I just got a summer job at the Morris Arboretum, where I'll be helping run a day camp aimed

SOMEONE WHO HAS THE RIGHT MINDSET, YOU CAN TAKE EVERYTHING
FROM THEM, AND PUT THEM ON THE STREET, AND I GUARANTEE YOU GIVE
THEM A LITTLE WHILE, THEY WILL GET BACK UP THERE.

SOMEONE SITTING THERE THINKING THAT'S ALL THEY NEED, THAT
PERSON MIGHT EXIST, THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE HERE.

THAT'S THE MISCHARACTERIZATION THAT WE SEE IN REGARD TO

THIS IDEA THAT PEOPLE USE THEIR FOOD STAMPS TO GO TO WHOLE
FOODS AND BUY LOBSTER DINNERS.
THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.
THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.
THAT IS A WAY OF DEMONIZING THE MOST DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE
IN THE COUNTRY, JUST SO THE WEALTHIEST PEOPLE IN THE
COUNTRY CAN CONTINUE HOARDING THE WEALTH FOR THEMSELVES,
SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SYSTEM THAT
ALLOWS THEM TO PAY LESS IN TAXES, PERCENTAGEWISE, THEN
EVERY SINGLE PERSON SITTING ON THIS STAGE RIGHT NOW.
THAT'S THE SYSTEM THAT WE ARE DEALING WITH RIGHT NOW.
THE AUDACITY OF THIS GUY, TO SAY THAT POVERTY IS A MINDSET,
POVERTY IS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS BECAUSE YOU DON'T THINK
ABOUT YOU KNOW, DOING BETTER FOR YOURSELF.
NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENS.
EILEEN, THE CEO PAY IN THIS COUNTRY, AND THINK ABOUT
THE RECENT ARMS DEAL WITH SAUDI ARABIA.
THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION SOLD THE ARMS DEAL TO SAUDI
ARABIA AS A WAY OF MAKING MORE JOBS IN THE UNITED STATES.
SO, FORCE BOEING, AND ALL OF THESE HUGE WEAPONS
MANUFACTURERS ARE INVOLVED IN THIS DEAL, AND GUESS WHAT?
EVEN THOUGH THEIR REVENUE GOES UP EVERY YEAR, THEY HAVE BEEN
CUTTING HUNDREDS OF JOBS, IF NOT THOUSANDS OF JOBS IN SOME CASES.
WHY DO THAT?
WHY ARE THEY CUTTING JOBS IF THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY
THAN EVER BEFORE?
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN, DON'T
CARE ABOUT THEIR LIVELIHOOD, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT
MAKING SURE THAT THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN.
AND IF THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION DID CARE, THEY WOULD NOT
HAVE APPOINTED BEN CARSON TO THIS POSITION.
I UNDERSTAND WHAT HE'S TRYING TO SAY, I GET THAT, BUT WHAT
HE'S DOING IS HE IS BUYING INTO A STEREOTYPE ABOUT THE
SERVICE THAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDING; THE ONE THAT

POVERTY JUST NEED BETTER ATTITUDES AND THEY WILL
HAVE FOOD IN THEIR BELLIES AND ROOFS OVER THEIR HEADS.
I UNDERSTAND WHAT BEN CARSON IS TRYING TO SAY, BUT THAT'S
NOT THE REALITY.
WHAT BEN CARSON NEEDS TO DO IS RESHAPE A LOT OF THOSE
STEREOTYPES THAT MERIT ñ THAT A LOT OF AMERICANS BELIEVE.
HE IS FURTHER STIGMATIZING THE POOR.
IT IS NOT JUST CHILDREN THAT NEED A BETTER MINDSET.
IF HE WANTS TO DESCRIBE AN ATTITUDE, AT LEAST COME UP
WITH SOME SYSTEMS THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO
YOU THINK HAVE BAD ATTITUDES TO GET THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU
THINK IS THE PROBLEM ñ IS THE SOLUTION.
YEAH, HE'S OUT THE SECRETARY OF ATTITUDE ASSESSMENTS.
I JUST ñ ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS.
I JUST THINK THAT HE IS THE SMARTEST IDIOT IN THE WORLD.

That is what the FINA rules approve in a breaststroke pull out up until the recording of this video.
So far the two most common ways of doing this is to do all de butterfly kick at the same
time or to do the butterfly kick first and then the pull and the kick after.
The most important thing is to keep your body tight and in a horizontal position.
Your streamline should be extremely compact.
You only have one butterfly kick so make it count by doing a strong one.
Your arms will pull as much water as possible and will come down to the sides of your body.
From there you must shrug your shoulders and pause a little bit.
Now you will recover your arms the closest way to your body as possible, which many swimmers
found is like this.
The kick goes at the same time as the recovery of the arms.
What the kick does is to give you that final push forward and up to break the surface of
the water.
The Breaststroke pull out is all about actions and pauses.
You push off the wall or the blocks, get in a streamline position and pause.
Do a butterfly kick and pause.
Do a stroke and pause.
Shrug your shoulders and pause.
Arms recovery and kick and now the action of the stroke begins.
Some breaststrokers swim more than 15 meters with a dive and one pull out.
They are able to do this because of the incredibly horizontal position of their body during the
pauses and the strength of their movements.
If you practice consistently and receive feedback from others, you will be able to do this as
well.
