I CAN MAKE YOU LUCKIER NOW (Animated) - Duration: 6:37.
Luck! It's all about perspective.
Your experience of life is affected by the perspective you view it from
depending on the meaning we give to situations or events
we will feel and behave differently
for example studies show that religious people have a higher tolerance for pain
than non-religious
this is because they have framed pain in a certain way according to their belief
another example, when a nun adorns the scarf she's seen as religious, but when a
Muslim woman does the same shes seemed as oppressed.
Professor Richard Wiseman has
been researching luck for over a decade. He says, in their minds they know they're
fundamentally lucky. These assumptions become expectations which in turn become
'Self-Fulfilling Prophecies' because lucky people expect things to work out in
their favor in the end, when ill fortune comes their way
they reframe it or just ride it out till it turns back in their favor
Now here are a few examples of a positive perspective/mindset/framing... whatever you
wanna call it James Dyson the inventor of the world-famous Dyson Hoover tested
about 5000 prototypes. That means 4,999 failures he had to pick himself up from
Let's look at the famous book Gone with the Wind, this was rejected 38 times
before being published. Harry Potter was rejected 12 times and Twilight was
rejected 14 times. If we look for examples within Islamic history
the love the Companions had to fast in the long days of summer
despite it being agonizing, the scholar's love for standing in prayer in the
darkness of the night despite it being tiring. Muslims of the past travelling
long distances for pilgrimage despite it being excruciating. The list can and does
go on. Now, loads of people are constantly taking advantage of reframing things
You got advertisers who get paid a lot of money to frame products in the
best possible light.
you got movies who have to frame their scenes in a certain way
to engage their audience.
you got the news which frames its stories based upon drama and well, discord
now I'm sure you're thinking
that's well and good mate yeah, give me some practical advice
all right I'm gonna give you three in this video yeah all right
so number one: ask yourself constructive questions. We ask ourselves such
unhelpful and destructive questions like: Why does this always happen to me?
Why don't I like myself? Why can't I lose weight?
Ask questions that will
empower you yeah, reframe these questions. For example say: How can I easily stop procrastinating?
or how many ways can I find to lose weight or how can I easily
start to love myself
this puts your brain in a more resourceful state where it
is searching for answers rather than switching off.
Number two: prioritize what is important yeah
there's a really lovely rule which is called the 'Five by five rule'
which is: if it's not gonna matter in
five years, don't spend more than five minutes being upset by it
just imagine if your life is a long tape, now think of the argument you've just had, or a
presentation you have to do, or a job interview you have to go to, and ask
yourself: how much of the tape does this event actually take?
Exactly! so don't
make it seem like it's your entire life
now have a look at these two circles
most people are like the first one, they focus more on the past and the future
and ignore the present.
The very few and fortunate are like the second one
here you will get more of yourself and your life on a daily basis
just remember this key.. key.. principle:
'You always get more of what you focus on in life'
okay let's move on to number three rewire your habits
over the past 20 years scientists
discovered that neural pathways of your brain change over time
the brain is dynamic, not fixed as everyone previously believed
they named this idea (that our brain architecture can change)
Neuroplasticity, this supports the idea
that regular positive thoughts and acts can rewire your brain towards
well, positivity. How? Well, listen to regular inspirational talks, meditation,
reading biographies of inspirational people, doing dhikr while pondering on
its meaning, as well as Qur'an and Salaah while also pondering on its meaning.
Without making this video too long let's just focus on what I've mentioned for now
I would definitely recommend this book
called 'Change your life in seven days' it's actually got some practical
techniques in there that you can use and yeah try them out
until next time, Assalamu Alaikum

Books I'm Taking To University! (2nd Year) [CC] - Duration: 9:54.
Hi everyone, it's Lily, and today I'm gonna be talking about the books that
I'm taking with me to university this year. So I'm about to go into my second
year of university and I have a lot to do. Basically I just have taken on probably
more than I can handle this year. Yeah, so I'm on a committee, I'm the
secretary for a committee and then I'm also a part-time officer for another
Society and then I'm also a student ambassador at my uni so like that's my
part-time job and then I also have like my uni work which actually counts
towards my final degree this year and it's gonna be stressful. So I don't
actually know how much reading I'm gonna get done at uni, I'm hoping to keep it up.
Quite a lot of the books I'm planning on taking with me are quite short so I'm
hoping I can still read them and I also am gonna talk about some of the
audiobooks that I'm taking with me to uni because I do listen to audiobooks a lot
more at uni than I do at home. I've gonna run through the audiobooks I
have on my phone currently that I may end up listening to at uni and then I'm
gonna run through the physical books I'm taking with me. Because I've been reading
about five books a month so far this year on average I was like I can take 15,
I'll give myself a maximum limit of 20 so of course I have 20 books picked out
because I have no control. That's only 20 physical books by the way that's not
even including my audiobooks so I don't think I'm getting it through all of
these this semester to be honest if I get through half of the physical books
that I have this semester it will be a miracle. I'll also be getting other books,
my birthday is this semester so I will be getting books probably on my birthday
so it's just... I don't know, I mean hopefully I couldn't fit all this in my
car who knows. So the first audiobook I have
downloaded on my phone that I haven't read yet that I may end up reading at
uni is Dreams from My Father by Barack Obama. I think I downloaded this in
February when I was just feeling sad about things. And I'd heard his books
were good so I thought why not and this is also narrated by him so I might end
up listening to that, I really like listening to non fiction particularly
when I'm at uni fo whatever reasons so I may end up listening to that one. I also
have downloaded Stardust by Neil Gaiman which is also read by Neil Gaiman and I
read like three hours of this and then I put it down for whatever reason, not cuz
I wasn't liking it but I dunno, I think it was around exam season and I was just
stressed and stopped listening to it for whatever reason.
