Jan Styka was born 160 years ago on April 8, 1885.

As the first of Polish artists

illustrated the full text of "Quo vadis" Henryk Sienkiewicz,

and his work related to this the novel was particularly abundant.

During many years of work, the artist has made over 200 drawings,

paintings and over a dozen colorful oil paintings.

related to Sienkiewicz.

Especially in France, his illustrations for "Quo vadis?" gained wide publicity.

He also painted historical and religious paintings, portraits

and battle scenes, he was also the initiator and co-creator of Panorama Racławicka

(with Wojciech Kossak of course).

He died on April 11, 1925.

In 1919, the painter moved to villa Certosella on Capri.

He set up a private museum of Sienkiewicz in the house.

The collection consisted of about 30 paintings and drawings.

He also released two albums in an Italian publishing house in Naples:

in the French version and in Italian Fri "Museo" Quo Vadis "

Cow Facts from the Ranch - Duration: 9:15.

Hi I'm Mike, cows can seem simple, even dumb, but you might be surprised how fascinating

they can be.

Did you know a cow shares 80% of their genes with humans, or that a cows can almost see

360 degrees around and their blind spots are right behind them and oddly enough, right

in front of them?

Today we take a look at the cows of the ranch, on our Wyoming life.

Welcome to our Wyoming Life, we post videos three times per week straight from the ranch,

whatever we have going on.

From haying to gardening to cooking its all right here and we hope that you can take the

time to subscribe and join us as we explore the ranch life and escape the ordinary.

Without cows there would be no ranch, this has been cattle country for hundreds of years.

There have been wars fought right on this land between small ranchers, rustlers and

big-time cattlemen.

There's evidence of cattle drives moving through, as ranchers took cattle north and

south in the 1800's, either for sale or to find better grazing land.

The county we live in is still in the top 25 cattle producing counties in the US and

when it comes down to the history of this ranch over the past 100 years we have one

creature to thank.

And that's a cow.

Today we take a look at our friend the bovine and I invite you to comment if you have any

cow facts or cow stories you want to throw out there.

Its calving season here on the ranch, and that seems as good as a place as any to start.

A cow is pregnant for 9 months, just like humans and let me tell you by the end of the

pregnancy they are moody, temperamental and even sometimes unpredictable.

While pregnant a cow is going to gain about 150 lbs and each pregnancy after that she

will actually gain a little bit more.

Over her lifetime on the ranch a cow will have about 9 calves.

Our oldest cow on the ranch, 80 has had 16 calves, shes not pregnant this year and is

actually living with the heifers, our first-time moms as a chaperone and part time nanny.

When a calf is born it weighs between 60 to 100 lbs, within a hour of birth the calf will

stand, walk and drink from its mom but bigger calves can mean more problems for moms as

well as multiple calves.

Most ranchers I know would rather have a single calf than a set of twins, twins mean more

work and more babysitting on a rancher's part, possibly even bottle feeding one if

mom can't take care of it.

The chance of having twins are 1 out of every 100 births in this area, if you want to for

triplets, your odds are 1 in 100 thousand births and quadruplets are 1 in 11 million

almost the same as winning the lottery.

Cows eat, almost constantly and when they aren't eating, they are digesting, which

looks like eating.

The average cow here will eat about 30lbs of food per day, she will spend 6 hours of

her day eating that food and another 8 hours of her day chewing her cud.

Many believe cows have 4 stomachs, and if you are one of them, you are right and wrong.

A cow has one stomach but it has four distinct compartments.

Each compartment has a different job, the first, the rumen holds up to 50 gallons of

food and water, which the cow regurgitates to chew over and over again, breaking down

the food.

After that it heads into the reticulum which is kind of like a filter, trapping anything

the cow shouldn't have eaten, rocks, a piece of garbage, whatever it might be.

The omasum then filters and squeezes out the water and the final compartment, the abomasum

passes nutrients into the blood stream.

Then you add in water, each cow drinking about 15 to 30 gallons per day, depending on weather

and outside temperature.

And when all that food and water goes in, something has to come out.

Cows poop up to 65 lbs per day depending on their water consumption and each year can

create 10 tons of manure.

The weight equivalent of 5 average cars.

Moving back to the other end of the cow, the less smelly end, one of the first things you

notice is the eyes on each side of their head, so let's talk about a cows eyesight.

Grab a matadors cape and lets wave it around.

Another misconception about cows, especially bulls, the males, its that they attack the

color red.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but the red cape is just for show as cows are actually

red/green colorblind.

They can see colors but red and green are seen as version of gray or black.

They can see a muted version of yellow and blue but unlike humans, cows only have two

color receptors in their eyes.

They may not be into the colors we are but they are sensitive to contrasts in colors.

Shadows will spook them as well as reflections.

When moving and working around cattle it's also important to know what they see, cows

can see in almost 360 degrees around them but just like you flying down the interstate,

they have blind spots, directly behind them and directly in front of them.

They also suffer from poor depth perception, which is why when a cow is trying to figure

out how far away you are, she will often lower her head.

Not because she is going to charge, but because she is trying to figure out if you are threat.

Then she may charge, so watch out.

That forward view is also blocked by a cow's other sense organ, her nose.

Cows have an acute sense of smell and can detect odors from up to 6 miles away, whether

it be food or danger.

Light on her feet a cow is not, they can be clumsy and awkward but if you have ever seen

one run, you know they can get up and move.

Cows have been clocked sprinting at around 30 miles per hour for short distances and

can sustain a run of about 8 to 10 miles per hour.

