The End Of The World As We Know It?

Although I have dislike of watching strong violence on the TV, I do have a penchant for

zombie and end of world catastrophe movies.

One of my favorites being �World War Z�.

It only recently dawned on me that these zombie films are almost like a metaphor for the world

we live in today.

In a typical zombie film, a plague or virus wipes out the human host.

It may look like the body is alive, but it is just going through the motions, whilst

under the control of a parasitical hive-minded predator.

The zombie is unable to show empathy, think for itself or express any emotion, other than

rage, and all it seemingly can do is attack those not akin to it.

Hmmm, sound familiar?

We are surrounded by what seems like many non-thinking sleepwalkers who are just going

through the motions of life but aren�t really taking part in it.

They follow the protocol of: consume, reproduce, sleep and obey (If you�ve ever seen the

film �They Live� you�ll know where I�m coming from) and don�t seem able to see,

never mind question, the wrongdoings currently happening in the world.

Our reality has shifted, and the world is becoming more divided.

We are seeing evidence of this everywhere we look.

The polarities are so tangible now and it truly seems like there is a war between light

and dark being played out.

We are in the midst of some challenging, earth shifting times, that are affecting everyone

in some way or other.

The Empaths are feeling these changes in a pungently unpleasant way.

People are being played off against one another.

With their minds distracted and preoccupied, it has kept them from waking up to the truth

of themselves and the world.

This is causing friction and frustration.

There are a lot of unhappy folks out there, looking for ways to express their pain.

They don�t know why they are feeling the way they are, they just want somewhere to

offload their aggravations, and guess who frequently gets in the firing line�?

yes, the Empaths and Sensitive.

What is Happening?

Reality has changed.

We no longer live in the same world we did.

This is even obvious to those who aren�t Sensitive.

Everything is now heightened; people�s emotions and anger levels in particular and, as our

connections to others have become stronger, we are feeling it so much more potently.

We are all energy and have always been connected to one another, but now these bonds are amplified.

It is not just the Empaths who are experiencing these changes, everyone is affected.

And it is activating all kinds of resentments, anguish and confusion in the populace.

It seems like a full-on emotional war is being played out� but it only seems that way.

What we are actually undergoing are the birthing pains of positive change and a new world.

But the way this energy is being interpreted is making people lash out and attack.

This new changing energy is responsible for activating many of the dramas you will be

witnessing around you.

I first noticed this, what I call, �attack energy� early last year within the inexplicable

behaviors of certain others, and by the fact I kept finding myself getting triggered by

what felt like unpleasant energy.

At first, I thought it was just a random spate of darkness (which as Empaths we are used

to) but it wasn�t.

The best way I could describe it was as a negative-energy virus, spreading from person

to person.

I watched as people fostered this energy into their lives and created dramas out of it.

The �attack energy� continued to escalate, peaking between March and August this year.

The attack energies seem to come and go in waves, and trigger us at different times (just

like flu, that passes on from one person to the next).

It triggers us in many unusual and varied ways, often playing on our insecurities, long-forgotten

hurts and moods.

This energy also makes us very inwardly focused.

When I say that I don�t mean in a conceited way, more in the way that we cannot get out

of our heads and get stuck in repetitive thoughts, and we stay fixated on our inner-pain or how

difficult life is for us.

It has also created a sense of being unmotivated, lethargic, forgetful, uninspired, fed up and

flat.

Many want to move forward, and feel like they should be doing something to make it happen,

but have no inclination or motivation to do so.

As an Empath, you will be feeling this powerful shifting energy in ways unique to you; whether

you are in balance or not.

Some have built this attack energy into their life story and linked it to past or present

sufferings.

Others may be projecting it as blame.

But at some point, you will most definitely find yourself affected by it.

Being cruelly or unfairly treated or just feeling attacked, if even indirectly, is also

a common theme amongst Empaths.

Powerful Energetic Connections

Because our energetic connections to others have become so much more powerful, more so

than ever before, you will be feeling an increase in pain, physically and emotionally, and you

don�t need to be connected or in close proximity of another to sense this.

I only realized myself the strength of our connections a matter of weeks ago when I was

meeting some friends to go walking.

