Trainee Insights – Marlou Kramer – Digital Content Creation - Duration: 2:25.

(door knocking)

- Hi, welcome to Momice.

(upbeat music)

- Can you please show me around?

- I will.

So there's two companies in this building.

So we have International Orange,

and we have, of course, Momice.

It is a SAS product,

which is a user-friendly event communication software.

Event managers can use it, or corporates,

to improve organizing their events.

So here we have the kitchen area.

- [Lies] And which place do you sit?

- So I'm sitting more at the back.

We call it the Freelance Area,

because I'm the newie here at Momice.

This is my spot.

- [Lies] What do you do here at Momice?

- So I'm the digital content creator,

which is like an online marketeer.

So I'm writing the blog for Momice,

I'm putting these blogs on social media,

on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.

- You are working with Google analytics?

- Yep.

If you're working with writing content,

it already gets very close to growth hacking

because it's cool to write a blog

and be creative in a sense,

but if no one is gonna read it,

it's not gonna be fun to write it.

(relaxed music)

We have guys working here

who are having business appointments with other companies.

I'm trying to ask them, where did they find us?

How did they get to Momice?

Why did they call us?

And you're like, "Oh, I don't know."

And then I'm like, but I have to know,

I have to know where they're coming from,

and then they say, "I saw this post about being number one".

And I'm like, "Oh, that's great,"

because that's what I'm doing.

- [Lies] What did you think

has been your biggest learning here?

- Well, you know, you don't even sense

that your creating skills, you're not aware of it,

because you're just doing it.

It's also a lot of your own interest,

it's not gonna happen with only the classes

and working at the company.

- [Lies] Do you see yourself working here

for even longer than your traineeship?

- I really like it here,

I really have a nice team of people.

They really see me staying here

and I would like it to stay here as well.

Well, thank you for being here, guys.

- Thank you.

Bye-bye.

- [Marlou] Bye.

Robin Schulz feat. James Blunt - OK (Lyrics / Lyric Video) - Duration: 3:14.

[Verse 1] I really need you

I really need your love right now I'm fading fast

Not gonna last I'm really stupid

I'm burning up, I'm going down I win it back

Don't even ask

[Pre-Chorus] When I found myself in the middle, in the

middle, in the middle Could you love me more, just a little, just

a little Overcomplicate when it's simple, when it's

simple, when it's simple Would you love me more, just a little

[Chorus] So tell me now

When every star falls from the sky And every last heart in the world breaks

Oh hold me now When every ship is going down

I don't feel nothing when I hear you say

[Post-Chorus] It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK

[Verse 2] I'm really sorry

Sorry I dragged you into this I only think, that's all it is

The way you love me The way you love me 'til the end

The way you love me Oh yeah, it makes me king again

[Pre-Chorus] When I found myself in the middle, in the

middle, in the middle Could you love me more, just a little, just

a little Overcomplicate when it's simple, when it's

simple, when it's simple Would you love me more, just a little

[Chorus] So tell me now

When every star falls from the sky And every last heart in the world breaks

Oh hold me now When every ship is going down

I don't feel nothing when I hear you say

[Post-Chorus] It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK

[Bridge] It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK

[Post-Chorus] It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK It's gonna be OK

It's gonna be OK It's gonna be OK

[Outro] When every ship is going down

I'm finally back... Let's celebrate! - Duration: 5:07.

Hello everybody, I decided to make this video, first of all

to celebrate the first month of my recovery after a surgery from which I still have this

little guy down here, celebrate my comeback, but also to address a few issues and share

with you my thoughts with regards to Snail Trading, the website and the community.

Those of you that have been following me for quite some time now, you know that at the

beginning of 2017, I decided to limit access to my weekly reports on the website to those

of you, who participate in Snail Trading cashback program.

I believe that all of you understand that the cashback program helps me and Snail Trading

to finance the development and maintenance of the website, as well as, partially compensate

me for the ridiculously long hours that I spend to create that content and provide it

of course free of charge!

What it appears that some of you failed to understand is that the cashback program is

mainly a benefit to you!

You help Snail Trading on one hand but on the other hand you are able to reduce your

trading costs free of charge and that is very important!

