so today! tadaa I've made this warm tororo (grated tuber) soba
tororo (grated tuber/yam) is so yummy isn't it
and these are some eggs I fried up and it weighs about 400g
I'm still eating foods that go down easy things are healing up quite nicely though
but because of my condition I made this tororo (grated tuber) soba
the egg yolks look amazingly delish
alrighty lets see how its made
this is how its made these are the ingredients
cut the gr. onion at an angle
I'll be just using the egg yolks for this one I'll save the whites for something later
let the soba noodles set in water I made 8 portions worth
fry the gr. onions till they take on some color
make the soba sauce using a noodle sauce then mix the noodles and sauce together
tadaa we now top it off with the tororo (grated tuber)
and the egg yolks, gr. onion
then top with some seaweed
tadaa its ready
~HEAVY~
lets see how much this weighs
with the bowl its 6kg meaning its 5.1kg
adding the 400g of the eggs its 5.5kg
the seaweed smells so wonderful itadakimasu
tororo soba is so yummy
I love noodles served with tororo (grated tuber)
the tororo is so runny / gooey
and then mix it with yolk
that soba flavor is so yummy
since I'm still recovering I decided to make myself a warm version of soba
this would be very delicious served cold as well
and since we're using just yolks its so very rich tasting
these are the onions I cooked up
since they've been cooked through its taken on a nice sweetness that is so yummy
they still have a nice crunch to them
they just slide down so easy which is so nice so yummy
the soba noodles have a nice al dente bite to them
fried egg I've got so much egg here as well
but eggs are apparently good for your health
in a recent article it said that a few eggs a day is good for you
but these health studies always flip flop and change so its so tough to know what is real
so sweet
I can eat these soba way quicker than ramen
lately I've been on a healthy food kick
this is a nice change
I absolutely love rich fatty foods but this is a nice tasty dish as well
the tororo and yolks mix into the soup giving it a very rich flavor that is so yummy
(OK Peeps. RAW eggs are totally fine in Japan she WON'T die from Salmonella those eggs are safe clean and don't have an odor)

the warm tororo soba noodles were so yummy
it also seemed so good for you as well
and we all know that yamaimo (Dioscorea japonica) is so healthy and good for you
and with all those egg yolks I know I'll be full of energy and stamina ~when eaten when you're feeling sick~
and also it was so soft and went down so easy that it would be perfect for when you have a sore throat
and soba noodles are so wonderful.... they have that real 'Japanesey' feel to them
and everyone when you're feeling down or when you're sick.... wel.... it would be a good dish
for when you're healthy as well its such an Easy to prepare dish and so yummy
