MMA Fight Picks #UFCPhoenix: Ngannou vs. Velasquez - Duration: 13:05.You're listening to the one man show network.
Welcome to the MMA fight pics podcast with your host, Aaron Weinbaum....
Hey kids, and welcome to the MMA fight pics Podcast. I am your host Aaron Weinbaum
and today we're going to pick some fights for UFC on ESPN Ngannou vs. Velasquez
the very first card on ESPN,
not ESPN plus, not ESPN minus, not ESPN 2,,3..4 or whatever
big ESPN so you don't have to be a big streamer.
You can watch it just like a regular cable, satellite,
you know all that good stuff
and this honestly could have been a pay per view
so they're pulling out all the stops here for this particular card
first card we're going to pick Jimmy Rivera vs Aljamain "The Funkmaster" Sterling
Obviously Sterling a friend of the podcast,
former roommate of Al Iaquinta, a man I emulate on the Twitter often.
And like I said, Before I get into these picks, feel free to chime in on the periscope.
And if you're on YouTube, go ahead and hit the subscribe button.
Or maybe it's there
Eiher way.
Uh, so yeah, let's go with Jimmy first.
He has a win a decision over john Dodson,
last time he got starched by Marlon Morales
then wins Thomas Almeida, Urijah Faber, and Iuri Alcântara
which was way back 2016
and you got the Funkmaster. Wow he really about tore
Cody Stamann's leg off with a modified knee bar
I think he called the - Ahh I butchered it Sorry
I can't remember what you call it there Aljamain but it's Funkshway
something like that
I butchered it but before that decision over Brett Johns
Johns is super tough
And before that he got knocked out as well From Marlon Morales - lost that one,
um, I think either one of these guys come back and win here and win big , they're right there
That 135 pound division full of killers, and this puts these guys right back in it, especially if TJ is locked up with Henry Cejudo or whatever.
So you don't care about all that. You want me to pick a winner, and a winner I shall pick
I shall pick THE winner. Listen, both these guys have similar strength of schedule.
Aljamain Sterling. Yes he's a friend of the podcast, we we picked the famous card
where Al Iaquinta stepped in
except for we picked it before all the changes were made
so I'm pretty sure that every fight we picked, not one of them happened
so there's that
gotta go with Aljamain
He's young. He's on the rise, he changed with the Serra Longo team.
He's gonna win, I think he's gonna win decisively I think this is gonna be
it's gonna be like is coming out party before he gets into contention and
maybe, maybe if TJ is log jammed it butts right up there with when Dominick Cruz
comes back, I think that would be one hell of a fight and Aljo has wanted that one for a while Next up
we have Andre touchy Fili
I just got to pick this fight because I think he has a cool nickname
Against Miles Jury.
Alright, Andre touchy FIli lost a split decision to Michael Johnson which
he may have won but it doesn't say that he won in the win/ loss column
beats Dennis Bermudez before that beats the goat Artem Lobov
and loses to Calvin Kattar way back July 2017
Miles Jury, his last loss was to the now retired Chad Mendes.. Last Julythat beats
Before that beats Rick Glen
beats Mike De La Torre
loses to Charles Oliveira but everyone does
no way - I was gonna say no way Oliveira made weight for that
no he didn't - that was way back in 2015
oh man ...you know.... I think I'm gonna go with strength of schedule here - I think Andre touchy Fili takes Myles out
Now, this is a good fight I don't care what you say
Alex Bruce Leroy Caceres vs Kron Gracie
Ok, Alex Caceres a has not had the most impressive career
he's had a lot of wins and losses you know alternating here and there
last fight he wins against Martin Bravo don't know that is
losing to Wang Guan, not sure who that is
wins against Rolando Dy
Loses to Jason Knight, Jason Knight no joke
loses Yair Rodriguez, is also no joke but he's got wins over Cole Miller
Ah, man, okay, not the greatest record, like I said, a not the highest caliber opponents,
and when he does fight the higher caliber opponents, he loses,
except for Sergio Pettis, who came up to 135 pounds. I believe this fight takes place at 145 pounds.
So
we got Kron Gracie, okay, he's never fought in the UFC, obviously he's got a pedigree is for him, you know, being of the Gracies
Yeah, he hasn't done MMA since 2016. professionally.
He's never been in the UFC
it comes down to one thing and I do believe I have this phrase coined
It comes down to "Fistance"
Can Alex Caceres keep him at bay with kicks and punches....
and avoid that take down because if Gracie gets him on the ground it's all over.
I would say it's a pretty quick and easy submission
but I got Bruce Leroy winning this one based mostly on experience
James Vick versus Paul Felder This was a fight
that could have happened a while back but didn't .
I believe Paul had called him out at some point. James was too good for him. I'm paraphrasing here... until all of a sudden
James Vick ran into Justin Gaethje. A KO punch back in August 2018
I picked James Vick to win. I thought he was a big 155 pounder.
Justin Gaethje, you know he just will take three to
get one off - and I was wrong.
He got he got the one off that counted
and beat James Vick
Before that, James. Vick was on a tear.
Yeah. Abel Trujillo
Polo Reyes. Joe Duffy, Francisco Trinaldo,
Then you got Paul Felder you know he came in short notice against Mike Perry
broke his arm kept fighting the whole time Got a win off the real hot Charles Oliveira
wins over Stevie Ray ooh ooh you know
I think I'm going to go by strength of schedule and the caliber of opponents these guys both fought
I'm going to have to go with man James Vick on this deal.
And you know, I'm not sure how it gets done. I think he's too long, too strong. And he got caught last time and
you know, the thing is, either one of these guys could fight at 170
so I yeah, I got I got James Vick
for sure.
Now, the main event of the evening Francis Ngannou
vs Cain Velasquez
the returning Cain Velasquez who has not fought since July 2016
that's almost three years so it's you know little over two and a half years ago
wow
Is ring rust a thing?
I don't know I don't know when you're training with killers like Daniel Cormier as your coach every day um.
You know Daniel Cormier the champ champ
is Cain's wrestling coach
let's look at let's look at the last few fights for Ngannou here
wins against Curtis Blades
I thought Curtis was going to take care of business but 45 seconds - boom
you can't run into a Ngannou punch that lands flush and walk away
before that Ngannou loses a decision to Derrick Lewis which is I don't even know
if anyone did anything
it was a terrible fight.
Dan Henderson said he scored it 0-0
Loses to Stipei. I think that broke him a little bit
and why he was so hesitant in the Derrick Lewis fight?
Um. Yeah Stipe took it to him that whole fight for that
he knocks
Overeem
knocks Alistair Overeem out of Alistair Overeem basically
beats, Andrei Arlovski, beats. Anthony Hamilton - beats, beats, beats, everyone
all right? Hmm.
