A proposta da entidade é ampliar o atual programa Jovem Aprendiz, que hoje coloca adolescentes de 14 a 18 anos nas empresas, para incorporar todo o contingente de jovens até 22 anos
Para o vice-presidente da CNC, Valdeci Cavalcante, a proposta tem o potencial de empregar 4,5 milhões de trabalhadores nessa faixa etária nos próximos dois anos
"Às vezes a gente atira no que vê e acerta no que não vê. A carteira verde e amarela é uma ideia fantástica, mas não da maneira como o ministro Guedes imagina", afirmou Cavalcante
Nesse modelo de Jovem Aprendiz, os contratos da carteira verde e amarela teriam jornadas de meio período e remuneração em forma de bolsa – inferior a um salário mínimo (hoje de R$ 998)
O resto do dia seria usado pelos jovens em cursos técnicos do Senac (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial)
"Os jovens de 18 a 22 anos estão em uma faixa de risco na qual muitas vezes o desemprego – cuja taxa para esse grupo está em mais de 25% – acaba levando a pequenos delitos
Com a ampliação do programa, será criada toda uma nova categoria de trabalhadores, com menos custos para os empregadores e com um grande atrativo de formação", disse
Direitos Esse modelo de emprego teria menos direitos que o tradicional da carteira de trabalho azul, como deseja Paulo Guedes
Por exemplo, não haveria pagamento do adicional de férias, aviso prévio e outros benefícios, como vale-alimentação

Isso bastaria para que o tempo de contribuição na carteira verde e amarela fosse computado e, ao completar 23 anos, o jovem passaria automaticamente para o regime da carteira de trabalho azul, podendo firmar um novo contrato de trabalho com a inclusão de mais benefícios

Por insuficiencia presupuestal, el Instituto Nacional para la Evaluación de la Educación (INEE) no aplicará la prueba Planea que este año debería evaluar los conocimientos de alumnos de secundaria
Tras participar en el foro "Hacia una nueva legislación para el fortalecimiento de la educación de niñas, niños y jóvenes", realizado en el Senado de la República, la consejera Sylvia Schmelkes del Valle informó que ésta sería una de las medidas aplicadas tras el recorte del 30 por ciento al presupuesto del Instituto avalado por el Congreso
Indicó que esta prueba, de manera integral evaluaba el desempeño educativo de alumnos, de docentes y las condiciones de infraestructura de sus planteles
La consejera refirió que aunque ya había planes sobre la realización de esta prueba a nivel nacional, este año tendrá que conjuntarse con otros estudios hechos por el INEE como la Evaluación de Condiciones Básicas para la Enseñanza y el Aprendizaje (ECEA) y la Evaluación de la Implementación Curricular (EIC)
"De hecho este año habíamos, ya teníamos planeado hacer una evaluación integrada de alumnos y escuelas y también de los docentes que trabajan en esas escuelas, entonces digamos, teníamos un presupuesto destinado a eso, pero con el recorte presupuestal, desde luego eso ya no lo vamos a poder hacer", dijo
Consideró que esto es lamentable pues, este año, el INEE no informará sobre las condiciones educativas y físicas de alumnos y planteles
"Nosotros no vamos a hacer el Planea ordinario. Tendríamos que haber reportado sobre secundaria este año y no vamos a poder hacerlo
No vamos a saber cómo está la secundaria (.) entonces, pues un año vamos a dejar de dar información", señaló
Instó en que es una implicación importante, porque a diferencia de la prueba Enlace que aplica la Secretaría de Educación Pública -que evalúa a alumnos de todas las edades-, la Planea era especializada
Cada año, explicó, se evaluaba al último grado de cada nivel académico y éste correspondía al de secundaria
Celebró que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación haya aceptado el recurso de controversia constitucional interpuesto por el INEE contra el recorte del 30 por ciento a su presupuesto para 2019
Esta acción, consideró, abre una ventana de esperanza a que el presupuesto les sea restituido y con ello continuar con diversos proyectos
"Empieza un proceso de análisis y la esperanza es que efectivamente se reconozca que con ese dinero no podemos cumplir los mandatos que tenemos establecidos en la Constitución", expuso
Además de 218 empleados temporales, agregó, el INEE ha tenido que recortar direcciones como la de Investigación e Innovación Educativa, lo que dijo, fue un gran sacrificio porque esta actividad es fundamental en el instituto
Y a esto se le suma la desaparición de este organismo en las entidades federativas, con la cancelación de sus representaciones estatales

It's actually nice.
I like it, completely different than the last version, but same overall concept in a way.
The new version of the executive model, which had that same overall look where the strap
meets the case and the overall layout.
The different is it's a turb with like a really nice dial layout and everything pretty much
exposed.

