There's no chance for a resurrection

Nobody will be able to stay alive after today

The exams want to kill us

Time for war!!

The teacher gave us an exercise

The other wants an essay

I don't know if I'm going to survive tomorrow

Fuck my life

I'm going to be studying all night

I'm going to need a lot of coffee for that kind for energy

I'm losing the strength to hold out any longer

School life is taking over me

A thousand hours and tears

and pieces of information too

If I don't write back the stress killed me

If you see me wanting to cry more and more

Then bring a pistol and we'll shoot ourselves

You better not tell me, "Well,

I know how you must be feeling"

I'm reading the same thing again

although I don't have a lot of time

My heart's counting down the days

So long, I hate

Gadget Racers (Choro Q HG - PS2) Walkthrough Part 1: Diet Gran Turismo - Duration: 14:12.

Welcome to Gadget Racers for Playstation 2, known as Choro Q HG (High Grade) in original Japanese version.

In this game, we participate in a career mode to collect super-deformed car and enjoy wacky fantasy world.

First, you have to buy a car body. The bodies have no difference in term of performance...

...so just choose whatever you like from these 6 starter kits.

I'll go for the 1999's Suzuki Wagon R, which is a pretty good looking one here.

I will try to name these bodies according to the real cars. I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to these things.

Here you can select multiple places to visit. You can race, modify, buy things, etc.

Press R1 button for a shortcut. This is very useful when you decide to modify when viewing a racing track.

These licenses will allow you to participate in different races in the game.

All of these are very similar to Gran Turismo games, but a lot less complicated.

:Test 1: Start-stop: Stop at the finish line before the time runs out.

Test 2, cornering: Take a corner and finish the curve as fast as possible.

The car seems to have a lot of oversteer. Be careful not to overshoot it.

Test 3, more cornering.

The test gives you a racing line, but you don't necessary need to follow it strictly.

With this level of oversteer, you can take the corner even without slowing down. Touch the apex and keep going.

Test 4, zig-zig road. Get through the end carrying maximum speed.

One thing of note: The test won't fail you even if you touch the wall.

Still, it's the best to avoid abusing your body, since it saves time and preserve the chassis's durability.

test 5, on-road time attack: Finish one lap before the time runs out.

Just follow the racing line, and you should be fine.

The test won't fail you even if you're on the grass, as you saw.

Test 6, off-road start-stop: Stop at the finish line after some jumps.

Test 7, cornering: Get through the off road corner.beware of road bumps.

Test 8, banking slope: Get through a corner. This is pretty easy as well.

Test 9, multiple corners: Get through the corners.

This left turn has two entrances. Stick to the inside then carry the speed to get through the upcoming right turn.

Test 10, off-road time attack: Finish a lap before the tome runs out.

Look out primarily for road bumps that can slow you down. Otherwise, just follow the racing line.

With the O License, we can now race.

This is the only race you can win with the stock setup.

With the cash we've gained, we should start buying upgrades to make our car better.

There are part shop, body shop, tuning shop, trading center, paint, and car wash.

Shops will be unlocked as you play.

I'll buy the High Grip Tires, Quick Steering, and 4-MT.

Many players tend to go for an engine for first upgrade, but for me, if given a chance, I'll always go for the gears.

This is because the new engine will only gives you small boost of power, but 4-MT will give a whole another level of engine capacity from 3-AT, making you go even faster.

I still buy a new engine for the heck of it, though.

Well change our equipment and prepare for the next race.

High Grip Tire will be our all-purpose racing tires during the current part of the game.

Let's play "NASCAR", featuring cute cars.

135 mph. That's more than enough to secure us a good position.

In every race from now on, there will be this kind of "overpowered rival" that will take P1 from you.

We can't beat this type of rival for now. So, focus on finishing the race in second place.

Good o' Choro Q main theme. This version is one of the best.

There's a Hummer closing in fast. I have to keep it together.

I luckily finished P1. This should give us prenty of cash.

This off-road corner is very slippery. If you turn too much, you'll slide.

This underwater section is why I prefer MT over AT in this game.

MT allows you to shift down to the point you won't over-rev underwater.

At the 2nd gear, you car will move as quick as other cars with water propeller parts.

We'll have to consider buying the water propeller upgrades in the long run, though.

Too much sliding. I lost a position.

Well, this has been good so far.

The Ranch Life is Family - Duration: 7:40.

Hi I'm Mike.

6 years ago today, we lost the man that brought us into this world.

Not my father, but a man that I would have been glad to call my dad.

His name was Gilbert and without him, me, Erin our kids, our entire family and you included,

wouldnt be where we are today right now, right here on Our Wyoming Life.

Welcome to Our Wyoming Life, if this is your first time here, please subscribe and come

along with us as we explore the ranch life and escape the ordinary and if you have been

here with us before, thanks for coming back and being a part of our lives.

A life that we never would have dreamt for ourselves, a life that really when it comes

down to it is all thanks to one person.

His name was Gilbert Oedekoven and he was my father in law.

Gilbert ranched his entire life, he worked many different jobs to support his ranching

habit and was successful at it.

For him, the ranch was his whole life, it was so very important to him and I though

that today I would share with you why it was not only important to him but also to us.

10 years ago both Erin, my wife, and I were working corporate jobs in radio, we both thought

that career would last us the rest of our lives.

That we would end up buying a house, settling down, maybe having a family and living the

american dream, white picket fence, that kind of thing.

Little did we know that in October of that year our lives would be turned upside down.

Gilberts health was failing, and right then he needed help to work his Wyoming ranch.

We took a 15 years in a career and quit.

We didnt know anything about ranching, our meat came from the grocery store, visting

the farmers market was a way to escape the office and kill an afternoon and we would

buy kettle corn and walk around enjoying the sunshine and then the next day go to the store

and buy our vegetables there, not even realizing that just the day before, the guy that was

selling his tomatoes, or corn or brocolli was counting on his sales to feed his family.

Since we came to the ranch we have learned alot, we've grown as people, we've maybe even

become better people and when we lost Gilbert 6 years ago we were thrust into a whole new

level of this experience.

Gilbert taught me alot, but no where near everything I needed to know to do this job

right, and successfully.

A year or so ago we started this youtube channel and I know its gonna sound weird but bringing

you along for the ride has taught me more than I have learned over the past few years

out here.

We release videos from the ranch 3 times per week and I rarely struggle with what to make

a video about, but this week has been a little hard for me.

Its not like we are lacking anything to do, we are calving.

We have storms moving in almost every night, I'm out checking cows constantly day and night

but I wanted to do something today only to honor Gilbert a little bit but maybe something

that would explain why he did this for more than 70 years of his life and why we plan

on doing the same thing.

In the US the average american eats 55 lbs of beef per year, total beef consumption was

over 24 billion pounds last year, Thats enough beef to fill the Houston astrodome from floor

to ceiling 14 times.

A lot of that beef starts on small family ranches just like this one.

In fact most of them are smaller.

The average herd size in the US is only 40 cows.

There are around 800,000 beef cattle operations in the US, but farm and ranch families only

make up 2% of the US population and one US farm feeds on average of 165 people per year.

But to be perfectly honest, all of these numbers dont mean much to the average rancher or farmer.

Its impressive when you look at it, when you hear the numbers.

But if I could go back and ask Gilbert why he did this for his entire life, his answer

would probably surprise us all.

I think Gilbert would have said, because he could.

I dont think he ever thought about how much beef an average person ate, or how many families

he fed.

Truth is though, he worked hard his entire life to get us where we are today.

A.side from ranching, he drove one of the first taxi's in our county, he used to mow

the runway at the airport before it was concrete and he worked for the local grain elevator,

where rumor is that he got fired everyday and still came back the next morning and went

to work again like nothing every happened.

Sitting here in the shop, where he used to come and hang out for hours every day.

Just enjoying being on the ranch.

Toward the end of Gilberts life, he lived in town, he didnt live on the ranch and I

used to drive him every single day.

He would go out and putz around on his gator or like I said sit in the shop.

I used to think it was weird.

Of course those were my first years here.

The longer I'm here, I find myself doing the same thing.

Just enjoying the ranch life.

Gilbert is still on the ranch in a way, in fact he buried right here, I dont think there

is any place he'd rather be.

I'm going to let it go there, its a holiday.

Go enjoy time with your families.

As you sit down and eat, think about all the Gilberts of the world that gave us what we

have today, that helped put that food on our plates, that give us a chance to sit around

the table with people we maybe dont get to see that often or get to connect with.

I know this has been a different kind of episode than you are used to, but we will be back

next week on Tuesday with the project list and we will get more done around here.

Erin is back this week in the gardens.

Calving will continue and ramp up even more, we've got 15 calves now on the ground and

a whole lot more to come.

Hopefully spring is just around the corner for us and we can really start to get busy.

Find us on facebook for content you cant find anywhere else, you can also visit our website

at www.ourwyominglife.com And until next time, have a happy easter and

thanks for joining us in our wyoming life.

DC Metro SmarTrip Card - How Much Money Do You Need? - Duration: 5:12.

In this video I'm going to tell you about how much money you need on your SmarTrip card to ride the Washington DC

Metro and how to load it up.

HELLO! Welcome to Trip Hacks DC, my name is Rob. I'm a tour guide here in the nation's capital. Ifyou're coming to Washington DC

and you're looking for the best tips, tricks, and hacks for exploring the city, make sure to subscribe to this channel and hit the bell

notification icon so that you don't miss any new videos.