Not bad considering she weighs almost 1500 lbs.

And usually a cow will run toward or with other cows.

They form very strong bonds and friendships with other cows and have been know to hang

out with their best friends.

Cows can be very cliquish and the hierarchy of the herd starts with a boss cow.

Cows that don't like her or listen to her are often ostracized and a new addition to

the herd may have to build up relationships and trust with other cows before she is accepted.

Cows also come in many shapes and sizes, there are over 800 different breeds of cattle in

the world, from Texas Longhorns to the Watusi to the miniature panda cow currently the rarest

breed of cow in the world with only about 30 in total.

Here we raise Angus, both black and red in color, but we are diverse.

A few of our cows also have a mix of Hereford in them.

Giving them the white coloration on their face.

Some broco faced and some baldies.

Beef cattle like we raise here are raised for meat production and dairy cattle are raised

to produce milk, and while we are talking about milk, all cows produce white milk.

A survey from the innovation center for US dairy found that 7% of American adults think

chocolate milk come from brown cows.

I'll save you from doing the math.

That's over 17 million people.

Nope all cows make white milk, cocoa beans make chocolate milk.

If you would like to come explore the ranch life with us we invite you to subscribe and

come with us and escape the ordinary.

Each and every week we bring you more from the ranch, we take you with us as we work

cattle, help calves be born, garden for farmers markets, gather eggs, cook a homemade ranch

style dinner and so much more.

This life is rewarding in so many different ways, but one of the best is that we are able

to share it with you.

Comment below, leave us your cow observations, facts and stories.

IZA - Ginga Reaction / Hoontamin - Duration: 6:34.

Today we'll watch a Brazilian music video recommended by our subscribers

You said so hard

No I didn't

It's IZA's new song

Read what follows

Isn't it?

I read it roughly alike

It's not

I only thought of 'Ginga'

There's more behind

We didn't search for the following sentence

'Ginga' translated to 'Scull'

No?

Not that 'No'

The paddle used on boats

If you didn't tell me that, I thought it was "Don't be sad No No No~"

I almost sung that

When we watched IZA's music video before

I remember 'Pesadão' was good

Anyway I'm looking forward for today's music video

Maybe the sentence means Rincon Sapiência

Has participated as featuring

Participação especial = Special participation?

Maybe it's him

There are many undressed men

I'm not liking it because of that

So powerful

Good

Is she naked?

Might be wearing something

But it shows too much

I'm surprised that there's are clothes like such

No it isn't, those aren't clothes

It's paint

It can't be

It was an exciting song

It was provocative

How should I explain this

I felt another difference in culture

As I watch this

"Brazil is amazing, it's no joke"

As Cormie reacted like such

There might be people like that

Actually as watching music videos like such

We several times communicated with our subscribers

This music video is part of a culture

There are pretty much people that dislike this kind of stuff

Of course, there are people who dislike it and like it

I liked it

I thought they were wearing clothes

Were they naked?

Yes naked, their abs showed through

It could be thin clothes

Reflecting clothes?

No way...

That's the same as naked

There's not that in the neck, isn't it paint?

Is it paint or clothes?

So shocking

Was it a music video like such?

The diversity in culture is good

You can't see this in Korea

It would be restricted

Of course for music videos like this

There might be subscribers who like of dislike it

You liked it

Not so bad

I liked the song very much

This part is really catchy

As 'Pesadão' that we had watched

Today's 'Ginga' too

IZA's songs are charming

So sexy

I'm jealous

Today many naked men appeared so Cormie would've liked it too

I didn't even care about the naked men today

Cormie is difficult

Why why why

Halo 4 – Return of the Forerunners (Making VOST) - Duration: 10:41.

Prophet of Truth: "Putting aside our sorrow,

we renewed our faith in the prophecy that other rings would be found.

And see how our faith has been rewarded."

The Covenant used to be the main threat, and it was a MacGuffin in the original Halo series

because the real threat was the Forerunner legacy and the Flood itself.

The Forerunners have been the source of so much mystery throughout the Halo franchise,

it was something that was just fascinating to us.

So far it's been a lot of stumbling into their belongings, y'know, we found Halo's,

and now we found something more; we found the Prometheans.

There's a degree of animalistic fierceness that maybe you didn't see in previous games.

Cortana: "Look out !"

The conditions and the context are what pit a hero and antagonist against each other.

For this game we're gonna get to see a lot of complexity to their civilization.

From their world view what they're doing has to make sense.

Trying to figure out ways to tell that story without interfering

with the shooting aspect of it has been a really challenging thing.

We've gotten glimpses of this Forerunner presence

that was kind of always there open as to whether it would ever erupt, and it did.

We're trying to really take game systems and manipulate them and give them emotional coloring of context.

We wanted to create something that could stand alone and be an enemy that is just as challenging,

just as engaging, as the Covenant has been in the past for Halo.

A lot of that initial discussion was around, if you had this incredibly evolved race,

and they were well beyond humanity, the Covenant, what would that look like ?

MAKING HALO 4 RETURN OF THE FORERUNNERS

The design process for the Prometheans was intriguing, exciting, and then long and painful process.

I think just, 'cause everyone was so invested in what they wanted out of them.

How do you imply something strong, something vertical, something different?

And how could we actually have a global, logical language out of that Forerunner philosophy?

Anybody who's played Halo goes "Okay, Forerunner is the silvery angular stuff with blue lights across it".

That's really the language kind of in a nutshell.

For us, it was important to break that, but still find, kind of like, a mathematical organization.

