Youtube daily report w Apr 24 2018

a couple of years ago Amazon was this

wide open west period and during this

time idiots got rich you could just

throw up anything you wanted and and and

take sales on Amazon and I called for

what was going to happen was a

consolidation of brands that that was

going to window was going to close and

then it would take a branded approach to

be able to succeed selling physical

products on Amazon that happened bar

none without question and the people who

survived that and grew through it sold

companies for millions and millions of

dollars myself included and a lot of our

backroom members did that now there is a

second consolidation happening and

there's a second consolidation happening

where we have a bunch of these brands

being bought up and being basically

merged into one thing so the people who

play this well will make even more money

than the last consolidation but more

people who don't are gonna get squeezed

out of marketplace so I just recorded a

podcast that talks about the

consolidation 2.0 and how to survive

through that and even make more through

that consolidation process it's now live

on iTunes

Expert Interview in regards to Laparoscopic FOV limitations - Duration: 0:49.

During the last years there has been interesting developments...

...regarding optics improvement. Such as surgeons' ergonomics and patient's security.

However, there is still things missing that would allow further improvements for development.

For example, seeking a way to amplify the field of view...

...that would mitigate blind spots where there are instruments that are not under the permanent...

..control of the surgeon.

The need to exchange lenses during procedures that require optics exchange...

...from 10mm to 5mm, or even lenses from 0º to 30º. Addressing these issues would render...

...really interesting advancements.

Are you looking at me? Stop looking at me!

Wanna wanna wanna, waah! You've trapped me!

Nico: Might you be my ally? Maki: Or maybe my enemy?

Wanna wanna wanna, waah! You've trapped me!

Maki: What are you always looking at me for?

Nico: I could say the same to you, Miss Looky-Loo~!

Maki: I'm only looking at you because you looked at me first!

Nico: Aha! So you WERE looking at me, weren't you?

Nico: You ran into me here again?

Oh really, just coincidence you say?

Or maybe you have a master plan?

Sus-pi-cious~!

Maki: (This is dumb!) You're just overthinking this

Nico: (But now hey!) Think at least a bit

Maki: Are you looking at me? Nico: Stop looking at me!

Maki: Hey... I knew it...

Nico: I guess I've gotta just talk to her; Maki: otherwise I'll just...

Nico: keep myself wondering Maki: if she's a friend...

Together: ...or an enemy most foul?

It's just not fair, it's just not fair! You hide your motives from my sight

Look here: now your eyes have met with mine again

It's just not fair! It's just not fair! You hide your motives and it's captivating me

Ahh, this magnetism's not fair!

Maki: Are you looking at me? Nico: Stop looking at me!

Aren't you coming over? Come on and come over now!

Pounding pounding heartbeat — dis - hon - es - ty??

Maki: Hoping we'll be allies? Nico: Wishing to be rivals?

Pounding pounding heartbeat — dis - hon - es - ty??

Tomorrow I think I just might...

...give you a small peek at my real smile

I've made my choice, still I hesitate...

Cu-ri-ous!

Nico: (So awful!) This personality you show--!

Maki: (But this one is) the only one I've got!

Nico: Aren't you coming over? Maki: Come on and come over now!

Nico: Hey... Actually…

Maki: Maybe we're more alike that we thought?

Nico: Like how we're both calm?

Maki: Hoping we'll be allies... Nico: Wishing to be rivals...

Together: ...it's just been on my mind!

I understand, I understand, you hide your true self from the world

You're afraid that you will fall into a trance

I understand, I understand, you're hiding yourself and it's captivated me

Nightcore - Why Do I | Lyrics - Duration: 3:15.

Messing with my head again

You had your heart set on me

But these feelings they come and go

And they come so easily

Tell me what it is

About you that I can't forget

But you're breaking down my walls again

Just to set me free

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the way you only always leave me

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the touch but never love the feeling

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the way you only always leave me

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the touch but never love the feeling

Staying up when I go out

You gotta know I'm all yours

But when I say what's that about

You start slurring your words

Tell me why you have to seem so

Distant when I'm holding you

Your fingertips are drinking away

And I f*cking love how it hurts

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the way you only always leave me

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the touch but never love the feeling

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the way you only always leave me

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the touch but never love the feeling

Why do I, baby, why do I

Why do I, baby, why do I

Why do I, baby, why do I

Love the touch but never love the feeling

Why I choose humanism over faith | Leo Igwe - Duration: 10:20.