And if you're interested in signing up for a Trip Hacks DC tour, head on over to TripHacksDC.com

afterwards, to see the tours that I offer. If you're new to this channel I actually have several other Metro videos

and I will leave a link to my Metro video playlist in the video description. If you have any questions about using Metro during your

trip, leave a comment on this video and I will try to help you out, otherwise,

let's get started... One question that I get asked a lot is "how much money should I load onto my SmarTrip card?" In my

previous video on the dos and don'ts of Metro, I

suggested buying a SmarTrip card with the $8 default value and topping it up as needed; however if you're coming to DC and you

know you're gonna be staying for a while, or riding the Metro a lot, it might make sense to add more money at the beginning.

Unlike in other cities, our Metro does not use flat fares. What you will pay

depends on how far you travel and whether you're riding during peak time around rush hour or not. For a typical visitor who is staying downtown

and using Metro to get to the major sites,

I would budget $2.50 per ride on average. $2.50

is a good starting point.

For some people it might be too much; for other people it might not be enough. So if you want to get really precise about

it you can actually use the Metro website to find out exactly what the fare is going to be

between two stations. So once you're on

www.wmata.com you're going to find the page for the station where you're starting your trip from. Scroll down a little and then click or tap

"Metrorail Fares" then from the drop-down box select the

station that you want to travel to. In this example if I wanted to travel from Capitol South to Arlington Cemetery

station I would know that it costs $2.50 during peak hours

and $2.20 during off-peak hours.

So if you're a really super organized planner you can look up all of the fares for the trips that you plan to take and

then use a calculator or a spreadsheet to

total them up. Now the next question that I get asked all of the time is

"should I buy an unlimited ride pass?" and my answer to this is almost always

NO

Psychologically we humans love unlimited stuff. The reason is because after you've paid that original amount

everything after that feels free - even though it really isn't. In my experience, most visitors to Washington DC

will not use Metro enough to make an unlimited ride pass worth it. Plus

they're generally confusing and even if they do save you some money,

chances are that that amount is going to be pretty minimal. So since you're not going to be using a pass,

let's say that you loaded your SmarTrip up with $8 like I suggested, but now you're running low,

what do you do?

Topping up your SmarTrip is super simple. Find a fare machine in any station and

start by tapping your SmarTrip up against the target. On the little screen it will tell you exactly

how much money you have on your SmarTrip card. If you have cash

it's as simple as just feeding it into the machine. If you want to pay with a credit card

you can use the up and down buttons to change the amount on the screen and then swipe your card to add it.

After you're done

you just tap your SmarTrip card against that target again to complete the transaction.

But let's say that you forgot to top-up your card and now you're taking a ride

but you don't have enough money on your SmarTrip to cover it. For example if you're taking that $2.50

Arlington Cemetery ride from the example earlier

but you only have

$2.00 on your SmarTrip card

when you go to exit, the fare gates actually won't let you out. What you're going to have to do is use one of the

Exitfare machines to add more money to your card. Now the big, huge annoyance about these Exitfare machines

is that in 2018 they are all cash only, so be mindful to either check your balance before you go into the system,

or carry some small bills with you. And lastly

let's say that you overestimated and overloaded your card

and now you have a balance that you didn't spend. Can you get a refund on your unused balance? The answer to this one is...

Maybe. On the wmata website it says that if you live outside of a 100 mile radius of Washington DC or Baltimore

you may be eligible for a refund on your balance and to contact SmarTrip customer support to discuss. Now,

I have never personally tried this because I obviously don't live a hundred miles or more away, and note that the words "may be

eligible" are quite vague, and

contact customer service "to discuss" is also rather vague, so whether this will actually work,

I have no idea, but if you have a large balance on your card, and you really want that money back

it's worth a try.

Alternatively there are some charities here in town that will accept a SmarTrip card with a balance on it.

They will use the balance to help the less fortunate get to job interviews, doctor's appointments, and that sort of thing, and I will leave

a link in the video description

to one of those charities if you have a smart trip card that you want to mail to them. And that's it!

Thank you for watching this video. If you found it helpful you can subscribe to this channel by clicking on the Trip Hacks DC logo

which is popping up right now at the bottom of the screen.

And if you're coming to DC and want to sign up for a Trip Hacks DC tour, you can click on the Capitol dome on

the left side of my head,

that'll take you over to TripHacksDC.com where you can see the tours that I offer. Enjoy your trip!

Tutorial | Como fazer um Marca Paginas - Punto de Libro - com LA PAREJA CREATIVA - Duration: 11:09.

Hi! I'm Susana from Pink & Fun

and today I'll make a book mark

in collaboration with "La Pareja Creativa"

So to get started

i cut cardstock

with 15cm x 15cm

and I'm going to make a crease, like this

and another one, like that

That's it!

Now I will cut out one of the four triangles,

crease

and set aside

I'll cut a square of cardstock

with 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm

diagonally

As I have already shown in another video,

I received these cutting dies as a gift

in the last order I made to "La Pareja Creativa"

but they are very similar to the ones of the "En el Campo" set

I'll use three post-its

and in the repositionable adhesive side

I can die cut 6 clouds

3 at a time

Now, I'll apply them to one of the triangles

and I'm going to use them as a mask

with a blue Ditress ink (Tumbled Glass)

and a blending tool

I will give some color, in circular motion,

to simulate the sky

this is the result

Now I'm going to do exactly the same thing

in the other triangle

Now, I'm going to use 2 cutting dies of this butterfly set

This one is my favorite

it's a tiny butterfly

I'll choose where I want to put it

and I'm going to cut

At the same time

I'll cut the butterfly in golden cardbstock

To make the ground, which will be grass,

I'll use a cutting die from this Avery elle set

I'll cut it twice on scrapbooking paper

and I'll stick them to the triangles

I'm also going to cut a square of golden cardstock,

with 10 cm x 10 cm

diagonally

forming 2 triangles

which will be the previous triangles backgrounds

Now, I'm going to use a stamp from the cutest set in the world,

(this elephant)

some cardstock,

an acrylic block

and Memento Ink

which is suitable to use with alcohol based markers

I'm going to stamp the elephant.

and I'll color it

I will show my colouring process,

not to teach you, because I 'm not an expert

but to remind you that you can not be afraid

and we just achieving it, practicing

Here is my elephant.

And now, I'll trim it

I will use the larger cutting die of this set,

also from La Pareja Creativa,

and instead to cut the full die,

I'm going to cut only one side on a strip of golden cardstock

and I'll get a decorative border for my project

Before assembling everything

I will stamp the sentiment "Handmade with Love"

with a gold ink, on one of the cards

Before to paste the book mark

I will apply the gold strip on the back of the flap

on here

showing the scalloped edge

and now I'll apply adhesive to the flap

and paste

I'll attach the triangles too

one ahead

and another behind

attach the elephant,

the butterfly

and that's it!

The book mark is ready

I hope you enjoyed this video

if so, do not forget to share it,

Thank you so much for stopping by

Kisses and see you next time!

Easter Eggs You Always Miss In Movies - Duration: 10:01.

Hunting for Easter eggs in movies has become a passion for large numbers of movie geeks

out there.

In fact, there's no shortage of YouTube channels whose whole deal is all about pointing out

Easter eggs you might have missed in movies or even just their trailers.

Movie sites and wikis abound with lists of Easter eggs to be found in your favorite flicks.

And yet, even with all that, there are some Easter eggs from classic movies that don't

appear on any site or YouTube video for some reason.

In fact, once we point them out to you, you'll wonder how you missed these amazing Easter

Eggs for so, so long.

Here's a whole basket of movie Easter eggs that no one has ever thought to point out

— until now.

"Here kid, have an egg."

Malls attract strange company

The 1995 follow-up to Kevin Smith's seminal cult film Clerks, Mallrats boasts any number

of unforgettable scenes: like the one where a bearded Stan Lee pops up to talk about Ben

Grimm's junk.

Or the one with the schooner in the Magic Eye.

"Wow! A sailboat!"

"Shut up."

Or the one where Michael Rooker, currently beloved for his roles in The Walking Dead

and Guardians of the Galaxy, licks butt juice off his hand.

But for true cinephiles who are always looking to trump each other by uncovering the coolest

and most obscure Easter eggs in movies, one scene in particular stands out.

Early in the film, lovable slacker Brodie gets dumped by his girlfriend Rene to date

Ben Affleck's character.

Affleck then kidnaps Brodie and beats him up.

But when Brodie's friends, including Jay and Silent Bob, ask him what happened, he lies

and says the mall's Easter Bunny is the one who busted his nose.

"All I said was the Easter Bunny at the Menlo Park Mall was more convincing, and he just

jumped the railing and knocked me down."

Jay and Silent Bob decide to avenge their pal Brodie in the way they know best: tactless

violence.

But eagle-eyed viewers will catch an added layer to this scene.

If you look in the background, you'll see several plastic Easter Bunnies holding baskets.

And what's in those baskets?

Yeah, boy.

It's Easter eggs.

Bill and Ted's Bogus Holiday

Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey is the vastly underappreciated 1991 sequel to 1989's Bill

and Ted's Excellent Adventure, a movie that somehow managed to both kick off Keanu Reeves'

career and end Alex Winter's.

While the original film is about Bill and Ted traveling through time to gather historical

figures in order to pass their history presentation, Bogus Journey focuses on the two teens getting

offed by evil robot versions of themselves, going to Hell, and teaming up with the Grim

Reaper to save their fiancées.

It rules.

"(awesome guitar lick)"

While in Hell, the two dudes are forced to

face their greatest fears, which include Bill's grody grandmother and a military school colonel

who assigns them infinite push-ups.