We had to do a very clear separation of style, shapes, colors right from the start.

I think the Knight's been through almost like fifteen plus iterations of geometry.

This sheet is like, very traditional way of doing brainstorming.

You just do silhouettes, and then we take it, and iterate some more, and more, and more.

We didn't want them to look like monsters, because they're not monsters.

We had a version that looked very demon-y.

These things on his back, they will go together and they will, like, flare out, when the player was being spotted.

We didn't want the Prometheans to look like robots, because they're not robots.

Had a version that looked very thin and spindle-y.

We would see one, and it's like Y'know, that one looks cool,

but it really doesn't convey "commander of the battlefield".

We had other stuff where they could clamp on and have these big,

hulking massive armors on top of them that would really change the variant look.

For us it was important to get into something that people could relate to;

which I think is always going to be a challenge when trying to take the Forerunner language and create a character.

Making sure that his head stood out, that you could see it, that players had the ability to headshot it.

Also-also into animation;

They're able to bring these guys alive and make it feel a believable implausible

and still be very fast and lethal.

The locomotion didn't look heavy enough at one point so we scrapped everything and did it all again.

The Knight's, like, twelve feet tall; so if it doesn't feel heavy and menacing as its walking around, if it doesn't intimidate the player,

then we're not doing our job.

There were not a lot of real-life elements that we could take.

Their joints, they're-some of them are not physically connected.

They're hold up with the space in between them; which is some of the features that the architecture has;

which is big, massive buildings, like, floating: defying gravity.

We wanted to keep some of that mystery, and kind of the unknown in the characters as well.

We even have the little micro-driver arms in here;

and then all the way to where you turn these layers off and: the glowing skull.

We thought it would be more of an impact if it's like a sarcophagus;

it opens up and its showing all this aggression.

There's certain ways to approach fighting an Elite with a group of Grunts, and really what we wanted to do was change that up.

The Covenant are tried-and-true. You know what you're gonna get out of a Grunt,

you know what you're gonna from a Jackal with his shield, the toughness of Elites;

here are the brand-new hooks to the sandbox.

Prometheans are made up of the Knights, the Watchers, and the Crawlers.

One of the big focuses for us

in the design of the Forerunners was to have these different enemy classes that would be able to work together.

Having this dissection so that when the player went into combat

he's sort of tactically evaluating which order to take guys out.

They don't act independantly of each other: you put any combination of them together

and the strategy you need to engage with them is really different.

There are a variety of Knight classes and each one of them is progressively more powerful,

but your base Knight actually starts a little more powerful than an Elite.

But in addition to that we wanted the Knight to have his own set of traits and abilities.

There's all kinds of these special features of each one of these characters that players haven't played in a Halo game before.

You think about basic combat encounter design; a lot of the challenges designers face is how to introduce enemies.

What would a Promethean do if it could bend time, space, form, matter?

Knights can phase in and out of anywhere.

He's able to go anywhere he needs to at any time. Which is something that the Covenant can't do.

Crawlers can walk on walls, walk on ceilings.

If a Knight shield bursts, Crawlers will come rushing at you and try, and like, melee the player: they'll get more aggressive.

These certainly slot into that Grunt-style combatant, and so there was certainly a want to make sure that we get a lot of them on-screen.

If you let too many of them get together they become a really formidable force; one-off: super fun to take out.

All together, its like a pack of feral dogs.

Its mandibles, when it screams, will actually separate and float around in the air while it's howling.

Animation adds so much fresh behavior to this character; very exiting.

The Watcher is definitely a support class.

One of the things we wanted to do with the Forerunner characters

was constantly have them mix up their tactics, make the player react to it.

The Watcher is able to regenerate Knights.

One of the things we needed to do when the Watcher design was coming along was make sure the Watcher would actually fit inside of the Knight;

that bursts out and swap to the actual Watcher asset.

The Watchers are aware of the Knight's damage; they'll protect 'em, they'll catch grenades, so they kinda coordinate their efforts.

The Prometheans feel like the most advanced of the bunch;

they're able to bring all of their technology and wisdm to the battlefield.

With new enemy class comes new weapon class.

We literally concepted, probably,

two hundred weapons for this game before we settled on the half a dozen that went in.

It's kind of like you've got that balance between human's model of what a weapon's like

and the desire to want and try to make something crazy and futuristic.

We tried coming up with this perfect mix of stuff that was still relatable:

you would still identify a weapon as a rifle, or a shotgun, or a submachine gun;

even though they're almost magical.

The Forerunner Scattershot was probably the first one where we really nailed the design on it.

Everybody loves the hinge-action shotgun so we tried doing somethinng like that so that the reload animation

would be to cock it up and then the front half would smash together.

Every time you pick up a Forerunner weapon it forms in your hands.

So that sort of kicked off the component of having these guns form around the player.

So there's that moment of "Oh, what is this gun, what is it doing?" And when it comes into shape it's kinda immediately identifiable.

What makes the Foreruner weapons distinct is that usually they have dual-purpose.

So, for instance, from the bolt pistol you can charge it up and have something that's equivalent to almost like a shotgun blast.

In the case of the Lightrifle we actually experimented with doing dual firing modes.

We tried to make it so it was the best of both worlds with the BR and the DMR.

It works like the Battle Rifle when you're not scoped: it has a little spread, has a three-shot burst;

and it works like the DMR when you are scoped, so it's like a mini-sniper rifle in a way.

It actually changes to a different firing mode where the projectiles are stronger.

