A DAY IN OUR LIFE - Duration: 13:37.

Welcome to a day in our lives, now in case you expected to see what we do in a normal day in Germany

well this is how it would have turned out...

we wake up

we get ready

we have breakfast

we start working

we keep working until we eat lunch

after lunch we keep going where we left off before lunch

we have dinner

we go to the gym

we go to sleep

so this video would have been fairly short and frankly quite boring

therefore we decided to record a day in our lives when we are traveling

and that always starts like this

Welcome to a day in our lives

it's 10:00 a.m. now, and as always I have to get ready first

and the good thing is..

I'm usually pretty fast but Joss on the other side is anything else than a morning person

but sooner or later she will eventually stand up

but that only brings us to the next problem

so I'm ready, well Joss still does her make up and it's probably going to take half an hour still

so I don't really know what I should do now

maybe I'm gonna go downstairs and hang out with some other young people from the hostel

I'm gonna party... I didn't

usually we would stay in an airbnb but this time we thought we want to be surrounded by people because we are always so lonely

downstairs there are a lot of other people but here we took a room for only the two of us

so are we getting much out of it? -no

because we are still alone but maybe tonight we're gonna join them. We didn't

so whenever Joss does her makeup for me that means...

waiting ...

He never does this.. don't be fooled..

I'm waiting patiently, though time is moving slow..

oh my head! guys I want to leave already

Oh I'm Joss Alm, I look so cool

the eyes are done! now only the whole face is missing

that's not even a real phone let's see what happens when i dial

hello? yeah sure I want to come down and join you to the party tonight

great oh you want to go to the red light district? I'm down! We supposed to wear nothing tonight?

okay sure see you later alligator! bye!

hello! I'm going to show you what I see outside so that's some people

the weather looks soso.. today we have a cloudy sky but no rain at the moment

but the ground is wet so it was raining...

what does this tell us? that we have to expect rain every second

yeah that's it

also funny story... last night I couldn't really sleep because it was so hot inside of this room

I remembered that Joss told me before that she tried to turn off the heater

and it didn't work so I was like "well then I guess I have to deal with the hotness tonight"

and then at 7 I woke up sweating like an animal..

I went here

I came here to the heater I looked at this and what does it look like to you guys?

well to me it looks like you can definitely turn it and yes obviously you can turn it

I tried it! It was so hard! (that's what she said)

I'm done with my makeup! I just have to dry this and then I'm ready! yay cool!

one thing I've learned about girls and makeup they are never really done

ten minutes ago Joss said she's ready and look at her yeah that's what she does every day

she's like "I'm ready" and then she's back in front of the mirror

one lifetime later she was actually done

alright so now it's breakfast time and usually we would eat the same everyday

but now we are not at home we're in a hostel and we have nothing to eat except we have this from the airplane yesterday

and we have this mineral water!

Hey are you kidding me? I had 2 bites! - Yeah I had three..

Janik! -You can finish it.. I'm leaving u the best part, the rest!

that discussion kept going for a while

whatever.. agree to disagree...

you almost threw my phone to the ground weirdo!

and now we're ready to go

ready to go! are we? yeah! oh my god you left the dirt on the floor

it is probably from.. your shoe.. that you're not wearing

you are wearing shoes! -it is from my shoe!

finally we were ready to leave

but let's pause for a second the shot you just saw look pretty simple

but here's something that you couldn't see..

filming takes time

especially when you put your camera on the floor and suddenly people show up so you get scared they will step on it

it took us two and a half minutes to record the six seconds long shot

so we decided to go to the center because that's always a good choice to start from

and it's quite windy hopefully you can hear us

otherwise I'm gonna voiceover myself

but something always comes in the way

we came back upstairs because Joss forgot her beanie

You forgot your beanie. So stop blaming it on me. lets go now!

haha she is so angry! but who got the beanie?

she wanted and she got it , she needed it she has it

she wanted it she got it, she needed it she has it.

and with that the main activity of our day began... walking

Joss bleeding.. because go she hit herself..

seven minutes, the Train always comes every eight minutes so we just missed the train for one minute

trains are a nice way to relax in between, but at one point you have to get out and the walking continues

because we took so much time to get out of the hotel we went straight to have lunch

it's now 2:25 we just got out of the restaurant when we had lunch

it was Nepalese food and according to Trip Advisor the number one in Amsterdam

now we're gonna walk around because we're pretty full and later we want to try some of these famous fries next to the restaurant

all the people around us are eating fries, everybody and they look so good they look super good

so because we're full now we're gonna keep walking around

we're gonna take some shots some cool shots and then we're gonna come back and eat fries

babe come here! come here!

most of the times we just walk around the city and we look on Google what are the like touristic areas city

and we just go there and try to make it before the sun goes down

that's exactly what we're gonna do today but we always fight because I always want to plan it the day and Janik doesnt want to plan anything..

