I'm Going To Show You My Favorit Breakfast Recipe - LadyBoss TV - Duration: 10:29.
Kaelin: Hello, good morning.
I'm here, I just got back from the gym.
I'm going to make breakfast.
This is one of my favorite meals.
It's actually one that my grandpa taught me to cook.
I'm just going to put the healthy spin on it.
We are going to be making bull's eyes this morning.
Yes?
Brandon: Yes.
Kaelin: Yes?
All right.
Brandon: I've had a bull's eye cause you made it.
Kaelin: If you love breakfast, share this if you love breakfast.
Brandon: Who doesn't love breakfast?
Kaelin: Share it if you love breakfast cause I really think you're going to love this recipe.
It's so easy and fast to make.
My husband's always like, "Will you make me bull's eyes?"
Brandon: Yeah.
Kaelin: He's like, "Will you make them please?"
Brandon: She made me bull's eyes last night at 10 p.m.
That was pretty cool.
Kaelin: This is one of our favorite recipes.
What we're going to start with, I'll just show you the ingredients.
I'm going to use Ezekiel bread.
The reason why I like Ezekiel bread is that there's no flour, and it's literally living,
sprouted bread.
It has to stay in the fridge.
Brandon: It's not moving in there, is it?
Kaelin: It's much better for you than the bleached and chemical crap.
You can find this in the freezer section at your grocery.
I highly recommend getting this.
What we're going to do is we're going to start with three pieces here, just like this.
Then I have eggs.
You're going to need a glass that has a circular rim, obviously, but that it's kind of small
enough to fit in the center to where it doesn't match all the way to the edges cause we just
want to cut the middle out.
Then we're going to cut the middle out of this one.
Brandon: That's the bull's eye.
Kaelin: Yeah, you want to save these because these end up being my favorite part.
Brandon: The middle of the bull's eye is the best.
Kaelin: Yes.
Just like that.
I already have a skillet preheating.
Brandon yesterday was like, "Well aren't you going to put something in?"
I was like, "Well it's got to preheat first."
Cause when the egg hits the pan, you want it to instantly start cooking.
We don't want it to be runny.
What we're going to do now is we're going to take-
Brandon: Kaelin, that shirt is sick.

There's a million different ways you can make these.
When my mom was here a couple of weeks ago, I cut a pepper and put the pepper ring, like
cut it long ways, and put the pepper ring in before I put the egg in so then it cooked
the pepper into the bull's eye, which was really cool.
Now I'm just going to take some pepper and put it on the egg.
Brandon: I love how everyone has a different name for this.
It's so funny.
You didn't make it with Ezekiel bread, though.

Kaelin: Yeah.
Brandon: And then organic eggs.
Kaelin: And then I'm going to use a little bit of fat-free cheese right here, cause my

Do I Win The GRAN FONDO DEAD SEA!? | Tour of Arad | Stage 2 - Duration: 9:51.
Tour of Arad stage 2 or the Gran Fondo Dead Sea.
A 125 kilometer race with the famous Israeli Scorpion's Climb which will definitely be
the decisive part in today's race.
I am around one minute behind the leader in the general classification, Omer Goldstein,
so I still have any chance of winning the yellow jersey.
A
one minute gap to bridge for the yellow jersey.
It might be possible, but on the other hand it's going to be very difficult as Goldstein
is a better climber, at least, that's what I learned yesterday in stage 1B.
So my plan is to start the Scorpion's Climb, which is four kilometers with 11% average,
with some advantage.
Therefor my first ambition today is to get into a break-away and starting with a 90 second
advantage on the Scorpion's Climb.
And luckily my plan works.
I have a gap with eleven other riders when starting the main obstacle in stage 2.
In the meantime my good friend Matteo Fontana is participating in the recreational Gran
Fondo Dead Sea, riding for a short time lonely through the Negev-desert.
But then the cobblestone section tells me the Scorpion's climb is coming closer.
In the first part of the climb I have difficulties keeping up with my break-away companions.
After a small flat section I regain my rhythm and I come back to the first two riders in
the race.
My break-away companions, they don't want to continue racing as the yellow jersey is
nearing us at the back.
But I don't like the defensive riding style.
