With plenty of punch and a lightweight, well balanced chassis, the compact rear drive roadster

delivered repeatable, predictable fun the minute it turned a wheel, but it did suffer

rear end swagger and oversteer tendencies, making its high speed and wet weather handling

a handful and leaving us wanting for more rubber.

Affordable top down fun that delivers smiles for miles, the Abarth 124 Spider more than

earned its place in the 2017 Australia's Best Driver's Car.

Hi, my name is Sarah Masker and I am in the English Secondary Education master's program.

I just got a summer job at the Morris Arboretum, where I'll be helping run a day camp aimed

at ESL students.

I'm really excited about this because one of my interests is languages (I speak Spanish,

French, and Portuguese) and I love to be outside.

I live on a 70-acre horse farm and have an adorable little horse named Winnie.

I'm taking this course to fulfill my certification requirements, but I also think it will provide

a lot of useful information and experience.

Technology can play a huge part in the classroom and can be a very useful tool when used strategically.

I have a blog that I (very) infrequently update.

call of duty infinite warfare video for

game but I have something to tell you

there is more new weapons than just a

model and the bear is 50 Cal coming into

the game and if you didn't know those

are the two weapons that are mainly

being talked about coming into the game

now let me show you guys images on all

game so I'm not sure what's going on but

it is there's gonna be a new LMG pistol

and SMG and a sniper and the AR and

another sniper and the model 2187 coming

to the game so guys I hope that I gave

I THINK POVERTY, TO A LARGE EXTENT, IS ALSO A STATE OF MIND.

SOMEONE WHO HAS THE RIGHT MINDSET, YOU CAN TAKE EVERYTHING

FROM THEM, AND PUT THEM ON THE STREET, AND I GUARANTEE YOU GIVE

THEM A LITTLE WHILE, THEY WILL GET BACK UP THERE.

40 HOURS A WEEK, BUT YET CANNOT PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE FOR THEIR

FAMILIES, IT IS BECAUSE THAT ñ

BECAUSE OF THAT MINDSET THAT THEY HAVE.

IF THEY JUST THINK A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY, ALL OF A

SUDDEN, YOU KNOW, THEIR HIGHER-UPS AT WALMART MIGHT PAY

IT'S THEIR MINDSET, IT'S NOT A SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN SET UP TO

LET'S BLAME THE VICTIMS INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY FOCUSING ON ALL

THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE RIGGED THIS SYSTEM AGAINST THE AVERAGE

AMERICAN.

ALSO, I READ AN ARTICLE THAT POINTED OUT WHAT BEN CARSON IS A

SORT OF ALLUDING TO IS IN FACT THE PLOT TO TRADING PLACES A

LITTLE BIT, AND DAN ACKROYD YOU WILL RECALL, HIS CHARACTER

EVEN THOUGH YOU DO NEED TO WORK TO RECEIVE A LOT OF THESE

BENEFITS.

RIGHT.

AND THERE'S A LOT IN YOUR WAY, AND SURE, IF THERE'S

SOMEONE SITTING THERE THINKING THAT'S ALL THEY NEED, THAT

PERSON MIGHT EXIST, THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE HERE.

HE'S NOT SYMBOLIC OF THE GENERAL POPULATION, AND UNFORTUNATELY,

THAT'S THE MISCHARACTERIZATION THAT WE SEE IN REGARD TO

THE DISADVANTAGED IN THIS COUNTRY OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

THIS IDEA THAT PEOPLE USE THEIR FOOD STAMPS TO GO TO WHOLE

FOODS AND BUY LOBSTER DINNERS.

THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.

THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.

THAT IS A WAY OF DEMONIZING THE MOST DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE

IN THE COUNTRY, JUST SO THE WEALTHIEST PEOPLE IN THE

COUNTRY CAN CONTINUE HOARDING THE WEALTH FOR THEMSELVES,

SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SYSTEM THAT

ALLOWS THEM TO PAY LESS IN TAXES, PERCENTAGEWISE, THEN

EVERY SINGLE PERSON SITTING ON THIS STAGE RIGHT NOW.

THAT'S THE SYSTEM THAT WE ARE DEALING WITH RIGHT NOW.

THE AUDACITY OF THIS GUY, TO SAY THAT POVERTY IS A MINDSET,

POVERTY IS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS BECAUSE YOU DON'T THINK

ABOUT YOU KNOW, DOING BETTER FOR YOURSELF.

NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENS.

EILEEN, THE CEO PAY IN THIS COUNTRY, AND THINK ABOUT

THE RECENT ARMS DEAL WITH SAUDI ARABIA.

THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION SOLD THE ARMS DEAL TO SAUDI

ARABIA AS A WAY OF MAKING MORE JOBS IN THE UNITED STATES.

