Being in communities online is something
that many of us do in our daily lives.
Whether it is: a group that connects
local residents to community market, a
group that supports new parents on their
journey into Parenthood, or a group that
connects craft food enthusiasts to their
local providers, online communities are
places that we connect with others
around something we have in common.
In higher education, the concept of online
communities for learning is increasingly
being explored as more institutions move
to offer online courses or programs. The
field and practice of Distance Education
has a rich and storied history of
fostering connections with learners at a
distance whether it is through mail,
phone, television, radio, and more recently
online delivery; however, for many it is
difficult to imagine being part of an
online learning community in their
formal post-secondary education
experience. The fully online learning
community model -- or FOLC -- is used to
conceptualize, design, and research
collaborative online learning in higher
education. The aim of the model is to
inform the design of digital learning
environments and communities. In a world
that continues to equate learning with
memorization and testing, the FOLC model
takes the position the deep and
meaningful learning occurs at the
intersection of two spheres that are
immersed within a digital space. These
two spheres are the social sphere
(involving social presence) and the
cognitive sphere (involving cognitive
presence). Social presence is defined as
the co-creation of a collegial
environment that invites and supports
learners in sharing their ideas freely
and without fear. In this model, all
members of the class (students,
instructors, teaching assistants) are
considered learners, each possessing
varied (and valid) experiences perceptions
and responsibilities. The result is a
form of collaborative learning in which
all parties work jointly towards
solutions,
and decisions are reached through social
negotiation. This approach allows for
differing, and possibly conflicting views,
to be used in the development of new,
complex, and previously unimaginable solutions and understandings.
Learners in the FOLC-based environments are encouraged to
adopt the position of a critical friend
with their colleagues and actively seek
out constructive feedback to improve the
quality of their thinking. The FOLC-based
learning communities that are
created happen within digital spaces and
places both in real-time and
asynchronously. In FOLC environments,
problem-identification, problem-solving,
critical thinking, creativity, and
negotiation are among some of the skills
and abilities required as learners
interact with each other to solve
real-world problems. In addition, the FOLC models focus
on inquiry based activities, centralized control, and
community orientation fosters the
development of transformative and
emancipatory learning as conceptualized
by Human Rights Education and Social
Justice Education. It does so by creating
an environment that promotes a sense of
intellectual and social safety, openness,
and trust. This environment encourages
the sharing of emotions as preparation
for critical reflection and facilitates
the exploration of divergent
perspectives. Additionally, it promotes
each community member's sense of autonomy,
engagement, and collaboration through
processes involving constructive
feedback, self-assessment, and self

Now there is no trace left after a mess you saw recently.
Since the plot is cleaned up, we can invite guests here,
though the guests are actually me and Lena.
We're going to talk with Mrs. Małgorzata from Żagań City Hall about who we are,
what we are doing here and why this is important.
MAŁGORZATA TRZCIONKOWSKA, ŻAGAŃ CITY HALL: Are the demands for apartments for adult people with autism high?
LENA: Allow me to tell you. As of today,
the Association "Together Forward" has over 220 families under its care.
Not everyone of our protégés are going to need such a house
because, in addition to the houses, in this this year, we have opened two training apartments
for more independent adult people with autism.
However, we have groups of protégés
who have severe developmental disorders,
and are unable to reach such a level of independence.
And, for exactly such people who need 24-hour care,
we have got to build such houses, because, unfortunately,
in houses of... MAŁGORZATA: Is it going to be a temporary residence?
LENA: A permanent residence.
Such houses are going to be permanent residences.
It's going to be a today's alternative for nursing homes in Poland.

LENA: I'd like our neoghbors to know us,
therefore read about us in a newspaper "I Love Żagań".
The Generado Foundation has been founded by Autistic People Help Association "Together Forward" in sake of lives of our protégés in their adulthood.
These houses and apartments, that will help people with autistic spectrum disorders in becoming independent, are being created thanks to cooperation with a wide range of good people and institutions.
The initiation of the project was made possible thanks to the trust and financial support of VELUX FOUNDATIONS.

