what you want on what you value now I'm

really heated to help you to define the

difference between the focusing on what

you don't want this is the focus being

on what you do want now with all the

noise that's going on maybe i am here a

little bit to implore you to turn off

some of the noise it's a little bit like

people that slow down when there's a car

crash or an accident on the road

code it slows things down it backs up

the traffic

nobody's I also get to where they want

so in order for you to get what you want

in order for you to actually bring what

you're about in order to you actually

live a life full of your values you need

to dial your desire away from what you

don't want to reward what you want now

when there is an accident on the side of

the road staying focused two-headed you

where you're driving and where you're

everybody else is what do they call that

gateway everyone else is actually gazing

focus on what you want focus on where

focus on being an integrity with your

Home of Robin Hood...

..Raleigh bicycles...

and writer DH Lawrence.

A city not commonly associated with the Olympic Winter Games -

until a trainee policeman called Christopher Dean

met an insurance clerk named Jane Torvill...

..and they combined to become

one of the greatest Olympic duos of all time.

We often refer to great sporting moments

in artistic terms -

"a masterpiece",

"a creative genius",

"a thing of beauty" -

raising sport to an art form.

There are events where artistic merit is

a key requirement for victory.

Some routines demand movement and inspiration

to impress the all-important judges.

The year is 1984.

The venue is Sarajevo, Yugoslavia.

The temperature is cold.

Torvill and Dean were overwhelming favourites

to win gold in the Ice Dancing competition.

Ice Dancing is a discipline in figure skating that draws

from ballroom dancing...on ice.

Unlike pair skating, couples must perform spins as a team

in a dance hold.

Throws and jumps are disallowed.

Elegance, grace and beauty are key, but Torvill and Dean

wanted to take the art form to another level.

Basically, it's ballroom dancing in boots,

with blades...

on cold stuff.

Already world champions, the two British skaters wanted

to challenge the very boundaries of their sport.

When they took to the ice on Valentine's Day,

they presented a routine inspired by Romeo and Juliet -

a dance that was risky and innovative.

More than simply sport.

Judges assess performance on two criteria -

technical merit and artistic impression.

But this routine was something different for those used to

the ways of ice dance in the 1980s.

No bow ties, no show tunes, no dramatic set pieces,

just the haunting beat of Ravel's Bolero.

They had worked tirelessly

on the amateur circuit in Nottingham for years.

But they really picked up their pursuit of perfection

after the Lake Placid Olympic Winter Games in 1980,

where they finished fifth.

They then decided to quit their jobs

to concentrate full-time on their sport.

The results were spectacular.

With a series of innovative and dynamic routines,

the young British pair won every event they entered

for the next four years.

By 1984, Torvill and Dean were known well beyond Nottingham.

They had become a national obsession.

24 million TV viewers -

almost half the population of Great Britain -

tuned in to watch this routine.

When the two practised in an empty hall that morning,

the cleaners put down their brooms to applaud.

Now Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean

had the whole world watching, and nine judges to impress.

Nine judges to decide who would win the Olympic gold medal.

There it is, there it is.

You know, really a beautiful performance that was perhaps

not difficult, perhaps no changes, perhaps nothing.

You can criticise it from here to zero,

from here to the end of the week, but it was a beautiful,

emotional experience

and that's all that counts about this game.

Wonderful.

The technical scores were outstanding.

None lower than 5.9,

with three judges awarding Torvill and Dean perfect sixes.

The gold medal was surely theirs.

The audience awaited the judges' scores

for artistic merit.

and they'll be in the same range, and across the board.

All the way across - that is a first.

All perfect marks.

Oh, we are so lucky to be here to see this.

This is wonderful.

Every judge gave it a perfect score for artistic impression -

So, today! I'll be eating 7 cups of rice n' eggs

what I've got today is this urchin soy sauce

it looks like its a product from shimogaseki ~wait... whats up with this? they stewed the urchin?~

well whatev's just think of it as urchin soy sauce

I'm guessing is that they stewed urchin in this soy sauce its made with soy sauce some Sake leftovers and urchin

shimonoseki its a town near my hometown

and I made some onion using this soy sauce and I've got 30 eggs standing by here

I'm not sure if I'm going to use every single one of them yet I also have 1kg of miso soup with this 7 cups of rice

and using these I'll be making some rice n' eggs

firstly lets place these eggs on the rice oh and another thing... these eggs expire on april 10th..

eggs last quite some time...... but its already april..... time flies

K, so I'll be using 15 for now

tadaa and this is some onion I made with the special soy sauce and I'll add them

~guess I'll place them around it ~ the urchin is so rich you can really smell the aroma of it

tadaa and now its time for the urchin soy sauce look... this is the color of the soy sauce

its super brownish

now I'll use it

whoooooaaa wow.. its almost like a dressing ~I'm almost out of it already~

~there isn't that much of this in a bottle~

well I did end up using about half of this to make the onion garnish here

that's it for this bottle

tadaa the dish is complete ~heavy~

you can really smell the urchin the soy sauce was so rich and thick

itadakimasu I'll start breakin' eggs

I'm going to break only half the eggs I kinda like them separated so that I can enjoy

each individually with so much raw egg it looks so delish

the urchin is so rich tasting and the yolks are so rich on top of that...