The program was linked to the weekly reports with the sole purpose of attracting your attention

to the program and...

there's no catch here, there's no scam!

and to prove that, I decided to remove all restrictions with my comeback to the weekly reports but

of course, it is needless to say that

I still recommend you to use the cashback program.

In fact, I ask you to spend some time and really try to understand the benefits that

the program will bring to you.

If you still hesitate... if you still hesitate to participate, don't take my word for granted,

you can go to our Slack group and ask other members, other traders that are already using

the program and I am sure that you will receive only positive comments.

Speaking of Slack...

That's the other thing I would like to address in this video.

The purpose of Snail Trading website is to provide traders with a cyberspace where they

can meet with other traders and exchange knowledge with regards to trading.

Slack is a piece of software that gives us the opportunity to do that in real time!

I encourage all of you to be more active in the Slack group, ask questions, share analysis,

share your feelings, your wins, your losses, your setups, anything!

Believe it or not that helps others and in return that helps you!

Asking questions directly and privately to me, makes it a lot more difficult for me to

cope up with all of the messages, and answers, etc., but also nobody else benefits from my

answers.

While if you ask questions in the Slack team, other people in the team will be able to benefit

from the answers, but also some of the more experienced members will likely be able to

answer your questions, which will free up time for me.

Well that's pretty much everything I wanted to cover in this video.

I am happy that I am back and I have plans for new services and new content that I am

confident that you will like!

I hope that you will do your part helping me to create a great and free trading community

through Snail Trading and you can start now, share this video!

Thank you for watching!

8 Signs You May Be A Mystic - Duration: 4:36.

8 Signs You May Be A Mystic

Heres the definition I use for the word mystic: a person who claims to attain,

or believes in the possibility of attaining, insight into mysteries transcending ordinary

human knowledge, as by direct communication with the divine or immediate intuition in

a state of spiritual ecstasy.

I understand its not a word everyone is familiar with. Buddhism is my path, but its

not really correct to call it my religion. Its a mystical path, not a religion. At

least, thats how I see it.

I realized not too long ago that I had a mystical worldview. Mystics have been present throughout

human history. Mysticism pre-dates organized religion, but its something that has been

almost lost in the modern world.

Here are some signs that you may be a mystic like me.

1) Personal connection rather than texts and doctrines.

Mystics want to personally connect with spirituality, rather than relying on someone elses spiritual

experience. They like to hear about the experiences of others, but arent tied to them.

2) Always Questioning

By nature, mystics are iconoclasts. They ask questions that some think shouldnt be asked.

They wonder about the nature of humanity and the nature of existence. For this reason,

mystics are often uncomfortable with systems of authority, especially religious ones. Mystics

are the ones who challenge authority and the status quo. The mystic isnt attached to

old paradigms.

3) Relying on Intuition

Mystics have an ability to rely on insight and intuitive perceptions. These are essential

for a spiritual seeker.

4) Seeing the Truth Within

Mystics measure successes on the spiritual path based on their own internal guidance,

rather than some external forms and rituals. The only purpose of ritual is to trigger some

insight within.

5) Looking up at the stars in wonder.

Does it take you out of yourself when you look up at the sky? Even if you arent thinking

about the vastness of the cosmos, this is still a sign of the mystic worldview. This

means youre connecting to deeper truths in the universe.

6) Feeling a lot of empathy, often too much.

The mystic has a tendency to transcend the ego, so the boundaries between Self and Other

are a little more thin.

7) Connection to nature.

A feeling of relaxation when you are away from civilization is normal for the mystic.

Not only because of the isolation, but also because the wonders of the natural world are

manifested before us when we arent distracted by the city.

8) Devotion to Truth.

A love of facts and knowledge, as opposed to opinion and conjecture. A real seeker

of the truth is rare.

How to Deal with Colours. Colour Combinations For Men. Best Looks. How to style. Lookbook - Duration: 7:36.

hi it's Michael from men's finest and in

this video we are talking colours does

this go with that right no let's see the

science behind colours what we should

pair colours with what goes with what

and what definitely doesn't go with each

other let's dive into that now and also

there'll be some controversial

statements and the end of this video so

make sure you watch to the end

this video is part of video series

making men look smarter click on the

playlist next to me to see all the other

videos in the playlist and now we're

talking colors reds yellows blues and

that question I get asked all the time

how do you how does this go with each

I don't know so in order to get in depth

and simplify knowledge about how to pick

color

we must be familiar with one thing

called the wheel of colors as always

there are rules adopted and enforced

by designers and stylists however you

need to take into account what works

best for you and your wardrobe have you

got those colors if not maybe you should

try to invest so there are three primary

colors red yellow and blue.