One of the big things we really focused on for them was making sure that the weapon doesn't just feel like a chunk of metal

but that it actually has glowing energy that's flowing through the gun, going down the barrel, so that everything is very full of life.

The moment where all the Promethean effects really started to click the most was when we started showing the dissolve whenever you kill a Knight.

That was when we really started to feel "Yes, this is something cool, this is something unique and something that we haven't really seen before".

This is an early prototype of the Knight de-res.

As the spere expands yoou see the particles are birthed,

and everything in the red region you see will be the crack and the erode.

When you shoot and kill the Knight the actual point on the body where you did the damage is where the dissolve starts.

So if you shoot from his foot he will de-res from the point of his foot up.

The end result: when we blow up a Knight, they dissolve : proving that the technology works.

I look at the changes that we're making,

and it really feels like we're making a sequel to Halo 3.

And that's exactly what we're setting out to do.

We have the Covenant from previous games, we have the UNSC,

we have all these things to take from like, "Alright, we can make a new take on this,"

but we had zero information to some of this Forerunner stuff.

We're not just on a Halo, we're on a whole planet now.

We're not just threatening one corner of the galaxy, we're threatening everything.

We're listening to the fan feedback,

we're incrementally evolving aspects of the game design,

but there's nothing really revolutionary

and I think that's important because I think really good design is evolutionary not revolutionary.

Yeah, I think at some points we got into our heads with this game that "we're just gonna make another Halo".

I don't think that's what people want,

they may think they want that but what they really want is something that speaks the things that they love but then provides them with something new.

Swimmers Exercise - Duration: 1:34.

Hey it's Nick Ortego here. I'm going to show you how to do this exercise

called swimmers, or opposite arm and leg raises. A little bit of conditioning

drill for the lower back and upper back, and it's really good as a pre-workout

activator if you need to work on the muscles that pull the shoulder blades

back, or if you need better posture. Want to start off lying down on your stomach,

legs together, arms reach out in front together.

Look straight ahead so the chin is not up. The chin is kind of tucked even

though the head is lifted, and we're gonna raise one arm up reaching it

forward as high as you can. And it's far forward as you can and the opposite leg

leg stays straight. So I'm not bending my knee and I'm reaching my toes is far

out toward the back wall as I can. And then back down hold it up there for

a second and back down. Keeping the chin tucked the entire time. Give that a

try and if you got any benefit from it, leave a comment below. If you wan to get

URGENT: Jeff Sessions Breaks Silence!

What He Said Seconds Ago Confirms Trump's Worst Fear!

Most people didn't catch what Jeff Sessions said today.

Hours after President Trump signed a new executive order banning refugees from 6 nations.

Here is what Jeff Sessions said today:

"MORE THAN 300 PEOPLE…

WHO CAME HERE AS REFUGEES, ARE UNDER FBI INVESTIGATION FOR POTENTIAL TERRORISM RELATED ACTIVITIES"

Trump's order is revised and doesn't ban refugees from Iraq anymore.

This is massive.

This means that everything that Trump has said is right.

The media is not covering this at all!

According to Fox News, the new ban keeps people from coming in without valid visas from Sudan,

Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.

"Like every nation, the United States has a right to control who enters our country

and to keep out those who would do us harm," Sessions said.

Amen to that.

#SHARE this video to help get Jeff Sessions' message out!

The media does not want to see all the good that Trump is doing for this country, y'all.

God bless this country and thanks

for reading.

BREAKING News From Sarah Palin After Being SILENT For Months!!! - Duration: 2:19.

BREAKING News From Sarah Palin After Being SILENT For Months!!!

She tells it like it is and tonight she will be SOUNDING OFF!

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin discussed the Second Amendment, border security, immigration

and much more in a wide-ranging interview with Mark Levin.

The 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate said she sees "hypocritical double standards"

when it comes to the left's push for more gun control measures. She said all Americans

have the constitutional right to protect themselves and their families in the same way celebrities

and politicians are protected.

"We have every right, we have a God-given right that's codified in our Bill of Rights

to protect ourselves and to protect our property and our families.

It's not just a select few that government will choose who gets to be protected.

The movie stars, the politicians in D.C., those in a courthouse, no.

The Bill of Rights does apply to every single citizen of the U.S.," she said.

Responding to President Trump's renewed calls for border security, including using

U.S. troops, Palin said it's "obvious" why Democrats are opposed.

"I think that they just fear that Americans aren't gonna vote Democrat, so by golly

they'll import people who will," she said.Palin said those in favor of "globalization"

want cheap labor and Americans are getting "sick of it."

"It comes back to either supporting the rule of law, our legal immigration system,

or supporting and incentivizing illegal immigration with no expectation of assimilating any of

the people into our culture or anything else.

It's really whack.

People are really sick of it," she said.

Watch the clips above and don't miss the interview on "Life, Liberty & Levin" on

Sunday at 10pm ET on Fox News Channel!

I'll be watching for sure!!

We love Sarah Palin- she is a full blown PATRIOT!

BREAKING News Out Of Arizona… HOLY HELL! HE DID THE ABSOLUTE UNTHINKABLE!!! - Duration: 2:10.

BREAKING News Out Of Arizona…

HOLY HELL!

HE DID THE ABSOLUTE UNTHINKABLE!!!

An Arizona man who decapitated his wife and their pet dogs before mutilating himself by

gouging out one of his eyeballs was sentenced to 29 years in prison Friday.

What in the hell was this freak thinking?

