There once was a mischievous little rabbit

named Simon

With a big smile

his mother told him:

Tomorrow is your first day of school, my dear.

Simon answered:

No way.

His father told him:

But my little rabbit, you are going to learn the alphabet at school.

Simon answered: No way

That night, Simon couldn't fall asleep,

He was worried thinking about his first day of school

and he was scared...

So he shouted:

Mommy!

I don't want

to go to school.

No way, no way

And his mother said:

You're the bravest little rabbit,

You're

my SUPER RABBIT

The next morning his mother

prepared him a super-breakfast

for brave bunnies

with his bowl of chocolate,

his toast and juice,

but he angrily shouted again:

NO WAY!

That morning his father accompanied him to school

and he said to him:

Do not worry my bunny,

You'll have many toys and new friends,

you will see.

You are my big rabbit.

But Simon kept saying:

No way!

Arriving at the classroom door,

There were many bunnies with their backpacks

and the teacher greeted them upon entering,

but when his dad said goodbye:

See you later, honey,

Simon was very sad

and said

No way

Seeing him mourn,

a bunny approached him to play

and they became friends.

That day they did many things together:

they painted, they played with the ball,

They ate, slept,

played music, they danced.

And no longer he was shouting, nor was so sad.

His class was very large

and they had everything to have fun:

games, paints, scissors,

stories, slate ...

It was going so well

when her mom came to pick him up ...

Simon said:

No way!

I DO NOT WANT TO GO OUTOF SCHOOL.

And bunting, rouge

this uniform I've been a pageant girl

and I've been a soldier for so long that

I didn't realize how different and

unique it was the reality is that every

woman that walks the Miss USA stage is

different comes from a different

background

it's breaking her own stereotypes in her

own way quite a chance to work on a lot

of things throughout my time as Miss USA

the biggest thing was breaking the

stigma that comes with mental illness in

the military so I'm glad that I was able

to push people to understand that we

have to take care of the people that's

taking care of us and that's our

military force the advice that I have

for Miss USA 2017 is be yourself know

that there are young women looking up to

you if they're saying that you know what

she appreciates who she is she

understands who she is and she's not

afraid of showing it that inspired them

to do the same that's why I like Miss

USA 2017 be yourself love it

love who you are

Illinois seminar focuses on police-involved shootings and data - Duration: 3:14.

Drop that knife! Drop that knife!

There is no authoritative database on police shootings in the United States.

And this is a problem because many of us are concerned about

the nature of problems that we're hearing about in media coverage of police involved shootings.

So the Cline Center convened a group of experts

representing law enforcement organizations, advocacy organizations and academics

to come together across the table and talk about what would be the

characteristics of the data that we need and we currently don't have

and what's the role that the Cline Center can play and the University of Illinois

in making that data reality.

So, you can put it in your pocket or you can put it here in your waistband.

One of the important insights that I wanted the researchers

particularly to walk away with was

what it's like to walk in the shoes of an officer faced with a situation.

I'm Joe Bajjalieh, I'm with the Cline Center for Democracy.

I just want to get a different perspective.

You see all the things on the news about police shootings

and police incidents and stuff and I just want to get a perspective.

The scenario, it was a, there was a guy trying to break into a car,

or suspected of breaking into a car.

And then the scenario was for me to approach him, stop him.

So the guy walked around the car, dropped his knife,

then he started approaching me, and I drew my gun.

I yelled stop, then I realized the guy had dropped his knife.

Stop! Do not come near me.

Do not come near me! (Three gun shots)

Instructor: Stop, stop, where's the knife?

It's easy to look from a statistical standpoint at the landscape of variables and models

and have a sense that you understand what's going on.

But until you experience having to make a decision

that can have consequences that will

last a lifetime both for the officer involved

and for the subject and for that person's family

it is something that you can't really imagine.

Open that door! (pounding on the door)

I'm gonna kill you! I'm gonna kill you!

