"Mini Doughnuts Balls".
"Bolitas Fritas"... Sounds Funny.
This "Mini-Doughnuts Balls"...
are very popular in some Balkans Countries.
Where is known as:
Ustipci.
I hope I am pronouncing well.
They are very easy to prepare.
They can be sweet or salty.
As a matter of fact, today I will share with you the salty recipe.
And after I will prepare sweet.
In Restaurants, for breakfast...
...is served as appetizer, paired with Jam or "Kajmak".
Also with cheese.
"Kajmak" is kind of Sour Cream.
Would you like to see how I prepare?
Then,
stay with me.
Let's start by adding 5 gr of Dry Yeast to a bowl.
2 teaspoon of Sugar.
That will help us to activate the Yeast.
2 Tablespoon of 200gr of Flour,
that we will use in the recipe.
And About 60 ml of the 200 ml of Milk,
that we will also use.
Mix well.
Until remove all the lumps.
And we will leave to rest about 15 minutes.
Already pass the 15 Min.
As you can see the Yeast is already active.
Now we will add the Flour.
And, don't worry about the quantities. You will find measures in the description box below.
Let's make a hole in the center.
Add the Active Yeast.
1 egg.
And we will mix with flour until combine.
Add Milk. Should be at room temperature.
And, 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well, until the arm start hurting. :)
And, leave the batter to rest until double the size.
For me, it takes half hour.
After this time, mix again.
Put pot to heat.
Add oil.
Filling half pot.
Reduce the temperature to medium.
The temperature of stove should be always at medium- medium low.
And don't be so desperate as I was at beggining.
We should wait that oil is not too hot to start frying the mini-doughnuts.
If you don't wait, they can burn from outside and will not be cook inside.
When our oil is not too hot.
Let's start frying.
I leave fry 2 minutes per side.
As I told before at medium- medium low temperature.
For me, like this were perfect.
Ok, this is the Mini-Doughnut ball that I fry when oil was really hot.
As you can see by outside looks like really golden brown, but by inside was not cook.
So, I recommend you to becareful and take care of the temperature.
So, the oil is not so hot and you can cook...
...each ball from 4-5 minutes.
And now is time to try our Mini-Doughnuts Balls.

"La historia tiene mucho que ver con la relación que tuve con mi papá: la desilusión, la rebeldía para buscar su propia verdad
A mí me pasó. Estaba en plena adolescencia y me rebelé porque mi papá se había ido cuando yo era muy chico y nunca se hizo cargo, solo me pasaba la manutención pero no había vínculo con él
Y a mis 16 años quiso aparecer, pero yo no quería. Era tarde", recuerda el bailarín
Desde que su padre se fue, su madre se hizo cargo de él desde la crianza hasta en lo económico

4 por ciento la carga global de enfermedades en la población adulta en el mundo, destacó el informe "Dietas Saludables a partir de Sistemas Alimentarios Sostenibles", que presentó la Comisión EAT-Lancet, integrada por especialistas del Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública (INSP), de la Secretaría de Salud
En el documento, publicado a mediados del pasado mes de enero, se indicó que con este cambio en la alimentación se podría prevenir entre el 19 y 24 por ciento de las muertes de la población adulta
Destaca que la transformación a dietas saludables en 2050 requerirá grandes cambios en los alimentos, ya se deberá duplicar el consumo mundial de frutas, vegetales, frutos secos y legumbres, y reducir en más de 50 por ciento la ingesta de carne roja y azúcares añadidos
Las propuestas para lograr un cambio en el sistema alimentario van desde la producción hasta el consumo final, así como la necesidad de adoptar dietas consistentes mayormente en granos enteros, nueces, verduras y frutas, grasas insaturadas, reducir el consumo alimentos de origen animal, granos refinados y alimentos procesados
Tener una dieta rica en vegetales y con menos alimentos de origen animal proporciona una buena salud y beneficia al medio ambiente
Sin embargo, en las poblaciones donde se presentan significativos índices de desnutrición, se recomendó continuar con el consumo de alimentos de origen animal
De acuerdo con la EAT-Lancet Comission, los alimentos no saludables son la principal causa de enfermedad en todo el mundo y la desnutrición es un problema que persiste
"Cerca de 1,000 millones de habitantes en el mundo carecen de alimentos suficientes y muchos consumen una dieta poco saludable que contribuye a la creciente carga de enfermedades no transmisibles, como diabetes y muertes prematuras por estos padecimientos"
A través de este análisis, el organismo internacional advirtió que, de no pasar a la acción, se corre el riesgo de incumplir los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) y el Acuerdo de París