On the morning in question, as I was showering and getting ready to go out, I started to

feel an overwhelming sense of anxiety.

To give you an idea of what it felt like, it was similar to when you�ve had too much

caffeine whilst being under a great deal of stress.

But I no longer drink caffeine and I wasn�t stressed, so I knew it couldn�t be that.

Its cause had me flummoxed.

Whilst I was questioning why I was feeling this anxiety, it popped into my head that

it didn�t belong to me, but was in fact one of my friend�s.

But I quickly dismissed that notion because it was so real to me.

When I met with my friends, I immediately forgot the anxiety I had experienced earlier.

However, a couple of hours into the walk, a friend turned to me and explained how he

had been feeling a great deal of anxiety that morning before meeting us.

He had recently lost his job and was struggling financially.

He was so worried about �being judged� and our reactions to his news, that it triggered

an attack.

I then understood why I had been experiencing the anxiety.

It was his.

But the strange thing was I hadn�t been thinking about him directly that morning,

nor were his thoughts directed at me.

Although I have felt other people�s physical discomfort when in close proximity, I don�t

think I have been subjected to a connection that intensely from a distance, especially

when I wasn�t tuned into a specific person.

The point I am trying to make is that our connections to others have become incredibly

heightened.

Stronger than ever before.

And because so many people are in some kind of turmoil, you too may be experiencing this

as strange bodily sensations, hurt, anxiety or being under attack, even when you are not

actually in any firing line.

As Empaths, we are currently picking up emotional and physical pain from countless sources,

and we don�t need to be stood near someone or have a direct connection with them to experience

it.

We can even pick up a stranger�s hurt on the back-end of a conversation.

There are hundreds of other ways you may unknowingly link-up with this �attack energy�.

You may also have been on the receiving end of many personal attacks.

And it will have felt cruel and unfair.

Unfortunately, they are unavoidable.

We all take a battering at some point and you may well hit out or retaliate towards

your attacker.

Which isn�t always the best option.

Just tends to feed their blind fury.

In these cases, we have to remember to step away and not take anything personally.

It is their pain, insecurity and hidden issues rising to the surface, which they are refusing

to face.

Hidden pain generally makes people lash out and behave cruelly and inconsiderately.

Empaths often end up on the receiving end of other people�s malice.

But lately, it has been become ridiculous and if you haven�t been attacked directly,

you will feel the pain of those who have.

And because you also pick up on the pain that drives these malicious attacks, it has double

the impact.

Not wanting to sound all doom and gloom, on the other side of this, I have also felt many

encouraging repercussions of the current energy connections, especially through positive energetic

feedback.

Here�s an example of how this feedback can be experienced: When we�ve done something

to help another or make someone feel good about themselves, even just uplifted, the

positive vibes we receive in return are incredible.

These feel-good sensations of gratitude are massively amplified and can be felt all day

long, sometimes making you slightly hyper.

The Untruths

Another issue Empaths are struggling with at this time are the untruths.

We know we are meant to live in our truth, but this is presently becoming much harder

to do.

Everywhere we look people are blindly inhabiting a world of deceit as if it is the normal,

acceptable thing to do.

Liars seem to get rewarded and believed, whereas those who speak the truth get attacked.

And because of this, it becomes difficult to be our authentic selves.

If we express to others who we are, what we feel, see and intuit, we may get verbally

criticized (often behind our backs), or we can sense the apprehension or disbelief in

another.

But if we stay quiet about who we are we feel we are being dishonest and living a lie.

This is currently causing deep inner anguish and frustration and because this is an issue

affecting many, I intend to address it in a post on its own.

The Good News

While I know lots of you are grappling in various ways with this shift, that seems to

have just been building and getting worse with no end in sight, there is a silver lining.

The good news is that although it may seem things are deteriorating, they are really

changing for the better.At the end of September there was a significant shift, but it was

a shift in a more positive direction.

You probably felt this change but may not have realized what it was.

Since early October, I noticed the �attack energy� has significantly reduced (though

some will still be feeling it strongly) and there has been a definite influx of positive

energy.

It feels to me as if once you have taken what you need from the �attack energy� the

negative effects significantly reduce.

You realize you have got a choice and don�t need to get wrapped up in anyone else�s

drama, nor do you need to experience the pain.