According to Maricopa County Superior Court records, the sentencing came after Wakefield

pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and two counts of animal cruelty."Per the plea,

Judge Ronda Fisk sentenced Kenneth Wakefield to 29 years in prison for second degree murder

and two counts of animal cruelty."Investigators say Wakefield killed Trina Heisch and their

two dogs and stashed the bodies in a closet.

They say he then gouged out one of his own eyes and cut off his left hand at the forearm.

The grisly scene was discovered July 25 by a neighbor who went to check on Heisch and

said Wakefield came to the door naked, covered in blood.

Police said Wakefield was high on methamphetamine and synthetic marijuana during the attack,

KSAZ-TV reported.

He also reportedly told officials that he was hearing voices at the time.

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry," Wakefield said during the sentencing, the Arizona Republic

reported.

"I can't change it.

I suffer also.

She was my best friend."

Wakefield had recently been released from a mental hospital before the attack, according

to the Arizona Republic.

He and Heisch had met in a mental hospital where both were serving time for stabbing

relatives, the newspaper reported.

Wakefield received 25 years for the second-degree murder charge and two years for each of the

dogs he killed, according to the Arizona Republic.

3 Between The Legs Basketball Move Combos (SHIFT DEFENDERS) - Duration: 6:32.

- What's going on, guys?

It's Coach Josh with I Love Basketball TV,

and today I'm gonna show you three

between the legs dribble moves

that you can use to get by any defender

no matter how athletic, how fast they are.

You're gonna knock it out. Let's get right into it.

When we get into this first move, it's pretty simple.

You're gonna set your man up,

you'll see Steph Curry do it a lot.

He pulls up from the three-point line.

The simple between the legs, behind the back,

right into his shot.

He can do a lot of things with this because

if you create that space when you go between the legs,

and you got them over there,

you got a clear look right there.

Or, instead of going left to right, east and west,

you can go between the legs and slide it

so you can have a direct route to the rim.

What it's gonna do is it's a easy misdirection move.

A lot of times when people go between the legs,

they only go the way that they're going between the legs.

So what you can do is change that up,

go east or west one time,

then the next time, if they do catch it,

you're not gonna go east to west,

they feel like they're gonna jump that pull-up three.

You go between the legs, you're going straight to the rim.

Easy bucket.

Alright so, this next move is one of my favorite.

Kyrie Irving does it a lot.

He does it a lot with behind the back as well.

Again, you start with the between the legs

and you can Hesi with this,

or go right into the in-and-out.

I like the Hesi, cause between the legs,

in-and-out, it's gonna pass that defender real quick.

Again you're already going between the legs,

once you Hesi, they're jumping right there,

once you hit 'em with the in-and-out,

you got 'em jumping, you can get by 'em.

Again, one the keys to matching them between the legs

is getting the ball between the legs really fast

so pound it quick and low,

and once you Hesi, got 'em with the in-and-out,

you clear to the basket.

And you can add countermoves to that as well,

so you go between the legs,

and it look like you gonna do the in-and-out,

you already done the in-and-out,

you just go right into a Hesitation Pull Up.

So again, when you do these moves,

it creates opportunities for other moves you can do

that look just like them, but you goin'

in different directions, different ways,

creating different shots.

The next between the legs dribble move,

I saved this one for last because I got

a nice counter I like to do with it,

that's gonna have the defenders really jumping everywhere.

It's pretty simple, you're not doing anything,

you're doing a simple between the legs,

but instead of going that way,

so if I'm going between the legs, from right to left,

I'm gonna bounce opposite of where I'm dribbling.

So you can do it off the dribble,

or off the wing when you catch the ball.

Okay, you coming off the dribble, it's real simple,

you dribble and bounce, you got that pull up right there.

You can do the same thing

if you catching the ball on the wing,

you catch it, a clean dribble-bounce,

pull up right into your shot.

Now why I like this is because you gonna create space.

It's a quick one-two move,

just boom, one-two,

you jumpin' in the opposite direction.

I like to add a counter to it.

After you've done the move once or twice,

you got some points, the guy's probably gon' bite for it,

now what I like to do is, when I go between,

I'll bounce right, and then you can go behind,

and bounce the opposite direction.

So again, it doesn't matter how fast the defender is,

that's a hard move to keep up with.

So again, a simple between, shift to the opposite side,

and then go right into the behind the back,

and bounce to the other side,

and you can end that with a pull up.

Just a quick between, bounce, pull up right there.

So it's almost like, when you doing step backs

or a side-step pull up, but off of a two dribble move.

So it's gonna be just as effective,

probably create more space,

and give you more opportunities to do other moves

that look pretty similar.

So I know I said only the three

between the legs dribble moves,

but I'm gonna add a bonus, just 'cause I like y'all so much.

This is a pretty smooth move, a lot of players,

especially Damian Lillard does the Lunge Dribble.

So this'll be a good one to definitely create some space

because when you go between the legs,

you wanna go downstream.

Right after the between the legs,

because you've done a lot of the other combo moves

like the in-and-out and the Hesitation, and between-behind,

they're gonna be looking for some of those similar moves.

So next, when you go between the legs, and Lunge Dribble,

you really wanna still drive them to the basket.

You gonna go 'tween the legs,

and so instead of going left and right,

you know, between the legs right here,

you wanna go between the legs going toward the basket,

so that when you lunge, you create a space,

and you open up for the shot right there.

You can do it either side, between the legs, lunge.

Hard pound right there, and it'll create some space for you,

again giving you more opportunities, different looks,

to get your shot out, to get by defenders.

- I hope you enjoyed today's video.

Take these beginner tips, these basics,

to your shooting, and take your shooting

to the next level.

