НЮША(Nyusha) – Целуй [Koreans Reaction] / Hoontamin - Duration: 7:05.Today we'll watch a music video recommended by our Russian subscribers
I really can't read it, I should learn too
I envy you can read it just like that
So many different languages appear in Hoontamin Channel
Is this the title?
Singer, this is the title
You read it 'Howahowa'
We'll go watch it
Didn't even get a chance to excuse
What is it?
The voice is great
Are they fighting?
Doesn't seem like it
It's getting seductive
It's Rock
They can't go further
The song is good
I also felt like that right now
And the song
In the background, to put it
Should I say intensity of illumination?
It fits very well
Something like the late afternoon
Will they break the chains?
Breaking them one by one
Taking off the chains that were holding them
Running towards love
What was that?
Looked like it was naked
Why do you want to see that in detail?
I can't see well, the music video should be brighter
It's too dark!
They both are very strong
So strong, look at them
The power of love is great
It just finished
Suddenly finishes, made me confused
The song was impressive
Also the singer's powerful voice was impressive
And the content of the music video
Rather than powerful
I enjoyed watching it
It does suit with the intensity of illumination
With the background?
Rather than explaining in words
As I watched the music video
Many memories came through my mind
Some memories from when I was in Russia
Some memories from movies
The characters inside the music video
For love, for something
They were running towards it
A music video that leaves lots of lingering imagery
That much?
Then?
I first thought it was a solo singer
Are they a Rock band?
I'm curious, I want to find Rock bands with
Female singers, there aren't much
I really like this kind of Rock
I liked it
When she threw the microphone
It's been about 2 years since the song has released
It has over 14 million views
Maybe it's a well known song in Russia
But it's not easy for foreigners like us to get to know it
However today we got to discover another good song
This way through Hoontamin the world gets to be one
Our trip to the recommended videos continues
Channel Hoontamin, please love and subscribe us

Using a Light Meter: Two Minute Tips with David Bergman - Duration: 2:36.So what the heck is this thing?
Listen there are two types of people in the
world, if you're the kind that has one of
these gathering dust in your camera bag
and you should watch this tip! If you
have no idea what this is, then you
should watch this tip! So this thing is
called a light meter. To understand how
light meters work you need to know a
little bit about how light works. No
matter which direction it's coming from,
light eventually hits your subject, and
then bounces right off when you take a
picture! The meter inside your camera
reads the amount of light that's
reflecting off your subject, and hitting
the camera sensor. An external light
meter reads the incident light. That
tells you exactly how much light is
hitting in the first place, and it's not
influenced by the reflected light, so who
cares? Well you probably learned in
elementary school, that different colors
absorb and reflect different amounts of
light! So even though the same amount of
light might be hitting a black wall and
a white wall, they reflect different
amounts of light back.
I can prove this by zooming in on a dark area of this
wall, and taking a picture on shutter
priority using 400 ISO at 1/80th of a second.
The cameras meter is calibrated to what's
called 18% gray,
which is a neutral light grey color. So
it reads the light reflecting, and will
want to lighten the dark wall to make it
grey! The aperture it selects is f/5.6 at
the same time. if I shoot a bright part
of the wall, the camera also wants to
make it the same color gray. So it closes
down the aperture all the way to f/16 to
darken the bright wall. The problem is
that I want the dark wall to stay dark,
and the bright wall to stay bright. I
want it to look exactly like it does to
my eye by using an incident light meter!
I can measure the actual amount of light
that's hitting the wall in the first
place. It doesn't look at the reflected
light at all, so it doesn't know or care
a bright or dark the wall is. I can set my
light meter using the same two numbers
that I used in my camera. 400 ISO at
1/80th of a second, and it tells me the
aperture should be f/10. now I can set my
camera manually, and see that the dark
wall is dark, and the bright wall is
bright, just like they should be. Now look,
I know you can eyeball your exposure on
the camera screen, and adjust, but it's
hard to see in bright daylight, and those
aren't always super-accurate, because
those screens are made to be punchy,
contrasting and saturated, so everything
looks really good, so by learning to use
an incident light meter you can have
total control over your exposures, and
prevent your camera's meter from being
fooled too easily!

