114 UAP CHALLENGE LOCK FROM CRISPEY BEAR, THANKS CHRIS!! sub eng - Duration: 10:32.Hello guys, welcome back
Today I have for you a UAP lock
6 pinner
It is modified by Chris
"Crispey bear", thank you very much Chris
This would be the key
but it does not work, I can´t put it completely in the key way
something is stuck there and not managed to get it in
I guess it's the right key
I show you the coding
see, there it is, the second is very long
third is shorter, this is the one that is little hard to set
short fifth but without difficulty
a very entertaining lock
It gives many clicks
and for some reason I can hardly put the pick under the pins
and I tend to fight with the sideguards
I will use this home made wrench
and I will use two picks of SouthOrd
first, this very open hook
and then a more pronounced hook to reach the third pin
Let's go there
we zoom
is closed
we go from front to back
really don´t care about the order
first one click
two
it seems set
second seems set, it is very long
let's see, first
second ... very little tension, I was already doing too much tension
There it is, the third makes a click
fourth nothing
fifth is binding
a click
two
three
It seems to be set
sixth a slight click
touching the first again, the false set returns
a second click on the first
second
It seems to give some counterotation but...
I will not touch it because it overset easy
third asks but with this hook can not get reach
Second, third...
fourth
It seems set, fifth
sixth
nothing, I'll change hook, because it no longer came
I'll use this, longer one
longer, but harder to handle
first seems set, second set, third gives feedback
makes a click
I lost the false set
back to the first
touching the first the false set returns, a second click on the first
second is set
third is set
fourth seems set
fifth is set
sixth calls, makes a click
now it seems set, back to first
First is set
second seems set
third
set
fourth
seems also set, fifth, something escapes us
sixth give ounterotation
makes a click
first is set, second is set
third is set
fourth, I think I've overset the fourth ...
yes
I release tension
First, he had fallen, makes two clicks
play the second and false set is accentuated
first, second...
third seems set
fourth
the fifth seems to have fallen
the fifth gives counterotation
there it is
Yes, and setting it
would open
as you see it is very entertaining lock
the first is constantly falling
we will gut it and see what is inside
all right
These would be the pins are in, are a blast
thank you Chris
You had work hard
I approached to see it in more detail
regarding key pins
first and third are serrated pins with a ball so that the key can circulate smoothly
the second is a type torpedo spool
the fourth is normal
fifth serrated
very deep
and sixth serrated
very nice
really nice
as the drivers
first and second are normal with tapered ends
third is a double spool
fourth a very nice spool
very sharp, very deep
a joy
fifth is a serrated
and sixth leads a wafer and a serrated
Very nice pins, springs are all the same
as the plug
as you see it´s threaded
first, third, fifth and sixth
a very nice job
They are very well done
ok, so
many thanks Chris for the lock, really, it's fun to open and you've had a lot of work
and this was the opening, I hope you liked it, that it will be useful
and thank you very much for your time
a greeting

Double Wedding Ring Quilts (Part 2 of 2) - SEWING WITH NANCY - Duration: 26:47.Today's guest has one foot in Minnesota
and the other in New York City.
She ties her two lives together through her amazing quilts.
I'd like you to please welcome Victoria Findlay Wolfe
an extraordinary quilter who uses
a double wedding ring quilt pattern
as her palette to tell her life stories.
Welcome back to Sewing With Nancy, Victoria.
Thank you, Nancy.
Thanks for having me.
If my grandmother and I were able to
make a quilt together
this quilt, Greatest Possible Trust
is probably what it would look like.
The design is a contemporary double wedding ring
and it combines modern and traditional quilting.
It brings the two worlds together.
"Double Wedding Ring Quilts"
That's what's coming next on Sewing with Nancy.
Sewing with Nancy
TV's longest-airing sewing and quilting program
with Nancy Zieman is made possible by
Baby Lock, a complete line of sewing, quilting
and embroidery machines and sergers.
Baby Lock, for the love of sewing.
Madeira, specializing in embroidery, quilting
and special-effect threads
because creativity is never black and white.
Koala Studios
fine sewing furniture custom-built in America.
Clover, making a difference
in sewing, quilting, crafting, and needle arts
for over 30 years.
Amazing Designs and Klassé needles.
We're going to start with Victoria's quilt
Remembering Christmas Past
which is filled with images from her childhood.
The concave square of the double wedding ring design
is a perfect palette to showcase memories using fabric.
With this quilt as a backdrop
learn her secret to piecing this traditional design.
We're going to get back to the Greatest Possible Trust
that dramatic quilt that you saw in the beginning
but this is a great place to showcase how
the double wedding ring design is sewn together.
And Victoria, you know
people sometimes steer away from this design
but if you break it down it's really quite manageable.
That's one of the things that I'm trying to get people
to let go of the fear.
Sure.
The curved piecing is really not
that it's a hard thing to do
but it's a patience builder.
And we all need more patience.
I like that terminology.
It's true.
Where you have your memories showcased in fabric
is this middle section called a concave square.
A concave square.
This whole quilt, the pieces are pretty standard.
That was the concave square
this is the solid arc shape that we're using.
And the melon.
And the melon on the inside, and your setting square.
The rest is just duplicating
to make this main element of the double wedding ring.
Now we have the pieces cut out.
You can use templates
as Victoria has done on this quilt
or you can use a die cut machine to cut the pieces.
Our grandmothers probably used templates.
What do you think?
The probably used paper templates.
The fancier templates that we have now
for the precise piecing on these curves
makes things much easier to go together.
So here you can see some of the elements
that are cut apart
and you first sew the squares to one of the arcs.
Exactly.
It's a nice easy place to start.
You get those little straight seams done.
You can chain-piece all of the squares
to your arcs in one go, right?
We have that together.
Then anytime that you're doing curves
you want to find the centers of your shapes.
You should always pin your centers first.
We have them nicely marked there already
so we can just go ahead and pin our center.
Then we're going to pin the end.
I find, after having made almost 30
double wedding ring quilts now
that I can get away with just three pins.
The reason I like to do that, and it makes it
very obvious when I get all of them pinned.
I'll get this little guy on here.
Because you're working with mirror images on the curves
if you just pin those three points
your fabrics will magically line up evenly
your raw edges together.
