Pregnancy is something all women should have the privilege of enjoying.
It means having the power to nurture life, feel it grow, and see it come alive before
a mother — and a father's — unbelieving eyes.
Not all women can enjoy this privilege, and responsibility, however.
Some can't conceive at all.
Others suffer short-term pregnancies.
Thus, those who get pregnant need all the help they can get in taking care of theirs
— and their unborn baby's health.
This is where omega (n)-3 PUFA and their metabolites come in.
A study published in the Journal of Nutrition & Intermediary Metabolism attest to the value
of these polyunsaturated fatty acids in boosting a pregnant women and her fetus' health.
It enhances the development of the baby's brain and reduces the likelihood of premature
birth, especially in women with a history of nutrient deficiency and pre-term births.
There's more good news.
Taken in the right amounts, omega-3 and omega-6 in fish oil can prolong the duration of pregnancy,
reduce the danger of low infant weight, and enhance the baby's health in general.
As in everything, though, too much of anything is dangerous.
The same study shows that excessive amounts of polyunsaturated fat can overextend pregnancy
and raise baby's birth weight, thus endangering a mother and child's health — and even
life.
Wise is the pregnant woman who seeks her obstetrician's advice in how to get just the right amount
of omega-3 for her unborn child.
Still, consuming fish oil from the moment she finds out that she's pregnant, is still
a good way to start.
Fish, of course, is the most common source of omega-3.
But pregnant women who are not into fish need not lose hope.
They can turn to these alternative natural sources of omega-3 instead:
Canola oil — The Institute of Medicine recommends that women take at least 1,600 mg a day of
canola oil.
Flaxseed and flaxseed oil — This contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which the body
turns into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which the Harvard
Medical School Family Health Guide says are both present in fish.
Wild rice — Just half a cup has 240 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
Wild rice also has twice as much protein and fiber as brown rice, and is rich in B vitamins,
manganese, zinc, potassium, phosphorous and magnesium.
It is low in calories to boot.
Soybeans — Half a serving of boiled, shelled green soybeans has 300 mg of plant-sourced
omega-3 fatty acids.
It is also overflowing with protein (11 grams per half a cup) and fiber (nine grams per
half a cup).
Walnuts — This heart-healthy food packs in as much as 2,500 mg of polyunsaturated
fats per ounce.
So next time you cook vegetables, try using walnut oil instead of olive oil.
Dairy foods — Cows, goats and sheep that feed on grass produce milk with more omega-3.
You can also check out the label for dairy products that contain omega-3.
A healthy diet is just one of the many ways to ensure a hassle-free pregnancy.
An expectant mom needs exercise to control weight, boost circulation, stay positive,
and get better sleep.
She needs to dig into hers and her husband's family history for problems that may crop
up during and after pregnancy.
This way, she can discuss any medical concern with her obstetrician.
The expectant mom also needs to stay away from harmful chemicals like lead and asbestos,
and bacteria that lurk everywhere — from kitty litter to raw or spoiled food.
She should not lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time especially beside a hot
stove.
She should check her weight regularly to make sure her baby is growing normally.
Pregnant women tend to have a larger shoe size because additional fluid in their feet
and ankles enlarges the feet.
So now is the time to get a new pair of shoes.
An expectant mom is not living for herself alone.
She has another life to care for and to love.
That's the privilege — and the miracle — motherhood bestows to those who embrace
its challenges and rewards.

the region for 20 minutes every day or then put 1 tablespoon of vinegar into a glass
of 200 ml with water, the mixture being from breakfast until the infection passes.
Oil of
coconut Coconut oil contains substances considered antimicrobial (saturated fats)
exterminating various types of fungi, including to Candida.
You can eat 1 teaspoon of oil of coconut per day or mix it with your food
routinely, or even apply oil in the affected region 3 times a day until the symptoms
of candidiasis.
Dandelion
Dandelion is a plant and its sap is full of important vitamins and minerals,
problems caused by fungi and bacteria, that is, it has antifungal properties
which decrease the development of candidiasis.
Put 2 tablespoons of dandelion in 1 liter of boiling water.
Wait for the infusion of this mixture to act for some minutes and allow it to cool slightly.
Strain tea and drink 2 to 3 times a day until the symptoms disappear.
Natural yogurt
Natural yogurt has probiotics and bacteria that keep healthy living organisms
and eliminate those harmful.

