///// Well, it's another day, another data breach but this time it's YouTube in the hot

seat.

The platform, owned by Google has allegedly been collecting data on kids.

A 59-page complaint was filed with the US Federal Trade Commission by 23 child advocacy,

consumer, and privacy groups.

They've accused Google of violating child protection laws by collecting personal data

and advertising to children who are under the age of 13.

According to the coalition, which includes the Center for Digital Democracy and Campaign

for Commercial-Free Childhood, YouTube has been disregarding the fact that they have

viewers under the age of 13, even though the platform is only meant for those 13 and over.

Google is collecting data on these underage users including their location and phone numbers,

which is a direct violation to the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act also known as

Coppa, which requires parental consent before collecting that data.

The coalition states,

Google profits immensely by delivering ads to kids and must comply with Coppa.

It's time for the FTC to hold Google accountable for its illegal data collection and advertising

practices.

According to the group, 80% of kids aged six to 12 years old use the online platform, making

it the most popular one amongst American children.

YouTube has taken steps to protect children and keep their content safe.

They've created a YouTube app for kids and have hired thousands of moderators to look

for offensive content on their platform, but the coalition is not impressed.

They say those steps do not excuse the fact that the platform is monetizing the personal

data of children.

Just like Facebook, Google has focused its huge resources on generating profits instead

of protecting privacy.

YouTube says that protecting families and kids has always been a priority and that they

will fully read the complaint to see when they can improve.

Is there anything that Sen. John McCain won't blame President Donald Trump for?

The Arizona senator stretched logic and reason to its outer limits on Sunday to claim that

the chemical gas attack launched by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on his own people

was somehow President Trump's fault.

Sen. McCain, who is suffering from a rare and terminal form of brain cancer, said in

a statement that President Trump's talk of removing troops from Syria had "emboldened"

the Syrian despot.

According to McCain, that directly led to the chemical attack.

"President Trump last week signaled to the world that the United States would prematurely

withdraw from Syria.

Bashar Assad and his Russian and Iranian backers have heard him, and emboldened by American

inaction, Assad has reportedly launched another chemical attack against innocent men, women

and children, this time in Douma.

Initial accounts show dozens of innocent civilians, including children, have been targeted by

this vicious bombardment designed to burn and choke the human body and leave victims

writhing in unspeakable pain," the 81-year-old senator wrote.

"Crimes against humanity have become Assad's trademarks in his relentless campaign against

the people of Syria that has killed more than half a million people and forced 11 million

from their homes.

President Trump was quick to call out Assad today, along with the Russian and Iranian

governments, on Twitter.

The question now is whether he will do anything about it.

The President responded decisively when Assad used chemical weapons last year.

He should do so again, and demonstrate that Assad will pay a price for his war crimes,"

he said.

Sen. John McCain acknowledged that President Donald Trump is between a rock and a hard

place after eight years of former President Barack Obama's failed strategy in Syria.

But, judging by McCain's statement, he is itching for a war and regime change.

"To be sure, President Trump inherited bad options after years of inaction by his predecessor

in Syria.

History will render a bitter judgment on America for that failure.

But no one should believe we are out of options.

We can and should change course – starting with a comprehensive strategy that lays out

clear objectives for our mission there.

It's not too late to stop Assad's impunity and begin to rewrite this terrible chapter

in our history," he wrote.

On Sunday night, it appeared that President Trump had heeded the calls for action as the

Syrian media reported that an airstrike had commenced against its assets.

However, the Pentagon quickly denied that it had any responsibility for the alleged

attack.

The Syrian media said that the T-4 airbase in Homs had been hit by "several missiles"

in a "likely attack by the US," CNN reported.

The Syrian Arab News Agency said that there were several deaths and injuries from the

attack.

But the Pentagon said that those reports were incorrect.

"At this time, the Department of Defense is not conducting air strikes in Syria.

However, we continue to closely watch the situation and support the ongoing diplomatic

efforts to hold those who use chemical weapons, in Syria and otherwise, accountable," it

said.

But if you are against the idea of war with Syria, the words "at this time" are not

a comfort.

President Trump has said there would be a "big price" to pay for the chemical attack,

and judging by how the president responded with air strikes after Assad committed a similar

attack in 2017, it is likely that military action is forthcoming.

With the stakes as high as they are and with Russian President Vladimir Putting saber rattling

in defense of Assad, what the world does not need is the sour grapes of an elderly senator

who cannot get past the fact that he could not win the presidency.

Sen. McCain has had a storied life.

He suffered as a prisoner of war in Vietnam and has served decades as a senator.