This is a tough one. I got Cain Velasquez who is beaten the best of the best
Sanders gonna win. I don't know you're talking about dude. Sorry, a
beat Travis Browne he lost to Fabricio Verdum that's no shame in that got caught in a submission round 3
defending his belt
pummeled Junior dos Santos beat Antonio Bigfoot Silva pummeled
Junior dos Santos again uh.
Yeah he hadn't lost since the 2011 before the running into Verdum.
And that was just that flash KO
I you know you're going to go the ring rust against the hot streak of Francis Ngannou
Oh Cool Luke Sanders is going to win I didn't pick that fight. But you got it. You got to pick. Thank you. James Taylor 78 that of course was a periscope. chime in.
I'm back to it.
Ngannou on a hot streak. Okay, and does Cain have ring rust. I don't think he will.
I think he's going to come back. He's going to handle much like Stipei did. Maybe
the boxing isn't quite as good as
Stipe but the wrestling sure as hell is
and he's going to come back he's going to be a contender in the heavyweight division
Now this only if he shows up
only if he shows up because this would not be the first fight he's had to pull out of days before the event
it has happened before
I don't want to wish that on anyone that happened last week with Robert Whittaker and Kelvin Gastelum
Of course after I picked ,after the Weigh ins, even I thought it was safe but NO
and I so wanted see that fight - that was last week this is not the MMA recap fight picks podcast
it's just the MMA Fight Picks Podcast
Cain Velasquez gotta win back in the division
for sure um, as a winner and that's it

Perché è importante depurare i reni?
Come berlo?
Va preparato, quindi, ogni mattina e consumato appena fatto.

How is E-commerce influencing traditional retail - Duration: 4:02.Hello everyone, I am Riccardo Osti and on a daily basis I help the worlds best brands
become more profitable by investing in the consumer experience
In this video, I will tell you how big is the impact of online e-commerce on the traditional
offline retail market.
When Ebay started its operations… we are talking about twentifive years ago, ecommerce
was at its very beginning.
Big retail chains were laughing at online shops, but then they understood that while
it would take them millions to open a new store, it would just take online shops minutes
to open up a new server and reach the same amount of new potential clients.
Today we can say that ecommerce not only has become a very important sales channel for
almost all industries but also plays a vital role from an education standpoint on the customer
perspective.
The most important role in this educational game is played by online product reviews,
which are literally everywhere, they are large in number and have a huge impact on sales.
In fact, it's proven that more or less 90% of customers read online reviews before making
the final decision on what product or service to buy.
Online reviews are so important that 84% of customers trust them as much as they trust
their friends' advice!
Can you believe it?
The cool thing is that it doesn't really matter if you buy online or offline, because
almost 100% of customers read reviews online even when they end up buying offline!
So let's try to have a higher view on the power of online over offline: we can say that
online holds the richest education material, which is out there in the form of reviews.
Reviews drive sales, both online and offline.
Reviews are great for social proof when we see that others bought the same product you
kind of feel safer, right?
Online reviews are also a great source of information to improve products, services,
and their communication.
Lastly, but most importantly...reviews are becoming a benchmarking tool for offline shops
that want to identify the right products to put on their shelves.
On e-commerce, brands can have almost unlimited space to sell their products, but offline
the slots that retail offers to manufacturers is limited, and usually very expensive.
Retailers don't want to waste any more physical space trying to sell products that won't
sell fast...and to identify the top performing ones, they use online reviews.
Amazon is opening some offline stores where they would only sell products that online
got 4 stars or above.
It's not a secret that Home Depot will remove from the shelves products that don't get
enough online reviews with good star ratings.
So...if you were still wondering how big is the impact of online over offline, now you
know that this impact is so massive that traditional retailers will only sell products that perform
well in the digital world.
I hope you liked this video.
If so, please subscribe to my channel!
Remember that new videos will drop every monday and thursday!
Ciao

Its a mess. Atmospheric river brings record setting rain to Sacramento, Northern California The Sa - Duration: 5:06.Its a mess. Atmospheric river brings record setting rain to Sacramento, Northern California The Sa
February 13, 2019 02:41 PM
Wednesdays atmospheric river storm brought painfully slow commutes across Northern California, some flooding in common trouble spots in Sacramento and a rare layer of thick snow in the northern Sacramento Valley.
The wet weather broke a daily rainfall record in Sacramento, with 1.6 inches of rain recorded at the Sacramento Executive Airport over 24 hours. The last record for Feb. 13 was set in 1979 with 1.22 inches.
But the states network of flood control dams and levees appeared to handle the deluge without major problems.
The National Weather Service issued a flood warning Wednesday morning for the Sacramento Valley, and it was expected to remain in place until 6 p.m. Thursday as heavy and moderate rainfall was forecast to continue through Thursday.

Discovery Park near downtown Sacramento was expected to flood Wednesday evening. Flooding routinely happens this time of year when officials release water into the American River from Folsom Dam to make space in the lake to catch mountain storm runoff.
Park rangers had been making the rounds in advance of the Folsom releases, urging more than 150 people camping in Discovery Park to find higher ground, said Kim Nava, a spokeswoman for the park.
Howe Avenue and Watt Avenue river access to the American River Parkway were closed Wednesday and will remain that way until the American River recedes.
Elsewhere in Sacramento County, the usual flood prone areas around Arcade Creek, the Cosumnes River and in Rio Linda were being closely watched. County officials , but major flooding wasnt reported by midday.
Its routine right now, said Matt Robinson, a spokesman for Sacramento Countys Department of Water Resources. If we have another storm that comes behind it, things could change.
The Sacramento area has already had 3 inches of rain this month. The normal for all of February is 3.69 inches.
Further north, a colder than normal storm brought up to a foot of snow in some lowland areas of Shasta County, leading to power outages as trees toppled, local residents reported.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for eastern and northern Shasta County as well as western Plumas County, Burney Basin and the West Slope of the northern Sierra Nevada. The warning is in effect until 4 a.m. Saturday and warns that travel will be hazardous and sometimes impossible due to high winds and a further expected 3 to 6 feet of snowfall.
It is a mess, said Nadine Bailey, an Anderson resident whose Facebook page featured a picture of downed limbs in her driveway and about 8 inches of snow on the ground. The snow was so thick Wednesday . The freeway was expected to stay closed for much of the afternoon.
Chain controls were also in place for most of the Sierras as of Wednesday afternoon, with the exception of Interstate 80, which had chain controls for trucks only.
In Sacramento, the rainy roads made things a mess for drivers Wednesday, with numerous spin outs, accidents clogging lanes and minor roadway flooding throughout the day. There may not be much of an improvement Thursday. in Sacramento will bring 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain to the city.
Beyond the Sacramento metro area, the Russian River could cause problems in Guerneville and the Napa River was likely to hit flood stage in St. Helena, said Alan Haynes of the federal California Nevada River Forecast Center.