David Hogg has been one of the primary social activists that have arisen as a result of
the Parkland, Florida shooting.
He was one of the leaders of the #NeverAgain movement and one of the head speakers for
the March for Our Lives in Washington, D.C.
However, he has had many detractors as a result of his actions and his recent actions were
no different.
Hogg is still a student at Stoneman Douglas High School where the shooting took place
and he has officially started his classes again since the school reopened after the
shooting.
Unsurprisingly, he has officially announced the creation of a political activism club
at the school for people such as himself to partake in the political discourse of our
country.
In his recent announcement, he noted that some of the activities that the club will
partake in are: letter-writing campaigns to lawmakers, hosting town halls, planning future
marches, starting voter registration drives, assisting students to get on the campaign
trail, and supporting candidates who support the March for Our Lives mission.
However, despite Hogg's efforts, he has been getting criticism from not just Republicans
but Democrats too.
Liberal talk show host Bill Maher even denounced him recently for calling for advertisers to
pull from Laura Ingraham's program after she tweeted that Hogg was rejected from UCLA
and several other California schools.
Even libs are getting tired of Hogg's bullying.
Real Clear Politics reported,
"On Friday's presentation of HBO's Real Time host Bill Maher said while he doesn't
agree with Laura Ingraham, a frequent guest on his old ABC show Politically Correct, he
doesn't believe she should be a victim of a boycott because she made fun of Parkland
shooting survivor-turned-activist David Hogg for being rejected from colleges he wished
to attend.
Maher noted the jab came after, naturally, Hogg shared the news on social media.
Maher said Hogg and his cohorts have entered the public arena and therefore they are fair
game.
Maher, however, did note he wishes them success in their push for gun control but said people
now have the "right" to argue back if they are going to make themselves the champions
of the cause, even if they are in high school.
"Maybe you shouldn't stay that about a 17-year-old, but again, he is in the arena.
And then he calls for a boycott of her sponsors.
Now, really, is that American?"
Maher asked.
"Effectively, it is the modern way of cutting off free speech," Maher said.
The HBO host said while Ingraham is a "deliberately terrible person" who has a history of saying
"horrible things," she shouldn't be a victim of a boycott.
Maher faced heat from his panel, notably disgraced former New York governor Eliot Spitzer, who
said it is free speech for the Parkland teens to call for a boycott.
Maher, who has been a victim of boycotts himself, called it a "chilling atmosphere."
Spitzer said the boycott is about the "right to speak back."
Maher argued speaking back is different than a boycott.
"You're saying the First Amendment has certain limitations.
You cannot yell fire in a crowded theater and you cannot say that David Hogg doesn't
test well," Maher argued.
"It can't be the way that you are your own human shield," he accepted.
"I understand that they are in high school.
So if they say something people do have the right to answer back."
Maher also brought up that Hogg "whined" about what Ingraham did via a tweet is bullying
and noted the irony of his cause.
"He complains about bullying?" an incredulous Maher asked.
"That's bullying!
I have been the victim of a boycott of sponsors.
I lost a job once.
It is wrong.
You shouldn't do this by team, you should do it by principle.""
It is important to note that the political activism that Hogg wants his club to partake
in is activities that are already undertaken by numerous organizations.
There is nothing original about it.
Furthermore, Maher pointed out an important argument.
On one hand, you cannot argue that you are children who need to be protected and then
argue that you know better than adults and are not children but should be treated as
adults.
Moreover, you cannot call for a boycott against someone for bullying when you partake in the
same type of behavior.
There has to be realism and perspective in this discussion and this so clearly seems
to be lacking.
Real change happens when you come to the middle of the road, not when you go farther to the
left or right of the political spectrum.
Until this changes no real change concerning this issue will be achieved.
All of us need to stand up & speak out now before Hogg does any more damage!

Star Wars: 10 GOOD THINGS on THE PREQUELS? - Duration: 13:03.
what's up everybody? Today I'm here to talk about the prequels. Everyone loves
to make fun of the prequels, especially because they did not live up to the
standards of the originals. But let me tell you one thing, the originals is what
sparked the magic to begin with. It was in 77 that we were introduced to this
fantastic universe, with new and fresh characters, with innovating visuals and
with a story that was truly heartfelt. The movie was the perfect escapism.
