Meanwhile, Markovic's last competitive outing for Liverpool came in 2015, in a 2-1 victory at home to Queens Park Rangers, though the Serbian did turn out under Klopp in pre-season.

With Klopp required to name his Premier League squad by 4pm (BST) on Friday, both Bogdan and Markovic have been handed a lifeline.

Philippe Coutinho was also included, following a turbulent month that saw the Brazilian hand in a transfer request as he pushed for a big-money move to Barcelona.

Liverpool's squad was released prior to the end of the Spanish transfer window, but the club remained adamant their No. 10 would not be sold.

Jon Flanagan and Lloyd Jones were also among Klopp's 10 homegrown players, though neither are expected to feature heavily in 2017/18, particularly the latter.

Most interestingly, it remains to be seen whether Klopp will call upon Markovic this season, with the 23-year-old in theory a useful alternative to Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah out wide.

Markovic has spent muted loan spells with Fenerbahce and Sporting CP in the past two campaigns, but showed signs of promise while under Marco Silva at Hull City in the second half of 2016/17, scoring twice in 14 games.

He will at least provide Klopp with another option in attack, with Sheyi Ojo(Fulham), Ryan Kent (SC Freiburg) and Divock Origi (VfL Wolfsburg) all leaving on loan this summer.

But according to the Telegraph, the Reds are "furious" at Soler's suggestion, saying it is "'absolutely false' and 'not true in any way, shape or form'.

This is in line with Liverpool's stance throughout the summer transfer window, with Fenway Sports Group holding firm as their No. 10 pushed for the exit. In fact, they are reported to have rejected another approach from Barcelona on Friday.

Coutinho, who returned from an alleged back injury to play and score in Brazil's 2-0 win over Ecuador on Thursday, is now expected to be reintegrated by Jurgen Klopp at Melwood.

It may prove a difficult task for the German, with Coutinho's compatriot Neymar revealing the 25-year-old is "filled with great sadness.

It's fair to say the Brazilian has plenty of making up to do to Jurgen Klopp, his team-mates and supporters alike, but if he delivers on the pitch, all will be forgiven.

The next chapter of Coutinho's Liverpool career is likely to go one of two ways this season—will he replicate Luis Suarez's masterclass or Fernando Torres' damp squib of an ending?.

The summer of 2013 had real echoes of this current one about it, with the Reds' star man pushing for a move to another club.

Suarez stated his desire to leave Liverpool, but eventually stayed put for one more year, following an embarrassing bid of £40,000,001 from Arsenal.

El Pistolero was the catalyst for an extraordinary season of attacking football under Brendan Rodgers, producing myriad moments of magic and cruising to the PFA Player of the Year and FWA Footballer of the Year awards.

He so nearly inspired the Reds to a first-ever Premier League title, and for a stint around Christmas, not even Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo could match him.

His performance in the 5-1 win at home to Norwich City in December 2013, in which he scored four fabulous goals, was the highlight of a special season that saw him net 31 goals and tally 21 assists in 31 league appearances.

Suarez's move to Barcelona after the 2014 World Cup had a feeling of inevitability about it, and while it was devastating to lose a true genius of a footballer, you couldn't begrudge him his dream move.

He had handled himself superbly after so nearly ruining his reputation a year earlier.

If Suarez ensured he will forever be loved, Torres did near-irrevocable damage that will always tarnish the memory of him, even if he has mended it a little in recent years.

It is easy to forget just what a remarkable striker Torres was at his peak—the best in the world—and his poor behaviour is the reason for that.

All had been rosy for the Spaniard in three superb years on Merseyside, but by the time the summer of 2010 rolled around, he was looking for a way out, with Chelsea, Man City and Barcelona all interested in signing him.

Rafa Benitez had been replaced by Roy Hodgson, there was a feeling that the squad was in decline and Torres, at 26, was wary of taking up a new challenge before it was too late.

Although he ended up staying that summer, his heart was never it in from that moment on, and barring a two-goal match-winning showing at home to Chelsea in November 2010, he was invariably a shadow of his former self.

Nine goals in 26 appearances was a disappointing return for such a high-calibre striker, and when the January transfer window arrived, Torres was set to really anger the Reds faithful.

A £50 million move to Chelsea was completed by the time deadline day came to a close, with Suarez ironically arriving from Ajax on the same day.

Granted, it will take something special to reach such staggering heights, but he can do it.

With Klopp fielding the Brazilian in his preferred central midfield role, and top-class attackers around him, everything is in place for Coutinho to thrive more than ever and blossom into a world-class figure.

If he forgets all about the summer's events and focuses on his football, all will be forgotten, as was the case with Suarez.

But if he sulks and fails to give his all like Torres, fans will turn on him in no time.

Coutinho won't be a Liverpool player forever, and has every chance of moving to Barcelona this time next year, but one more influential season, hopefully ending in trophy glory, would be a perfect way to sign off.

Sir Mo Farah has opened up about his conversation with the Queen when he got knighted – and it sounds like they got on just wonderfully! Appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday night, the athlete, who also met Prince Harry, revealed that the Queen had given him her royal seal of approval to stop track racing.

He said: Prince Harry was there - he's a great character, he's always up for a laugh, he's a good lad and I remember Harry saying to the Queen, 'He's stopping [running].

' And she goes, 'Mo, why are you stopping?' And I'm like, 'I've done enough on the track. And she was like, 'Leave him, he has done far too much running.