How I Create Concepts? [4K] - Duration: 11:53.
This is iOS 13 Concept.
It is unlike any concept I've made before.
But how I created this concept? Let's find out.
It starts with the guidelines. I've to define guidelines before starting to design concept.
I use Photoshop for this step
Currently iOS uses Human Interface Guidelines.
But iOS 13 will reportedly introduce a redesigned user interface.
So I redesigned the templates of the user interface.
The new redesigned tab bar provides bigger tabs without disrupting the consistency.
When another app has fewer tabs,
The tab or the tabs will be bigger instead of being the same size as before thanks to new layout.
Centered titles are perfectly aligned with edge to edge display of new iPhones.
A new iOS deserves a new color template.
I choose new color combinations before starting to design whole concept. And this one is no exception.
Vivid color combinations will continue being trendy in 2019,only even more vivid.
And iOS 13 concept features vibrant colors.
This was the first step of iOS 13 concept design.The second phase is new icon designs.
I redesigned all the icons with Illustrator and it took so much time.
Let me show you an example for design process of an icon.
You need to create a grid for drawing shapes.
And this is my grid.
I'm gonna show you how I created this Mail icon that I used in iOS 13 concept.
First I will draw shapes using this grid.
Then with the shape builder tool I'm gonna erase some parts of the shapes
And this is the basic Mail icon.
Now it's time to colorize this icon using gradients.
This is the design process of an icon.
I designed Apple Music and Settings app with dark mode for this concept.
They are all based on the templates
I've made before. The new Apple music features smaller UI elements so you can see and do more.
Redesigned music player reflects the color of album art.
The same thing applies the Cover Flow.
Let's talk about my Photoshop workspace. As you can see I grouped layers for each functional section of the app.
This helps me to move fast when animating the UI elements using After Effects.
I also use these cells as a guide when placing the UI elements.
So everything looks perfectly symmetrical and aligned.
When it's time to create dark mode version of the app, I copy and paste the artboard right next to it.
Then I modify the colors for dark mode.
I have used lighter foreground colors and darker background colors to get same vibrant effect.
I applied the same principles when creating the home screen.Even the home screen icons adapt the dark mode.
So I created two versions of the same icon.
When the design elements are ready, It is time to animate them using After Effects.
I imported PSD files into After Effects.
I named each layer of Photoshop files so it is easy to work with.
One of the most crucial parts of this concept video is text animations. I watched each Apple commercial
carefully to create the most realistic text animations possible.
In this scene icons get closer with increasing acceleration.
Then , the text comes in with decreasing acceleration.
Thus, these two animations act like one continuous animation.
Text is almost stopped right now.But we don't want to do that.
It needs to accelerate again so we can continue the animation.
Just like that.
But why did I change the background color to white?
Actually it highlights the meaning of the word.On and off.
And then the message repeats itself on control center animation.
On and off.I think this helps audience to understand what's going on.
Same principle is applied to other animations as well.
They are all continuous animations.
I use graph editor to adjust acceleration.If you know physics you can easily create
continuous animations with After Effects.
And what about UI animations?
I can't explain everything on this video, but I can say that UI animations are the most challenging part of this project.
You have to adjust every value of moving objects.
Such as position,opacity,
scale, rotation and so on.
I have to use calculator to adjust the right value sometimes.
This one-minute video takes hours to create.
Because I work on each frame carefully.
This video has more than 3,600 frames.
You see 60 seconds. I see 3,600 frames.
After I finish all the animations, I export the project as a video.
This is how I create concepts.As you can see it's not an easy process.
It needs so much effort.
That's why I can't upload concept videos weekly.
Also, I don't use the same methods all the time.Every time I create a video.
I'm trying to change something.Like better animations,different design styles...
And this will never change.
I will always try to do my best.

Hello everyone what is happening!