If you wanna take your game to the next level,

and you're a small guard that is looking

Ted Nugent Had ENOUGH! Sends Out Urgent Order To Shoot Those 'Rabid Coyotes' NOW! - Duration: 5:02.

Ted Nugent Had ENOUGH!

Sends Out Urgent Order To Shoot Those 'Rabid Coyotes' NOW!

Imagine the reaction from Americans if an illegal alien or Muslim were to appear on

a national radio program, and call for death to America while making comparisons between

Americans that seek to end the brutal, and violent practices of terror groups like ISIS

to "rabid dogs" and calling for their deaths.

Then imagine how the left would react when such an individual suggests that anyone that

opposes ISIS, or Al Qaeda should be shot between the eyes in an effort to rid the world of

their evil.

Seems like that is pretty much what we do hear from ISIS, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and

others like them on a regular basis.

Yet the left insists this violent rhetoric is not indicative of an entire people group

or that these people did not really mean it.

Or worse, they act like it never happened and simply ignore it altogether.

Worse yet, many on the left routinely and actively advocate for violence against conservatives,

and other right-leaning individuals much in line with the likes of ISIS and others like

them.

Some have even gone so far as to act on such threats such as James Hodgkinson, who shot

Rep. Steve Scalise (LA-R) and wounded four others at a Republican baseball practice.

To many, this is perfectly acceptable.

Yet, when conservative musician and NRA board member, Ted Nugent, speaks of needing to eradicate

the cancer known as liberalism by using imagery from the beloved classic family movie Old

Yeller, a story about a beloved family dog that is infected with rabies and must be put

down by the boy who loves him, it is apparently a problem for the left.

Nugent stated while speaking with InfoWars founder Alex Jones – "I don't care why

he's foaming at the mouth, I don't care how he got rabies, he's rabid, get rid of

the damn dog.

When Old Yeller brings us slippers, give him a biscuit; when he foams at the mouth, you

shoot him between the eyes.

Any questions?

You got to do it.

America, you got to cleanse this country."

Don't ask why.

Just know that evil, dishonesty, and scam artists have always been around and that right

now they're liberal, they're Democrat, they're RINOs, they're Hollywood, they're

fake news, they're media, they're academia, and they're half of our government, at least.

So come to that realization.

There are rabid coyotes running around.

You don't wait till you see one to go get your gun.

Keep your gun handy, and every time you see one, you shoot one."

Naturally, the left stops there and cue inaudible screeching and selective "fact" recital

while they blast Nugent on every mainstream media platform and all over social media without

context or further explanation.

Nugent goes on to say in the SAME interview – "No, I'm not talking about shooting

anybody.

I'm talking about dealing with an outrageous condition that is painful and traumatic and

frustrating, but if you don't face the beast, you're dead, and that's what's going

on."

Frankly, Nugent makes some very valid points.

One must face the disease that is killing America head-on.

It must eradicate this disease if it hopes to survive and perhaps even thrive again.

Conservatives need to understand that we are battling for our very survival against communist

elements deeply entrenched within our country and they wish nothing more than our downfall.

In our ongoing fights to combat these ideological foes whether it be in media or in public forums

there is a lot more at stake than just simply trying to change the minds of the leftists

themselves.

Most cite skewed stats, faux facts, and outright falsehoods in an effort to make their points,

interested more in entertaining an audience and shaming their conservative and libertarian

counterparts with ad hominem attacks and strawman arguments.

Progressive radicals are little more than bullies at their core and nothing is off limits.

There is no such thing as "too low" or "too taboo" when it comes to waging an

attack on those they deem to be the opposition.

They are not interested in a discussion nor are they truly interested in any sort of exchange

of ideas.

Your facts do not matter to these zealots, regardless of how true they may be.

It is about raw power and silencing the opposition be it through shame or brute force by any

means necessary.

Therefore, it is vital to expose these shameful lies and abusive tactics when they are put

forth and used.

Many times they will mock and personally attack rather than providing any true facts or counterpoints.

Conservatives need to recognize that a combative approach does not mean ideas will not be shared.

However, they do need to recognize their inherent advantage in that their ideologies are consistent

with history and reality.

Therefore an argument based on facts will expose errors, thus revealing the truth for

all those that read or listen.

Mother Says She's "Proud Of Daughter" Who Disrespected Veterans In Front Of 47,000 People - Duration: 6:35.

It's getting worse and worse every day.

The lack of respect for our military, flag and our nation is growing by leaps and bounds.

This time two elementary school students who were part of a choir which was invited to

perform the national anthem before the start of the Seattle Mariner's baseball game,

decided to take a knee.

One of the girls Helena Gamet told her mother ahead of time what she and a friend were planning,

It was a rare chance to make a statement on a big stage and she had her mother's support.

The girl said she did this because she believes in the Black Lives Matter movement and thinks

that in this country, a lot of social injustice is happening and a lot of racial inequality

is happening to black people for which they aren't receiving justice.

The girl's mother, in an interview, stated that she told her daughter that if she was

going to do this, there's going to be pros and cons.

Adding that there was going to be ignorant people who say ignorant things and they're

not going to care that these girls are 12.

Although the girl did later state that she meant no disrespect for our military judging

by the mother's answer it's clear where this girl gets her disrespect for the nation

that houses her.

In what other nation in this world are blacks better off than they are in the U.S?

And that's an honest question.

Elitist athletes disrespect our country because Collin Kaepernick had to find a way to remain

in the news after being benched by the San Francisco Forty Niners for being a poor player

and all these rich players follow suit.