The burn scar area around Paradise, site of last Novembers Camp Fire, could see some flooding if the rain intensifies, Haynes said.
Managing the storm has been made easier for Californias flood managers because most of the states major reservoirs still have ample room to accommodate storm runoff, Haynes said.
Shasta Lake — the states largest reservoir — was 69 percent full Wednesday. The second largest, Lake Oroville, which is being kept deliberately low this winter because repairs to the dams fractured spillways are still not finished, was 45 percent full, California Department of Water Resources figures show.
Folsom Lake is 62 percent full. On Tuesday, the dams federal managers opened its dollar 900 million auxiliary spillway for the first time to make room in the lake.
Theres not another release from the new structure scheduled yet this week, but dam managers expect to use the new spillway often in the months and years ahead to help manage Folsoms levels, said Erin Curtis, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, which manages the dam.
Meanwhile, Wednesdays storm bumped the index of precipitation in the northern Sierra Nevada to 106 percent of historical average, according to state figures. The statewide Sierra snowpack is 30 percent above normal.
All told, the states water outlook is on track to be at or a little above average, said Michael Anderson, a climatologist with the state Department of Water Resources.

No you don't understand. We're not that kind of a family.
Pops, what I want to undestand, is… why isn't she here, but you are.
We're gonna get off this stupid island.
No! I'm not going anywhere!
I didn't ask for your opinion. Come on!
You wait right here!
Don't do what I did!
Run run run! Yes!
You put everything that I cared about down there.
Are you scared?
Now you want to come to play pops?
Yes.
You ran out of my life and now you want to come back?
Yes.
Don't fight!
The only picture in the wallet was this one and it took us a while to figure it out.
It's you and your daughter.
Most people would kill for the chance to have a fresh beginning with their parents
and from the sound of it you guys could use one.
I'm sorry, do I get a vote?
He's your father.
He's not much of a father.

The truth about index funds - Duration: 12:10.Hello investors, my name is Sagar and in this video we will talk about index funds
I would like to say something before I start the video. In my last video, the audio wasn't so good because I had a sore throat
but I received wonderful messages of support from you and I just wanted to say thank you
because this channel works because of all the viewers
and I will make videos every Monday and Thursday as I promised
but at that time I had some pain and it was affecting he audio quality. Thank you again for all the support
Now, let's start with index funds. Whenever I watch other videos , I see they either agree with index funds or disagree completely
I don't have such a radical view and let me explain why . Let's imagine that you want to invest in the stock market but you don't want to learn anything
in the case, I can't force you to invest in particular stocks like I do because you are note interested
If you are happy with 8 - 10 % interest rate and you don't want to increase your risk exposure, I think index is a good option for you
but this video is for people who would like to know more about the index and who want to over perform the index
There are two reasons why people like to promote index funds
The first one is low expense ratio. There are many index funds which you can buy for 0.1 or 0.2 % ratio, which is lower compared to mutual funds
but then my question is , why not save even the 0.1 or 0.2 % and invest directly in stocks ? I will explain later why I'm saying this
The second argument is that many fund managers under perform . So it's better to buy an index. This is also true but it's not the complete story
There are many fund managers in India who can bet the index. If not, everyone would be telling that
the index will beat any fund manager always and at any time but this is not true until the moment
there are many fund managers in India who have managed to beat the index. I'm not talking about a 30 year period
I'm talking about 10 - 12 years. When they show you tables with performance
you can see that in the last 10 or 12 years . the index has performed very well
but please remember, there are some fund managers which have managed to beat the index consistently
so there is always a probability that if you pick a good fund manager, he can beat the index
but it's also important to mention that if the index falls 10 % for example
maybe the fund manager's portfolio will fall 20 % and you need to keep this in mind
but now I want to talk about retail investors who like to pick stocks and invest in them
I want to explain why I will never invest in any index
you can think of the index like a classroom. Imagine a classroom of 5th year with 20 students
we already assume that the majority of students are going to pass. Something similar happens with an index
we know there are many companies in an index. We already know that generally the economy is going to grow
so the companies inside the index will also grow
but there is one more detail. In any classroom, you always know that one or two students will do really well
maybe because they are too smart or they are hard working
we always have those examples in schools , universities or maybe your colleagues
Something similar happens in an index. If there are 30 companies. There will be 1 or 2 which are growing at a faster rate and will perform better
If you invest in just those 2 companies, you will beat the index easily
but I do need to talk about the downside. If you invest in 1 or 2 companies. you are taking more risk
Imagine you invested in a company because you thought it will grow between 15 - 20 % and at the end , it didn't go so well
if you have just 2 stocks and one doesn't perform well. it will affect your portfolio badly
as you have just 2 stocks, if 1 is affected that means 50 %of your portfolio is affected
that's why it's important to analyse your company carefully
that's why it's always better to diversify a bit more but there will always be a risk compared to an index
because if there are 30 companies in an index and some of them under perform, it doesn't affect so much
but if you invest in just 2 companies then it affects your portfolio differently
the second point is regarding the mechanism of index.
When a stock is performing well and it has a nice track record, the stock is included in an index
there are many more criteria before a stock is selected for any index
but there is one issue with this mechanism. There are many companies which work in a cyclical manner
let's imagine a company under performs for three years and it's excluded from the index as not many people are interested in the stock
but as I mentioned, it's cyclical. After three years , the company starts posting great results
and this is very important to know. If the company is in a downtrend, there is always a possibility that it can rebound strongly
and if you think about it like an investor, when a stock is getting cheaper , I should be investing more in the company
but the opposite happens in an index. When a stock doesn't perform well, it's excluded from the index
let's say I decide to invest in a company and they post some bad results
I will buy more into that company if I can get it 40 % cheaper and I can do that as a retail investor
let me show you an example. Hindalco is involved in the aluminium segment.
It was removed from the index in the end of 2015 as they were posting bad numbers
after they were removed, the cycle shifted again and aluminium prices started rising
the stock gave more than 300 %returns in the next years. There are many companies which gave great returns once they were removed
you might have hear the saying :buy the stocks cheap and sell them expensive
but the index works the opposite way. It buys when stocks are rising and it sells when nobody wants them. Let's talk about growth stories to explain my point
Small companies are not perfect. They have great aspirations but their business model is not great at the moment
but when these small caps grow to mid caps , you make a lot of money in the process
when it moves from mid cap to large cap , the returns are not so much compared to their earlier stages
it's easier to double your profits when you have a small company . It's not hard to double from 1 to 2 crores or to 4 crores
this is 100 % growth . But when you report 1 000 crores of profit, it's hard to double to 2 000 crores of profit the next year
Let me show you an example. You might have heard of Asian paints. One of the leaders in their category
It was included in Sensex in December 2015. But let me tell you what happened before that
This stock was treading at 16 Rupees in 2000 and in December 2015, the price was around 879 Rupees
So in the 15 year period, you would get 54 times your money .
but now let's take a look from when it has been included in Sensex . It currently trades at 1 449 Rupees , that's not even a double from 879
The company is great and is still giving great returns. but it's noting compared to it's initial stages
This is another disadvantage of index. Any stock gets included in the index when it starts getting famous and people are interested
but as you know, the big money is when people don't know about the stock and it's very small
maybe after some time, some famous investor invests in the company or any fund manager picks it up
and then the stock will give great returns. KRBL is one stock for example it was trading at 30 Rupees and was market leader
It went from 30 Rupees to 600 Rupees as people noticed the company. The problem is that many stocks are included when everyone already knows about them
These are three points about the index which I don't see many people sharing

6 Pro Tips For Free Speed On Your Road Bike - Duration: 6:14.- Getting fitter isn't the only way
to get faster on your bike.
