(Headset Beeps)

[Voice on headset] Okay, before we start anything, I need you to stay calm

[Voice on headset] and take a deep breath.

(Bomb beeps)

I'm ready.

[Voice on headset] The first thing I need you to do is remove the redundancy chips.

[Voice on headset] They should be two little black squares next to the timer.

What's a redundancy chip?

[Voice on headset] They set off the bomb if the timer is disconnected.

Okay…

Okay, chips removed.

[Voice on headset] Now, at the top of the box,

[Voice on headset] I need to know what orange lights are lit up.

[Voice on headset] From left to right. Just count them out.

Okay, uh…

One.

Seven.

Nineteen.

Twenty-Nine.

Thirty-six.

[Voice on headset] Okay, okay. Uh…

[Voice on headset] One thing left. Just cut the brown wire.

Wait a minute.

There is no brown wire.

(Bomb explodes)

Don't Be Ashamed to Ask for Help - Duration: 9:12.

So what's the first, what's the number one fastest way for you to learn?

That's activity. Doing it. Just go out there and do it. You're gonna learn

faster by just doing anything than you are by study. You are by mentoring. You

are by following somebody else's example. You are by reading a book or

anything else. Okay. Number one it's just taking the action. You want to get better

at something just start doing it and that's the fastest way I know to get

better. Now some of you are nervous about that. I get it. It's a little scary

to just go out there and start doing something when you don't have a lot of

skill. So that's why this week I want to give you the second fastest way for you

to learn. For you to grow. For you to get better and that is coaching. Getting a

coach. Getting someone who's gone before you and has already experienced what

you want to achieve and then learn from them. Pull information out of them. Watch

them by example. Listen to what they have to say. This idea that if you're humble

enough and some of you aren't. Some of you are. If you're humble enough to just

put your ego aside and learn from somebody else you're gonna do great. Now

this started off early for me. I mean of course I was coached and mentored by my

parents but when I got involved in network marketing the coaches and

mentors appeared in my life. When the students ready the coach appears

sometimes right or when the students ready I was ready. I was looking

for opportunity. I was looking to get better so I started looking around for

mentors. Somebody who had already had the experience that I was looking for and

the results that I was looking for in my network marketing business and I started

to earn my way into their little orbit and sometimes what's great about network

marketing is we have people invested above us in the structure many times

invested in our success they want to see us succeed so sometimes those mentors

can be found in your line in your line of sponsorship sometimes they aren't so

before you say hey but my uplines you know worthless my

biggest mentors were never my upline my biggest mentors were other people inside

of my company that had achieved what I wanted to achieve one of the first I had

his name was Michael Nelson he lived in my town he was cross lined for me and I

was a sponge I listened to every word he said I wrote it all down I put it into

practice I came back to ask clarifying questions wrote it down put it into

practice and had this little loop of learning by this coach okay then I

started to and some of the coaches I got to tell you one thing what about a

mentor about coaches many times the best mentors in your life you'll never meet

you'll never meet him one time maybe they're the number one distributor in

your company maybe they're one of the top people in your company and you don't

have an opportunity to meet them face to face but you can still learn from them

you can still watch what they do you can still listen to what they say you can

still take notes take notes in their training they might not move into your

house and go to work with you but they give you tremendous value from their

example many of my greatest mentors I never met in my life

and in in my mind we were friends but they didn't know my name okay so it

started with network marketing and then it went into personal development so it

started for me with Jim Rohn Jim Rohn was my number one personal development

mentor I started listening to him by audio cassette back in the day okay

audio programs over and over and over in my car and while I'm mowing the lawn or

whatever what I was doing when I was working out I was listening and

listening and listening and listening it was and he became a friend to me long

before we finally met we met like six years later and we became real friends

but before that he was a virtual mentor to me he had gone before and he

developed himself and he talked about how he had changed his life and I found

that I could use what he was saying to it in order to be able to change my life

so I got these audio programs and then I started

to invest in myself when it came to finding coaches finding mentor some of

them were virtual by going to training seminars by listening to audio programs

video programs today you can have online programs those types of things can coach

you and mentor you so you can save time you don't have to go through the school

of hard knocks if somebody's already gone before you and have done what you

want to achieve just go learn from them okay

so virtually and then also physically you can start to engage in more coaching

endeavors and what I mean by that is you can find a coach that will help you with