Something happened

while I was studying in the seminary

and training to be a priest.

I came in contact with a different idea of life.

An idea of life that contradicted the main teachings of religion --

humanism.

Some of you may be wondering, what on earth is humanism?

Humanism is a way of thinking and living

that emphasizes the agency of human beings.

Humanism stresses the fact that we, human beings,

are capable of changing the world.

That we have the power to make a difference in our lives,

both individually and collectively,

without recourse to some outside force.

It may interest you to know that the best humanist lessons I learned

were not from reading philosophy books

or from poring over humanist manifestos and declarations.

No, not at all.

The best humanist lesson I learned was from the life of my own parents.

My parents come from a poor family background

in Mbaise, in southeastern Nigeria.

They had limited opportunities.

But my parents did not allow the circumstances of their bad upbringing

to determine the ambition and dreams for themselves and for their children.

My father worked part-time, trained as a teacher,

and rose to become a headmaster at a local primary school.

My mother dropped out of school quite early,

because her mother, my grandmother, could not afford her education.

As a parent, my mother worked very hard,

combining farming, petty trading and taking care of my siblings and me.

By the time I was born --

that was shortly after the Nigerian civil war --

life was very difficult, a struggle day by day.

My family was living in a hut.

With the eye of a child, I can still see water

dripping from the thatched roof of our house when it rained.

My father reared goats to supplement the family income.

And part of my duty after school hours or during vacation

was to feed these goats.

There was no electricity, no pipe with water.

We trekked to fetch water from the nearby streams.

That was an easy work in the wet season,

but kilometers when it was hot and dry.

Through hard work and perseverance,

my parents were able to erect a block apartment

and send my siblings and me to school.

They made it possible for us to enjoy a standard of living

which they never did

and to attain educational levels

which they only imagined when they were growing up.

My parents' life, their story, is my best lesson in humanism.

So as a humanist, I believe that human beings

are challengers, not prisoners of faith.

Our destinies are in our hands, not predetermined.

And it's left for us to shape our lives and destinies

to reflect our best hopes and aspirations.

I believe that human beings have the power

to turn situations of poverty into those of wealth and prosperity.

We have the capacity to alleviate suffering,

extend life, prevent diseases,

cure debilitating ailments, reduce infant mortality

and preserve our planet.

But we cannot accomplish all these goals by wishful thinking with our eyes closed

or by armchair speculation or by expecting salvation from empty sky.

In contrast, millions of Africans imagine that their religious faith

will help their dream come true,

and they spend so much time praying for miracles

and for divine intervention in their lives.

In 2009, a Gallup survey in 114 countries

revealed that religiosity was highest in the world's poorest nations.

In fact, six of the 10 countries where 95 percent of the population

said that religion was an important part of their daily lives, were African.

In some cases, religion drives many Africans to extraordinary length:

to attack other human beings, to commit ritual killing,

targeting those living with albinism,

those with a humpback,

and as I recently learned, those with a bald head.

In Africa, superstition is widespread,

with so many people believing in witchcraft,

something that has no basis in reason or in science.

Yet alleged witches, usually women, children and elderly persons

are still routinely attacked, banished and killed.

And I've made it part of my life's mission

to end witchcraft accusation and witch persecution in Africa.

So as a humanist, I believe in a proactive approach to life.

The changes that we want cannot be achieved only by dreaming

but require doing as well.

The challenges that we face cannot go away

if we recoil and retreat into our shells, wishing and imagining

that those problems will somehow magically disappear.

The good life that we desire will not fall like manna from heaven.

My parents did not erect a block apartment by wishing and dreaming.

They worked hard, they failed, they tried again.