It is unfathomable that he wants to go out as a bitter, obstructionist, old man.

hey guys welcome back to my channel I'm so excited to do this video for you guys

because it's an ill care video so I'm gonna be doing my nails with you guys

I'm gonna show you guys how I take care of my nails I'm working with BIOS TV gel

they are one of my favorite favorite gel polish companies to work with they are

located in Toronto Canada The Reckoning company I'm so excited to show you guys

and my favorite colors from them there's also gonna be a giveaway so make sure

you guys stick around for the end of the video I'm gonna explain all the details

so currently this is what my nails look like right now if I get a lot of

questions about what I asked when I go there what I have over top is a bio gel

over top I have fake tips on at the moment another thing she does you guys

is makes them super thin for me super thin works if you have shorter nails

just because the longer they are of course they're more susceptible to break

and just like when she doesn't thin because it just looks a bit more natural

my shape I love the coffin shape however I'm really really really picky about my

shade the girl that does my nails obsessed with shaping and she's like

such a perfectionist it just makes me so happy like when she's like turning in

all different directions and she's trying to get it so perfect I'm like yes

girl good that shape so what I do is I get coffin but I get a little bit of a

different coffin I tell her not to make it too narrow when your nails are

shorter you don't want to do a narrow coffin you guys it looks oh because they

end up looking like these little like bird beaks like I don't know how to

explain it it looks bad I've done it before well y'all know nothing is simple

with me just always like something something I'm tweaking right now I'm

really liking the short nails I just want something a little bit more natural

right now that's just what I'm feeling so I'm gonna show you guys everything

BIOS see we just sent me and then I'm gonna show you guys my tips on how I

take care of my nails the first thing they sent me was their little glow mini

LED lamp this thing is so cute they have three different colors they have black

white and pink can you guess what color I chose I chose

white of course that's a close-up of the lip it's just a little mini lamp I love

it in the white it does come with a cord or you guys can use a wireless and put 4

triple-a batteries inside of the back here which is so cool

the other thing they send me a bunch of gel buffers twice paint just

like so flirty and pretty like one it's just such a happy color so that's what

they look like they have their bio CB gel logo on the front there and they

sent me a pack of their files over here I like to freshen up my shape after a

while the corners of your nails I don't know if you guys noticed that they get

rounded that drives me absolutely nuts another nail file I want to show you

guys they had sent me prior and I absolutely love it this is the nail file

that I use all the time to file my nails this is the bigger version it just works

so well I could just sit here and just like shake my nails all day I seriously

could I got not even joking I'll be like watching my show and I'm just like I'm

glad I actually have the minis because now I can carry it in my purse just in

case it's so now I'm gonna go through the colors that they send me I'm so

excited to show you guys the product is also cruelty free and vegan friendly so

the first time that they send me is are you sure it's a really nice taupe color

I've actually done this color before and everything's like it

so with gel polish I just absolutely love it you guys because I can swatch as

many colors as I want and all you have to do is literally wipe it off another

thing I love about it is the drawing time there's nothing worse than sitting

at the nail salon and you just have to like sit there and wait for your nail

polish to dry nail polish takes forever oh and the other thing about gel polish

what I absolutely love you guys when you do nail polish over time it's gonna get

dull gel polish stays shiny way way longer than nail polish I'm gonna show

you guys a trick that I use to shine my nails I just grab a cotton pad I put

some alcohol on it and then I just kind of rub it they actually make them look

brand new which I absolutely love so this is are you sure guys very very

pretty like taupe color I love it so much the next color this color I'm so

excited about I haven't tried this one yet but I've heard it's so popular this

one is called peaches so that's the color it looks like in the bottle such a

pretty color for spraying like I can't wait to try this one definitely a spring

color so that's it on my nail right there in the middle has like this peachy

undertone so the next color is kind of angel such like a very soft baby pink

you guys know I love these chunks and I get a ton of questions as to which ones

I normally do and see a more in person but this is the one with the swatch on

it and it just enhances what I have right now see toffee is one of my

favorites from them is what I want a tad bit of color you

guys can tell by the bottle that everybody used to pour so this is the

color that toffee is it's a little bit more of like a mauve color so that's

what toffee looks like really really pretty mommy sort of colors this color

is so pretty Halifax I have never done this one before

but I'm actually really tempted to try it and it's like a very nice tan color

oh my goodness this is so pretty so that's how the facts right there I'm

like oh my god how pretty is this why haven't I not done this color yet it's

just so gorgeous another thing I do a lot with gel polish is all layer colors

so sometimes I'll be like I want one coat of Halifax and one coat of

something else so a lot of my color sometimes are

custom and they're not just one straight color the next color is mousse mousse I

have a soft spot for this because I have a soft spot for taupe and this is like a

really really really pale sort of great taupe this is not my first rodeo with a

mousse for sure so that's what most looks like how pretty is that you guys

it's just such a subtle like taupe stone sort of color nails I'm obsessed with I

love having my nails down if I don't have my nails done I don't feel feminine

and I just don't feel like a woman and lastly marshmallow oh my god you

guys marshmallow is another like really really good natural sort of color by

them very very like pinky white I've done this one before too I'll show you

what it looks like in the bottle they're very like super white and pinky condoms

will look like super super sheer whereas this one definitely has a little bit

more of a punch when you do it so that's it right in the middle finger right

there it's definitely less see-through than cotton Angeles this is another like

tip and trick when you're doing your nails

lately I've changed my routine I used to go every two weeks but that would cost

me like a hundred bucks a month now I go once a month so it cost me fifty bucks a