your mental game you can find a coach that will teach you how to become a

better presenter you'll find a coach that'll teach you how to become a better

leader you'll find a coach that'll teach you how to get past your limiting

beliefs there's coaches in the world that will

help you do that I I started gosh almost thirty years ago

with coaches and most of them were virtual coaches because I couldn't

afford real coaches okay they were either coaches and mentors inside of the

network marketing structure that would were nice enough to be able to share

some ideas with me or they were virtual coaches through audio programs mostly

back then today you have a lot more options when it comes to accessibility

when it comes to learning and getting coaching from super wise people that's

where it started for me virtual and within the network marketing but then it

expanded I started to seek out coaches that would help me with the weak spots

in my my skills it would help me become a better communicator helped me learn

why do you think I started network marketing pro or how do you think I did

it I reached out to some coaches to be giving me some guidance what's the best

way that I could have the most positive influence on the network marketing

community with my efforts and I still have coaches to this day you know my

wife marina and I we spend a tremendous amount every year on mentors and coaches

in order to be able to get better so it's okay it's it's it's alright to ask

for help you don't have to go through the school of hard knocks we only have

all of us have a certain amount of time on this

what we want to do is shrink the learning time wherever we can if there's

somebody could show you how to get one year ahead of everybody else that

network marketing go get that information

somebody could teach you save you three years of pain I'm learning how to be a

great presenter then save those three years that's worth some money to be able

to save those three years become more powerful more influential better

promoter whatever it happens to be and you can do the same thing you can get

coaching on being a better parent you can get coaching on being a better

spouse you can get coaching on getting past the negative beliefs in your own

mind you can get coaching on all kinds of different things it's okay to do it

it's alright to do it don't be ashamed to ask for help and also don't be

ashamed to pay for it it's okay to pay for it

okay this is what I've done it's been one of the secrets to my success and

most of the powerful people that I know from billionaires on down they have the

same philosophy if there's someone who can help them shorten their learning

curve and they can access that information whether it's free or whether

it's whether it's through a few dollars they take that bargain they take that

opportunity and they leverage it okay so you do the same thing okay a lot of the

stuff we talk about here you can access through network marketing pro comm for

free go ahead and do it if that's where you're at but if there's something that

you want to do go ahead and explore find somebody who can help you go where you

want to go and leverage their experience to be able to grow and learn faster all

right that's our show hope you got value from it ladies gentlemen my wish for all

of you is that you decide to become a network marketing professional that you

decide to go pro because it is a stone-cold fact we do have a better way

now let's go tell the world everybody have an amazing day have a spectacular

Climbing out the back door

Didn't leave a mark

No one knows it's you, Miss Jackson

Found another victim

But no one's gonna find

Miss Jackson

Jackson

You put a sour little flavor in my mouth now

You move in circles hoping no one's gonna find out

But we're so lucky, kiss the ring and let them bow down

Looking for the time of your life

No one's gonna find out

A pretty picture, but the scenery is so loud

A face like heaven catching lightning in your nightgown

But back away from the water, babe, you might drown

The party isn't over tonight

Lightning in your nightgown

Where will you be waking up tomorrow morning?

Out the backdoor, god damn

But I love her anyway

I love her anyway

I love her anyway

Out the backdoor, god damn

But I love her anyway

Miss Jackson

Are you nasty?

Miss Jackson

Are you nasty?

Miss Jackson

Are you nasty?

I love her anyway

Where will you be waking up tomorrow morning?

Out the backdoor, god damn

But I love her anyway

Weigh them down until the fire finally dies out

You've got 'em wrapped around your finger, watch 'em fall down

There's something beautiful and tragic in the fallout

Let me say it one more time

Tragic in the fallout

Where will you be waking up tomorrow morning?

Out the backdoor, god damn, but I love her anyway

Do You Fear Financial Success With Your Spiritual Gift? - Duration: 4:54.

- Hello, Spiritual Biz Bootcamp people!

How is everybody?

I'm a little late on this Friday,

but I saw a post in the group

that I thought would be easiest to address in a video

than trying to write a response back.

See there was a post from Anna,

and I believe Whitney and Frederick had chimed in,

so first of all thank you guys for connecting

in the group because I think this community

is like such a great place for people to connect and share.

But Anna's question has to do

with creating the financial abundance,

and I think her fear was like leaving her family behind.

So she's just starting her business,

she's a little worried about creating that money,

and when that money comes through,

that she's then leaving the family behind

from where they are because you're changing the structure.

We're changing the structure of how the family is now.

And Anna, my advice to you would be,

first, to realize that you have a gift and a power

that really needs to get out there, right?

So we need to look at you first and say,

"This is what I need to be doing."