I do intend on starting that again and reading it, it's quite a short one I
think it's less than seven hours so it shouldn't take me that long to get
through. Then I also have my audiobook of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
which will be the final book my Harry Potter audiobook reread. I've been
doing this for like a year, I'm very slow at rereading the Harry Potter audio
books but I do really enjoy them. I grew up listening to the audiobooks and so
they're very comforting to me and theyre things I don't have to concentrate too
much on because Stephen Fry's voice is so familiar to me and obviously the
story is very familiar to me. Then I also have Scarlet by Marissa Meyer which is
the second book in the Lunar Chronicles. I read Cinder I think in November last
year and I do intend on continuing with the series I know it's been like a year
since I read it but I think if I do continue with it it will be on audiobook. Then I
have The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzie Lee which is a
book I actually do physically own now however I just heard the audiobook was
really good and I'm not gonna take it with me to uni because it's heavy and so
I was like if I'm gonna read it this semester it will be on audiobook. I also
have four books on my wish list for audible which I will probably end up using my
credits on throughout the semester which I'm going to very quickly run through
because I won't talk about them at any other point anyway. The first is Down Among the Sticks and Bones by Seanan Maguire. Which i think is again a short one, it's
only like four hours and it's narrated by Seanan and I do want to continue in
the series but I don't want to pay 13 pounds for the tiny hardback so I
thought I would get this on audio. And then Girls will be Girls by Emer O'Toole
which is nonfiction which I think looks at femininity. I've heard good things and
I really like reading nonfiction particularly about like gender and race
and stuff like that on audiobook so I've heard good things about this one so I
thought I might as well add it to my wishlist. Then that we have How Not to be
a Boy by Robert Webb which is a new ... I think it's very similar to The Gender
Games and that it's like examining this topic which is masculinity in this book
through his childhood. I've heard good things and it's narrated by him as well
so I thought I'd give it a go. And then the final one is Why I'm no onger
talking to white people about race, again I've just had really good things and I like
reading nonfiction on audiobook. So those are all my audiobooks that I may
or may not read throughout the semester at uni like I said I don't really know
how my readings gonna go down at uni. So I've organized my books into three piles,
we have my arcs that I'm taking, I'm only taking three which I thought was quite
restrained. Then it's my challenge books, so any books for my
diversity bingo or British books challenge that I have not read that I
would like to read by the end of the year and then also just books I plain
want to read. So like I said I'm only taking three arcs and I'll run through those
quickly first. The first one is The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli. This
one is out in October so I thought I would take it with me to uni and read it
at the end of September or the beginning of October around its release date. Then I
thought I would take The City of Brass by S.A Chakraborty. This isn't actually
out until I think March next year in the UK but it is out in November this year
in the US so I'd quite like to read it before that. And then it was a toss-up
between this book and The Hazel Wood but I realized like the other two were very
fantasy and I didn't really have a lot of contemporary that I was bringing with
me to uni so I decided to bring this one instead. And that is The Exact Opposite
of Okay by Laura Steven which is a book that is very feminist and talks a
lot about slut-shaming I believe and I just thought it'd be good to take
something a little bit different with me to uni. Okay so next I'm gonna run
through the challenge books that I'm taking so these are books that fulfill
either my British books challenge, my diversity bingo challenge or both. The
first one of those is The Lowland by Jhumpa Lahiri which is a book I actually
meant to read this summer and just kind of forgot to get to. This fulfills the
challenge of an Indian main character for diversity bingo and also counts
towards my British books challenge We then have Chasing the Stars by Malorie
Blackman which also counts towards my British books challenge and also counts
for a person of color in a sci-fi or fantasy novel. And then again similar to
The Exact Opposite of Okay I realised I really didn't have a lot of contemporary
on my list and I do like reading contemporary so I have The Upside of
Unrequited by Becky Albertalli. This could actually count towards two
diversity bingo challenges I believe I think it can either count for Jewish
main character or it can count for underrepresented body type. The next one
is the last of my books that can count towards my British books challenge, I'm
taking three with me, I am one behind at the moment I hope to read one before I
go to uni and that is Refugee Boy by Benjamin Zephaniah. It could also count for
an immigrant or refugee main character for diversity bingo. We then have The
Bone Sparrow by Zana Frallion, this counts in diversity bingo towards displaced main
character. We then have History is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera and I've been
meaning to read Adam Silvera like all year and I just haven't done it yet and
I believe this can count towards diversity bingo for main character
with an invisible disability because I believe the main character in this has
OCD, correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it counts. The next one is The
Round House by Louise Erdrich which counts for
indigenous main character and again I've been meaning to read this all year and I
just haven't got to yet so I'm hoping if I take it with me to uni it will finally
get read. And then finally a book that I've literally, I've picked it up before
this year, I've been meaning to read all yeah and I just haven't yet and that is
Under the Udala Trees by Chinelo Okparanta and this can count
for diversity bingo towards lgbtqia+ character of color. And then we have the
books that I just plain want to take with me. So the first of those is Kindred
by Octavia Butler which I've been excited about ever since I got it. And
this is about time travel I believe a woman ... a black women living in San
Francisco I think in the 60s or 70s ends up time-traveling against kind of
her own will back to the 1800s in the south where slavery still existed and I've
heard that this is just fantastic. Then we have The Power by Naomi Alderman
which I picked up I think when it was shortlisted for the Bailey's but it
hadn't won yet it has now since won the Bailey's prize so I'm definitely very
interested in this and I've heard this is like a very plot driven book which I
feel like will be good I'm gonna need some fast paced books at uni. I then
realized that my of pile of books for uni was severely lacking in the F/F
department and so I decided to take The Abyss Surrounds Us by Emily Skrutskie
which i think is a sci-fi book and again I kind of just know it's sci-fi and I
know it has an F/F relationship but that's, that's all I need to know really.
We then have Exit West by Mohsin Hamid which is a book that I've been
interested in like all year and I got it recently. And again this is a very short
one so it's one I can see myself reading quite quickly
at uni and I believe that this is a Fabulist novel, it's like adult literary
slash fabulism so that sounds right up my street. I then we have Strange the
Dreamer by Laini Taylor which, I like, I've just heard so much about this book that
sounds like I will really love it. So I decided to get it and it's a bit of
a chunky one but I figure like maybe if there's another round of tome topple or
something I can get to this. We then have Human Acts by Han Kang which is an
adult literary novel again this is tiny this is like just over 200 pages and I
believe that this is about an uprising in South Korea in the 1980s which just
sounds really interesting and is about a part of the world that I've never read
about before. Another book that has been on my TBR for ages and I've been
meaning to read for ages, and that is Only Ever Yours by Louise O'Neill. Again I
think I've tried to start this but I just wasn't in the mood at the time. This
is a dystopian novel which I haven't read Dystopian in ages but I do like
reading the genre from time to time and I believe this is also quite feminist.
We then have two sequels that I've been meaning to get to but just haven't
yet for whatever reason and the first one is Our Dark Duet by Victoria Schwab.
I read This Savage Song over a year ago now, really enjoyed it, don't know I
haven't read this yet. And then the final book I'm gonna mention today is A Closed
and Common Orbit by Becky chambers. A Long Way to a Small Angry Planet was my favorite
book of last year. I've heard that this isn't as good but I've still heard good
things about it so like why haven't I read it? I don't know. I really, I really
couldn't tell you. So yeah guys, those are all the books that I'm planning on
taking with me to uni and potentially reading. I feel like I've got a nice
variety of books and hopefully I can make at least a dent in some of these
books over the course of the semester. If you're going to university this year
then good luck particularly if it's your first time good luck enjoy it. And if
you're not at University I hope you are just enjoying whatever you are doing at
the moment. I hope you guys are having a lovely day wherever you are and I will see you
soon in another video. Bye guys!

Disney Should Buy Ubisoft (and Make Video Games Again) - Duration: 5:58.