I usually don't even say that yeah that's why we usually have at least have one or two places

where we know we're gonna go that day

yeah I know where we can go now, where?

to the Van Gogh museum where amsterdam sign is

and we walked

took a train

walked again

and finally got to the Amsterdam sign

oh my god the Amsterdam sign is gone!

usually it was here right behind me but now the only thing that's left is the yellow sign that says that they've been removed and they are at another location now

but there's an ice skating place now so let's go ice skating!

so now this is how Janik usually records when he's ice skating apparently

so that's what you see when we were recording videos..

a weird German on ice with the camera and the gimbal in his hands while trying not to fall

I cant wait for him to fall! because he thinks he's so cool! -that was close actually yeah

Joss as practicing her ice skating skills and she almost fell one time

guys I think I'm feeling way too confident with the chair now I'm gonna try it without the chair

but this could go wrong very fast

so that's whats left from the Amsterdam sign, it's now a bench

since a ton of beautiful shots alone are not enough for a travel vlog it's important to talk a little bit about the location where you're at

we were here exactly two years ago but it was summer so looked way nicer

and to share some valuable facts like..

and there's the Van Gogh Museum is about art from Van Gogh... great

and that's what we do over and over again we walk, take a train, record

guys we made it to the Anne Frank's house the boats behind me are actually floating houses

share interesting facts

make sure to order your tickets online you can even find some of them on Airbnb

fool around

go through it go with it do it ooooh boring..

just do it, just do it! oh my god there

plug our affiliate links which give you discounts and us some money to survive

We have a code for you in the description in case you want to save some money

until the Sun is gone.. then we take care of our diet

they have 28 different sauces! how can you ever decide dude?

and have a little bit of time left for us

so we went shopping a little bit we barely found anything, it was pretty much a waste of time

and now it's 7 p.m. and now that means the only thing that's left is.. Party time!!

we have no idea how much we walked that day but we know it was enough to skip party time and instead go to sleep

because the next day the whole thing repeats itself

looks so funny

Shifting Stress For Different Parts Of Speech - American English Pronunciation - Duration: 4:24.

Hey guys it's Michael here from Happy English.

For today's English lesson, let's continue our

discussion of natural American English pronunciation.

Today, we're going to look at word families.

These are sets of words which have

tricky pronunciation.

Some words have different forms

in different parts of speech.

For example, the verb compete

and the noun competition.

In these cases the stress of the word

shifts to a different syllable:

com-PETE... com-pe-TI-tion

In other cases, words used in different parts of speech

have the same spelling,

but again the stress of each word is different.

For example, the verb suspect

and it's noun form suspect.

You'll notice that the pronunciation

or the stress for each of these words is different.

For today's English lesson, we're going to look at

twelve sets of verbs which also have a noun

or adjective form and we'll take a look at

the stress differences in each of those parts of speech.

Are you ready?

Let's check it out

DDs Review Weekly Vlog - Book Review - Lovely Little Patchwork - Duration: 4:14.