Let's share with our viewers this little end
because you extend the melon piece this 1/4".
Exactly.
A little bit of a quarter over the end of the fabric.
And here is Victoria stitching this curve.
You use a straight stitch.
A straight stitch, 1/4" seam.
And when you're finished with that
tah-dah, it looks like this piece.
Exactly.
Once you've got that down, that's what's happening next.
You're going to place the arch with the squares on it
to the melon piece.
Yes.
And one of the things I often get is
how do you remember which way this goes?
I always say, floppy-toppy.
Okay.
Floppy-toppy goes on the top, right?
Belly on the bottom.
They call it the belly piece.
So I'm going to just pin that
and on the bottom here you're going to be
lining up this seam
with the seam that you've sewn.
I like to pin directly through that seam
so things line up
exactly where I want them to be.
I'm pinning 1/4" down
exactly where I'm going to sew.
Then I'm going to pin
through this seam 1/4" down.
Okay, stacking them up nicely there.
Get my pin in flat.
Okay?
And here we go again.
Victoria's stitching this curve
after she's pinned the other end.
It just takes a little time, with a shorter stitch length
to create that curve.
Yes, and to be patient when you're sewing that.
Make sure that the fabrics stay in place.
Don't rush it, just sew it slowly together.
So that's been sewn.
Then the completed melon unit
goes to the center square.
The concave square.
And when we put this up on our backdrop
this is a finished circle, double wedding ring
but to create rows to sew this together
we will sew a concave square
to a completed double wedding ring.
Then add, at the bottom--
So you're not going to make
circle after circle after circle.
The row is going to start at the top
we're going to have the concave square
the circle, concave square, and the circle.
And the opposite happens on the other side.
So what you're seeing is a nice gentle curve.
That's kind of the little Readers' Digest version of
working with the double wedding ring stitching.
Victoria and I
opened the show with an image
of this great, dramatic
improvisational quilt called--
Greatest Possible Trust.
Greatest Possible Trust
with, as you mentioned
if your grandma could make a quilt with you--
If we could have made a quilt together
what would that look like?
And that was kind of my challenge
that I was working with
two different concepts of modern and traditional.
The most traditional double wedding ring
we can find on here is
I think, right in this area.
I think so, because here you're going to have
your setting of a standard melon, right?
You've got your setting stones
and your arcs and your small melons
attached to your concave square to the inside.
I was really looking at how I could change the story
of melding the tradition and the modern together
by putting in some negative space
putting in some whites, playing with some made fabric.
This was the '70s
so getting out all my vintage fabrics that I collect
and making some made fabric out of those
to put it all together.
And to share with our viewers if they missed our first program
that Victoria received a quilt from her grandmother
for her graduation present.
Here's a close-up of that quilt
patchworked together, all done by hand.
And in polyester.
Polyester.
So this is not polyester.
This made fabric, this pieced fabric
and then cut into a template form
was that inspiration.
Exactly.
And if you missed that program you can go to nancyzieman.com
and watch it online or watch it on DVD as well.
But now as we go to the next double wedding ring
we can see some additional
improvisational accents.
Exactly, trying to bring all the techniques together.
My grandmother was also very good at crochet and embroidery
so I wanted that to be an element
inside of the quilt as well.
So here, where I was doing
more of a traditional quilting pattern
I went back and I chain- stitched all the lines.
By hand.
By hand.
Not a sewing machine or a serger, nope.
But putting in that little detail in where it hits the red
to help tell that story.
You know, and kind of crossing over
the modern straight lines of the modern quilting.
Then going back in also and making sure
to have handwork involved
having some hand-quilting here and there.
You know, we can't teach improvisational
because what I would improvise with
would be different than what you would.
But to give you ideas, I think that's what
this whole program is about.
Exactly.
So this is yet one more technique
that I wanted to be able to add is having some applique.
On most of my quilts you'll find a small touch of applique.
In here I did the red on red of the flowers
that related to the traditional quilting.
But it's very subtle, so you don't
necessarily see it right away until you're up close
and get to really inspect the quilt.
The surprise that comes with further investigation, right?
Exactly.
And as we go up the quilt you'll see that
introducing more color--
The white now is white on white.
And we can also look at the border.
Here at the binding at the outer edge
not the border, excuse me
you have the triangles coming outward.
But as we move up, this is an interesting--
I would hate to bind that, Victoria.
But then as it goes around
you've left those behind
and this is the traditional way
of binding a double wedding ring quilt.
Exactly, and that's kind of the final thought that
I like to do on a quilt is to look at the edge of the quilt.
So on the red, solid, modern side
you're going to find a different edge
than you're going to find at the top, white portion
traditional quilted side of the quilt.
Combining that modern and traditional.
The surprise that comes in the lower corner
to me, is that
the melon and one of the arcs
is with this made fabric, the patch fabric,
and cut out with a template.
And then the surprise of just one arc.
It's just such a interesting quilt to look at.
You just don't see it in one glance.
Exactly.
There's a lot to investigate in this quilt
which is what I used to like to do on
my grandmother's quilts, was to trace through and find
all my favorite patterns and colors in her quilts.
So I'm always trying to find
that sort of busy-ness that happened in her's
to happen in my quilts.
I hope that this quilt will inspire you
to try to incorporate many techniques in one quilt.
If you ask most quilters, what's your go-to fabric?
My guess is that polyester double knit
will not be the response.
Yet polyester knit is what Victoria chose for this quilt.
The look is modern, the stretch in the fabric
makes piecing curves a breeze
and the durability is second to none.
This is an amazing quilt.
Different design, a little stretched out.
A little bit.
Changed.
And it's kind of fascinating because it has
many of polyester double knit
tied like 1970's quilts.
So explain it.
That's pretty much the way my grandmother's quilts were made.
First with polyester, and then she would usually
just turn the backing to the front for her binding
not a separate piece of fabric.
Sure.
And then tying the quilts to finish them off.
But usually there's two layers
of polyester batting inside of them
so they're nice thick quilts to sleep underneath.
On this quilt, I wanted to redesign
that pattern a little bit
take a little liberty with the shape.