Most of whom probably don't know much history other than the one Hollywood makes up for

them so they think it's ok to disrespect our flag.

How things have changed, if anyone from my generation would have pulled a stunt like

this, there would have been hell to pay at home for being disrespectful towards the nation

which gives endless opportunities to those who want them.

Here are more arguments for and against players kneeling during sporting events via The Boston

Globe:

"YES

Amanda Orlando Kesterson

Gloucester resident, Republican State Committee member

Amanda Orlando Kesterson The practice of playing our country's national

anthem before sporting events is a time-honored tradition.

The highly-paid NFL athletes who sparked national controversy by kneeling during the anthem

to protest what they term a "racist America" spit in the eye of the same country that tunes

in each week to pay their exorbitant salaries.

When the NFL allows disrespect for the flag and the anthem, it disrespects the brave men

and women who have provided the freedom and opportunity those athletes enjoy.

No country is perfect, but this imperfect nation has liberated other countries and provided

opportunities to millions seeking freedom.

Our flag and what it represents deserves respect, especially from those as privileged as professional

athletes.

The government should never punish anyone for peaceful protest, which is protected by

our Constitution.

But the NFL owners absolutely should punish players for these actions or it will continue

to suffer financial consequences from consumers who resent the anti-American messaging put

forth by the players.

When an NFL player dons his uniform and steps onto the field, he is no longer simply an

individual peacefully protesting.

He is an employee, representing an organization, and his actions while on the job reflect on

that company.

Private companies set expectations for employees' behavior, dress, hair length, visible tattoos,

and other issues that they feel are important for marketing their brand.

Athletes might be highly paid, but they are still employees.

The NFL should deal with rogue employees who choose to send an anti-American message to

consumers.

In 2012, a young woman visited Arlington National Cemetery and posed for a photo — which went

viral — while making an obscene gesture and pretending to yell next to a sign asking

for silence and respect while visiting the grounds.

Thousands of calls poured in to her employer complaining about her lack of respect for

our veterans buried there, and her employer fired the woman and her coworkers who took

the shot for not representing the company's values while on the job.

The right to free speech is protected from government oppression, but not private sector

scrutiny.

That employer sent a message that codes of appropriate behavior are expected when on

the job.

The NFL owners should do the same.

NO

Anthony Owens

Salem resident, volunteer, Essex County Community Organization

Anthony Owens The answer is "no" and we should be examining

very deeply why this type of question is even being raised.

National Football League teams should not (and cannot) punish their players for kneeling

during the playing of the national anthem.

The First Amendment of the Constitution protects freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and

the right to protest.

As it reads, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or

prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the

press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government

for a redress of grievances."

Inspired by the example set by Colin Kaepernick last season, more than 200 NFL players kneeled

— a respectful symbol of selflessness, humility, and supplication — or sat in conscientious

objection during the playing of the national anthem on Sept. 24, 2017.

They were making a public statement and, in the language of our Constitution, to petition

for a redress of their grievances regarding police abuse and the killing by police officers

of African Americans across the United States.

In Kaepernick's own words to NFL Media in 2016, "I am not going to stand up to show

pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.

To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other

way.

There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."

Instead of trifling questions like this one that only serve to distract, we should instead

be asking ourselves some more important questions:

1.

Does this very question of whether punishment should be assessed for kneeling during the

national anthem (but not after a touchdown, as with Tim Tebow) underscore Kaepernick's

very point about racial oppression in the US?

2.

Why individuals who have killed citizens that they are supposed to be protecting and serving

are not punished in this country?

3.

How can we as Americans who believe in "liberty and justice for all" stem the obvious patterns

of injustice that Kaepernick and his peers have raised, when we so clearly will do anything

to avoid looking at them?"

You Have to Protect Your Brand - Duration: 7:17.

hey this is the daily overpass, my name is Eric and I make apps. Now today I want

to talk about how you have to protect your brand

Alright so it is a beautiful spring morning here in Oxfordshire, I don't know

if you guys can hear the birds chirping and everything but the sun came out, the

rain stopped it it's just nice. It's actually a shame I'm on my way into work

now, it's a shame to go sit in the office for the rest of the day, but you know

cool thing is I get to work on apps and overpass stuff, so yeah I'm

actually looking forward to it. So anyway a strange thing happened yesterday - I was

going for, last night just I was about to go out for a run, and yeah I'm

constantly checking the comments on the YouTube videos. Yeah, I wish I could say I

didn't, I wish I could say I was cooler about it, like, you know, I checked once a

day or whatever, but I'll check throughout the day, and I saw that

I had a comment on one of the videos from one of the founders of the app or

one of the cofounders of the ionic framework, you know somebody who I really

admire and look up to. I thought wow, this guy found one

of my videos! So I looked to see which video it was and it was the one I did

about a month ago where I was talking about why we're not gonna use

the ionic framework for any new projects. And basically he was saying

that, you know, while he understands that I'm a fan - because I was very positive

about it right, I am a big fan of the ionic framework, it was just the

underlying Cordova part of it then I had my doubts about, and I still kind of have

my doubts about it. But he was saying that I was spreading FUD, which is fear

uncertainty and doubt, I had to look that up, about the framework and I was doing

it unnecessarily and everything like that. So I went out for my run and

as I'm running I'm thinking about this thinking: "Was I really you know,

I didn't say that ionic didn't work and I didn't say that Ionic was bad, I just

said I had a fear that one day, if Apple decides to, they could remove those kind

of apps from it, and it wasn't just that, I was doing some searching around a lot

of people calling for Cordova and webview apps would be removed completely,

which would be completely ridiculous and it wasn't anything about the technology

or anything like that or how it works. I'm a big huge fan, my problem is

with Apple and the uncertainty of Apple and how I don't see them as being the

most stable when it comes to app reviews and everything like that.