Bobby is Zuma's favorite he loved Zuma
because Zuma is orange like he is and

this is symbol there's Ola anchor cuz
he's an underwater rescue pot now this
pup that comes with it has azuma sitting
his head turned and his little paws in
the front to go out and he made that way
to sit in the lux hovercraft really well
his love pack his kind of cool little
boat on the back but it's not an
action-packed pot that means it doesn't
do anything dramatic like some of the
other pups do but it's a good one oh
look at Emma he's an awesome awesome paw
patrol puppy now the hovercraft which is
right here has some really cool features
not only does it have sounds like you're
letting brushes down
oh here the turbines starting up you
press it again here starting up and once
you press that a third time it starts up
and it goes for a while so all the
sounds come from right there on the top
yeah little thing like there and that's
where they come from
now Summa can sit right there and he's
not in there very steady so he does a
flop around a little bit so you'll need
to be careful but the cool feature about
this not only is it sound but what it
does when you pull it back I'm going to
set it here I'm going to pull it back
because when you pull Zuma back his
hovercraft wants to take off and go whoa
whoo oh we took the camera there didn't
it Bobby yeah cuz it's a pull and go
racer now don't worry about the
batteries in this with the noises that
that are made with it they come with it
and there's small little batteries that
are located right there on the bottom
so thank you Spin Master for including
the batteries because you don't have to
worry about them with our playtime we're
gonna make them ago here we go whoa I
love it cuz a fans go in the back I'm
gonna just roll it back for you see
fans get jealous - oh that goes wow that
was cool wasn't it let's do it again
wow they actually clean off wind I can
feel them it's like being in Zuma's
hovercraft it's really awesome
look at this thing up close Wow zoom is
the number seven vehicle and it's got
her roll logo right there and stripes
and of course the luxury vehicles are a
lot bigger than doing normal vehicles so
Zuma is really awesome is doom a your
favorite paw patrol pup yeah I'm going
to pull this back and let you see the
fans up close ooh look at that that's
awesome
well zoom it is a cool member of the paw

patrol hands can you might go in the
water
well Bobby this version of the Voges
hovercraft Zuma can't go in water this
is not a water toy it's because it has
batteries yeah I don't bother him yeah
if the batteries are in it goes
underwater he'll stop working and then
it won't work anymore no we don't want
it to do that and so that's why we don't
put in underwater well what do you think

unpacking these guys and introduce them
Wow guys today we're gonna have another
big also box of dinos I included a brand
new one I just got this is the Jurassic
world demon Carnotaurus to dissolve so
I'm seeing Jurassic world
Jurassic Park some Dino Power Rangers
Dino super charge Power Rangers there's
a watch and I know why go ahead and take
these out and check them off okay guys
our part is all set up for the dinos
around the perimeter we have our ten
thousand volt fans Wow
the gates to Jurassic Park are open and
waiting Wow let's get the Dinos and have
some fun okay our first Dino is Oh big
one
this is Toys R Us version of the bull
t-rex they made a lot of improvements on
this one much better sound and one of
the best things is adjustable feet so
his feet will move in and out so you
could put this guy in two different
positions like roaring up high or you
could bend him down low and have them
stand up where with the other bull t-rex
is your
much set for a nap and the psalm the new
score is a lot better
and stomping it all these dinos I'm
going to be showing you today I except

the video so we're going to set this guy
up all the way back here because he is
huge he takes up like the corner of our
playset and then this next one I've been
looking for for a long time I finally
got it on eBay this is the Jurassic Park
demon Carnotaurus so this is the biggest
Carnotaurus you're going to find and he
is all Robert really cool looking great
detail on the teeth
I have not reviewed this one yet I will
be reviewing it soon the arms move the
legs move you have JP 19 here a big
wound in the tail I could not find it
with the wound piece intact so that was
a little bit disappointing but this
Carnotaurus is the coolest card fullest
biggest Carnotaurus you're going to find
next we have a drastic world puppet this
there's the t-rex this is a foam puppet
so you could wear it on your hand and
move really nice and easy so even kids
could use it you could play with this
one