(screaming)

Sir, put your hands up! Hands up!

(gunshots)

A little anxious certainly because you just don't know what to expect and stuff

When the guy starts approaching you

Yeah, I guess your instincts kind of take over.

So this seminar has generated a large amount of

great insight and information and what's

important about the data project that is bubbling up to the surface,

it's going to occupy a gap in the current space of data

That is going to link existing datasets that have

pieces of the puzzle figured out pretty well but

provide that authoritative listing of

when an officer-involved shooting happens, where, what are the circumstances

so that the other research can begin to flourish from that baseline

and we can integrate across these different organizations

that are creating parts of the data

to provide a fuller picture for law enforcement, advocacy groups and academics.

The Alexander Graham Bell Association Blocked Me On Twitter - Duration: 5:10.

So over the weekend, I read the comment section,

which was a terrible thing to do.

But I read the comment section of an article

about the Apple thing, and somebody said,

that I was trying to make ASL extinct.

And let me just say, the Alexander Graham Bell Association

for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, blocked me on Twitter

and dislike me for a reason.

And that's what this video is about.

So, yeah, the AG Bell Association for the Deaf

and Hard of Hearing, blocked me on Twitter.

It was last year when Nyle DiMarco won

Dancing with the Stars and somehow that started

this whole feud between the Alexander Graham Bell

Association and the d/Deaf community in general.

I can't remember exactly what happened

and exactly what was said, but you know,

Nyle is someone who has been promoting,

equal language access, especially, you know,

access to ASL, on national television.

On America's Next Top Model and on Dancing with the Stars,

which is freaking fantastic because as someone

who didn't get that choice, I like that choice

for other kids.

Because then they don't have to grow up until

they're 25 and trying to learn a language.

Because learning a language in your adult years

is extremely difficult to do.

So naturally, at some point, the association

makes an open letter to Nyle DiMarco,

talking about how, gosh, what did they say?

I can't remember exactly what was said,

but I remember bits and pieces being about how

deaf kids need oral language as well

in order to you know, develop efficiently, or whatever.

And, this is the same mindset that other companies

who have contacted me to work with them,

it's the same mentality that they have.

Umm... No thanks, by the way.

And of course, me, I can't keep my mouth shut,

so I, once again, I can't really remember

exactly what was said.

But I just remember saying stuff like,

"Hi, meet my friend so and so, who may have grown up

mainstream a little bit, but they use ASL

or you know, insert sign language here,

and they're doing just fine.

Oh by the way, meet my other friend who has

grown up in Deaf culture, 100%, has a pretty good,

decent grasp on English, but is the most

comfortable with ASL.

And they're doing fantastic.

They have jobs, they've been on Spring Awakening,

what have you done?

Whatever it was, I was basically standing up

for my friends and Alexander Graham Bell Association

didn't like that very much.

Now listen, here's the thing about deaf kids

who grew up mainstream.

We have a little more privilege than those

who just grew up in Deaf culture

and sign 99.9% of the time.

If I'm standing next to a deaf person who mostly

just signs, the person whoever it is,

like say this was a job interview,

they're gonna pay more attention to me,

than to them, because I'm speaking English right?

And, for them, it's easier to communicate

with me, even if I can't understand what the heck

they're saying, and even if I'm like, yo,

can you write that down.

So even though naturally, I am Alexander Graham Bell's

choice as far as deaf people go,

even though he kind of tried to annihilate all of us.

By the way, that's a different video,

that's a different educational video for another time.

I know I said I'd get it done,

it's in the works.

So even though I would be AG Bell's grand choice

or at least one of them, because I talk most of the time,

because I was mainstreamed, and basically I was everything

that he wanted in deaf people,

that Association didn't like me because I was standing

up for the underdog.

And I wasn't the only one that they blocked.

They blocked a couple of other people too,

just because we were like, hey,

if you want a cochlear implant,

go do you, that's your business, that's your body.

If you want a hearing aid, so be it.

