hey guys welcome back to my channel today I'm going to show you five DIY lip

balms that you've never seen before if you enjoy this video please click

the first idea will be a galaxy lip balm I'll show you a couple different ways to

make this one for the first one I'm going to use one of these mini silicone

baking pans a silicone cupcake tray will also work

I started by coating the squares that I was gonna use with some olive oil

to make this lip balm I'm going to start by using some shea butter in a microwave-safe container I added

three tablespoons of shea butter

next I added in three tablespoons of coconut oil and melted that in the

microwave on twenty second increments until it was fully melted

here is my mine once it was melted down to give these the galaxy colors I'm going to use a

pink a purple and a blue crayon if you're not comfortable with using a

crayon you can use lipstick as well

I'm going to use three separate cups and just equally pour out the lip balm mixture into those and then drop each of

the crayon pieces in there and stir them together until they're melted

for the stars I will be using new silver edible stars

for a couple of them I'm going to sprinkle the stars on the bottom and then for the other ones I

will sprinkle the stars on the top once I have my stars in there then I just

alternated between the pink the blue and the purple lip balm until they were full

once they were all full I placed that in the freezer for about 20 minutes

here are mine after I took him out of the freezer and now they will just pop out of the

squares

and that is how you make this version of the galaxy lip balms other way you can

make these is by using a lip balm container and just repeat the same

process as mixing up the lip balm mixture and the stars

and here are how these ones turned out that's how you make these easy Galaxy

DIY lip balms

the second lip-balm will be a unicorn lip balm

for this one you will need a unicorn cookie cutter I will leave a link down below to where I got this one

start by going around the cookie cutter with some olive oil

to make the lip balm in a microwave-safe container I'm going to add five

tablespoons of beeswax along with five tablespoons of coconut oil and melt that

in the microwave on thirty-second increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one pink I use some lipstick next use a cookie sheet that

has been in the freezer for about 15 or 20 minutes then take a piece of

parchment paper and cover the top and place the cookie cutter on top

this is optional but I'm going to sprinkle some edible pink glitter on top of mine once

I pour it into the cookie cutter start pouring the lip balm mixture into the

cookie cutter make sure to press down hard on the cookie cutter some will

still leak out but that's okay once the cookie cutter is filled sprinkle with

the edible glitter and place in the freezer

here is mine once I took it out of the freezer and the cookie cutter

and that's all there is to this easy unicorn lip balm

the next idea will be DIY mermaid lip balm for this one I will be using these

silicone mermaid tails I will leave a link down below to where I found these

I started by putting some olive oil in each of the mermaid tails

to make the lip balm for this line I'm going to use two tablespoons of beeswax along with

two tablespoons of coconut oil melt that in a microwave-safe container in the

microwave on 20 increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one I am going to use some eye shadow if you aren't comfortable with using eye shadow you

can use edible glitter or you can also use kool-aid

once it was all mixed together I poured into each of the mermaid tails

and set that in the freezer for about 15 minutes

here are both of mine after I took them out of the freezer just flip them over and the

mermaid tails will pop out

and here are both of the mermaid tails

to protect the lip balms I'm going to put them in a resealable plastic bag a

ziploc bag would also work and this will also work for the unicorn lip balm too

if you just want to use the mini mermaid tail just use one tablespoon of beeswax

along with one tablespoon of coconut oil - this one I added some lipstick to give

it a tint poured it into the mermaid tail and put that in the freezer and

here is this one when I took it out of the freezer and I just made several

different colors and that's how you make these easy DIY mermaid tail lip balms

the fourth and fifth idea will be an aquarium fish and dolphin lip balm in a bag

to make the mini bag for these I'm going to use a plastic bag and cut off

the bottom to seal the open side shut I'm going to take a piece of parchment

paper fold it over place the bag in the middle use a metal ruler as a guide and

then use an iron to seal it shut and here is mine once it was sealed

to make the lip balm in a microwave-safe container I'm going to add some Vaseline