Truthfully nothing can be compared to the originals. That said I have a huge
respect for George Lucas, I've always had because he's the genius behind it all. It
was because of him that we got this fantastic world called the Star Wars. Now
here is the question: Do I hate the prequels? No, no, no ..... I don't hate
the Prequels, I never hated the prequels. Obviously there were nothing close to
the originals, but I was able to overlook the awful CGI and even that annoying
character, Jar Jar Binks, because I was connected to the story. To me, even though
there weren't perfect films, they still felt like Star Wars, and I was able to
connect to it. And now I'm gonna share with you 10 things that I liked about
the prequels, because I thought they got a few things right. Number one the
fighting! oh my gosh we got to see the Jedi's in action, choreography and
fighting and so many lightsaber fights I thought that was super entertaining.
After all lightsabers is one of the best things in Star Wars so I thought the
prequels did a good job in showing the Jedi fighting styles we had plenty of it
one of the things that we hear a lot on the on the original system Jedi
Oh Wars and all these things that these powerful masters used to be so to me to
get to see the Jedi in action it was super cool so that's one of the things
that I enjoyed about the figures that leads also to my second thing that I
really enjoyed about the prequels which is to see the world of the Jedi we not
only got to see the Jedi in action but we also got to see the Jedi Council the
Jedi Temple we got to see like their training we got to learn a little bit
more about their philosophy and their way of living got to learn that role in
maintaining peace in the galaxy we also learn exciting different colors of light
sabers you know Master Windu for instance of her whole lightsaber and we
also got to learn about the downfall of the Jedi when Palpatine execute order 66
now that leads also to the third thing that I really enjoyed watching in the
prequels and that is puppeting Wow wasn't his character fascinating to
watch his incredible patient and intelligent scheme to take control fold
even the Jedi who was supposed to protect the galaxy his manipulation of
Anakin Skywalker was so thought-out he was smart enough to take advantage of
Anakin sphere and persuade him to the dark side I was always very intrigued by
the Emperor and I really enjoyed learning a little bit about his
background and how he actually build the entire empire with the help of Anakin
Skywalker truly a plan of evil did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth
Plagueis the wise number for Padme I loved learning about Luke and Leia's
mom I thought she was a strong female character who was not only a queen at
the age of 14 but after she also became a senator I believe she would have been
very proud or how Leia and Luke turned out and you know what I don't think she
died of a broken heart I think he was Palpatine I might be wrong I think it
was poverty because that way he would have full control over manipulative
Darth Vader because he would also have his full attention now that she's out of
the picture number five is Anakin Skywalker what I
loved learning about his origin story I loved this character I wish he was
introduced more as a teenager not as a boy but for some reason George Lucas had
that in mind he wanted to introduce him as a child and I don't have any problem
with it but I I would have preferred to see him as a teenager but even though he
was introduced as a child I thought that it was very interesting to learn how he
actually becomes Darth Vader and the fond memory I also have of the prequels
when I was watching with my dad he said that boy that little boy is Darth Vader
and I was having an argument with him saying there's no way that's Darth Vader
and he was like yes that little boy's Darth Vader and he took me a while to
believe that that was Darth Vader I thought it was very interesting to learn
about his origin story more and particularly to learn about his fear of
losing those that are close to him and also to learn about his weak points he's
arrogant and he has a lust for power which ultimately led him to his downfall
I thought his fight with Colby then you just it was truly heartbreaking
his mind was just so corrupted that he failed to choose the right path and
turned against his friend and his own wife
I really enjoyed when obi-wan turns to him and say you were my brother Anakin
you're supposed to destroy the Sith not join him yeah that phrase always got to
me and I was very connected to the character so yeah that's one of the
things that I like about the prequels that all also leads to number six which
is obi-wan Kenobi how awesome was to see the younger version of obi-wan Kenobi he
was really the right cast and he was one of the best things in the prequel you
know I love that we got to see him being a pod one becoming a master in himself
the other thing that I thought it was really cool is that obi-wan has always
this sense of authority and that was also portrayed in the prequels through
the performance of the or McGregor I absolutely loved his relationship with
anarchy and how like they would bicker at each other and be really friends and
save each other's life I thought obi-wan was a great role model - Aniki man it
was truly sad to me when he turned against him but one of the things that
obi-wan failed to do is to spot the darkness in Anakin and reach out to him
in time maybe if he had noticed that earlier things could have been turned
around but again then we wouldn't have Darth Vader's so yeah I guess things had