then I am haha okay so this guy we're
going to go ahead and set all the way up
here at skin because he's just a talking
head and then our next one is a drastic
world Tyrannosaurus this was cool I got
the white feature if you pushed on his
tail here he opens and closes his mouth
he makes a roaring noise he's got an
open wound here if you push it he roars
it lights up you could be like the
insides of his body and he's really cool
arms move like smooth like I said he is
a drastic world Dino so we're going to
go ahead and put this guy right over
here if you want stay in
and then our Knicks go on is another one
of the ones people love to hate
this is velociraptor charlie but this is
the one they forgot to put the third
claw
they forgot the third claw and that's
the main thing of velociraptors known
for but this one also has no action
features so we're going to go ahead and
hide this one behind the rock here
because he's kind of embarrassing and
our next one is what in the world is
that this is a Power Rangers t-rex it
comes with a little Red Ranger in its
mouth there that drives him this is from
the 2017 Power Rangers movie I did a
full review on this one and these guys
are turn into the big one and I also
reviewed all of it so there's five with
them that create a big door and this is
one of them so I'm going to go ahead and
set this guy all the way to the end here
too because he is a big guy it's going
to be all the way out there
and then here is our next one what in
the world this one is a really weird
blocker after blue from Jurassic world
he comes with like a side missile system
here he's got his video camera action
feature if you pushed on his tail he
chomps his mouth with his arms and his
leg and this one does have the third
claw so this one is really like the
third series of Velociraptor from
Jurassic world the second one they got
it right with the third claw and then
this one is like the third one it's got
like different battle futures and then
yea-ah drastic world Spinosaurus this
guy is really freaky looking - uh orange
brown coloring big wound here on the
side Jurassic world logo and of course
all disapprovals which drastic world has
burrell dinos became no.1 for so we're
going to go ahead and set this guy up
here right clusters between and then we
have a Jurassic world Pteranodon so you
squeeze this guy's lanky moves his head
he makes up actually this guy doesn't
make noise but he does have like the big
wound on his stomach they go ahead and
close that and if you hit it ah
so this guy is cool we're going to go
ahead and set him up actually in the
tree there
like you swoop them down and then we
have a weird-looking hybrid this is the
Dilophosaurus brags so it is from
Jurassic world it's a mix between a
t-rex and Dilophosaurus so this part
here is the Dilophosaurus rest of this
guy into t-rex with bright orange yellow
and black coloring with fins here on the
side actually feature on the tail if you
move it to the side you open his mouth
turn his head and open his mouth and you
can also have a move to the mouth of a
cow so we're going to set this guy up
here by the water and then we have
another velociraptor charlie but this
one is the one that is actually the
second version this one they did a
pretty decent job nice action feature if
you push the tail and make sound opens
and closes its mouth these are called
growlers because if you push the woods
here it lights off Andy growls and they
did put the third claw on these so these
are actually much better than the
original and but they still okay that
one does stand for feet then then so
we're going to go ahead and set this guy
up here is the
and then we have the hybrid armored
indominus rex this guy is ready to go to
war you push down the tail moves its
head open his mouth ah
the armor does come off so the armor is
like a plated piece that is designed to
fit right onto his back it's molded
exactly to his back and the armor piece
on his head well he does look really
cool I mean he looks like some type of
like barbarian warrior ready to go so
we're going to go ahead and set them up
in the back there chomping on the t-rex
and then our next one is a cool one too
this is a carnal Raptor so it's a mix
between the Carnotaurus
and the Velociraptor so this is really
cool mix super bright colors our red
purple yellow action feature if you push
its tail it opens and closes this mouth
and it's really cool-looking so let's go
ahead and sit this guy up right over
here then our next one is a freaky one
it's a little t-rex Chomper but they
gave these guys like comically oversized
front jaws here so they look really
funny you push it it will open and close
this model ah these are really hard to
find so this is Jurassic world 1 we're
going to go ahead and place that little
guy right over there then we have a
really cool dominance rex 1 this is a
limited edition uh boomer indominus rex
this one
you could go ahead and turn on here and
he will do like different feature
- like guard or attack you see the
different most by looking at his eye
here but there he is in like regular
mode then you can make them angry by
putting your mouth and scrum up putting
your hand in front of it sensor here you
get angry and charging
there you can see he's ready to run so
this guy will like go around and like
circle he'll like run all around the
different patterns and he is really cool
I can't get him to attack if you check