And you have that gift for a purpose.

And then, two, I would say let's not worry

about things that haven't happened.

So if you're worrying about creating financial abundance

and that will change your family's structure,

let's not worry about that right now.

Because you don't even know if it's going to be a problem.

So let's take that worry out.

so we're creating a situation that we don't want, right?

And we're putting it in our heads,

and we're putting our energy into a worry

which isn't serving anybody.

So let's kind of remove that.

And then the biggest thing I would say with this, Anna,

is that when you take you out of the equation,

you can see what you're supposed to be doing.

So Anna, in your case, you know,

you're worried about your family's reaction

and what's going to happen in your family.

And what's happened here is the focus on you.

What's going to happen to me?

What's going to happen to my family?

Where is that going to go?

And you're creating this negative energy around that

with the worry and the concentration on yourself.

When we look beyond ourselves,

and we see that we're here to serve,

we have to look and say, "How is it hurting the world?"

Or not helping the world,

let's take the negative out of that, in hurting,

but how is it not helping the world

to be able to get out there and really serve?

So when you take the "I" out of it...

Because the "I" is that selfish part.

We're worried about what we're doing

and how is that going to impact other people.

But we're worried about us.

So we don't want to be worried about us.

We want to see how the gift

that you have is what gets you out there

and creates a shift on the planet.

And your family will support you

if you don't worry about it.

If they see you thriving...

And I think in your post you said that

when you're working with Spirit is your happy spot, right?

That's when you're thriving.

And when your family sees you thriving,

they will support you

because they're going to see you at your happiest level

of you and they will be there for you.

So Anna, my suggestion to you...

And I think Whitney was in the same spot,

and I think Frederick's already making progress that way,

though my suggestion to you, Anna, is to step out

with your gift.

Don't worry about anything.

Spirit and the universe has your back,

and if you've received this gift,

it's time for you to step out.

It's time for you to do it.

Take the worry out of what other people are going to think

about what you're doing and really just step out.

And remember that the more financial abundance

that you create, you can actually serve your family.

It'll help your family thrive as well,

as well as taking some of that financial abundance

and giving that energy back to the world.

Because that's why we're all here.

We're here to serve.

We're here to create the financial abundance,

and then give it back to the world out there.

So that is my quick answer to the post

that Anna had put in the group earlier.

For those of you just joining the question with Anna

when she was worried about stepping out with her gift

and creating financial abundance and creating that shift,

that unbalance in the family,

basically changing the family structure.

So I'm saying don't worry about it.

We are here with our gifts to serve.

We have to take us out of the equation

because when we take us out of the equation,

that selfishness goes away,

and we see that we're just really here to serve.

So get rid of those fears, get rid of those worries,

and really step out with your gift.

So the rest of you guys, have a beautiful time this weekend.

Hopefully, it's lovely wherever you are.

And I will see all of you in the Facebook group on Monday.

And I think on Monday, maybe Tuesday,

I'm going to do a live broadcast talking about sales,

because sales seems to be a problem

with spiritual entrepreneurs,

so keep an eye out for that live post.

I'll put it in the group and do a live video for you guys

probably Monday or Tuesday.

So you have a beautiful weekend,

and I will see you guys in Spiritual Biz Success.

Talk to you soon. Bye-bye!

7 Underlying Truths A Psychologist Wants You To Know About Narcissistic Behavior - Duration: 5:35.

7 Underlying Truths A Psychologist Wants You To Know About Narcissistic Behavior

We often associate the word 'narcissism' with a negative connotation and rightly so.

The word has come to denote a lot of behavior patterns like inflated ego and self worth,

or an extreme desire to be appreciated.

But the truth is that not a lot of people are aware of the nuances of the term 'narcissism' and yet they continue to

pursue it in a very arbitrary fashion.

To resist the same, Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo, A Licensed Practicing Psychologist with a Master's degree in Physical

Therapy and a Ph.D. in Psychology, offers 7 fundamental truths about narcissistic behavior and tendencies that you may

not be completely aware about:

1.

NARCISSISTS HAVE CONDITIONAL SELF-WORTH

A lot of people assume that narcissists are confident in isolation.

This assumption is not even remotely true.

In fact, narcissists define their self worth on the basis of the external events that happen around them.

This means that they indulge in comparisons and competitions with people around them.

Now, narcissists are different because such comparisons or competitions are not necessitated and yet they embroil

themselves in them.

This is their way of redefining their "precious" self worth.

