In today's video we're going to review the TREZOR hardware wallet,

all of its security features,

and why I consider it to be the best way to store

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies.

Our friends at Trezor.io sent me this incredible device

which I had been wanting to analyze in depth for some time now.

On multiple occasions I've heard people say

that Bitcoin has been hacked;

that who knows how many millions of dollars

were stolen in Bitcoin, etcetera.

Most often, what happens is that currency exchange sites

or platforms that use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are hacked;

all the funds in them being seized in its entirety.

We can prevent being victims of the hacking of

exchange sites or platforms we frequent

by using "cold storage" for our currencies.

Remember that we have two ways of storing our digital currencies:

Hot storage: When we have access through

a platform connected to the internet

such as a digital wallet or exchange site,

and on the other hand we have cold storage solutions

where we can keep our funds outside of the internet

making it virtually impossible for hackers to steal them.

But before we continue I want to show you

the contents of the TREZOR wallet box.

In the box we'll find the TREZOR hardware wallet,

a micro USB cable, some stickers,

and a pair of cards to write our TREZOR wallet's recovery seed.

TREZOR is not a USB flash drive:

It's this small device that stores your private keys

and allows you to sign your transactions.

With TREZOR we can safely store

not only our Bitcoins, but also Ethereum,

Dash, Zcash, among many others.

And the best of all: to receive digital currencies

there's no need to connect your TREZOR.

Also, you can purchase a USB cable to

connect your TREZOR to an Android device

if you want to make a transaction on your phone.

The device comes without a preinstalled firmware,

so once you get it you'll have to connect it

to set it up for the first time.

Once your TREZOR is connected to your computer

we must visit trezor.io/start

where we'll proceed to install

the Google Chrome extension for the TREZOR.

We'll write the name we want for the device,

then we create an access password for the TREZOR...

matching the digits shown in the TREZOR's screen

with the spaces shown in our browser.

At this moment we'll create our recovery seed,

which is a set of 24 words that will serve to recover

access to our funds in case the device is damaged

or we lose our password.

We'll enter our PIN and now

we can access the funds in our TREZOR wallet.

Every time you connect the device to your computer

you'll have to enter a PIN between 4 and 9 digits long

using a numeric position keyboard that you'll have to

match with the numbers shown in the screen of your TREZOR.

This will prevent the theft of your PIN or password

by malicious users, malware or any kind of virus.

If you wish to acquire cryptocurrencies

or cryptocoins as they're also called,

and store them securely for a long time

you will surely need a device like this.

Now that our TREZOR is ready to be used,

I'll show you how to do a Bitcoin transaction with it.

Once we're in our wallet, we'll go to the "Send" section,

where we'll type out the Bitcoin adress

where we'll send the funds, followed by the

amount we wish to send,

and then we click the "Send" button.

We enter our PIN, and then we click the "Enter" button.

Lastly, we confirm we wish to perform the transaction

physically pressing the "Confirm" button in our TREZOR.

To send Bitcoin or any other currency,

you'll have to confirm the transaction on your TREZOR

practically preventing any hacker theft.

Our TREZOR digital wallet is a device

with a small screen to verify and send transactions

and two small buttons to confirm or cancel commands.

This incredible device will allow us to sign

our transactions by connecting it

to any device that accepts USB connections.

Though it's possible to leave your coins at an exchange site

this is not recommended, since you have

no access to your private keys,

and if hackers gain access to the exchange site

you may end up losing your funds.

Maybe at this point you're asking yourself

one of these two things:

"What happens if the TREZOR website crashes?"

"What if the company disappears?"

Or maybe what happens if you simply lose the device?

This would not be a problem;

remember that you keep your private keys!

And this means that you could import

your recovery seed in any other digital wallet

and get back access to your funds.

Y Prize 2017-2018: Carbon Nanopipettes - Duration: 2:48.

Biological research often involves manually injecting a huge number of individual cells.

This can be a pretty tedious process so at Penn, researchers are working on automating it

using injectors made from the same element as the tip of a pencil.