cool I don't know why

C&C Generals Zero Hour Untitled 3.7 - Skirmish with Airforce - Duration: 31:35.
Malcolm "Ace" Granger in C&C Generals Zero Hour is known as one of the most popular and the easiest Generals to learn.
His air superiority is very easy for most of newbie players, but in C&C Untitled he also gets another awesome perk.
He is also quite strong on the ground, really, his ground vehicles are really nasty to destroy and it's airforce is devastating (King Raptors, they are beautiful).
He might look like he has no real artillery unit to attack from the distance, but take a look at the unit from video's emblem.
This Crocodile has got a nasty upgrade that doubles it's range, not only his rocket projectiles travel a lot far than before, but they have also potent splash damage against infantry.
The Chevalier Tank, a HEAVY TANK for Airforce General, is also a very powerful toy - it's force is so big that the projectile can flip over a unit.
His Gunships are another story, the Falcon and Osprey are very heavy air cruisers, their damage output and resilience are a nightmare for columns of units on the ground.

US Spy Operations in China "Crippled" | China Uncensored - Duration: 7:58.
On this episode of China Uncensored,
one of the worst intelligence breaches
in decades!
And it happened in China.
Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,
I'm your host Chris Chappell.
US spy operations in China
have been crippled,
according to this recent report
by the New York Times.
18 to 20 CIA secret agents
and sources operating inside of China
were either killed or imprisoned
between 2010 and 2012.
Sometimes in a rather extravagant fashion.
"One was even, we're told,
shot in a sort of courtyard
of a government building
in front of his colleagues
as a sort of message to—
for those who might be thinking about
spying for the CIA."
Which does fall in line
with the Chinese idiom,
"killing a chicken to scare the monkeys."
Because man...
scaring monkeys is great.
Now this story comes to us
courtesy of my two favorite words in journalism.
No, not "lunch provided."
The other two:
"Anonymous sources."
The New York Times talked to
10 "current and former American officials"
who describe the intelligence breach as
"one of the worst in decades."
And the worst part of it is,
no one knows how it happened.
According to the unnamed sources,
no one can figure out whether it was mole,
a hack that uncovered how the CIA
communicated with its operatives,
or even if it was some kind of bizarre
"turf war within the CIA."
Okay so, shooting informants in a courtyard,
an unknown mole,
a turf war in the CIA...
this is totally going to get made into a
"based on a true story" Hollywood movie,
isn't it?
But to give you an idea
of how bad the breach was,
the CIA and FBI actually worked together
to figure out what happened.
That joint operation was called
Honey Badger,
presumably because...
okay I'm not sure.
But a honey badger can definitely
kill a chicken.
And monkeys.
And anything else that
stumbles across its path.
But this honey badger
did not succeed.
There was one possible mole
they investigated:
a former CIA operative
who now lives in another Asian country.
But there wasn't enough evidence
to arrest him.
Ok, so the movie is going to be called
Operation Honey Badger,
but they're going to move the action
from China to North Korea,
because studio executives think North Korea
is definitely more dangerous than China
and also they don't have
a big movie market there.
The CIA and FBI
declined to make any comment.
About the actual true story,
not the potential "based on a true story"
that I'm sure is being optioned in Hollywood
as I speak.
And China is also playing it cool.
"I am unaware of the specific situation
regarding the New York Times report
that you refer to."
And then there's my favorite state-run media,
the Global Times.
They wrote,
"We're not saying we did it,
but if we did do it,
we're awesome."
OK, I'm just paraphrasing,
but you get the idea.
Although for some reason,
the Global Times wants to make it really clear
that the part about shooting someone
in a courtyard