So anyway, I responded to that review and I pinned it to the top. I said

hey thank you very much I'll put this at the top so that if anybody comes to see

this video, they'll see what you have to say and and your take on it.

Everything like that, and you know thanks, I thought it was

really cool that he responded. Then I thought, I was going to bed and I started thinking

wait, why did he respond? How did you even find that video? And then I did a search

on ionic framework, and guess what video comes up at the top, right after all

those years of tutorials, all their videos, all the stuff out there, the one

that comes at the top is the one I did about a month ago. Now I think that

that will change, I think it's probably a temporary algorithm thing with YouTube.

I'm sure by the time you, so this video goes out in a few days, I'm sure by

the time you see it, it probably won't be at the top anymore but when I saw it, oh my

god, you know, if you do a search on an ionic framework - just that, mine shows up

at the top, which is probably not the fairest thing. And I started thinking,

this guy he had to protect, he had to not only allay any fears that I might be

rising up, perhaps recklessly but I mean

they're my fears it's my opinion right as I've always said I am NOT an expert

on anything, but if I make a decision if I go one way or another then I'll you

know I'll tell you guys about it cuz it's on my mind. But not only

did he have to protect that, but he had to protect the brand, right, it was

something which was not what I was doing. I was not out there to to deface the

brand or make people not use ionic or anything like that. I was just saying my

opinion - kind of the fears that I had going forward, and the fears that I

still have going forward, which is why we're still gonna go with some of

the other frameworks because we've been moving in that direction since the

beginning of the year. So, what bothered me was that my videos at the

top, and i thought about taking it down, I thought, you know, maybe this

is unfair I'll take the video down, and then I thought no, the algorithm will sort

itself out in a few days, you know, it's still my opinion, there's still

people watching it, there's still people who like to know what do I think about

these kind of things, so it's there. But one of the things I'm always

thinking about is also, within terms of the apps world, if I talked a lot about

the copycats for other apps, so there's other apps that are copying my main app,

Ear Agent, and all the time. The same colors, sometimes they use the same icon,

the same imagery, the same description, and I have to keep going into google

play, mostly with Google Play, it's not really with

iTunes, I have to go into Google Play and I have to report them and just report

them the Google saying "hey, they're using our copyright". I get in touch

with the developer first, and then if they don't get back to me then I

contact Google, which might seem a bit harsh but it's something

you have to do. For that, I have to protect the brand, right.

And one of my fears is that one of those copycats is gonna get better at ASO,

better at marketing and that they're gonna actually do better than my main

app, and then they're gonna take over, which is not what I was trying to do

that video but it's the same similar kind of thing. You have to protect your

brand at all costs, and this is why I think is important to be involved in the

social media and YouTube and everything like that. I know I've

talked about this before, but one of my clients, early on when I told them that I

get bad reviews on my apps from time to time, so my

first ever review on an app was "WTF this sucks". It crushed me, it was

the first one that came through and on the first day, but luckily had a lot more

five stars come in since then and at the moment it's mostly five stars. But

there's a lot of one stars and it's just something that I live with.

I live with people saying bad things about this kind of stuff and I could

live with it as long as it stays in a certain level, but if it ever starts to

outstrip it, it's just one of those things. But I talked to a client, I said

how people will say "yeah this is great", "this is fantastic", "this sucks", and he was

like, "people actually say this sucks? What can you do? Can you have it removed?" And I

said, "no, you just have to live with it, you just have to make

it better, that kind of feedback. So anyway, I appreciate what they're trying

to do. By no means was I trying to take away from the brand, and I

wasn't trying to say the sky is falling, because it's not, I'm just saying that as

someone who looks after my clients how I'm trying to

see the technology that's coming. I make certain assumptions, I have certain

opinions, and those were my opinions, and you may have different opinions. So

anyway, sorry to ramble on a little bit - this is what's on my mind totally this

morning, so anyway that's it for today, I'll talk to you tomorrow.

To make this recipe, we will need.

1 cup of sugar.

3 teaspoon of lemon juice and cup of water.

At first take a bowl and add the white sugar, lemon juice and water to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Turn your burner on high and let the mixture heat up until it starts to boil.

Stir frequently.

Keep an eye on the mixture, since it will start to bubble as it heats up.

Reduce the heat to medium.

Once the mixture starts bubbling and boiling, turn the heat down to medium.

Continue to stir frequently.

The sugar should be completely dissolved in the liquid at this point.

Keep stirring the mixture as it simmers.

Once it reaches a smooth consistency and becomes a deep golden color, turn off the heat and

move the pot to another burner.

Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and let it cool for 30 minutes.

How to apply.

Scoop up a small amount of wax with your fingers.

You can apply it with your fingers or a Popsicle stick.

Be sure to apply the wax in the opposite direction of hair growth.

Spread it evenly until it's about quarter thick.

Apply paper strips or soft cloth on top of the wax, smooth them out, and pull those off

instead of the mixture itself.

Get a firm grip on the wax with your fingers and pull it off in the opposite direction

of your hair growth.

Make it quick, just like you are pulling off a bandage.

Continue to apply the wax in small sections until you're done.

You can reuse the same piece of wax 3 to 4 times, if you like.

Or you can use a fresh amount of wax for each section of skin.