The scariest vision of all, however, is one in which Ted is reverted to a younger version

of himself who had stolen a basket full of candy with his younger brother's name on it.

As he digs into the basket, he's confronted by a Chucky-faced pink rabbit who chases and

taunts him for making his brother cry.

Yup — the basket Ted stole from his brother was an Easter basket.

In other words: you guessed it, it was totally loaded with delicious Easter eggs.

Guardians of the Gal-eggs-y

2012's Rise of the Guardians is an incredibly rad animated film about the Guardians of Childhood,

a secret society of magical figures who help protect children and fight to keep childhood

magical for them.

Members of the team include Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman, Jack Frost, and

a mysterious fellow named E. Aster Bunnymund.

To make a long story short, it turns out that this name is actually a cleverly hidden reference

to the Easter Bunny — which would totally explain some of Bunnymund's characteristics.

Like, y'know, the fact that he is a large talking bunny obsessed with Easter.

It also gives a new significance to the swarms of seemingly sentient, mobile eggs that follow

him around.

Once you know Bunnymund is actually the Easter Bunny, you might start to realize that that

these aren't the normal, everyday walking colored eggs that you see all the time.

These are actually Easter eggs.

Cool, right?

And all it took to figure it out was a little word puzzle solving.

Definitely makes all that time spent doing word searches feel like it was worth it.

"If you're not a kangaroo, what are you?"

"I'm a bunny — the Easter bunny."

Nightmare Before Easter

This next scene only makes sense thanks to fan theories from the internet — but if

those theories are right, it makes for a cool and unexpected Easter egg.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is a 1993 stop-motion animated movie where every major holiday has

its own town devoted to the celebration of that holiday.

Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, accidentally stumbles across a portal

to Christmas Town and becomes obsessed with it.

He decides Halloween Town will run Christmas this year, and so he sends his minions Lock,

Shock, and Barrel to kidnap Santa Claus.

Why?

So Jack can do up the Yuletide in his own stripey, spiraly, Tim Burton Hot Topic fever

dream aesthetic that year.

The trick-or-treating trio don't initially come back with Santa Claus, however.

Instead they bring back a roughly human-sized rabbit carrying a basket and wearing a sash

that says "Happy Easter" on it.

Now here's where that cool fan theory kicks in: Since each of the portals leads to a different

holiday, one of those doors might just lead to some kind of Easter Town.

We know — get out those crime boards, people!

That would mean that this man-sized, basket-toting rabbit is actually the Easter Bunny, and those

lumps in his basket are probably those tasty Easter eggs we've been hunting!

That is, if the fan theory is true...

The big picture

Universal Pictures has been using an image of the planet Earth with some version of its

name superimposed on it since basically the beginning of its existence, even if it has

evolved quite a bit in the studio's century-plus history.

One thing has been consistent, however: It's always the logo on top of our regular, old,

round globe Earth.

Or is it?

Hop is a 2011 film from Universal that finally makes a movie out of the old traditional story

we've all known and loved since childhood –– that the Easter Bunny has a son who

would rather play drums in a rock and roll music band than deliver Easter baskets, and

whose dooks are actually jelly beans.

The genius behind the hidden Easter egg in Hop is that it comes before the movie even

starts.

Take a gander at the flick's first few seconds.

That familiar Universal globe isn't quite how you remember it, is it?

It isn't round.

And, no, it isn't flat either.

It's kind of ... oval?

You might even call it...egg-shaped.

The Easter Bunny Is Comin' to Town

These days, Rankin/Bass Productions is perhaps best known for its Christmas specials like

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town.

But they actually produced a large number of non-Christmas specials between 1964 and

1987, including a series of three separate origin films for the Easter Bunny in a span

of six years.

The last of these three Easter Bunny specials was 1977's The Easter Bunny Is Comin' to Town.

As the film's name implies, it's a sequel to 1970's Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town, and

it actually follows the template set out by that previous film maybe a little too closely.

Filling the role of the Winter Warlock from Santa Claus is a grumpy bear named Gadzooks

who has a tendency to steal anything holiday-related that anyone tries to carry past his home on

Big Rock Mountain.

In one scene, the future Easter Bunny, named Sunny... just like James Caan's character

in The Godfather... tries to cross the mountain only to be accosted by Gadzooks.

When Gadzooks inspects Sunny's basket looking for snacks, he finds the basket is full of

colored stones that Sunny intends to sell as paperweights.

A close viewing of the film, however, will call to mind an earlier scene in which Sunny

and his friends actually painted a large number of eggs bright colors in order to specifically

fool Gadzooks.

So not only does this scene feature some cool Easter eggs, it actually reveals the true,

totally, 100 percent, historically accurate origin of Easter eggs.

Not too shabby!

Who Hard-Boiled Roger Rabbit

1988's Who Framed Roger Rabbit is the most ambitious crossover event in history, no matter

what Marvel Studios says.

Where else can you see Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Woody Woodpecker, Droopy, and Pinocchio

in one movie?

Anyway, one scene in particular stands out to fans scouring this reference-laden flick

for Easter eggs.

In this scene, human detective Eddie Valiant is taunted by an egg-peeling barfly for working

a job with a toon.

Eddie angrily shoves the egg in the lout's mouth before we learn that Eddie's long-standing

anti-toon prejudice comes from the fact that …

"A toon killed his brother.

It might seem like a stretch, but could this regular egg actually be an Easter egg?

Hear us out: Disney is known for its perfectionism, and its animated films are filled with Easter

eggs.

So, it's unlikely that such a noticeable choice would be meaningless.

So, a prominent inclusion of an egg in a movie that stars a rabbit should be setting off

some alarm bells in your head.

Egg plus rabbit?

Sounds like Disney thought they could slip an Easter egg past us without us noticing.

Did we forget something?

Oh, right!

Happy Easter 2018, and happy April Fools' Day, too.

Top 10 Ronda Rousey Facts You Should Know! - Duration: 12:56.

When Ronda Rousey exploded onto the MMA scene she electrified the sport and fought her way

to the top of the rankings. But her feisty personality, good looks and fighting talents

seemed too good to be true. Although her rise was quick and dramatic, eventually fans found

out she wasn't quite invincible. Rousey's Judo expertise wasn't enough when she went

up against a couple of formidable fighters that outgunned her in the octagon. Even without

her MMA career Ronda Rousey has led an interesting life. If you just followed her impressive

fight career there are probably a lot of interesting facts about her that you don't know yet, but

never fear, we've got your back! Hit that Subscribe button and notification bell and

Let's get into it.

War Fighter

Ronda Rousey is known as a tough fighter, but she's also something of a gamer. She

admitted to being a huge World of Warcraft fan during an appearance on a late night talk

show. For those who don't know, World of Warcraft is an intricate fantasy game that has players

embark on adventures in search of riches and glory. Rousey played the online game a lot

with action star Vin Diesel while they were filming the seventh instalment of the Fast

and Furious series, and Rousey decided to switch from playing an elf hunter to playing

a rogue on the advice of her co-star and fellow gamer. Diesel and Rousey would often set up

their laptops and play for hours to help them wind down after a long day of filming. The

former MMA champion explained that it was a welcome break to be able to play the online

games anonymously instead of as a celeb.

Mobile Home

Rousey has enjoyed a lot of success in her life, but this doesn't mean she didn't suffer

her share of bumps in the road as well. After a successful run at the Olympics, she returned

to the U.S. with high hopes, but things didn't go quite as planned and she found that she

couldn't afford rent for an apartment. Her 2005 Honda Accord LX was cramped, but it became

her home for a time as she worked various jobs in Southern California. Eventually, the

young Olympian got her shot with Strikeforce and UFC and the rest is MMA history. As an

MMA champion, she could finally afford a nice place to live, but she didn't forget about

her trusty Honda. Rousey's mom used the car for a while after her daughter found a home,

but its days were clearly numbered. In 2015 this Honda Accord, with more than 150,000

miles on it, was put up for sale on eBay with an asking price of $6,100. Rousey has expressed

hope that the new owner of her trusty Honda would appreciate it as much as she did.

Fighting Demons

Rousey has faced many tough opponents in the octagon, but one of her toughest battles has

nothing to do with MMA. The talented fighter won a bronze medal in judo at the 2008 Beijing

Olympics, but this achievement didn't make her immune to some rough times. She's explained

in several interviews that she felt depressed about her future. To outsiders, it might have

appeared that the sky was the limit for Rousey, but she struggled with what she was going

to do with the rest of her life as she searched for what to do next. When she found she could

have a career in MMA she felt like she had found the purpose she'd been searching for.

Rousey was able to regain the focus and drive that helped her become the first UFC women's

champion. Rousey has also talked about how coming to terms with the death of her father

was a big step in putting her back on solid ground.

Rousey Loves Pokemon

Pokemon is one of the most recognized and beloved games in the world. Players have been

known to take the game very, very seriously and Ronda Rousey appears to be no different.

The MMA champion has revealed that her favorite Pokemon characters are Mew and Throh. And

she feels she has something of a kinship with Throh because he's the character that knows

judo. It's an obvious choice for Rousey, but according to those in the know, only a

true fan of the game would be familiar with a Pokemon this obscure. In fact, the former

MMA champion is such a big fan of the game that she was actually a moderator on one of

the many online Pokemon forums. Rousey has often expressed her love of gaming on social

media and it's attracted a lot of new followers based on these interests in addition to her

legions of MMA fans. It's good to know that even with her busy schedule she still finds

the time to kick back and have some fun that doesn't include an armbar.