I widened it out
and then turned the concave square and put it on point
to give you a whole different look to the quilt.
I like to be able to look at that
this is just one melon of this double wedding ring
which is usually only about this big.
We're now up to here.
And by turning it on point you're now getting
sort of this TV screen sort of a shape
which really does some interesting, different
looks to the pattern of the quilt.
I was able to just turn the variation a little bit.
Now the fabric colors are--
Challenging?
Fascinating, they're fascinating, not challenging.
Using double knit, recycled,
some of it found, I'm sure
at second-hand stores, whatever.
Yes.
It's just an interesting color combination.
You know, to look at your inspiration
this is a nine-patch.
Yeah, this was one of the other quilts
that my grandmother made.
We would sit and cut the squares out
for her so she could run them through the sewing machine.
Everything's pretty much re-purposed.
I know this fabric.
Here's a photo, taken a few years ago.
Oh, just a few years ago, yes
where myself and my grandfather and my brother and my cousins
all had matching shirts made out of them.
That fabric.
Yes, yup.
And I'm sure you can go through here
and have some fabrics that tell stories.
Absolutely, I know exactly
which article of clothing came from which member of my family.
And what a great jumping-off point
to tell a story.
I think what we what to show in this program--
It's not your traditional Sewing With Nancy program
where we're showing you exactly how to piece it
because you're not going to have these fabrics.
Exactly.
But to know what to work with what you have
and how you can kind of stretch the envelope
to use an over-worked term.
Yup.
So tying, you know, I grew up with tied quilts.
Right.
You obviously did the same.
And there's nothing wrong
with tying them.
Nope, absolutely not.
Actually, when I finished making this quilt
my daughter said this was probably her favorite one
because it's so light and airy
when you don't have all that quilting involved in it.
Oh, sure, sure.
And it can be done without--
I can be, many times
tied quilts are done in groups
and with family members and friends, and so forth.
So that will make it work for you.
So we have the big mama.
She's a big mama, yup, she sure is.
And you know, one of the other things too
was again, tying the story together.
My grandmothers nine-patch sort of a look
and putting that into the piecing
in a few of the arcs
that go inside of the quilt.
So this was pieced as a nine-patch and then cut
which we did a lot of in the first program to show.
So you can re-cut, make your own fabric
whether you're working with cotton
which is more traditional.
But polyester, it's okay to use polyester.
Absolutely.
I was pleasantly surprised with it.
It went together so easy.
I was very surprised.
So retro, another way of looking at quilting
even with double wedding rings.
150 fabrics make this scrappy quilt extremely lively.
The Bright Lights Big City quilt
vicariously tells the story of
Victoria's move to New York City
and the life built there.
This also is a study in pushing a design
combining the New York beauty quilt element
with a double wedding ring design.
This quilt defines the term improvisational quilt.
Color, that's what I thought of immediately
when I saw this quilt
and color in many fabrics.
Absolutely, so 150 fabrics.
How do you find all those fabrics?
Go raid your stash and you pick
every single color and fabric that you love.
And that's what you did.
What I like showing in the progression
that we did today
this is the same pattern
that was in the retro/mod quilt with the polyester
but now it's cotton.
Yup, the same pattern, shape just using cottons this time.
The idea that when I'm making a quilt
that every time I'm making
if it's the same pattern or not
that I'm changing one thing within the pattern.
So this time was taking
the element of the New York beauty
since I live in New York City
add in that little sparkle of city lights.
That's a traditional paper piece pattern
but now you placed it
in one of the arcs of the big mama.
Yup, my big mama double wedding ring pattern there.
Yeah, so adding in that little element
just giving it a little extra flavor.
It's not a hard thing to do, but yet another great technique
to take a few minutes to learn.
Looking at this quilt you can always find
something different and new.
When I look at it I think
oh, I didn't see that fabric before.
Well, with 150 fabrics, of course not.
But we're going to start in this area to show
some of your unique combinations.
Right, so I'm still trying to tell my story somehow.
Obviously, I live in New York City
but I'm the farm girl, right?
Gotta have my little country girl in there.
Country bumpkin still is present.
So finding fabrics that will help
tell that story as well.
You know, using some vintage fabrics
mixing them with modern fabrics and traditional fabrics.
Where I live, in the garment center of New York City
it used to be kind of a seedy little place
side of town before it became residential
so we had to give a little sassy flavor
going on inside there.
Again, adding some retro fabrics
that will kind of help tell the story.
And just my love of all fabrics
vintage fabrics, reproduction fabrics
modern fabric, bold color...
Pattern, print together.
All of that, because it's all fun, right?
We love to buy fabric
and touch and all that good stuff.
And I think one of the things that I'd like to stress--
Or not stress, but encourage you
is when you're quilting, when you're sewing
you don't have to stay
within just a color palette.
Victoria, you certainly stretch the boundaries.
This in particular, orange is my favorite color.
Really?
So that was a great place to start.
So if I'm going to tell my story of New York City
it's got to have some orange in it.
That's one of the things I like to encourage people though
is that when you are doing a scrappy quilt
is that put all the different colors together.
Clearly, there is every single color
inside of this quilt and they live happily together.
So if you're picking fabrics and colors
and things that you love
you will have a quilt that you love
when you're finished with it.
Well put.
When I look through my scrap box
I see a lot of greens and blues
and maybe a little touch of yellow
but yet when you put them together
not a bad combination.
Not a bad combination.
Well, it has been so enjoyable to have you as my guest.
Thank you, I so enjoyed it.
To share your improvisational quilts
to give our viewers the encouragement to--
Try something new, throw some fabrics together
and see what you're going to get.
So double wedding rings, there's certainly ways
that you can create them and not always have them
be traditional but add a modern flair.
Thanks again, Victoria.
Thank you.
Several years ago I featured
the Wisconsin Nicaragua Partners Project.
Women from my state donate their time and talent
to teach others sewing
in their partner Central American country
with a goal of providing a skill and income.
Please welcome Dixie Thoyre
who is one of the volunteers of this good will project.
Thank you, Nancy.
Thanks for being here and updating us.
Not everyone watched that initial interview.
What we need to explain is what
the Wisconsin Nicaragua Project works with
with the women in Nicaragua.