They toiled with rolled-up sleeves,

with their hands deep in debt, they plowed ahead,

growing their dreams into reality.

So as a humanist, I believe we must be adventurous and even daring.

The path of success is paved with risk and uncertainties.

We have to muster the will and courage to do what people have never done.

To think what people have never thought.

Envisage what people have never imagined.

Go to places human beings have not been to.

And succeed where people have tried but failed.

We must be ready to explore new frontiers of knowledge and understanding

and attempt doing not just what is possible

but also what is seemingly impossible.

But I realize that at the end of the day,

our efforts do not always yield our desires.

We fail, we suffer disappointments and setbacks.

Some problems, such as wars and conflict, poverty and diseases

and other natural and human-made disasters

seem as if they may never go away.

Solutions to old problems have led to new dangers,

new cures to diseases have resulted in new health risks.

But the fact that these problems persist

and that solutions sometimes create their own problems

is not a reason for us to give up or to resign.

It's not a reason for us to think that our efforts are of no consequence.

In fact, there is fulfillment in striving,

and trying to provide answers and solutions

to the problem humanity faces

even when the likely outcome is failure.

So as a humanist, I believe we must not despair for humanity.

Even in the face of overwhelming difficulties

and in the bleakest of circumstances.

Human beings are creative beings.

We have the power to generate new ideas, new solutions and new cures.

So why despair when the unexpected knocks on the horizon?

It is in our nature to create anew, to be inventive and innovative,

so why languish in idle expectation of a savior from above?

So it is time for us Africans to take our destiny in our hands

and realize we have agency in the scheme of life.

We need to put an end to this game of blame

that has prevented us from taking full responsibility for our own lives.

For too long, we have been prisoners of our past.

We have allowed despair and pessimism to drain us,

drain our energies, limit our imaginations

and dim our vision for a better and brighter future.

We have let this continent flounder.

Why passing the buck like a Frisbee?

We've blamed slavery, colonialism and the new colonialism

for the woes we experience, including our own self-inflicted wounds.

We have conducted ourselves

in ways that seem as if Africa is damned and doomed.

And that all these experiences in history

have irreversibly, irreparably foreclosed the chances and possibility

for Africa to emerge, thrive and flourish.

We must realize that there is no part of the world

that has not been colonized or enslaved in the past.

And if other parts of the world have moved on,

why can't we, now?

So as a humanist, I believe that the past is gone;

we cannot change it, we cannot alter it.

But the future beckons us on with limitless possibilities

to recreate, reshape and remake our destinies.

So let's all of us seize this opportunity.

And as my parents did, begin the urgent task

of rebuilding Africa, brick by brick.

Let's give free reign to our ideas and imaginations,

as demonstrated at this TEDGlobal 2017.

Let's open our hearts and minds.

And exert our energy, intelligence and ingenuity

and begin the urgent task of rebuilding Africa

and of transforming this continent

into a citadel of unrivaled prosperity and civilization.

This is what I believe as a humanist, as an African humanist.

Thank you.

(Applause)

BREAKING News Out Of New Jersey!!! Over 60 ARRESTED… HERE'S WHY! - Duration: 5:27.

BREAKING News Out Of New Jersey!!!

Over 60 ARRESTED…

HERE'S WHY!

Officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal

Operations (ERO) arrested 60 individuals throughout New Jersey during a 5-day public safety operation

ending April 20.

The operation focused on individuals illegally present in the U.S. that had been convicted

of serious criminal activity, to include sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, and

Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

Of those arrested, 80 percent were convicted criminals, more than 20 had been issued a

final order of removal and failed to depart the United States, or had been previously

removed from the United States and returned illegally.

Several had prior felony convictions for serious or violent offenses, such as aggravated assault,

child abuse, child sex crimes, and assault, or had past convictions for significant or

multiple misdemeanors.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Marshals Service assisted ICE during

this operation.

"The success of this operation is a direct result of the full commitment of the dedicated

men and women of ICE." said John Tsoukaris, field office director for ERO Newark.