- Yeah, so coming up are tips on position,
clothing and nutrition to make you go faster.
(upbeat drum beats)
- There's loads of tips and advice out there
about how you can get more aero,
everything from wearing special socks,
to having aero dynamic handlebar tape.
But what is often forgotten and by the pros as well,
is actually as simple as not trying
to ride fast whilst wearing your rain cape.
- Yeah so I think we're all guilty of, you know,
trying to ride fast and be aero dynamic
with a raincoat on.
Even one as well fitted and as aero as this one,
so do something as simple as, you know,
taking it off will make you more efficient and faster.
- Yeah, now you will of course get cold,
you will of course get wet but that's not the point.
This is about being faster.
And actually talking about cold,
the opposite is true, if you get too hot
you start unzipping your clothing,
that too will slow you down.
- Right, you ready to go fast mate?
- Go on then, although I am a bit cold,
so I'm going to keep my jacket on for a bit.
(upbeat music)
Now this might be easier, for some of us than others.
But riding with people who are fitter than you,
is a great way of going faster though
in the short term,
is I'll naturally be pushing the pace
beyond your comfort zone.
And also long term, because,
it's a great way for building your fitness too.
Particularly if you've reached a plateau.
This is gonna be the way to break through.
(upbeat music)
- Right, this next tip will make
you faster without even being fitter.
And we're gonna stay on the theme of aerodynamics.
What can we change to make us faster?
You can go out and buy yourself
a nice slick aerodynamic frame like this one
or even get yourself some aerodynamic wheels like these.
But something a lot less costly
is just change your position.
- That's right, something that's
potentially, completely free.
Your body is by far really the biggest object
that you're having to push through the air.
Actually, that's not strictly true.
In Hank's case, it's probably his head.
But anyway, if you can start
to think about decreasing your frontal area,
that is the key to getting more aero so,
maybe you ride on the drops,
get your back a little bit flatter,
roll your shoulders in, drop your head,
it's all gonna make a big difference.
(upbeat music)
- Cadence, now there are loads of videos
on the channel explaining,
what is the most efficient cadence?
But the best thing to focus on,
is what's best for you.
And that's a nice comfortable gear that you're happy with.
- Yeah, essentially what you're avoiding is either
munching absolutely massive gears,
or, twiddling away with absolutely no resistance.
Of course, to find the right gear,
you simply change to suit.
But this does mean that on really extreme rides,
you might actually need to change your gear ratios
in order to allow you to do that.
So, with that in mind, maybe investing in a spare cassette,
leave it in your spares box,
and bring it out on those special days,
when you might decide to ride up the Angliru,
or something like that.
- Yeah exactly, now the pros have a luxury
of having all the spares available to them,
but that's not strictly necessary.
All you need is a cassette,
that allows you to pedal up these
steep climbs at a nice cadence.
(upbeat music)
- To travel fast, travel light.
And that means not sticking every accessory
known to mankind on your bike
and everything under the sun in the back pockets.
But after all, no one wants to carry around
more weight than they absolutely have to.
- Yes and I think you've got a lot
of weight going on there Si.
But seriously, when it comes to packing your pockets
only take the essentials.
A good tip to use is to pack a saddlebag with
your tubes and your pump et cetera
and when it comes your pockets,
maybe just some food, a phone
and maybe some money for the caff.
- Ask yourself,
Are all those emergency items actually gonna be necessary?
But yes, you might need the odd ride off
into the wilderness where its prudence to be prepared
but for 95% of road rides,
probably taking the bare minimum is actually the right call.
(upbeat music)
- Right, I think I'm the worst culprit of this,
and in my training rides I often run out of energy.
And either drag myself home
or get to a cafe or petrol station to stuff my face.
But in all these cases my average speed roughly dropped
as soon as I felt like I was running low on energy.
- Yeah if you wanna go fast, you've gotta stay fueled.
And a great rule of thumb, is to eat something
every 20 or 30 minutes or so.
Not very much, maybe half an energy bar,
or a bit of banana.
I used to love making a massive batch of flapjacks
to take with me as I rode.
Pros often use rice cakes,

Will Crashing Break A Carbon MTB Frame? | Ask GMBN Anything About Mountain Biking - Duration: 14:16.(loud crashing)
- We're here, another Ask GMBN,
we've got the rat, we've got Martyn and myself,
we got a bike.
- We've got everything we need.
- We've got coffee, we've got some questions!
- Awesome, we've got some statements actually,
so Dylan Johnson jumps in and says,
we're talking about racing, how it can maybe
take away from your love of sport.
- Yes
- Dylan Johnson says, "Competing had
the opposite effect for me,
it greatly increased my passion for riding,
because I had a goal to strive for.
This is different for everyone though,
and I do know people who get stressed
and burnt out when they race too much."
- Yeah, yeah, I mean it can go both ways, can't it.
I mean, sometimes it's the thing that triggers your,
your new excitement in riding and other times it can
kill the passion a little bit.
- Well, Zhenhang Wong says,
"Does a job take fun out of your hobby?
- Ooo, dunno, what do you think,
I mean, it's difficult, 'cause when you're racing
it doesn't feel like a job, it feels like a mission.
You know, like, a mission to get it done.
- I was in two frames of mind,
sometimes it was like, getting paid to do the best job ever,
but if I was not doing very well,
and my contract was up at the end of the year,
it was very stressful.
And you realize that, actually, your performance
was your livelihood.
- Yeah
- And that wasn't quite so much fun.
- I mean, it's high-pressure, for sure,
isn't it?
And definitely those October, November months
could be very, very scary
when I was, - Don't get injured.
- No, you were like, oh, my God,
I'm not gonna get contract and then what am I gonna do?
And is it all over,
and should I have just gone to university?
(Neil laughs)
Aww, and all stuff like that.
I dunno why I said that,
'cause I had absolutely zero chance of going to university.
- Well, I went to university and was a pro mountain biker.