Previously, people have been using glass micropipettes for injection and in vitro fertilization

but those pipettes did not have the ability to measure any of the characteristics of the cell.

One of the technologies that my lab has been developing are carbon nanopipettes

that terminate with a carbon nano pipe.

It's small enough to penetrate into cells with minimal effect on the cells.

Unlike glass, carbon is an electrical conductor.

That means it's actually possible to use the pipette as a sensor

and detect the exact moment of penetration into the cell.

This takes away a lot of the guesswork and opens up the door to full automation.

The process starts by pulling a glass pipette into a very small diameter at its end.

We insert it into a chemical vapor deposition reactor and we deposit carbon on the inside

of the pipette to form a carbon film.

Then all they have to do is carefully etch the tip of the pipette with acid,

which eats away the glass but doesn't touch the carbon inside.

Since the carbon tip was formed inside the tiny glass pipette, the opening is incredibly small—

only tens of nanometers across.

That's thousands of times smaller than the width of a human hair.

The pipette's ability to detect when you penetrate into the cell enables automated operation.

The benefit of automation is the ability to inject multiple cells in a reproducible way

and obtain sufficiently extensive statistical data to be meaningful.

Penetrating cells by sight alone can pretty difficult.

The cell membrane stretches and deforms around the tip

so it takes a trained eye to know when it's actually through.

The most exciting thing about this technology is the easy manufacturing of nanostructures

that are interfaced with a macroscopic handle which can be easily interfaced

with existing pieces of equipment.

The big challenge that we are facing is how we are going to commercialize technology of this nature.

You've already heard about 3D printing—making a 3D object by building up material layer by layer.

Well, researchers at Penn have discovered a brand new 3D printing method

that takes this same idea, but scales it way down.

So the whole idea kind of came about by chance.

We were really looking for how additives in engine oils work,

how good a wear performance can you get

from these things that we're putting in our engine oils.

So the atomic force microscope traditionally is used for imaging things at the small scale.

Like a miniature record player that runs over the surface and records the topography

and sometimes other properties.

But what we realized is that when these molecules or these nanoparticles

get trapped and squished, they can do interesting things.

Essentially by running this small tip across a surface,

we leave behind a trail of reacted molecules that have formed a structure.

And that structure, we've found, can be pretty strong.

In an atomic force microscope, you have fairly good ability to control the way that stylus moves

and we thought, "Well hey, what if we use that to write letters, write different shapes?"

With a resolution down in the scale of about 100 nanometers—

That is 500 times smaller than the width of a human hair.

And so we went from a tool generally being used for imaging

to a tool now being used to create patterns.

So they're basically using a machine built to measure things to create 3D objects.

This is completely backwards, and the differences between this and traditional 3D printing don't stop there.

Unlike in conventional 3D printing where you might have a spool of a polymer,

the source material is floating around as individual molecules or individual nanoparticles.

3D printing at the nanoscale is really limited in how high a pattern you can get.

What our method allows us to do now is additively create things at those small scales,

make them thick, make them structurally robust and have good mechanical properties.

We believe that we can use many different types of nanoparticles

to form these patterns on surfaces.

So it's a more general method than what's available commercially.

The way we're doing these patterns is we have one stylus and we're creating a pattern at a time.

Our ability to manufacture, let's say at a mass scale, is really limited.

This would need to be scaled up.

Not just having one tip scanning serially over a surface,

but maybe having an array of tips scanning in parallel so that we can pattern large areas

and do it quickly, and repeatably, and reliably.

Welcome to the MadQueen Show, I am your host the MadQueen

On today's menu, we have a new Cyberpunk 2077 lore video for you, and today we're

going to talk about the nomads

By the end of the 80s, years of corrupt government

and economic destabilization put the United States in trouble

The only social norm that is still in the mind of people is the "me first" mentality

By 1994, the number of homeless on the streets had skyrocketed to 21 million

The technical revolution had further torn the economy apart, creating two radically

divergent classes: a wealthy, technically orientated, materially acquisitive class of

Corporate professionals, and a down class of homeless: unskilled, blue collar workers