What happens at a Mormon church on Sunday? - Duration: 4:01.
if you've never been to a worship service of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints the first thing you'll notice is that we lead you into a dark
room, strap you to a chair and we brainwash you with bright images of
green jello and the Book of Mormon.
False. That's totally false.
Hopefully nobody stopped before the intro and was like, "I knew it!" That's not
what happens in church. In most of the world, we have church services on Sundays
but that can vary depending on which country you're in. If you live in Jordan,
we worship on Fridays, if you're in Israel it will be Saturday, according to
local customs. Normally church services would last for three hours but a revised
schedule was implemented at the beginning of 2019 and now it's only two
hours. The first meeting is called sacrament meeting. It lasts for one of
those two hours. Everyone, men, women and kiddos all gather in the chapel area.
Everyone wears their Sunday best but we're not gonna throw you out if you
don't have a white shirt and tie. Anyway, we'll sing a hymn, have a prayer, and then
participate in the sacrament. During the sacrament, members each eat a small piece
of bread and drink a tiny cup of water symbolizing the flesh and blood of Jesus
Christ in remembrance of his atoning sacrifice. Visitors are free to
participate as well or not, whatever you're comfortable with.
We don't kneel during sacrament meeting nor do we recite pre-written prayers
except when priesthood holders bless the sacrament. We don't have a band playing
music, it's usually just a piano or an organ. It's all very mellow.
After the sacrament, the congregation listens to a few prepared messages.
There's no official pastor that teaches from the pulpit every week. Instead,
congregation leadership asks different members of the congregation to prepare a
message to share the following week or whenever.
So in sacrament meeting you'll hear a few brief spiritual messages from
average members. They might talk about faith in Jesus Christ, repentance
or the Holy Ghost or great aunt Kathy's rash. Who knows. The meeting closes with
another hymn and a prayer. You might even recognize some of the
hymns. They're not always exclusive to our church, you've probably seen some of
them in your congregation. For the second hour of church, we attend a rotation of
smaller, more specific classes. Children will always attend what we call primary.
For teenagers and adults, the class you attend depends
on the weak one week. Men and women will separate and attend different
classes. We call the adult woman's class Relief Society and the men's class
Elders Quorum. Teenagers also attend the class young women with the other young
women and the young men with the other young men
the following week they'll hold Sunday school during the second hour again
youth and adults have separate classes but Sunday school is not separated by
gender adults will most likely have a variety of Sunday School classes to
choose from if it's your first time attending you'll probably want to go to
the Sunday School class called gospel principles which teaches the basic
beliefs of our faith so you don't get lost in the other classes but if you
somehow end up being the only person in the class and you feel weird you can go
to whichever class you want if that schedule sounds complicated don't freak
out here's a super simple graphic the church released for the new two-hour
meeting scheduled and if you get lost don't hesitate to ask questions ask the
members there or if you can find a couple of missionaries in the
congregation they're gonna be a great resource for you so make sure to
introduce yourself that's a brief overview of what a latter-day Saint

Just under half of all UK holidaymakers admit they don't buy travel insurance straight after booking a holiday, new research has revealed
But without cover the holiday isn't protected so if the traveller fell ill and wasn't able to travel, or they had to cancel for another reason, they wouldn't be able to claim back the money already spent
There is also a big knowledge gap when it comes to travel insurance with 12 per cent of travellers believing they could cancel their trip and claim on their insurance if their pet died the day before
Average medical claims for travel insurance in the USA are £1,300 and £800 in CyprusThose going away this summer will spend an average of £1,500 on their holidays, the research from Aviva revealed
Yet 49 per cent don't buy insurance after booking the holiday and of those 24 per cent instead buy it shortly before they leave the country
A further 2 per cent will buy their cover at the airport while 23 per cent won't bother buying it at all

Hello, my name is Bazgrim and welcome back to the Baz Flash, the hottest Pantheon news in only 60 seconds. Today, the official February 2019
Pantheon newsletter was released.
So let's jump right into it. Firstly, the Visionary Realms team
continues to expand, with three new positions currently available. The new positions that they are hiring for are
Visual Effects Artist, Web Developer and Designer, and
Development Operations Engineer.
Secondly,
the VR team has updated their Unity game engine to the latest version. This allows for
updated lighting, animations, and much, much more.
Lastly, the newsletter included an article from Creative Director Chris "Joppa" Perkins,
which featured some new details about Pantheon's Atmosphere system. These include
supernatural effects such as
Frenetic Floors, Shifting Walls, and Fog of Confusion, as well as the special artifacts that players will have to find in
order to counter these obstacles. That's all I have for today.