Today I'm taking a break from the Q&A to talk about Disney and gaming.
This video originally started as a rant, but the last thing the internet needs is more
negativity and pessimism.
So while I still plan to talk about what I think Disney is doing wrong when it comes
to gaming, I also want to talk about how I think they can fix it, and I think it begins
with them buying Ubisoft.
My biggest issue with Disney's approach to gaming today is that it's hard to even
call it an approach.
They're not really doing anything with gaming these days.
It's no secret either.
Back in May of 2016, to the surprise of many fans, Disney not only cancelled Disney Infinity
but they also announced their plans to back out of video game publishing entirely and
instead depend on licensing out their intellectual property to publishers like EA.
As disappointing as this news was, it wasn't bad business.
While their Consumer Products and Interactive Media division was doing well, it was doing
well in spite of their video games, not because of them.
Luckily merchandise revenue from cash cows like Frozen and licensing Star Wars to EA
for Battlefront both offset the drop in sales for Disney Infinity.
Today when it comes to Disney and video games what we get are mostly low budget mobile games
and licensed Star Wars titles from EA.
There's also Kingdom Hearts but let's be real here, it's one series, and the last
full console release came out 11 years ago.
Sometimes I think maybe Disney forgot that Square Enix is even working on it.
But in any case, what's the problem?
Kingdom Hearts is a great series, the Battlefront games aren't amazing, but they're not
really horrible either, and while the mobile stuff is a whole different can of worms, it
still has its audience and makes money.
It's all nothing spectacular, but it's safe and reliable.
Well, that's the problem.
It's safe!
This is Disney.
This is the company founded on the ideal of taking creative risks.
Walt put everything he had on the line to start making animated shorts.
He did it again to make Snow White years later.
He did it again even later to build Disneyland.
"Yeah but that was Walt.
He's been dead for a long time now." It doesn't matter.
Even in the Eisner era of the company this trend continued.
It was Eisner and Wells who ultimately backed out of working with hotel chains to build
new resorts at Disney World themselves because they realized that Disney would do a better
job making hotels the "Disney Way."
They stepped out of the shadow of the retail middle-man by creating The Disney Store.
They stopped licensing their characters to cruise lines so that they could form their
own and build their own ships.
When it comes to doing things the Disney way, Disney excelled at doing it on their own.
However this is the Iger era and that's not really his style.
Pixar. Marvel. Star Wars
Iger is about finding established talent and buying it, and you know what?
It works.
All three studios are doing really well right now, and it's undeniable that the company's
health has improved over the years from this tactic.
So nevermind doing it on their own.
Disney can still do it the Iger way by buying a video game publisher.
They can do it by buying Ubisoft.
Why Ubisoft?
First off, before I get into that we need to put aside some things.
Within the world of hardcore gaming this company gets a lot of flak, some of it deserved, and
some of it undeserved.
Here's the thing: you can complain about open world tropes and microtransactions all
you want, but what you can't do is deny that they're a pretty successful publisher.
Last year they sold $1.7 billion dollars in games and put out 8 titles, with half of them
being AAA.
Like it or not, there is a market out there that buys and enjoys Ubisoft titles.
Now I'm not saying they're perfect.
Far from it.
But that's what makes them a great choice.
They're successful enough that there's something there worth buying, but there's
enough room for improvement for Disney to fix them up and install the "Disney way"
into the company.
Ubisoft has a number of successful game franchises in its library.
Rainbow Six, Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Rayman and Rabbids, Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia.
On top of that they've been known to dabble in more small scale indy-like games such as
Child of Light, Valiant Hearts, and the latest Call of Juarez.
These are also properties that Disney could put to use outside of video games.
A good Assassin's Creed movie.
Some Rayman cartoons.
A Rabbids Disneyland ride.
OK, not that last one.
Let's forget I said that. They've got enough going for them that if Disney wanted, they
could just let Ubisoft operate normally and still be pretty well off.
However why do that when you can combine some of Ubisoft's 33 game studios with Disney's
varied IP?
Imagine more fleshed out AAA marvel games based not only on the Avengers, but individual
heroes, or maybe the Netflix characters like Jessica Jones and Daredevil.
How about games based on Pixar films that are built in partnership with Pixar themselves?
Not just cheap tie-ins, but in-depth experiences.
Or maybe a really good Wreck-It Ralph meta game or a Moana title that plays like a Zelda
game.
What about a AAA Pirates of the Caribbean RPG or a AAA Guardians of the Galaxy sci-fi
RPG similar to Mass Effect (the good ones)?
Imagine a game like Rayman, but based on the latest Mickey Mouse shorts and its art style.
These are the kinds of experiences we're missing out on as a result of Disney just
focusing their gaming efforts on mobile and Star Wars games.
I get why they're doing it.
On paper it makes sense.
It's safe and makes for better earning calls, but that's not what made Disney into
the company it is today.
They're knocking it out of the park with films, and they've got some amazing stuff
lined up with theme parks.
It's time for them to stop being so timid and put that talent and effort into video games.
What do you think?
What should Disney on the video game front?
More specifically, what kind of Disney video game would you like to see get made?
Let me know in the comments below and be sure to leave any questions for future Q&A videos
down there as well.
Thank you for watching, and I'll see you next time!

Too Good At Goodbyes - Sam Smith (PIANO COVER w/ Lyrics on Captions) - Duration: 3:45.
You must think that I'm stupid You must think that I'm a fool
You must think that I'm new to this But I have seen this all before
I'm never gonna let you close to me Even though you mean the most to me
'Cause every time I open up, it hurts So I'm never gonna get too close to you
Even when I mean the most to you In case you go and leave me in the dirt
Every time you hurt me, the less that I cry
And every time you leave me, the quicker these tears dry
And every time you walk out, the less I love you
Baby, we don't stand a chance, it's sad but it's true
I'm way too good at goodbyes (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
I'm way too good at goodbyes (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
I know you're thinking I'm heartless I know you're thinking I'm cold
I'm just protecting my innocence I'm just protecting my soul
I'm never gonna let you close to me Even though you mean the most to me
'Cause every time I open up, it hurts So I'm never gonna get too close to you
Even when I mean the most to you In case you go and leave me in the dirt
Every time you hurt me, the less that I cry
And every time you leave me, the quicker these tears dry
And every time you walk out, the less I love you
Baby, we don't stand a chance, it's sad but it's true
I'm way too good at goodbyes (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
I'm way too good at goodbyes (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
No way that you'll see me cry (No way that you'll see me cry)
I'm way too good at goodbyes (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
No No, no, no, no, no
(I'm way too good at goodbyes) No, no, no, no
No, no, no (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
(No way that you'll see me cry) (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
'Cause every time you hurt me, the less that I cry
And every time you leave me, the quicker these tears dry
And every time you walk out, the less I love you
Baby, we don't stand a chance, it's sad but it's true
I'm way too good at goodbyes

Is the MicroKorg Terrible? (Synth Review/Vlog) - Duration: 9:46.