Well, volunteers go down
and they teach the ladies sewing skills.
Lynda Pracht had taught them
how to make these lovely dolls' dresses.
Then we have found them
a market here in the States
that they will fit the 18" doll.
We go to craft shows
throughout the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota
as well as our online services
in order to sell the dresses for the ladies in Nicaragua.
Now what I think is so fascinating
is that these dresses
are made, many times, on treadle sewing machines.
Yes, correct.
They do all of this embroidery work
on a treadle sewing machine.
They take the fabric and they put it into a hoop.
And then they take the presser foot
off of the treadle sewing machine
and they actually stitch back and forth
on a treadle sewing machine
to do all of this work that they do.
And these are called Chica Nica.
Chica Nica doll dresses.
Thanks for pronouncing it correctly.
It's phenomenal what they can--
The workmanship, the artistry on these dresses!
Yes, it is.
And to think that they
you know, they don't have
a computerized embroidery machine.
They do it all on the treadle sewing machines.
They draw a little design
on the fabric and then they just go
and move it back and forth in the embroidery hoop
and do each stitch individually
on a treadle sewing machine.
True artisans.
Yes.
And this provides them, as we mentioned, an income.
They've done, I remember from the last time
a lady was able to add on to her home.
Yes.
Provide for her children.
What a wonderful service.
Yes, yes.
It is wonderful that we can continue Nancy's work.
We have volunteers in our Stevens Point office
that work with and coordinate with
the ladies in Nicaragua.
They will tell them what orders we need.
Like, if we need so many first communion dresses
or Irish dresses, or whatever we need.
Then they communicate that to the ladies in Nicaragua.
Then they let the ladies know.
Each particular lady is well known
for a specific dress.
Oh, sure.
They communicate that to them, they make the dresses
and then they send them back to us.
And how we do a lot of this is there's always
a Partners volunteer group that's going
to some area in Nicaragua
and so what we do is then we can
take the materials down
and they can make the dresses.
Then the dresses will come back
in somebody else's suitcase for us.
Then they also communicate to us
what supplies they need, because they don't have
this beautiful white fabric that we have
or all of the trims and garnishes that we have here.
So they will relay to the home office in Stevens Point
what supplies they need
and then they communicate that to me
and I'm the professional shopper as well as--
That's a great job.
Yes.
As well as attending craft shows
to, you know, display their products.
And you also go to Nicaragua.
Yes, I've been to Nicaragua twice.
I plan to continue to go as long as my health--
I don't think I'll make 39 times as Lynda did
but I do hope to continue every year.
Now what I find fascinating
to add to the story of the Chica Nica dresses
is that now women are paying it forward.
Yes.
Two of the ladies, Patronilia and Sandra
who make these dresses
are now giving back
to their communities
because they have started--
There's a burn center that is operating
out of our Managua office.
These ladies are actually making
dressings for burn victims.
Custom fit.
Yes, custom fit.
They come in and they measure them
and they take the measurements
and they sew the garments.
Then they come back and they measure--
Of course, this is all under the supervision of Dr. Leandro.
And they can help these patients
because these patients have no funds
to be able to purchase them.
Again, the Wisconsin Nicaragua Partners
and these seamstresses
are providing great service to the community.
It never fails to amaze me how the art of sewing
can be so helpful, can help so many
in a variety of countries.
Just knowing how to put needle and thread together
is an amazing feat.
Yes.
Well, Dixie, I thank you for sharing the story with me.
Good luck on your next trip to Nicaragua.
And thank you so much for having us, Nancy.
You're certainly welcome.
I hope you've enjoyed this two-part series

BREAKING: Hannity And O'Reilly Will Be Working Together In An New Network – You Won't Believe Where - Duration: 3:59.On the heels of major shakeups at the Fox News Network, an alternative conservative
network is being actively discussed amongst conservative fat cats.
A well-placed source close to the proposal tells Mediaite that serious discussions are
underway to create an alternative conservative cable network on the belief that the Fox News
Network is moving too far to the left.
The source, who is engaged in the talks, says a meeting is planned for today with two prominent
high-powered television executives, some underperforming conservative networks and people who have
an interest and the ability to fund a new network.
The potential aim?
Putting "the old band" back together.
There are certainly plenty of (out-of-work?) conservative powerhouses to pick from that
could star on a new network, and perhaps even some executives from within Fox News who might
be lured by the new opportunity.
Could the new channel include stars like the ousted Bill O'Reilly, who didn't waste
much time hitting the podcast waves after he was fired amid a sexual harassment scandal?
Could Tomi Lahren, the conservative mega star, who was recently sidelined at The Blaze also
take on a prominent role?
The exact "who" won't be clear until the deal is more defined but the source says
the pitch is that the network could immediately reach at least 85 million homes.
This news comes on the heels of a long profile in last weekend's New York Times which paints
a picture of a changing Fox News Network with Murdoch's sons, James and Lachlan, CEO and
co-chairman of parent company 21st Century Fox, at the helm.
The piece struck fear into the minds of some Fox News' hardcore conservatives with talk
of the sons wanting to rid the company "of the old-guard culture on which their father
built his empire" and bringing "a warmer and fuzzier workplace" that would move away
from an "anti-politically correct environment."
On Thursday, New York Magazine's Gabe Sherman, a constant thorn in the side of Fox News,
reported that "sweeping management changes" may be coming to the network as well.
Sherman's report cited three anonymous sources that contend that the network's co-President
Bill Shine recently asked the Murdoch sons to release a statement in support of him amid
the roiling lawsuits and scandals.
Both Fox News and 21 Century Fox have vigorously denied that Shine made such a request but
the report by Sherman prompted a rather mysterious tweet about the "total end of the FNC as
we know it" by the network's biggest remaining star, Sean Hannity:
"I just don't see Fox News and Sean having a long relationship.
If Sean becomes available, you have 100 percent turnover in primetime and a huge opportunity,"
a television executive, who didn't want to be identified, but is involved in some
of the talks, told Mediaite.
"I'm working on it (the new conservative channel) hot and heavy," the source said.
"It's live, it's real."
The new channel could come to fruition within the next 10 to 12 months, the executive said.
It is no surprise that a savvy investor would see the turmoil within Fox News as a major
opportunity.