The middle class was nearly eradicated

In large cities, business areas are clean, neat, well-lit showcases, free of crime and

poverty, controlled by corporations

Ringing the central areas are the Combat Zones, decrepit, squalid suburbs and burned out ghettos

teeming with boostergangs and other violent psychopaths

The outer suburbs are also corporate controlled zones: safe, well-guarded tracts where executives

raise their families in relative security

Throughout the Midwestern States, many small towns have been abandoned, as local farms,

businesses and banks collapsed in the wake of drought, famine and economic chaos

The farms have been bought up by huge agricorporations

and are maintained by hired workers, machine

labor, and well-equipped guards

The open freeways are battlegrounds, as armed packs of Nomads travel from city to city,

looking and pillaging like mechanized Visigoths

The cyberpunk future is mobile

Like the cowboys of the old west, most people carry their lives on their backs: miniaturized

sleeping, eating and entertainment components crammed into carryalls and the back seats of cars

The stuff you carry around is known in street slang as your "outfit"

Most of this is crammed into a shoulder bag or duffle sack

Most people on 2077 aren't much for settling down: Rockerboys always have the next gig,

Solos have to keep moving, their next job requires it, and you keep moving away before

your enemies figure out where you're sleeping these days

Cops, Netrunners, Medias, and Techies are always on the move, on stake outs, hard stories

or running from the various people you've brought down to yourself with your netrunning

Nomads, well, they don't have a home to start with, and what good is it if you can't

cram it on the back of your bike anyway?

The point is: a computer society makes it easy for people to live like campers all the time

Why should you go home to listen to your favorite music

when you can have it directly implanted in your brain?

Missing phone calls and hating answering machines?

You would be amazed how cell phones evolved

Why bother with cooking when you can grab something quick from a thousand fast food stores?

Why keep clothes when you can use them till they wear out, then buy new ones?

You'll rent a sleeping cube for the night, put up your personal stuff and blow out in the morning

Because the future is disposable

And that includes YOU

This is the life in 2077: you're rootless and mobile

You don't know where you're sleeping tonight, and you don't care

You've got a bed in your bag, some tunes in your pocket, some cash for food

And a gun to make sure no one takes anything away from you

And if you're a Nomad, more than anyone, that's your way of life

They drove your family off the farm ten years ago

The corporations rolled in, took over the land, and put cops for rent all over the place

It wasn't the first time it happened, and it wouldn't be the last

Gradually, your family fell in with a bunch of other homeless families, and they met another

group until you created a Nomad pack of nearly two hundred members

Now, crammed into a huge, ragtag fleet of cars, vans, buses, and RVs, your Nomad packs

roam the freeways

You look for supplies, odd jobs and spare parts in a world where society has fragmented

The pack is your home, it has teachers, med techs, leaders, and mechanics, it's virtually

a town on wheels in which everyone is related by marriage or kinship

Sometimes the pack pulls into a town just to fuel up or get grub

Other times, it swings south to follow the harvest

You pick crops in trade of cash or food

Less law abiding packs are like mobile armies, terrorizing cities and hiring out as muscle

in Corporate wars

For obvious reasons, the cops don't like Nomads, but it doesn't matter, your vehicles

are usually well armored and bristling with stolen weapons: mini guns, rocket launchers,

and the like

Every kid knows how to use a rifle, and everyone packs a knife

Being homeless in the XXI century is not easy

The most visible members of the pack are the scouts: leather armored riders on bikes or

in fast cars, who protect the convoy from attacks and hunt up safe campsites

As a scout, you're on the lookout for trouble, and you usually can find enough of it with

rival Nomad packs, the Law and the Megacorporations all after you

Like a modern day cowboy, you ride the hard trail

You've got a gun, a bike, and that's all you need

Because you're a Nomad

.com and Airbnb super host welcome back to motivational Monday and today's is

gonna be a little bit different I just felt I had to film this there's a lot of

crazy things going on natural disaster with hurricane Harvey devastating Texas

and hurricane Irma had left the path of destruction in the Caribbean it's headed

to Florida and I've been instant messaging with one of our frequent

viewers and active people on the Facebook group and there's just a lot of

pain and suffering and worry and so on going on right now and I wanted to spend

a little bit of time talking about how to get through hardship how to lead

through the hardship how to overcome and rebuild and so let's turn to it so while