When this phenomenon becomes vicious, narcissists even indulge in bullying the people around them.

2.

A NARCISSIST CONSTANTLY NEEDS MORE VALIDATION

With self worth comes the idea of validation.

It is needless to say that all of us need self worth and validation.

But the problem with the narcissist is that they seek validation after validation.

This means that a single win is unable to satisfy their hunger for winning all the time and hence they keep seeking

'another win' in an infinite loop.

3.

A NARCISSIST IS MOTIVATED BY INTENSE FEAR

Even the narcissist isn't aware of the fact that their behavior has a cause and that cause is: intense fear.

Yes, a narcissist feels an intense, almost gnawing and even nagging fear of not being good enough.

This fear is mostly subconscious but in some interactions with narcissists,

you would be able to see this fear manifesting itself wide open.

4.

A NARCISSIST USES ANGER TO AVOID FEELING DEEPER EMOTIONS

Anger is the normal response of a narcissist.

This means that in any given situation or conversation, a narcissist tends to use anger as a subterfuge to hide other

feelings.

It is not that the narcissist doesn't have the acumen to feel other feelings;

but it is just that all feelings get translated into anger automatically, almost subconsciously.

5.

A NARCISSIST OPERATES FROM AN ALL-OR-NOTHING PERFECTIONIST VIEWPOINT

The narcissist always views problems in terms of black and white.

This misguided way of understanding the world makes the narcissist appear like a perfectionist.

But in reality, the narcissist lacks the ability to even begin to fathom that a gray area exists;

let alone address the gray area.

6.

A NARCISSIST HAS HIS OR HER OWN SET OF RULES

We all follow a certain set of rules.

To put it more democratically, we all have our own constitution.

Now the difference between a narcissist and other people is that a narcissist has staunch,

unchanging rules that aren't flexible at all.

The narcissist wants other people to abide by his/her own rules and nothing else.

7.

A NARCISSIST'S BEHAVIOR HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH YOU

This means that when you are interacting with a narcissist, in reality, you are addressing their ego.

Their reaction to what you say is not based on the content of what you said.

But it is rather based on how their ego feels at the time of the interaction.

Thus, if they go all angry, you have brushed their ego in the wrong way.

It is supremely hard to be around a narcissist but the only sure cure seems to be empathy.

Abundant amount of empathy can heal anyone and anyone includes the narcissist as well.

The Fascinating Life Of Julie Andrews - Duration: 5:53.

She's a Hollywood legend and everyone's favorite honorary grandma — and she travels with

her own teakettle, because of course she does.

But what do you really know about actress, singer, and all-around queen Julie Andrews?

Here's a closer look at the incredible woman who taught us that a spoonful of sugar helps

the medicine go down… or the airplane stay up.

"Julie Andrews is in the cockpit!"

"THANK GOD."

She had a troubled family life

Considering the sunny nature of her most famous roles, it might surprise you to learn that

Julie Andrews' childhood wasn't a happy one.

Things got bad after her parents divorced, and her mother, Barbara Morris, married a

vaudeville performer named Ted Andrews.

Andrews was heavy drinker who tried on two occasions to climb into bed with his stepdaughter,

until Julie put a lock on her door to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

But as a teenager, the young Andrews' four-octave vocal range made her a valuable asset to her

stepfathers act, and the family relied on her talents to make money — at the expense

of her childhood.

Her real father was a stranger

In 1949, Andrews put on a singing performance at the home of a family friend, a man with

whom she felt an inexplicable connection.

But it was still a shock when her mother told her the truth: The man was actually her biological

father.

Andrews was shaken, but she says it didn't change the way she felt about Ted Wells, her mother's

first husband and the man she believed was her real father.

In Andrews' memoir Home, she wrote,

"I would always consider him my father.

I loved him with all my being."

She was the first Eliza Doolittle

Andrews' big break came when she won the lead in the musical My Fair Lady, a challenging

role that made her a bona fide star — and made the show a huge hit.

But when a film adaptation was announced, the studio shocked everyone by casting Audrey

Hepburn as Eliza instead of Andrews, a decision that even Hepburn herself thought was crazy.

Andrews told The Hollywood Reporter:

"[Audrey] said to me, 'You should have done My Fair Lady, Julie — but I didn't have

the guts to turn it down.'

Which was very sweet.

Classy dame."

Adding insult to injury, Hepburn didn't have the vocal chops to do the role justice; instead,

the voice you hear during the movie's musical numbers is "ghost singer" Marni Nixon.

"The rain in spain stays mainly in the plain…"

"By george she's got it!"