What's up, YouTube?
My name is Ian Felpel, welcome to my channel, and today, I am tackling a very controversial
and heated question.
Is the MicroKorg really that bad?
Is this little synthesizer the worst synthesizer in all of music history?
Before we get into this, let me state first where I'm coming from on this.
I've owned a MicroKorg for eight years.
I've owned one since I was a freshman in high school.
At the time, I was getting heavily into electronic music.
I really wanted to get serious with it.
I wanted my own hardware gear.
I ended up not really using it until about several months ago.
I got it, kind of worked with the presets for a while, and ended up only using it as
a MIDI controller.
Then after getting into a Computer Music class, where I was re-learning about sound synthesis
and what each waveform and modulation does to the sound, I started working with it in
the MicroKorg and realized: You can actually get some decently and quite good sounds out
of it.
Either way, there's a lot of people who really, really, hate this thing.
So for better or worse, I'm kind of making this video to go through the cons of the MicroKorg,
why people are complaining.
And then finally getting into objectively, what is the sales like, who's using it, and
subjectively, where do I find myself with it, at the end of the day, after having used
this thing.
So first of all, there's a lot of plastic parts.
It kind of feels a little flimsy, which I don't like.
Especially at the back here, maybe it's because I've had mine for eight years, so maybe I've
worn it out more.
You can definitely tell that I've used it, there's some scruff in some places, especially
on the wood.
The keys really don't feel the best.
I don't even really care for the plastic pitch wheel and modulation wheel.
So the build quality on this, contrary to what Korg is really known for, it's really
not the best.
Secondly, the colors on this thing.
I joked in one of my tutorials that the colors on this remind me of the car from National
Lampoon's Vacation.
And I know that they mean to really give a retro vibe with this, hence why they put the
wood on the sides and why they have this olive green color, kind of make it look a little
like a Minimoog.
But, [laughing], it's laughable.
And I'm not saying it to say that I don't like it.
I like the retro look of it, but it's not my favorite.
It's not aesthetically a pleasing synth design.
Thirdly, you have these minikeys.
Everyone complains about this.
In reviews, if you look up two or three stars, even one star, everyone says how the keys
are very toy-like.
And for sure, if you're a real keyboard player, it's not going to feel great.
But of course, if you're going to make a MicroKorg and you're making everything to a small form
factor, then you've gotta have minikeys in it.
And apparently, Korg is not going to stop with that anytime soon.
As I've noticed, the Minilogue and the Monologue that they've put out, they have smaller keys.
They're a little bigger than this, but not by much.
Even the MS20 mini reissue that they put out, those have minikeys on it.
If you're a real keyboard player, you're gonna be mad about it.
And the very last thing, which almost everybody hates, including me, is the edit select.
Now, I realize that when Korg did this, they were trying to find the best way to put all
of these features into a mini synth, and this was the way they came up with it.
But it is annoying that you have to flip through every setting here and look at this little,
teeny-tiny panel to see where you want to work with stuff.
And that's part of the reason why I edit a lot of my videos and tutorials, when I go
through editing the patches, and even why I put up a little screen.
I usually just fly through it so fast, because it annoys me to just go through here and show
painstakingly every single little thing.
And, the further thing that needs to be said is that some of the presets that you get on
this thing are a little cheesy, a little outdated.
They try to sound retro, but they sound like copies and sometimes sound like really bad
copies.
Although I will say, the retro bass setting on A.63 is so good, I continue to use it.
Other than that preset, not a fan of the rest of them.
Having said all this, however, there are some articles, if you look on the Internet.
There's one I'm thinking of at the top of my head from Noisey which talks about the
instruments that every indie band uses, and how he hates all of them.
Maybe it was a joke article, maybe it was real, but either way, it's out there for you
to enjoy.
And at the very top, it says about how the MicroKorg just sucks.
Nevertheless, is this really that bad?
Not when you look at what is being said about it.
If you check Amazon and Guitar Center, Musician's Friend, Sweetwater, a lot of the music sites
whether here in the US or the UK, you're going to see a lot of four and five star reviews.
There's some sites like Amazon, where you have 90 some reviews, gets a four out of five
rating, a lot of five and four star reviews, some three, very few twos and ones.
You even have this one site from the UK that I saw, um, I know I'm going to pronounce it
wrong, it's either Thomann or Thomann Music.
Where they had, like, 200 some reviews of the thing, and it had somewhere between a
4.5 to a 5 star rating.
So needless to say, everyone who's reviewing it, whether they're giving it good or bad
reviews, it still averages out to between a 4 to 5 star rating.
I've not seen yet a website that posts anything underneath a four.
If you look at the amount of bands who use the MicroKorg, you're going to see some fairly
familiar names.
If you're into dance music, you're going to see Justice, Soulwax, and The Prodigy up on
that list.
If you're into indie dance, you're going to see Crystal Castles or even LCD Soundsystem
on that list.
But there's two bands or musicians that really perk my ears.
The alternative rock band, The Killers.
Brandon Flowers uses that MicroKorg on stage at all their shows.
And the other name, which if you're really into electronic music, this should shock you,
is the fact that Jean-Michel Jarre (hoping I pronounced his name right) uses the MicroKorg.
For those of you who know electronic music history, you would know that Jarre is a giant
in electronic music.
He is a pioneer.
I'm saying all of this not to say that, you know, that these acts love the MicroKorg and
they use it all the time.
Maybe they used it at some point in their career.
Either way, they're on the list.
They're said to have used this thing.
On top of all this, the fact that continues to be given, even though everyone says it
and yet I've not seen the data for this.
I've not seen the sales numbers.
But it appears to be that the MicroKorg is the best-selling synthesizer of all-time.
We're not talking the most iconic.
We're talking best-selling.
It's sold more than Moog, more than Yamaha, you name it.
Mind you, I'm not saying all of this to tear down all these people who are saying, "It's
so bad."
They may have genuine reasons as to why they think it's so bad.
I'm just stating that if it really is that bad, all this data should be showing.
And yet that's not the case at all.
Now subjectively, here's my take on it.
I have used other synthesizers than just the MicroKorg, both software and hardware.
I've used a Yamaha DX7.
I've used a Dave Smith Mopho.
I've used a Eurorack modular rig, which easily, if you were to buy the same rig that I used,
it would cost over $3,000.
And on top of this, I have used an EMS Synthi.
Those of you who really know your synthesizers should know that that is the first commercially
available synthesizer that was ever released on the market.
In spite of all the cons that I have with this synth, I love the sounds that I can get
out of it.
I love the sounds that I can program with it.
The vocoder, even though it's only eight bands, and it is a little cheap, it is a lot of fun
to use.
I do like the fact that you have battery power on the thing and can use it portably anywhere.