As The Times piece noted, analysts estimate that Fox News produced 25 percent of 21st
Century Fox's operating income last year or a whopping $6.6 billion.
Conservative news remains a cash cow for investors, but the media landscape is quickly changing
with younger viewers "cutting the cord" and turning to alternative over-the-top live
streaming platforms like Hulu, Amazon, Roku and YouTube TV.
Could a conservative alternative channel with some big names have an edge on the 20-year-old
conservative network?
Stay tuned.
Our source is convinced it can happen.
What do you think about this? plese share this news and let us know what
you think!

Umu: Now we're moving on to Day6. This is a boygroup, this is a band
actually Shimon: ~Leti it goooo~
Naoki: ~Let it snow~ Umu: No
Umu: This is not a kpop group this is a band
so they're playing their instruments and they're singing and they're hot and I love rock music
Lindsey: Oh I've seen people request them Davis: ~Let it goo~
~Letting goo~
Umu: This song is called letting go
Jarod: ~Letting gooo~ umu: no
Umu: WHY DOES EVERYONE SING THAT SONG WHEN THEY SEE THE TITLE
Lindsey: Excuse me
I did not Umu: Ok I love you
Peyton: Threeee

Naoki: Nice
Lindsey: Oh those harmonies Davis: Alright

Emiel: That's some sick chords in there
henry: I can't hang, man
Kevin: Nice
Peyton: Wow
That was not what I thought it was gonna be Jarod: Subtle
Davis: Car crash Lindsey: Was that the same person twice
Davis: I think so Umu: Yes
Gwen: God why are they all tenors
Yunyi: There's like a really
deep droning
am I the only one hearing that
maybe it's just these headphones
Gwen: Better question, why are they all such good tenors
Emiel: Freaky photo editing Henry: that nice little- it's not vibes it's just like
one of those pianos that just plays vibes
Jarod: They have very gentle voices
Gwen: HELL YEAH!
Gwen: That jazz organ setting though
That's me in piano class
I'm like this is boring, I'll put it in harpsichord
Fiona: It's a lot of attractive men Emiel: And we keep going
Henry: Wow that's a lot of attractive men right there
Emiel: Wow
Hugo: Woah that is a lot of bands Gwen: WOOOOH!
Peyton: Wooaahh
Jarod: That's dope
Naoki: This is like light rock isn't it
Davis: That was a cool shot
Naoki: I was expecting something more intense
Gwen: It sucks that I go to a music school because everytime I see.. someone attractive
successfully playing an instrument it just makes it even more attractive
And that's like everyone here
Kevin: Let it goooo Umu: Stop (Lol she's so done)
*Push*
peyton: V
ii...ahhh ii V I to a new key ;A;
Yunyi: I really like how this is
Very sentimental but... it's
Has that energetic drive
it has that like energy, it's not quite a ballad
~fiiiive, ooone~
WOW ohp nope i went up iTwent UP
Triple it triple it
Jarod: What in modultion
Hehehe I just imagine the cowboy hat on
Yunyi: Oh that guitar riff
Kinda sounds like Green Day
Lindsey: He's singing at himself, rapping at himself Davis: Oh man don't you hate it when you argue with yourself
Me too
Naoki: You should get an earring as well
Shimon: Aww that was disappointing
Kevin: It sounds like a church because of the way it goes to the half cadence Yunyi: Yeah
Hugo: Ooohhh yeahh
Yunyi: That gospel coming in
Shimon: it just lifted up in the air
Naoki: Yeah, it was just suspended over nothing
Lindsey: He's got a really good--- got like a nice range
Lindsey: I like the like gritty quality of his voice in the upper range because he's not going into a falsetto at all
Yunyi: Oh I like how he went up that time
Henry: Yo actually like real chords though
Henry: They're just like seventh and ninth chords which is like good progressions Emiel: Yeah this is sick
Fiona: This is interesting like hearing like typical kinda kpop voices with like more rock
Henry: Yeah it's really refreshing to hear like a real band
Emiel: Yeah Henry: Like VERY refreshing
Naoki: I'm more of a fan of this kind of bass line
Naoki: As opposed to the stuff that we were listening to earlier
Shimon: <shoots>
Shimon: <misses>
Emiel: We're gonna have the piano fade out and yup and....
Everyone: <waiting in anticipation>
Peyton: I knew it Jarod: There's that resolution
Peyton: Can't quite go <bing> it's gotta go <ta-ting>
Kevin: Mm mm mm mm mm
Gwen: That was actually like an amazing song
Hugo: It was very refreshing also to hear like it was good to hear the kpop cause it was definitely kpop but it
Hugo: It was good to hear actual instruments
Umu: mmhmm Hugo: Yeah like it was so--- it was great to watch them playing the instruments too Gwen: They were actually playing--- that they were actually recording
Gwen: It wasn't like midi--- like I heard an actual guitar, didn't hear a midi guitar Hugo: It was just something refreshing
Hugo: Yeah it was just very refreshing and they did it well and they sounded good
Gwen: It was an analog for sure but you can tell when it's a fake midi... synthesized
Hugo: Better than midi most of them were just actual like... they were really good
Hugo: And most kpop groups use that really well but it was really nice to just hear that
Gwen: Just have it be a real
Hugo: Sometimes it's nice to have a song that doesn't have a heavy story but it's just a really good song
Umu: I liked listening to it! Gwen: And I liked the little dinkies in the background
Gwen: dink dink dink dink dink dink dink
Hugo: Yeah and then that moment the bridge when they went to an all chords
Gwen: gasppp asdjfksajdh Hugo and Umu: That was so awesome
Umu: So you like that style of music? Even though it was light rock and--- Shimon: I think I like that the best out of all of the ones we've listened to today
Umu: Oh today? Not an all time? Shimon: Yeah today today
Naoki: It was just too fluffy to be rock
Naoki: It was more leaning towards the pop side
Naoki: But even then it has, it's like in between, and because it's in between it's neither there or there so just
Shimon: Well maybe if you think about it as its own genre then it might
Naoki: Well I don't like that genre then
Shimon: I do agree with him on like, it would have been nice if it was like a one clear even bigger climax maybe?
