Restaurant Style Egg Biryani Recipe In Marathi - अंड्याची बिर्याणी - Anda Biryani - Smita - Duration: 6:49.

When talking about Biriyani, we always think of Mutton or a Chicken Biriyani

But for those who don't eat Mutton or Chicken they have a vegetarian option available.

But if you want something more different.

For them today I will show you today 'Egg Biriyani'.

To begin with I'm heating 4 tablespoons of oil in this pan and I will sauté onions.

Here I have chopped 6 onions lengthwise.

Out of them I'm going to take 3 onions and fry them till they are crunchy and brown.

Till the time onions are getting brown we will being with the further steps.

Here I have taken 6 eggs.

I'm going to prick it lightly.

We are pricking the Eggs because it gets well marinated with the spices further.

Here I have 2 Potatoes so we will prick them too and cut it into half.

We will sprinkle these Eggs and Potatoes with a little bit of Turmeric

We will sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder, mix it and keep it aside.

Add salt as per the taste.

This onion is now nice and brown so we will take it out now.

In the same oil we will saute the Eggs and Potatoes till they become a little crunchy.

We have sauted the Eggs and Potatoes for 2 mins.

We will take them out now.

Here I'm going to heat 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter).

The ghee is melted so we will now add in our whole spices.

1 Bay Leaf.

1 Star Anise.

1 inch Cinnamon Stick

5-6 Black Pepper

And 4-5 Cloves.

Saute this for few seconds.

And to that we will add in 3 remaining lengthwise chopped onions and Saute it.

The onions have now become nice and brown.

To that we will add in 1 tablespoon of Ginger paste.

And add 1 tablespoon of Garlic paste

And sauté it will till it realeases it's raw flavour.

I'm adding in 3 Green Chillies chopped lengthiwse in half.

The raw flavour of ginger and garlic is now realeased.

To that we will add in our spices.

1 tablespoon of Red Chilli Powder.

1 teaspoon of Turmeric.

Reduce the flame to avoid the mixture burning at the bottom.

Saute it for few seconds.

And then to this add in 1 - 1 1/4th of Garam Masala powder.

You can use any Garam Masala or also Biriyani Masala.

Now I'm adding in 2 big finely chopped Tomatoes and cook it till its soft.

Tomato is now nice and soft.

And to that I'm going to add in 3/4th cup of beaten Yogurt.

The flame is on low.

And I will saute it till it realeases oil.

This gravy has nicely realeased it's oil.

To this I'm adding in 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Mint leaves.

And 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Coriander leaves.

Saute it a little.

And add salt to the gravy as per the taste.

We will now add in sauted Eggs and Potatoes in it.

With Light hands mix it well.

And here I have soaked 3 cups of Basmati Rice for 15 mins and drained its water.

Add this to the gravy mix.

With light hands saute this well.

We will add in some salt for the rice in order for it too cook properly.

Approximately 1 tablespoon.

On top of this I will add remaining 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Mint leaves.

1 tablespoon finely chopped Coriander leaves.

On top of this I'm adding 1 tablespoon of ghee.

The reason to adding ghee is so that it gives it a glossy finish and keeps it moist.

To this we will add 6 cups of water and cover it with a lid and allow it too cook.

This rice will take approximately 15 mins to cook.

I will cover this and let it cook for 15 mins on medium flame.

15 mins are done and our rice is also cooked.

The onions which were previously fried we will top it upon the Biryani.

Again cover it for 5-10 mins and allow this biryani to cook on steam.

We had kept this Biryani to cook on steam for 5 mins.

And our Biryani is ready so we will take it out in a serving bowl.

We will garnish it with a some finely chopped Coriander leaves.

And our Biryani is now ready.

This Egg Biryani is a great alternative for people who don't eat chicken or Mutton.

So definitely make this dish and let me know how it turns out.

and is also getting a very graphic description of the parsonalities of the grapes.

DIY 🌸 Ribbon garden pansy 🌸 see how to make (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #571 - Duration: 4:05.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make pansies out of ribbon.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut a strip out of ribbon. 3.8cm x 20cm.

Cut an identical strip out of second ribbon.

Burn the edges.

Fold both ends of strip and secure them by using sewing pins.

Now sewing. Start from the end of ribbon. Sew diagonally.

Pull the thread.

Next, sew near the edge of ribbon.

Remove the sewing pin and continue sewing.

Remember to pull the thread frequently.

On the second end of ribbon do the same as on first end.

Sew both ends together.

Do the same with the second strip.

Take green ribbon (25mm in width) and cut 2 small leaves.

Burn the edges.

Cut a strip out of yellow ribbon. 3.8cm x 2cm.

Burn the edges.

Glue it to a wooden skewer.

Take the first part of flower.

Glue it to the wooden skewer.

Now, take the second part and also glue it.

Wrap the wooden skewer by using floral tape and attach the leaves.

Finally, draw a characteristic pattern on the petals.

And it's done.

These pansies will be a great addition to the spring compositions.