to go the way they went and I'd also thought that though my god
that fight that he has it that the turd I've dissolved with Anakin Skywalker
though they use the force and then lightsaber than before is the lightsaber
that really got me excited I remember I was like
I had the time of my life watching that scene so that's another reason why I
have fond memories of paprika's number 7 the other thing I really enjoyed the new
prequels is the soundtrack when you think John Williams can come up with
something new he always surprises us I thought that the music of the score
involving voices as well as the Star Wars teams that we are so used to it was
pretty cool it really added to the action scenes obviously he's a master on
what he does and even though the visuals of the prequels are not very good so
there's too much CGI so I didn't think that visually the movies not very
beautiful I do one of the things that I love about the originals is the
practical effects so I think that really was the worst part in the prequels
however the music really got me connected to the action scenes number
eight Master Yoda I loved watching Yoda in the prequels what do we know about
Yoda in the originals that he was a great actor he plays this persona in
front of look where he's being all kind of fooled man but he's nothing like that
he's actually a true master Jedi but we just got to see a little bit of that and
I loved that inner Creakle's we actually got to meet the real Yoda and how he
used to be at the time the Jedi I had loads of fun watching Yoda in his
lightsaber fights I used to play that with my brothers at home as well because
even though he looked sometime to look a little bit silly with the whole flipping
and thing I still thought wow it's master we all do it with a lightsaber
that is so cool all the Jedi they have different
fighting style and I thought it was so fun to watch Master Yoda fighting style
obviously he's so small that how is he gonna use the lightsaber he's not doing
the flips so I thought that was unexpected and I really had fun watching
that and the other thing that I thought he was cool is that we get to learn how
he ends up in Dagobah system number 9 pardon me and
because I thought I'm a romantic okay don't don't blame me even though the
acting was not very solid especially on the second episode by the third I think
it was a little bit better but I still thought the story itself was very
compelling I loved how they got involved and I
think he was kind of poetic how he went against the Jedi and fell in love with
Padme you know which is against the Jedi Code that also led me to another
question which is how stupid could the Jedi Lee have a young unstable handsome
Jedi watch over a beautiful Queen I mean how could they not see them getting
involved that always blew my mind how could no one figure it out that those
two are gonna get together come on everyone could have seen that coming
it's just definitely a recipe for disaster but I don't know sometimes I
like to think that the force blind into Jedi so they could actually allow Anakin
Padme to fall in love because we needed to have Luke and Leia so again putting
the lame love scenes apart and the terrible dialogue I still think that the
story itself it's very compelling so I enjoyed that and finally number 10 Vader
is born my gosh I got chills when I saw him back on screen
of course forget about the know that was definitely a little bit seen
but Darth Vader is just the coolest feeling ever
I really appreciated seeing him back on screen I was deeply moved by his fall to
the dark side and I understood his reasoning even though I don't agree I
still understand the reasons why he decided to you know fall to the dark
side he was such an easy target - Palpatine and I think that the Jedi fail
miserably in reaching out to Anakin in time and help
you know anyways again we needed to have Vader so that was that was gonna happen
regardless but I was definitely very moved I really enjoyed episode three you
really got to me you know when he was falling down her knees and pledging his
allegiance to that evil Emperor I could even though like if you feel my heart my
eyes with tears I was like ah did you believe that he's doing that what an
idiot at the same time he wasn't very honest about his life he was scared on
how the Jedi would treat him so he turned to the wrong person to advise how
sad so these are the reasons why I did not hate the prequels these are the
reasons that I actually go back and watch them I don't think that they were
masterpiece but I think they were necessary to the story because I really
wanted to know about how Darth Vader become Darth Vader I really wanted to
know and learn about the Jedi in the training and obi-wan and the Clone Wars
I wanted to know all of that so it's I believe that the prequels serve the
purpose the only thing that I think they failed miserably is just too much CGI
you know the direction of the actors were not very good so sometimes the
acting is not very solid but I think that has more to do with the direction
and the blocking of the actors then it is within the actors themselves because
you know Natalie Portman is a good actors and I've seen all the words of
hey Dina I didn't think he was bad and then had more to do with the directing
of the actors Dani had to do with the actors
and we also had Jar Jar which was an annoying character for the most part but
you know what I'll take charger over a rose Tikal and purple hair any time so

One of the common struggles that I hear from people about interviews is
that they tend to get nervous or that they're very anxious about the opportunity.