Red, yellow and blue

are the only colors that cannot be made

by mixing any other colors together

that's important to understand that

those simple primary colors are something

that we need to have and our whole style

wrap around if we want to look good and

use color a lot the often come across as

a harsh on the eye because they bright

they are intense, they are eye catching and that's

not always very good so please do

remember that. you did that to pump up

your confidence but make sure it doesn't

wear you so make sure you are owning the

look maybe try a yellow trousers would be a

huge statement but I wouldn't actually

wear yellow trousers and maybe read

roll neck jumper and

blue navy jacket because that would have

been simply too much I also have got

this combination I practically cannot

wear together so a very blue beautiful

colour and beautiful sweater from a

Polo Ralph Lauren but i cannot wear

that with my Polo Ralph Lauren and

beautiful yellow trousers I would not be

able to wear these two together because

again the scream and and they shout and

you don't want to be anywhere near

someone that wears anything like that

so imagine compare those two plus in a

yellow watch that would have been a

disaster so you combine those three

together you need to go and watch this

video again because I will not highly

recommend any of these put together what

do I do with that well I could wear it

with maybe a white shirt and some maybe

gray nice jumper now let's add the

secondary colors green, orange and violet

the basically using power of

complementary colors which those three

are is to develop an eye for detail

again you maybe should match a green

pair of shoes to red shoelaces they are

okay if you have a blue blazer get an

orange pocket square or purchase a

violet shirt with yellow buttons

all these options might sound too

adventurous but if you keep the rest of

the outfit plain as I mentioned before

it will work wonders

I've seen people

wearing any shades any colors and still

pulling them off in theory many colors

don't match well with each other

and there is even a three colour rule

what is a free colour rule well that's

very simple you should never wear more

than three colours at the time am i

wearing three colours at the time yes

if you include my trousers

so these are kind of complementary this

is kind of complementary with all of

that so it's still playing with the lots

of Blues there and then if you look at

my trousers that are obviously so that

that brick red brick sort of colour so

that's okay and then with that I could

perhaps wear some nice double monk

straps leather shoes maybe some boat

shoes that is also sort of the blue

shades so I'm keeping everything for no

more than two or three colours at once

Men very often go the opposite way

where they wear no colours which is

always and a bit of a mystery to me

because if you already have got two

colors white and black and you mix them

all together with all sorts of different

grays and shades of grays they will

always look the same because the only using

two colors so why do you do that why do

you wear white and black and shades all

the time stop doing that

buy some colorful pieces see what you

can do with it the last point I'm trying

to make here is where some exciting

clothes to work and you would brighten

up the office people going to start

appreciate you you got to get noticed

who knows maybe you didn't get that

promotion last year because you had dull

enough for no one to realize that you

actually exist

think about that for a second

there are

three primary colors yellow red and blue

don't wear them together never. rule no.2

to make sure you understand that there

is only three colors you should wear and

time on you. you start wearing five or six

or 15. people get confused you're going

to get confused

you can look like and

a clown

so if you look at the wheels of

colors you'll see that you can also pick

a colors that are directly opposite on

the wheel of colors so you can also look

at the violet and yellow you can also

maybe look at orange and blue so you can

sort of complement that look by just

turning that we love colors and using

the exact opposite colors to wear some

piece, statement piece like a pocket

square or a watch you know and I

mentioned to you already that I'm

actually color blind so my yellow could

look different to your yellow but don't

worry all of that i have told you is

actually backed by science so stick the

colors of three stick to the wheel of

colors and you're going to be fine

you

Tony Robbins: How to Learn Anything Faster (Tony Robbins 2017) - Duration: 10:33.