Rousey's Love Tips

Rousey is one of the most popular MMA fighters and has a deep knowledge of her sport. However,

she may have strayed a little too far out of her lane when she started dishing sex advice

while answering questions for Maxim magazine. She really has a problem when a guy's teeth

get in the way for example: "Don't bite my teeth! If my teeth are repeatedly hitting

your teeth, then there's a problem with what you're doing." This is pretty good

advice: none of us enjoy our teeth clanging against our significant, a definite mood killer.

But she didn't stop there. Rousey went on to dispense more advice, including the idea

that aids like lube should never be used under any circumstances. In her opinion, it's

just a matter of the guy taking his time and not rushing into things too quickly. Well,

we agree with her on the teeth, but now it seems like she's starting to apply her feelings

to everyone out there. Oh well—to each their own.

Olympic Heroine

Ronda Rousey started to make a name for herself a decade ago in Beijing. It was in this Chinese

city in 2008 that the future UFC champion competed in the Summer Olympic Games. She's

an accomplished judo fighter and walked away with a bronze medal for her efforts. Appropriately,

she's very proud of the impressive accomplishment the medal represents, but unfortunately, Rousey

has not always kept close enough tabs on the medal itself. She's recounted several occasions

when she misplaced the prize, including while partying at several bars and while competing

at a UFC event. After this series of close calls, her fans can only hope the MMA champion

has decided to leave her Olympic medal at home for safe keeping. Rousey has mostly had

good things to say about her USA teammates and her experience competing at the games.

One notable exception, however, was her criticism of champion swimmer Michael Phelps. Rousey

felt the famous gold medalist was disrespectful to several of his fellow Olympians.

Ronda "A-Rousey"

In the Boxing world, it's long been a tradition to avoid having sex before a fight, because

many believe it saps their strength when they need it most. However, Ronda Rousey is clearly

not a traditionalist. The MMA champion is on record insisting that she tries to have

as much sex as she possibly can before stepping into the octagon for a big fight. In an interview

that touched on her fight training and preparations, she explained that having sex raises a woman's

testosterone levels. So not only does she get to have a lot fun at home before she has

fun in the octagon, it seems she has hard science on her side too. So it turns out that

making out is a good warm up when you're about to get in the octagon and do some damage to

an opponent. Rousey summed up her thoughts on the subject of pre-fight sex pretty clearly

when she said "if I got a steady, I'm going to be like, 'Yo. Fight time's coming up'.

Champion of the World

She'd risen quickly through the ranks of Strikeforce after she medaled at the 2008

Beijing Olympics. The MMA fighter was quickly declared the champion of the 135-pound class

or bantamweight division. Many critics considered the UFC's female talent pool to be pretty

shallow, but they started to rethink their position pretty quickly after Rousey agreed

to sign on the dotted line. White pointed out that Rousey was getting an unprecedented

amount of media coverage even before she stepped into the octagon for her first UFC fight.

And of course, Rousey did go on to be one of UFC's biggest stars and helped draw many

new fans to the sport of MMA. Although she no longer holds a championship belt in the

sport, Rousey has become a pop culture star and an ambassador for mixed martial arts.

Resistance Is Futile

Heavyweight champion boxer Mike Tyson was legendary for ending his fights quickly - so

quickly that fans often felt they didn't get their money's worth. It seems the former heavyweight

has nothing on MMA champion Ronda Rousey though. In 2015 she set the UFC record for the fastest

submission in a title fight when she defeated Cat Zingano in just 14 seconds. With an accomplished

background in judo Rousey is known to be very tough to beat when the fight goes to the ground.

Well before the Zingano fight, Rousey was known to end fights quickly with her formidable

grappling skills on the mat. She used one of her trademark armbar submission holds to

bring Zingano to heel, with blinding speed that stunned many viewers. Rousey hadn't planned

to go to the ground techniques so early in the bout, but Zingano's aggressive attempt

to get Rousey down on the mat presented her with the perfect opportunity to use one of

them on her opponent. As soon as Rousey was able to get control of Zingano's arm, the

match was over.

Heavyweight Attraction

It's not surprising that a fierce competitor like Ronda Rousey would be attracted to other

MMA fighters. The male fighters share her strong competitive drive and commitment to

performing at their best. As her popularity has grown her fans and the media have become

more interested in her matchups outside of the octagon. She's tried to hold on to some

of her privacy, but her celebrity status has made a separation between public and private

life increasingly difficult. Rousey is known to have been in relationships with several

MMA fighters, including Brendan Schaub and Henry Adkins. She has also had a serious relationship

with Travis Browne, one of her long-time training partners at the Glendale Fight Club in California.

It's natural to develop feelings for someone you spend so much time within close quarters.

However, after she suffered a couple of disappointing defeats she has decided to leave MMA behind—at

least for the time being. Rousey's new focus is Hollywood, and Tinsel Town will make it

even harder for her to keep the details of her relationships out of the public eye.

Don't take us to the mat—hit that Subscribe button and notification bell and check out

There's no chance for a resurrection

Nobody will be able to stay alive after today

The exams want to kill us

Time for war!!

The teacher gave us an exercise

The other wants an essay

I don't know if I'm going to survive tomorrow

Fuck my life

I'm going to be studying all night

I'm going to need a lot of coffee for that kind for energy

I'm losing the strength to hold out any longer

School life is taking over me

A thousand hours and tears

and pieces of information too

If I don't write back the stress killed me

If you see me wanting to cry more and more

Then bring a pistol and we'll shoot ourselves

You better not tell me, "Well,

I know how you must be feeling"

I'm reading the same thing again

although I don't have a lot of time

My heart's counting down the days

to my miserable failure

So long, I hate

My existence

When you least expect it - Duration: 3:47.

Hi friends,

so my original plan for after the 2016 election was to take a solo road trip up the coast

of california, to experience the ocean, and find myself and like, chill.

That plan changed.

There was this moment after I watched Hillary's concession speech where I was like i can't

do it, and i called my parents and I said i can't do it, and two days later my dad

flew to Las Vegas, where I was working, to drive me straight through the high desert,

and go home.

No coast involved.

But first, we had to pack up all my shit.

So I was living in Vegas, in the arts district, which is gentrification for questionably legal

converted motels.

During the campaign my apartment building was always buzzing with my coworkers, who

made up the majority of it's of the residents, save for a couple of creepy guys with too

many dogs.

But it's not anymore.

It's quiet.

It's morning, late fall, but it feels hot, like the middle of summer.

Everything's covered in a layer of sand and dust.

My whole body aches from crying and maybe a little bit from sleeping on the floor.

And everything sort of feels like a metaphor.

My dad and I go through my things to take or leave, and we throw away my 7 dollar Target

lamp that doesn't work.

That's my personal life.

A two drawer dresser where the top drawer doesn't open.

that's democracy.

We drag everything out to the dumpster in the alleyway that smells like hot pee and

laundry.

We pack the stuff I'm keeping into grocery bags and load them in the car, and then all

that's left is my mattress.

It's one of those casper knockoffs that come in a cardboard box, and I was so proud

of myself for managing to lug all 63 pounds of it up the stairs by myself when it arrived.

But you can't really fit those things back in the box once you get them.

So I can't take it with me.

We each grab one end of the mattress and start to carry it down the open air hallway on my

second floor, but we're already hot and tired, and the mattress is doing this foamy,

rubbery, wobble thing.

Like its not solid like a regular mattress, it's like trying to carry heavy jello.

We stop to rest for a second, looking out over the balcony at everyone's cars lined

up in the sun.

My dad says, instead of trying to maneuver it down the stairs, let's just throw it

over the side into the parking lot.

So we bend it, and fold it, and slide it over the edge, and watch it fall.

It lands with a quiet *fwoomp*

and then a huge mushroom cloud of dust puffs up around it.

Dad and I both bust out laughing.

I don't know why, exactly, but we couldn't stop.

We just both expected it to be louder than that but it landed like a giant, dusty marshmellow.

I left a lot, behind in Nevada, more than just that mattress.

And when we dragged it out of my empty apartment, I was shocked and exhausted and the concept

of joy seemed so inaccessible to me.

But in that hot, bright, vacuum, it came to find me anyway.

Because throwing a mattress off a building is just silly, okay?

And something so absurd that we didn't expect to happen happened, except this time, it made

us laugh.

Austin's Breakfast Go-To Isn't Breakfast Tacos || Fork Yeah - Duration: 3:15.

- When I had my first kolache,

I didn't think I'd be making hundreds a day 10 years later.

I've had a lot of kolaches from different places in Texas.

If you don't have good sausage, it's a mediocre pastry.

So I think the fact that we use really good sausage,

really good, you know, barbecue,

that helps kinda up our game that way

and also just Texans love barbecue, so it makes sense.

I think that Texans love kolaches

because it's kinda part of tradition

when you go places in Texas,

you always stop at different kolache bakeries,

and so I think it becomes

little family traditions for people.

Everybody stops,

everybody brings boxes of kolaches to family gatherings,

and it seems like very oriented in that.

- Oh wow, look at that cheese,

not a ton of cheese, which is great.

You wanna have like a solid ratio I would imagine;

too much cheese, and you would almost be choking on it,

which nobody wants.

Whew, that spice from that jalapeño when you first

bite into it just kicks you right in the tongue.

But the dough has honey in it,

so it's almost like a brioche and it's sweet

and it really adds a nice like counter balance to that spice

and sort of just cleans that spice off your tongue.