the urchin and yolk combine together to make something extremely rich tasting its so ...Craaaazy delish

and the onion has that urchin soy sauce soaked right into it its so rich and delish as well

it makes me so happy to think that you can make something this delish tasting so darn easily

I really like how super rich this all tastes

its so sinful

and I've made some miso soup

this is so nice as well

ahhh look at how richly colored this yolk is

there's only 1 word to describe it... Rich

a color that looks sort of like orange juice

maybe I'll add a bit more

the color is so thick and dark wow... this stuff really is delish

use it for: sashimi, rice n' eggs. fried rice, pasta, tofu, salads and to add depth of flavor to anything

its got so many uses... ~for reals I'm not advertising their product~

this would probably taste great on plain white rice but still its great with when its mellowed by a some eggs

don't they look yummy

just by topping it with the sauce it feels like I'm eating an urchin dish

well that's basically what this is an urchin soy sauce

its feels like its been a while since I last had white rice I almost forgot how delish white rice really is

the rice has a hint of sweetness I really think the urchin soy sauce will go great with wihite rice

perhaps its because I'm so hungry right now

well its the soy sauce that they made it truly was super delish

I purchased this off of amazon ~I'm always amazon shopping~

I'd be kind of happy if they served me this for breakfast somewhere

~I'd feel as though they've gone the extra mile if they did~

Nomu S20 Review - Low Cost Rugged Phone - Duration: 5:49.