- Well, you're just a showoff
- I wasn't in university very long though,
that was the problem.
(Martyn laughs)
Ashford MTB has got a great suggestion,
he would love to see an Ashton and Hawyes reunion video!
(Martyn laughs)
I gotta see that as well.
- Yeah, yeah.
- Can we dig out the Cannondales?
- We could do that, yeah.
- Also, we'd have to get a Giant I suppose.
- Um, yeah, well, I'll give him a call and see what he says.
You never know, you never know,
stranger things have happened. Do you know what I'd like?
Me and Hawyesey did a video,
if any of you young guys are watching this.
Myself and another guy called Martyn
did some videos, long time ago,
we were the Martyns, imaginatively named.
Um, and we did a video called tricks and stunts,
where we dressed up in 70s clothing
and did, like, this chase scene, right?
I would love to see, like, Fabio Wibmer, Danny Mac,
do the new version of that.
Like, and actually do the tricks we dreamed of.
(Martyn laughs)
- That'd be good.
- It would be so sick, wouldn't it?
I would love to see Danny Mac and Fabio in funny wigs,
and 70s leather.
- Like a Hollwood remake of an old,
doesn't happen with mountain bike movies, does it?
- No, probably for good reason,
but anyway, that's what I'd like to see.
- Okay, right, let's kick it off with some questions.
Uh, Danny Westman's got a great one,
what ignited your love for mountain biking?
- Oh, um, for me, I went to a cross-country race,
I was doing motorcycle trials when I was about 18 or 19,
and I went to a mountain event,
'cause my friend told me about it,
and the vibe!
Right, and I went to a cross-country race,
it was real early days in the sport in the UK,
and just, like, everyone turning up.
And it was super positive, super positive,
and I don't think that's gone away.
It was just, like, you go to an event
and everyone's just chuffed to be there.
And that just pulled me in,
and yeah, I was doing it for,
and what about yourself?
- It was sort of similar, I always liked riding a bike,
from being a kid,
but it's when I saw this mountain bikey thing,
and actually bought the magazines
and it was like, this is cool.
- Yeah, yeah.
- And I bought magazines related to it,
I've got a massive stack at home, at Mum and Dad's house,
from those early days, I'd love looking at.
I just was really into this thing
that loads of other people were into as well.
- Yeah, the magazines back then were great,
oh, my God, they were good.
They were so exciting to see, like, who was in them.
- Yeah, you were on the cover, I'm sure,
of many of those old magazines.
- Yeah, I made it in a few times.
- Uh, Jonathan Christie has got a question
about trials bikes.
What do you think a 29er trials bike would be like?
- Great idea, great idea, great question.
I have no idea actually.
I'd have to speak to, sort of, like,
one of the current trials, probably comp riders,
it wouldn't work for street,
because you want a small wheel on street,
because the bike's spinning and it would slow it down,
I would have thought.
But for comp trials,
- They're still using 26-inch, aren't they, I suppose?
- They're still using 26, yeah,
I dunno if they've done 27.5 or 29,
that's a really interesting question.
I'm gonna ask some people in the know about that.
- Will we ever see you on a 29er, Martyn?
- Um, I would love to ride a 29er,
you might do, you might do.
- What about a hybrid, 29er up front, 27.5 at the back?
- Maybe, yeah, stop giving away my plans, Neil.
Stop telling everyone, they're secrets, you know.
- Oscar Reyes Aguilar said
GCN did a 10,000 calorie challenge,
as per Jack, Jack the cameraman, uh,
that was his request that we do it.
I'm glad I dodged the bullet.
But, uh, Oscar's asking if we're ever gonna do it.
- Aw, man, I should do that.
That is a great idea,
I should do the 10,000 calorie challenge, right,
because, right, how many calories
do you think you burn in a day, when you're doing exercise,
on your watch, it must tell you?
- About 3,000.
- About 3,000, right.
I've got, um, I've got a watch that measures my rolls,
my pushes, right, and it worked out that
I use 200 calories a day.
(Martyn laughs)
- That's not true.
- It is, I just literally sat, I'm sat down all day
doing nothing, so I really should do that
10,000 calorie challenge,
but it's probably gonna take me about 25 years.
- Well, I thought the mountain bikers' version of that
is to go for a normal ride and see what you do.
So you might burn 2,000, 3,000 calories on a super big ride,
but then you go to the pub
and see how many you can pile back on.
- Yes
- That's the mountain bikers' version.
- How many calories can you get back in, yeah.
That's the good version.
- How many calories in three packets of crisps
and four pints?
- It's about, yeah, it's getting on, it's getting close,
it's getting close.
That's a good game.
- Um, Eric Godel says he always feels like
he's got very little traction in corners,
feels like he's understeering, like in a car.
I don't think I'm riding too fast or my setup is bad.
Running a 2.6 Nobby Nic, Schwalbe,
maybe I'm braking too much on my front brake?
What d'you think, Martyn?
Sliding on the front tire.
- You know what, you know what I've found really useful,
when we were out riding recently,
and you told me about, on the bike I was riding,
to, like, get that,
to get up above the bar in the corners,
like Doug Henry style in the corners.
And that made a massive difference to me.
I was, 'cause I tend to enter corners,
and I tend to lean in and my weight's on the inside,
and it's 'cause I've got a bit of a Moto GP fascination.
And I feel like I'm going into the corners like this,
which isn't actually any good on a mountain bike.
You wanna get up above it, so I think,
pushing that inside grip down,
really gets your weight into a good place.
And the grip on the front for me,
really changed when I did that.
And that was advice from him.
- I like it, yeah, cheers.
I do that, on a motocross bike, you know,
you push the bike over,
then you sit on the top edge of the saddle,
of the seat even, not the saddle on a motocross bike.
I do the same on a mountain bike,
so I angle the bike over, I try and stay above the bike.
And it's just more stable.
- Yeah, and I found that made a massive difference to me.
And I've been doing it on that bike ever since
and really, it's transformed the way it works.
- It could be tire pressures, it could be bar height,
it could be all sorts of things.
How big your bike is,
trying to get enough weight on the front tire.
If you wanna see a video
on how to corner with confidence, check it out.
Cornering is probably the number one cause
of crashes on a mountain bike,
they can completely rob your confidence
if you don't feel good in a turn.
(jazzy pop music)
- Nice, right, next question is from Kukuh Wanengkirtyo,
and he, she says, sorry I can't even guess.
I'm thinking a he.
Mountain biking is one of the sports that
technology changes and development happen all the time.
However, how much would it change the way we ride a bike?
In terms of maneuverability,
how you feel the shock and fork work etc.
It would be interesting to know
how you assess a particular same brand model of MTB
from different production years, say, like,
in three-year gaps or something like that.
- Well, I'm self-breaked-in with the Nukeproof Mega,
rode the brand-spanking-new carbon one,
versus the, hmm, 2012, I wanna say, I can't remember
how old it is.