hi and welcome to review weekly today I'm reviewing at this cute little book

called lovely little patchwork with alien projects to stay through the

seasons it's by to the publishing and it's by Carrie Horsley and I'm going to

show you some of my favorite things in this it was first published in 2016 and

basically it just goes through some different things so there's techniques

in here that you can learn is foundation paper piecing English paper piecing raw

edge applique and it just goes through their long straight line quilting etc

etc and each of the projects basically go through like there's winter summer

spring and autumn and that she's just got the book set out in that way goes

over some of the basic tools and then it dives straight into like the first part

of the book is quite extensive through all the different techniques and then it

dives into the projects and I'm loving that vintage mission that's absolutely

gorgeous so then as I said it dives into the projects and it starts off with

winter and it goes through the seasons from there so some of my favorite ones

are the heart-shaped patchwork hearts for coasters and they've got a little

bit of Rick Iraq in them I find them to be very appealing it was what drew me to

the book to begin with and you can actually find this book on our website

the next thing that I really love in this one is a cross stitch sewing book

so basically it's a patchwork block and it's got a little bit of cross stitch in

it and then it's got compartments to hold all the bits and pieces that you

would use for cross stitching it's even got a little bit of English paper

piecing and also some binding techniques so you actually from this project learn

quite a bit especially if you're a beginner

my next favorite thing is this little pot holder here it's

absolutely gorgeous again you're learning a little bit about applique and

also some English paper piecing in there and this binding is being sewn on by the

Machine so you'll learn that technique as well so it's a good little book to

work through it's got some gorgeous little projects in it and they're small

and quick it's even got some doll making as well which is um quite a nice touch

she's very cute too and this one here is I absolutely love this I actually want

to do this up for myself to put all my friction pins in and because it's got a

little bit of English paper piecing with some small hexagons and it's got a

lovely lace zipper in it and it lays quite flat as well and it's also got

some big stitch quilting on it as well so that's a really good project to learn

quite a few things from in sort of installing an a-line super which we have

a video on how to install a sippers and I'll link that up down below and also in

the card so you can go and have a look at that and I've also got some basic

english paper piecing videos to sit down for this coming year as well so you'll

be able to follow along with those but you'll get the hang of it with this and

of course in the back you've got all the templates for all the projects even the

cute little art cross stitch one for the the cross stitch book and it's also

telling you what are threads to use and all the rest of it so that is the book

it's listed over on our website if you like this video today give us a thumbs

up down below leave us a comment and tell us what you thought and do you have

the book and have you made any of the projects out of it don't forget to join

our Facebook group so you can share your pictures with us and also if you're new

here hit that subscribe button and the little bell icon beside it and that way

you won't miss out on any future posts my name's in the Nicole Reed for

Darvanalee Designs Studio and this is review weekly and l'll see you all again next time bye for now

미니멀리스트가 된 이유 #11: Why I Became a Minimalist: 1주일 식단 (ENG SUB) - Duration: 11:09.

My thoughts on minimal life

It is not minimal life to throw away unconditionally.

Things that are not used at all, things that are not likely to be used in the future,

In other words! I just leave what I need and throw out my "no need" stuff.

I do not mean to buy things as minimalist ^^

I can buy things that are necessary and increase the value of life.

Minimalists can not all be environmental activists.

Also, the minimalist does not have to be a vegetarian.

I think that the way of thinking about the minimal life and the direction of the practice varies from person to person and there are many ways to do it.

Everything is different! It's not wrong.

Why I Became a Minimalist

In the past, I'm afraid to throw it away.

Now, I discard unnecessary objects

and only possess what is absolutely necessary.

The obsession with things has disappeared,

and I'm sure I find little happiness.

Beginning from November 2, 2018, Minimal Life

It is very comfortable and nice to see the cleaned up ~ ~

I still do not have enough, but I am very happy about "Empty one a day"

(Empty one a day? Empty one unnecessary thing in a day)

Definite change after minimal life

How to planning one week's meal! 1. Select menu that can use the same material 2. Purchasing a small quantity of material 3. Straightening, subdividing I'm staying in a small refrigerator without a freezer.

Weekly meals and Food expenses Original ingredients: Onion, carrot, shiitake, shrimp, buns, eggs Primary ingredients: fish paste, pumpkin, crab meat, ham, sausage, donkey (12,090 won). Secondary purchase materials: ribs such as cheese, gomphi, rice cake rice cake, rice cake rice cake, bread (21,230 won).

Even the same ingredients can be chopped and chopped according to the food menu.

If you cook beforehand according to the menu and subdivide it, cooking is easy and fast ^^

The fish cake and the soup noodles are long and thin ~

Prepare a long cut of fish paste for "Japchae" and noodles.

Ham for "Japchae" and noodle slices long.

Fried rice ham thinly sliced.

Also carrots for "Japchae" and noodles slices long.

Carrots for fried rice thinly sliced.

If you do not like it, you can pass crab meat.

Shrimp remove moisture as much as possible and spread pepper and salt in advance.

Cut shiitake mushrooms to be put in noodles, banchi noodles,

It is okay to use spinach instead of jujube pumpkin long ~.