For me, as plastic and as shoddy as that thing is, it's always turned on, I've never had
any issues with it in the eight years that I've used it.
I've handled it well, I've taken care of it well, and it's done exactly what I need it
to do.
I'm not saying this to say that the MicroKorg is the best synth ever, and that you should
totally get one.
There are, at this time, analog synths and other synthesizers that you can get that are
way cheaper and more featured-packed perhaps.
It's not a perfect synth, and at the end of the day, I think it depends on what you as
an artist want to use this MicroKorg for.
But what do you think?
Do you love the MicroKorg?
Do you hate it?
Are there better synths that you're using that are in this same price range, or even
lower?
Let me know.

DIY RING LIGHT | YOUTUBER LIGTHING - Duration: 2:56.
Hi guys! Today I Will be showing you
guys a cheap and easy why of creating your own ring light
This is the kind of light that most beauty you tubers use to record their videos
and its also pretty cool for photos!
I tough this would be the perfect diy to add to my "BACK TO SCHOOL" videos,
because, with this light you can record videos at night, at home, when you get back from school
or, just shot some selfies
I love the effect that it does on the eyes,
and i think you will also love, so yea, lets do this!
We will be needing a base, my dad is a carpenter, so i ask him to do this circle
Siver metallic spray paint
but instead of that you can also use, aluminum foil, from your kitchen lol
and finally, LED light strip,
you can find that very cheap on ebay, i bought 5 meters,
and i would say that if you buy it buy the ones that say "cold light"
because its the best kind of light for this type of thing
the first step is to spray paint our base, but if you dont have this paint you can just glue
some aluminum foil to it,
just make sure the base is reflecting light
and please, if you use the spray paint, make sure to do it outside, because it will get messy
now, after the paint has dried, we will be sticking the LEDS,
this leds tape, already comes with glue on the back, so its like duck tape,
you have to remove the paper on it tho,
and then you just keep sticking it on the base, until there's no more tape
Like you can see here, the end result is super cool, and its super easy to do
Don't forget to like this video, and to subscribe if you haven't done it already
aaaaand, this is today's video.
Seee you on my next video!! Byeeeeee

Is Jamie Dimon Right? Fraud?! Full Breakdown. - Duration: 14:47.
Hello everyone.
My name is Nick, the host of Sobuka.
On this channel I cover cryptocurrency news taken place in the southern half of the world.
The whole talk of the town is still on this recent Jamie Dimon interview that was given
on CNBC earlier this week.
I think a lot of YouTubers were frankly just overacting on how he brought the price of
Bitcoin down.
I looked at the interview several times as being even bullish for Bitcoin and altogether
cryptocurrencies when you carefully try to analyze this video from a logical, critical-thinking
perspective.
And quite honestly, I think critical thinking is slowly missing from this cryptocurrency
market.
But I digress.
It is hard to read and understand very smart people from face value like Jamie Dimon.
To read and understand, you have to know what exactly it is they are doing with the company
and businesses that they are trying to run.
Here is a guy that manages billions of dollars or if you keep up with the conspiracy community,
that is trillions of dollars worth of derivatives.
No matter what side you are on, like or hate Dimon, the guy is a genius in terms of expertise.
I am going to critique this whole entire 2 minute video by trying to put myself on both
sides of the Bitcoin debate.
And by no means, I am not siding with Dimon and all of my subscribers out there know that
I like Bitcoin, but I am simply playing devil's advocate a bit in the cryptocurrency social
media space as a way to try and provide a constructive balance.
And disclaimer this is just my opinion and not financial advice.
I always say on my channel to please consult a financial advisor before you invest in these
instruments.
Jamie Dimon.
Coin is to Currency as Token is to Technology
Jamie Dimon: "..Separate blockchain which is a technology... from Bitcoin a currency...
and now there are multiple currencies, and I am not talking
about Bitcoin per-se…
I'm talking about currencies...and I'm not saying go short."
**Sobuka Analysis: ** So here is the deal.
I am going to mention where I disagree with Dimon and try to make sense about this statement
and this one is not really major.
He is a guy who tries to keep up with everything.
He is not living night and day like us analyzing and breathing Bitcoin 24/7.
So for his knowledge about the industry compared to all the financial CEOs out there that I
know, he truly gets an A+.
Most financial CEOs are fairly not that knowledgeable when it comes to cryptocurrencies.
So what I want to clarify from this segment is that Bitcoin is both blockchain technology
and currency.
He is however right by saying Bitcoin is a "currency".
It is technically coined with the word "digital currency" anyway.
I personally do not like to call Bitcoin just currency.
That's just my personal opinion.
I would say it behaves like one.
When you call something a currency, to me it should have an official government stamp
of approval in my opinion.
For example, there was a recent rumor that Australia was trying to make Bitcoin a currency.
If that ever happened to Bitcoin, then it becomes a currency whether anyone likes it
or not.
I think in this cryptocurrency space, we tend to confuse these terms altogether.
Maybe putting something like the word "official" into the word "currency" may help distinguish
between an official currency and a digital concurrency.
I'd like to leave it as "digital currency" or more appropriate "cryptocurrency" until
the language is transformed by officialdom entirely.
Following that, what upsets countries is when something other than their own fiat currency
like the Yuan, comes into their space and is slapped with the word currency.
That just undermines the official government currency at the end of the day.
Jamie Dimon.
Difference Between Bitcoin and Ethereum
Jamie Dimon: "and I am not talking about Bitcoin per-se..
I'm talking about currencies..."
Sobuka Analysis: Okay so for people who are not aware, Jamie Dimon heads J.P. Morgan.
This is basically the world's #1 most respected bank by a "majority" of people.
There are currently 800+ cryptocurrencies that include Bitcoin that are listed on exchanges.
Bitcoin holds the #1 place.
Guess who holds the #2 place?
Yes, J.P. Morgan and partners.
His company is in a group called the Ethereum Alliance which is made up of several Fortune
500 companies that also include banks and various institutions.
So when Dimon mentions currencies (and this is my own personal opinion), you have cryptos
that want to behave as physical currencies.
These type of cryptos, we refer to them as coins in this space.
The other set of cryptos are referred to as tokens.
I think Dimon is trying to set a strong clear distinction between currencies like Bitcoin
and tokens like Ethereum.
Further on his interview, we will see him kind of joke about Bitcoin's use case by
sliding in North Korea into the short conversation.
(That joke is kind of humorous towards a certain audience).
However, I want to mention that there is no mention about Ethereum in this segment of
the interview.
A person as smart as Dimon would know that trying to bring down the price of Bitcoin
would also bring down the price of Ethereum, at least short-term since Bitcoin is the big
gorilla that every ape follows in the cryptocurrency market, up or down those charts.
There might be some type of weird manipulation going on here, but I am not going to try and
play the role of conspiracy theorist.
Let's just stay with analyzing the language.