Minute Tip video every Monday at 11

Hogg Goes Into Hiding After Bill Maher Trashes Him On Live TV With Nasty Surprise. - Duration: 6:02.Hogg Goes Into Hiding After Bill Maher Trashes Him On Live TV With Nasty Surprise.
Big leftist Bill Maher trashed David Hogg on his HBO show "Real Time With Bill Maher"
so badly that the tragedy celebrity freaked out and is nowhere to be found.
Maher called the anti-gun teen "a big bully," and then he proceeded to hit him hard with
a nasty surprise that no one saw coming.
Don't miss this.
Bill Maher is a huge leftist, but there are rare times that the HBO star gets something
right, like his take on David Hogg.
Maher started his HBO show with a shocker, and even the panel of liberals couldn't
make a dent in the truth bomb that Maher had dropped on Hogg.
"I want to defend Laura Ingraham," Maher told the audience.
"I know it sounds ridiculous, but it has to do with the Parkland kids and guns and
free speech."
He continues, "[Hogg] complains about bullying?
That's bullying!"
According to the New York Post, "Maher's ABC show 'Politically Incorrect' was canceled
in 2002 after he claimed that the terrorists on 9/11 were not cowards."
"I have been the victim of a boycott … I've lost a job as a result.
It is wrong.
You shouldn't do this by team, you should do it by principle," Maher said and then
stuck his tongue out to the audience.
Maher wouldn't be deterred by the audience's reaction or even liberal his guest panel who
tried to equate a boycott for any reason as the same as "free speech."
"Really?
All of the things Laura Ingraham has said over the years, and this is the straw that
broke the camel's back?"
Maher said after former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer said boycotting is "part of free
speech."
Maher added that Hogg created a "very chilling atmosphere."
That chilling atmosphere is the fact Hogg is trying not only to do away with the Second
Amendment, but he is also impeding free speech, the First Amendment, to stop anyone who disagrees
with him.
Yes, that is chilling, and even though Bill Maher doesn't agree with Laura Ingraham's
politics and uses his free speech to do a tasteless joke about her becoming "a terrible
human being" since the early days when she used to appear on his show, he is making the
point that Hogg's actions are sinister and Hitlerian.
Hogg's like a little Hitler running around and using his status as a "survivor" to
make people apologize and instigate boycotts for anything that hurts his feelings or he
disagrees with.
Maher quips, "You can't yell fire in a crowded theatre, and you can't say David
Hogg doesn't test well."
The HBO host also brought up his friend, rapper "Killer Mike" who appeared on NRA TV and
"had to apologize to David Hogg afterward."
Why?
Well, Killer Mike said he told his kids before National Walkout Day, "If you walk out that
school, walk out my house."
Killer Mike continued, "There was something that the woman who is the NRA spokesperson
[Dana Loesch] said and everybody just kinda lost it," referring to the CNN Town and
CPAC events.
"Dana says that the tears of white mothers are like ratings.
And that's so true and it was so sad to hear her acknowledge it, but it's true,
and black people know it's true — because black people say it…"
Then, the rapper directed his comments at Hogg, saying, "You're not woke!
You are a lackey of the progressive movement because you have never disagreed with the
people who tell you what to do," he said.
Apparently, Killer Mike was forced by his PR team to apologize to Hogg, and like Laura
Ingraham, it was a huge mistake, only emboldening the little leftist hero.
So how has the new darling of the anti-gun crowd reacted to Maher's blistering attack?
He's speechless and has virtually disappeared from his favorite social media platform Twitter.
Yep, Hogg used Twitter 24/7 and just loved all the attention he got there since he was
given the coveted blue check mark, he was going to "change the world."
Twitter for Hogg is like breathing, and he has now gone dark only re-tweeting a couple
of posts, nothing new from him since the Maher smackdown.
This is huge considering that he launched this big endeavor just a few days ago on Twitter
called the "Town Hall Project."
Together with his handlers, the George Soros funded Women's March leaders, the concept
was to hold these lefty town halls and force every Congressman across the country to show
up.
This tweet is dated April 7th.
Hogg launched this project and then disappeared from the limelight.
Hogg's gone into hiding, probably crying that he's a "survivor" and that Bill
Maher called him a bully.
Will he come back and tell the useful idiots to boycott Maher?
Only time will tell.
For now, Americans are weighing in on Maher's show.
"For once I agree with Bill Maher because he is right.
It is chilling.
Orwellian.
Hive mind.
Just flat out scary.
The opposite of everything we purpose to believe in as a county," tweeted Tara Cameron.
"I usually dont agree with Bill Maher but he is right about left being anything BUT
'liberal' They want to shut down and punish anyone who disagrees with them.
They are now a linch mob of viciously authoritarian anti free speech fascists.
David Hogg should keep at it though," tweeted Deplorable Melissa, with a pic attached of
David Hogg which says, "Hi I'm David Hogg and I've sold more AR-15's than the NRA."
I have a feeling Hogg is feeling the pinch of his declining fame.
The mob is fickle, and the attention span of the leftist losers is about 24 hours.
Hogg got his 15 minutes of fame and then some.
He's been overexposed, and I'd wager this Maher smackdown is the beginning of the end
for him.
He will try and stay relevant, and he will claw his way to stay in the limelight, but
it's clearly over.
The mob is bored with him, they've moved on from Hoggmania.
What do you think about this?

7 Common Signs of High Cholesterol - No 3 is Shocking - Duration: 12:36.10 signs and symptoms of cholesterol. If levels of Low-density lipoproteins (LDL) cholesterol are too high, or levels of High-density lipoproteins (HDL) cholesterol are too low, fatty deposits build up in your blood vessels. These deposits will make it difficult for enough blood to flow through your arteries. This could cause problems throughout your body, particularly in your heart and brain, or it could be fatal.

5, HIGH CHOLESTEROL SYMPTOMS IN MEN. cholesterol medication lower cholesterol cholesterol definition
Erectile dysfunction in men caused by high cholesterol is one of the manifestations of blood vessel damage caused by high cholesterol. Your cholesterol levels can affect the quality of your erections. Most cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) are caused by impaired blood flow to the penis. The medications that treat ED, like Viagra, allow the smooth muscle cells lining the blood vessels to relax, so that blood can flow more easily. When a man has high cholesterol levels, not only is cardiac circulation impaired, blood flow throughout the body is impaired, and this can affect erection quality. In fact, many doctors consider ED to be a sort of "canary in the coal mine" signal in men under 40, and may suggest cardiac tests to determine if a young man with ED is at risk for, or in the early stages of cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease is more treatable the earlier it's caught.

We asked our students and staff: "How do you contribute to a better world?"
People filmed their stories. Here are clips on the theme forest.
I contribute to a more thriving world by increasing our knowledge
on how fungi in our forests make the trees grow better.
I hope I contribute to a better world by developing and spreading knowledge
of species and types of nature in Sweden.
Studying how forest biodiversity and climate change mitigation can work hand in hand.
Since 1923, we have kept track of Sweden's forests and how they change.
My research mainly concerns forest fires.
I work at the Department of Forest Economics. I'm in Kenya contributing to
a better world by researching pastoralists, stock breeders, and learning more about
the challenges they face.
My research can contribute to a better world because it concerns
planning models for sustainable forestry.
I think the work is great fun, interesting and also important.
I work with bio-based raw materials and how to use them in industrial processes
so we can change from a fossil-based to a bio-based society.
We can use this biomass to break our dependency on coal and oil.
Plantations in small areas in Sweden could produce large amounts of biomass.

