.

And that means there's going to be

more likelihood of blisters.

So, by all means, put moisturizer on a few days beforehand,

but I definitely wouldn't do it the day of,

or maybe even the day before.

BluMaan Hybrid Cream Clay on Curly/Wavy Hair (How To) - Men's Long Hairstyles - Duration: 5:07.

See you later.

and then I will merge all three of these products together.