Now I dont particularly enjoy things like hunting, granted ive never tried it but i
know myself and i know i personally wouldnt enjoy it even if i did.
I have camped before, thats fun I like doing that.
But the woods are not always a friendly place lets face it.
There are dangerous creatures in there and at times there are dangerous people in there
as well.
Most hunters are usually alone when they go and you know how the saying goes, did you
really scream if no one was around to hear it.
I know i made that and the original saying is about a tree but whatever moving on.
Before getting into the video guys 1 subscribe to top 10, 2 subscribe to top 10 hindi, 3
lets start this video and 4 This is the top 10 Scary Hunting Stories.
Starting us off with number 10 is The Stalker.
This one is a story from Robert Shernamen who submitted his story to the Youtube Channel
Mr. Nightmare.
Robert decided to take his 10 year old son Peter out hunting and it was a bit boring
to begin with.
There was more waiting than usual and he could tell Peter was getting bored out of his mind.
Robert decided to move them to a different location and on their walk he heard footsteps
ahead and then saw the head of a man appear out of the foliage.
He gave the man an apologetic wave and the man went back into the foliage.
The man didnt seem like a hunter and his face alone was off putting and seeing someone this
far into the woods just seemed very out of the blue.
So they decided to go the other way.
A while later with no sign of any deers around they decided to sit down and have lunch and
they again heard some more footsteps.
Roberts heart literally dropped when he again saw the same man from before staring at them
from behind a tree.
Robert was about to confront the man when he reconsidered and decided its better if
they both just left.
When they nearly got to the car he heard a twig snap behind them, he turned around to
see the same man and when he started to walk towards him with his rifle the man disappeared
into the woods and Robert heard a thud and when he got there he saw a severed head.
He called the police and reported what happened and he found out through his wife that 2 hunters
had disappeared.
So whoever the hell they encountered in the woods was about to make Peter and Robert his
next victims.
Coming in at number 9 is The Man Outside.
This story was shared by redditor glytheum who said that around 20 years ago him and
his girlfriend went on their first overnight backpacking trip.
They hiked up a mountain next to Tucson that also had a pool of water near it.
They had a romantic hike up everything was going fine and dandy and then nightfall came.
And everything went wrong.
Ok no im kidding not everything but some things.
During the night when they were asleep they were awoken by the sound of some grunting.
When they looked they saw a shadow circling their campsite over and over whilst grunting.
The shadow as they saw was clearly a man and they assumed by his actions he wasnt in his
right mind.
Great.
Up a mountain in a tent in the dead of night with a mentally unstable man what could possibly
go wrong.
The man did this on and off all night whilst occasionally jumping in the watering hole
and screaming.
The pair didnt make a sound and by the morning the man had disappeared.
At number 8 we have The Gunshot.
In 2012 a few friends decided to go camping after a hunting trip and they ended up setting
up camp in Northern California.
On the way back from the site they set up camp a few miles south of a tiny town as night
was approaching and they didnt want to be on the move again until morning.
The town next to them a tiny it had one road, a bar, a post office and a gas station.
Thats literally it.
But in the middle of the night the friends started hearing screaming in the distance,
they heard three voices arguing but they were too far to actually hear what was being said.
Then all of a sudden they heard one gunshot and then nothing but violence.
The friends didnt say a word and tried their best to sleep but as you can imagine none
of them did.
They decided not to report the incident to the police.
And youre probably wondering why.
Theres only 1 sheriff that patrolled those 3 counties, and if youve watched Sons of Anarchy
at all the show is based on this area of California.
And the show is dramatised but its not entirely fiction.
The kids thought that the sheriff would most likely be in with these people and with no
resources or anything it wouldve been easy to make them disappear next if they wanted.
Filling our number 7 slot The Braided Woman.
This story was submitted by a person with the username Muh-Russia.
He decided to take his girlfriend hunting but reckoned they could go hiking as well
since his girlfriend didnt seem too thrilled about the hunting part.
As they were on this off trail hike they were on a really steep climb going towards a rock
overhang that looked over the ocean and cliffs and was yknow just a romantic spot for the
lovebirds.
As it came into view they noticed this old lady already sitting there seemingly sketching
something in her sketch pad.
By
the time they finally made it to the top the woman finally turned around to look at them
and it wasnt a woman at all.
It was this insane looking man with a crazed look on his face who was wearing a dress and
had put his hair into small braids and tied them with rubber bands.
Now just to preface this that the user specifically clarified it wasnt a trans person or someone
in transition.
Nothing like that.
The man looked like an escaped convict psychopath.
The couple said hello to him in order to be friendly and he did nothing but stared at
them until they left.
Now at number 6 is The Cougar.
Not the woman kind the animal kind relax you crazies.
This story comes from reddit user bennedictus, great username by the way.
When he had just started learning how to hunt he went into this canyon in the mountains
with his mountain to try and hunt some elk with bows.
With bows thats some lord of the rings type thing.
But anyway the brothers had radios so they could talk to each other and there was area
in the canyon where foliage opened up a few hundred yards below the user.
His brother was down near the foliage and he was matching him from above and when his
brother exited the foliage his heart literally stopped.
Something else exited the foliage after his brother but he couldnt quite see what it was