month what that does is of course it helps my bank account in my wallet but

one thing I definitely recommend is if you guys want to make your nails last

longer taking a color that's definitely more sheer and natural because those

colors when your nail grows out before you really need to go get a fill it's

gonna be less noticeable so if you do of corsica bright pink you're definitely

gonna be able to see around the cuticle that you need to fill i've swatched all

the colors for you guys the other thing that they sent me was of course there

and Topco you absolutely need this if you're going to be using this product so

some of them that say 3-step so that means you will need to use the top and

base coat I do have a couple colors from their unity collection which means it's

all-in-one it already has the base and top coat in it which is super cool so

you don't need this and then the last thing they sent me was the base and top

coat if I'm using the nail polish version one good thing about nail polish

I will say is it's so easy to switch colors I was obsessed to bath before

we're doing my nails and I would switch my nail color I kid you not like every

couple days that's why I find it so hard to like commit to one color when I go to

the nail salon and with gel it takes a little bit longer to remove off that's

the only thing with gel so that everything they sent me now I'm going to

show you guys how I do my nails and a couple of tips and tricks that I have I

love to clip around my cuticles and just take off all the little pieces that are

kind of sticking up around there and it kind of just cleans up the nails a

little bit I never push back my cuticles my nails grow actually very very well

every couple days I will do this and I will just go around my nails and kind of

take off any dead skin I and this you guys this is my obsession

I love shaping my nails can you guys see like on the corners here they're just

not sharp and they're very very kind of rounded I don't like that I like when

they're super super sharp around the edges this is the one that I have not

filed and this is the one that I just filed as you can tell looks a lot more

sharper and cleaner where the other one looks a little bit more dull and rounded

I'm just going to go ahead and do the rest of my shaping and then we'll move

on to the next step

so I just wash my hands they're just wet here there's nothing like having a fresh

shape so our shape is now done all nice and sharp yeah my next nail tip that I

absolutely love you guys is vitamin E it's going to keep your cuticles looking

more threats all the time I used to buy Essie cuticle oil their apricot one I do

really love that product if you guys also want to try it out but again you

guys know I am like natural crazy so I love using natural products I'm gonna do

this vitamin E step afterwards the other thing we were absolutely gonna need is

rubbing alcohol BIOS zebra gel recommends anything over 70% alcohol

this one is actually 95 so we're good to go just gonna put a bunch of alcohol on

my cotton pad here and what we're gonna do is we're going to clean anything we

have off of our nail I'm just gonna wipe that down with a dry one now just to

make sure we don't have anything wet on the nail and we're gonna get ready for

application I have plugged in at my little LED lamp over here plug it into

my computer using the USB and then when you put your nails inside the light will

automatically come on my ready has a gel base coat already on my nails so I don't

need to put a base coat but I will be using their top coat can you guys guess

what color I'm choosing I chose marshmallow I'm so excited about using

this color I just want something really super classy and pretty that's why I

chose this one so we're gonna go ahead and get started

you don't want to be touching your nails or putting any cream on your hands right

now you can do that afterwards you do want to do nice thin coats you don't

want to do anything too thick so I like to take most of the product off of the

brush and then I like to apply it

the other thing I love about gel polish you guys I have to say so much easier to

paint your nails nail polish you can mess it up so much more whereas gel

polish is not gonna dry it until you put it inside up the actual lamp so that is

what's so cool about it so now we're ready to put our nails

inside of our lamp it does say to keep it in here for 30 seconds now we're

gonna go ahead and apply it the second coat it's really up to you how many

coats you guys wanted this color

now we are going to finish it off by applying our top coats so we just

finished this hand it looks so pretty you guys I'm gonna go ahead and move on

to my right hand and then once we're done I'm going to show you guys what it

looks like so we just finished doing both of our hands look how pretty this

color looks it's so pretty you guys so classy I'm so happy with it now we're

going to do the last step now that everything is nice and dry we're gonna

take some vitamin E on our q-tip here and we're just gonna go around our

cuticles so now that it's on I kind of just like to rub it in just a little bit

and you'll notice such a difference in your cuticles you guys know how much I

love using vitamin E I use it as a lip balm all the time throughout the day

every room that I'm in I'm not even joking with you guys there's always a

bottle of vitamin E with me I love it for my face as well if you have dry skin

anywhere vitamin E is amazing for a dry skin I'm going to show you guys a

close-up of how much better your cuticles look when you have the vitamin

E on there and you also get a little bit of that shine and your skin just looks

so much more moisturized and last but not least a gel manicure is never

finished until you put some cream all over your hands to kind of freshen your

skin so I just have here some cocoa butter I'm just going to rub it in to

both of my hands and that's our finished gel manicure you guys I gotta fill my

ring on where's my ring

with the nail emoji I can't like I love this emoji so much and I can't believe

they made a hat with it I've gotta try it out for you guys I'm not a hat person

I'm just warning you if I don't look as cute as I normally do I'm sorry like

you guys with my nails all done in my head this hat is so cute like I can't

Zombie Tools Vakra Kukri Review and Insane Tactical Chopping Test - Duration: 8:43.