You can choose to step away from it the moment you sense it arising in another.

But, that said, changes are unfolding rapidly, and because of this it may be causing you

confusion (that�s why many are struggling with a muggy head, forgetfulness and unclear

thinking) and uncertainty.

Where we are heading as a species, I don�t think anyone can say for sure but I feel and

choose to believe we are heading somewhere special.

But we still have to continue to put the work in if we want to see positive change within

ourselves and others.

As Empaths, we are each unique and diverse and we go through personal, emotional and

physical upheavals at separate times.

When we are each individually ready.

I write about the many ways we can look after ourselves, in my books and on this blog, because

we need a selection of tools to keep us balanced, protected and grounded during these challenging

times.

You will likely have found what used to work to protect, ground, stabilize or even manifest,

no longer does; or you may find you no longer tolerate or have any inclination for it.

We must continue to evolve, adapt and grow, and that means swapping and changing our chosen

healing/protective techniques when and as required.

Cleaning up the mind, body and spirit takes effort.

But it is what is needed if we want to find balance, happiness and move forwards in life.

It is only our resistance that makes the work challenging.

If you are stressed or struggling, know that it won�t last forever (even though it probably

feels like it already has).

If you have been working on yourself and haven�t yet started seeing positive change, know you

soon will.

And once through the other side of it, you come to understand exactly why you experienced

all that you have.

And remember: birth can be a painful process�

New Giant Box Jurassic World Surprise Dinosaurs For Kids #5 / T-Rex, Indominus Rex, Unboxing