"We will continue to devote the full efforts of our agency to protecting citizens and enforcing

federal immigration law despite challenges being pursued by politically motivated individuals."

Arrests include:

In Passaic, a 24 year-old Mexican national, who has convictions of aggravated assault

with bodily injury and domestic violence assault; In Edgewater, a 32 year-old, Colombian national,

who has convictions of domestic violence aggravated assault, contempt – violate domestic violence

restraining order, and possession of controlled dangerous substance;

In South Bound Brook, a 47 year-old previously removed Honduran national, who has convictions

of felony forgery and hindering apprehension; In Rockaway, a 38 year-old Jamaican national,

who has convictions of child abuse and domestic violence assault;

In East Orange, a 51 year-old previously removed Guatemalan national, who has convictions of

distribution of controlled substance and multiple domestic violence assaults;

In Lodi, a 54 year-old Italian national, and registered sexual offender, who has convictions

of sexual assault of a minor, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, burglary and

resisting arrest by force; In West Long Branch, a 32 year-old El Salvadorian

national with a warrant of removal, who has convictions of evading law enforcement officer

causing serious bodily injury and pending charges of possession of marijuana;

Criminal histories of those arrested during the operation are as follows: DUI, domestic

violence assault & abuse, child abuse, distribution of cds, sexual assault on a minor, harassment,

burglary, possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, shoplifting, theft, forgery, larceny,

eluding and illegal entry.

The arrestees include nationals from Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic,

Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru, and Ukraine.

ERO deportation officers made arrests throughout New Jersey, specifically in the counties of

Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Essex, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris,

Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union.

ICE focuses its enforcement resources on individuals who pose a threat to national security, public

safety and border security.

However, ICE no longer exempts classes or categories of removable aliens from potential

enforcement.

All of those in violation of immigration laws may be subject to immigration arrest, detention

and, if found removable by final order, removal from the United States.

Some of the individuals arrested during this operation may face federal criminal prosecution

for illegal re-entry after deportation.

The arrestees who are not being federally prosecuted will be processed administratively

for removal from the United States.

Those who have outstanding orders of deportation, or who returned to the United States illegally

after being deported, are subject to immediate removal from the country.

The remaining individuals are in ICE custody awaiting a hearing before an immigration judge.

Despite politically driven challenges that certain local jurisdictions have created,

ICE remains committed to its public safety mission and will continue to seek out dangerous

criminal aliens and other immigration violators.

ICE seeks cooperation with all local law enforcement and elected officials when carrying out the

enforcement of federal immigration law.

ICE deportation officers carry out targeted enforcement operations every day in locations

around the country as part of the agency's ongoing efforts to protect the nation, uphold

public safety, and protect the integrity of our immigration laws and border controls.

These operations involve existing, established Fugitive Operations Teams.

Democrats Livid, Melania Rocks 1st White House State Dinner With Special Tribute - Duration: 6:01.

Democrats Livid, Melania Rocks 1st White House State Dinner With Special Tribute.

First Lady Melania Trump is facing her biggest challenge yet as she hosts her first official

White House state dinner.

Like all things done by the Trump White House, Melania is doing things her way and has spent

months in preparation for this main event.

On hand will be France's President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, and as details begin

to leak out, Democrats are livid as FLOTUS announces a "special tribute."

Melania Trump could have hired a huge staff to pull off her first White House state dinner.

That's exactly what Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton did as first ladies, but Melania refused

to give in to the pressure of planning such a prestigious event.

She took charge of planning the entire evening with no detail too small for her approval.

CNN reports, "So confident was [Melania] Trump about her ability to handle something

like a state dinner, with its myriad details, that the first lady would not hire an event

planner to help, as previous first ladies have done in the past to manage the grandeur

and spectacle."

They add, "For example, the final state dinner of the Obama administration, its 14th,

was a tented affair for former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, held on the South Lawn

of the White House for 400 guests.

Michelle Obama wore a custom, chainmail Atelier Versace gown; Mario Batali cooked, and Gwen

Stefani entertained."

For the Trump administration's first state dinner, there will be none of that.