If you just want to go with spoken English, so be it.

And I know people are gonna argue with me on that

but I like choices, right.

Well AG Bell Association does not like to hear that,

and so they just started you know,

blocking people left and right if they didn't have

the same opinion as them.

So, that was a fun time.

That felt like a very big accomplishment

to myself and a couple of other people who were blocked.

If you ever want to know how to get blocked by them,

then just tell them, that you like sign language I guess,

and you know, they'll just go, yeah, no.

No, and they'll just, block you.

I'm not really sure what happened after that,

I'm sure there were a few more open letters

to Nyle and the Deaf community, deaf people

in general, whether you're a big "D" or little "d",

but um, yeah.

Fun time.

You know what's funny?

I just actually read a post on Tumblr earlier

that said, something along the lines of shout out

to Alexander Graham Bell for f***ing us all over,

and I laughed at that.

Because thank you Alexander Graham Bell,

you're the reason why we have this big old war

between us and our own community anyway.

much stuff I'm gonna have to tell him to

little like stirring sticks these are

just so cool look at that I love that

sign how cute is this bag from the

dollar store oh my gosh that is so cute

all right here's the aisle that I have

been wanting to see for a while and it

is massive the Dollar Tree that's a

little bit close to my house doesn't

have this much stuff in the organization

section but this one has quite a bit all

of these bins and so many different

colors I'm going to be getting some

organization stuff for the

already picking up some of the clear

containers these ones are hot pink but

that would be perfect for my kitchen I

know exactly what I'm gonna do with that

and that is absolutely perfect I also

want to look at makeup organization if

you have any of those here come in like

I said is a lot larger than the ones by

my house look at all the makeup

oh wow this would be so perfect and pick

up a couple of those and then what about

seasons of those are the ones we just

Wednesday mine to be honest was not the

best at all and I don't even know what

to say about it really so basically I

think today I lost a friend we disagree

on something and he doesn't like the

fact that I don't agree with him and the

whole situation is just completely

stupid it's not even an important topic

and I just feel like the whole situation

could have gone a whole heck a lot

better but either way he's basically

completely disowned me and trying to cut

all ties with me so there's lots of

other things I want to say I want to

talk about but I won't today was just a

really depressing day the livestream

cheered me up a little bit

watching other people's videos cheered

me up a little bit but other than that

you know like the whole thing is still

running through my mind a bit and it

doesn't feel good that's all I can say

about that so it's been a rough week

it's been a really rough week so far so

DJI Mavic MUST HAVE Accessories that Won't Break the Bank! - Duration: 8:16.