We all contribute to society somehow.

Some of us make 5 minutes of another commuters day miserable, because we speed up when you

try to pass us- then slow back down when you can't.

Remember it's only helpful to drive a good pace when someone tries to get in front of

you.

My contribution is to fill Youtube severs with gigabytes of knife and flashlight review

garbage with jokes a handful of people get- and half of that that are funny.

And zombie tools makes blades that will help you survive when your Walking Dead fantasy

becomes a sweet sweet reality.

Like I said we all have our roles.

Anyway you've seen my Bud K video, and now I have an upgrade to that cheapie…

The Zombie Tools Vakra.

And as you ponder your greatest contribution to earth let's look at the dimensions- like

the overall length and weight. -

sorry I didn't mean this review to be an airing of grievances.

Blade length and chopping edge.

Looks legal to me.

Handle size grip area.

Spine thickness handle thickness… and some tallnesses in case some jerk asks for it.

Maybe that's their contribution to society.

Ok so I like kukris because I find them handy for chopping tree garbage- and also making

youtube videos.

I mean because they're badass murder weapons!

That's my tactical voice.

They have thick unbendable blade stocks unless you're a mutant, and cut through wood much

easier than a thin machete more suited for small branches and weed.

The Vakra has a blade made from 5160 steel, which is harder than your standard carbon

steel blade- still carbon steel but it has more chromium to add resistance to corrosion.

It's still best to clean and dry your blade after contact with zombie blood as well as

standard non apocalyptic moisture.

I'm not an expert in anything but dick jokes.

And for some people even that claim is a bit hard to swallow.

Blade looks to my eyes to be a convex grind, and Zombie tools says that they sharpen each

edge to 19 degrees.

However once you get it you can sharpen it whatever the hell you want.

The handle.

The Vakra is fully tanged, or handle deep in tang as no one says.

And on the outside of that tang, take a drank every time I say tang, are acid treated aluminum

scales wrapped with leather.

It makes for a fairly comfortable handle for extended periods of burning and chopping shit

in your backyard while drinking.

If you're wondering where all these branches came from- that Noreaster that came through

a month ago blew them all down in one night.

So now I have to piles of shit to burn.

True story.

Boring story, but true story.

Tang.

Ummm… sheath.

Zombie tools have real leather sheaths upgrades for $70 that look in the parlance of our times

amazeballs…

Mind you I'm about a decade behind in my colloquialisms.

But the standard non upgrayyed 2 "D's for a double dose of pimping is just a kydex

that dangles from the belt and can be strapped to your leg.

Which is awesome because it doesn't hit the ground when you are hypothetically wearing

it around the house for extended periods of time on your day off doing dishes and folding

laundry In order to draw it use your thumb to pop it, you know like most kydex sheaths

dumbass.

You know I'm a leather sheath kind of bro, but you know this one is pretty functional.

No deployment?

Umm… comparison time?

First up the Zombie tools Vakra.

Since I do have an official functional piece of garbage Bud K cheapie…

I can safely say the Vakra is longer and less tall from the side in places.

Also overall fit and finish are better.

The Bud K has a wood handle and a bump in the middle that I guess gives grip, but still

feels like a bump.

What if hand axes and knives had a bump in the middle.

The Zombie tools has a choil up front, so you have multiple grips options and a more

comfortable handle.

I've had the Bud K for years and it's held up…

It's also discovered many hidden nails in wood over the years too… evidenced by all

the edge dings.

Let's see?

The Esee Junglas II… smaller than the Junglas I and the Vakra.

I have chopped many things with this… seen my review of that?

This one has a comfortable handle- I wish the sheath was leg mountable.

Like a dog.

Costs about $180 How about the $14 or whatever the hell I paid Ontario Machete, which I still

plan on reviewing after sharpening it's dull ass.

Apparently if you only spend 15-30 for a chopper it comes dull as shit.

Speaking of dull ass, let finish and get to chopping.

If there's anything I like it's whacking my wood, then burning it.

You know Zombie tools uses the words fuck and shit on their website?

I mean I think fuck is an especially rude word.

You know what pisses me off?

Ok the Vakra is my new favorite chopper.

It has more meat behind it than my junglas, more weight in the blade means more wood flying.

I like my Estwing camp axe and that works better for some things, you're like trees?