I rather choose the aggressive one, attacking immediately after the top of the Scorpion's
Climb.
I quickly take a gap of around two minutes but as it is still fifty, hilly kilometers
of racing to the finish line, I quickly lose terrain.
After an hour on my own, Guy Leshem of the Israel Cycling Academy squad joins me in the
break.
Together, we regain time on the small peloton.
The fight for the yellow jersey is still undecided at this moment
of
the race.
But unfortunately, the peloton closes in on us just when the finish line seems within
reach.
Other riders instantly choose to attack and as I spent around three hours in the break-away,
I cannot keep up anymore.
I am able to come back to the main group once, but after series of attack, I lose
the connection.
I am fighting for
the eighth position, a bit further back from the front group.
I get beaten easily in the sprint by Ori Leonzini, resulting in the ninth position in the race.
In the general classification I finish as number eight.
I carried out the best of my ability in the second stage in the Tour of Arad.
I raced aggressively, got close to success, but just missed a little bit of strength.
Racing in the Negev-desert was a pretty amazing experience.
Kudo's for the organization and the overall winner Omer Goldstein.

I am FINALLY reviewing the Bono by Transthetics.
I swear to God, that this is one of the toys I have gotten a request to review the most
in my entire life. Everyone. Every single review video I have ever done, in the last 6 months
"Are you doing the Bono review?" "Are you reviewing the Bono?" "I see you have the Bono on your shelf."
"Are you reviewing it?"
My friends, it is March 25th and it is here for you today.
There is honestly way too much information for this toy for me to make into one video,
so I have decided to split it up into two parts.
Part one is today. I am going to be talking about Solo play with the Bono.
And then, part two - which will come out next month - will talk about partner play.
And I will link that video when it is out, here, or down there, or on the tittie... wherever.
Alright. I am going to try to make this video not super long, but there is way too much information here.
And I want to make sure that you know what you're getting into if you are interested in buying the Bono and you buy the Bono.
So that's why, today, I'm talking about solo play.
So. Before I go into any of this and show you the product and everything,
PLEASE know that I am reviewing a toy that is meant for sex.
So, if you are under 18 or sensitive to those things and don't want to hear about it
then you could leave. If you are not interested in sex but still like that I ...
I have a lot of people who are like, asexual or who are, like, sex-repulsed asexual who watch my reviews,
and they think that it's just funny.
Maybe it's because I put dicks all over my face, maybe that's why.
Anyways, let's get onto the review!
So the first thing I am going to show you is what the package looks like.
This is what the package looks like. I can't show you the other side because it has my actual address.
But, this is what it looks like, and on the declaration form it says "soft toy".
So, it does not say "BIG OL' DICK", like you think it would.
So, it is very discreet.
It's not packaged 'exactly' like how it was packaged when I got it
But I obviously needed to, like, open it and use it. So...
The first thing that you get is the instruction manual here, which is... umm... very good.
Because it really outlines, like, everything. I know. Like, my screen is, whatever.
So, this paper gives you all the information about how to clean the product, how to turn it on, umm,
it show-- it gives you links to videos that you can watch that, like, "demo" and how to take care of your product,
and stuff like that. So this is very good. Please read it when you receive the Bono.
And its the good stuff. Like I said, it's not packaged exactly like it was. I kind of just put everything in a baggie
but it's not packaged like this when you get it.
It does come in this baggie, though. It looks like some saggy balls. Whew!
Which is ironic, because this toy does not have any balls.
So, when you take it out of the package that it is sent in, it looks like this.
So, let's go through it really quickly so that I can actually show you the features of the Bono.
So this is the Bono here. Alright? And this is, umm ... a very, very interesting looking thing, because
inside is hollow. You have a vibe that comes with it. You have an attachment for the vibe that you can add here
that I'm having troubles with right now because I am using one hand
There is a charger, because the vibe is rechargeable. And, finally, you get a syringe.
That doesn't have a needle, but it is a syringe.
Why?
So, here's the thing. This, and this? It kind of goes together.
And you kinda put it inside, and once it's inside
This is what it looks like with the vibe inside.
Now I'm going to show and demonstrate actually how to use it solo play.
So I am actually going to be moving, putting on the specific underwear that you will be using to use this toy , and uh showing you how it works.