However, I'll definitely keep my eye out on Ethereum and whatever is currently being
built on the Ethereum platform as opposed to cryptos that are associated as simply "coin."
Jamie Dimon.
Bitcoin can Reach $100,000 Before Going Down.
Jamie Dimon: "I'm not saying go short...
Bitcoin could go to $100,000 before it goes down and this is not advice on what you should
do.."
Sobuka Analysis: I think some people might translate this as trading advice, but it's
not trading advice.
That is the smart thing about Dimon.
This entire interview can be translated in so many different ways.
Whether you want to go long or short Bitcoin this statement says it's your choice.
Up until the past 2 weeks, going short Bitcoin was a bad idea until this week with the whole
China news.
At least short-term Dimon is eating up some of his words since Bitcoin is down more than
33% since its high of $5,000.
Consequently as Bitcoin goes down for now, so does Ethereum!
But this also could be inside talk.
Keep in mind J.P. Morgan traders are pretty smart people next to Goldman Sachs.
Whether me or you like or hate them is totally irrelevant.
Both companies hire only the best people.
Also like all famous personalities in the cryptocurrency space, Dimon throws out Bitcoin
possibly going up to $100,000 before it goes back down.
We do not know if he means go back to 0 or where Bitcoin was trading for the last 3 years
at the $200.00 price range.
However, the statement he used later on in the interview was describing Bitcoin as the
tulip bubble.
So obviously Dimon thinks Bitcoin will go down regardless of how high it gets whether
$10,000 or $100,000.
Keep in mind, his statement is clearly an opinion, and price predictions at the end
of the day are nothing more than predictions.
Also keep in mind that Bitcoin is a competitor with all the other cryptocurrencies whether
they are coins or tokens.
Since J.P. Morgan is affiliated with the Ethereum Alliance, like any sensible business owner
their goal is to knock off competitors such as Bitcoin and have companies design and build
on their platform though they are two totally separate, distinct technologies as explained
above.
Jamie Dimon.
My Daughter Holds Bitcoin.
My Traders Don't!
Jamie Dimon: My daughter bought some Bitcoin…and it went up...she thinks she is a genius now...but
it's like the tulip bulb crisis or whatever...
Sobuka Analysis: With that statement, whether Jamie Dimon likes or dislike Bitcoin, he clearly
respects it.
And I think as parents, if you have a child that bought something at a great deal, you
would obviously be proud of your child.
This statement should be analyzed some more.
For example, think about going to a dinner party and talking about your daughter or niece
to friends in public about what they did.
This is similar to what Jamie Dimon is doing.
It's almost bragging like "look at how smart my daughter is compared to your daughter."
If you guys have someone of similar significance that looks up to you like a niece or daughter,
you will not try to brand that little person with something bad.
That automatically puts you in a bad light.
In a dinner party, you'd rather say, "My daughter is doing great in school" rather
than "My daughter causes trouble in school."
What type of image would the latter show as bragging rights.
Therefore Dimon's statement shows some respect for Bitcoin, and obviously he's very proud
of his daughter by observing his body language and gesture.
This statement also has interesting implications.
Whether his daughter is 10 years old or 100 years old makes no difference to me.
Saying a statement like that should make one think.
If you were a parent and really hated something about your kids, would you ever mention such
a statement in public?
This statement sticks out as if "Dimon's kids can own Bitcoin," then "Maybe it's
okay for me to buy Bitcoin."
On the flip side of this statement, he later called out his own traders saying that if
they were found to trade Bitcoin, they'd be fired.
This language could have many meanings as there are different types of traders.
Buying Bitcoin and trading Bitcoins are two completely separate things.
So this language requires more more media follow-up as to exactly what type of trades
his traders would like to do with Bitcoin.
It could be day-trade, swing trade, buy and hold, or whatever flavor is already out there
so who knows?!
But sounds like his kids are simply holders since his daughter has obviously gained a
lot as well.
So maybe his traders need to be as brilliant as his daughter and switch their trading pattern
to just "buy and hold" Bitcoin?!
(Follow the clues people...)
Bitcoin.
Jamie Dimon is Mostly Right About Currencies Here.
Jamie Dimon: "...here's the reason...government from what they like to do is create a currency...they
like to control the currency..they controlled through a central bank...they also like to
know who has it...where it is...where it's going...and you just saw what China is doing
by closing down its Bitcoin exchanges and when all I ever said is that Bitcoin...the
bigger these things get..the more governments right now look at as a novelty like in Washington
where they love technology...wait until someone gets hurt...wait until it's used for illicit
purposes... which is somewhat useful purposes...they close it down…"
Sobuka Analysis:Personally speaking….like or hate this guy, this is why I give him an
A+.
It's like he's being reading my misspelled Steemit articles!
If you talk to most CEOs in the financial sector, they know nothing compared to Dimon
about the political implications of blockchain technology.
Dimon's statement is correct with respect to exchanges being banned in China with the
exception of Hong Kong.
He is also trying to hint that the same things happening in China may occur in other places
like the United States.
I honestly think comparing China cryptocurrency addiction to the rest of the world is like
trying to draw similarities between a heroin addict and a coffee drinker.
So much FUD comes out of China and the feeling or consensus from people in the cryptocurrency
space is in agreement that the China ICO ban was a good idea.
And also there is growing support for the exchanges in China being suspended/banned
as a good idea as well!
At this point, the crypto community consensus is that everyone is quite simply tired of
dealing with China and the government trying to put tougher regulations on the statewide
ICO situation and exchange situation is an overall good thing for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency
industry!
Jamie Dimon is Mostly Right Again About Bitcoin.
Jamie Dimon: "that's my point... so it's not you can argue ...there's analysts...
there's a good reason for it if you were in Venezuela or Ecuador or North Korea...
you're better off probably using Bitcoin than using their currency... that can't
possibly be true in the United States unless you are speculating and that isn't the reason
to say that it has value because other people are speculating and that's tulip and that's
what I was saying... so I don't think and also like I said the other reason to close
down is because use for illicit purposes and so there's just not a real thing and eventually
"emptied out/closed (sounds-like but not sure)."
Sobuka Analysis: That ends the 2 minute interview.
I think Jamie Dimon will run for office one day.
No BS!
Not sure what position, but he will run for something.
This whole interview is politician "speak" and balance between Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies
either succeeding or failing.
So he says Bitcoin is good for certain places like Venezuela and Ecuador which in fact is
true from all the news Bitcoin analysts are receiving from those regions daily, and what
I have been reporting here on this channel as well.
But I am not sure why he mentioned North Korea.
But nonetheless, he is not wrong by stating North Korea!
The only thing I know about North Korea is that there was a suspected Bitcoin miner or
someone mining Bitcoin in that country.
And there has been news of North Koreans leading the Bitcoin ransomware attacks.
But all this news are distractions that we have to keep in mind right now since everyone
hates North Korea.