I don't claim to understand exactly what's going on with everybody that's

leaving Florida right now Irma's on its way and there's gas

shortages and traffic and people are boarding up all their homes and

businesses and so on and you know people are starting to clean up in Texas and I

can't possibly understand what's going on like in that situation I can

personally relate because in 2012 there was superstorm sandy which at the time

was the biggest hurricane that hit the east end of Long Island in New York City

and I live here in New York City I lived here with my wife and my kids and my

pets and to come into New York and have a huge storm like that come in New York

is really unprepared for this right like I mean there's a lot of traffic and

high-rises it's not something that we deal with all the time you know areas

that do get hurricanes all the time like Miami and New Orleans now that makes it

any easier but they sort of have a routine and the community knows what to

do and board things up here in New York was like free-for-all nobody really knew

what to do everyone thought it was gonna be much less of a big deal than it

turned out to be and the flooding was monumental and it was really crazy I'll

never forget to have all of lower Manhattan without any electricity and

water as high as you could stand and cars underwater in New York City was

nuts but the other thing that I want to talk about is I also own a company

called brilliant transportation and it's our honor and our privilege to be the

first responders to any natural disaster in the entire East End of Long Island

and so during Hurricane sandy and every hurricane subsequent and in fact we're

getting ready for hurricane Irma we provide crucial ground transportation to

get the first responders that rescue crews on location to do their job

and what they're doing is they're clearing all the trees and limbs and

cars and all they like stuff that's the aftermath of the storm that has taken

power lines down and made it so there's no heat and hot water and gas and

electric and all of that stuff these brave men and women put themselves into

like natural disasters 24 hours a day and they go out and they brave all the

elements and they are literally trying to provide peace and comfort for the

community they're trying to restore power and electric and gas and they're

incredibly brave and I've had the honor and privilege to work with them now for

many years and it's just incredible the work that they do and and the message

that I want to share with everybody during this motivational Monday is in

all likelihood during the course of your lifetime you will experience natural

disaster like this and the the challenge is to remain sane remain safe right

safety first make sure that you're safe and sound before you do anything nobody

needs a hero but what people do need is leadership and so to keep your head on

safe and sound and keep your chin up work through it and provide that

leadership the entire community scared everybody's running around everybody's

freaking out and if you can be that you know that's strength that leader that

people can sort of say I can't imagine that we're ever gonna get through this

and it's awful and I lost this and I lost that and instead of being the

victim say you know what we're gonna be okay we're gonna rebuild follow me let's

start you know one foot at a time let's rebuild one brick at a time

believe me I never thought New York would normalize after Hurricane sandy

and now it's just a memory right like you could never tell it ever happened

and it's the same thing with Katrina and New Orleans and as crazy and devastating

as it seems right now in Houston and in Miami with Irma and so on everybody will

rebuild that's what we do let's keep our chin up and I'm hopefully inspiring you

to be that leader be that support mechanism be there for your family be

there for your block be there for your church be there for your athletic team

whoever needs help help help each other out

be there be strong and just recognize it always gets better and that old adage

about like you know you get stronger through adversity it's completely true

it's called grit and you'll learn lessons about you

self you'll learn lessons about your community and everybody will come

together tighter so as terrible as natural disasters and we hope that

everyone remains safe and sound let's be positive and have a bright outlook we

In today's video we're going to review the TREZOR hardware wallet,

all of its security features,

and why I consider it to be the best way to store

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies.

Our friends at Trezor.io sent me this incredible device

which I had been wanting to analyze in depth for some time now.

On multiple occasions I've heard people say

that Bitcoin has been hacked;

that who knows how many millions of dollars

were stolen in Bitcoin, etcetera.

Most often, what happens is that currency exchange sites

or platforms that use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are hacked;

all the funds in them being seized in its entirety.

We can prevent being victims of the hacking of

exchange sites or platforms we frequent

by using "cold storage" for our currencies.