And either because they are really excited that they just get nervous about it.
So here are three things that you can do to help you deal with your nerves.
#1 is to have a winning mindset.
So this is all about your way of thinking.
So what I mean by that is that really believe in yourself, believe that you have what it takes.
Don't disqualify yourself before even putting yourself out there.

We Haven't Seen The Worst Of Him Yet It's Coming.
David Hogg has been one of the primary social activists that have arisen as a result of
the Parkland, Florida shooting.
He was one of the leaders of the #NeverAgain movement and one of the head speakers for
the March for Our Lives in Washington, D.C.
However, he has had many detractors as a result of his actions and his recent actions were
no different.
Hogg is still a student at Stoneman Douglas High School where the shooting took place
and he has officially started his classes again since the school reopened after the
shooting.
Unsurprisingly, he has officially announced the creation of a political activism club
at the school for people such as himself to partake in the political discourse of our
country.
In his recent announcement, he noted that some of the activities that the club will
partake in are: letter-writing campaigns to lawmakers, hosting town halls, planning future
marches, starting voter registration drives, assisting students to get on the campaign
trail, and supporting candidates who support the March for Our Lives mission.
However, despite Hogg's efforts, he has been getting criticism from not just Republicans
but Democrats too.
Liberal talk show host Bill Maher even denounced him recently for calling for advertisers to
pull from Laura Ingraham's program after she tweeted that Hogg was rejected from UCLA
and several other California schools.
Even libs are getting tired of Hogg's bullying.
Real Clear Politics reported,
"On Friday's presentation of HBO's Real Time host Bill Maher said while he doesn't
agree with Laura Ingraham, a frequent guest on his old ABC show Politically Correct, he
doesn't believe she should be a victim of a boycott because she made fun of Parkland
shooting survivor-turned-activist David Hogg for being rejected from colleges he wished
to attend.
Maher noted the jab came after, naturally, Hogg shared the news on social media.
Maher said Hogg and his cohorts have entered the public arena and therefore they are fair
game.
Maher, however, did note he wishes them success in their push for gun control but said people
now have the "right" to argue back if they are going to make themselves the champions
of the cause, even if they are in high school.
"Maybe you shouldn't stay that about a 17-year-old, but again, he is in the arena.
And then he calls for a boycott of her sponsors.
Now, really, is that American?"
Maher asked.
"Effectively, it is the modern way of cutting off free speech," Maher said.
The HBO host said while Ingraham is a "deliberately terrible person" who has a history of saying
"horrible things," she shouldn't be a victim of a boycott.
Maher faced heat from his panel, notably disgraced former New York governor Eliot Spitzer, who
said it is free speech for the Parkland teens to call for a boycott.
Maher, who has been a victim of boycotts himself, called it a "chilling atmosphere."
Spitzer said the boycott is about the "right to speak back."
Maher argued speaking back is different than a boycott.
"You're saying the First Amendment has certain limitations.
You cannot yell fire in a crowded theater and you cannot say that David Hogg doesn't
test well," Maher argued.
"It can't be the way that you are your own human shield," he accepted.
"I understand that they are in high school.
So if they say something people do have the right to answer back."
Maher also brought up that Hogg "whined" about what Ingraham did via a tweet is bullying
and noted the irony of his cause.
"He complains about bullying?" an incredulous Maher asked.
"That's bullying!

You shouldn't do this by team, you should do it by principle.""
It is important to note that the political activism that Hogg wants his club to partake
in is activities that are already undertaken by numerous organizations.
There is nothing original about it.
Furthermore, Maher pointed out an important argument.
On one hand, you cannot argue that you are children who need to be protected and then
argue that you know better than adults and are not children but should be treated as
adults.
Moreover, you cannot call for a boycott against someone for bullying when you partake in the
same type of behavior.
There has to be realism and perspective in this discussion and this so clearly seems
to be lacking.
Real change happens when you come to the middle of the road, not when you go farther to the
left or right of the political spectrum.
Until this changes no real change concerning this issue will be achieved.
All of us need to stand up & speak out now before Hogg does any more damage!