In any case, with the un-favor-ability towards Bitcoin within the mainstream media, it seems
like all these three countries would eventually make a new future "Axis of Evil" list.
The last part Dimon says is how there is no real use case for Bitcoin as its pure speculation
in other parts of the world.
I have to agree with Dimon on this one.
There is way too many speculators in Bitcoin right now that surpass the population of people
in Venezuela and Ecuador actually using it.
Yes, Bitcoin can be used to make purchases in other parts of the world, but most people
are holding it in hopes that it becomes valuable, hence why he's coining it as"tulip"
crisis.
"It is what it is" ..guys.
But on the flip side, the same thing can be said for gold.
Is that tulip as well?!
But gold is on a slower pace as compared to any assets.
Most people are not using their Bitcoin to buy a cup of coffee in the United States at
their local Starbucks.
One would have to be crazy to do that.
Majority of people are just holders or traders.
Dimon is also right about saying that Bitcoin has been used for illicit activities.
That is a fact!
He thinks it will eventually lead to exchanges being closed down such as in China.
I do not know what type of illegal activities have been occurring in China and even with
their neighbor North Korea with respect to Bitcoin.
Who the hell knows?!
But to stay balanced on the subject on illicit activities, you do have mainstream media siding
against Bitcoin, and I just think the reason is the newsworthiness of Bitcoin.
But if we compare Bitcoin to the US dollar, I can definitely expect that the US dollar
is by far used in most illicit and illegal activities based on simple math.
It's the world's backed currency and there are trillions of dollars circulating everywhere.
However, I believe that with KYC and AML laws slowly being incorporated into Bitcoin purchases
and exchanges, being able to detect illicit Bitcoin activities would be as simple as detecting
credit card fraud.
To conclude we still live in a capitalistic society.
Dimon and JPMorgan have clients that they have to protect.
Bitcoin and all the other coins that are acting as currencies are just competition and a threat.
But I also think Dimon is trying to play both sides, and it's been done very well in this
interview...at least to very keen people able to read between the b..R..ea.ks in this short
2 minute interview.
Personal Market Synopsis As the volatility and unpredictability in
cryptocurrencies subside due to the China shutdown, which I think is frankly great for
all cryptocurrencies, I will be watching closely to see if Ethereum will start to decouple
away from Bitcoin's future price action.
Remember that Ethereum is J.P. Morgan's favorite child.
And unlike Bitcoin, Ethereum is not a coin used to act as a currency.
It's strictly a token with perceived value.
The China market brought too much questionable selloffs for all cryptocurrencies whenever
there was panic selling in Bitcoin.
I would think this made Ethereum investors concerned.
But what do I know...I have been reporting these same events for the past several months
here on Sobuka.
Ok.
Have a great day everyone!

World War 3: Russia blames 'aggressive' Trump for North Korea missile launch over Japan - Duration: 2:57.
World War 3: Russia blames 'aggressive' Trump for North Korea missile launch over Japan
The launch was the second in just two weeks, and the intermediate-range missile flew directly over the Japanese island of Hokkaido before crashing into the sea.
The United States called on China and Russia to take "direct actions" to rein in after it fired the warhead. But instead condemned "aggressive" US rhetoric, while China suggested the US was avoiding its own responsibility for the potentially deadly missile launch.
In an interview on Russian radio, Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: "We are demonstrating not only our intolerance towards the illegal launches but also our willingness to settle the situation in the Korean peninsula.
"Regrettably, aggressive rhetoric is the only thing coming from Washington." Foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying denied that China held the key to easing tension on the Korean peninsula and said that duty lay with the parties directly involved.
She also reiterated Chinas position that sanctions on North Korea are only effective if paired with talks.
North Koreas latest test missile flew over Hokkaido in northern Japan on Friday and landed in the Pacific about 2,000 km (1,240 miles) to the east, the Japanese government said.
It travelled about 3,700 km (2,300 miles) in total, according to South Koreas military, far enough to reach the U.S. Pacific territory of Guam, which the North has threatened before.
Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron to discuss North Koreas latest missile launch, the Kremlin said in a statement.
Both leaders condemned Pyongyangs provocative actions, which risk leading to irreversible consequences, according to the statement. They agreed on the need for a diplomatic solution, including through resuming direct talks on North Korea.

Wine Cork Trivet // Becky Stern - Duration: 1:19.
This week I made a trivet from wine corks.
It's a quick and easy project to make, once you've collected enough corks, or you can
buy them online or from a home brewing store.
The most basic version just requires a large hose clamp and a screwdriver.
Arrange the corks and tighten the screw until it holds everything in place.
I used a craft knife to cut down a few corks that were longer than the rest.
If you want your trivet to last more than a few uses, or stand up to transportation
and storage, you'll want to glue the corks together.
I like to use E6000 because of it's working time, or how long you have to adjust the pieces
before it starts to set up.
It dries clear and flexible in about 24 hours.
To add a personal touch, I cleaned and spray painted the hose clamp before tightening it
around the corks, and then I used some embarrassingly dull sheet metal snips to trim off the end
of the hose clamp.
You can find a complete tutorial for this project at the link in the description, with
links to the materials and all that.
Thanks so much for watching!

PLAYER UNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS MINI 14 - ULTIMATE GUIDE to a NEW SNIPER RIFLE! BATTLEGROUNDS MINI 14 - Duration: 5:58.
Welcome to the Mini-14 in player unknown's battlegrounds.
The september update brought us a lot of good things, including this new beast of a weapon.
Today we will take a closer look at the stats so that you can take advantage of this gun
on your way to your next chicken dinner.
Luckily we don't have to chase the airplane anymore because this weapon spawns randomly
around the map.
It resembles a smaller version of the M14, hence the name, mini-14.
The initial damage is only 44, which is low for a weapon that belongs to the sniper rifles
in battlegrounds.
Damage wise this weapon is slightly better than the vss which has a damage rating of
38, and it is slightly worse than the sks, with a damage rating of 55.
The initial bullet speed is amazing, 990 meters per second, that is even better than the AWM
which only has an initial bullet speed of 910 meters per second.
This puts the mini 14 near the top of the food chain, making it an extremely user friendly
weapon because the bullet drop is almost negligeable compared to most of the other weapons.
The time between shots of 0.1 second is acceptable, only the kar 98 k, the m24 and the awm have a larger
time between shots.
The magazine size is good as well and you will be able to fire 20 bullets before you
have to reload.
This takes 2.7 seconds for a tactical reload and 3.6seconds for a full reload, which is
slightly faster than the mk14 ebr.
If you prefer to use the zeroing range then you will not be pleased to know that you can
only go up to 600 meters.
Both the sks and the mk14 can go up to 800 meters and for a weapon that barely has any
bullet drop, it's a bit disappointing.
There is only one firing mode and that is semi-automatic.