This is a barbecue classic that can't be beat,

but I'm gonna switch it up a little bit from

this spicy combo right here and go for the sweet kolache.

Traditionally, a sweet kolache is filled with sweet cheese

and a fruit preserve or a jam,

but here at Batch, they've put a nostalgic twist on that:

taking the jam, adding peanut butter,

and making a peanut butter and jelly kolache.

Mmm, this reminds me so much of the peanut butter

and jelly sandwiches my mom used to make for me after school.

What really ties this whole thing together

is the peanut butter and oats streusel on top --

it's almost like chunky peanut butter.

It's this great textural addition

to the smoothness of the jam and the peanut butter,

and it just makes the bite have this great crunch.

Let's try --

Let's check it out.

Sorry.

Jim Rohn: Increasing Your Value ( Jim Rohn Motivation ) - Duration: 11:50.

Learn the simple economic formula that works for everybody and I can give it to

you in just a couple of sentences a simple economic formula kids can

understand it anybody can understand it anybody that wants to get paid here's

the language for your notes we get paid for bringing value to the marketplace

that's as simple as you can put economics anybody that wants to get paid

you get paid for bringing value to the marketplace the marketplaces to people

now the value we bring is one part of it a product or a service but here's the

other part the value you become so just off to the side put the value as two

parts the value you bring like a product if you manufactured it you might keep

improving the product if someone else manufactured it and you're out selling

it they probably keep improving the product but this is the one you have to

work on yourself the value you become like an

entrepreneur a leader a teacher supervisor manager what you become also

pays much more than what you bring once I understood that then here's what my

mentor said go to work on yourself harder than you work on your job

if you work hard on your job you can make a living then he said if you work

hard on yourself you could make a fortune so I worked hard on my job and

made a living but I learned starting with those extra hours per week learning

these extra skills I started working on my self and here's the philosophical

phrase everybody should take home here it is success is something you attract

by becoming an attractive person success is not something you pursue it's what

you attract by becoming attractive by becoming attractive to the marketplace

what would do that multiple skills multiple languages and then some of the

things I'm going to talk about the rest of the seminar so now what else would

help you to be attractive to the marketplace besides more than one skill

and more than one languages I've divided it into five five simple basic

fundamentals of ideas to ponder and think about that will increase your

value to the marketplace could perhaps like it did for me multiply your income

by 2 and then multiply it by 3 and then multiply your income by 4 and then by

five and once you get there it's not that difficult to multiply it by 10

because all you have to do is make sure you become more valuable and more

valuable and more valuable you don't have to work on the economy because

here's the first note each person's income is determined primarily by their

philosophy not by the economy once I understood that then I said well I don't

have to go to work on the economy and the answer was no you only have to go to

work on yourself to make yourself more valuable so now here's five things I

want to share with you and the first one is your personal philosophy

what could get you more prepared and ready for cashing in on the opportunity

of the 21st century and here's the first one personal philosophy your personal

philosophy is like a guidance system that helps you make decisions what to do

what not to do from the information you get and what you learn and what you know

we decide maybe your philosophy would have been five years ago never to attend

seminars like this you just didn't go now five years later here you are

something happened along the way to change your mindset saying hey for the

money and the time if I just get one good idea and walk away

it certainly is worth the money in the time so now that little amendment in

your philosophy you now say I'm gonna regularly go because it doesn't take but

a few ideas to make a great difference in your income personal life social life

and all the rest so now you know that's valuable a change of mind a change of

idea so that's what personal philosophy is all about the more we learn the more

we know the better we're able to make better decisions about two major things

your philosophical guidance system does two things for your notes number one

helps you to see the dangers on one side so you can avoid those but here's what

else your guidance system does personal philosophy helps you to see the

opportunities on the other side so that you can expand those maximize those and

here's what that's called the game of life is to minimize the dangers and

maximize the opportunities and the more we know and the more we learn the more

experience we gather in sessions like this from the sermon on Sunday morning

to the books we read and all the rest helps us to keep continually adjusting

our philosophical guidance system so that we minimize more dangers maximize

more opportunities that's really the game of life I couldn't put it much more

simply so number one were affected by what we know

now how do we know more things and learn more things that'll help us readjust our

thinking so we can avoid the dangers maximize the opportunities here's number

one learn from personal experience one way to learn to do something right is

what first do it wrong right mess up and then you say wow that was costly I'm

never gonna do that again so one way to learn to do it right first do it wrong

sometimes the negative experience turns out finally to be positive they

say if you survive your first heart attack you may now live to be a very old

person why is that well that first heart attack if you survived it is called a

wake-up call and maybe the doctor said one more of these in your history and

you said wow and you make it for the health food store and you start reading

every book you can find on good nutrition how to avoid another one of

these heart attacks and you start jogging and start walking and doing all

of the stuff and this total change of lifestyle could now save your life and

cause you to live to be a very old person here's what my mentor said that

some of the best advice I ever got he said mr. Owen if you will change

everything will change for you if you'll start making personal changes your

income will change your health will change your future will change

everything will change if you're willing to start making the changes so sometimes

the negative experience now causes us to really make a sudden shift in our

philosophical guidance system that says hey I'm never gonna let this happen to

me again fantastic now here's the next way to learn and that is to learn from

other people's experiences whether they are negative or positive

it's too bad failures don't give seminars like this wouldn't that be good

information now we don't want to pay them so they don't lecture so but their

information would be valuable if you know a guy that's messed up his life for

40 years you have to say John would you spend a day with me and I will bring my

notebook and take good notes a good-looking guy like you beautiful

family every reason to do well threw it all away teach me how for the last 40

years you messed it all up and he tells you and you take good notes learning

from the negative side of someone's experience if somebody tells me these

eggs are rotten I'm not gonna make an omelet and try it right I'm just gonna

take their advice and their know-how so learn number one from your own

experiences learn number two from other people's experiences and my mentor

taught me to always keep a journal here's what he said don't trust your

memory if you want to live a dynamic life multiplying your income multiplying

your future be a good student if a good idea comes your way write it down then

ponder it then perhaps go do it okay now your philosophy comes from what you

learn comes from what you know comes from other people's experiences three

ways now to learn from other people here's number one learn from what you

see one of the great watchwords of these early years of the 21st century pay

attention if you just watch you can pick up clues success leaves clues and if

you'll be a better observer of the winners and the losers those that are

doing well and those that are falling behind and just take mental notes and

good notes and say I'm gonna adjust what I'm doing based on what I see here's

number two we learned so much from other people based on what we hear here's good

advice on that be a selective listener listen to voices of value that have

experienced ideas reputation something valuable to share now here's

number three read all the books now there's millions of books so you can't

read all the books but make this note read all the books you need to read to

make you as wealthy as you want to be as healthy as you want to be as prosperous

as productive as unique a human being as you want to be to be read all of those

books don't leave those books go on read my mentor got me started on my library

when I was 25 I got one of the best if you saw my library you would be

impressed I haven't read everything in it but I

feel smarter just walking in it right my library I was smart enough to buy it all

now I got to be smart enough to read it all now chop this down when you do read

you have to sort through what you read and decide which is valuable to try

that's part of the process of learning gathering information and sorting

through it one the information that would apply to you and what you think

would be valuable based on your current philosophical opinion so read all the

books our lives are greatly affected by what we learn and what we know now

here's number two of these very basic five things I want to share with you

first your personal philosophy

Barack Obama's Huge Scandal Just Took A Disturbing Turn For The Worse - Duration: 10:03.

Barack Obama's Huge Scandal Just Took A Disturbing Turn For The Worse

Barack Obama's administration was scandal plagued.

Investigators are still peeling back the layers of his misdeeds in office.

But one whistleblower stepped forward with bombshell information that just made this

scandal take a turn for the worse.

Barack Obama's time in office was marred by his efforts to appease Iran in order to

secure the nuclear agreement.

Obama turning a blind eye to Iran coincided with his administration's soft posture towards

Russia.

An FBI informant has come forward and revealed that he passed information along to the FBI

that Russia was assisting Iran's nuclear program.

Nothing was done with this bombshell intelligence.

The Hill reports:

"A FORMER UNDERCOVER INFORMANT SAYS HE PROVIDED EVIDENCE TO THE FBI DURING PRESIDENT OBAMA'S

FIRST TERM THAT RUSSIA WAS ASSISTING IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM EVEN AS BILLIONS IN NEW U.S.

BUSINESS FLOWED TO MOSCOW'S URANIUM INDUSTRY.

WILLIAM DOUGLAS CAMPBELL TOLD THE HILL HIS EVIDENCE INCLUDED THAT RUSSIA WAS INTERCEPTING

NONPUBLIC COPIES OF INTERNATIONAL INSPECTION REPORTS ON TEHRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM AND

SENDING EQUIPMENT, ADVICE AND MATERIALS TO A NUCLEAR FACILITY INSIDE IRAN.

CAMPBELL SAID RUSSIAN NUCLEAR EXECUTIVES WERE EXTREMELY CONCERNED THAT MOSCOW'S ONGOING

ASSISTANCE TO IRAN MIGHT BOOMERANG ON THEM JUST AS THEY WERE WINNING BILLIONS OF DOLLARS

IN NEW NUCLEAR FUEL CONTRACTS INSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

"THE PEOPLE I WAS WORKING WITH HAD BEEN BRIEFED BY MOSCOW TO KEEP A VERY LOW PROFILE

REGARDING MOSCOW'S WORK WITH TEHRAN," CAMPBELL SAID IN AN INTERVIEW.

"MOSCOW WAS SUPPLYING EQUIPMENT, NUCLEAR EQUIPMENT, NUCLEAR SERVICES TO IRAN.