Liverpool reportedly offer Man United midfielder Marouane Fellaini 3-year-deal ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:02.Liverpool are keen to sign Marouane Fellaini and have offered the Manchester United midfielder
a three-year deal, according to a stunning report from L'Equipe.
The Belgian is out of contract at the end of the season and United would be powerless
to stop him if the offer were genuine.
Belgium star Fellaini has endured a mixed spell at Old Trafford since signing from Everton
in 2013, winning the FA Cup and Europa League but failing to win over a large number of
United fans.
His spell at the Theatre of Dreams appears to be drawing to a close, however, and he
is expected to leave the club in the summer after rejecting multiple offers to extend
his contract.
A number of European and Chinese clubs are said to be interested in securing his services,
but L'Equipe claim Liverpool have moved for the 30-year-old and offered him a deal.
Fellaini did not play a single game for United in February due to injury and has missed the
last two games because of what is believed to be a knee problem.
Reports in France say French giants Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco are keen to sign
Fellaini but will face major competition from Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool.
Speaking earlier in the year, Mourinho said he 'wanted' Fellaini to stay at Manchester
United but conceded he could leave.
'Is he going to stay or leave?
I don't know,' Mourinho said.
'I want him to stay, the club want him to stay.
'The process, the negotiations, the numbers, the distances between the offer and what he
wants, I really don't know.'

I went too close to the moter without knowing it.
I know this movie
I was too focused on her face
I think MOMO part will be next??
I love this scene... So pretty
I love this dance
Please don't go
I think this choreo was made so well
Too short
Please make it more longer
Yes, we saw TWICE 5th mini album
What is Love? MV together
I am OK now but
when I start to see MV first time
I just seemed to pour out my tears
I don't know this is just my personal opinion
I think we've waiting TWICE for a long time
My personal opinion of this MV is
1st is about question mark dance
When I saw that at teaser video
I thought "This will be the signiture dance of this song"
and of course it will be
That choreo is the best
and only one choreo
and entire difficulty of choreo is
So general
and friendly
The typical choreo style of JYP
I think this choreo is the most
easiest choreo ever among TWICE songs
Choreo is so popular
The most impressive scene in MV is
SANA and TZUYU
Both are so... pretty
I was shocked
because of their beauty
SANA is so pretty in this MV
Of course she was always pretty
but this is another type of beauty
She is so pretty.... I was so surprised
Entire story of this MV is
They are looking TV
and there are movie parody in the TV
I remember
LALALAND and Swiri
that Japanese Movie
and Leon , Matilda
Marilyn Monroe
That movie, Ghost
and else I think
I missed some movies
After saw this MV, I thought
That is too short...
This MV is too short... I need more
I want more video about TWICE
In 2017, TWICE released so many songs
When I got used to the old song, a new song came out
I was so happy in 2017. Full of happiness
I think also in 2018
This song is only start
I hope they will make more songs in this year too
and of course in TV
variety shows and any other type
I want more and more of their video
Now, it is after 7PM
I checked music chart in Korea
As always, they are 1st grade in every chart
I will do my best to maintain this grade
for a long time
Thank you for your watching :)
and I need to go streaming this song

Q&A – Should I fertilize my shrubs in the spring? - Duration: 3:26.Should I fertilize my shrubs in the spring?
So, what do you think about that, our horticulturist?
- Well, absolutely, yeah, you wanna fertilize in the spring.
Now, timing's varies on some, particularly things like azaleas.
We tell people to fertilize after they bloom, and so the blooming time can be very wide.
The only reason is the flower bud
is set at the very end of last year's growth, and if you fertilize early and force that
growth out, you cover your bloom, so
we don't fertilize azaleas until after they bloom and then usually again around the first
of June.
Most perennials I like to
feed every 60 days or so up until about July or so.
Lawns, once a month, you know, they're heavy feeders.
Roses are heavy
feeders, wanna fertilize those once a month.
- What are you fertilizing your shrubs with?
- Well, you know, it's kinda hard to tell you.
I use an all-purpose, a 12-6-6 formulation.
You know, when you walk into a
store and you see fertilizers says rose food 6-10-10, 12-8-4, all these different numbers
and they're specifically for
roses, well there's no way they can tell you exactly what you need 'cause they don't know
your soil.
What they're doing is
getting you to fertilize and that's the most important thing is getting some food down
on that plant and getting it growing
and that makes you happy, okay, so you'll see the results that you want, whether or
not it might be exactly the right
nutrients, who knows, but it works.
- It works.
- Yeah.
- Mr. D, anything to add to that?
- The only thing I would, again, I'd go back to soil testing you know, since soil test
is the only way that you can be sure,
and when you go with a routine fertilizer like that, you need to keep in mind that phosphorus
is more stable than any of the
other elements, and if you continue to put that third number, that phosphorus out there,
two or three years in a row, then
it is very likely that your phosphorus levels will get to excessively high levels, and if
you have excessively high levels
of phosphorus, it can interfere with the uptake of your other nutrients, so potassium on the
other hand, it doesn't stay
there that long, it will leach out over a period of three or four months, nitrogen,
four to six weeks, unless its sulfa
coated or you know, a slow release type, so just kinda keep that in the back of your mind
that the phosphorus is very very
stable and it can tend to accumulate over time and that's why you do need to check that
soil every once in a while, and if
that's the case, then you're gonna need to go with somethin' that's gonna be like 6-6-0
or, you know, you go with somethin'
that doesn't have any phosphorus for two or three years...
- ...you were talking about the pH that like a pH up around 6, 6.5, azaleas, hollys, dogwoods
like a pH 5.5 and down,
blueberries 5 to 4.5, so, you'll wanna make sure that you're fertilizing with the right
thing, you don't wanna bring the pH
down in your box woods or raise it in the other ones.
A good classic example are hydrangeas, you know, put a little, make
'em acidic, they turn blue, make 'em alkaline, they turn pink, and it takes just a little
bit of stuff to make that swing.