so he got his rangefinder out and zoomed it.
It was a cougar in a stalking stance following his brother.
Before he even knew what was happening he quickly radioed his brother telling him not
to move because the cougar was following him.
The cougar seemed to watch him for what seemed like forever and then eventually the cougar
turned around and left.
Just imagine that.
The brother couldnt even hear or sense this massive animal was right behind him.
Theyre so silent its insane.
Mother nature for you.
Natural selection, if his brother wasnt looking he wouldve been ___.
Coming in at number 5 is The Bear Den.
This ones from reddit user thehuntinggearguy who went hunting for elk in Northern Alberta
one day.
He got dropped off in a nice spot and found a clearing in the middle of the brush and
set up there.
The area he was camped out in smelled quite bad but he just assumed it was swamp gas or
something.
As the sun started rising the man gave a few calls but heard nothing back.
When it became full daylight he actually looked around him for the first time and saw that
there were moose skulls and bones literally everywhere and a fresh kill only 20 yards
behind him.
So unbeknown to this guy he was actually smack dab in the middle of a bears den and had been
for around 3 hours.
As you can probably assume he ran back to the road and sat there for 2 hours not wanting
to be bear food and honestly you cant blame him.
At number 4 is the Camouflage.
This was shared by an anon with the user jhfk which im assuming was made in a random keyboard
smash.
But anyway the user and their friends used to spend summers bouldering in an area an
hour and a half from where they used to live.
It a was place near these woods where a lot of people would hunt as well including the
user themselves.
They had camped in the woods after hunting many times and the 4th time they went their
friend had left her gear outside her tent and the next morning some of her things wer
missing - her boots, a few clothes things like that.
The friends thought she mustve lost them or misplaced them or maybe they just fell out
of her bag or maybe even some animals took them who knows.
A year passed and the friends went on another bouldering and hunting trip.
They were eating by their tents with the only light being a fire.
One of them goes out of the campsite slightly and sees a man in a full on ghillie suit lying
belly down on the ground staring at their campsite.
Now a camo suit is one thing but a ghillie suit is like 8 times more intense thats when
the person literally looks like foliage or sand or whatever theyre trying to blend with.
When he realised he had been spotted the guy just got up and ran.
The friends never returned to the site since then and im glad.
What was that guy doing?
Instead of being camouflaged to hunt animals he was camouflaged to steal from campers?
Im confused.
Either way its very creepy.
Filling our number 3 slot is The Ghost Man.
Im loving these titles honestly I know thats a self plug but i dont even care.
But anyway this one was shared by redditor DHLucky13 who claimed something really spooky
happened to him one day whilst hunting.
The user lives in the middle of nowhere and thus when they hunt they also do it in the
middle of nowhere and no one lives anywhere within a few miles of them.
The user set up their camera in the middle of the field while hunting and set it to taking
a 3 shot burst.
And each picture as you guys probably know are taken half a second apart.
Which is basically no time at all.
In one of the users 3 shot bursts, the first image was just the field, in the second image
there was a man standing in the field on the tree line and in the third image he was nowhere
to be found.
Where could that man have gone in the half a second people?
Riddle me that.
Now at number 2 is The Tapping and this was shared by an anonymous person with the handle
ShadowHandler.
He went on a hunting trip with his friend in the Idaho wilderness and at night they
were staying at his dads remote cabin.
Already you know something messed up is gonna happen if the story involves a remote cabin.
Nothing good ever happens at a remote cabin.
The nearest town to them was around 50 miles away and the nearest active road was 2 miles
away.
So the possibility of someone reaching them or being around them was pretty damn slim.
I need some insanely creepy music to help me out here.
At around midnight both men tried to sleep when they heard something scrape at the door.
Then one of them guys go did you hear something to which the other said yeah.
Then in their remote cabin in the middle of nowhere, someone starts knocking on their
door.
Not saying a single word just knocking.
The men both in their 30s mind you were terrified.
They didnt leave the cabin till morning and they found nothing that couldve fallen against
the door and no animal tracks leading away from the cabin either.
Who the hell or what the hell was knocking on their door that night?
And finally at number 1 is The Murder Scene.
Yes guys I can find a murder scene story linking to about any topic or scenario given to me.
This story comes from redditor TapThemOut.
He was deer hunting in Northern Georgia and had arrived at around 4am to scout the area
and follow a game trail he had found.
He followed a game trail where a few trails started converging and set up inside an area
with rock and vegetation.
He waited and waited and as the sun started rising he took in his surroundings for the
first time.
He saw yellow tape on the floor in a few places but it was covered in mud so he didnt really
pay it any mind.
Then he saw some paint on the floor as well.
Weird but again no red flags.
By 8am he had seen no movement of any deer so he decided to move further in, thats when
he realises he was sitting in a place that was sort of built as a cabin or fort of some
kind.
He ended up walking to a road that was about 100m away from him and he saw a pile of stuffed
animals that looked disgusting they were wet muddy and most likely rotting.
Above the animals there was a sign which read as a memorial sign for a child that had been
murdered in the forest he was hunting in.
then everything came together, the tape was police line tape and the paint was probably
signifying the position of the body.
I wasnt able to access the link to the homicide the user provided but he did find the case
he stumbled upon.