She delayed the production of Mary Poppins

Fortunately, Andrews didn't have to wait long for good news after her My Fair Lady snub:

shortly thereafter, Walt Disney invited her to come see the storyboard and hear the songs

that had been written for a brand new movie.

"At a time in my life when the next break was just a big question mark...

Suddenly, there was Mary Poppins and Walt."

There was just one problem: Andrews was three months pregnant when Disney came calling.

But Walt knew who he wanted for his leading lady, so the production was put on hold until

Andrews was ready to join them in the role that would make her a movie star — and an

Oscar winner.

All about The Sound of Music

Even though Andrews was an Academy Award winner and professional singer, the role of Maria

in The Sound of Music wasn't just handed to her.

She had to audition against more bankable movie stars like Doris Day and Grace Kelly

for the privilege of bringing iconic moments like this one to life onscreen.

And speaking of that famous scene: Those hills might have been alive with the sound of music,

but they were also a difficult place to make a movie.

According to Andrews, the downdraft from the helicopter that flew past to get that gorgeous

shot ended up knocking her over on every take.

"We did this six or seven times and I was spitting dirt and hay"

She almost lost her voice

In 1997, tragedy struck when Andrews underwent surgery on her vocal cords — and lost her

four-octave vocal range as a result, leading to a lawsuit against the physicians who performed

her surgery.

It took a heavy toll on the actress, who underwent grief counseling to cope with the loss of

her legendary voice.

Andrews hasn't stopped singing entirely, though she uses a different style now.

But her newly limited vocal range doesn't hold her back from putting on a great show,

and she's grateful for the opportunity to branch out into new kinds of work, telling

The Telegraph,

"I thought at the time my voice was what I am.

But it seems it's not all that I am."

She knows the secret to a happy marriage

The second wedding was a charm for Andrews, who tied the knot husband Blake Edwards in

1969.

The couple were happily married until Edwards' passing in 2010, sometimes even working together

— although Andrews admitted that being directed by her husband could be challenging, in a

fun way.

"When I'm doing a love scene with somebody and he'll say things like 'Just great honey

but I know you can do it better.'"

Andrews credits "patience and perseverance" as the secret to a lasting marriage, telling

Good Morning Britain,

"We were married 41 years and it was a love story.

Success in our marriage was to take it one day at a time and so, lo and behold, 41 years

later there we still were."

She doesn't take anything for granted

Considering Andrews' immense success, you might expect it all to go to her head.

But that has never been the case.

Andrews is as gracious, giving, humble, and poised as ever; you might even say that she's

practically perfect in every way.

And if you ask for the secret to her incredible success?

Her answer is totally on brand.

"The secret is that I'm an unbelievably lucky human being."

NFL Player Who Disrespected Anthem Was Just Arrested – Look How Many Felony Charges He Racked Up! - Duration: 5:06.

There has been a lot of debate over the NFL players who have been taking a knee during

the national anthem.

These players feel that they need to raise awareness to the lack of racial equality in

America by disrespecting our veterans.

At any rate, whatever moral high ground these protesters were trying to take have been dealt

a devastating blow after one of those players was just arrested.

The whole national anthem debacle began when Colin Kaepernick took a knee last year to

draw attention to supposed police brutality in the black community.

Of course, the mainstream media immediately backed this un-American action and the protest

only grew.

Last week, the anthem protest reached its fever pitch when hundreds of players took

a knee, or entire teams stayed in their locker room.

But, here is where the irony of these protests begins to rear its ugly head.

One of those players that opposed the national anthem was arrested and racked up a ton of

felony charges.

Los Angeles Rams defensive lineman Ethan Westbrooks, age 26, was arrested on Friday night, September

22.

Westbrooks was pulled over for speeding near Bakersfield, California, and that is when

the police officers noticed a gun in the glove compartment while he was searching for his

vehicle registration.

The firearm that Westbrooks was in possession of was reported stolen back in 2009 and was

loaded with a "high-capacity" magazine that held 13 rounds of ammunition.

So, Westbrooks was arrested, and he was charged with not one but five felony charges: receiving

stolen property, carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a stolen loaded firearm, grand theft

of a firearm, and possessing a high-capacity magazine.

Everyone in America knows that the gun laws in California are stringent, but it is the

state's law, and he broke it.

So, how is that not for racial inequality?

If anyone else was caught with the same firearm in their car, they would face the same treatment.

Westbrooks was not profiled but caught for breaking the law, but will the Rams fire this

felon?