rolls that we unboxed today we had quite

a few because we went with a lot of the

smaller dinos so a Jurassic world

Jurassic Park I believe like half oh wow

guys it's great to see you again so glad

you came back today is box number 5 of

my dinosaur toys I've had requests to

show all my dinosaur toys and that's

exactly what I'm doing I'm going ahead

unboxing these and setting them up in

the park so they can't escape right now

I am seeing Jurassic Park drastic world

transformers Grimlock because he is a

dinosaur

Oh looks like we've got a dino Punk

Power Ranger over there

Wow box is loaded let's get started okay

so we got the park all set up to 10,000

volt fence installed the diner okay our

very first one is also the most

expensive and the hardest one to find

this is the animatronic Spinosaurus from

Jurassic Park this is the huge one all

rubber skin and it's really hard to find

this with working electronics well I did

so in here if you push the back he lifts

his head he roars very realistic looking

movement because of the rubber skin and

then also he has a button of wound here

on the side you could push and he makes

like yelping noise and he moves his head

up or down and also you have a button

here you could pull

which will make a move so this guy is

awesome I do got a full review on this

and the other dinos you will see if you

want to go to my Jurassic Park or

Jurassic world playlist if it is a

Jurassic world toy or Jurassic Park the

Jurassic world one has all of them the

Jurassic Park is specific to Jurassic

Park ok so this guy is huge I'm going to

just set him up right now right here in

the back wow that takes up a lot of my

play area and I got a lot of Dinos in

this box ok my next one is a Power

Rangers toy this is from the Dino super

charge series I did our review all of

the Dino super charge Power Rangers if

you want to check out my Power Rangers

playlist but this is the Archelon it's

got a spinning blade here the slides pop

off you could use this guy as the arms

on one of the Megazords so I'm going to

go ahead and play through the guy here

ok then next we have a smaller indominus

rex this one has like a wound like an

open wound so if you hit it here it pops

open and you got like a gruesome wound

on its side so this one is great for

battles and if you push this tail you

will also move his head down and chomp

so this is a really nice one I'm going

to put this one coming right out of the

gate dress

then next we have a hybrid Dilophosaurus

this is the one from other Jurassic

world movie so his sides do pop out here

so you could have him aah-aah-aah

and uh he also has an action feature

here he could move his head when you

move his head forward the flaps pop off

and he has a gruesome light-up wound

here on this side so I'm gonna place

this guy all the way back over here next

we have a nice big chomping t-rex but

this guy's batteries are almost dead

because I've used this guy a lot so odd

they do need replacing but he does roar

his eyes light up and he's great for

chomping smaller dinos so this is a

Playmobil t-rex so I'm going to place

them all the way inside over there

and then I have a cool Playmobil

velociraptor so this one if you move his

tail he makes really cool poison to move

the head opens his mouth so I like this

one this one is really cool and his eyes

also light up so this guy I'm gonna play

in the back over here

and then I got a zoo mer t-rex so this

guy's got like different sensors he'll

like run around like sense your arm he's

got different modes he gets angry and

stops off

he does have prank mode too if you pull

this tail he'll bark and burp and stop

so this guy is really funny

I'm going to go ahead and place him in

the back and then I got an awesome

little plush t-rex from Jurassic world

guys really cute looking I'm going to go

ahead and place him over to the side

here by the rock the next I got a big

freaky looking one this is an angler

fish from our Animal Planet you might

have seen this guy on Finding Nemo or um

finding dory my half a minute - this is

the one that tries to eat a Dory so all

these guys he's really freaky looking

I'm gonna go ahead and place him off to

the side here he's kind of big he

doesn't really fit into the park and

then I got another awesome Power Rangers

one this is the ammonite zoo so this

guy's real cool too you could switch

this around to make this like firing one

that actually like twirls around so when

it's transformed into Megazord armed

this would be like a Gatling gun so I'll

put this guy here by the ammonite sword

and then we have one of the

mix-and-match

type set you could go ahead and connect

all of these this would be the indominus

rex from jurassic world so it's arms

legs tail and head will pop off similar

to how all Legos set works and you could

pop different dinos on

so it's really cool you can make like an

indominus with the head of like a

triceratops and then here is another one

of those this would be the Spinosaurus

so each of them they usually had parts

to create two different dinos so like I

said if you want to check out my

Jurassic world playlist I got all of

those on there including battles we're

going to go ahead and put this guy here

on top of the waterfall like he's taking

a drink okay then we have another one I

believe these things are called mashups

or mash'ems this is an ankylosaurus one

so like I said all the parts on all of

these are interchangeable so they are a

lot of fun we'll put him back there and

then we have one more here which is a

parasol asaurus so once again everything

pops off and you could interchange it

with other Dino is really going to place

that guy there behind the tree because

we need to room for some smaller dinos

we have okay so we have a family of

herbivores here these look like a pet

asaurus to me I don't know herbivores

are kind of boring I like stuff that

could eat each other get set those to

the side there and hide them and then I

have a cool little Playmobil jurassic

world velociraptor so I will set this

guy back here with the big one the big

one will be his mommy small little

freaky looking t-rex this was made

nothing say so must be a generic one set

this one all the way and then we have a

really colorful velociraptor

this guy is colors all over the place

that guy is probably a generic one too I

don't see any name or anything and this

is a generic t-rex worn here we've got

an Eric one here I look sort of like a

Dimetrodon I mean they must have taken

if it is they must have taken some

liberties here because it's not exactly

accurate got a couple cool ankylosaurus

