This is the Taj Mahal of them all and I am quite impressed with this ox FiberNet blind

couple cool packages come today

Can't afford to buy those ten thousand dollar lenses
So I got this idea that if I bought a blind I could sit in the blind and then get really good photos
At least that's what I'm thinking, and I here's the blind here
This was supposed to be the new
New ox5 and then I picked this up
And this thing's huge, but it was listed on Amazon for about $40
And I went back the next day to see both. Maybe picking up another one
And the price went up to $70. I was like why did that happen?
Well, I have no clue
So let's get this open and have a look at it, okay
This is the bag it comes in the bag, it's really really well-made
Big straps here
You can feel it on your back. You know it's there, but it's not

It touches me just below my knees a little bit, but I
Can carry us and I could walk this in probably a couple miles pretty easy all right. Let's set it up

Let's say two men comfortably really comfortable three men would be tight
But I'd say two men for sure comfortably on two chairs
But if I brought this in
Left the cot outside and then brought the cot in before going to sleep at night
Then it would work set the cat outside cover it up but under net or whatever to camouflage it that would be fine
So if anybody has a common cot they'll get a better perspective on how much room is in here
And keep in mind guys here in Tennessee is hot man. I mean we're sitting in the 90s right now. It is horrible
How hot it is everybody else is talking about a winter time, but we're a long ways from it
We got a breeze today at least but
We're looking at probably another two weeks before we get a little bit cool

And I've got my legs like that so I got to put one leg in each side
But I can see all the way around me, okay, like I
Can see through there and I could open that even larger if I wanted I probably would
You know I have quite a distance around me
You know actually I guess it would be idea if I had two cameras two lenses that would be a pretty expensive setup

Do like it. There's a lot of room over here. I mean I can literally I can get another launcher there easy

Could see two full-grown men being in here pretty comfortable and
even you know maybe a tiny tiny table put your coffee on there whatever but
Maybe even two grown men and a boy, you know I could even see that but
For happy tight it would be tight now forward guns

Little better, but four would be really tight like I said, I wouldn't do any more than two grown guys and a boy

For seeing out so I'm gonna waterproof it I'm gonna put a spray to the top so it's not that big of a deal
Actually, I'm looking at where those stitches those holes are now and I know what those are from well

Cuz it's not like I can move my camera or anything and the only thing I'm gonna have open is
You know a very very tiny spot just enough for my lens to go through

So I think once I waterproof it and I
Think once I waterproof and I think it'll be it'll be quit amazing
So am I impressed would I keep coming back to that geez yeah, actually I'm very impressed with it
I really am I wish they would have had a vent in the top some formal event they let heat out, but again
I mean it's a hunting plane most people in hunt I mean they're into
Wintertime fall time so you didn't turn him and you keep as much warmth as you can inside when you're in the South, Florida
Tennessee you know George you're up and around here
It's not bad when you're sitting down
But when it's a it's a good I could see a good 90 degrees sunny day. It'd be pretty warm in here
You're definitely gonna have quite a bit open
But other than the pinholes from where they put the strapping with the needle
Not too bad not too bad at all
See if they would have glued that strapping on and start stitching it
I don't know if it's stitching is cheaper enough, but you wouldn't have got those holes
It is all metal
The pop-up pop-ups, they're all metal all right. I could see this lasted me quite a few years. I really can I
Mean, I'm not gonna take a note and set it up outside and leave it out there for months
And I mean I think if you do that with anything the material is gonna fade
I mean its material would die in it for camouflage, right?
You set this outside and you leave it out there for two or three months
I mean of course the dye, it's gonna fade
And I mean sudden
Sun just kicks the heck out of anything just take anything and leave outside for a while and watch what happens even plastic deteriorates
so
Now if you're planning on taking us out leaving it out there for you know a week or whatever
It's the deer whatever if you're hunter to get used to it
Danya I could see doing it
But a month. I don't know I was gonna take it out leave it outside for a month
I would probably put a bigger tarp over top of it to protect it from the UV from the Sun and
then
You know then that that would get hit instead of the actual blanked
But no the animals aren't gonna see any movement whatsoever
And it is made well. I mean it's got two different cloths
I mean you got the camouflage cloth cloth on the outside which isn't polyester. It's like
it's like a blur like a GM like a like a quartering material is what it feels like and
Then you've got the black
Some on the inside, so you've got two levels of material here, so
The outside I want to treat with the waterproofing
And even with the amount of material they got here that got
And you could be sitting here whispering to a buddy, and I can't see it spooking anything really I really can't
So this would be pretty cool, and I get set up for taking pictures of the animals a little more comfortable - I

I know it's crazy Jeremy Shepherd, and she goes backpacking. She goes everywhere with me and she gets excited
So I'm just gonna have to train her to be quiet and lay down
Hopefully she doesn't get all crazy and can smell the animal or whatever. We'll have to see how that goes when I go out
But I will train her to where she doesn't do that and this allows me to take her cuz now we're in a blind