AND MOSCOW, SPECIFICALLY THE LEADERSHIP IN MOSCOW, WERE CONCERNED THAT IT WOULD OFFSET

THE STRATEGY THEY HAD HERE IN THE UNITED STATES IF THE UNITED STATES UNDERSTOOD THE CLOSE

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOSCOW AND TEHRAN."

This wasn't the only time Campbell's information was ignored.

Campbell revealed that the payment network between Russia and Iran was similar to the

bribery scheme the Russians were engaged in with American energy executives around the

time of the Uranium One sale.

The Hill also reports:

"NOTES OF CAMPBELL'S FBI DEBRIEFINGS SHOW HE REPORTED IN 2010 THAT A RUSSIAN NUCLEAR

EXECUTIVE WAS USING "THE SAME KIND OF PAYMENT NETWORK" TO MOVE FUNDS BETWEEN RUSSIA AND

IRAN AS WAS USED TO LAUNDER KICKBACKS BETWEEN MOSCOW AND AMERICANS.

CAMPBELL WORKED FROM 2008 TO 2014 AS AN UNDERCOVER INFORMANT INSIDE ROSATOM, RUSSIA'S STATE-CONTROLLED

NUCLEAR GIANT, WHILE POSING AS A CONSULTANT.

HE HELPED THE FBI PUT SEVERAL RUSSIAN AND U.S. EXECUTIVES IN PRISON FOR A BRIBERY, KICKBACK,

MONEY LAUNDERING AND EXTORTION SCHEME.

HE SAID HE BECAME CONCERNED THE UNITED STATES WAS PROVIDING FAVORABLE DECISIONS TO THE RUSSIAN

NUCLEAR INDUSTRY IN 2010 AND 2011 — CLEARING THE WAY FOR MOSCOW TO BUY LARGE U.S. URANIUM

ASSETS AND TO SECURE BILLIONS IN NUCLEAR FUEL CONTRACTS — EVEN AS HE REPORTED EVIDENCE

OF MOSCOW'S HELP TO IRAN.

"I GOT NO FEEDBACK.

THEY TOOK THE REPORTS AND THE REPORTS, I ASSUME, WENT TO SPECIFIC PEOPLE ASSIGNED TO ANALYZE

THE REPORTS AND THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD OF IT," HE SAID."

The Obama administration was a mess.

Obama let Russia and Iran get away with serious violations of American national security because

of a single-minded pursuit of the Iranian nuclear agreement.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments

in this story.

Building a New Work Bench For the Wood Shop Part 11 - Duration: 19:55.

Hello and welcome Donald Vlogsifys Wood Shop.

I'm Donald Matthews and we're gonna go ahead and jump into it and get this bench put together.

Ohhhh yeah.

True confession.

I actually dry fitted this thing together before I started recording this just made sure...

That I didn't screw up and have some... no....

odd ball

mishaps or....

the thing wasn't sitting...

Yeah

true confession.

Now I apologize if this video angle aint so great.

Kind of limited on where I can put the camera and actually see enough to get it lined up.

In the future at some point in time.

I'm gonna work on that and put something in the ceiling that I can kind of move the camera where I want to.

But that's at a future time.

Now we're gonna put this thing together or try to.

When I did dry fit this thing before.

I ran into an issue of trying to stand these legs up, and they would want to fall over. That's what this is for.

See what I mean?

And that's what that's for.

Get these lined up here a little bit.

I tell you one thing, getting old sucks. uhggg... Just sayin'.

Now...

It's pretty guaranteed that at first this stuff is not gonna be even. (square)

See? There's some unevenness there.

There we go... So one side was a little bit off-kilter anyway.

That's not gonna hurt my feelings none there.

You know what?

I see what part of my problem is.

See how that wedge is?... how that one is...

How that one is?

Look what I did over here.

Don't think you can see it all that great, but I put it in backwards. Now, let's try this again

That's more like it. That one side's a little bit too big, but I knew that was happenin'.

Now...

I'm clamping these so that when I...

Start putting the bolts and the screws to hold these...

aprons and everything to the legs, that everything stays where it's supposed to stay at. Hopefully.

Paul Sellars kind of...

anchored this, or put it together a little bit differently than I am. I'm just going to use wood screws...

up here.

Down toward the bottom to hold this together.

Maybe one higher up down here.

And I'm not exactly sure until I start doing it,

but I was just going to run all the way down here with wood screws.

The problem here is...

I thought about it. wood...

naturally moves, so it might bow and twist a little bit....

If I put those screws in there this glue seam is just gonna rip apart. Tear apart.

So I am going to actually do what he did and put a carriage bolt through here.

That way I can leave it with just a hair enough of play that the wood can go this way or that way...

anyway, you know, how it needs to.

But it will still give me the

resistance I need sideways.

That's the plan. That's kind of an experiment. We'll see what happens.

Change in plans.

I happened to remember.

I gotta make room for the wood vise to fit on one side over here, so I'm gonna skip...

putting those screws in.

Try to decide exactly where I'm gonna put device at.

Because I'm gonna have to be cutting in there anyway, and if I need to later. I'll come back and put these in there.

You know what?

My lag-bolt idea took a dramatic turn to...yeah... that ain't gonna happen.

wooops!

My original plan was to do what I'm getting ready to do and just go ahead and screw this thing to legs.

But I thought about the lag bolt and what I said earlier.

Well...

I didn't take...

that into account.

So..........

The lad-bolt lad-bolt? That lag bolt ain't happening back to the screws.

Gonna get screwed.

I'm afraid. I'm a little bit tired of the brace and bit. So I'm gonna start cheatin'.

I'm gonna be cheating on the countersink. Now I know this ain't your standard countersink bit.

But it'll work.

That's it for this video, all I'm gonna put in here.

The thing for the most part is built .we're in the home stretch now.

I'm gonna put.... All I got left to the vise. But first... I'm gonna kind of level off the top here um

I'm believe Paul Sellers, which by the way

check out Paul cellars workbench build. I'll put the link it

up here in there "I".

I believe he waited till after he put his bench vise on.

Or his woodworking vise on.

To plane it down.

But mine, I believe mine's a little bit more unlevel than his was. So I'm gonna at least level it out.

Get it smooth before I put that

woodworking vise on here.

Because I don't want to be planning it and

be bumping up against the vise. Especially with my blade if I happen to go too low.

I'm gonna spare you be sitting here planning that because...

Honestly, you've seen people and me; a lot of me, planning stuff. It's...

pretty straightforward.

Not all that complicated just a lot of time and a lot of work.

If you'd like to see that part of it a little bit better explanation of how planning works...

Because frankly I'm still learning how to plane.

I'll put that link up here too. In the little "I" of that particular video in his workbench build.

Where he does plane down the top.

So check out Paul sellers.

I'll put those links up there to that. I'll put a link to his channel down in the description down there.

At the end of this video, during the last 20 seconds. you'll see a little round button with a picture of mr. Sellers

in it. Click on it. Go check his channel out and subscribe to him.

How the Lower Self Controls Your Mind? Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 29:13.

the spiritual teaching or teach now if it is true says okay do you realize that

you don't need to suffer anymore are you fed up enough with suffering or would

you like to hang on to suffering anybody who has come here today has

already suffered enough otherwise you wouldn't be here so in a way your

suffering has been wonderful because it's taken you to this point I know that

I wouldn't be sitting here without having had dreadful suffering and pain

soit's it's taken you here and now the message that comes is further suffering

is not necessary if you voluntarily step into the new state of consciousness you

choose the kingdom of heaven life doesn't have to drag you into it

kick you into the kingdom of heaven it's painful it did led to me but now my job

is to tell people that you don't have to wait for that to happen to you choose

the new state and you're able to do that I wouldn't tell this to anybody but not

anybody comes here if you're coming here your level of consciousness the new

consciousness is sufficiently emerged already for you to understand what I

mean when I say you can choose to live in the state that is free of suffering

you can choose the state in which suffering is not possible anymore

unhappiness does not arise not a state in which you close yourself and you

become okay nothing can touch me anymore protective shell nothing to do with that

because if nothing can touch if you have a protective shell around

you that means that all the beautiful and good things can't touch you anymore

either that's not what it is it's a state of complete openness a state of

such intense presence that unhappiness has no where to cling to any more

because unhappiness can only cling to a mentally made sense of self a little me

past which moves continuously in past and future and continuously ignores the

now so the realization that in the now there are no problems and there is no

unhappiness and the unhappy me that lives through past and future dissolves

as you become present that's the teaching that's the very same message

that the Buddha gave 2,600 years ago and a few people got it and then

misinterpretations started because the mind started getting in there and say

okay let's work this out what does it really mean how can we categorize it how

can we make a system out of that so it's heavy superstructure of mind stuff arose