Shimon: Just seemed... Naoki: yeah nothing really happened I guess
Shimon: But it would be nice if there was like--- idk where I was going with this
Umu: No I think, just like more of like, I mean it had direction of more than like upward
Umu: And then like something big happens sometime
Shimon: Like a clear Naoki: We need to be taken on a journey Umu: Oh oh I see
Henry: Wow I thought it was pretty good! I like really enjoyed listening at that
Fiona: I enjoyed the vocalist..? idk, his voice didn't really match the background music
Fiona: It was just like surprising to me, so kpopy
Emiel: That was a great song...I like that
Lindsey: yeah Davis: It was very ballady
Davis: But at the same time his voice is 90% of what made me like that so much...was his voice Lindsey: I like how they all played their instruments
Yunyi: I felt like the chorus repeated like four times, it repeated so many times but like I just never got sick of it cause like
Yunyi: everytime they delivered it in a slighty different way and it just, the whole piece was a big crescendo
Umu: ohhh, I can see that Yunyi: To the end, it was really nice.
umu: I can see that yunyi: it made it very sentimental
Kevin: I think when it got to the end it just stayed there, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing
Umu: Right, you ready to move onto "I wait"?
~singing opening I Wait melody~
*switches it to mamamoo wtf*
*And the extra kicks in*
*and back to day6*
Umu: Let's do it go
Henry: Wow that's aesthetic emiel: that's pretty cool
Emiel: Aesthetic is on point
Henry: *gasp* hey it's the chrysler building
It's New York city
Naoki: Well I like this one better already
Cuz of the different timbre
Jarod: The clouds
Peyton: I like the
~hhhaaaa~
Fiona: I'm diggin this Emiel: This has a good groove Henry: not real drums but it's ok
Lindsey: This is some weird video effects Davis: this is some- yeah
Yunyi: Oah I love his voice Kevin: Oah
Fiona: Ooh that was hot
Naoki: He also sings really high which.. doesn't really happen in rock I feel
It's more of a pop thing
Hugo: ooh
Naoki: I would like them to have lower voices like it adds a different color to the song
Yunyi: It's a seventh build.. a third up right
Kevin: It's- it's all over the place actu- it's actually all over the place
Oh that bass work
Jarod Woahwoahowahoahw
PFFFFTTTVHV
Lindsey: Oh that's awesome
Kevin: Jazz transitions with like a rockin chorus
Naoki: K this is better
I like the crowd showing as well
But then it disappears straight away
Hugo: Ungh ungh ungh
Gwen: When silence is stronger than sound
Peyton: Oohh bring it back
Lindsey: I like when the... rock songs are more based around a drum beat and the other one was a lot more just like
flowing
Jarod: This is like the 3rd snapchat filter like you swipe one and it haha yeah
Yunyi: This is in minor right
For some reason it feels really ambiguous
Davis: I just wanna push his glasses up on his nose
Kevin: Figuring out the jazz chords

HOW CREATING STRUCTURE IS A REBELLIOUS ACT & GENERATES PROSPERITY A PATH TO FREEDOM - Duration: 7:58.HOW CREATING STRUCTURE IS A REBELLIOUS ACT & GENERATES PROSPERITY A PATH TO FREEDOM
I was one of those kids who did what I was told, when I was told to do it: Rules were
meant to be followed.
Then puberty hit.
I still turned in my assignments at school, but I started intellectually challenging my
teachers.
I wore a big metal REBEL belt buckle in my purple 501s, utilized the local tattoo
studio, dated a man twice my age, and spent two summers in German language schools where
I learned the art of tying sheets and climbing out windows!
At 18 I moved from London to Boston: Ahh the taste of freedom.
Eating and sleeping whenever I wanted.
Back in London, I continued to follow my own rhythms, completing an undergraduate degree
in psychology, a PhD in cognitive psychology and neuroscience, marrying, and then immigrating
to the USA at twenty-five.
Academia is a good profession for someone who values freedom both time and intellectual
freedom.
Id found the holy grail: freedom and doing something valuable for the world.
We moved, again.
I left academia (disenchantment with the politics) and I trained as a yoga teacher, then a yoga
educator (using yoga and meditation with teachers and children with special needs).
My theme continued: freedom my choice who, when, what to teach!
Then my two-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer.
I officially lost control.
Lumbar punctures, surgery to insert a medi-port into his jugular for the chemotherapy, hair
loss (mama there are spiders in my mouth clumps of hair would fall out when he
slept), screaming with the pain of urinating chemotherapy drugs, sores, rages brought on
by the steroids.
Managing his scared four-year old brothers reactions.
Cancer isnt pretty.
Pediatric cancer is another whole level of nasty.
He survived (now a thriving 11-year-old), but the stress from it did not dissipate.
And it was exacerbated by my then-husbands struggle to get tenure, and the addition of
our third child a delicious little girl.
I was suffering.
I went to the allopathic doctors with insomnia, food allergies, weight fluctuations, anxiety.
They said drugs and tests.
The rebel in me was re-ignited.
I refused to have what I believed were environmentally-triggered symptoms pacified by medicines.
I did not think I was inherently unwell, and I did not want to start becoming medicated.
I found Ayurveda the sister science of yoga, literally the science of life Ayus
(science) Veda (life) and started implementing some of the rituals for my doshas (constitution)
and their imbalances (as a result of environment: psychological, emotional, physical, seasonal).
It worked.
So I got certified.
And, I realized the irony: The freedom I had chased my whole life was available to me by
creating structure and rituals in my life.
But, before I continue, let me introduce myself:
I am Tamsin Astor, your Chief Habit Scientist.
I help busy people organize themselves so they have time for what they need and want
and time for fun.
I help you create freedom by creating structures and routines around your self-care.
This then makes time for you to zone in on the roles you play in your life employee,
employer, parent, partner, spouse, friend, daughter, son.
When we have more time, more freedom in our minds space, we can see where we are not
cultivating prosperity in our lives which parts of our lives need some attention.
Prosperity is freaking key for success.
This is why I decided to expand this conversation, creating a *FREE* online training, The Daily
Rituals of Prosperous People.