And I think, like, forks and shocks, suspension,
it's developed, but it's not been revolutionized.
It's got a bit better.
- But, the big difference, for me, was in geometry.
So as people experiment, they go a long way,
they're gonna come back, and it's just those little changes
make the bike feel much better.
More, just usable, all round,
and then it is just the things like angles,
which made the biggest difference, I find.
- Yeah, yeah, no, and it's weird isn't it,
we're in a period where the geometry changes have been
quite big in recent years.
There's been this, kind of, move to, like,
the slacker front end, longer wheelbase.
- I think it'll come back a bit though,
I think some of the people have gone a bit extreme
with those things, but it's interesting.
- Yeah, and you weren't a fan of that at all,
at the start, were you.
So what do you think now, are you more towards it?
- No, I'm still a bit conservative with my geometry,
if you look at my new Canyon Strive that is,
it looks a bit conservative on paper,
but it suits me to the ground, love it.
I can get perfect weight balance on it,
and it's not stretched out, although it is
much bigger than the bikes I used five years ago.
- But to be fair though,
this is your full-size bike though, isn't it.
- My thing is, I'm five foot ten,
I'm medium in everything, I've got,
I am your average person, average shoe size,
average waist size, and if I don't fit a medium bike,
then they're making it wrong.
- That's a good point.
- If I have to ride a large bike,
it's not my fault, it's their fault.
- I thought that was maybe something you say to your wife,
I was wondering where you were going with it.
- No (Neil laughs) - That is a good point.
- You should be riding a large,
I bloody shouldn't, like if I ride a large,
they've done it wrong.
(Martyn laughs)
- Fair enough, fair enough
Right, Oliver Beyens says,
I have a new Canyon Lux bike
and was wondering if it's wise
to ride some harder trails with this bike,
I think green and blue trails work fine,
but the red and black trails, question mark.
Another question, it's my first carbon bike,
I'm curious, if I fall and land hard
does that mean my carbon frame will be broken?
I've got a Canyon Lux, a carbon one,
riding carbon bikes for a long time now.
I've never broken one, so I wouldn't be worried about it.
You do hear these horror stories of falling over
and landing on something and breaking it,
but pfft, it's unlikely.
They're flipping strong.
- Yeah, really strong.
- And cross-country bikes, you can even ride
anything on them, they're just not quite as robust,
you don't wanna be doing a big flat landings,
'cause eventually you will wear that bike out,
abuse it a bit.
But they can ride anything.
- They can handle that tough stuff, I think.
Yeah, definitely.
Jamie Partridge, how can you,
how can you fix a bent brake lever?
Well, you have to be careful,
'cause you can snap 'em, easily.
- That's what I would say, I would say,
probably take the lever blade out,
'cause if you try and bend it
you could damage the actual lever body.
- Yes.
- Stick it in a vice, and I use ring spanners, my old trick.
- That's the one I was gonna say,
the ring spanner's perfect.
You just put it through the ring like that,
and then bend it like that.
That's how I used to do it on a motorbike all the time,
like, bending levers.
- It's quite enjoyable.
- It is, it is. - I quite like doing it.
- Don't do it, like Neil said, with the,
in the, kind of, body of the thing.
- Be prepared to buy a new one.
- You'd be bending it, and just, that breaks.
Jamie M is asking, myself and a couple of friends
have signed up for a six-hour cross-country race,
the Muckmedden, held in Pitmedden in Perthshire.
I was looking for some tips on the best way to train for it.
It's in two months time
and I don't want to be completely useless.
- Two months time, that's not very long.
- Oh, it also says here,
and perhaps Neil would enjoy coming along.
- Uh, perhaps,
although Muck-medden doesn't sound that great.
(both laugh)
- But, onto the question, how can you train for a six-hour
cross-country race in just two months.
Is that even possible?
- I did a six-hour race with Si Richardson
in the Alp, the dolomity thing,
that was a long time to ride a bike for
trying to go fast.
I would say, you've got to just ride your bike
as much as you can.
I don't train so much any more, just try and keep fit.
It's not like a structured regime.
But in two months, just ride as much as you can,
would be my advice, and try and do some big long rides.
Try and get used to your pacing.
So do some really long, mellow rides,
but then try and do a six-hour ride
at the sort of speed you wanna ride at,
and make sure you can do it.
Make sure you're eating loads of food as well.
- Absolutely, yeah, get the old stamina built up.
Be interesting to know what you're riding in that event,
is that a hard tail or a full sus?
Uh, speaking of that, take a look at this.
- When it comes to World Cup cross-country racing
we do see a split between
full-suspension bikes and hard tails.
Now, many of the top riders actually travel with both bikes,
and they'll decide which one they want to use,
depending on how rough and how technical that course is.
So today I'm gonna compare the two.
(techno music)
Correct Me If I'm Wrong,
this has been sent in via the uploader,
and this is from Bjorn, in Fiskars, Finland.
And he's trying to learn how to wheelie at the age of 41.
- Fair play! - Please give me some advice
to do some longer wheelies. - Right, let's have a look.
- In the snow, as well.
- That doesn't make it easy.
- No, you're gonna move around,
the back wheel's gonna slide around a bit.
He's coming over.
- Oh, it starts really well.
- Sat back, nicely into it,
that's one thing I always hear is quite often
people try and wheelie and they try stay upright,
uh, and it doesn't work, you've got to sit into it.
Go with the flow.
- Control it on that back brake.
It looks to me though, on there, that you've got,
you've gotta use your knees and the handlebars
to balance the bike,
and you've kinda gotta do them sort of,
the bike in between your knees,
and if it goes a long way one way,
you can flop your knees one way
or you can turn the bars opposite lock.
In that clip it looks like you go
knees and bars both the same way,
so you kinda end up steering into
coming off of that straight line,
which is a shame, 'cause you got it going really well.
- Ah, it's a good effort.
- Just keep practicing, honestly,
you're really, really close to having a sick wheelie dialed.
- Send us in your videos for Correct Me If I'm Wrong,
using the uploader,
it's in the description below this video.
Leave us your questions down below as well,
try and help you out in next week.
If you wanna see a video of Blake
trying to ride a cyclo-cross bike hard,
over there for that one.
- Absolutely, and if you wanna subscribe to GMBN,
you just gotta hit the old globe, just there.
- Thumbs up.
- See you next time.

What Is The Singularity Event? - Duration: 8:17.What is the Singularity Event?
It will be that point in the future, when the intelligence of machines surpasses the
intelligence of man.
It is most commonly feared as a doomsday, the day when the robots revolt, by first overthrowing
their human masters, and then hunting them unto extinction.
But what if the machines that take over, are actually part human?
Who then will be the winners, and who the losers?