' She kind of knew who I was, I was surprised. Mo, who retired from track running in August, admitted that he wouldn't ever just run for fun.

He said: Once I stop, I stop… I can't see myself sitting on the sofa and chilling with my feet up but I'll probably do something when I stop running… My wife started jogging, she got the taste of it, she started competing and she's running everywhere now..

The doting dad also spoke about returning to the UK after living in America, telling host Jonathan: Trump doesn't help does he? That's not the reason though, the reason is I miss it, we have all the family everyone here and I've never seen my kids so happy and family means everything and hanging around family and being here in the UK is easier.

I was a guy that didn't have much of an upper body.

I mean I was a runner, a swimmer, a triathlete so...

Three months I was in the hospital

and they had a handcycle downstairs in the outpatient unit

and it took every bit of strength that I had to actually circle around the parking lot

but I was able to do it, and of course I had my Strava on.

I ended up probably doing a couple of miles that day,

but it felt like I did a marathon.

I really do love my handcycle.

It really helps me overcome the challenges that I have been faced with.

Just like before I am able to push myself,

I am out here, I'm competing, I am doing absolutely what I love.

Hi! I am Cristiane Amarante, an archaeologist,

and today we are going to talk about

Historical Archeology.

In Brazil, a division is made between

historical archeology and

prehistoric archeology. Historical Archeology

would be the archeology of this period after the colonizers

arrived in our country.

Well, what information does it bring us?

The most well-known and most studied

archaeological sites that belong

to this period

are the sugarcane mills, because they were

one of the first forms of economy here in Brazil.

And they presented an important relationship

between the white settler

and the African blacks...

So the big house and the slave quarters are studied,

and by studying these structures,

a context can be determined, that is,

the way people lived in Brazil that

we call colonial Brazil, in the period

when Brazil was a colony of Portugal.

Well, these aren't the only historical sites.

In underwater archeology, for example,

wreck sites are known

from this period, because

these colonizers came to Brazil

in their caravels, in their galleons,

in their ships, and these

vessels often sank. So, they are also

a study object of Archeology.

And several other types of sites, ancient churches

of this period are studied;

and Historical Archeology studies the structures

of buildings and also the materials

left by these people.

A material often studied by Historical Archeology

are faiences. And what are faiences?

Popularly, today we would call it crockery.

That dish that broke, that bowl,

that cup ... They leave us

information. Through a piece of a

bowl or cup I can

understand the whole piece;

so, was it a plate? Was it a teapot? What was it?

Another thing that I can find out

through the drawings that were made

are things such as the period

in which it was made, the country...

Most of these pieces in Brazil in the

colonial period were not made here. The factories

of these products began much later.

So they came from England, Holland,

France, a lot of Portugal,

because Portugal was our

colonizing country...

And by these marks made on

these objects it is possible to identify also

the period. So, this piece is from what period?

17th century, 18th century, 19th century?

So, by fragments, we can

reconstruct our entire historical period.

I will remind you that this division between

historical and prehistoric archeology

in Brazil today is much questioned

because

it is a very simple division,

and so many nuances

are found; as, for example, the natives

continued to live here producing

the same things that they produced. When

the Indians lived with the whites, the Portuguese

and the African blacks,

we have other types of pieces

that are also other nuances from the same

period. So it's very simple to separate between

historical archeology and prehistoric archeology;

the prehistoric is linked to the natives

and to those who lived here before, and the history afterwards.

In fact, things are a bit more complex than that.

I know is it is called heroes of highwall so I'm gonna look at the how to

play and then we'll get into the game so it says here high wall is under attack

the troll army have entered the city burning everything as they go women and

children are fleeing and all directions while the men on the streets have been

surrounded is on the wall that the fate of our people shall be decided

three brave heroes will have to stand against wave after wave of fierce trolls

short it's nice and quick I kind of like that but you just I guess you just

basically need to go through seven waves of enemies I'm gonna try playing as the

excuse me as the warrior this time instead and see how well this goes for

me because I feel like I may not do as well I like range

I like range on I think I'll to stay away from enemies because it works much

better for me alright so you now unlocked a new ability called leap which

oh it just allows me to jump basically okay cool

now can I use it oh it doesn't actually really cause any damage but it does

interrupt enemies which is still pretty interesting oh okay well I'm about to

die I just IV ami okay they just need to kill this one last thing there we go now

I got demoralizing shout mer got a potion

yay hooray me please not hit me with rocks I don't like it

it doesn't feel nice any helping potions anywhere's oh no ouch nevermind now I

need to 8:17 enemies may as well try playing all three classes just just to

see what happens so we got a thunderbolt and a fire bolt oh oh I thought it like

followed them for a second there no I don't think it does sad day but I got a

new a new ability here called teleporting hooray oh jeez I don't know

cuz I would make sense oh shoot but it doesn't I thought it was a

targeted projectile thing no not something that just gets randomly used

you know huh well I did potion I needs it

please do not hit me in the face I don't like it no Q oh shoot that that didn't

work yeah someone else gonna drop a potion please I need push ins button

nevermind because I just got blasted to oblivion okay we're back hello yes

please just let me tell apart a nice stop texting me okay

note that ah darn it the frost Nova I feel like the frost Nova doesn't have

that good of a range or something because I don't want to be using it like

when enemies are right in front of my face

or when I'm flying backwards like that oh there you go blast him in the eyes

they end up being very very simple and they don't know they don't have that

kind of detail in them but like the blood showing on them if you hit him in