was definitely and totally
"purely fabricated."
The article also compares
the New York Times article
to a Mission: Impossible movie,
saying, and this is an actual quote,
"The journalists who wrote the report
must have been deeply addicted to the franchise."
OK, so the movie's going to be called
Mission: Impossible--Operation Honey Badger.
And Tom Cruise will be doing his own stunts,
including singlehandledly disarming
the North Korean nuclear weapons program.
Anyway, this story breaks as US China relations
are actually doing...okay-ish?
And with no way to know
who actually leaked the story,
or how long the New York Times
has been working on it,
it's hard to verify what motives
might be behind it.
It's definitely embarrassing
for the CIA and the US government,
and could strain ties
between the United States and China
during a sensitive period.
And right after President Trump
and Chinese leader Xi Jinping
became such good friends, too.
Anything that could drive a wedge between
Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping
would be a boon to Xi's political rivals,
that loose faction
under former Chinese leader,
and creator of the world's
most annoying ringtone,
Jiang Zemin.
The New York Times has been utilized
as a tool in this political battle before.
In 2012, just as the dominoes started falling
that would take out these two major players
in the Jiang faction,
the New York Times released
this exposé detailing the massive family fortune
of one of the guys behind bringing them down.
But on the other hand,
this spy thing is an old story.
It happened way before either Trump or Xi
were in power.
So it's hard to say how much political fallout
this would cause to either leader.
One thing that is pretty interesting about
this story
is that it shows the CIA may have been
losing informants at a critical time
during the Chinese Communist Party's
internal power struggles.
2012 was the year when Xi Jinping
took over the Communist Party.
And it was eventful.
A corrupt police chief fled to the US consulate
disguised as an old lady
to rat out his boss who was going to kill him.
Said boss and his boss
allegedly tried to pull off a coup
to grab power from Xi Jinping,
failed, and ended up in prison
for murder and corruption.
And that set off Xi's power struggle
against Jiang that's still going on.
And the whole time this was happening,
the US government was possibly even more
in the dark than usual.
It's like you've been watching
your favorite soap opera,
General Hostility, for years,
and the storylines are getting really exciting,
and then the day you're finally going to find out
who's the shadowy figure behind it all,
the cable cuts out.
And by the time you finally get it fixed,
the storylines are completely different
and you have no idea
what's happening anymore.
Anyway, despite the Chinese Communist Party's
apparent success at killing foreign spies
between 2010 and 2012,
they seem to be struggling in recent years.
According to the New York Times article,
the CIA has been rebuilding
its spy network inside China
and agents and informants
have not all been turning up dead.
Which might explain why the Chinese authorities
have lately been relying on tactics like,
creating a hotline people can call
if they think someone is a spy.
Or creating a helpful list for the general public
of "spy characteristics" to keep an eye out for,
with such gems as,
"People who like to throw out
controversial subjects at public gatherings
in order to ignite debate
and then quietly observe,"
and "People who...often throw out reactionary remarks
and exaggerate the merits of foreigners."
Yes, those are definitely spies.
Or internet trolls.
And then of course there was this
friendly comic put up everywhere
for National Security Education Day
called "Dangerous Love."
It's an actual comic
meant to warn hapless Chinese women
about the dangers of dating foreigners
because they're probably spies
and you'll end up in jail
for helping them.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say
that these probably aren't the same crack techniques
that they used back in 2010 through 2012.