I melted that in the microwave on 20 second increments until it was fully melted

to give this the blue color like the water I'm going to use some of this

edible blue shimmer dust once my mixture was melted I just sprinkled in some of

the blue shimmer dust

here's mine once it was all mixed together find a bottle that will fit in

the bag and cut off the bottom and use that as a funnel to pour the lip-balm

mixture through into the bag

once the lip-balm mixtures in the bag place that in the freezer for about

three to five minutes I will be using these little mini fish and dolphins I

will leave a link down below to where I found these

here is my lip balm after about four minutes in the freezer I cut a little bit off the top of the bag and

then I took my fish placed it in the lip balm and placed it back in the freezer

for about 15 minutes

and here is my fish in the bag after I took it out of the freezer and then you

can take some lip balm out of the bag and apply it to your lips

to seal the bag just twist it up and for this one I'm going to wrap a pipe cleaner around it

and there is the little mini fish in a bag lip balm and for the dolphin one I

applied the same procedures as I did before but for this one I used a dolphin

to make it look like it was jumping out of the lip balm and another way to seal

these is to twist the top on it and use a little mini clip

and that's how you make these mini fish and dolphins in a bag lip balms I hope you guys enjoyed

Sandbag Rotational Lunge Exercise - Duration: 2:22.

hey it's Nick Ortego here I'm going to show you how to do a reverse lunge with

rotation when the sandbag this is the ultimate sandbag it's called what I like

about it is that it does have handles in case you want to grab it with your hands

an overhand position our neutral grip with the palms facing each other it's

also about flaps on the outside where you can get the grip of any work that

you customarily get with a sandbag training comes with inner bags that you

fill up with sand so you can remove our or put back in these inner bags to

adjust the weight this one has three inner bags only have one in there right

now it's a 20-pound bag I made two 40-pound bags and a 20-pound bag that

can be pulled in and out to make it anywhere between 20 and 100 pounds and

20 pound increments this is just a little 20 pound bag why don't you do the

rotational lunch pick whatever handle you like I'm going for a little grip

work so I've got the outside flaps hold it right in front of your body and then

step back with one leg we're gonna step back with my right leg at the same time

I'm rotating my torso to the left and from there I'm letting the back knee my

right knee in this case barely touch the ground or almost touch the ground and

then I'm coming up I can do all the reps on one way and then switch

or I can alternate legs want to be sure that in the bottom position your knee

isn't way forward it's almost directly over the ankle and come up just keep

your alignment have fun with you great for conditioning great for that counter

rotation of the torso and the pelvis when you're running and if you got any

fact they think that if they do something to their dogs or they say

something to their dog or they feel certain way with their dog the dog is

gonna react it's gonna be scared of them it's gonna be afraid of them it's gonna

be hating them it's gonna cause their dog's soul to be broken especially if

dog owners decide to do something different with the dogs it makes you to

stop doing the right thing so this is normal and it's natural so all we have

to do is the opposite so do exactly the opposite of what your brain is telling

you to do so if for example if you feel like you can't say no to your dog

because it's gonna cause this and that and that go ahead and say no to your dog

it's okay nothing bad is gonna happen if you feel like you need to start training

your dog and something is stopping you to do it either lack of time or lack of

energy or whatever it is start training your dog do the opposite of what you or

your brain is going to tell you if you have any questions make sure to leave

Now, you have to be very careful about how you use your thoughts.

The problem is that every minute there are so many thoughts coming in, and then, we waste

our time.

That's why the Yogis do not want to waste their time.

They are not, whenever they want to manifest, they just have this thought to stay there

on a permanent basis, until they come to a level -- then there is no mind, only the Mantra.

See, if you have a Mind, and that Mind doesn't think any other thought except Shreem Brzee,

that is the time you will have everything.

Top 10 Differences Between Marvel & DC – Part 2 - Duration: 7:02.

Top 10 Differences Between Marvel and DC Hey guys, welcome back!

Marvel and DC have both been killing it on the big screen recently, with a bunch of huge

blockbusters coming out for each franchise.

While both companies have a huge amount of variety in their various heroes, villains,

and stories, there are certain characteristics that separate the two franchises.

There will, of course, be exceptions to some of these, since both companies do have a huge

number of comics, shows, and movies, but these can be seen as a general guideline.

It's also important to note that recently the two have been becoming more and more similar,

so some of these may not be true of all time periods.

I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey with Top 10 Nerd, and here are my Top 10 Differences Between

Marvel and DC!

Number 10: Use of alternate realities.

While both universes tend to use alternate realities, particularly when having multiple

Earths, DC's alternate realities are generally used as part of plots from the main reality,

all tied together in a story.

Marvel, on the other hand, is more willing to allow these alternate realities to have

stories of their own, like in Age of Apocalypse.

I think both of these systems have their merit, and it isn't the most important distinction

between the two companies, but it is worth noting.