SO, FORCE BOEING, AND ALL OF THESE HUGE WEAPONS

MANUFACTURERS ARE INVOLVED IN THIS DEAL, AND GUESS WHAT?

EVEN THOUGH THEIR REVENUE GOES UP EVERY YEAR, THEY HAVE BEEN

CUTTING HUNDREDS OF JOBS, IF NOT THOUSANDS OF JOBS IN SOME CASES.

WHY DO THAT?

WHY ARE THEY CUTTING JOBS IF THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY

THAN EVER BEFORE?

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN, DON'T

CARE ABOUT THEIR LIVELIHOOD, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT

MAKING SURE THAT THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN.

AND IF THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION DID CARE, THEY WOULD NOT

HAVE APPOINTED BEN CARSON TO THIS POSITION.

I UNDERSTAND WHAT HE'S TRYING TO SAY, I GET THAT, BUT WHAT

HE'S DOING IS HE IS BUYING INTO A STEREOTYPE ABOUT THE

SERVICE THAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDING; THE ONE THAT

HE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL UNDERSTANDING

OF, WHICH HE SHOWS HE ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT HAVE COME HE

ACTUALLY LACKS IT.

A LOT OF PEOPLE RESPONDED ON TWITTER ABOUT THIS, AND I FOUND

ROBERT REICH, WHO WAS THE LABOR SECRETARY UNDER BILL

CLINTON, WHO SAID THAT 24 MILLION PEOPLE LIVING UNDER

POVERTY JUST NEED BETTER ATTITUDES AND THEY WILL

HAVE FOOD IN THEIR BELLIES AND ROOFS OVER THEIR HEADS.

I UNDERSTAND WHAT BEN CARSON IS TRYING TO SAY, BUT THAT'S

NOT THE REALITY.

WHAT BEN CARSON NEEDS TO DO IS RESHAPE A LOT OF THOSE

STEREOTYPES THAT MERIT ñ THAT A LOT OF AMERICANS BELIEVE.

HE IS FURTHER STIGMATIZING THE POOR.

IT IS NOT JUST CHILDREN THAT NEED A BETTER MINDSET.

IF HE WANTS TO DESCRIBE AN ATTITUDE, AT LEAST COME UP

WITH SOME SYSTEMS THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO

YOU THINK HAVE BAD ATTITUDES TO GET THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU

THINK IS THE PROBLEM ñ IS THE SOLUTION.

YEAH, HE'S OUT THE SECRETARY OF ATTITUDE ASSESSMENTS.

I JUST ñ ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS.

I JUST THINK THAT HE IS THE SMARTEST IDIOT IN THE WORLD.

HE IS A RENOWNED BRAIN SURGEON, HEAD OF SURGERY AT JOHNS

HOPKINS, WHATEVER, AND WHEN PEOPLE SAY THIS ISN'T BRAIN

SURGERY, IT'S NOT, BUT I WOULD REALLY LIKE HIM TO JUST GO

BACK TO BRAIN SURGERY.

JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE SMART WITH NEUROSCIENCE, OR BEING A

BRAIN SURGEON DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN THAT YOU

SHOULD BE THE HEAD OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.

IT FEELS LIKE IT IS A LIMITED MINDSET OF TRUMP, WHO IS A

MY MOTHER, IF ñ TO ANSWER EVERYONE ñ

ONE SURE IS A WONDERFUL WOMAN, THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE IN

POVERTY, BUT IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE.

IT WORKED OUT FOR YOU, YOU ARE A RENOWNED BRAIN SURGEON,

THAT'S AWESOME, BUT THAT IS NOT THE EXPERIENCE OF ALL AMERICANS.

That is what the FINA rules approve in a breaststroke pull out up until the recording of this video.

So far the two most common ways of doing this is to do all de butterfly kick at the same

time or to do the butterfly kick first and then the pull and the kick after.

The most important thing is to keep your body tight and in a horizontal position.

Your streamline should be extremely compact.

You only have one butterfly kick so make it count by doing a strong one.

Your arms will pull as much water as possible and will come down to the sides of your body.

From there you must shrug your shoulders and pause a little bit.

Now you will recover your arms the closest way to your body as possible, which many swimmers

found is like this.

The kick goes at the same time as the recovery of the arms.

What the kick does is to give you that final push forward and up to break the surface of

the water.

The Breaststroke pull out is all about actions and pauses.

You push off the wall or the blocks, get in a streamline position and pause.

Do a butterfly kick and pause.

Do a stroke and pause.

Shrug your shoulders and pause.

Arms recovery and kick and now the action of the stroke begins.

Some breaststrokers swim more than 15 meters with a dive and one pull out.

They are able to do this because of the incredibly horizontal position of their body during the

pauses and the strength of their movements.

If you practice consistently and receive feedback from others, you will be able to do this as

well.