Today, let's talk about Ricky Berwick.
Hello and welcome back to CapOhTV, the channel where we know school is a joke and you don't
want to be the punchline and if this is your first time here and you also think school

This is Ricky Berwick.
About a month ago, a small group of students recommended that I watch some Ricky Berwick
videos.
The name sounds interesting enough, but then I saw what this dude looks like.
And this video is not going to be about trash-talking him.
No, this video is about saying how amazing Ricky Berwick really is.
When I started watching, he had about 80,000 subscribers.
….what the f----!
He gained 10,000 subscribers in a day!
As of right now, he has one 157,550 subscribers.
When I looked at this yesterday, WHEN I LOOKED AT THIS YESTERDAY!
He only had 146,00.
This is what I'm talking about.
This is why I want to talk about Ricky Berwick right now.
It is amazing to me what is happening to his channel.
He has... he...
I bet you by the time I'm done recording this, his channel will have doubled in size since
I started watching him a month ago.
Let's talk about the elephant in the room.
Yes, he has some serious physical disadvantages.
But he's on YouTube making content.
And he has help, I don't know who his friend is, I didn't do too much research into this.
But let's just look at the surface.
He is making content, two or three videos a day, two or three short videos a day.
Sometimes they get up to three minutes, like that grocery store one.
You better go watch that because that was funny as s---.
But he is doing it.
He is doing the work to grow that channel and like I said, he's using his disadvantage
to his advantage.
He is entertaining thousands and thousands of people, not only on YouTube but on Instagram.
Almost every video that he has on YouTube, he also uploads to Instagram since they're
usually short, they're less than a minute long.
He increases his exposure by widening the audience.
And the content he makes is very shareable, it is memorable, and it is, frankly, it's
funny as f----.
And sometimes I wonder, would he be having the same success if he didn't have his physical
disability?
My intuition says that he wouldn't but that doesn't matter because he does have that problem.
And despite his issues, he is making the best of it.
And he is growing an audience that in the future could be very valuable to him.
What's even more interesting to me is that he has no playlists on his channel, he doesn't
really do a title, description, tag SEO, search engine optimization and all that.
Yet his channel is blowing up!
And not a single one of his videos is over 10 minutes long!
But he's doing something right.
He has found an audience and he is making videos that play well to that audience.
He's making videos that people can easily share, tag people and say, "Hey, look at
this guy, isn't he weird."
And I don't know his full backstory, his history up to this point in time, but he seems like
a pretty fun-loving guy, he seems pretty carefree, I don't know what it was like for him growing
up, but now he's just out there doing the things that he does, doing what he wants,
living his life.
And he's sharing that with people by setting up a camera and throwing it up on YouTube
and Instagram.
IF you're trying to start something, whether it be a YouTube channel, an Instagram following,
what-have-you, and you look at Ricky Berwick and see that he's doing it despite his disadvantages
and despite not following the best practices that so many people advocate, then what excuse
do you have for not doing anything?
Ricky Berwick: an inspiration to us all.

Creating a Powerful Fully Online Learning Community - Duration: 4:03.Being in communities online is something
that many of us do in our daily lives.
Whether it is: a group that connects
local residents to community market, a
group that supports new parents on their
journey into Parenthood, or a group that
connects craft food enthusiasts to their
local providers, online communities are
places that we connect with others
around something we have in common.
In higher education, the concept of online
communities for learning is increasingly
being explored as more institutions move
to offer online courses or programs. The
field and practice of Distance Education
has a rich and storied history of
fostering connections with learners at a
distance whether it is through mail,
phone, television, radio, and more recently
online delivery; however, for many it is
difficult to imagine being part of an
online learning community in their
formal post-secondary education
experience. The fully online learning
community model -- or FOLC -- is used to
conceptualize, design, and research
collaborative online learning in higher
education. The aim of the model is to
inform the design of digital learning
environments and communities. In a world
that continues to equate learning with
memorization and testing, the FOLC model
takes the position the deep and
meaningful learning occurs at the
intersection of two spheres that are
immersed within a digital space. These
two spheres are the social sphere
(involving social presence) and the
cognitive sphere (involving cognitive
presence). Social presence is defined as
the co-creation of a collegial
environment that invites and supports
learners in sharing their ideas freely
and without fear. In this model, all
members of the class (students,
instructors, teaching assistants) are
considered learners, each possessing
varied (and valid) experiences perceptions
and responsibilities. The result is a
form of collaborative learning in which
all parties work jointly towards
solutions,
and decisions are reached through social
negotiation. This approach allows for
differing, and possibly conflicting views,
to be used in the development of new,
complex, and previously unimaginable solutions and understandings.
Learners in the FOLC-based environments are encouraged to
adopt the position of a critical friend
with their colleagues and actively seek
out constructive feedback to improve the
quality of their thinking. The FOLC-based
learning communities that are
created happen within digital spaces and
places both in real-time and
asynchronously. In FOLC environments,
problem-identification, problem-solving,
critical thinking, creativity, and
negotiation are among some of the skills
and abilities required as learners
interact with each other to solve
real-world problems. In addition, the FOLC models focus
on inquiry based activities, centralized control, and
community orientation fosters the
development of transformative and
emancipatory learning as conceptualized
by Human Rights Education and Social
Justice Education. It does so by creating
an environment that promotes a sense of
intellectual and social safety, openness,
and trust. This environment encourages
the sharing of emotions as preparation
for critical reflection and facilitates
the exploration of divergent
perspectives. Additionally, it promotes
each community member's sense of autonomy,
engagement, and collaboration through
processes involving constructive
feedback, self-assessment, and self