But I like the leg sheath on the Vakra and for some reason I like the reach and the blade

shape of the kukri- it's probably over the years my favorite chopper shape- and a slightly

longer kukri means I can be less precise with my swings and hopefully find some more goddamn

nails.

Also tang.

It's long and thick, meaning the blade and spine.

It has taken a beating, and it's perfect for my unique predicament of running a youtube

channel and also having large trees in my yard that I have to break up and burn because

for some illogical reason I don't want to take them to the dump.

Plus I like starting fires.

I mean I don't have a truck anymore.

So it's kind of logical.

today I'm going to be drinking my coffee and sharing five things at Walt Disney

World that I feel is very valuable to splurge on stay tuned these are some

photos I've had of my family from years and years ago at Walt Disney World

these were memory maker photos and I had it made into a mug through Disney site

awesome this was like the best keepsake ever so five things that are worth

splurging on at Walt Disney World number one this could be a splurge to

some not others but to some it would be a splurge and that is staying on Disney

property why do I say this would be a splurge well quite frankly the reality

is you can probably stay off property for less so to some it will be a splurge

because it does cost more to stay on Disney property sometimes not that much

more but sometimes it does cost more and staying off property you can get more

space and staying on property you have a small stateroom but why do I say splurge

and stay on property oh you get to stay in the bubble of magic that sounds kind

of lame to some but if you're on this channel and you love all things Disney

it doesn't sound lame to you so I'm talking to you right now right splurge

stay on property you got to take advantage of these extra magic hours you

have the ability to make your Fastpass reservation 60 days before your check-in

date and if you're staying off it's 30 days before your check-in big and I will

be honest with you these rides that are the hottest rides now number one is

flight of passage animal kingdom this is so hard to get

even at 60 days it's hard to get unless you plan animal kingdom like the last

day of your trip then you have a chance of getting this fast pass but if you are

staying off property and you want to get this reservation at 30 days out I'm

sorry you don't have a chance typically don't that's how I feel you

may but the majority of people would not be able to ride that ride on a fast pass

you know you get the free Disney transportation not only from the MCO

Airport if you are flying into Orlando but you also get the buses to and from

the parks to Disney Springs to the water parks if you have park tickets for those

you will only come across Disney cast members that's it

and anyone who works at Disney has that Disney attitude of exceptional service

and quality attention to detail staying on property that is splurge number one I

highly recommend doing that and if you stay on Disney property you can also

work with a travel agency who specializes in Disney vacations the

second splurge the second splurge that I highly recommend some people always ask

me coral is it worth it to buy memory maker the answer is yes it is worth it

if you use it meaning memory maker is a package that

you can prepay and is for photographs at any Disney park or certain Disney rides

memory maker allows you access to download all of these images these

photos taken when you get home I will tell you that there are a ton of Disney

photographers scattered throughout the theme parks of various theme parks all

you have to do is go up to one of them you probably have seen them if you've

been to Magic Kingdom lined up Main Street where they just keep shooting

people in front of the castle so you just wait in line for a photographer ask

them to take your picture they're not just going to take one

picture they could take up to 10 to pictures doing different shots as

individual shots family shot sibling shots they could do some magic shots

where they say hold your hand out and you don't know why but when you look at

the picture there's Tinker Bell standing on your hand they can do a lot of these

things so if you are good about this and you go up to different photographers

throughout all of the parks and you use this service then absolutely it is worth

every penny if you buy in advance it's a hundred and sixty nine dollars if you

buy it when you are at the parks it is a hundred and ninety nine dollars and it

doesn't activate until three days after you're there so buy it in advance if

you're thinking about it I have come home from vacations where I have between

three and five hundred photos on memory maker that is worth it for a hundred and

sixty nine dollars these memories are priceless you may not have the

opportunity to go to Walt Disney World ever again and in that case I say

absolutely use it you may go to Disney World every year and you may find value

and purchasing that every year because you see the growth of your family

captured in these memories so number two splurge on memory maker if you can

number three splurge on a character meal especially if you're not on the Disney

Dining Plan and you have a limited time take one meal and consider splurging on

a character meal if you have children or you don't have children it's just an

experience and there are so many different character meal options you can

do them for breakfast lunch or dinner obviously breakfast would be the least

expensive so if money is really a factor consider doing a character meal for

breakfast but they have you know Winnie the Pooh and Friends they have obviously

the Fab five in a lot of them they have themed two princesses they have themes

in animal kingdom - Safari Mickey and Minnie etc they are just they

are a lot of fun they are a lot of fun and it's worth the splurge splurge

number four is considered doing a dessert party for fireworks viewing I highly

recommend them there's a desert party in Magic Kingdom for happily ever after

that I have done I loved it there's a desert party in Epcot to watch

illuminations there's two actually at Hollywood Studios one is for Fantasmic

which I've done and one is for the Star Wars fireworks which that one I have not

done but I have friends who did that and clients who did that who loved it so

that actually is on my list of things to do so consider splurging on one of those