So it is going to be a little graphic so don't look if you don't want to look.

I, when I received this I did not have a partner or anyone to sleep with, and I was like how am I to review this toy?
So I decided let use it by myself and see how it works on myself.

Modelling Heresy Ep. 06 "primers" - Duration: 15:38.
Modelling Heresy Episode 6 - primers.
Hi everyone and welcome to a new modelling heresy episode. This time i´d like to talk a bit about primers.
It is a topic, which can always be debated in very fervent ways - and it never stops. So i think i can present you my opinions on the subject.
Right here you can see what i am using for "priming" (if you want to call it that way):
Revell acrylic paints and Mr. Surfacer paints or liquid filler or whatever name you want to give it.
Besides that i am not using anything else. No special primer products from the hardware store or by model building brands.
I do not see the point of using special primers all the time. In the course of this video i will explain and show you why.
I noticed that the topic is perfect for having an argument over the words and terms, so i´d like to define what primer means to me personally first.
It is probably not the perfect or correct definition of the term, but i will say it anyway, so you can understand what i am talking about. This will avoid confusion.
The word "primer" refers to the first layer of paint you apply on your workpiece. It has various qualities.
Let´s use a car as an example: When a car body gets painted one applies a primer on the bare metal.
The primer will protect the metal right away and provides stability to the next layers of paints applied on top of the primer.
In short terms: The primer protects both the metal and the paint from wear and tear and corrosion.
Wherever you have to deal with a workpiece that is exposed to a considerable amount of strain you will use a primer.
Such strains can be insolation, or using again the car as an example, road salt and so on.
In this case a primer is required. Very obvious.
Well, when it comes to model building things are quite different. I doubt your models are exposed to any strain at all.
I don´t think you store your models outdoors where they are exposed to the sun and rain.
When viewed from this perspective a primer seems to be very much over the top.
Another term i am using is "basecoat" or "basecolor". That is the black or grey acrylic paint i apply on my models as the first layer of paint.
The reasons behind this are very different, they have no relation to a primer - at least in my opinion.
Let´s imagine we just assembled a model kit: The plastic is grey, the photo-etch is brass-colored and we even had to fill some gaps here and there, so the filler is white or maybe even green.
Right on top of that we spray on our sand yellow paint. I think you will agree that the sand yellow will look a bit weird at some areas due to the different colors of the components underneath.
The sand yellow will look different on the green filler compared to the grey plastic next to it.
In order to avoid that i am using a "basecolor". The model becomes plain-colored, no matter what materials we used to build it.
On top of that i can start to apply my actual paints, it allows them to look the same everywhere on the model.
Besides that it is easier to spot defects on your model.
Black is not the ideal color in this case, but white and grey are better.
You are able to see small defects on your model, like small gaps or scratches or small other defects of this kind.
Maybe you did not see these defects on your model at first, but after the first coat of paint can you identify and correct them.
This is important for me when it comes to aircraft models in particular.
I think the differences between a primer and a basecolor are quite obvious:
On the one hand you have a technical aspect of making the paintwork more durable, because it is exposed to strain. It needs the maximal grip. Thats what a primer is meant for.
On the other hand you want to achieve color fastness, thats what the basecolor does.
As i mentioned before, these are the two variants i am using: Ordinary acrylic paints and Mr. Surfacer when it comes to tricky surfaces, like aluminium.
Nothing really sticks to aluminium nicely, apparently this is simply the nature of aluminium.
For aircraft models i am usually using a light grey or medium grey paint as a basecolor.
You always have to fill some areas on an aircraft model. You can see it here on the wings and fuselage.
I have a hard time to spot surface defects at this stage, so i spray on some grey paint in order to find the spots i have to rework.
Besides the filling i have also painted some areas already, in this case the canopy. On the bottom side there are some photo-etched parts.
I also want to assimilate all of these areas with one basecolor, that is the second reason why i apply the paint.
I was under the impression, that my model was perfect and ready for painting.
However, the basecolor clearly reveals that i have to rework some areas.
On the wings i filled sanded a few unnecessary engravings. I thought i did a good job here, but apparently i didn´t. I have to rework that.