Recently a Mahogany Clam, billed as the world's oldest animal, was accidentally dispatched,
by a team of marine researchers, in trying to determine its age.
It was 507 years old, and posthumously given the name of "Ming" the Clam, for the Chinese
dynasty, during which it was born.
The lifespan of a human being is comparatively short... but that is the price of life, and
everybody will pay it, sooner or later.
That is, until the dawn of a new age, brings advances in genetic engineering.
Ray Kurzweil, author of "The Singularity Is Near", predicts through the use of medical
nanobots, cures for cancer and heart disease.
With control of the human genome, the life scientists could alter the course of our evolution
in a single generation, by deleting the mechanisms that force us to age.
A child born after 2010, might live to be as old as Ming the clam.
A jellyfish is immortal.
If it doesn't get eaten by another animal, it can live forever.
When its body starts to deteriorate through age or damage, it simply generates new cells.
This has provoked some biologists, to say as the jellyfish gets older, it keeps getting
younger.
Yet another aspect of the singularity, may hold forth the promise of true immortality,
to those who can afford it.
Some futurists predict man will have the option of being implanted with a small computing
device, in the brain itself, for the purpose of enhancing intelligence.
Imagine having built into your head, a calculator, or a language translator.
To satisfy the vulgar human quest for entertainment, scientists foresee a direct computer interface
with the brain.
Ultimately, a human should be able to scan his consciousness onto some kind of recording
media, making it easy to transfer his mind, into a world of virtual reality, or, into
the immortal body of a mechanical man.
Even if the robot that contains your mind, has some unlucky accident, the backup of your
consciousness, could still be loaded into another vessel.
The common housefly lives between two and four weeks.
They are aggravating insects, and they can make you sick by contaminating your food.
Houseflies in scientific laboratories are just as useful as guinea pigs.
As the subject of lab experiments, the use of houseflies can allow scientists to avoid
accusations of animal cruelty.
Housefly maggots produce antimicrobial peptides, of great interest to big pharma companies.
After the singularity, what will happen to those people, who cannot afford a shiny new
robot body, those impoverished souls unable even to pay, to genetically extend their lives.
If their lifespans last no longer than those of their ancestors, they will not live long
enough, to earn the money that will be needed, for the purchase of immortality.
When the machines take over, the mechanical shells may be occupied by only the human elite,
continuing the domination under which mankind has already suffered for thousands of years.
On the bright side, things could always go terribly wrong.
According to computer scientist Mark Harrison, Nanotech which is self-replicating might escape
from the laboratory, wreaking irreversible harm to the global environment.
Computer networks may achieve self-awareness, and with access to the physical world, threaten
the very lives of men and women... or the advent of the singularity itself, may be intentionally
delayed in forward-looking countries, while giving some authoritarian nation the opportunity
to weaponize it, in a bid for world domination.

Brexit vote amendments explained as Theresa May faces Valentine's Day defeat - Duration: 8:39.Theresa May is holding yet another round of Brexit votes from 5pm of Thursday 14 February
Just 43 days before Brexit, will table a motion asking MPs to "reiterate" the support for her strategy that they expressed two weeks ago
But she faces defeat. And MPs are tabling amendments which would give them a chance to back a radically different approach instead
It's a re-run of two weeks ago, when MPs voted to "reject" the prospect of No Deal (but that wasn't binding), and agreed to back the deal if the Irish border backstop can be fixed
The House of Commons showdown was originally billed a "Valentine's Day massacre" where MPs could strip out core details of her plan for leaving the EU
Then it appeared MPs had backed off - in full knowledge that there'll be another clash in two weeks from now
But she now faces a suprise defeat at the hands of Tory Brexiteers. Read More Brexit: Tory truce faces collapse as Theresa May braces for Valentine's Day defeat What the defeat threat is about Here's how today works
Theresa May tables a statement. MPs then table amendments to it. Usually the amendments are the danger area
But Tory Brexiteers aren't actually exercised about the 'amendments' to her statement
Instead they're cross about the statement itself - even though it has no legal force
It says: "That this House reiterates its support for the approach to leaving the EU expressed by this House on 29 January 2019
" The problem is, the Commons agreed two things on January 29. One was to renegotiate the Irish 'backstop' - a clause which could extend EU customs rules over the UK
Brexiteers are fine with this. The second was to "reject" the prospect of a No Deal Brexit
Brexiteers are not fine with this at all. Defeat on this motion won't have any legal force
But it will kneecap Theresa May in her talks with the EU, because it will show she doesn't have a united parliament behind her
And here are the amendments she faces Stop Tories running down the clock Labour's Jeremy Corbyn has an amendment that would stop the Prime Minister running down the clock
The bid would force the government to hold a full "meaningful vote" on the new Brexit deal by February 27 - or admit there is no longer a deal
If the government admitted there was no longer a deal, it would need to make a new statement on what happens next
It comes after ministers admitted MPs may only get their final meaningful vote a few days before the March 29 date of Brexit
Labour MPs fear that will "blackmail" them into choosing either Theresa May's deal or a disastrous No Deal Brexit
Hold a ballot of MPs on the options Remain-backing Tory grandee Ken Clarke is leading a bid for MPs to hold a vote on their preferences for the way forward
Under his plan, they would rank different options from 1 to X on a ballot paper - a highly unusual procedure
Any option could go on the ballot paper if at least 50 MPs have backed it in advance
It comes days after the Tory MP was spotted having a curry with Commons Speaker John Bercow
We wouldn't possibly suggest the Speaker had something to say about this unusual ballot plan
Cancel the date of Brexit SNP MP Angus Brendan MacNeil is leading a bid to cancel the 29 March date of Brexit
His amendment calls on the government to urgently revoke the Article 50 notification, which set a two-year countdown to our leaving the EU back in 2017
Under EU rules, Article 50 can't be extended without getting permission from all 27 EU leaders
But it can be revoked completely on the UK's decision alone. Delay the date of Brexit Labour's Geraint Davies is seeking to extend the date of Brexit with the option of a future public vote
The SNP's Ian Blackford is seeking to extend the date of Brexit "by no fewer than three months"
Reveal secret No Deal briefing documents Cross-party Remainers including Anna Soubry want to reveal the impact of no deal
Their amendment would instruct the government to publish "the most recent official briefing document" given to the Cabinet on the implications of No Deal on business and trade
The document would have to be published within seven days. Let MPs vote on a series of set options Cross-party Remainers led by Sarah Wollaston, the Tory GP and MP, want to gold a series of "indicative votes" on the shape of a future deal
The options would be: Theresa May's deal as it stands A No Deal Brexit Theresa May's deal with backstop changes A Canada-style deal 'Norway plus', staying in EFTA A second EU referendum Hold a second EU referendum Labour MP Roger Godsiff is leading a fresh bid to force a second EU referendum
Under his plan, the March 29 Brexit date would be delayed while a second referendum is arranged