in the position of these people and imagine what i wouldve done had it been me and i always
come to the same conclusion.

hey guys welcome back to my channel today I have a really exciting video
because I ordered a ton of $1.00 squishies from wish and this wasn't like
clickbait or anything these squishies are $1 they're one dollar and one dollar
only unless there was some exception which will I'll explain later so before

squishy it is a hamster in a doughnut I
believe it is the replica of the sweets life donut but this one is pretty good
it's very cute and the back has like pretty good shading and it's like shiny
and the sprinkles on this doughnut they're not painted on they're like fake
sprinkles but they're like glued on I guess
this squishy is pretty airy if you could hear that that was Izzy snoring
again whenever she's here with me she's excited for a little bit and then she
always goes to sleep and I think this is definitely worth $1 I say like usual
price this would be worth maybe $2.50 or $3 I don't know and that would be still
pretty cheap so for $1 this squishy is amazing this I don't think this has a
scent it kind of smells like bread but I feel like that's just the squishy
chemicals because it's also very um chemical smelling and the packaging for
this was just a regular plastic bag next squishy is this milk bottle I guess
not really a bottle but it is pretty soft and it's really slow rising I don't really
have any problems with this squishy like nothing major but there is one thing
kind of and it is kind of big this squishy was supposed to be a milk carton
it was like one of those really cute pink milk cartons and it has like a face
and I just I ordered that and this came instead which this is totally fine this
is like a really good squishy and it's super cute as well just to give a heads
up that if you do order the milk carton it might be this instead of it but it
was only $1 so I'm not mad or anything
this is also like pretty sticky and I love sticky squishies
and it's pretty slow rising I also really like this purple color it's also
a little bit airy yeah it's kind of Airy too
that's pretty cool and this smells literally like nothing like air or maybe
like a little bit like bread or rice I have no idea next squishy is this unicorn
and this is like really cute there's a lot of those unicorns where or
I heard it was an anicorn because it has wings but I'm not exactly sure
comment down below do you think this is a unicorn or an anicorn because it does
have wings and I guess that means it's an anicorn I am not exactly sure in this
exact same like shape like the same mold I guess a lot of companies have remade
the toys box shop unicorn or anicorn I don't know and this I really like
because it's different from the other other ones like it has a lot more color
and I really like that and also a lot more detail it's a little bit dense but
that's totally fine what this squishy smells so good
it smells like the ibloom butter pancakes the nyan pancakes it smells so
good this is an amazing smell and I love it I
did not expect this to be scented it's also pretty sticky and it kind of has
like a rubbery feel like it makes this like noise I don't know
it's pretty squishy and like it's like kind of slow rising if you know what I mean
like if you squish it here I feel like it's more slow rising than it is when
you squish it like that that's just what I'm thinking I don't know I also
love this rainbow right here and the heart and eyelashes and all like the
extra designs I really like it next squishy is this toast and I've seen this go for
about five dollars and this was only one dollar and already I think this is worth
a dollar over a dollar it smells like bread and it's pretty
soft and squishy it's really fun to squish and it's pretty sticky too and I
really like squishing the individual bread pieces and it's like pretty big so
I definitely think this is worth a dollar next squishy is this doughnut and
I've seen this everywhere and I got it for a dollar and that's like so good
here's the doughnut and there's also a pink design and this is so squishy kind
of smells like hand sanitizer mixed with bread this squishy is so soft and it's
pretty slow rising the shading isn't the best but it's like really smooth it
isn't like sticky or anything but it's like it has like a matte feel and the face is
really cute and I really like this blue color with the sprinkles I do kind of
wish it had more sprinkles but I still think it's really cute and I think this
is also definitely worth a dollar it has a pretty good scent and it's a pretty
good squishy next squishy is this owl right off the bat this
is like pretty dense and not super slow rising but it's really cute this almost
feels like a stress ball material I don't know but it's pretty sticky I
really like the colors on the squishy where it has like this darker indigo
blueish with like these stars if you know what I mean
down to like this lighter blue it's not a great gradient but it's pretty and
this feels like a really durable squishy so if you don't like defects I think
this is a really good squishy for you and this is definitely not like a
squishy where like the paint would peel because I feel like it's really secure
to the squishy it kind of feels like those like Walgreens like Safeway CVS
squishies where it's in that like really tight plastic wrapping that's kind of
what this feels like and it kind of smells like berries it smells really
good it's kind of vague kind of smells like Twizzlers but I really like it actually
next is a set of three squishies and these three squishies combined were one
dollar so first squishy is this mushroom whoa this is like so so squishy
and all of the squishies came in this plastic bag it's so so squishy and soft
it's really slow rising too
it's so slow rising it's not scented I don't know kind of smells like chemicals
I love how squishy and sticky and slow rising and soft this those all started
with s but I love it like this is amazing actually I would pay a dollar
just for this one but there's still two squishes to go next is this bear it's
not as squishy as the mushroom guy but it still feels really cool yeah not as soft
and slow rising as the mushroom but still like pretty good and they all come
with this metal key chain so that's like really good you could hang it on your
purse or your backpack or your keys or something and lastly there's just chili
chili pepper and this is also really squishy and soft here's the chili
pepper yeah it's like pretty soft and kind of slow rising and they all smell
the same just like chemicals and overall I think these three squishies are
definitely worth it I'm going to probably put one of these on my backpack
next three squishies kind of go together their like ornaments kind of ornament
looking squishy but this is the penguin it's pretty slow rising kind of smells
like barbecue I have no idea why it's kind of weird but here is the adorable
penguin and it's like an ornament so there is just like a really round
penguin it's so cute and it's wearing this adorable hat
like this is like really cute it's really squishy and it's pretty slow
rising - yeah I'm not really loving the barbecue scent just cuz it's kind of
strange I really like this squishy though I think this is definitely worth a
dollar I'm assuming that these two ornaments are kind of the same thing and
by the way these are like ornaments because I ordered them like before
Christmas and it took kind of long to ship so and these all came separately
well these came together because they're from the same place and then the three
like mini squishies came together but it does kind of take a while for shipping
here is the Santa this one's a little bit more dense but it has the same exact
feel except it's a little denser and it smells like barbecue this snowman this
is like really soft I already felt it but it's so soft and it's really

How To SHRINK Your Waist Using Your Laundry Detergent :-D - Duration: 6:24.
Hey, everybody out there.
It's Coach Dan Long with the Over 40 Protocol.
And today, I'm in the gym, and I came here specifically for you,
especially if you're over the age of 40
and you want to be the best you've ever been.
Today's the day that I have come to the gym specifically
to show you two moves that you can start using.
And believe me, you can do these in your own home
in your own living room, garage, out in the yard--
wherever you choose-- and you don't need a lot of anything
to make this happen.
So these two moves are going to be
specifically for the midsection to tighten the core.
I know you hear that whistle back there, right?
It means fat loss is happening every single time
you hear the whistle.
So the core moves that I'm going to show you are specifically
designed for people over the age of 40
that are going to help the midsection like it does
for me because I've used these on so many different clients
in my day because I've trained for over 20 years.
Not only moms, dads, and kids, professional athletes--
MLB, NHL, UFC-- you name it, and these moves are what I use.
So there's two moves here, OK?
First, today I have--
by the way, this is just 10 pounds--
this is a plate.
But at home, what you can use is instead of this
is maybe a gallon of water, OK?
You can use a gallon of detergent
for your washing machine, right?
Choose whatever you want but whatever works best for you.
Now, if you happen to have one of these weights laying around,
or you can go to the gym.
You can use this, OK?
First move, now-- oh, by the way,
I know you're going to see a link around.
Don't click that link.
Don't touch it.
Don't do anything with it because I
to get this to you first.
But if you love what you see here,