[Music]

one skill you want to master and this

day and age that we live in if you want

an extraordinary life if we really learn

rapidly because today there is more

opportunity to do more things learn

things create things experience things

than any time in human history

but most people are way way way behind

the times unless they grew up with

technology and learning so I would like

to start this morning by showing you the

strategy for learning what is learning

so if we take a human being and this

will be a drawing of him being so you

can see it again I majored in art

magnificent isn't it so if we take a

human being and we want to be able to

have them learn something what is

learning learning is the creation of

here the key word of a relationship

whenever you learn something all you're

really doing is creating a relationship

between two things if I want to learn

something so now how do I learn this

it's not figuring things out that's how

most of us think of learning learning is

not figuring things out learning is the

creation of relationship between two

things something you already know the

known something you already know it's in

your head already you understand it and

a relationship between the known and

what would you ask the unknown because

the minute you link something you

understand to something you don't

understand you now understand what you

didn't understand let me give you an

example would become much more clear the

best teachers throughout human history

we're teachers that use metaphors or

similes I don't know what your religious

belief is but I'm not here to tell you

what to believe religiously but I'm

personally a Christian there are a lot

of great teachers in Christ clearly as

one good thousand years later here these

great teachings when Christ wanted to

teach fishermen how to bring people to

the Christian Church did he say I want

you to go out and be a headhunter did he

say I want you to go out and recruit

Christians they use the word recruit yes

or no no because they have no reference

no there's nothing

related to recruit to them but something

with fishermen he said he said I want

you to become fishers of men and

instantaneously they understood the

entire process of recruiting what do you

do you feel a little bit out they start

to bite reel them in okay they

understood the entire process because he

related something they wouldn't have

understood like how to recruit somebody

for a church to something that already

understood something they already knew

how many ball that they I how many saw

the movie Dances with Wolves with Kevin

Costner did you like it it's been a long

time now do you remember in that movie

there was a scene where Kevin Costner

meets these three Indians of the first

time he's sitting in his own little camp

and these three Indians come in on

horseback remember that it's the first

interaction with the Indians and it's

kind of a tense moment because he

doesn't know they're going to attack or

what they're going to do and they come

up and they're just standing there he

looks at them and look at him

they're just there's this moment's

silence and all sudden the Indian goes

hah hah hah hah

and he searched 10 million finals goes

nope no nose in there all right the

other knee goes awesome haha oh yah mahn

oh ho Yamaha he's like I don't know

right so he says well hello how are you

and they hear subscripting they searched

their files and find nothing so then he

did something really smart he starts

doing this he bends over like this takes

his fingers like this and he starts

moving his leg like this a good man's

buffalo Buffalo buffalo and the one the

Indian looks at the other Indian he goes

he's been drinking too much firewater

remember and yet even goes no nalli he

was buffalo buffalo the one of the

mediating he goes on he puts his fingers

up like this doesn't he young hunga

hunga buffalo him to turn the buffalo

sits on the buffalos gazonga what

happens he now knows the Tonga is and

ain't no Buffalo is immediately there's

learning because he figured a way to get

across something they both knew they

both seemed on planes and link to

something they didn't know to Tonga or

Buffalo depending upon their life

experience now

whenever you don't learn it's because

someone is trying to teach you in a

different way and the different way is I

was a good student in school I liked

learning until I got to junior high

school high school where I liked all

subjects until I got to there when math

became algebra geometry and trigonometry

because when I got there I totally hated

it so I had no motivation to really

learn it it was no drive to learn

something you know but then secondly

since I wasn't driven it was also the

class that usually had the most homework

and if you didn't in the homework and

you came in the next day it was like

being in a foreign language class

hypotenuse of X Y Z over time all I'm

hearing is ha ha ha oh yeah my dream

searching I don't know what that is so

then I would raise my hand to ask a

question she's not a good thing to do in

that environment so I say well what is

the hypotenuse would you die and they go

oh our super duper - but I you don't

know that's really like I've Abba Dabba

Dabba that you don't know so if you want

to learn something if you're not

learning it's not that you're not smart

it's not that you can't figure it out

it's that the person is explaining it

using references you don't have so I've

learned things like quantum physics I

learned things like nuclear power from

physicists I'll say ok explain to me how

that's like an orange house at least

like a solar system something I

understand and sure enough once they

make that linkage you got it you

understand the relationship you