Number 9: While both franchises deal with space, aliens, and distant planets, they take

different approaches when deciding where they want to set a story.

When DC does space stories, they generally like to bring all the action back to Earth,

with the heroes defending our planet.

Marvel, on the other hand, is less concerned with keeping Earth-bound, often fighting in

other places.

Again, I can't repeat this enough, these are generalities so there are exceptions.

Personally I prefer going to other planets, because it's exciting to see new worlds

and creatures.

But I totally understand the urge to stay on Earth, because the stakes just seem higher

when it's my planet that's under attack.

Number 8: Role Models.

While both franchises do have a history of trying to get their heroes to act as role

models, as they aged they took started taking different paths towards being role models.

Marvel took the path of "show a person struggling and finding their own way" while DC kept

with the "this person is GOOD, and they will show you how to be good too."

In this one Marvel has a bit of an edge, because oftentimes the DC goodness is just so unattainable.

Nobody can make the right choice every time, but in DC comics the wrong choice often leads

directly to villainy.

Although you do get some cool redemption stories, which wins DC some points.

Number 7: Focus on humanity or focus on heroism.

This might step on another point but I feel it's important to expand upon.

In Marvel, the focus is largely on how one's superpowers affect one as a person.

The heroes are flawed and make mistakes.

In DC, the focus is generally on the hero, with significantly less thought to the person

behind the mask (or glasses).

The DC heroes are generally pretty darn perfect, doing the right thing the vast majority of

the time.

A great example of this is comparing Batman to Iron Man, who is arguably Marvel's Batman.

While they both have similar stories as rich geniuses whose parents died, Tony Stark went

through a heck of a rough time, dealing with drug addiction and becoming a playboy, while

Batman simply trained and became an amazing super hero, only pretending to do all the

"human" things Tony often does.

Personally I find the flawed, sarcastic Stark more interesting than the goody-goody Bruce

Wayne, but I do still love me some Batman.

Number 6: Connectedness.

As with a number of these other differences, the difference between Marvel and DC in terms

of connectedness has lessened somewhat over the years.

While Marvel was historically known for deep, interconnected characters and plots, recently

DC has been stepping up in this respect.

But I do feel it's important to give props to Marvel for starting the trend, which continues

to this day in the Marvel films.

Number 5: Power levels.

While there are some exceptions, DC heroes are generally more powerful than Marvel.

While in Marvel the heroes generally have one main power, often with a drawback, DC

heroes are often incredibly powerful in a variety of ways, and tend to have rather few

weaknesses.

The prime example of this is, of course, Superman, who can do pretty much everything better than

most heroes.

But even leaving him out, I feel like the Justice League would smash the Avengers.

DC heroes are often straight up more heroic and powerful, which can be really cool if

you're just looking to sit back and enjoy some action.

Number 4: Location, location, location.

While both franchises generally take place on some version of Earth, they take different

approaches to where on Earth.

Specifically, Marvel tends to have the stories take place in real places that we know like

New York and Washington, while D.C. tends to use fictional places like Metropolis and

Gotham.

This is kind of just a personal preference thing, doesn't really affect my enjoyment

of the franchises one way or the other.

One perk of D.C.'s approach is you can create your own histories for the locations, but

honestly Marvel often just makes stuff up about the cities we know anyway, so they're

pretty free to create either way.

Number 3: Flawed yet strong, or powerful yet unrelatable?

This is a question that both Marvel and DC faced when creating their comics, and the

two generally took different approaches.

For Marvel, the characters tend to be humans first, taking on the heroic mantle when the

situation calls for it.

These are flawed beings who live human lives and make mistakes outside of being a hero.

DC, on the other hands, tends to focus more on the superhero aspect of the characters,

where there are a lot of heroes who pretty much just hang out in costumes and fight crime

all the time.

Personally this is one thing that gives Marvel an edge for me, because as fun as superhero

comics are, and as much as I love seeing a cool fight, it's always nice to be able

to relate to the characters, and seeing them struggle as a person is very interesting.

Number 2: A significant reason that the DC characters have less of a human element is

that DC in general has a more legendary and mythological feel to it.

This might sound strange after talking about Marvel being more fantastical, but I find

that DC characters both good and bad often feel more "epic" than Marvel.

Even some of the DC heroes that are sometimes considered weaker have pretty insane powers

with rather few weaknesses, while the strongest of Marvel's heroes still have significant

weaknesses.

Number 1: The way power manifests itself and is seen by others.