I Don't Want to be a Property Manager - Duration: 5:30.- David here, you know one of the questions I often get,
or maybe I should say, one of the statements I often get.
"Hey, David, I've heard a lot about Freedom Founders.
"I know you guys do a lot of high-level
"real estate investing, high structures,
"a lot of tax-preferenced ways to do it, but, here's
"the deal, I just do not want to manage properties."
And you know what, I get it, in fact, I don't want anybody
in my midst who are colleagues of mine, who are busy
in their professional practice.
Or business owners who need to really focus
their time on what they do best, and that is
in the business, in the practice. I don't want them,
I don't want you, I don't want me, to manage properties.
Now, I will say that back when I started, some 38 years ago,
that's right in 1980, I started investing by purchasing
my first rental property. Yeah those early years, yes,
I did manage my own properties.
I learned how to manage, but you know what, I had more time.
I had less skill set, didn't always know exactly how to buy
the right properties, so I went through those machinations.
I had to figure it out as I went.
And today, I'm all about helping my colleagues,
my Freedom Founders members fast track the approach,
which means no management for you.
So, how do you get around management?
Well, if you own property, if you're an equity owner,
which is a great way to build net worth,
to use leverage when it's appropriate.
To build cash flow, to have amortization of debt,
to have the appreciation, the inflation hedge that you have
with real estate with the value of the cash flow.
If you wanna have the depreciation tax preferences,
you have to have equity ownership, and of course,
ownership means somebody has to manage
because the income is produced by an occupant, a tenant. Right?
So, somebody's gotta manage that.
Well, the cool thing is when you are aligned
with the right people, I'll say it again
because this is the key, you gotta be aligned
with the right people, who manage the properties,
who have that system built in.
You see, the only people I'll work with today
are both great rehabbers, in other words
they can rehab the properties, maintain them.
They have the contractors, they have the systems in place,
and then on the backend, meaning
after the property's rehabbed, the property is managed.
And those are only the people I'll work with
'cause that just any "rank and file" management company
you can find in virtually every midsize
to large metropolitan city in the country.
No, absolutely, it's not.
You've gotta work with the right people,
and so, it's all about connection, that's the key.
So, that's one way, just having
the right backend management to manage the property.
For me, the easiest one to manage is single-family.
Now, we do things in multi-family, self-storage,
in mobile home park communities, but again,
the key thing is the right managers to do it.
That's where we do a heavy, heavy due diligence.
So again, right person, right management company is the key
all day long after you acquire the right property.
Now, there's another side to investing in real estate that
most people have no idea about, and that is being the bank.
That's right, you know, a bank lends money, and when a bank
lends money against real estate, it takes what's called
a lean position, the bank has lean position.
If you buy an office, a property, a home, and you
finance it through a bank, they have superior title to you.
You own the property, but they have superior title,
meaning that if you don't pay the bank,
the bank can take the property, called "foreclosure."
So, you can lend money, private parties, people, you and I,
or our entities, or our self-directed IRA accounts,
can lend money. And have that same bank security position,
a lean position against the property.
And that's what I call first money out.
Now, you don't get the same opportunities
to leverage into real estate.
You don't have the same tax preferences, like depreciation.
You're not going to have an inflation hedge,
but you do have the opportunity, the advantage of it
being a full step away from any kind of management at all.
So, which way do you go?
Well, it depends on where you are in life.
If you are building your estate, you need to catch up,
you need to build more net worth to have, therefore,
more cash flow. Then you need to be a little heavier
on the equity ownership side, where you
do need that manager in place.
If you've got a fair amount of capital,
and through your own blueprint, which is
what we do in Freedom Founders, is build a blueprint
so you know what your cashflow needs are,
you've got enough capital already in place.
You don't really need more leverage.
You don't really need tax write-offs as much.
Then you probably want the bulk of your money to be
in more of a lending position.
I do some of both, why? Not so much that I need
all the cash flow today, because I've got plenty
of cash flow from the existing real estate.
But I do wanna keep some amount of my assets leveraged.
Why? because I believe we're gonna heavy inflation,
so I'll keep a portion of my money in managed properties.
But I also do an awful lot of lending.
I do a lot of lending because that's relatively easy.
Again, how's it easy? it's the right connections.
It's all about the connections.
Once you understand how real estate works, that's
the fast track, and that's what most people don't get.
They think, "Well, I'll go out, and do this by myself."
Well, yeah you can theoretically, but you're gonna get beat up.
It's gonna take your time, it's gonna be a second job,
you're gonna deal with tenants.
You don't know the right people.
You gotta fast track it, so this is
not a sales pitch for Freedom Founders.
I'm just answering a question, but if you really wanna
do it, if you really wanna learn how to do it right, the right way.
Then, at least connect with us, and I'll teach more
of the concepts that I believe in, that I've found to be
true throughout my investing career, now in my 38th year.
If I can do it, anybody can do it.
It is the way to build that Plan B, to have that cash flow,
to have those options in life. So you don't have to be tied
or chained to the chair the way
you've earned your active income for so many years.
Remember, always stay focused on your freedom.
I'll see you next time.