on top of the beautiful teaching so this always happens the mind tries to get in

there and so the heaviness of religion arises on top of the purity and

simplicity of the original teaching and this is the simplicity of the original

teaching we are going back to that

freedom from pain is possible now

now first that means you understand how pain arises it arises by not being

present to this moment by running away by fighting by denying by running away

internally from what is so that's how pain arises always when you accept what

is the new state of consciousness immediately is present so you can't

separate acceptance of what is from the new state of thoughtless awareness the

moment you fully accept what is the new state of thoughtless awareness is

present the whole mind stuff is resisting what is its very existence the

very ground for its existence is the continuous state of resistance to what

is so resistance to what is and the old consciousness go together so our

practice is to not resist what is and thereby access the power of life and yet

that may not immediately free you of all pain and suffering because humans have

been in that state for many thousands of years and there is an energy field of

pain that every human being inherits simply by the very fact that you are

born into the human condition into the unenlightened painful human condition in

ultimately mad human condition up to this point you are born into that so

every human being has a share of human pain that comes even from very

as you are born into this world you're already born with a burden of pain so

this is a very important part of our practice and realization it is not a

facile thing of saying okay from now on we can all be happy it goes deeper than

that and we are not running away also we are not running away from the fact that

in you there lives an energy field of residue of past human pain on a personal

level pain from childhood that leaves residues energetic residues different

things painful things has happened to you in charge it and of course far

beyond that in time but let's just talk from the level of your present existence

in this form pain that is carried over from your childhood and Beyond and

leaves doesn't go away completely it leaves residues of pain and energy

fields everything is energy then those energy fields get together

because they feel they vibrate at the same frequency so emotional pain gathers

into one mass of pain contracted energy that isn't flowing freely an energy of

that I call the pain body that humans carry inside an energy field of pain and

it's if you don't recognize that no matter how much spiritual practice you

do and even what we are doing here if you do not see you do not recognize how

the pain body operates it will trick you every time and you will lose

consciousness through it so I want I want to address it now

first we realize there is an energy field of pain in me that may manifest

either as turbulence anger heaviness like depression tightness fear whatever

weight manifests it's not pleasant it's painful it's past pain residues but very

much alive still you carry it inside but you're not always conscious of it and I

talked about it briefly in one chapter of the book so we go into it a little

bit more deeply now and now there's the added energy of presence that we take

into the pain body the pain body is sometimes dormant and sometimes active

it becomes active when you suddenly feel it very strongly when it needs to feed

on further experience of pain as it always has to do regularly like it's a

little entity almost it needs feeding temporarily on the experience of further

pain and you will know that this has happened when a relatively insignificant

trigger produces an incredible outburst reaction of pain the minor thing goes

wrong or somebody says something or your partner does something or says something

and they're suddenly in a deep or even a thought comes in and suddenly it it

serves as a trigger for an immense the arising of deep emotional pain at that

moment the pain body this energy field has come up out of its dormant state it

is ready to feed on more pain it produces first two ways in which it

quite put it at that clearly in the book you explained in the next book there are

two ways in which it produce it feeds on the third X because it's all you can

feed on you cannot in pain body consists of that energy of pain it needs please

where can I get more pain it it reads on your thoughts when it's ready to rise up

it will control your thinking it rises into the mind and the mind which is your

thought activity becomes aligned with the pain body every thought you think is

destructive and painful and the pain body loves it it gobbles up the energy

of every sort that you think every destructive and deeply negative thought

it eats it up so to speak and it's having a good time it's feeding and at

that moment one way of putting is is one could say that that is the addictive

quality of human pain addictive because it loves its plane when the pain body

has taken you over and has succeeded in pretending that that's who you are

you're all you're thinking is completely aligned with it and it's feeding on it

at that very moment the least thing you want the last thing you want is to be

free of pain at that moment pain is what you want because at that moment you are

the pain body and anybody who tells you that if I came into your life at that

moment and gave you this message that in life free from pain is possible you

would hit me over the head

because the pain body would be there and I would be talking to the pain body and

the pain what he would be talking back at me so that the pain body needs to

come in periodically and you will all you all have

experience date with partners finding the ideal partner and after a few weeks

realignment there's another side to them that periodically they become a little

monster and then thinking oh I must have made a dreadful mistake

you haven't everybody has a pain body including yourself but it's a bit more

difficult to see the little monster coming up in yourself know the pain body

will use your thinking it will feed on your negative and destructive thinking

it can go on now how long the feeding time loss of a particular pain body

varies greatly from person to person it could be a brief one a pain body that

reads very quickly could be an hour or two some pain what is have a feeding

time of several weeks even months that's extreme and in very extreme cases there

are some pain bodies that are have virtually no dormant stage they are

continuously feeding and active but that's more rare but also happens these

you sometimes meet people who are and you look into their eyes and you can see

they are the pain body is looking at use from their eyes and they are waiting for

an excuse to have more still wanders you to give them a painful reaction they

want you to be angry with them they want you to attack them that's people who are

totally possessed by the pain body so level one pain body feeds on your

thinking level to pain body feeds on the feedback of amore

no pain from other people so it will not only use your thinking it might even

predominantly use somebody else's reactions in relationships when the pain

body is ready to arise and treat it will provoke a reaction in your partner or

the partner does it to you pushes the right buttons because it

wants pain the pain body loves the drama this is why drama is an essential part

of most relationships the pain body needs feeding and you could be saying

suddenly it comes in at the slightest trigger there it is so it feeds on the

other person's reaction and that's where drama arises in the relationship and it

gives me more pain peace and the mind the mind is aligned with it so the mind

will find wonderful ways of rationalizing why it'll add to it

through disc and heated discussions or shouting matches so it's totally and and

then the other person's pain body awakens and the two feet on each other

until feeding time is over and these are the two pain bodies subside to go to

sleep digesting food

and then the relationship for a while is harmonious again and then the cycle

starts again so pain body feeding on thinking pain body feeding on other

people's reactions now I mentioned the unhappy me a mind pattern that people

are identified with an unhappy sense of self this mind pattern when the pain

body is active becomes amplified its energy the energy of the unhappy me when

the pain body moves into that mind pattern that already has been telling

you your life isn't good enough and so on and you may not make it and want it

life has passed me by and so on now the pain body moves into that mind pattern

and it's energy gets amplified ten times twenty times fifty times a hundred times

in other words the unhappy me in the pain body arises it flows into that mind

structure the emotion flows into the mind structure the unhappy sense of me

becomes dreadfully unhappy and loves its unhappiness because that it's it's what

it consists of now all that it is it is not a foreign body that lives in you it

is there's nothing that is not life energy even the pain body its life

energy except that it isn't flowing freely

it's got stuck somewhere and when energy gets stuck and cannot flow freely pain

arises like a river if a river cannot flow the water accumulates in pressure

cumulates but it's really it's beautiful life energy the water is still beautiful

but there's pressure accumulating inside that's what the pain body is now as we

bring presents this consciousness into the pain body it no longer

no longer fool you into completely identifying with it

the presence as the pain arises from now on you and many of you two of you

already practicing that pain arises the pain body comes up and at that moment

you will recognize it as the pain body that's the beginning of freedom from it

the recognition when it comes slight trigger provocation even a thought deep

pain arises in whatever form in some people it's our very active pain active

aggressive pain in other persons it's a passive form of pain poor little me

victim pain doesn't matter which pain bodies have different qualities in

different people it may be turbulence or heaviness or tightness or constriction

it doesn't matter what it is as it arises you will know there is a

witnessing presence and you watch oops there's the same body and you feel the

energy field of it in your body both you can feel it in the solar plexus or

stomach area sometimes in the belly as a a dreadful sense of Oh heaviness or some

people perceive just a big hole with some gaping hole inside or it may be

intense anger but whatever it is if you watch it this is why sitting here is so

helpful because the witnessing presence which is part of this new state of

consciousness is get so much strength and simply by sitting in this energy

field so you the water will be there watching the pain so the pain cannot use

your mind anymore it cannot feed on your thinking because you're watching it

directly it cannot drink into your mind and then become an unhappy me so all

that's left of the pain is an energy field of char balance or

heaviness but the pain has not become unhappy me an unhappy sense of self of

who you are that's the beginning of the end of the pain but our practice is

allowing what is to be and that also applies as long as the pain body is

there in you allowing the pain that is there you also to be that is a very

powerful practice so I'm not saying we are not fighting the pain we are not

even trying to get rid of it you bring the consciousness which is a very

compassionate state of allowing what is it's very powerful state it implies

you're present as the one who is able to allow you are the one who is able to

allow the pain to be you know you're not creating this pain at this moment

because you practice accepting what is so it's not pain that you are creating

it's old pain you bring the acceptance to the old pain this wonderful state is

powerful practice is does not just concern what happens to you externally

allowing this moment to be as it is it includes the arising of pain in the pain

body you watch it feel it allow it so you bring presence into it you meet the

presence meets the pain body he is the pain body and there comes the silent

space of presence okay and you hold the state of presence as you guess the

turbulence happens then the pain body is not replenishing itself you've cut the

link between the main body and your thought

processes it's not feeding on your thinking anymore you're watching it now

the best time to to catch it and watch it is as it first arises in you at the

new first notice it arising to immediately become very alert with every

cell of your body and feel it it is and stay alert stay present continue to

watch this is the beginning of the transmutation of pain the more you watch

the less it can feed it loses its energy charge every time you stay present as

the watch out of it it's not gaining new energy in fact it's losing energy as the

plain body but the very energy that was trapped in there as the plain body

becomes part of the aliveness of who you are the many people's life energy is to

a large extent trapped in their pain body they have little access to their

aliveness because the pain absorbs so much of their aliveness and it's all

trapped in there in a big unhappy me and it nothing is flowing there's no flow

whatsoever there's only a big a huge contraction many human beings are one

big contraction it's amazing the egoic state it's one big contract its massive

flows and s the energy becomes freed that's in the pain body there's an

incredible increase in aliveness and vitality and of course pain goes it

remote it will not go the very first time you do it you will have to do it

many times it will many times it will try to arise again it will arise many

times you will lose it you will lose yourself in it again that's right it's

all part of this there will be times when it will take

although again and afterwards you remember oh there it was and I missed it

completely you might have gone through three hours of drama with your partner

and afterwards you say oh that was the main body I'm missing completely that's

alright next time maybe you'll catch it and know that it's there the good thing

is that the pain body becomes actually your ally in your presence practice

because without it very few people would have enough motivation to enter the new

state of consciousness every time the pain body comes until you

know this fact the pain what he will trick you every time and you will lose

consciousness every time but now that you know this whenever it comes it

becomes incorporated into your practice of presence so the more often it comes

the better it is you're lucky if you have a strong pain body you're lucky

it's good for your practice it can become a great teacher that's that is

that that is the most actually the most powerful part of your practice is to

work with the pain body and see how quickly the transmutation happens when

it no longer is an unhappy me it simply pain not pleasant but you can allow it

and there's an incredible intensification of presence every time

you bring it to the pain body now those of you who have very hands dense or

heavy pain bodies will need more intense presence most people who are that I know

who have gone to become almost free of pain they're not yet many you are

completely free but they will be our people have had very dense memories

because their motivation is stronger to be free

Abandoned Bulldog Teaches Himself How To Walk | The Dodo Comeback Kids S02E02 - Duration: 9:07.