In this way, we have 4 days of food

If you use a transparent container, you can find the material inside so you can quickly find it.

You might have noticed a week 's meal for this week.

> Janchi-guksu(Banquet noodle soup) > "Jabchae" > Crab soup + Cheese ribs > Fried rice + "seaweed" / ripe kimchi / crown daisy > Rice cake > Spreading egg bread + dumpling toast > rice-cake soup

> I also ate egg rolls, stir-fried kimchi, roasted ham, and pumpkin stew

Living in a small refrigerator for minimal life

Janchi-guksu(Banquet noodle soup)

Fry the ingredients and let go of crown daisy.

Pack off and I release the egg into the broth.

Put the noodle, put up the washed-up 'ripe kimchi', put the roasted material

If you pour broth, it will be completed.

One Week Meal: "Jabchae"

"Jabchae" is stir-fried vegetables, meat and vermicelli with soy sauce.

The ingredients are fried,

After "glass noodles" are fried separately, put soy sauce, Sesame oil, sugar.

Put the spinach or leek into the open fire by turning off the gas.

If you put rice in a circle, put it on one side, and you put on a branch in Zidane,

One Week Meal: Crab miso soup

One Week Meal: Fried Rice

One Week Meal: Korean traditional dumpling soup

One Week Meal: Eggs toast

One Week Meal: Dumplings toast

One Week Meal: "Tteokbokki"

Thanks to the one-day emptying for minimal life, the futon bed, drawer, and laundry room are cleaned ^ ^ I cleaned up the kitchen warehouse this time. (If it's an apartment, it's a fantry)

The stuff from the kitchen warehouse is so big!

I did not make a graveyard for three months, and empty space was so wide.

Because I empty one a day constantly, and things began to come in at a glance.

Only the ingredients and occasional items left at room temperature are available.

The occasional bowl is here

Commonly used bowls are like this ~

Among these things, things that go hand in hand should be sorted.

From Jan. 26 to Jan. 31, Throw things away.

The video for "Empty One A Day" will be uploaded for every Monday. Please leave your comment for things what you want, email address, if you see something what you need in the video ^^. If you like the video, please subscribe and like it.

Wai-O-Tapu NEW ZEALAND I We Explore this Thermal Wonderland - Duration: 7:29.

We're in Wai-o-tapu

We rented a car see the geothermal sites today, so we're getting some coffee first and then we're gonna head to the sites

So we just got our coffee it's pretty terrible

But that's the way it goes. Cheap. Today is actually national holiday in New Zealand. So there's probably gonna be a lot more people there

in addition

They told us we could keep the car an extra day for free

Because of that so that is a good thing. We're definitely doing that

So we just pulled up to the lady knox geyser, which is our first stop for the day

And we're just looking for a parking spot

So we got here like an hour early. You're supposed to be there like 30 minutes before the geyser

So Hannah

Thing I love about Hannah is she's really always early and the thing that is annoying to me about that is

Now we're sitting here, but we're early but guess what this geyser only goes off one time a day

Well, my philosophy is it's always better to be early. Even if it's extremely early a wizard is never late.

I'm a wizard

Know you're always late. You're definitely not I said, I'm a wizard

We're in this main carpark she recommends we drive up this road and go park in this parking lot right there

Wrong place. They told us to go to a different place to see the

geyser, and then once the geyser erupts in about how long?

30 minutes

An hour? And then we'll come back to this car park and see the rest of the place.

Uh it's?

It's boiling oatmeal

the science of mud

the hydrothermal Clay's present

aluminum kalenite silica residue monta roma ma something christo something pyrite and sulfur

Elevated viewing area

So we're gonna go a little bit higher

to see what this mud pool looks like from above

So I lost Hannah again

I don't know where she is

Okay there she is

So you're walking to the geyser no fucking dangerous offer

It was cool

First time I've seen a guy that they actually induce the geyser

So like for this it if you have ever done like a volcano

experiment at school where you have a paper mache volcano and you put the

Baking soda and then the vinegar in and then it bubbles up

It's kind of like that except it bubbles up and then it it spews out. So that's kind of what they do. So pretty cool

Scot as inviting as you'd expect it to be

Bubbly

In these craters you see three different types of remnants

If you see purple, it's magnesium if you see it's a brownish color. That's iron

And if you see the yellow that sulfur now there's a little more of a technical term periodic table side stuff

That's about as technical as I can get

This is actually crude oil. Of course. It's really hot in bubbling, but it's unrefined crude oil

I said they're coming out of the ground. So what you put oil in your car?