Up here on the wing roots i did some filling, but it looks fairly decent the way it is.
I could have used black or white paint for the basecolor as well, but it would have been more tricky to spot the defects.
Black paint absorbs a lot and white glares too much. Grey is ideal, you can see the engravings, too.
Primers are actually important when it comes to aluminium parts.
Paint adheres to aluminium very poorly by nature. It is apparently a trait of the material. Why this is the case i do not know. I have seen the problem a few times already.
By the way, this also applies to several plating processes. It does not work terribly well either.
Aluminium is a horrible material, its only benefit is being of light weight.
I intend to cover the front bit of the gun barrel with Mr. Surfacer 1200. The rear half will be covered with Revell acrylic paint.
Before we apply any color i clean the part with cleaning solvent.
I is not unlikely that the barrel is still a bit greasy or covered with cooling agent. I just make sure that there is no grease on the part.
Normally this is not a factor when it comes to plastic parts, but it can play a role when it comes to metal parts.
I simply brush on the Mr. Surfacer. I do not like to spray this stuff with my airbrush.
It is quite annoying to clean the airbrush later, because the primer is rather aggressive.
I like how fast Mr. Surfacer dries. You can almost touch it already.
Now i will spray Revell paint on the entire barrel and let it dry over night. Tomorrow we will do some tests.
I allowed the barrel to dry for quite a long time to make sure we get reliable results.
Of course i could have used a hair dryer to speed up the process, but i want to make sure no one can say "well, it is only dry to the touch, but has not dried through."
I think more than 12 hours are enough to let it dry through. The test results should be reliable.
Now i will put on some Tamiya adhesive tape on the barrel. You can also use this blue Tesa tape, because it is cheaper and works just as nicely.
Well, most people use Tamiya tape, so i think it is the better reference point for you guys.
Paint does not stick to aluminium very well. Often enough people have problems with the tape tearing away the paint again.
I press on the tape, so it sticks well.
Let´s remove the tape again and see what happens.
Mr. Surfacer did not suffer any damage.
The Revell paint holds up as well.
If you want to be safe use Mr. Surfacer, but as you can see it is not an issue with the Revell paint either.
Now i want to know how much strain we can put on the paints in order to remove it from the aluminium barrel.
Here i have an old toothbrush. I usually use it to clean parts.
I just grind it over the barrel and see what happens.
Until now we only removed some paint here on this step.
It is quite obvious why this happened: The paint is not going to cover such an sharp edge perfectly, it is too thin there. A perfect attacking point.
Now i am going to use an old and very stiff brush. It is certainly more rigid than the toothbrush. Maybe we can destroy more paint with it.
You can see, we did some small damage here on the Revell paint, but also on Mr. Surfacer. One could assume now that Revell paint holds up as well (or as poorly) as Mr. Surfacer on aluminium.
However, i treated the part in a very rough manner both with the toothbrush and the brush.
Without a doubt you are way more careful when you handle your model. I want to destroy the paints to see where the limit is.
Last test, this time we use some wood. Let´s see what it can do.
Yes, the paint gets removed.
And here it gets removed as well.
As you can see the damage i did here is comparable. Both Mr. Surfacer and Revell paint suffered a lot.
The results of this small test do surprise me. I did not expect the Revell paint to be as good as Mr. Surfacer + Revell paint. At least when it comes to aluminium surfaces.
I do not intend to argue you out of using primers. The arguments i put forward come only from my perspective. For the things i do there is no need for a special primer.
However, i can imagine that the car modellers certainly need a primer in order to achieve an even and perfect finish that even involves some polishing by hand.
It is obvious that the paints have to be more durable in this case. It is easy to imagine that these guys need a solid primer underneath their paint.
When it comes to my tanks, planes and figures it is not required, ordinary Revell acrylic paint does the job.
Finding out how other acrylic paint brand would perform in such a comparison would lead us too far. I think it would not be too different though. Vallejo and Life Color are both very nice paint brands.
I am always happy to take up the cudgels on behalf of the Revell paints. These paints certainly polarize.
Some model builders love them, some model builders hate them. There is not really anyone in between who says "they are sort of okay". Revell paints are either a hit or a miss.
I personally love Revell paints and this test has showed nicely how well they perform.