So stick with me and trust me.
These moves are amazing.
So first move-- now, I'm going to this to the side
first so you can see.
Separate your feet, point your toes out.
Let me go out here a little bit so you can see that, right?
Separate your feet, point your toes out.
Put your weight all the way out, meaning your gallons jug
or whatever it is you're holding, all the way out.
Lock the elbows.
Chest out, chin up.
And I want you to rotate only the weight.
Leave your feet on the ground, and don't move them.
Again, straight out.
Rotate right.
Rotate left.
Now, I'm going to do this in front of you.
Rotate left.
Rotate right just like so.
Now, you're going to come even with the body--
not behind, even with the body.
And then you're going to go to the right
even with the body just like so.
Now, that's left-right.
But now, you can also go up, and you can go down.
Now, if you go over the head, do not
do this with a lot of weight.
Just do it with a little bit of weight.
OK, this will help tone the shoulders
not only doing the core, but it will also
help the shoulders-- so straight up and straight down.
Now, to the eye level is about as high as I want you to go.
So let's do this movement together.
Left, right, back to center, down, up.
Left, right, back to center, down, and up.
Now, how many of those are you going to do?
Let's do 12 to 15 reps.
Meaning, a total of 12 to the left,
12 to the right, which is 24.
And then give me 12 in the middle, which times 2
is 24 of that exact exercise.
These core exercises are going to help
not only that mid-section but also that nice toned shoulder
is what we're looking for.
Because this is what I strive for,
for so many years with all of my clients, OK?
Now, next move-- and this is a doozy, OK?
This move here is going to be left, right, chops.
So you're going to go up.
Again, locked elbows up with the gallon jug.
Down to the right and back up.
Now, you will do a little bit of bend in the knee
if you need to.
Or you can actually keep the legs straight--
whichever works best for you.
Because if your hamstrings are tight,
you might need to bend a little.
So back up-- separate your feet--
down, and up.
Down and up.
Just like that.
Now, we're going to go opposite side, down, and up.
Down and up.
And down and up, just like that.
Now, you can do that with a gallon jug, 10 pound weight--
whichever you choose.
Use your dumbbell if you want, OK?
Those moves are specifically designed
for people that maybe have bad knees, people
that have a bad spine like me.
I have a herniated disk, and it's just part of life.
Because I'm over the age 40.
I'm 45 years old.
But I am living with my dream body
because I do exercises just like this.
But I also use something else.
I use a protocol.
It's an over 40 protocol specifically designed
to help the hormones that are declining
to spike to burn the belly fat.
Because my belly fat, trust me, gains so fast if I just
even eat a piece of pizza.

Trump's Tax Cuts Are REALLY Screwing Over American Workers - Duration: 6:08.
Well, more and more people continue to file their tax returns, most of them working class
folks hoping to get that refund that they get every year and so far more than 16 million
Americans have already filed and completed their taxes.
I'm very envious of those people because I haven't even started.
I'm very terrified to do it.
And here's why.
Of those 16 plus million people who have filed their tax returns already, nearly 10 percent
of them said that their refund has gone down even though their income did not go up in
2018 to put it another way, almost 10 percent.
We're at about eight and a half percent actually.
Uh, their income didn't go up, their expenses didn't change.
Basically 2018 was a carbon copy of 2017 and yet they owe more money or they get less money
back then they did in 2018.
And I can't even say they owe more money because all that eight and a half percent say is that
their refund amount went down even though everything else stayed constant in their income.
Another 24 point three percent aren't getting a refund at all.
And in fact found out they owe money this year.
So when you add those two together, we're at about 35 percent, one third of working
class people here in the United States who have already filed their taxes that are either
getting less money or they owe money.
Whereas in the past they would have gotten money back and this is 100 percent the result
and the design of the Republican tax cut that was passed at the end of 2017.
You see middle class people working class people, even the underclass of people here
in the United States, they took away what we can deduct from our taxes.
They took away a lot of the benefits that we could use to help reduce the amount we
would owe or to increase the amount we would get back.
And I'm not talking about massive increases going from like a $2,000 refund to a $4,000
refund.
Know what I'm talking about is maybe going from a $2,000 refund to a $2,300 refund.
Because believe it or not, for a lot of us here in this country, that extra $300 would
make a world of difference.
That $300 might be a medical bill that's been sitting on your dresser for nine months.
And I say that because I know that because I got one, it's been sitting there collecting
dust because I can't touch it yet, but at the same time we're getting screwed and we're
owing more or receiving less because they took away our benefits.
They took away teacher's ability to write off supplies that they buy for their own classroom
out of their own pocket.
We can't write those off anymore, but you know what can be written off, uh, the cost
of a private jet.
So if you bought a private jet, you can actually write off almost, depending on how much the
jet cost up to 100 percent of the cost.
I have a private jet, but teachers can't write off buying a new globe for their classroom.
But you know, somebody like Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates or Warren Buffett or Sheldon Adelson,
they can write off their new private jet.
If they bought one last year, they can because that's how the tax system in the United States
works and you wonder why so many people start to hate this system, why they love the idea
of socialism, because what we've got going on right now isn't working.
It's not.
It's working for the top one percent.
Bernie Sanders has said that a lot recently and he's right.
If you're in the top one percent than hell.
Yeah.
Things have never been better.
I mean, getting to write off the cost of a multimillion dollar private jet, it doesn't
get any more disgusting than that.
The 99 percent, we're getting screwed.
We're getting screwed in every possible opportunity.
We're not getting the tax cut.
Not at all, not even a little bit in the American public is waking up to that.
They understand that and millions upon millions more are going to understand that when they
file their taxes in the next coming weeks, but the wealthy elite aren't going to have
to deal with that.
They're going to be more concerned about, oh, did I?
Did I remember to write this thing off?
Oh, do I get to pay $0 like Netflix did in taxes last year?
We're the ones getting screwed.
We're the ones making up for the lost tax revenue that is being used for this massive
one percent tax cut.
Everybody.
The most important thing you can do right now is to not forget that because if you forget
about that or if you let it go, or if you say, well, you know what?
That's not that big of a deal.
Then the Republicans have already won 20 slash 20.
But if you keep that with you, and I mean that quite literally, I want you to take a
copy of your 2019 and eventually your 20 slash 20 taxes with you.
When you go to vote in the 2020 election and before you start filling out that ballot,
I want you to pull those taxes out of your pocket, the letter from the irs showing that
you got less back or that you owe more than usual.
And I want you to read that and I want you to remember what party did that to you.
And then I want you to cast your vote in 20 slash 20.
If we forget how horrible this is, if we lose hold of the anger that we have now about this,
then again, the Republicans have already won.