understand what things are so this

morning I want to share with you

strategies but I'll do it by using more

of an own so once you write down

strategies real quickly as the

definition was given to us when I was

learning a strategy is a set of

neurological impulses organized with

specific syntax with shapes emotional

biochemical behavioral its responses to

such an extent that the stimulus

response is consistent

that's how they describe this what

strategies were and so we were lost and

I halfway through the third sentence and

so what happens is when you can't figure

out then you go in your head I can't

figure out what they mean what's going

on and then you're gone because you get

out of state and being able to learn so

that's why I took for half day so I'll

give you a simpler definition a strategy

is nothing but a specific way of

organizing your resources it's a

specific underlying specific very

important it's a specific is in general

a very specific way of organizing your

resources in order to keyword

consistently get a very specific result

so it's a specific way of organizing

your resources in order to consistently

now once in a while consistently get the

result you want now what is the resource

well it depends on the environment

you're using a strategy in is time or

resource yes or no for getting the

results you want you're like yes or no

is human emotion a resource yes if you

use anger are you going to get different

results and abuse joy is your physiology

a resource for creating good emotion yes

or no what about the pictures you make

in your head is that a resource it's

what you say a resource words a resource

yes or no

sure so there's unlimited resources but

the way you organize those resources

determine whether you're broke or rich

your time your mental focus your

attitude the way you work or don't work

where you spend money or don't spend

money it's not can you be rich or poor

it's just strategy the problem is most

people are unaware what their strategy

is most people have an excellent

strategy for having too much month at

the end of the money

excellent strategy and it's very

effective and it consistently produces

that result doesn't it tell me you've

ever mastered that strategy in your past

they act but if you organize your

resources differently can you always

have an abundance of money yes or no

sure can but it starts with the

resources what's going on here and here

because that's what determines all your

other behavior if we change your mental

and emotional pattern it'll change the

way you earn will change the way you

spend little change what you do

everything so the ultimate strategies

are mental and emotional because they

shape everything else see if you're fit

of fat is a strategy you may not be

doing it consciously but there's some

way you specifically organize what you

eat when you eat how much you eat

whether you move or not how you move how

you sleep see all those things determine

whether you're fit of fat whether you

got low energy or high energy are there

specific ways of organizing your

resources about you focus on what you

read how you feel how you move how you

eat that will consistently cause you to

have low levels of energy or even bet

are there strategies of Biscay and if

you can quickly do this you can count on

having disease in your body yes or no

other strategies and energy and health

yes or no we're going to focus on most

tomorrow so there are strategies for

anything other strategies for having

consistent passion and love and an

intimate relationship do you think yes

or no and other strategies that will

cause you to constantly be pissed off or

sad yes focusing on yourself as a focus

tools in example using your body in a

certain way thinking about things in a

certain way so anything you've ever done

almost everyone this room who here has

ever had a relationship for some periods

on even a day where it was magnificently

fulfilling and exciting for you and the

other person say I then you have a

strategy and you think it's time that

changes but it's not it's your strategy

so the secret this morning is

identifying what is it that you do when

you succeed and then doing just that

when you want to succeed each time like

once you know the buttons is if those

buttons like make it happen

Blue Whale - Addendum - Duration: 12:23.

A short addendum about the Blue Whale topic, following the new revelations that the network has released about the topic itself,

or about a phenomenon that, as somehow I anticipated in the text presenting the first video, is partly made up or dramatized,

a bit like Creepy Pastas' story, one of which was the Slender Man.

So, it's not clear exactly what happened, it's a almost-urban legend,

the Russian man who was arrested is not responsible for more than one hundred suicides but only for 14 of them, more or less,

(as if 14 were few)

it's unclear whether he is an "enthusiastic" killer and proud to be or he's repenting, and so on. Ok.

I have considered whether to remove or leave my previous video on the Tube

since I have been responsible, for my part, of the diffusion of a partly falsified news.

I decided to leave it for a number of reasons.

The first of these is that the video will always remind me of the importance of checking sources when I decide to release a news.

For the work I have done, I personally apologize.

To my defense and to defense of so many other people who have talked about Blue Whale,

not least the "Le Iene" guys that broadcast a tv show about it,

I can say that these urban legends are difficult to check because, like in this case,

they are going to connect to facts that actually happened while other things are added later,

so then going back to the origin of things is quite complex.