I already talked about how DC heroes are generally more powerful, but there's also a significant

difference in the way abilities interact with the heroes when comparing the two companies.

In D.C. the powers are often solely beneficial.

Flash is super fast, Green Lantern can fly and create all that stuff, Superman is ridiculously

overpowered… on the Marvel side, however, these powers often come with a drawback.

These drawbacks can come in the form of physical mutations, like in the case of The Hulk or

The Thing where their appearance gets all messed up because of their powers.

They can come in the form of alienation from others, like the X-Men (plus a lot of those

were physical too).

Sometimes the power comes about because of bad things, like how Daredevil gained his

super senses from the same accident that took his sight.

This difference in the expression of the powers can be explained in a number of ways.

For instance, Marvel's focus on the human aspect of the heroes means that they have

more incentive for the heroes to face personal struggles.

Bottom line, if you're looking to get into superheroism, you'd be better off heading

over to DC.

ALERT: Entire Congressional Black Caucus Caught In Major Scandal | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:51.

It seems that another scandal is taking place among the predominantly Democrat Black Congressional

Caucus — the same group that endorsed Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

According to The Washington Free Beacon, it turns out that the group has been caught spending

lavishly on luxury resorts, hotels, restaurants, and Broadway tickets rather than contributing

that money to political campaigns, as they should be.

Overall, the Black Congressional Caucus spent three times as much on administrative expenses

as it did in political contributions.

The group in question, the Congressional Black Caucus, is a political organization made of

predominantly Democrat-leaning African-American members of Congress.

Their mission, supposedly, is to "increase the number of African Americans in the US

Congress, supporting non-Black candidates that champion our interests and to promote

African American participation in the political process with an emphasis on young voters,"

according to their website.

However, it seems like their spending habits don't entirely line up with their proclaimed

mission statement, as the group has been spending more money on lavish trips and expenditures

than actually contributing to these causes.

The PAC spent hundreds of thousands of dollars through the 2016 year on supposed "administrative

expenses," a term that they used on their balance sheets to label these expenditures.

Some sources of spending included trips to various hotels at the Virgin Islands and a

$5,000 payment to the Buccaneer Hotel in St. Croix, one of the world's most notable resorts.

They also spent over $820 on taxicab service, $4,500 on catering (at a single restaurant,

mind you), and $2,000 on open-bus tours.

However, the group's largest expenses were in New York and Washington, DC.

The PAC had spent over $40,000 at the Conrad Hotel, a luxury all-suite hotel in New York

City.

Another establishment they frequented was the St. Regis Hotel, which received over $18,000

in payments from the group.

Other hotel expenses include the 5-star Beverly Hills Hotel and the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino

in Las Vegas, spending $6,576 and $3,372 on lodging respectfully.

The group also paid over $177,000 to Benjamin Branch, who provides administrative and managerial

consulting services to the PAC.

Overall, the group spent $283,100 towards these various "administrative" expenses,

leaving only $127,000 to go to fundraising purposes.

Even worse, only $91,000 was contributed to the federal candidates they promise to support.

"With your financial support we will continue to grow, and expand our voice in key campaigns

through the country," claims their website, although at this point, it's doubtful that

voters will remain trustful of the group's integrity.

This issue of PAC spending has been a prominent one in US politics for several years, with

Trump himself speaking out against these organizations during the Republican primaries.

With the lavish spending habits of the Congressional Black Caucus having been exposed to public

scrutiny, it's likely that the organization will have more difficulty securing funding

in the future.

As for the American people who contributed to this PAC, they are probably feeling like

they've been taken advantage of, knowing that their contributions weren't used to

further political causes, but rather spent away on lavish resorts and entertainment.

They would be right to feel this way.

Notification Categories for Older Apps - AutoNotification - Duration: 1:48.

With AutoNotification you can now use notification categories for apps don't have them yet!

No Tasker required!

Notification categories on Android Oreo allow you to personalize each app's notifications.

You can change a bunch of settings from the system menu for each category.

The thing is, you usually can't change most of these settings for apps that weren't built

for Android Oreo!

You can change very little about how these notifications behave.

Until now!

In AutoNotification select "Notification Categories".

Start the notification service if not already started.

Choose the app you want to modify.

And flip the switch!

You can now modify all of the settings that you can't usually change for apps that weren't

built for Android Oreo!

And to top it all off, you can even modify the Vibration Pattern for apps that WERE built

for Android Oreo, which you can't do in the regular system settings!