92-Year-Old Sounds The Alarm After Robbery – Then Police Make Hair-Raising Discovery In His House... - Duration: 4:36.
Police officers in the U.S. get a of a lot of stick for the most part.
Plenty of people are ready to lodge complaints concerning how they go about their jobs, while
others are of the opinion that they resort to violent measures too often.
Of course, it's important that we retain the freedom to criticize members of any profession
when they're not doing their job properly, but it's equally important to remember that
police officers risk their lives every day in order to protect us.
Not only that, but many of them are capable of incredible feats – which this wonderful
story is a fantastic example of.
There are not many surviving veterans from World World II left, but 92-year-old Louis
C. Hicks is one of them.
Throughout his life he's always endeavoured to do the right thing, this includes when
America was called to defend Europe's freedom against Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.
One day, recently, Louis discovered that some of the tools in the workshop behind his house
were missing.
He alerted the police to the theft, chiefly in the hope that they could catch the thief.
All Louis wanted was to get his tools back, but when Officer Chasity Salazar reported
to the scene, she insisted on taking a look around Louis' home.
Louis knew in that moment that he couldn't conceal what was going on in his kitchen.
Officer Chasity took a look around, saw what she needed to see and then promptly left.
She promised not to disturb him again.
92-year-old Louis had no idea that she'd been doing a spot of detective work in his
house, and was planning on returning with something to make his life a of a lot easier.
Louis had fought for his country during World War II, but when it came to taking care of
his own needs he was simply too proud to ask for help.
Fortunately, Officer Chasity saw the signs of someone who could do with a hand and so
decided to take immediate action.
What Chasity had seen was that Louis was using his stove to heat his home, with all the rings
on as he sought warmth.
She turned to her colleagues for help and, after some help from donors, she purchased
a new heater for Louis.
Louis himself was in tears when Chasity returned to deliver the gift.
He had a difficult time getting his words out.
"I've never had no one to do nothing for me.
After my mother passed away and left me to take care of my two sisters … nobody never
did nothing to help me.
You hate to ask anybody 'cause sometimes they'll frown on you, and I'm a true veteran.
I won't ask.
I won't ask," he told local station KVUE.
Louis explained how his old heater had burned a in the floor, so he stopped using it.
Due to his limited income, he'd turned to his gas stove as a last resort.
Officer Chasity, meanwhile, wasn't just happy to give Louis an important gift, she
was also grateful for the opportunity to pay tribute to a man who had done so much for
his country.
The whole neighborhood has now banded around Louis, and aim to ensure his life is a smooth
as possible.
"It means everything.
The things I've been trying to do since the '40s…I've been asking for help.
And now, it just came in.
God is good," he said.
Not content with simply changing his life, the police in Austin have made a list of all
the things he requires, including underwear, shirts and pants.
It looks like Louis is finally getting the good turn he deserves, having tried to be
a great man all his life.
When a WWII veteran is moved to tears, you know something truly special has happened.