Looks like toxic waste so it's really hot which is why I look like Jesus right now

So it's really hot, which is why I have this on my head, but this pool behind you

There's been no color enhancement done to this whatsoever

it's basically the remanence and the spillover of the pool that we were just at it's

2% pH which means it's acidic. They didn't really go into why it's this collar. That's all I know about it

Some of the things about what we do is you have a mobile lifestyle you have unlimited opportunities and unlimited options

We can pretty much do anything you want to do

you really have to know what you want to do and what you don't want to do and

Define what you want to do the most really maximize on the experience

How to make a choice there are two places that we knew we wanted to hit

Let's just see it's really cool geo thermal site today in

Hobbiton last week. If you haven't watched a video. I'll link it below

And I totally stole this from Paula pan one of our clients that afford anything

Which is you can do anything you want

But you can't do everything you want and she says you can afford anything you want

But you can't afford everything. It goes the same with activities and experiences

I've really been able to enjoy each experience not trying to feel too much

It's one week make sure that you're focusing on the things that matter most shout out to Paula

For that inspiration there

How I accomplished my quest: the Forward Loop! - Duration: 9:56.

after practicing lots of pre-loop exercises over time I finally got

comfortable with my gear and the conditions to try real loops on a

plane. the very first ones were quite ugly. I would do a small pop, land, and

then catapult. my neck, back, pretty much my whole body was so sore after these

first sessions, I could hardly move! then, for the first time, I felt the sail

pulling and rotating me around a little bit while still in the air, this made me

so happy as I knew I was on the way to learning to loop. you may notice that on

most of these attempts there are people coming in towards me or near me. having

someone close by gave me the boost of confidence needed to stay with it

on the way out I often let go of the sail with my back hand. while, on the way

back it was easier for me to hold on letting go of the back hand has a

cost though, numerous times the mast hit the nose the board and required repair

with confidence building, little by little, I was increasing my speed and

commitment. sometimes I would even try off of a smaller wave. although not

necessarily successful, the first few attempts of the day are often the most

committed. so make sure your camera is securely mounted! here I'm holding back

not heading downwind enough, and all the pressure has nowhere to go. here, it's

perfect! I just need to keep the sail ahead of me and stay tucked! commitment

with each attempt becomes greater, rotation faster! now some of these

attempts just deserve to be played in slow motion. so here I'm leaning way back

kicking the board sideways and then sending my body forward the sail pulls

me up, being far back I just catapult with the mast landing on the other side

of the board! let's check port tack then. oof, didn't know you could sit on the board while

still in the front strap! off of bigger waves something is holding me back to really

go for it. sometimes I just freeze and get frustrated. my best attempt so far

but I freaked out and let go of the board getting even more airtime on my

weak side. a friend of mine suggested that I raise my rear elbow to get the

sail in a better position. it worked instantly and made the rotation more horizontal and

not as scary. the last attempts of this first month we're a mix of high-speed

catapults, hesitation, and near landings. month 2 started off with some nice

attempts at full speed, on good sized waves, rear elbow up, looking promising!

wooosh! I remember this one, I thought I'd lost my leg!

nice wave selection, good commitment, but you can tell I'm a little shy about

landing with the board. Dooh ho ho ho! freezing but laughing about it so that's good. Ooh and

that's not so good, mast directly onto the board's nose! despite all this, I kept

with it. trying to focus on one thing per session. sometimes it's extending the

front arm, another time it will be sheeting it really hard, which I did a

little bit too early in this one. and I was getting pretty consistent at doing

these what I would call "half loops" so the last attempts of the month were a

mix of frustration, hardcore catapults, and half loops. while a little bit

awkward at the beginning, I thought learning front flips would help me

complete the loop! well surely there must be a parallel between a front flip and a

front loop :) after a few not so bad-looking attempts, it was time to see

if it would help the rotation on the water with my gear. well, the thought was

nice but I'm not really sure it helped much! in between some frustrated attempts

I was able to get some encouraging ones, commit a little bit more, especially the

beginning of the sessions. knowing what I know now, most of the frustration came

from the fact that I was sheeting in a little too early. better wait until the

front arm is fully extended before sheeting in

at a minimum you want to keep you front hand on the boom to try and keep

the mast away from you when hitting the water. even though it wasn't easy, I tried

to let go of the frustration and just laugh about it! at this stage, I decided

to focus only on starboard tack to devote all of my energy into the move

and for the first time upon landing, I was trying to swim with my gear to get

into a waterstart position. from there on, my attempts were more energetic and more

committed. I was doing all I could to try and get the sail out of the water. I know

it was so close! and if I could only waterstart once, then I could claim one!

