A YouTuber going by the name Dynasty recently reported on a series of Instagram posts he

noticed from a senior character artist at NetherRealm Studios.

In these posts, the senior artist not only showed a lot of early and never before seen

character designs from Injustice 2, but also spoke a little about why these designs were

changed.

Many of these models were more suggestive in nature and in one post the artist explains

that the DC side made them cover the characters up.

To quote: "I'm clearly an ass man and I took great care

to emphasize that with Harley's shorts.

DC was not having it, but it tied well with the garter she wore underneath them to hold

up her stockings.

Regardless they were stretched to fit over her cheeks because nope!

Apparently (ass) is a scary thing in video games."

The senior artist speaks more about being made to make changes here, where they explain:

"Canary was way cooler looking in my opinion before they censored a lot of her.

She had way more skin showing but in a Mad Max sort of way.

Lots of metal and leather strap things that were concealed."

So, here we have the senior artist speaking about being made to censor designs, with the

previous post saying that "DC was not having it".

There are many more posts like this, however, and lots more original designs.

Another post, this time about Poison Ivy, reads:

"Fun fact: I would have liked smaller boobs but because a lot of our females got breast

reduction Ivy kept her size just slightly.

She became the new curvy one once Catwoman lost that place due to direction."

It's very rare that we get to hear from the original artists like this and the type of

pressures that they and the devs face during development from upper management and being

made to change direction.

Following making these posts, the artist's Instagram account has also been set to private

and it's not currently known why.

However, for those of you wanting to see and learn more, then the YouTuber Dynasty has

actually managed to screenshot a lot of these posts.

WORKING CATAPULTS in Minecraft!! - Command Craft #1 [1.8-1.12+PE] - Duration: 5:15.

Hey! This is my first Video of Command Craft!

This is the world, where I have made some working catapults in Minecraft!

I searched for some catapults on YouTube, but I didn't find anything which is working and looks nice

Yes. You can improve my catapult design :)

The Map is working on version 1.8.

But you can change some commands, so that you can have the catapults on 1.9-1.12 and Minecraft Pocket Edition too.

So year. This is a wall...

...and yeah. Let's spawn the catapult!

This works over an ArmorStand named Katapult (Eng:catapult).

With this ArmorStand you can spawn your catapult whereever you want in your world.

So. Let's start the catapult!

You see the catapult summons an rock which fly to the wall...

... and this rock destroys the wall.

Let's start it again!

And you see. Now the over rocks are destroyed.

This is a stonebrick wall.

Let's start the catapult...

... and yeah you see now the wall has changed to cracked stonebricks

Let's start again...

... and now all the cracked stonebricks are destroyed.

That's are the functions of the catapult

With this command you can summon the catapult whereever you want in your world.

On my map the catapults are faced to north.

[All commands are in the video description too]

Yeah. This is the "machine" that let's the catapult shots.

At this place we set one block over this command block air so that the line will reset himself.

This is the first animation command. It uses alle positions of the ArmorStands, named Katapult...

... and it clone the shape of the first catapult to the ArmorStand.

There is a delay...

And after that the line will clone this design...

... this design ...

... and this design to the ArmorStand.

And this command block will spawn the shooting rock, which is an FallingSand Entity.

Now I will clone the last design to the ArmorStand to demonstrate the flying rock

Yeah. You see the rock is flying very fast...

The total animation is so fast that you don't need subtleties in the shooting.

And there we have a superfast clock

This command block detects if there is an stonebrick in front of the flying rock...

... and then it does a part of the animation (particle, sound and destroying blocks)

The sound is mob.zombie.woodbreak with the pitch of 0.7

And the commands do that for the stonebrick 0 (normal) and the stonebrick 2 (cracked)

And yeah. At the end the stonebrick 0 will be replaced with stonebrick 2....

... and the stonebrick 2 will be replaced with air.

And yeah. That's the destroying of a wall! ;D

The wall is falling by two shots of the catapult.

months and they did so good riddance but then after that second wave of

motovloggers we got the next wave which to be honest

in my opinion is a lot worse you know like a million and six times worse than

the second wave they are a lot worse because a

like the second wave they don't get, or as I assumed

you know they don't get the essence of motovlogging

because that didn't show that they do you know

and be they're here for the money and the views and fame and whatever

third because their so-called contents are fucking shit

they're not even motovlogs anymore I mean they tried to combine motovlogs

with prank videos that are not actually prank videos it's just you

know they're riding a motorcycle to a convenience store and

find a woman behind you know the cash register or anywhere, a woman who works

there and they just basically asked for a pack of condoms which is quite awkward

for you know Indonesians because most Indonesians are quite conservative and

traditional that asking for a pack of condoms is quite awkward

unless of course if if you're married. But what if I told something dicks, yeah I'm

talking to you dicks, to them it's not to those women it's not it's not awkward at

all because it's what they do they've got a

lot of people you know hundreds thousands if

not millions of people coming at their stores you know coming

at them and ask for a pack of condom that's what they do that's what you know

that's that's their job right it's not awkward for them it's just

awkward for you and basically they're just you know

showcasing the awkwardness of the situation that was created by this

so-called question or you know they're just showing the women who work there or

they're just showing girls that they spotted

on the road and you know just fucking try to pick

them up

you know or or just talk to them or you know take them home and get laid or

something like that but ironically most of them are single they

don't have girlfriends and lives apparently and I found it disgusting

the way they exploit Indonesians' obscenity because well

many Indonesians on the web are perverts and it's just so easy to clickbait them

really you just set a picture of a woman as a thumbnail add

the word girl

or "cewek" in Indonesian

or "cewek cantik" which is Indonesian for cute girls on the title and you know you get

millions of views it's just disgusting, the way they exploit that kind of

obscenity, and I really don't want to be affiliated and associated with that kind

of shit so that's why I haven't been so active and please don't get me wrong

it's not about me or my mates that are getting quite bitter about the whole

situation and that

we're not getting as many views as we used to and we're just envious that

those people do you know it's not about that it's about you know as I said our

worries about

those people making others think that it is motovlogging you know

it is something that you that they should follow the template and it's okay

to do so and you know we got a whole new wave

full of people who are influenced by these pricks

you know what I'm saying?