Louis is an example of someone almost dismissed by society, but thanks to one kind-hearted

"Though it looks like she may have a kidney infection." It comes just a few weeks after Malin and boyfriend Tom Kemp tragically lost their baby daughter, Consy-Gloria
The little one had been in intensive care at London's Great Ormond Street Hospital ever since she arrived seven weeks early on December 23
Malin had reached out to her fans asking for their prayers and support. It said: "I lived my life inside of you, cocooned in all your love

TRIP REPORT: "Private Jet Experience" with Boutique Air on a Pilatus PC-12 - Albuquerque ✈ Phoenix - Duration: 9:15.
A very good morning from the airport of Albuquerque.
I'm here to fly with Boutique Air. And Boutique Air is not the usual airline.
They fly with tiny aircraft with only eight seats.
Pilatus PC-12.
It's kind of like flying private.
I'm very excited for this flight. I've been waiting for a very long time for it. So let's get onboard
Perhaps the most surprising is that there was
no security, no TSA and no duty-free shops between the front door and the gate.
It just took me less than a minute to get there
The signs easily guide you to the two gates of which only one was in use.
The same waiting area is also being used by the TSA to have their brakes at.
All luggage including hand luggage is being weighed.
Also, they ask for your own body weight as well. And this is just to have a better way distribution in the aircraft.
The plane was delayed with about an hour.
And something that I've never experienced with any other airline before is that while I was waiting,
I got a phone call from a representative of Boutique Air to announce that my flight would depart late,
and I was very impressed to say the least.
Eventually the plane did arrive and one of the pilots came in to guide us on board.
It was a short but very impressive walk to get to the aircraft.
In this video today we will see two takeoffs and two landings because we had a stopover.
For the first like I was seated in one of the rear-facing seats in front and since I didn't want to film other
passengers faces a better look of the inside of this tiny aircraft will be shown after the second takeoff.
So make sure you keep watching.
As you'll also see in a minute the pilot does actually do the security briefing.
Also, there's a small fridge with some soft drinks you can take throughout the flights.
And after about an hour we arrived at the tiny Grant County Airport of Silver City.
The airport of Silver City must have been the smallest Airport I've ever been to.
There were only two people working there.
One person to refuel the aircraft and one person organising check-ins and luggage.
After about a 20-minute wait we got to go back on board of the same aircraft.
This time with less than half the amount of passengers.
Otherwise should be about an hour and 20 to an hour 30 minutes - woops, that's ice - 30 minutes to Phoenix.
This time being seated all the way in the back I had a better view of the interior.
The legroom was a bit tight. But since there are no flight attendants with drink carts,
you can just stick your legs into the aisle.
Since it was a very sunny day, the window blinds were much appreciated, but I rather still enjoy the view.
There are eight passenger seats on this aircraft. Six front facing and two rear facing.
The interior was quite worn but still a great for a 15 year old aircraft.
And since the cabin does get pressurized it can fly fairly high altitudes.
The average cruising altitude was about 22,000 feet, just over 6.5 kilometers.
it was a beautiful sunny day for flying and the lower altitude does allow for some amazing views.
and I wouldn't have minded if the flight would have taken much much longer.
But unfortunately, it was time to land in Phoenix.
I must say: it's quite the experience to fly in a tiny 8 seater.
And taxiing between the bigger birds is definitely something special.
If you ever get the chance to fly with this airline,
I can definitely recommend it. And perhaps the best thing: It's super affordable.

are very popular in some Balkans Countries.
Where is known as:
Ustipci.
I hope I am pronouncing well.
They are very easy to prepare.
They can be sweet or salty.
As a matter of fact, today I will share with you the salty recipe.
And after I will prepare sweet.
In Restaurants, for breakfast...
...is served as appetizer, paired with Jam or "Kajmak".
Also with cheese.
"Kajmak" is kind of Sour Cream.
Would you like to see how I prepare?
Then,
stay with me.
Let's start by adding 5 gr of Dry Yeast to a bowl.
2 teaspoon of Sugar.
That will help us to activate the Yeast.
2 Tablespoon of 200gr of Flour,
that we will use in the recipe.
And About 60 ml of the 200 ml of Milk,
that we will also use.
Mix well.
Until remove all the lumps.
And we will leave to rest about 15 minutes.
Already pass the 15 Min.
As you can see the Yeast is already active.
Now we will add the Flour.
And, don't worry about the quantities. You will find measures in the description box below.
Let's make a hole in the center.
Add the Active Yeast.
1 egg.
And we will mix with flour until combine.
Add Milk. Should be at room temperature.
And, 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well, until the arm start hurting. :)
And, leave the batter to rest until double the size.
For me, it takes half hour.
After this time, mix again.
Put pot to heat.
Add oil.
Filling half pot.
Reduce the temperature to medium.
The temperature of stove should be always at medium- medium low.
And don't be so desperate as I was at beggining.
We should wait that oil is not too hot to start frying the mini-doughnuts.
If you don't wait, they can burn from outside and will not be cook inside.
When our oil is not too hot.
Let's start frying.
I leave fry 2 minutes per side.
As I told before at medium- medium low temperature.
For me, like this were perfect.
Ok, this is the Mini-Doughnut ball that I fry when oil was really hot.
As you can see by outside looks like really golden brown, but by inside was not cook.
So, I recommend you to becareful and take care of the temperature.
So, the oil is not so hot and you can cook...
...each ball from 4-5 minutes.
And now is time to try our Mini-Doughnuts Balls.

Despite this absence from television, he and Donnelly won the hosting award for the 18th year in a row