I saw Bueller on the news.

- When he looked into the camera, it is him looking at us.

That kind of sealed the deal.

Bueller was abandoned by a breeder and dropped off in a box to the SPCA.

He was in really bad shape.

The first time we examined Bueller we were very concerned,

because he couldn't walk at all.

It's an issue that breeders breed a dog that has a congenital defect.

And so they relinquish it to a shelter.

We're very even-keeled people. But when you see Bueller's face at six weeks old

and the only option the breeder offered to the SPCA

was he was gonna put him down,

that is probably the most heartbreaking thing you could ever hear.

We could right away see he wanted to live.

We agreed, okay, it might be a lot of work but let's give it a try.

We tried water therapy.

It allows their legs to be moving in a more natural position,

because he's not having to hold his weight up.

We're trying a bunch of different things.

Bueller has this determination to get what he wants.

He took all these trials and tribulations in stride.

He's just a trusting soul at heart.

-There we go!

The first time he could even hold his weight up with his feet under him,

that was a big milestone.

That's where we saw that, okay, here's the first step toward success.

The first time we saw him actually walking, all of us were just about in tears.

That was pretty awesome. Yeah.

'Cause, you know, you never know. You're never quite sure we're gonna get there.

It was like, he is gonna have a good life.

We had just lost our dog a few months prior.

Not having noise, breathing and snoring, and nails on the floor.

Not having that was deafening. It was too quiet.

We just weren't sure if we were gonna ever get another dog,

because of the feeling on the final days.

But then we thought to ourselves, for the nine years before that,

how much happiness he brought to our lives.

- It was something we really had to think about.

But we wanted to be a part of Bueller's journey

and wanted him to be a part of our family.

I couldn't sleep the night before.

I was kind of like a kid on Christmas.

Like, you know the next day is gonna be one of the best days.

They put him in my lap. And I think he was nervous like me.

The staff, the doctors, vet techs,

everybody who was involved in Bueller's recovery,

they all said their goodbyes in the hopes they would see him again.

We were all very, very proud of the work we did for him.

Here was a family who was gonna love him to death just as he is.

It's like taking a child home from the hospital in the first days.

He's your kid, and you can do nothing but smile.

He was a little, maybe, timid on the first couple days.

But after that, it was off to the races.

- The first place we really took him was the beach.

He didn't know what to do about the water, but he loved the sand.

His first time seeing the ocean. He loved it.

He still had some trouble walking.

He was very, very willing to work on himself.

We would train him with a ball, strengthening his muscles.

- Is that your ball? Your ball?

We saw a difference within the first few months of getting him.

You could see Bueller becoming a more confident dog.

He knew that there are things he could do now.

And he could run more, he could go to the dog park more.

Bueller's such a strong fighter, and never once gave up on that.

[whistling]

- Come on. Breakfast?

We've had him for two years now.

Every morning, Bueller will steal Kobe's food if there's any morsel left.

Kobe doesn't real mind, either.

We call Kobe "Shadow." Everywhere Bueller goes, Kobe shadows.

He feels safe with Bueller.

Bueller's always happy. He loves going on walks, going to the dog park.

He loves to go to the pet store.

He loves car rides. He loves people. He loves food.

First and foremost, he loves food. - Loves food.

- He definitely has a favorite toy.

He has a glow-in-the-dark green ball.

It's a part of him. It's like his baby.

It really helps with training, and keeping his muscles strong.

He's always pushed himself. And he's kind of

a little force to be reckoned with.

Sure, he'll take a nap along the way here and there.

But he's full of life.

- You done for the day? Come on.

We are going right now to the Sacramento SPCA,

where we were fortunate enough to adopt Bueller.

Now we're gonna go back to show our support, and bring toys.

They gave to Bueller, so now he's giving back.

- These? [Laughter]

We want to have surgery on his back right leg.

His leg isn't as strong as it should be.

- That's a definite. That one might have

to be for you, for your surgery.

Seeing everybody is just gonna energize him for his surgery

coming up in a couple weeks.

- Go on! - Come on. Come on. - Let's go.

- Remember it?

- Bueller?

Look at you go, honey! I'm so happy to see you.

Look at you walking, like a big boy. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. [laughter]

You want to meet Furiosa?

- So cute. Her leg looks like yours used to.

- She was found by a good Samaritan, hanging from a chained link fence.

We saw that same spark of life, this will to live in her.

Bueller's an inspiration to us, to keep going.

To try things we haven't done before, to help animals that

we might have otherwise given up on.

We say, "Remember Bueller? We did it before, we can do it again."

"This one's just a little bit harder. Let's push a little bit."

"Let's push the envelope, see what we can accomplish."

He's looking at him like, "You made it?"

"It was worth it?"

They have this will to live. They have this -- you know, joie de vivre.

That gives us the will and the energy to keep going.

[laughter]

- Wanna tell 'em what you brought? - Oooh.

- Is that for her? - Ooh, thank you. - And this one.

- So, are your favorite ones? Oh, those are for the --

- Oh, okay. - Yep. Yep. [laughter]

- Want to taste them first? [laughter]

Well, thank you for coming, Bueller. Oh. [Laughter]

It's so delightful to see him enjoying his life, knowing how far he's come.

- This is where people brought Bueller treats and toys

and food just to help him out.

So now we get to give back along with Bueller.

Hopefully one day people like myself will just see the potential

in these great dogs that are there.

And it'll bring such a happiness to whoever needs that extra

little bit of love in their house.

The staff, their time, patience and love

is what brought Bueller back and walking.

Big day.

You got this, big guy.

We are going to go pick up Bueller after a successful surgery.

So we are extremely excited to go see him.

- Hi, B. Hi.

Say hi, everybody. Speaking of high.

Yeah. [laughter]

- We're good. We're real good. - We're doing good.

Bueller did so great during the entire surgery.

- After the surgery, he didn't sleep very well.

And so Alex and Bueller and Kobe camped on the couch.

- Bueller can not fall asleep without his head on my chest.

- He's recovering nicely. He loves his octopus.

He's getting his strength back.

- There is nothing that's gonna stand in his way.

From the beginning, he's worked so hard. So hard.

And it does pay off.

- He really does live his life to the absolute fullest.

- You cannot have a bad day with him touching your life.

Plaisir & Diète - NUTELLA HEALTHY (facile & rapide) - Duration: 3:09.

hello to you and welcome to enjoying and dieting in the same plate

as you could see in the title of the video, today we meet to cook

a healthy Nutella and very easy to make ... when I tell you very simple it is

true, in five minutes it's done and as you can see here there are very few ingredients

so when you want to do it,do it at the moment, no need to make a large amount

and in addition it allows you to eat nutella

or a chocolate spread if you prefer to call it like that

without feeling guilty afterwards because it's very simple and calorie level is top

because when you look here for a portion so all what will be in the bowl

about 2 tablespoons it's only 60 calories so at least half as much

or even three times less than normal Nutella so

for the ingredients you will need unsweetened cocoa powder

sweetener or honey or agave syrup if you prefer

a little water the quantity is really according to your cocoa

and either protein powder or hazelnut aroma but it is not obligatory

I remind you that all the ingredients are in the link in descriptions down below, there will be

a detailed sheet with how to do the recipe so here it's very simple,

you put the cocoa in a dish and you can add at that moment either the aroma of hazelnuts

or the protein powder and if you do not want to put some you do not put

it does not matter it will not really change much

the recipe will always be a chocolate spread but it will really be dark chocolate

then you add sweetener or honey or agave syrup

here is powdered sweetener but you can also take liquid sweetener

you put a little water but not too much because you can always add but never remove

so you start by putting a little water and mix until it forms a texture

where there is no more water in it ... here you see that it is too granular

so I'm going to add a little more water

so I wanted to tell you that you can also put milk instead of water

it will make a texture and a paste that will be closer to nutella or an ordinary spread.

but it will increase the calories

I tell you that like that you'll see it works already very well

then you see here that the dough is already formed, it took a minute or two to mix

and now let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge so that it hardens a little

so here you see that I did not use all the water, you take a little water and you do as you feel,

you add until you have the texture that you like

and then you can do a very greedy presentation as you see here and yet it was simple

the nutella I used here is the nutella that I just showed you

and the presentation is really appealing yet everything is healthy except perhaps the kit kat which is above

I hope you liked this video, if this is the case you can hit the like button and even subscribe

see you next time for another recipe and another video !!