dinosaurs this one I think was made by

attack so that one's a nice heavy one

and then a little tiny generic one it

doesn't say it was laid by there then we

got another little one here this is a

skeleton soros so I haven't even heard

of that guy before so if you definitely

an herbivore and then we have a couple

Triceratops here we've got three horns a

little baby Triceratops there and then

we have direc asuras Styracosaurus is

similar but he's got one horn instead of

three okay and then a tiny little

their t-rex here we'll put over there

and then we have a couple generic

looking velociraptors and then a couple

Parasaurolophus dinos here probably

mommy and baby eggs it goes up over here

couple little Stegosaurus is here these

would be herbivores go ahead and that

goes up over here and then here I got

Maciek asuras I believe this was made

yeah Safari limited so this is like

almost like a mix of like an Apatosaurus

and some type of carnivore so I will set

this guy here and then from Jurassic

Park I got a mortgage finest actual

feature if you push on the spikes he

will open and close his mouth and okay

if you pull on the tail he'll do lifts

his spikes and open his mouth so you can

see this is JP 58

sit this one back here okay the last of

all I have a couple Velociraptor Delta's

so this is the first version which

people hated I showed you guys before

that they left out the third claw the

mouse does not move no action feature I

mean this guy does absolutely nothing

and then you got the second version here

which was much better first of all he's

got an action feature and he makes it

sound if you pulled on his tail those

sounds like his batteries is starting to

die so he makes like a almost like a

growling noise then also if you push

here this lights up and he makes like

almost like a squealing noise like

something attacked him but once again

bad reason

arms move and they did put in the third

claw so you can see if you compare the

two that they did a much better job with

the second version so I like the second

one a lot so the first one we're going

to hide in the back here because I don't

like but this second one I'm going to

put him right here in front of the

waterfall okay guys so here are all the

Dino roles that we unboxed today we had

quite a few because we went with a lot

of the smaller dinos so a Jurassic world

Jurassic Park

I believe sly capo and then of course

our best one back there Moon's

animatronics find thesaurus that guy is

totally awesome

Adriana Makeup Inspired Transformation Tutorial - Duration: 2:52.

Mapping out my face, I realized my eyebrows are too high arch. I need to make the mountain into a flat road less traveled.

I'm covering the beginning and the end of my eyebrows with Elmer's gluestick

Set with powder

Apply a full coverage foundation or concealer to hide the areas. Make sure to use a tapping motion to not ruin the glue.

Set with powder

I'm applying concealer as my eyelid base.

Apply a taupe color flat on the crease with a small fluffy brush.

Apply black eyeliner pencil close to the lash line. At the end point, apply it downward to give the illusion of a fish.

Also apply it on the waterline to make the eyes appear smaller.

I'm blending out with my finger since the natural oils my skin will break up the pigment.

I'm setting it with black eyeshadow

Exaggerate the tear ducts with a black eyeliner pen.

With a swiping motion, apply mascara to get her elongated eyes.

Apply foundation

Highlight with concealer under the eyes, the nose, around the mouth, the chin, and above the brows.

If you notice I'm hiding half of my eyebrows for a straighter appearance.

Blend out and set with powder.

Contour the forehead to deepen the skin color.

Contour the nose into a slender triangle

Contour from ear level heading towards the chin.

Apply a neutral nude color

With concealer clean up the edges on the bottom lip

Pat on a sheer dusty rose lipgloss, as though you know Victoria's Secret. (( I know her secret, but do you? Its a joke :))

Looking on my progress, I decided to make my tear ducts even longer.

Adding touchups, I'm applying more black eyeshadow to the eyelids.

Apply a highlighter around the tear ducts

Apply a bright pink blush on the bottom of the cheeks.

Darken the brows and clean up with concealer

My eyes are still too big for this look. I'm going to apply eyelash glue to hide the eyelids. This will also bring the eyes closer to the eyebrows

Trump attacks Russia 'witch hunt' but not new hunter Mueller

President Trump maintained Thursday that the Russia investigation had turned into a "witch

hunt" against him, but refrained from directly criticizing the man at its helm or the appointment

of a special counsel.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein tapped former FBI Director Robert Mueller to oversee

the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, including

the question of whether Trump's campaign colluded with Moscow.

"I respect the move, but the entire thing has been a witch hunt," Trump said Thursday

during a joint appearance with Colombian President Juan Manual Santos.

"And there is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign, but I can always speak

for myself � and the Russians, zero," Trump added.

Trump also said the focus on Russia "divides the country."

The appointment of a special counsel comes with big risks for Trump and takes the investigation

out of his chain of command.

But it also benefits the president by undermining calls for impeachment or an independent congressional

committee while allowing the White House to defer all future Russia questions to Mueller's

office � if Trump can maintain that level of message discipline.

Not long after Mueller's appointment, the tension between letting the special counsel

take pressure off the White House and Trump's own desire to fight back was on display.

Trump's first comments after Mueller's Wednesday evening appointment showed restraint and a

desire to move on from the Russia controversy, which threatened all week to upend his young

presidency.

"As I have stated many times, a thorough investigation will confirm what we already know � there

was no collusion between my campaign and any foreign entity," the president said in a statement

issued by the White House.

"I look forward to this matter concluding quickly.

In the meantime, I will never stop fighting for the people and the issues that matter

most to the future of our country."

But on Thursday morning, Trump once again blew up the White House's carefully crafted

talking points by trash-talking on Twitter.

"This is the single greatest witch hunt of a politician in American history," he tweeted.