only to be reminded sometimes to wait until the front arm is extended before sheeting in

then I thought, I'll just try to waterstart without straps. and then, it finally

came, my very first water start out of the straps from the front loop! well friends,

it felt good! I was so pumped and thought for sure, with a couple more sessions, I

could waterstart out of one. but then, the wind died. after a break of about a

couple of months, I finally was able to get back into them. the only thing is... my

attempts didn't look like much at all month 4 was really challenging

emotionally with a head full of doubts and frustration

I just couldn't comprehend why from landing in a waterstart position my

attempts looked like I hadn't even tried them before! my speed and pop were

lacking, and it felt like I was hesitating even more now. if the

emotional suffering wasn't enough I was back to doing nearly daily repairs to my

board. and speaking of board eventually I migrated to slightly bigger board to get

more pop and more speed. and I broke that one too!

with little progress and building frustration I knew it was time for me to

change something to make it easier on me. so for month 5

I tried bearing off the wind steering the board more downwind before takeoff

in doing so, my gear moved to the side letting me rotate into the move more

safely this helped my confidence back up gradually increasing speed and pop. heading

downwind makes the sails scissor with the board. without scissoring, we need

more height. then I started to debate whether I was heading downwind enough

these attempts may look silly but I was getting enough rotation to pull the sail

out and waterstart on the same tack. this was a really frustrating and

challenging time for me. knowing where I was on month 3 and now barely able to

throw one at speed. luckily, the conditions remained windy and friendly

for learning to loop. multiplying the attempts with the safety of heading

downwind, I was able to try them at speed with good power. then, I put on my Zidane

jersey during the World Cup, and things got serious! I was able to waterstart

away after leaving the straps. and this gives me the boost of... nevermind!

something was still missing. I had to remember to bear off the wind, definitely

do not pinch into the wind. now, knowing that I was really close I was giving

it all I had with each session, each attempt

I was also enjoying trying them again which plays a big part in reducing fear

and increasing commitment. now hesitation was still very present especially

running out of wind or if the water state was a little difficult to read

I swear I thought sometimes the spot didn't want me to learn the loop but I

kept at it, calmed down when I needed to, focused my energy and by month 6,

I was able to waterstart away off the straps out of most of my attempts. I even

started trying them again on port tack. with more confidence I was throwing

the sail forward harder and harder. and then halfway through the month, I started

popping with my body more vertical. with my weight more centered between the

straps, hesitation nearly vanished. I started to focus more on sheeting in

hard. sometimes I would try to waterstart in the straps, other times I would

be afraid of landing with the board. still a few times I was leaving the

straps and water starting right away well at this stage I really thought I

would land it just any day anytime and I would try to swim and waterstart away

from one. I was coming in with lots of speed, good wind, but the rotation seemed

hindered by something. and here we are, month 7! by now my pop and sail

throw are really aggressive and committed. bails only happened rarely and

on pretty much all of my attempts, I try to keep the sail up to waterstart away

come on sail, come on, catch the wind, catch the wind!

so now with a great speed, good pop, a nice sail throw and commitment, with

strong wind in the forecast, as I was about to discover the last secret of the

forward loop, my camera broke! well luckily my wife was willing to come to the beach to

film some of my attempts. could being filmed lead me to land one? well these first

ones don't look too bad! maybe a bit underpowered. good speed, reaching far

back with the back hand, waterstarting, waterstarting? noooo! well let's check port

tack, okay basically the boom is just sticking to the water, I've got to raise

that boom high! back on the starboard, oh you've gotta be kidding me!!!