I have gathered over 20 of the top mind, body, spirit, and lifestyle coaches and consultants,

My Favorite Podcasts, Self Improvement & Channel Investments - Duration: 5:26.Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of 'Walk with Me'.
Walk with Me is a new series where you get to walk to work with me, and we get to chit
chat about everything that's been going on, things I've been thinking about, pondering
about, all sorts of stuff.
So let's get into it.
So this week hasn't been overly exciting.
Not much has been going on, still trying to catch up on my editing.
I've been working a lot.
Nothing too exciting.
Still haven't made the move over to the new store I'll be at, so I'm on my way
to the train for another week or so.
So one of the things I think I am going to miss not commuting as far is not keeping up
as well with my podcasts.
It's one of my favorite things to do when I'm on the train.
I'll put on a podcast then I can catch up on emails, respond to comments, all sorts of stuff
while I get to learn.
Speaking of that, I'll give you a few recommendations of podcasts that I like.
My all time favorite podcast is stuff you should know.
If you've never listened to that before definitely do that.
Stuff you should know is incredible.
They put out two episodes per week and they just talk about random things and how they
work.
They'll do one on how cinnamon works, or how the great wall of China works.
Topics that don't necessarily seem like they have their own, they should have their
own show but they do.
Any podcast that gets me up and learning, I think it's very important to always be
learning.
You always want to be progressing mentally and physically, trying to be the best self
that you can.
So Stuff You Should Know is probably my favorite podcast, another one that I really really
love is The Tim Ferriss Show.
I know know if any of you guys know who he is, he wrote The Four Hour Workweek and The
Four Hour Body.
His podcast, he takes people who are at the top of their field, the best at what they
do, and tries to deconstruct their routines, habits, and how they work.
It's all about finding the similarities to successful people in any field.
That's where I feel like I learn a lot of the things that make me more productive.
I've picked up from people that Tim Ferriss has interviewed on his show.
Most of the interviews are more business focused and productivity focused, so if you run a
business, or are interested in that sort of stuff definitely check that one out.
But Stuff You Should Know and The Tim Ferriss Show are both amazing.
I recently just started listening to Food Stuff.
It's kind of like stuff you should know except just about food topics.
It has been nice having that little bit of quiet time to listen and catch up every day.
In other news, I just ordered some LED lights for the channel.
Specifically for any of the videos I film inside, I've been doing a few more cooking
videos lately, and a few other things so I really wanted to get some lights.
I think thing like investing in a microphone, or investing in a better lighting system are
going to have just as big of an impact as a new camera, if not more of an impact.
I just want to be making the best videos I can.
Each week I'm really trying to get better and I'm trying to progress and I'm learning
more about videography and I'm learning more about photography.
It's been fun learning about and getting into the hobby of
film-making and shooting videos.
So keep an eye out for some new videos that will hopefully look significantly better.
Lighting and audio and all of that sort of stuff has a big impact.
The last few cooking videos I've edited I have a tough time distinguishing the footage
from the G7X and my iPhone.
I use the iPhone as a 'B' camera because that's the only B camera I have.
How I've been liking shooting the recipe videos, I like having the two simultaneous
cameras so I can switch back and forth in the editing.
It's a lot easier that way because I actually need to cook when I'm making those videos
so that gives me a little bit of flexibility with making a better video.
I can actually do the steps in the cooking without having to take these long breaks setting
up the camera and all of that sort of stuff.
So it's really not the camera that's going to produce the quality, it's lighting and
audio and framing and that's the stuff I'm learning.
The camera matters and it's helpful but it's a percentage of the production.
I think people put all of the stock and all of the importance on getting the best camera.
So that's enough about that, I'm just very excited to get these new lights.
It was a big purchase, the lights were as big of an investment as my camera was when
I first started this.
I'm hoping the quality matches the investment.
Really not too much else going on this week, just working a bunch.
Hopefully I'll be in that new store soon not having to commute.
Leave me a comment down below, let me know what you're favorite podcast is, always
looking for more.
So make sure to subscribe if you enjoyed the video, I put these out every week.
Until next time, I will talk to you all later.
Have a good one.

Mexican Hot Chocolate Caramel Popsicles! Bonus Episode! - Mind Over Munch - Duration: 1:53.Hey munchies!
It's Monday so it's another BONUS video!
And it's thanks to Premier Protein, who asked me to share a Cinco De Mayo recipe using their
Caramel Shake!
So I decided to make these Mexican hot chocolate caramel popsicles.
I thought this would be fun because MEXICAN chocolate is usually spicy, hot chocolate
is usually hot, obviously, caramel goes with sweet, spicy AND chocolate - we put them together
with a popsicle and we get COLD spicy, sweet hot chocolate!
For this recipe you will need your premier protein caramel shake – and these are perfect
for people with an active lifestyle looking get in that protein without extra calories
or sugar. These shakes have only 160 calories, a whopping 30 grams of protein,
and only 1 gram of sugar.
You'll also need milk of choice, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, nutmeg,
cayenne pepper, and chocolate chips.
If you're hesitant about the cayenne, DON'T be, it's such a delicious and unique flavor,
I would encourage everyone to try it!
Add all of your ingredients, EXCEPT your chocolate chips, into a blender and blend 'em on up until
super creamy and integrated.
Then, grab a popsicle mold, I use this one and I will link it in the description,
and pour in your chocolate popsicle mixture.
Place the lid on top, pop in your popsicles sticks, and transfer to the freezer.
Now before the popsicles set completely, after about 2 hours, you can take out these babies
if you want and sprinkle on some chocolate chips.
We want to do this before they set so that they will stick!
It's not necessary but adds a fun touch!
Return to the freezer until set, another 2 hours or so, and then take them out, remove
the lid and VOILA!
Delicious, fudgy chocolate popsicles, with a KICK!
I hope you all have a wonderful time if you're celebrating Cinco De Mayo!
Remember to be safe!
I'll see you on Thursday for a brand new episode, and remember it's all a matter
of Mind Over Munch!

How to Install Retrofit LED Lights 4 Inch Kit - Dimmable LED Recessed Lighting Sunco 3000K 5000K - Duration: 2:17.Upgrading your recessed lighting to LED is now super easy to do with kits like these.
Today I'm retrofitting 4-inch cans with Sunco LED lights.