Trump also complained that his Democratic rivals didn't face special counsel-led investigations.

At his press conference later in the day, Trump remained defiant about an investigation

he argued had become divisive and a distraction.

But he also tried turn attention to his administration's agenda.

"[W]e've had tremendous success," Trump contended.

"You look at our job numbers, you look at what's going on at the border, as we discussed

before; if you look at what will be happening � you're going to see some incredible numbers

with respect to the success of General Mattis and others with the ISIS situation.

"The numbers are staggering, how successful they've been, the military has been."

The president said the focus should be on delivering for the American people.

"So I hate to see anything that divides," Trump said on Thursday.

"I'm fine with whatever people want to do, but we have to get back to running this country

really, really well."

In the 1990s, President Clinton regularly argued that the investigations dogging him

were hurting his ability to run the country effectively.

"Anything that's a distraction, I dislike," Clinton said after Whitewater independent

counsel Kenneth Starr won approval to expand his probe into the issues that ultimately

led to his impeachment.

"These allegations are false.

And I need to go back to work for the American people.

Thank you," Clinton said of accusations he had sex with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

"I am honored to work with this great president on his agenda to the nation, and I believe

that it's time to put this matter behind us � once and for all � and move forward

with the business of the United States of America," Vice President Al Gore said on the

day Clinton admitted his Lewinsky denials were a lie.

Like Trump is attempting to do now, the Democrats exhorted the public to move on from the scandals.

That's how the left-wing group MoveOn.org � which on Thursday repeated its call for

Trump's impeachment in an email to supporters and over the weekend circulated a message

from former Clinton Labor Secretary Robert Reich saying the president may be a "traitor"�got

its name.

These tactics may have worked better for Clinton because he was more popular than Trump.

During his second term, when the Lewinsky affair broke, Clinton's average approval rating

stood at 61 percent, according to Gallup.

Trump's approval rating is 39.7 percent, according to the latest RealClearPolitics polling average.

Clinton was personally critical of Starr, even after leaving office.

"No other President ever had to endure someone like Ken Starr indicting innocent people because

they wouldn't lie, in a systematic way," Clinton said in 2004.

"No one ever had to try to save people from ethnic cleansing in the Balkans and the people

in Haiti from a military dictator who was murdering them and all the other problems

I dealt with, while every day, an entire apparatus was devoted to destroying him."

Clinton wagged his finger at longtime ABC News anchor Peter Jennings, accusing him of

cooperating with Starr.

"The way your people repeated every little sleazy thing he leaked," the former president

hissed.

"No one has any idea what that's like."

Counterattacking has usually been Trump's approach too.

On the campaign trail, he invoked the Mexican heritage of the judge who heard a lawsuit

against Trump University and, earlier in his administration, he lashed out at the "so-called

judge" who temporarily blocked his first attempt to pause the immigration flow from select

Middle Eastern countries.

So far, Trump has not gone there with Mueller.

But he is outraged his administration and election remains under a microscope.

"I think it's totally ridiculous.

Everybody thinks so," Trump said Thursday when asked whether investigators could find

him guilty of any illegal activity.

He admitted he was surprised by the backlash against his abrupt firing of former FBI Director

James Comey.

"I actually thought when I made that decision � and I also got a very, very strong recommendation,

as you know, from the Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein," he said.

"But when I made that decision, I actually thought that it would be a bipartisan decision,

because you look at all of the people on the Democratic side � not only the Republican

side � they were saying such terrible things about Director Comey."

Trump insisted there was one thing everyone could agree on.

"There was no collusion," he repeated.

"And everybody � even my enemies have said, there is no collusion."

Hi guys! So, today I am going to film a video.

I have filmed this video already once, but I didn't like the way it turned out...

I edited it and uploaded it and didn't like it.

So, I'm going to do it again.

The video I am going to be filming is the "Get To Know Me Tag".

A couple of people have asked me to do this video and it's an easy quick video to do for now.

Why? I'm getting over a cold. I had a sinus infection a little while ago.

I still have a little of the congestion and the cough from it.

So, this is an easier video to make for now.

A few other videos will be posted soon... such as: Makeup tutorials, sit-down videos and things like that. This is just an easy video for now.

I have the questions on my phone, so if I look down; that's why.