these are so close, so close! and this is it, this is it! I can waterstart but I

need to let go of the board. oh my best attempt yet! good speed, nooo I need to let go

of the board again, ah well curiously enough, the next day,

I landed my first one. getting film probably gave me that extra push I needed

I concentrated on bringing my legs under me which facilitated the rotation and

finally, looking to increase consistency in my landings, I held on sheeting in

until my front arm was fully extended, this slight delay really boosted my

confidence especially on the bigger sails when pretty powered up

voilà ! the end of my loop quest, or, well at least the starboard one. this was by

far the most challenging, frustrating, and painful experience! yet, it was

eye-opening, rewarding, and astonishing! I feel like it made me a better more

appreciative person, leading me to make a definite analogy with life in general

now? now, it's YOUR turn!

Celtic transfer news: Brendan Rodgers reveals deadline day hope for fresh blood - Duration: 3:34.

The Hoops opened a six-point lead over Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership last night by beating St Johnstone 2-0

Maryan Shved was in the stands watching on with the Ukrainian winger set to complete his £1

75million switch from Karpaty Lviv today. The 21-year-old will return to his homeland on loan for the rest of the season

TRANSFER NEWS LIVE - UPDATES AND LATEST FROM YOUR CLUB ON DEADLINE DAY  Shved will become Rodgers' fourth addition of the January window after loan pair Oliver Burke and Timothy Weah and forward Vakoun Issouf Bayo, who cost the club in the region of £2m

But the defending league champions are seeking defensive reinforcements after Rodgers confirmed centre-back Filip Benkovic - on loan from Leicester City - will be sidelined until March after sustaining an ankle injury last weekend

The Daily Record claim Borussia Dortmund right-back Jeremy Toljan - who has not played in the Bundesliga since April 21 last year - is Glasgow-bound

Celtic want to sign the 24-year-old, who previously played for Hoffenheim, on loan with the Scottish giants doing their all to push through a deadline day deal

Rodgers said when asked: "We know what we would like to do and if we can do it in the next 24 hours, then great

"If not, we need to push on, but we are hopeful we can get something done. "We won't be overly busy

We know specifically what we want, so hopefully we can do that.  "We assess the squad to see if any guys can go out on loan and we would hope we could get at least another one in

" Hendry has fallen out of favour at Celtic since joining a year ago and has not played since October 25

The 23-year-old centre-half was tipped to leave on loan for the remainder of the season but after Benkovic's fitness setback, is now likely to remain at the club

"It will initially be four to five weeks. He will have his ankle in a boot," Rodgers added

"We will assess it after four weeks, then it will take another week to 10 days to get back into training again

He will stay with us. "It's disappointing, but Jozo Simunovic came in and was excellent

"He was concentrated, alert and passed it well. When he's like that, he's a very good player

"Filip's injury could change the plan for Jack. I need to ensure our squad is covered before anyone else's

" Celtic have until midnight today to complete any incoming or outgoing business. Rodgers' side then face St Johnstone for the second straight game when they visit McDiarmid Park on Sunday (12

30pm).

Staring at the moon so blue

Turning all my thoughts to you

I was without hopes or dreams

I tried to dull an inner scream but you

Saw me through

You took my heart away

when my whole world was gray

You gave me everything

and a little bit more

And when it's cold at night

and you sleep by my side

you become the meaning of my life

Living in a world so cold

you are there to warm my soul

You came to mend a broken heart

You gave my life a brand new start and now

I'm in love

You took my heart away

when my whole world was gray

You gave me everything

and a little bit more

And when it's cold at night

and you sleep by my side

you become the meaning of my life

Holding your hand

I won't fear tomorrow

Here where we stand

we'll never be alone

You took my heart away

when my whole world was gray

You gave me everything

and a little bit more

And when it's cold at night

And you sleep by my side

You become the meaning of my life

It's really all

It's really hot. And we're in this geothermal hot

Steam area so and we're like literally running low on water. It's time to go. We'll see you guys

So we're heading to closer car parks, we don't miss the guy

National Anthem in ASL / Super Bowl LIII - Duration: 2:17.

Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light

What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?

Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,

O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?

And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,

Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.

Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

O beautiful for spacious skies

For amber waves of grain

For purple mountain majesties

Above the fruited plain!

America! America!

God shed his grace on thee

America! America!

Fro sea to shining sea!

America! America!

God shed his grace on thee

And crown thy good with brotherhood

Fro sea to shining sea!