dessert parties to not worry about finding a good place to view the

fireworks if watching the fireworks it's something that's high in your list and

you don't want to wait for hours in one spot to hold a piece of the sidewalk for

your feet spend a little money enjoy some desserts and then have a

specific area where you can view the fireworks trust me it'll be worth it and

the fifth thing to splurge on and this is gonna sound silly to some but to you

coffee lovers it doesn't sound silly splurge on Starbucks coffee not every

cup of coffee is created equally at Walt Disney World

you might be able to find it cheaper somewhere else but splurge on Starbucks

it's worth those few extra bucks and maybe one extra little bonus I know you

can get a lot of souvenirs before your trip and that will really save you some

money whether it's t-shirts or some stuffed animals especially if you have

children going with you little knickknacks like that that can help you

save money but splurge on at least one souvenir inside the parks something that

you actually purchase your favorite Park for example it could

be a pin I mean I have a lot of Disney pins and each one of these has a memory

especially the ones that I pick up at the theme park splurge on at least one

souvenir from the parks I think you'll appreciate having that thank you so much

tips on beating procrastination in order to become more productive, get more done, and

- ultimately - reach our next goal much sooner.

The tips I'm about to share with you today will improve many aspects of your life, soit's

The first step to removing procrastination from your life once and for all isto define

the real causes.

Whenever you put off working on a project or getting anything done, there's usually

a motive for that.

It might not be obvious so you need to dig deeper.

Some common reasons why weprocrastinate include: lacking the motivation to start and complete

the task; not being sure whether we're working on the right thing; fearing failure; not being

organized and not knowing where to start; low energy levels; lack of focus; and more.

The single best thing you can do today to live a life free from procrastination in the

near future isto get to the main cause of that.

Once you know it, you'llbe able to make a plan on how to stop it and become productive

instead.

So, for example, if you realize you fear failure, then you'll need to make a mindset shift.

Tell yourself that failure is a stepping stone to success and if you keep putting in the

work, you'll eventually succeed.

Ifit's the lack of focus or energy that's causing procrastination, then you need to

rethink how you're spending your days.

Maybe you should wake up earlier, ditch the junk food, have a workout every day, removethe

distractions around you, have a better working environment, or else.

All these will help you concentrate easily when you get to work and you'll have the

energy to not just start, but finish what you started.

The next thing you should doto stop being a procrastinator isto break the bad habit

of overthinking.

See, procrastination happens when we'reabout to start something but then allow our mind

to come up with excuses asto why we can leave it for later.

Then, we think of plenty ofother things todo right now and leave the important task for

later.

But later means you'll never get to it, will keep putting it off, or will just get

itdone quickly as there will be many other little tasks waiting tobecompleted.

Don't get into the habit of doing that.

Instead, have control over your mind and stop overthinking.

That can happen by noticing when you're about to start making excuses.

Then, gather your willpower and say 'no'to the inner voices telling you why it's okay

toprocrastinate.

And instead get up and do the work.

You'll feel great after that.

My next best tip on removing procrastination isto have routines.

These are powerful as simple practices done daily can help us get in the right mood and

mental state todo focused work, even ifwe don't feel like it.

It could be waking up early and having a morning routine, after which you'd get to your most

important things for the day and will complete them in one go.

It will take time to develop a routine and stick toitnomatter what.

But it's worth the time and effort as once it becomes a repetitive behavior, procrastination

will no longer have control over you.

The next step on your journey should beto break big projects into smaller ones.

Sounds simple but we rarely do it.

If you give this technique a chance, though, you'll find out that big goals or tasks

don't scare or overwhelm you anymore.

Once you know the first steps, you don't need to think about the next ones.

You can just focus on the first one on the list and take it.

That means you'll get a quick win byaccomplishing it and will feel good about yourself.

And this is a great way to build momentum and repeat the action right after it.

And here's another great rule to motivate you to get more done instead of procrastinating

- start super small.

What I mean by that is, whenever you're facing a big project or a challenging task,

don't leave it for later but do one thing related toit that takes less than 5 minutes.

That could be making a call, replying toan email, writing down what you're going to

do, doing a quick research, taking a decision, etc.

This will get you started and that's all you need to keep going until you actually

do the work.

Finally, write everything down.

The written word is a pretty powerful thing.

The moment you set a goal, you should write it down, give it a deadline and break it down

into smaller steps.

The same goes for any activity you have todo today or even little task that's on your

list.

Decide when you're going to work on it and how you'll start, and write that down too.

This makes it easier to commit and begin.

Now you're ready to fight procrastination the next time you face it.

Mind Shift #5 - The Biology of Worry - Clearing financial worry - Duration: 8:22.

Hello Dr. Dugast here with you a couple of minutes today talking about worry.