It' quite sure the existence of "Suicidal Rooms" on the net,

that is, places where people exchange ideas and suggestions on how to commit suicide and get stimulated to commit it.

When I wrote my Sexual Encyclopedia in 2010 and I did a lot of research about sexual paraphilias,

I found a website where transabled and amputee wannabe were exchanging ideas on how to cut their fingers using ice like anesthetic

and then amputate them, illustrating the process with lots of pics and tips about the after-surgery phase.

So, suicide and suicide induction phenomena exist on the net that's for sure.

It's not instead so sure how the Blue Whale phenomenon has been structured,

who has created and spread this list, so compared to what I said before some points would become questionable.

However, in my opinion, in my previous video there were point untouched by the hoax and I think I have given some good reflections.

For example, the fact that a difficult social environment (for political and economic reasons)

can be source of psychological discomfort sounds again like a good idea to me,

and it is not my invention, it's quite obvious.

The idea of young people, in an environment like that, becoming negative outsider,

starting to adopt negative behaviors such as suicide, drug abuse or anything else is just as obvious also.

Sounds again a good idea the one about the existence on the net of people who, with destructive purpose, can manipulate the intentions and weakness of the youngest.

The Blue Whale List, as it is structured, remains a well-thought out path of psychological torture.

Among other topics touched in the previous video, one thing I did not report is the concept of "completism",

that is, the subtly obsessive tendency of some people to complete tasks ... many people have this tendency to complete at all costs their tasks.

For example, videogames, and I'm a gamer, are often structured through a primary task and other minor missions

and you have to get to this final task through the execution of small missions that the player feels the need to complete before facing the final or main mission.

Many mobile games feature this psychological trick also.

Even the Blue Whale List is structured with uncomplicated tasks to come to its ultimate deadly task for which a person,

in a state of altered consciousness, may feel obsessively compelled to complete it.

It is interesting both the phenomenon and what has happened with this phenomenon also:

the news, the lack of control about news, the spread of this news.

I find it very positive that is a sort of hoax, first of all because it means that the phenomenon is less aberrant than it seemed at first,

though it seems that some people have actually committed suicide.

This confirms the fact that this youth is less psychopathological than many people want to suppose and,

I must say, even this insistence on wanting to talk about a pathological youth is something to think about.

It is a good thing that this news spread quickly also, because it reveal that this phenomenon is so divergent from human nature,

which tends to self-preservation, to preserve life, and to see positive outcomes, that it has really shaken consciences in an appealing way,

at least for my part in good faith, while someone else has look at it with morbidity.

The suggestion is still not to show certain pictures which ...

... I do not know now ...

... Have they been made on CG? Have they been staged? Was there a mattress under the parapet? …

… I don't know …

Something is still right: it's best not to turn these images into a show,

because there is no need to understand suicide or suicidal phenomena by seeing the shocking images of it.

to talk about it it's just enough.

Now the world will split up ... for a short time because the internet is fast to forget ...

... the word is splitting up between those who have commented perhaps too alarmingly this phenomenon (and I am one of them)

and who says "I never believed in it, it's unconvincing"

Still interesting is the fact that there is a slice of the population, not the most, who suffers, who has problems, that lives a dimension of solitude

that put them to various risks and in this case we talked about suicide, and manipulation led by people who, malignantly, can lead to suicide.

It is a fact that I, as a psychologist, am used to work not with objective and absolute truths, but with psychological truths

and the psychological truth is that someone developed the Blue Whale List, it was in the mind of someone,

some young has come into contact with it not as a joke,

and this goes beyond the fact that this phenomenon has not been structured as the (quasi)hoax seems to have been pass to us on in these days.

Hence, we can again draw important reflections about this topic.

In short, we will see this phenomenon the way it will evolve.

From my own, I'll don't' talk no more about it unless there are some striking developments that suggest new reflections.

However, I am curious to know what was true and what was fake in this story.

So this phenomenon sounds new not just about the list but also about how the news spreads;

Even this thing is a bit new and a bit old because the fact that the news spreads out of the mouth into the mouth,

fly from village to village, as was the case with the urban legends in the past decades and as with the myths in classical times

now the new technologies offer new channels of diffusion for this true-fake stories and also this is an interesting social-psychological phenomenon.

See you on my next video, the next time happier in the tone… or I hope so! Ciao.