Remember that we have two ways of storing our digital currencies:

Hot storage: When we have access through

a platform connected to the internet

such as a digital wallet or exchange site,

and on the other hand we have cold storage solutions

where we can keep our funds outside of the internet

making it virtually impossible for hackers to steal them.

But before we continue I want to show you

the contents of the TREZOR wallet box.

In the box we'll find the TREZOR hardware wallet,

a micro USB cable, some stickers,

and a pair of cards to write our TREZOR wallet's recovery seed.

TREZOR is not a USB flash drive:

It's this small device that stores your private keys

and allows you to sign your transactions.

With TREZOR we can safely store

not only our Bitcoins, but also Ethereum,

Dash, Zcash, among many others.

And the best of all: to receive digital currencies

there's no need to connect your TREZOR.

Also, you can purchase a USB cable to

connect your TREZOR to an Android device

if you want to make a transaction on your phone.

The device comes without a preinstalled firmware,

so once you get it you'll have to connect it

to set it up for the first time.

Once your TREZOR is connected to your computer

we must visit trezor.io/start

where we'll proceed to install

the Google Chrome extension for the TREZOR.

We'll write the name we want for the device,

then we create an access password for the TREZOR...

matching the digits shown in the TREZOR's screen

with the spaces shown in our browser.

At this moment we'll create our recovery seed,

which is a set of 24 words that will serve to recover

access to our funds in case the device is damaged

We'll enter our PIN and now

Every time you connect the device to your computer

you'll have to enter a PIN between 4 and 9 digits long

using a numeric position keyboard that you'll have to

match with the numbers shown in the screen of your TREZOR.

This will prevent the theft of your PIN or password

by malicious users, malware or any kind of virus.

If you wish to acquire cryptocurrencies

or cryptocoins as they're also called,

and store them securely for a long time

you will surely need a device like this.

Now that our TREZOR is ready to be used,

I'll show you how to do a Bitcoin transaction with it.

Once we're in our wallet, we'll go to the "Send" section,

where we'll type out the Bitcoin adress

where we'll send the funds, followed by the

amount we wish to send,

and then we click the "Send" button.

We enter our PIN, and then we click the "Enter" button.

Lastly, we confirm we wish to perform the transaction

physically pressing the "Confirm" button in our TREZOR.

To send Bitcoin or any other currency,

you'll have to confirm the transaction on your TREZOR

practically preventing any hacker theft.

Our TREZOR digital wallet is a device

with a small screen to verify and send transactions

and two small buttons to confirm or cancel commands.

This incredible device will allow us to sign

our transactions by connecting it

to any device that accepts USB connections.

Though it's possible to leave your coins at an exchange site

this is not recommended, since you have

no access to your private keys,

and if hackers gain access to the exchange site

you may end up losing your funds.

Maybe at this point you're asking yourself

movie so since Batman vs Superman we've all known and been able to predict what

it's coming in the forthcoming Justice League movie the movie that

comes out in November this can be backed up with the trailers that we've had that

make some events quite obvious that could actually happen so a big factor

that I think a lot of people are missing are the parademons that we've seen since

BVS that are really important to the overall narrative of to Justice League

movie well at least the first one so the parademons of apocalypse can be seen in

both trailers and they make up a large point a larger focal point of what our

heroes being Justice League are gonna have to come up against so in the Batman

vs Superman during the nightmare scene we see it's

from Batman's point of view we see the future of Earth in this scene and it was

clear that Darkseid had taken over earth as we know it and if you're a comic book

fan you would notice the amiga sign on the floor that you obviously do know now

if you didn't know so what are parademon so to speak because no it's actually

definition so maybe one day they were living breathing Souls but years of

torture and cruelty reduced the parademons into bloodthirsty insect the

light swamp of Darkseid so basically like an army under dioxides control I

guess you could say and their design does reflect that nothing but glowing

red eyes to remove any existence of them being human I guess you could say so I

guess the whole image of the parademons is basically to let the viewer know that

they're at darkseid's beck-and-call it's dark clothes calling card they just

basically dark skies little minions and that was transparent and a Perrin from

the two-minute BVS scene that we had the para demon who punched back

in the face ben affleck batman in BVS has a face and grin of an alien soldier

but the same red-eyed parademon the creepy one who's creeping up on dr.