3 Things Every Successful Person Has - Duration: 10:44.(Music)
TERRI: Hey, I'm Terri Savelle Foy, your cheerleader of dreams.
Hey, if you've never subscribed to this podcast, just push the
little red button right there to get consistent teaching tools
and tips to help you live your dreams. Today, I want to talk to
you about life begins at the end of your comfort zone. You know,
any time you're getting ready to go to a new level, the next
level of your life, it's going to demand leaving a place of
comfort, and that's not fun. I've discovered that God never
allows us to get too comfortable for too long. He's constantly
stretching us to do new things, to launch out, to dream bigger.
We can't stay in the safe zone all of our lives and expect to
live our dreams. In fact, God said to Joshua, "You have not
passed this way before." Well, God is saying that to you today,
that new things are on the horizon for, but you have to
step out in the faith. Just when we think, "I've got a system in
place. I can rest here." It's like God says, "It's time for
something new. Something big, expensive, costly,
uncomfortable, and sometimes downright scary." In fact,
somebody once said, "Comfort and convenience run the lives of
unsuccessful people." Now, I promise, this is a motivational
podcast, but you know, I've discovered in my own life, I
remember years ago, when I first graduated from college, I went
to work for my dad who's a minister, and my first job was
to transcribe little tapes, like listen to cassette tapes, word
for word, and write them down. Just type them up. Well that led
to my dad saying, "I want you to turn those transcripts into
books. Like become a ghost writer." Well that stretched me
out of my comfort zone. I was so scared that I was going to
delete content that he wanted. Well, I ended up writing more
than 25 books for him, and I got comfortable. I wasn't stretching
anymore. In fact, this is one of the books I wrote in two and a
half weeks. In other words, I got comfortable. Well, then I
remember when they asked me to supervise the whole media
department. That pushed me out of my comfort zone. That meant
overseeing the success of our website, magazine, resources,
books, CDs, TV show. Well, again, I had to step out of my
comfort zone. But then, little by little, I began to learn what
I could. I was able to talk about branding with confidence,
talk about target audiences, demographics, ROIs, things like
that. I met with the best producers and media marketing
specialists, and we ended up producing a successful TV show,
but I got comfortable. Then I remember when they wanted me to
be on the TV show with my dad, and I thought, "What? With this
voice? I don't want to be in front of people. I love being
behind the scenes." Well, you talk about stepping out of my
comfort zone. In fact, you know, I remember the first time I
started doing television, I was sitting in the parking lot in my
car on the phone with my best friend, crying going, "I don't
want to do this. I'm scared." Well, as a result, I began doing
the openings and the closes with my dad. Then it led to
co-hosting the TV show, which I did for 10 years, and we saw our
response go up, and we saw good results. I wasn't crying in the
parking lot anymore, and I loved it. In other words, I started to
get comfortable. Same thing when I became the CEO of my dad's
organization. That meant overseeing the finances, the
personnel, the media department, everything, and seven offices
around the world. Well, talk about stepping out of my comfort
zone. I remember the first time I went to a CEO workshop, and
when I was checking in, the lady looked at me like, "The Mary Kay
conference is around the corner." I was like, "No, I'm a
CEO." Well, I met with the best CEOs. I began to learn and
educate myself, and I did that for 11 years and saw great
success with our impact around the world, but then I got
comfortable behind my beautiful black desk. And then again ...
It's like it never ends because it doesn't ever end. In fact, I
remember when the Lord put it on my heart that it was time to
resign as CEO, move to Rockwall, Texas, open up offices from
scratch. I mean, we needed everything. Computers, desks,
chairs. We needed paper. We needed everything. I was like,
"I don't want to. I'm comfortable leading out." I was
very comfortable and safe there. Well, my dad had already built
everything for me. I'd been working with him for 22 years.
We had an entire customer service department, accounting,
shipping, TV studios, a team of people working with me. I had a
comfortable salary, insurance, retirement. Nope. The Lord said,
"It's time to start from scratch. Give it all up. All
this comfort and security and go." Well, we launched out
September 2014, and by December of that year, our ministry had
doubled. So, my point is, every time I've just sucked it up,
made myself launch out of my comfort zone, it's far exceeded
my expectations. In other words, you will never regret obeying
God. Everything you've ever wanted is one step outside your
comfort zone. Brian Tracy said, "Move out of your comfort zone."
He said, "You can only grow if you're willing to feel awkward
and uncomfortable when you try something new." Well, it's scary
though. In fact, the Lord said to me one time, "Terri, you're
so afraid of missing it, but that works both ways. You could
miss it if you do nothing." In fact, I remember, in 2009, I
just got away with the Lord, grabbed a journal and a pen, and
I just imagined my life in the future if I don't step out of my
comfort zone. I mean, I didn't have any distractions. I just
sat there and pretended nothing changes in my life from what I'm
doing today, and it's 10 years from now. Am I happy? So I
literally ... I wrote it out. I wrote out my life in the year
2019, added up my age, my daughter's age, how long I
would've been serving as CEO, what my daily routine is like,
and by the end of this picture that I painted on paper, I was
utterly miserable, and it wasn't that my life or my job were bad.
They were amazing, but it was because deep, down inside, I
knew God had more for my life, and I believe you do too. In
fact, I remember saying, "I'm comfortable financially. Rodney
and I go on amazing vacations, but how many scrapbooks can you
make of Rodney and Terri on the beach?" I wrote, "I was created
to do so much more with my life." Well, that exercise fired
me up to not come to the end of my life with nothing but regret
and some Hawaiian scrapbooks. Well, if you're in that stage
that I was where you know God has more, but you're hesitant to
leave that place of comfort, I'm believing this podcast is a
divine appointment to stir you up to step out. In fact, I heard
TD Jakes share a message years ago about a nest, and basically
he was saying, "Don't die in your nest." Well, oh Lord, did
it wake me up. Of course he was shouting in my ear and sweating
and stuff, but it was the most powerful message for me during
that transition, and he began to explain what is a nest. Of
course, this is a really cute fancy one, but a nest is a safe
place, a comfortable place, a secure place. In other words,
it's a comfort zone. Now keep in mind, the nest that initially is
a blessing, it becomes a curse if you stay in it too long. Well
God said, "I will lead you as the eagle stirs her nest." Now
keep in mind, stirring the nest, that only happens when the
eagles have grown too big to live in something so small. So
are you too big to be living in something so small? Is it tight
in your nest? But maybe you stay there because it's familiar,
it's comfortable, it doesn't demand too much of you? Well TD
Jakes explained. He said, "The same mother who made it cushy
and comfortable and nice and relaxing comes along with the
same beak and starts stirring the nest so that the protrusions
that were once on the outside now are pointing on the inside,
making it uncomfortable for you to stay in your nest." In other
words, what nourished you at one stage in your life, well, it's
too small for what God wants to do in your life now. Think about
it. If an eaglet, on it's own, would just fly out of the nest,
then the mom wouldn't have to stir the nest. In fact, Job
said, "I thought I would die in my nest." Well, have you ever
been in a situation that you thought wouldn't change, and
then God comes along and starts stirring things up, and you
think, "What is going on in my life? Like what happened?" Well,
it's just God saying, "I'm stirring the nest. It's time to
go to the next level." In other words, you can't rest in your
nest anymore. Suddenly, you'll start seeing things differently.
You start saying, "I never realized how small this is, how
limited this is." In other words, I've got to get out. I've
got to go to the next level. See, you're not supposed to stay
there. You were supposed to start there. You were never
meant to be housed in something so small. Suddenly you're going
to realize the world out there is bigger than the world in
here. The Bible says we will soar up with wings as eagles,
right? Well, as long as you stay in the nest, you can't spread
your wings, and you can forget about soaring, so let me just
say, you may be feeling like God is telling you to leave a place
of comfort, a job, a career, start a new thing in your life,
a new business, a ministry, an outreach, a career change, or
just start pursuing that bigger dream that's in your heart. In
fact, I remember texting my dad, and I was crying saying, "Dad, I
didn't know it was going to be this hard." Like to leave his
ministry, and my dad texted me back a powerful statement that I
want you to hold on to. He said, "Terri, transition is God's way
of promotion." Transition is God's way of promotion. Well, I
don't know what God may be speaking to your spirit, but I
know we must never get too comfortable. As long as you're
comfortable, you're not growing. So transition is necessary in
order for you to pursue the next assignment that God has for your
life. Well, I want to just take a moment to recognize our
subscriber of the week, and this is Ruth Junior. Ruth Junior
says, "God bless you, Terri, for your good work." She said, "You
have inspired me and motivated me all these years." I
appreciate that, and it's an honor to do this. She said,
"Through your inspirations, I was able to discover my calling,
and I'm now living my dreams." She said, "I'm looking forward
to host a big conference with you one day very soon. God
richly bless you." Well, Ruth Junior, I'm cheering you on, and
I'm so proud of you to hear that you're living your dreams. And
just remember, those of you watching, anytime you're getting
ready to go to a new level, the next level of your life, it will
demand leaving a place of comfort. I have a feeling Ruth
has left that comfort zone. So I want to help you step out of
your comfort zones so you can go after all that God has for you.