I'm just wondering... are you somebody who worries quite a lot? If you are a

worrier it's going to affect 1 of these 4 Pillars of Life, it's going to be

finances, health, relationships or connection to self and today we are going

to talk about financial worry so I think you are really going to like this!

Let's just have a look at why you actually worry and why you worry is

really not your fault. This is a learned habit I am going to call that a

subconscious programming, it is just something you've been doing

your whole life probably. Now where did you learn that worrying? Probably was Mum

or Dad. One of them worried all the time and so

this is an influence that you learned particularly between the ages of 0-7

years old so this is really difficult to clear especially if it is a lifelong habit.

So let's have a look at the effect of worry first of all on our

neurobiology which is basically the body mind and how that interacts through the

medium of emotions and what happens when we are worried: we are basically in fear

you know so being in fear all day every day means that the fight-or-flight mode

is activated in the body and fight-or-flight is really only supposed

to last 90 seconds to steer us away from danger and so when that happens

constantly it puts the body under tremendous stress and this is really the

basis of most illnesses today. Another effect of daily worry is that of course

nobody can take that much mental and emotional compression on the daily basis

because this is like being in a state that's really a horrible state day-in

day-out so what we naturally look for is a sense of relief

of course and the way we usually do that is by self-medicating

with one thing or another.

So you know there's addiction, which is one thing, and you should really listen to

Gabor Mate talk about addiction as he is absolutely wonderful but there's another thing

which is self prescribed medication that we apply and we may not even be aware of

and this can actually be drinking every day even if it's not a lot of drinking

it can be addiction to social media for instance, or Facebook groups are surfing

the internet or doing anything at all that by doing something external we

think we're gonna get a sense of relief internally. Of course this is only

momentary and it doesn't sort out the problem but this is what we

tend to look when we look for relief and if you're doing anything

like that or maybe you're medicating with food or whatever else it might be you need to cut

yourself some slack because it is quite normal that if you're worried all

the time you're gonna look for a way of compensating and therefore giving

yourself some relief about the worry. So let's have a look at the external

effects of worrying constantly--for example about money--and what happens is that

because we are a unit: thoughts-emotions-physical-spirit we have this

electromagnetic field around us and I know some people don't believe this but

it's a little bit like saying I don't believe in radio or mobile phone waves and yet

we're happy to use our mobile phone every day so it doesn't mean that

because we don't see something that it isn't there, so back to this electromagnetic

field the energy of worry which is very very palpable if you're very sensitive

actually keeps that which you're wanting to attract more of--in particular we are

talking about finances right now--it keeps it literally at bay from coming in

into your life and if it doesn't keep it at bay

it may be right there but we actually cannot see it because we are so

afraid, we are so busy panicking instead of actually being grounded and being able

to recognize what's being offered to us in the moment. So if you feel that the

time has come for you to do something fundamental so you can shift that

financial worry-habit because let's face it, it is probably affecting how you

speak to potential customers when you do or how much money can really come in and

out of your experience if you're employed somewhere and it could even be

affecting your relationships because there's a lot of disputes about money in

marriages and relationships that's probably the number one cause of

disputes right? So if you are ready to do something fundamental then I would like

to contribute to you in an absolutely wonderful way which is that I do a live

clearing online once a year and this is right now! This is April 2018

and so I'm going to offer a six-week clearing on finances

we are going to cover everything all the way from family lineage and we're going

to include all other influences like religious and spiritual influences of

money, beliefs from the world at large about money, your own all beliefs about one

day what you were raised to believe when you were a child because this is still

playing out today, etc. This is the time of the year where you will be able to

write to me and for 6 weeks we'll cover 1 categorie at a time

(everything to do with finances) we will be going through a peeling off of the

layers of illusion about finances and this will be

enabling you to be able to accept to be able to generate and create more

financial abundance based on your own potential of course which is vast and

right now maybe a little bit held back due to some beliefs or some worry about

finances while you may actually be already very prosperous, so this will help

you being able to lift some of the layers of illusion and therefore being able to

bring in more of what you're wanting to attract. So what happens if you're

listening to this and we are not in April 2018, or we are not even in 2018

anymore? I'm going to be able to contribute to you anyway. There is one of

two things you can do. You can either watch the replay which will be available

beliefs we all share. A lot of these beliefs

I call them mind viruses as they get us so worried. They are actually global

mind viruses, they are beliefs that we all have because they are

to be really really afraid about one thing or another so that's one thing and

guess is that you're tired of putting your life on hold and you're ready to

start having fun and be happy! The biggest reason that people don't pay off

debt is that it freakin sucks it's not fun but you need a plan because being in

debt is stressful I know firsthand I used to suck with money and it wasn't

until I was 39 years old when I found myself as a divorced single mother for

the second time did I finally look in the mirror and admit that I needed help

I made a lot of poor financial decisions and I was in such a mountain of debt

that it really warranted its own ski lodge and if it sold me season passes I

know I would have added that to the pile too! Look if you've spent more than you

earned, failed to control those shopping sprees or having that purse or boots and

haven't prepared for the unexpected then listen up it's time to get real your

debt is not a monthly bill it's a financial shackle that's holding you

down from your dreams!