stone in the Justice League movie the reason I'm saying this is because them

two are pretty much the same parrot even or they're at the same Scout level or

command within the kind of Stefan Wolfe dark side army so obviously the pop

elliptic on basically the mother box is in possession of dr. stone in this

trailer you can see it clearly bouncing around so it makes sense that Darkseid's

general Steffan wolf or Steppenwolf the villain of the Justice League movie

currently which send one of his troops in to interrogate and kidnap dr. Stromm

but there's a lot more to this story we've seen different types of parademons

within the BVS trailer as i previously referred to we see red ones with red

eyes and they glow and we also see yellow ones that are glowing yellow the

bigger picture here is this some correlation and connection between the

parademons in the b vs nightmare scene and the one were the same one the punch

Batman and the one in the kind of dr. stone scene so the red glowing ones

parademons appear to be more human-like where is the yellow light glowing one

appears to be more a alien like but still human so a lot of people haven't

catched on to this guy's but I'm about to reveal a massive secret to you guys

what is Darkseid secret plan with the parademons everyone thinks it's to

recover the mother boxes but that's only half of the truth the parademons

are actually there to kidnap all of Earth's scientists before the Justice

League can even stop it so perhaps it isn't just a knowledge Stefan wolf or

Stefan wolf is after could the red glare and paradigms be

more important to the overall plan so in DC Comics new 52 of course the reboot of

Tolani's hair in a simple hairstyle that works well for her tender head we're going

to do cornrows we're going to attempt to do little bitty cornrows and we're going

to be using a product that was sent to us by ElongTress so this is ElongTress

whipped shea butter this is the mint chocolate one and she likes it because

it smells like chocolate and you can use it or your body, you can use it on your hair and

today we're going to use it as a sealant for our natural hair to lock in that

moisture using shea butter especially whipped shea butter is very

beneficial for the hair because it helps you promote the moisture retain the

moisture and elongate the moisture that you have put on your skin you know by

when you wet your skin with water and also when you wet your hair with water

or with oils or other stuff so we're gonna try using this and this is the

consistency of this product this is our first time using it but we are looking

forward to how this will work well on her hair to start of this style I will

section her hair going all the way down only a little ways so you already see it

only goes right here and then I'm going to section this part going down this way

now we've sectioned her hair going this way and also going this way so what

we're going to do on this side is that we're just gonna do some cornrow design

going this all the way back and before we do that we're going to moisturize

this section with the whipped shea butter and Elongtress shea butter. Whenever you use

shea butter you don't want to just use shea butter on its own like this because

shea butter is a sealant and it's supposed to lock in the moisture so now

I'm just gonna put a little bit of water just put a little bit of water on to her

hair lightly because I don't want to revert it back I don't want it to revert

back so I'm gonna use my hand and just squeeze it in the water then I'm going

to take the shea butter like that not so much rub it on my hands and proceed to

put it on the length of the hair

so now we are done with the front area of my hand

and you can see how it is it's quite simple what I'm going to do with this

loose end is I'm going to braid them going all the way down and I'm going to

braid this all the way down and then at the very ends of it and then put some

twists at the very ends

as you can see we braided the ends of the hair and also put this twist there

for the back of the hair what we're going to do is I'm sectioning this

area you can see going down below the crown of my head and I'm just gonna pack

this up like this now we are done with her hairstyle this is what it looks like

and I love hairstyles like this because they're interchangeable you can pretty

much do a lot of things to the back area you could pack it up like that

and another thing you can do is you can also on twist this section by twist out

you can also take this one this one section right here and separate it I

kind of group it together with these two sections and you can also twist off this

section right here and join it down section with black here so so many

things you can do with this hairstyle

I am impressed by this I love the shine it gives our hair and it smells delish

delicious and we love that it's whipped it's really light and whipped so if you