The mini 14 used the same 5.56mm cartridges as some of the assault rifles.
Which will make your life a lot easier.
The base spread is amazing as well, it has a rating of 5 which is at least 2 points lower
than all the other sniper rifles.
This means that you can accurately fire consecutive rounds at your next favorite victim.
The low amount of recoil that you will experience will help with that as well.
As you know, you can improve the magazine by attaching an extended magazine, this will
allow you to fire 30 bullets instead of 20.
It speaks for itself that you can also attach a quickdraw and an extended quickdraw magazine
for sniper rifles.
You can also use the standard muzzle attachments like the suppressor, the flash hider and the
compensator.
The sound of the suppressor surprised me the first time because the sound is not what you
would expect.
So just to familiarize yourself with it I will show you what it sound like under normal
circumstances and I will show you what the difference is when you have a suppressor attached.
You can attach all scopes and sights that you can find but you cannot attach a cheek
pad for example because there is no slot available for that.
Let's see how it performs.
3 body shots is all you need to kill your opponent.
In that case that your enemy has found some body armor, then you will need a fourth bullet
to kill him by shooting hit at his level 1 vest, the same is valid if he was wearing
a level 2 vest and you will need six shots if he managed to find the best vest in battlegrounds.
If you aim at the poor guy's head then you will be able to kill him faster of course.
One headshot is all it takes to kill, you will need 2 headshots if he is wearing a level
1 helmet or a level 2 helmet.
And the best helmet requires one extra bullet.
Let's do a full comparison with the sks, because both of them are extremely similar,
that way you will know which weapon that you should keep and which one you should swap.
The sks wins against the mini 14 when you look at the hit damage, 55 vs 44.
But it loses the initial bullet speed contest big time with only 800 meters per second vs
990.
The time between shots is worse for the mini-14, 0.1 second vs 0.09 seconds.
The sks has 10 bullets in one magazine and the mini has 20.
Unfortunately, it takes longer for the mini 14 to reload but then again, you have double
the magazine size so in a way it wins this round.
The sks can complete a full reload in only 2.9 seconds while the mini needs 3.6, when
we look at the tactical reload time then we can see a similar story, 2.350 seconds vs
2.7 seconds.
The mini 14 has a much lower base deviation of 5 compared to 7 for the sks and both of
them can only be used in single fire.
Let's take a look at the body shot and headshot damage chart.
The sks needs 2 body shots to kill and the mini 14 needs one more bullet.
Both of them need one extra bullet against a level 1 vest but the sks also needs a fourth
bullet against a level 2 vest.
So here they are equal.
The sks needs 5 bullets against the best vest in battlegrounds but the mini 14 needs 6 in
order to kill the same guy.
They both need 1 headshot to kill and 2 headshots against a level 1 or a level 2 helmet.
The sks can still kill the best helmet with the same amount of shots, but the mini needs
one extra bullet against that same helmet.
Both of these weapons have advantages and disadvantages.
Overall I find the mini 14 to be more user friendly because of the extremely low bullet
drop and large magazine size, but the sks is able to kill faster.
I love the fact that they decided to make this weapon available to everyone.
No need to chase the airplane, just try to find it or steal it from somebody else.
At least this gives everybody the chance to play with the new weapons, because that's
what it's all about when they add a new one to the game.
I hope that this video will guide you towards your next chicken dinner with the mini-14,
and if you think that this video is worthy, would you mind taking a moment to like this
video and to share it with all you buddies?
I read all the comments so feel free to leave me a message as well.
This was FOG of GAMING, thanks for watching and I will see you in battlegrounds.

The Unconquered — Polish fight during WWI - Duration: 4:21.
On August 23, 1939, Hitler and Stalin entered into a secret pact. Its goal was to destroy Poland.
Nobody thought the war and its effects would last a half a century for Poland.
First Germany attacks, then Soviet Russia.
We don't give up, despite being left on our own.
We create an underground state, complete with a government, an army, schools and courts.
We suffer two occupations.
The Germans murder millions of Polish civilians.
The Soviets deport Poles in cattle cars to gulags in the East;
they shoot over 20,000 officers during the Katyn Massacre,
and hundreds of thousands of Poles are forced into slave labor... in the inhuman lands of the Soviet Union.
Our army is reborn, moving West, where our soldiers are already fighting alongside the Allies.
We conquer Monte Cassino.
Our fighters wreak havoc and fear by air, too.
The Germans call us "Black Devils", as we crush their resistance.
Paratroopers make their way to occupied Poland to support the underground state, while our counterintelligence acquires secret plans of the enemy.
There are Poles who save Jews, despite the threat of the death penalty.
We create resistance movements even within the German concentration camps.
We are the first to alert the World about the Holocaust, though politics appear to be more important than human lives - and nobody listens to us.
Polish Jews fight the Germans in the Warsaw ghetto, without even a chance for success.
Our nation comes up from the underground,
and fights in the Warsaw Uprising.
We break the German Enigma code, saving millions of lives...
But in exchange for all that we do, we are betrayed -
the Free World distances itself from us leaving us behind the Iron Curtain.
Despite our scars from the war, we still resist -
the Pope gives us strength;
workers' strikes spread throughout Poland.
The Communists lose.
The Iron Curtain falls.
The war is over.
We prevail.
Because we do not beg for freedom, we fight for it.

Lady Gaga Sends Her Support & Love to "Warrior Princess" Selena Gomez | Lupus Recovery - Duration: 2:01.
Lady Gaga Sends Her Support to "Warrior Princess" Selena Gomez After Singers Open Up About Health
Issues.
Selena Gomez continues to receive support from fans after going public with her Lupus
recovery.
Shortly after the "Come and Get It" singer revealed on Instagram that she had received
a kidney transplant, friend Lady Gaga decided to express her support on social media.
"Prayers & love to @selenagomez you are a warrior princess," she wrote on Twitter Friday
evening.
"What an inspiration."
That sentiment echoes many Selenators who were surprised to learn the singer had been
out of the spotlight for much of the summer because of health struggles.
"I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering.
It was what I needed to do for my overall health.
I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several
months as I have always wanted to do with you," Selena shared with her followers.
"There aren't words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia
Raisa.
She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me.
I am incredibly blessed."
As Selena continues her own recovery, Lady Gaga is overcoming health struggles as well.
Earlier this week, the "Born This Way" singer announced on Twitter that she had to cancel
her Rock in Rio performance under doctor's orders.
"I was taken to the hospital its not simply hip pain or wear & tear from tour, I'm in
severe pain," she wrote on Twitter.
"I'm in good hands with the very best doctors."
By speaking out, Selena and Lady Gaga have already helped others.
Entertainment News has learned that donations to LupusResearch.org have "soared."
In fact, the group's president confirmed that her appeals have raised almost $500,000 for
research funded by the Lupus Research Alliance.
Thank you for watching.