New Create a Class System - Changes to Divisions - Huge CoD WW2 Update - Duration: 11:06.Hello everybody, in today's video I'll be focusing on all the changes to the
divisions and what you should be using after the update and give you a layout
of the video I'm going to focus to the first part of the video on breaking down
the different changes to the divisions I'm gonna do that rather quickly so it
doesn't take a ton of time I'm gonna talk about the changes to the create a
class system so that you can be better prepared on how you're gonna adjust your
load outs and then so you can have your best class setups day one so the first
we're gonna look at is infantry and on the screen you can see all the different
changes I'm gonna focus on the new things so we're gonna additional primary
attachment that's gonna swap from perk number to second pistol attachment swap
weapons faster that's from resistance level 3 while aiming down sights have
less idle sway that's from a basic training called scope and then move
faster while aiming so this one might be nerfed because you can see the red lines
crossed out right there for significantly faster we'll just have to
see how that plays out so some might might need a test after the update so
the new creative class is gonna look something like this
and what you're gonna see is that extra green box will be there cuz you're gonna
have four attachments automatically with infantry we're gonna get rid of that
little bayonet so that's not gonna be there by default anymore it's going to
be an attachment so in when you're reading the it feels like they gave us
primed automatically but in reality they didn't they just removed the attachment
automatically so we can attach it if we want if you don't want to run that
bayonet you're gonna essentially have an extra attachment since the infantry
level 2 gives you that extra attachment for your pistol you're gonna go ahead
and see this extra box highlighted in green in the middle as well right at the
bottom next to lethal box you're gonna have a tactical because part of the
update is everyone's gonna have a lethal and a tactical default for every class
so we'll go ahead and kind of see how that plays out but this is the update
for infantry so far based off that you're not gonna have a significant
change and you create a class for that one it's just infantry might not be as
dominant because you don't have that extra ammo and then we'll have to see
how far that nerf goes on that significantly faster strafing part
versus just strafing faster because a huge draw of infantry was you have the
real extra attachment with the bayonet already included and then you already
had the advanced strafing and then extra ammo so you can
actually go on these extra long streets now picking up other people's guns but
pretty much the class setups are still gonna be the same for this specific
class it's for now you could probably put in some
submachine guns because you can actually run suppressor with them now so we'll go
ahead and kind of see how that plays out I'm gonna give you some better class
setups with the submachine guns once the update goes live or airborne they made
the SMG suppressor a in an attachment you can see that there and they also
eliminated the sprint for longer distances because now everybody will
have unlimited sprint on that slightly slower than our normal sprint that were
used to just to accelerate the pace of the game a little bit you can see
they've made some other changes as far as firing gun while sprinting and diving
that's a basic training as far as reloading while sprinting another basic
training that they merge with this and then you have time over objects faster
and no fall damage so they added that last part of up no fall damage which was
from a basic training I believe and then we also have sprint faster over time so
basically they just modified that so the longer you're sprinting you will
accelerate we'll have to see if there's a cap on how fast you go and right here
you can see they made similar changes to the actual create a class system you're
gonna have that extra attachment slot because now the suppressor is optional
it's not guaranteed mandatory so you can actually swap out other guns as well so
if you wanted to run an AR with the bayonet you have that option right here
you don't get that extra pistol attachment because it's not included
with this one and then right at the bottom you are gonna have that extra
tactical so you will have some flexibility with that but as far as the
creative class system this is gonna be a significant difference just because you
have that unlimited sprint and you're gonna be able to move faster not worry
about fall damage so you can jump out of buildings and move real quick
and we'll see how effective this one is but let's get into the the more
interesting changes and that's to these next couple divisions
so overall the Armored Division is probably one of the main divisions that
got a huge buff all the way around see the LMG bipod is now default on any LMG
which will free up a create-a-class slot as far as immune to shell-shocked and
tactical equipment that's still the slot number two but you can see for slot
number one they combined armored three and four so you're gonna take
significantly less explosive and fire damage so that's a huge buff there that
bind it into one number three you're gonna see they added FMJ so you're gonna
have increased bullet penetration which is going to be
some just intuitively you're not gonna have to waste an attachment on that so
that's another buff and then it says greatly reduced flinch wind shot so that
kind of stole half of the prime basic training which they remove from the game
so they were moving that completely from the game and you're gonna have that
reduced flinch so this is gonna help you a lot in gunfights so this will probably
be a top tier division depending on how you can synergize the different weapons
pretty sure this one's gonna be a heavy favorite so we'll just have to wait and
see so let's get on to the mountain division well before we do that if you
are enjoying the video in any way remember to click the like button it
does help the video go ahead and leave a comment down below what your favorite
change is then go ahead and subscribe with notifications on if you haven't
already I do a lot of these breakdowns on the channel this is type of content
you're interested in learning more about creative class setups tips and tricks on
how to improve this is channel for you so again let's get into mountain and
looking at this one this one might be one of the most overpowered classes
there is because all I got was buffs so now sniper sharpshooter default for
every sniper rifle so regardless of what division is that with gonna be able to
hold your breath which is nice that's like every other college before now perk
number one is going to be invisible to enemy recon and can cold streak they'd
combine two or three so that's two perks right there
nope enemy death locations hidden those like that extra perk that you got from
those two or something like that goes pro in a previous Call of Duty no name
or radical change when your enemies aim at you another huge perk they're still
silent movement for number four so this one is gonna synergize really well with
those SMGs that don't need a bunch of attachments because you can actually
have the suppressor like for the type 1 100 you're gonna have that extended mags
and maybe rapid fire and suppressor so this is you're gonna be completely
silent on the map you'll be able to hear everything around you sound whore and
you're gonna be able to kill people they will know where you're killing people
from no reticle change so in hardcore it's gonna be almost overpowered because
it's not gonna be pop-up so you're not gonna have the instinct if it's teammate
friend or foe this one is gonna be real fun to use probably very hard to compete
against it'd be fun now looking at expeditionary we can see that a lots
changed now that you actually have those incendiary shells
free up a spot now it's it's default that you're able to equip to any shotgun
as an attachment the same way we've done suppressor and rifle bayonet so right
here it's a little select piece of equipment and lethal attack this one
buffed and they basically combined number two and three as you can see now
is number one so double lethal and tactical and enhance equipment use and
that looks like the throw further faster while sprinting so that's going to be
pip use the munitions Prentiss worm killed enemies and over time this was a
huge buff to number four because before it was through killed enemies now you
can kind of camp and then they'll just replenish on their own and then it keeps
original values for this improved tactical ears ear to destroy buildable
so what I mean by keeps original values what happens is they're nerfing
tacticals forward to reduce their time and effectiveness so this one is a bit
to improve its gonna keep that original value that we currently have now destroy
war buildable so that's gonna be planting things on it's gonna take a
little bit less time so before it was let's say six seconds now it'll be five
I don't know the exact value because it wasn't stated we'll have to see this one
equipment damage paints enemies on the mini-map that's one basic training
espionage so that was damage in general but this is specific equipment damage so
if you put a bouncing betty now that would be lit up like a Christmas tree on
your mini-map so this was gonna be I think the opposite of fun I think it's
gonna be very annoying to deal with but we'll just have to see how it plays out
when it comes to resistance it's had a few changes as well so right here you
can see the pistol tactical knife has been completely removed so what you're
gonna see that is the pistols will now have that attachment most likely now
which that might be able to synergize well with the mountain division's since
you'll be off the map off the radar hidden you'll be able to even sound more
everybody and you can see they move that infantry division from
this one to the infantry so now we can see that they combined number two and
four for a number the new number one some mini-map indicator and scrambler of
close hostiles and then they added a couple new features so enemy movement
are easier here we'll see how different audibly that is kills an assist grant
Intel ping of nearby enemies on they had something very simple or a similar in a
infinite warfare so we'll kind of see how that ping works and how affected
that is and easier to spot targets and increase mini-map coverage that sounds a
lot like a basic training that we're all familiar with hopefully and that's the
lookout so that's some of the changes to this division so let me go ahead and
kind of break down some of the different things that you guys should be looking
for when creating these new classes so the number one thing you're gonna want
to realize is whatever classes you have been using as far as weapon loadout that
means when you select the weapon and then just select the attachments
everything will probably be pretty similar so some of the changes that
might happen is for example if you're gonna be using armored now that you have
that bullet penetration through surfaces maybe you don't run FMJ if you're
already running FMJ in my opinion FMJ was always a wasted attachment so this
one that you get it by default might be nice but in general it might just be a
waste of perk for armored so we'll just have to kind of see how it plays out
sure in certain maps will be more effective than others along with some of
these tweaks to the divisions there's been a lot of other underlying tweaks
that they've added to the game so for example even though the there's been a
buff to the armored division where you take less damage they change the
reduction from 65 reduction up to 80 reduction so in this particular case if
they're nerfing some of the lethal you're gonna get a combined net droppage
of probably about 85% that means you might be able to take two nades before
you die but you'll still be 1-shot take two nate's so there are different things
we got to check out that makes certain classes better than others but if you've
been using the SDG with the extended mags rifle barrel or advanced rifling
rather and an high-caliber that's still gonna be your go to class except for now
you might have to debate putting the bayonet on and put some other attachment
if you don't use the bayonet often same thing with smg's now you'll have a
slut if you don't want to run suppressor you can actually have an
extra attachment so it just gave you some more flexibility to create a class
system it's not overhauling anything I mean I know there's a lot of changes
with the divisions but as far as the weapons and attachment it's gonna be
very very similar to what you've already been doing this entire time if you have
stuck around to the end of the video I really appreciate that good it makes you