The referendum would then have three questions on the ballot paper - Theresa May's deal, No Deal, or stay in the EU
The referendum would use the 'alternative vote' system, where the least popular option is eliminated and second preferences are then re-allocated to decide the winner
Plaid Cymru's Jonathan Edwards is also leading a bid to hold a binding second referendum on EU membership
And Lib Dem leader Sir Vince Cable wants to delay the date of Brexit in order to hold a second EU referendum
And here's the threat coming soon Force the PM to rule out No Deal NOTE: This amendment is not being laid THIS week - it'll only be put forward towards the end of February
Labour MP Yvette Cooper is leading a fresh bid to rule out No Deal Brexit - after her previous attempt was defeated by MPs
Under her plan, if there is still no Brexit deal by March 13, Prime Minister Theresa May must put "no deal" to a formal vote
MPs would then be able to vote to block a No Deal Brexit, choosing instead to extend the March 29 date of Brexit
Labour's Brexit chief Sir Keir Starmer said the party will support Ms Cooper again, like they did two weeks ago
But he'll have to convince some of the 25 Labour rebels who refused to back her last time to change their minds
A source said the amendment is being held back for now, because Tories clearly want "one final opportunity" to get a deal
"So it's likely that it will be put to a vote at the end of the month, rather than now
At that stage, there are likely to be Tory resignations over it," the source said

These are the basic principals for online trading
These are the famous currency pairs which we are trading
Mostly people trading at the pairs
How to start trading
After login in iq option account
You can open one chart EUR/USD
Chart type should be candles
Select one minute as time interval
Chose indicator bollinger bands 10 period
Chose indicator oscillator default period
Set chart size on 15 minutes
Select 6 charts for day trade
This hammer candle stick
This is shooting star candle stick
Guys this Adnan millionaire formula 2019
We already achieved day 1 target
Today we have balance $16
Today we will start with $16
$2 dollar per trade
We will take live 10 trade
We will use $16
With minimum 60% profit
We will get $10 profit
Our today target is $25
Guys we already started our new millionaire journey
I think of day 25 we will achieve our target 1 million
Now we will start our today trade
Guys you can see that we have balance $16
We will use $2 per trade
For today trade there are six charts
EUR/USD, AUD/USD, EUR/JPY, USD/JPY,GBP/USD, USD/CHF
Guys market is very bad for the last two to three weeks
I don't know when it will be good
I uploaded part 1 before one week
People are waiting for part 2
Today i will trade
According to my strategy hammer, shooting star, lower and upper trend
Guys this is good hammer you can wee
But i missed it so now
I am waiting here for good signals
Guys can see this chart market was very bad
But now this candle showing that there will be upper trend
Now i will put my first trade at 31 second to higher
Because market is not good and there are no perfect signals
So i will trade at the good signals
This is not a upper trend signal but this candle indicating new upper trend
You people can see that we are wining
Guys market analyzing is very important in online trading
If market direction is good and market is moving to a direction
to upper trend and lower trend
Then we can trade in good way
N strategy can work without market support
Here at EUR/USD there is upper trend signal
I will put this trade to higher at 31 seconds
Guys from AUD/USD we won our first trade
I also put my second trade at EUR/USD
At EUR/USD you can see there is red candle
And after red candle next green candle went upword
So according to my upper trend strategy i put my trade to higher side
Guys no strategy can work without market support
When market is good and moving to a direction
If there are lower trend and upper trend and candles are noraml
Candles form normal
We won our second trade at EUR/USD also
I took my trade again at AUD/USD again
Because there is new upper trend and i got support from this hammer type candle
So i took this trade to higher
Guys you may observe that my these trades are not like my previous videos
And my previous trades
You can observe that at that time market was good
Guys at USD/JPY there is hammer signal
There is good hammer
I will put my trade at 31 seconds to higher
Guys you can note today date and time which i am trading
You can see now the time of about 9:30 PM (GMT+3) of 13 February 2019
I was suppose to close all my today tasks
Suddenly i saw market is good for trade
I saw that there new upper and lower trends in the market
Guys we won our trade which we took at USD/JPY hammer
Guys this is perfect hammer
There are two red candles before this hammer and it's tail is double than it's body
Hammer is at the lower band of bollinger bands
Guys now our balance is $22.63
Here is also upper trend signal
This is upper trend and there is doji and after that there is again doji
So it's mean that after the doji next candle will go up
If this candle will go up we can also take new trade to higher
Guys we won our this trade
This green candle not went up so we will not take next trade here
Now our balance is 24.21$
Our today target is 25$
So i need one more successful trade to achieve today target
Guys market was not good so today we could not rake trade with guys
The guys who joined us at our facebook vip group
And our telegram group
They are with me but did not take today trade
They know how much difficult to trade in bad market
Some guys trading at their own risk
We started this journey with $10
Many people they took trade themselves and lost their balance two to three times
Some are still at 5$ or 8$ and 10$
Problem with most people is that they can't wait for good signals
Some want to be millionaire over the night
More don't have patience and some have their other jobs
Some don't have time for day trade
This is lower trend signal
I took my trade to lower
The main principal for online trade is to wait for good market and perfect signals
Otherwise you will lose your money
During live trade many people put pressure at me that they are waiting for signals for the long time
That we are still at day 1 and when we will reach our target
Guys i don't care this
How many days passed
How many hours remaining or wating
Only wait and did not take any trade
I focus only that if market is good
Then i will trade on good signals even one or two trade in a day
Guys we lost our this trade
Our balance decreased
I took my trade here because there was new lower trend but we lost our this trade
Guys don't care that how many days passed because my balance is with me
I can use my balance in good market at good signals
If you people don't have time to wait you can't trade professionally
You can't earn money from online trading
Only lose money
If you will trade without any strategy may be you will win one day
But second day you will lose all your money
Guys here is lower trend signal
Because there is doji and next candle came down
And oscillator also showing down trend
At 31 minute second i will put my trade to lower
I took this trade to lower
Guys if you don't have time to wait for good market
And can't wait for good signals
You can't succeed in online trading
To lose money it's better to leave online trading and do some other job
Online trading is full time job
You can't do this in part time
If you will try online trade in part time
May be you will hurry and lose the money
You have to care it and if you don't have time
You can check if market is good
Then start your trade
Guys there is other signal at AUD/USD
I took my trade to lower
We won our EUR/JPY trade and took AUD/USD trade
I took this trade to lower because there was doji
Guys if you don't have full time
Analyze the market and if market is good
If there are good hammer or shooting star try for trade
If you lose two to three trades stop day trade
And don't think more that how much you win or lose
Try to trade in different sessions
May be this hour market is not good
After one hour or 30 minutes market will be good
Guys we won our this trade also achieved our target
Guys if you liked my video don't forget to like and comment