and I'm just really really concerned about that I really hate those guys who are

responsible for the whole situation

I hope somewhere in the future they can fix it they can fix something that uh

well not just can and could but also would

we've built and they've ruined in a span of a couple of months so I

What started out as a horrific and criminal act turned into a Christmas miracle for one

baby girl this Christmas Eve.

A cleaning crew member was taking out the trash in a Walmart bathroom in New Roads,

Louisiana, when he noticed that the bin felt a lot heavier than normal.

When he looked inside the trash bag he couldn't believe his eyes.

There, lying among the trash, was a tiny baby girl, not even five hours old.

The baby wasn't breathing, but the attendant rushed her to a nearby hospital where she

was resuscitated.

She was then transferred to Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in Baton Rouge

and was listed as being in stable but critical condition.

Police found the baby's mother, 34-year-old Kyandrea Thomas, after she went to the hospital

following complications from the delivery.

A Walmart employee had found Thomas bleeding in the restroom, but Thomas had told the woman

that she just had a heavy menstrual cycle.

Thomas is already a convicted felon.

In 2009 she pleaded guilty to a negligent homicide charge when a three-year-old girl

died after Thomas left her unattended in a van for six hours in the blistering Louisiana

heat.

There is no word on why Thomas dumped her newborn child in a trash bin, but authorities

want others to be aware that Louisiana's "Safe Haven" law allows parents to drop

off unwanted children at hospitals, police precincts, or fire stations, no questions

asked.

The Real Reason Moms Are Always So Tired

My husband has approximately three things he adds to our household grocery list:

His shaving cream.

His shampoo.

Shower spray.

(Don't ask about this one.

He has an obsessive thing about the glass shower door.)

That's it.

It's not his fault.

Not really.

I make note of the rest of the 8,000 things a family of four requires because it falls

squarely under the duties of CEO of our household—a position I never interviewed for yet I rose

up through the ranks to find myself in sometime between the day I got married and the day

I popped out a second kid.

I stay home with the kids, which means I am the default day-to-day manager.

Nevermind that I also work, it just happens to be at the kitchen table.

So while I attempt to craft the next viral essay on the hilarity of momhood, I'm also

trying to teach my kids how to craft a homemade paper mache pinata.

This is 100 percent what is happening right now.

See?

As moms, our minds are always going.

Going fast.

Going in a million different directions.

Going away.

Going.

And it's not just the children and the shopping lists we manage.

It's all of it.

We think about the cleaning, the cooking, the organizing, the planning, the dressing,

the gift-buying, the brushing, the laundering, the caring about EVERYTHING.

If you are lucky enough (like I am), hubs is happy to pitch in.

He shares carpool duty and manages bedtime.

I have never cut a blade of grass or taken out the garbage.

He is known as "lord of the dishwasher."

But, even though he handles certain chores, there is always me magically elfing behind

the scenes—managing the stuff that makes his duties possible.

I tell him what time to pick up the kids and who has what practice when.

Without me, there wouldn't be dishwasher pods or garbage bags, and there certainly

wouldn't be toothpaste for brushing, or new library books for bedtime stories.

This, my fellow moms, is why we are tired.

Not because we don't have help or get enough sleep.

Well, there is that.

But there is also the fact that mom brain is real thing, and if you're nodding along

with me—congratulations you, too, are suffering from it.

That endless running to-do list is called the "mental load."

It is heavy, and in most families, it is carried by the mom.

The notion of the mental load is beautifully captured in all its glory in this cartoon

by French comic artist Emma.

Her depiction of the struggle entitled "You Should Have Asked" nails this idea that

for the majority of households, women are constantly managing and keeping track of all

that needs to be done.

In the cartoon, when things go haywire in the kitchen, the husband points out he was

there to help.

"You should've asked!" he says.

But, do we really have to ask?

In short, yes.

(So, go ahead and add "Ask for help" to your to-do list!)

Susan Walzer, a sociologist at Skidmore College, published a research article in 1996, called

"Thinking About the Baby" that confirms some truths in Emma's cartoon.

Walzer interviewed 23 couples who had recently become parents and found that women do, in

fact, carry more of the mental load.

Noting that even when their partners helped out, women are the ones who noticed what needed

to be done in the first place.

At no point is this more clear than when I travel for work.

Before I hop on that plane I pre-pack lunches, I buy and prepare easy dinners, I do all the

laundry, I lay out clothes, I write down the schedule.

I make all the plans that I won't be a part of.

When hubs travels, he just kisses us and leaves.

The burden of this self-inflicted mental load is mine.

I'm the one worrying, thinking, planning.

But honestly, if I did none of this, he would be fine.

The kids would be happy.

He might feed them donuts and nuggets and they'd dress themselves in a cacophony of

colors, but the world would keep spinning.

But I return and hubs rejoices.

The heavy baton of mental load passes back to me: manager in residence.

Balance (or imbalance) is restored as I resume my position lying awake in bed making mental

lists, and taking note of every dirty sock and empty ketchup bottle.

That, dear mamas, is why we're all so darn tired.