Most likely not considering that there are numerous NFL players who are criminals who

are still allowed to play ball.

Mass Live reported that since the year 2000, 855 NFL players had been arrested and those

charges range from DUI to drug charges and also include 96 domestic violence cases and

71 assaults.

That even consists of two murders.

You can read the entire list of players here.

So, it makes sense why these NFL players would be against the police since a number of them

have been arrested numerous times.

Just recently, Michael Bennett made the wild claim that police officers in Las Vegas racially

profiled him after gunshots were fired when he went to watch the Mayweather-McGregor fight.

Bennet claimed that he was singled out of the crowd for "being a black man."

Bennet was detained for a short time and was released, but of course, he needed to make

a stink out of it on social media.

"Las Vegas police officers singled me out and pointed their guns at me for doing nothing

more than simply being a black man in the wrong place at the wrong time," Bennett

tweeted.

The video does not support Bennet's claim of being racially profiled, but rather he

was detained for running "with purpose" towards the officers.

Of course, Bennet has not retracted his claim and apologized for saying what he did, but

that does not help his agenda or the protest on the football field.

Here is more from Blue Lives Matter:

What was made clear was that Bennett was not racially profiled, and the circumstances were

explained to him after he was detained for only 10 minutes.

It possible, but appears unlikely from currently released video, that a second officer jammed

their knee in his back.

It is possible that an officer pointed their gun at his head and threatened to "blow

his head off," which wouldn't be abnormal for an active shooter suspect; an investigation

will verify or contradict these claims.

It appears that Bennett is going to deflect from his obvious lies to other irrelevant

issues.

One issue being brought up is that the primary arresting officer did not have his body camera

on.

To suggest that the body camera not being on somehow implies evidence of Bennett's

claims means that you would have to assume that the officer made a conscious decision

to leave his body camera off while going to an active shooter call, explicitly for the

reason that he wanted to racially profile somebody.

It's a claim that defies all reason.

Over 120 cameras captured the incident (it's Las Vegas) and are being reviewed.

These protests need to come to screeching halt since they are pushing a false narrative

of racial inequality.

Police officers are not running all over America looking to harm anyone, but they will uphold

the law.

There are people in the world who want to divide the country by pitting Americans against

each other, and that cannot stand anymore.

If this infighting continues, it will only be a matter of time before America falls apart,

and we cannot allow that to happen.

what do you think about this?

Alternative question to the frustrating "What Should I Wear Today?" - Duration: 3:58.

Hi again, Do you ever go to your closet and ask yourself "what should I wear today?"

This question plagues most of us and a lot of the time you can end up going "I

don't know what I want to wear today" and the problem with this question is that

there's no intent behind what you're going to wear. If you were only wearing it

for warmth and function then you can put on anything, but we always want a bit

more to that, there's always more to the story. So I'm going to be picking out

something to wear to the supermarket today and I'm going to be asking myself one

question to help me choose, and I hope you can use this question tomorrow when

you get dressed to save the time wasted in choosing your outfit. So

the question is: "who do I want to be today?"... and obviously you need to answer

this question before you head into your closet. So for me... "who do I want to be

today as I'm go to the supermarket and out and about? I am feeling that I want

to be fun and feminine. So let's go into my closet and see what I find!

I've got my outerwear, my bottoms, tops and this is my dress

section, which is the biggest because I love my dresses. So that's just to show

you (what it looks like inside my closet) but I'm gonna be picking a dress so I don't need a section. Ok, so I wanted

some colour, so colour for me is usually in this section, and what am I feeling? some

colour here, I want a fun colour... and I want some femininity. I've got it! I've got it guys! Yes.

so it's got colour, it's got some flow here in the bottom, so that'll be playful, there's some curves

and they'll be shape for me in the waist, some polka dots would you make it

fun too - yeah I think that's it, this is fun and feminine, and that's how I've chosen

my outfit and I could have spent ages in there asking myself "what should I wear

today?" but like I said before there was no intent, so now there is an intent and

this is who I want to be today. And I hope you guys can use this question

tomorrow and see if there's an improvement in the way that you get

dressed. Let me know how you go, and I'll see you next time, bye!

(I almost fell over hahaha)

So what's fun and.... feminine to me... fun usually involves a bit of colour and I

think I'll wear a dress because it'll be quick for me to pick one piece... fun also

involves a bit of playfulness and.... feminine... I think I want to show

my waist, so then I want some curved lines then I

want some fluid movement, so that's fun and feminine for me... :)