hello everybody has a new drone owner

specifically the DJI Mavic I am quickly

learning that it it really has some

awesome accessories out there that can

make the drone flying not more not only

more enjoyable but more productive as

well and also prevent accidents or

damage if you think about it that way so

I thought why not share that with all of

you

now everything I have here I will also

have a link to the purchase links in the

description box below and let's just go

over it real quick now if you notice

lissa thematic it's very low to the

ground so I found these extensions and

these will give about a 1/2 inch one and

a half inch lift has both for the rear

and a little padding on the bottom to

make the impact a little less impacted

and then there's also the ones that fit

on the front of the drone

and I'm not I'm not going to snap them

on fully but this is great for grass

landings or anywhere where sand or dirt

might get might get kicked up I mean it

lifts it up that nice extra little bit

off the ground keeps your gimbal clean

and if if you are landing on grass keeps

those props from mowing your lawn and

letting the cooling fan suck that into

the system there so that's item number

one and everything I'm showing you today

is going to be extremely reasonably

I've shopped around and everything I

have here the quality is pretty decent

too next since you really can't fly with

the gimbal cover on but I found that

this and the reason we can't fly with

possibility that as the gimbal tilts to

little bit of post-processing so far

will go through props and personally I

am NOT happy with the stock DJI props

and I found these after markets and

problem I'm having with DJI props as

they crack way too easily and I'm not

talking about just in flight I'm talking

about

George as well not even really any

pressure on them just in a foam kit

travel case that was designed for a

maverick and its accessories and I'm

getting hairline fractures and the props

brand-new ones that have never even been

flown however I found these aftermarket

ones and not only are they cheaper

you're looking at about a dollar 25 per

prop if you go to the DJ Eyes website

it's nine dollars for two props plus ten

dollars shipping and you're at about 950

a prop so a dollar twenty-five compared

to 950 amazing deal and I put a number

of hours on these aftermarket props

already and I have not had a failure at

all with the aftermarket ones even I got

a little bit too close to a shrubbery

cut some of the shrubbery the DJI prop

cracked and broke off the aftermarket

prop did not so take it as you will

traveling around you might need a car

charger don't spend fifty plus dollars

on DJ ice car charger instead spending

between eight and twelve dollars for

this one it even features a cooling fan

and voltage regulation so if your

battery that you're plugging it into

isn't quite the voltage needed it will

boost it up or reduce it down to match

what your battery your Mavic battery

requires without causing damage now for

even further like camping or hiking

charging on the go pick up one of these

little buggers these are about two to

five dollars free shipping and it has

the ICI movie c5 connection on one end

and your standard 12 volt socket on the

other and you plug that into a lithium

jumpstarter such as this JD b1 which is

an excellent quality jump starter

lifting jump starter and you can charge

a Mavic battery up to three times off

this and not only will this charge your

Mavic battery it's got two USB ports so

you can charge your phone or tablet or

whatever you're using

is the screen for your controller you

can also charge the controller and it

also has a port so you can charge a

laptop comes with all these neat

accessories laptop plug adapters jumper

cables so you can jump your car if you

need it it has multiple multi charging

cables you can charge up to four

different devices off a single cable 12

volt charging cable so you can charge it

off your car as you're driving and I

have it over there plugged in what's

also got your regular AC outlet chargers

below for those very reasonably priced

and last when I do international travel

I'm not going to carry my whole drone

bag so I found these these are fitted

fitted for specifically for the Mavic

drone and it's controller so let's just

collapse the Mavic real quick here and

you should remove the props with this

but put the the scar down there real

quickly and supposed to have the guard

on and the props off especially for

in-flight travel as I have heard that

some airlines are excuse me tsa is

considering the plastic props as a

dangerous weapon and not allowing them

on flight so at least you can check your

props but it fits in there just like

that with the props off bills if I shut

I'm not going to force it because the

props are on and then if I go over here

grab the controller touch controller in

there close it up now you've got some

very nice well padded cases that you can

put right in your carry-on for you RC or

laptop so that's what I was going to do

put these in my laptop I'm looking for

one more for my camcorder that's a

similar design and I am all set for my

international travel for the most part

and of course your power adapter can go

just about anywhere you can get the set

of these which is two for about twelve

to fifteen dollars free shipping they

also have one for your battery but

unless you have extra battery

you're best off just leaving your

battery right in the drone itself and of

course draining it to TSA required

levels and that is it as I find more

neat accessories for the DJ I'm Avex I

hey there I hope you guys had a great

Wednesday mine to be honest was not the

best at all and I don't even know what

to say about it really so basically I

think today I lost a friend we disagree

on something and he doesn't like the

fact that I don't agree with him and the

whole situation is just completely

stupid it's not even an important topic

and I just feel like the whole situation

could have gone a whole heck a lot

better but either way he's basically

completely disowned me and trying to cut

all ties with me so there's lots of

other things I want to say I want to

talk about but I won't today was just a

really depressing day the livestream

cheered me up a little bit

watching other people's videos cheered

me up a little bit but other than that

you know like the whole thing is still

running through my mind a bit and it

doesn't feel good that's all I can say

about that so it's been a rough week

it's been a really rough week so far so

I'm sure that the rest of the week will

get better I'm hoping at least so I'll

keep hoping and praying for that and