There will also be none of the paparazzi element that has come with past state dinners; celebrity

supporters of the President are harder to come by than they were for Obama.

"A smaller, more elegant event allows a guest to have a more personal experience,

and that is very important to Mrs. Trump," said Stephanie Grisham, Mrs. Trump's closet

aide, who confirmed the dinner will take place in the State Dining Room, which can hold about

100, 150 seated guests.

Mrs. Trump has also been doing some homework, educating herself about the protocol and history

of these sorts of White House events.

This is to ensure her selections for the Macrons' visit have meaning behind them, down to the

china, flowers, color scheme, and menu, which, while American, will highlight the influence

France has had on American cuisine.

"Mrs. Trump selected every item and every detail for the dinner, from the entrée to

the chair cushions," said White House social secretary Rickie Niceta.

But, as details leaked out, the Democrats are livid.

First, President Donald Trump decided he didn't want anyone there who has not been supportive

of his administration, which means, yep, you guessed it, no Democrats got an invite.

Trump also shunned the mainstream media; they won't be allowed access.

Then, there's Mrs. Trump special tribute to the Macrons, which has the Trump-haters

doing backflips.

Melania loves giving gifts with a special meaning, and she has outdone herself with

her original choice for the Macrons and France.

Mrs. Trump's special tribute gift will be a framed section of upholstery from one of

the chairs in the White House Blue Room.

Featuring a golden eagle surrounded by laurels, the chair was part of the furniture suite

inspired by Pierre-Antoine Bellangé, the famous French designer who was commissioned

to create 53 carved, and gilded pieces for the Blue Room by President James Monroe in

1817.

After the furniture had gone into disrepair, First Lady Jackie Kennedy found the spare

pieces and brought them back during her quest to restore the White House.

Democrats and swamp dwellers are aghast that Melania is "giving away White House heirlooms."

What a joke.

She is taking some discarded upholstery which has historic meaning between the U.S. and

France and is turning it into a wonderful gift of meaning.

Melania was also adamant that the dinner is held in the White House State Dining room,

instead of out on the lawn under tents.

The Obamas always held their packed state dinners under huge white tents, which is a

turn off to Mrs. Trump.

It is also another reason the guest list had to be kept to a minimum of 150 people, thus

the Democrats, who have done nothing but try to impeach Trump, didn't make the cut.

Melania's secretary and close aide Stephanie Grisham sheds light on the first ladies thinking,

saying, "She has been very focused on the experience of the guests, and wants to ensure

they are able to truly enjoy and remember the occasion.

When you are invited to a dinner at the White House, it is very special to be able to sit

in the State Dining Room.

After all, this is the People's house, which is rich with history and tradition."

Melania calls her team "small but mighty."

Most people don't know the first lady fired Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former Manhattan-based

senior adviser to Trump.

After Melania found out in February that Wolkoff had charged taxpayers $26 million for her

services working on the inauguration, FLOTUS was dumbfounded.

She immediately dismissed Wolkoff and has kept her staff to a bare minimum of about

ten hard-working aides.

Michelle Obama had approximately 24 paid staffers assigned to her as the first lady.

Melania Trump wasn't seeking political office, but she supported her husband's decision

to run for office.

Now, as our first lady, she is becoming a true icon, much like Jackie Kennedy.

Reserved, classy, graceful, and with a steely strength, she has wowed the nation and the

world.

There's no doubt this first state dinner will be a night to remember as the president

and first lady reward those, who have stood by their side as they continue to take on

the swamp and win.

BREAKING News Out Of San Francisco, THEY JUST PISSED OFF A WHOLE LOT OF LIBERALS!!! - Duration: 2:36.

BREAKING News Out Of San Francisco, THEY JUST PISSED OFF A WHOLE LOT OF LIBERALS!!!

As homeless encampments continue to crop up in San Francisco, the city's leader is promising

an "aggressive" crackdown starting this week in one neighborhood to clear sidewalks

of tent camps for good, Fox News reports.

The return of tents in the Mission District has Mayor Mark Farrell promising an "aggressive"

crackdown of sidewalk camps next week, and this time he's vowing to keep them out,

the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

"Enough is enough," Farrell said Friday.