hey guys welcome to Tech Best this is

the nomu s20 and on the surface it

looks like an ordinary phone but check

this out it's actually a rugged phone

in disguise and what I mean by that is

that it doesn't look like a typical

thick chunky square looking rugged phone

it has an ip68 waterproof rating and

would suit people who work in harsh

environments like construction or I've

also had comments from parents wanting

advice on a good cheap phone because

their kids keep breaking theirs well this

could be a good option not only is it

going to be harder to break but it is

also affordable it's normal price is

about 170 US dollars but you can often

pick it up for less than that there will

be links in the description below if you

want to go ahead and check out the current

pricing I've seen it as low as 130

dollars and that is just great value

it is 10 millimeters thick which sounds

like a lot but it is slimmer than the

majority of other toughened phones out

there and when you consider that you

don't need to get a case to protect it

then that 10 millimeter thickness isn't

quite so bad packaging was pretty

standard you get some documentation a

sim ejector tool a micro USB cable and a

fast charger looking at the phone it is

covered with a rubber shell which feels

nice in the hand and offers a ton of

grip and it covers the corners and edges

giving the whole phone lots of

protection there are some metal strips

on the side for reinforcing we have the

silver version there is also a version

that comes with black strips all the ports

are covered by flaps to keep water and

dust out we have a micro USB port here

a sim tray on the side which can take

two micro sims or you can swap one for

an SD card a headphone jack on top and a volume

button here on the back is a waterproof

speaker which sounds decent we also have

an 8 megapixel camera up top on the

front we get Gorilla Glass now nomu's

website says it is Gorilla Glass 4 but

my contact at nomu tells me it is

Gorilla Glass 3 so I don't know which is

correct but either way we should

get decent scratch resistance it also

came with a screen protector already

fitted but let's go ahead and remove it

to make sure the glass doesn't scratch

easily and no it doesn't in terms of

hardware the screen is a 5-inch 720p

display inside as a 1.5 gigahertz mediatek

quad core with three gigs of RAM

32gb of on-board storage and a 3000

milliamp hour battery it runs pure

Android 6 out of the box and this one

came with Google services pre-installed

with no bloatware now obviously it's not

a highend phone but with three gigs of

ram and that lower resolution display

overall performance is fine for normal

use and another benefit of that 720p

display is that it can handle most 3d

games without too much issue and with

moderate usage you can expect about two

days of battery life the IP 68

certification means it can survive one

and a half meters of water for up to 30

minutes now you can't use the

touchscreen under water but you can

still take photos underwater as the

volume buttons can be used as a camera

shutter button instead of the touch

screen the back camera takes decent

shots in good lighting but the front

camera is terrible you won't want to be

taking selfies with this one but then

again this phone wasn't built for

selfies it was built for toughness

just a bit of damage here on the plastic

bezel otherwise let's not to bad

so you would have heard the crack in

that last video clip and the result so

on the third time I ran over it the

screen did break but the rest of the

phone has held up really well the body

still looks pristine and the phone still

works so even though it did fail in that

last test I believe it will still

survive abuse better than most other

phones especially considering the price

if you need a rugged phone I'd still

recommend this just don't go running

over it with a car because yeah

gorilla glass is still the weakest link

watching people put so much energy on

press on reacting against bad things and

bad behavior because not about burying

your head in the sand of pretending

think this is not going on

it is going on unfortunately the way

that you affect change in the world is

to ward asserting your value focusing on

what you want on what you value now I'm

really heated to help you to define the

difference between the focusing on what

you don't want this is the focus being

on what you do want now with all the

noise that's going on maybe i am here a

little bit to implore you to turn off

some of the noise it's a little bit like

people that slow down when there's a car

crash or an accident on the road

code it slows things down it backs up

the traffic

so in order for you to get what you want

in order for you to actually bring what

you're about in order to you actually

live a life full of your values you need

to dial your desire away from what you

don't want to reward what you want now

when there is an accident on the side of

the road staying focused two-headed you

everybody else is what do they call that

gateway everyone else is actually gazing

focus on what you want focus on where

you're going

focus on being an integrity with your

self with your mission your purpose and

goal a new direction now the upside of

what I'm starting to see under this

situation at the moment that's happening

politically is that there is this

uprising of power at this very

grassroots level in people

now this is what we need to do this is

what we need to focus on if you're a

speaking things that you know about are

out there with social justice things

that you are interested in then focus on

the positive aspect of what you're

bringing focus on the change that you

can afford you see the weird thing where

people are feeling disempowered under

this administration is those are getting

this are actually going we have to be

awake and we have to be in our power we

have to focus on our vision and we stop

staring at the car accident let's

continue this discussion toward what we

want my mission is to make 10,000 women

powerfully feminine what is your mission

then get some sort of coaching

leadership will help to find that out

what you don't want it is not helping

So, today! I'll be eating 7 cups of rice n' eggs

what I've got today is this urchin soy sauce

it looks like its a product from shimogaseki ~wait... whats up with this? they stewed the urchin?~

well whatev's just think of it as urchin soy sauce

I'm guessing is that they stewed urchin in this soy sauce its made with soy sauce some Sake leftovers and urchin

shimonoseki its a town near my hometown

and I made some onion using this soy sauce and I've got 30 eggs standing by here

I'm not sure if I'm going to use every single one of them yet I also have 1kg of miso soup with this 7 cups of rice

and using these I'll be making some rice n' eggs

firstly lets place these eggs on the rice oh and another thing... these eggs expire on april 10th..

eggs last quite some time...... but its already april..... time flies

K, so I'll be using 15 for now

tadaa and this is some onion I made with the special soy sauce and I'll add them

~guess I'll place them around it ~ the urchin is so rich you can really smell the aroma of it

tadaa and now its time for the urchin soy sauce look... this is the color of the soy sauce

its super brownish

now I'll use it

whoooooaaa wow.. its almost like a dressing ~I'm almost out of it already~

~there isn't that much of this in a bottle~

well I did end up using about half of this to make the onion garnish here

that's it for this bottle

tadaa the dish is complete ~heavy~

you can really smell the urchin the soy sauce was so rich and thick

itadakimasu I'll start breakin' eggs

I'm going to break only half the eggs I kinda like them separated so that I can enjoy

each individually with so much raw egg it looks so delish

the urchin is so rich tasting and the yolks are so rich on top of that...

the urchin and yolk combine together to make something extremely rich tasting its so ...Craaaazy delish

and the onion has that urchin soy sauce soaked right into it its so rich and delish as well

Guys..... this is really truly delish ~cat~ how many times you goona say that meow?

it makes me so happy to think that you can make something this delish tasting so darn easily

I really like how super rich this all tastes

its so sinful

and I've made some miso soup

this is so nice as well

ahhh look at how richly colored this yolk is

there's only 1 word to describe it... Rich

a color that looks sort of like orange juice

maybe I'll add a bit more

the color is so thick and dark wow... this stuff really is delish

use it for: sashimi, rice n' eggs. fried rice, pasta, tofu, salads and to add depth of flavor to anything

its got so many uses... ~for reals I'm not advertising their product~

this would probably taste great on plain white rice but still its great with when its mellowed by a some eggs

don't they look yummy

just by topping it with the sauce it feels like I'm eating an urchin dish

well that's basically what this is an urchin soy sauce

its feels like its been a while since I last had white rice I almost forgot how delish white rice really is

the rice has a hint of sweetness I really think the urchin soy sauce will go great with wihite rice

perhaps its because I'm so hungry right now

Eggs are safe in Japan Salmonella from Eggs is nearly unheard of

and to finish off I'll add even more of this soy sauce

so indulgent

its so sweet and salty and the urchin flavor is so rich

this was made by suirikubusan LTB out of shimonoseki

well its the soy sauce that they made it truly was super delish

I purchased this off of amazon ~I'm always amazon shopping~

I'd be kind of happy if they served me this for breakfast somewhere

~I'd feel as though they've gone the extra mile if they did~

this urchin soy sauce on rice n' eggs was so delish won't you all give it a try?