CASTRAÇÃO - Duration: 1:44.-How are you, Doc? -Hi, Mrs. Anna. How are you?
-What do we have today? -I'm castrating Dudu today.
Really? Where is he? What breed?
Son of a bitch!
-Ouch, Mom! -That's what he is!
He knocked up 3 girlfriends, 2 one-night stands
and 4 house cleaners.
No one wants to work for us, Doc!
Hold on, Mrs. Anna.
I'm tired of teaching them how to make meatloaf.
Stop, Mom! It hurts!
How am I supposed to castrate your son?
Doc, you get the plier and you cut
that skin between the asshole and the balls, that's how.
I know the procedure but that's not how it works.
-It's not. -Okay then. I'll do it.
You can use a nail clipper. Can't you, Doc?
-Mrs. Anna... -It can work. I know how to knit.
-You're overly emotional. -He agreed!
-Let's go home, Mom. -You agreed!
-Stop, Mom! -He's gonna be so calm...
Mrs. Anna, isn't it easier to make him use condoms?
See?
I filled the house with condoms, Doc!
My hair is oily from so much latex in the air.
This scumbag doesn't use it!
Hold on!
Let's think about an alternative solution.
What if you hire an older cleaning lady?
I've tried, Doc. Jussara was 50.
It's like his sperm is a shears on steroids!
Jesus Christ!
Now not only I ask for references but for IUDs, too.
Aren't you overreacting?
Do you think?
Move, Dudu!
-Get out, Mom! -Come! Come, Dudu!
Get out, Mom!
Dudu! Off, Dudu!
Get out, Mom! Let me live my life!
-Come! Come! -Let me live my life.
Dudu! Dudu, come! Come, Dudu!
Can you get that spray for me, Ma'am?
-That one there. -It feels so good...
-Get it... -Don't get it, Mom!
Just let me... Oh, I'm done. I'm done.