These are all self-contained units with no bulbs to mess with and they stay in place
with friction clips.
To power these, just screw in the wiring adapter just like a light bulb.
I have 8 lights I'm going to replace in this room so let's get started.
My old fixtures have a trim plate and energy consuming halogen bulbs.
So the first thing I need to do is gently slide the trim ring off.
It might need to be wiggled out.
Then twist the bulb out.
So here's the socket we'll connect to with the LED.
Take the wiring adapter and twist it into bulb socket.
Now connect the LED to this cord.
Tuck the wires gently into the can and insert the LED light module.
If for some reason it's not completely flush with the ceiling, give the light a small twist
while pushing up.
This is a super simple DIY project that anyone can do.
Now just repeat this process with any other 4 inch lights you want to convert to LED.
On a final note, these LED lights are fully dimmable and I use the Insteon KeypadLinc
in my home automation system.
The dimming is very smooth with this controller.
I hope you found this video helpful and if you did please give me a thumbs up and don't
forget to subscribe to my channel for more how-to videos and product reviews.

Testing Out Daily Vlogs, Welcome to the First One! - DragoNate Daily Vlog - Sunday 2017/04/30 - Duration: 2:57.well hello there it is Sunday and
welcome to the first of my daily
vlogging videos I'm going to try out
some daily vlogs doing the exact same
thing I have been doing but instead of
making one big video at the end of the
week I'm going to do one video every day
so I'm going to record this tonight and
then upload it tomorrow Monday morning
when you guys will be seeing this and
we're going to test this out for daily
stuff and see how that works I do like
the idea that and it will at least allow
me to make one video and hopefully not have
such a huge long video with a bunch of
stuff in there and I don't have to
condense all the information so much as
it's a lot for me to talk about in a
single day then I can kind of do that
and this video can kind of go on for I
don't know 5-10 minutes
I really can't see it any one of these
videos going on for longer than 10
minutes though to be honest so today not
only did I play a new game that I got a
request to play for my Fiverr page I also
edited it which is very difficult for me
to do to record and edit the video in
one day that usually does not work for
me and I usually procrastinate a bunch
just because I find it very difficult to
sit down for long periods of time doing
kind of the same thing over and over but
it worked on that edited it and it took
me a long time to get that done and it
written the video render time was like 4
hours or so which is ridiculous but it's
again because I had two videos on top of
each other and multiple video effects
applied to the one so that's what pretty
much my entire day consisted of was that
and then the rest of it of course like
usual mom and I watched videos we
always do this every Sunday I also took
a bit of a nap and there really isn't
too too much else for me to talk about
so oh but I did if you guys want to see
the slide challenge I talked about
literally yesterday so you can just go
to my Instagram which is just DragoNateYT
and you'll see the video for of the
different slides that I did and why it
was such
silliness but it was so much fun and I
guess that's it so today was a great day
I hope you guys have a great day and I
hope your Monday is great as well is was
because you know time change know that
yeah and let me know what you think of
this daily video idea I mean granted
this is the first one so there's really
not a whole heck of a lot for you to say
anything about right now but and we'll
try this for at least a week probably
I'll probably do for a for at least a
couple of weeks and we'll see how that
all goes and I'm sure it'll be fine I'm
sure I'm sure this will kind of be an
interesting thing and yeah we'll see how
that goes that's either way for now see
you tomorrow have a great one and Godbless

How cast for custom shoes are made? (Pascal Briand vlog 39) - Duration: 7:41.Today, i do a little video to show you how cast for custom shoes are made
why do you put plastic like this?
so in the corner there is no...
place for the foot o move
the foot is not moving
if we exagerate in the shoes
some skater like to have this part coming up a bit
then there is no movement at all...it's full efficient
now you put the "resine" for cast?
yes it's resine strip
it can be strip or socks , but socks suck
as they are not as close
is it cold?
let's say its not that warm^^
why do you push so much in this area?
it's to make sure there is enought contact around ankle
so the foot stay down in the shoes
custom shoes is about this
normally you almost don't need to lace later
if the carbon is done properly
if it fit good behind...foot make a block with the shoes
you have to make sure down Inside foot is close too
when you are not ready it can make little pain at first
but when you get used to it....then...wow its good
also this part is important
it need to be close to the foot
so you get more stability in the corner
with this, you get more power in corner
it's a famous sprinter ...
a french one...Who told me this
sometimes when we take is out we put pressure with the finger
for me its most important step
if cast is done good, then shoes is probably very good too
you prepare an operation?
yep yep yep
you should have shave^^ ...hair is stuck in the cast^^
yep but i didn't think of doing it today
i let you writte your name on it
you writte your name on it please
cause i keep them for 3-4 years

What do you think about this? plese share this news and let us know what
you think!

HAPPENS BECAUSE WE HOPE OR WISH
IT BY MERELY PROTESTING.
WE HAVE TO BUILD AND TAKE
ACTION.
ADAM: HAVING DONE THIS ONCE IN
26, YOU SPENT A LOT OF TIME IN
IOWA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT THE NEW
HAMPSHIRE VOTER THAT MAKES THEM
GOOD AT DISCERNING WHO SHOULD BE
THE NEXT LEADER OF THE FREE
WORLD?
GOV. O'MALLEY: ONE OF THE
BEAUTIES OF NEW HAMPSHIRE IS
PEOPLE EXPECT TO SEE THE
CANDIDATES UP CLOSE.
PERSONAL.
BE ABLE TO LOOK THEM IN THE EYE.
BE ABLE TO SHAKE THEIR HAND.
THERE IS A LOT OF INTUITIVE
SIGNALS THAT WE PICK UP AS HUMAN
BEINGS.
AND JUST TALKING WITH OTHER
HUMAN BEINGS.
I FEEL THAT PERSONAL SORT OF
DEMOCRACY IS SOMETHING THAT IS
REFRESHING.
AND WHAT NEW HAMPSHIRE HAS TO
OFFER OUR COUNTRY.
IT IS SOMETHING THAT MAKES OUR
COUNTRY STRONGER, THAT WE STILL
HAVE STATES WHERE THE CANDIDATE
CAN MAKE THE ROUNDS AND MEET