Have you heard yourself saying this:

"Having more money would fix all of my problems I would be out of debt so quickly!"

"This new iPhone is awesome and thanks to my credit card it only cost me $20 a month!"

"I don't think getting out of debt is even possible.... "

"Where do you want to go for dinner tonight?!"

Well thoughtless spending and using money as an excuse ends today!

It's time to not just get out of debt but get out of debt way faster than you've ever imagined

So let's get started I'll be doing a series of get out of debt videos for you

this is Part one, I start here with every single client

Get out a piece of paper and at the top write down: (5 columns)

Item / Balance / Minimum monthly payment /Interest rate / Limit

I want you to list all of your debts,

credit cards / personal loans / line of credits / finance loans / student loans / car loans / mortgages

Here's an example and I will put a link below so you can download it.

Now this should be pretty obvious ... the first thing that you should do

But don't let the simplicity of this get the best of you

Because now that you have an accurate picture of how much you owe,

I want you to let it sink in ...but don't worry there's a few more steps and we're

going to start getting rid of it!

Yes, this is an eye-opener and a reality pill or

maybe it's not that bad ... either way guess what you know your numbers!

albeit, some of you might be throwing up ..you might not like it

But it will reduce your stress!

One of my clients told me if she looked at her numbers then she'd have to do something about it

no shite Sherlock!

this is the secret sauce to having a great relationship with money!

Okay ... first step done... easy

Is there anything that Sen. John McCain won't blame President Donald Trump for?

The Arizona senator stretched logic and reason to its outer limits on Sunday to claim that

the chemical gas attack launched by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on his own people

was somehow President Trump's fault.

Sen. McCain, who is suffering from a rare and terminal form of brain cancer, said in

a statement that President Trump's talk of removing troops from Syria had "emboldened"

the Syrian despot.

According to McCain, that directly led to the chemical attack.

"President Trump last week signaled to the world that the United States would prematurely

withdraw from Syria.

Bashar Assad and his Russian and Iranian backers have heard him, and emboldened by American

inaction, Assad has reportedly launched another chemical attack against innocent men, women

and children, this time in Douma.

Initial accounts show dozens of innocent civilians, including children, have been targeted by

this vicious bombardment designed to burn and choke the human body and leave victims

writhing in unspeakable pain," the 81-year-old senator wrote.

"Crimes against humanity have become Assad's trademarks in his relentless campaign against

the people of Syria that has killed more than half a million people and forced 11 million

from their homes.

President Trump was quick to call out Assad today, along with the Russian and Iranian

governments, on Twitter.

The question now is whether he will do anything about it.

The President responded decisively when Assad used chemical weapons last year.

He should do so again, and demonstrate that Assad will pay a price for his war crimes,"

he said.

Sen. John McCain acknowledged that President Donald Trump is between a rock and a hard

place after eight years of former President Barack Obama's failed strategy in Syria.

But, judging by McCain's statement, he is itching for a war and regime change.

"To be sure, President Trump inherited bad options after years of inaction by his predecessor

in Syria.

History will render a bitter judgment on America for that failure.

But no one should believe we are out of options.

We can and should change course – starting with a comprehensive strategy that lays out

clear objectives for our mission there.

It's not too late to stop Assad's impunity and begin to rewrite this terrible chapter

in our history," he wrote.

On Sunday night, it appeared that President Trump had heeded the calls for action as the

Syrian media reported that an airstrike had commenced against its assets.

However, the Pentagon quickly denied that it had any responsibility for the alleged

attack.

The Syrian media said that the T-4 airbase in Homs had been hit by "several missiles"

in a "likely attack by the US," CNN reported.

The Syrian Arab News Agency said that there were several deaths and injuries from the

attack.

But the Pentagon said that those reports were incorrect.

"At this time, the Department of Defense is not conducting air strikes in Syria.

However, we continue to closely watch the situation and support the ongoing diplomatic

efforts to hold those who use chemical weapons, in Syria and otherwise, accountable," it

said.

But if you are against the idea of war with Syria, the words "at this time" are not

a comfort.

President Trump has said there would be a "big price" to pay for the chemical attack,

and judging by how the president responded with air strikes after Assad committed a similar

attack in 2017, it is likely that military action is forthcoming.

With the stakes as high as they are and with Russian President Vladimir Putting saber rattling

in defense of Assad, what the world does not need is the sour grapes of an elderly senator

who cannot get past the fact that he could not win the presidency.

Sen. McCain has had a storied life.

He suffered as a prisoner of war in Vietnam and has served decades as a senator.

It is unfathomable that he wants to go out as a bitter, obstructionist, old man.