"We have offered services time and time again and gotten many off the street, but

there is a resistant population that remains, and their tents have to go."

When it comes to tent camps, Farrell added, "We have moved as a city from a position

of compassion to enabling (unacceptable) street behavior, and as mayor I don't stand for

that."THEY JUST PISSED OFF A WHOLE LOT OF LIBERALS!!!

The city plans to conduct sweeps starting this week through the city's Mission District

to clear out tents set up along sidewalks.

As a supervisor, Farrell was behind legislation passed by voters that allows the city to remove

tents as long as they provide alternate shelter and give one day's notice.

There have been sweeps in the area before, but campers returned days later or simply

moved a few blocks away, according to KTVU.

Farrell said this time will be different, as the city plans to have a "dedicated team"

to make sure people don't come back.

I mean, these people are crapping on sidewalks, shooting up drugs and throwing their syringes

in the streets and all sorts of garbage.

But homeless outreach groups (libs) contend the mayor's action may just be moving the

problem elsewhere.

"Without a relocation plan, it's just more of the sidewalk shuffle," Jennifer

Friedenbach, executive director of the Coalition on Homelessness, told the Chronicle.

Well Jennifer, it looks like you are taking home a huge paycheck for sitting on your fat

a**.

Friedenbach told the paper many tent dwellers suffer from mental illness, and "don't

fit into a crowded situation" if put into a shelter.

Farrell, however, is pushing on.

"The tents are a public safety hazard for the people living in them, and for the residents

of San Francisco," Farrell added.

"And they are gone."

Hello Stranger: Breakthrough | Performance Video - Duration: 4:56.

A word unpenned holds me by my angst again

Unbidden and unsent

To find my peace of mind a mess

Her face, displaced

A thought I once chased and placed in sacred verse

Now I've raised only for my pride

And now and then, I try to write it down

but I only seem a stranger

should have put it in a major

And though

I feel

So

So sure

So sure

So sure

So sure

And though it pays well to feel like hell

The truth's I want you, but can't break through

Breakthrough

Breakthrough

Breakthrough

Relief, I've learned, comes in foolish words and verse

Unloved and unheard by those who will not dance

I'm not a man, I'm worst at what I am

A sham, dodging your own draft

Can I be your girl?

Cuz in this age, called by what it escapes to be

An undying, roaring symphony on your TV screen

And though

I feel

So

So sure

So sure

So sure

So sure

And though it pays well to feel like hell

The truth's I want you, but can't break through

Breakthrough

So far away from your home

So far away from your hole

And still I find that I'm home

And still I find that I'm whole

And still I find

Still I find

And still I find that I'm whole

Liverpool to sign Roma star? Club president confirms Reds want Serie A ace this summer - Duration: 2:36.

Liverpool to sign Roma star? Club president confirms Reds want Serie A ace this summer

Alisson has starred between the sticks for the Serie A side this season and his impressive performances have caught the attention of Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp has Loris Karius as his current No.1 with Simon Mignolet as backup.

But it could be all change this summer if the Premier League giants get their way.

Speaking ahead of the Champions League semi-final clash between Liverpool and his Roma side tomorrow, club president James Pallotta spilled the beans on the Reds' transfer plans.

"I am not going to sell him.

Liverpool want to sign him and we are on very good terms with him" Roma president James Pallotta on Alisson He told Sky Sports Italia: "I am not going to sell him.

"Liverpool want to sign him and we are on very good terms with him.

"I am sure we will receive some huge offers this summer.

"We don't want to sell him but the decision must also be taken by Monchi and the manager.

"We want to build the future of Roma around him." Alisson's situation is different to that of Mohamed Salah last summer, who 'had' to be sold to Liverpool.

Pallotta added: "We had no choice when we sold Salah and Pjanic.

"If they had told me they wanted to stay we could have talked and find a solution but Salah wanted to prove himself in the Premier League.

"We have some issues with the Financial Fair play but we think everything will be sorted soon.".