Vivendo com diabetes no Japão - Duration: 6:16.Hi guys here's another video from the International Diabetes series
and today we'll know how is it like to live with diabetes in Japan
Today's story is from Kelly Matsumoto Beloto
She's the mother of a girl
that became diabetic when they were already living in Japan
so she has some things to tell about her experience
Instead of recording a video she decided to write her answers here
and i'll be reading them so that you know how it's like to have diabetes in Japan
Kelly lives in Iwata located on the province of Shizuoka
Her facebook is Kelly Matsumoto and her instagram is Kelly Beloto
Her daughter was diagnosed a year and a half ago
and here's her diagnosis story
Since before going to Japan she was already drinking a lot of water
but never showed any other symptom
but right after getting there
he started drinking a lot more water and peeing frequently
She also lost weight and was getting tired easily
That was when they decided to take her to a doctor
lthough Kelly read on the internet
that it could be diabetes because of the symptoms
Then she decided to wait for the doctor
When they got there the doctor wanted to give to her daughter a throat remedy
but she said she wanted to make a blood testing and the doctor was curious
Then she requested a transfer to a hospital
and she was lucky because it was appointed for the next day
They hurried to the hospital
because her A1C was 9.9
Then she was immediately hospitalized for 21 days.
Kelly says she was very scared
because she didn't know how to take care of her daughter without doctors
but that everything worked out fine
and that a year and a half later her daughter's A1C is 7.5 (way better)
and that she learns something new every day.
I asked her about if they have or need health plan
She then proceeded to tell me that in Japan everybody in a family have government health insurance
which is discounted from the salary just like retirement, unemployment insurance, income tax, etc.
And even with this insurance you only have to pay 30% of the expenses
but since her daughter is still a child
she doesn't have to pay anything
Now what I got from it: In Japan every month the health insurance is discounted from your salary
and this insurance gives you 70% off of supplies
So if you'd have to spend 100 reais on supplies
you'd only have to pay 30 reais
but since her daughter is very young it doesn't cost anything
I also asked about her treatment.
If she uses insulin pump, which insulin she uses and if she uses a sensor
Kelly told me that she takes her daughter to the doctor once every month
and blood testing every two months
She doesn't use insulin pump and as for insulin she uses Humalog and Glargina.
She doesn't use sensor and measure her sugar levels 10 times a day
I asked Kelly how much does it cost to live with diabetes in Japan.
She doesn't told me the exact numbers but she said she pays the health plan every month
and once a year she gets a refund so it doesn't cost anything
But overall how does the whole process to get supplies work?
She said: when my daughter was diagnosed I was told that I could make a requirement
to the government and i did just that
I brought them some papers and they stipulated the amount to be paid based on my husband's annual salary
and get all the supplies you need on the monthly routine appointment
I asked about how does it work for immigrants
If the person already has diabetes and move to Japan how does it work
She said she doesn't really know because
since her daughter was diagnosed there her case was different.
But she doesn't believe it's too different.
If you live there legally and pay your taxes you should be good
So i believe that if you're able to get a visa to live there or if you become
a Japanese citizen you'll probably get the same treatment.
And what about technology access?
Are there insulin pumps?
If so from which manufacturer?
She told me that in Japan the technology part for diabetes is very underdeveloped.
She can get a pump for her daughter
but she'd have to change her hospital because the one she's at doesn't have pumps
She doesn't really know which manufacturers are there
From what i got i think that a few hospitals also give a pump along with the supplies
but some don't
So, general hospitals treats diabetes and give some supplies like test strips and insulin
and the specialized ones gives a pump
I then asked about the brands of glucose sensors in Japan
and she didn't know but that she uses the One Touch from Johnson.
Regarding medical care i asked how people with diabetes are treated on emergencies at hospitals.
She said that thankfully she never needed it
although she once ran out of needles to check the sugar levels
and had to go through an appointment to get it.
She doesn't believe it's bad though
She told me that in Japan there aren't shortages of supplies
and that sometimes there's even some leftovers in the refrigerator (oh god...)
I asked if there are any laws to help people with diabetes
and she said that she doesn't know. She just know about her daughter
she doesn't know how it is to adults
because everything is still new to her
and she'll have to research on that, so we can talk about it on future
For those that are curious that's Kelly with her daughter and husband
I hope you find this video very useful
If you liked it give me a thumbs up

xoxo see you later!
