Crazy Ain't Average - Duration: 4:24.

A lot of us, we don't go out and share this opportunity because we are so concerned about

what people think about us.

Let me explain something to you, your parents already think your crazy.

Your friends you grew up with think your crazy, your brother thinks your crazy, your sister

thinks your crazy, your Facebook friends think your crazy.

So what, you know what the opposite of crazy is?

Average.

You know what one of the definitions of average is?

The highest degree of poor.

Seriously, check it out on Websters.

You want to be crazy or average?

You want to be an absolute lunatic.

You want to be crazy, you see average people don't sit in Las Vegas and take notes.

Average people are in the casino gambling money that they don't have.

That's what average people are doing.

You see above average people invest in their self development.

People that are average are spending $72 on a bottle of water right now.

You see at the end of the day we have to embrace something that we have.

And as we embrace it, we get better, and better, and better, and better.

But its all a process.

And it doesn't happen overnight.

But its all about the belief that we have.

Now we grew up with some strong beliefs that we really really have to pay attention to,

and some of us don't understand what they are.

You see they kind of start it off from the 1st grade to the 5th grade.

We did something for 5 years.

5 days a week for 8 hours a day, and we got a result.

Then from the 6th grade to the 8th grade, we did something for 5 days a week 8 hours

a day, 3 years, and we got a result.

From the 9th grade to the 12th grade we did something for 5 days a week 8 hours a day

for four years and we got a result.

Some of us went to college 4 years, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week to get a result.

So for 12 to 16 years we were conditioned to do something for 5 days a week 8 hours

a day to get a result and so many people wonder when we graduate college or high school the

first thing we do is look for a job that pays us by the hour.

You were conditioned for 12 to 16 years.

But when someone says commission we run.

There's two sexy words in the dictionary commission and residual.

Commission and residual.

Listen I grew up in Richmond Virginia, I grew up in a very interesting environment, I don't

have, well I have a semi-interesting story.

You see I grew up in an environment, well a lot of my surroundings, the belief was that

we were growing up to be pharmaceutical sales people and I aint talking about no Ritalin.

You see when you surround yourself with those type of people, what do you become?

You become what you put yourself around.

Now I had the opportunity to venture into that world.

Not the world that people want to stay in.

But I also had the opportunity to get out of that world, which got introduced me into

network marketing.

Which quite frankly was a simple transition when you think about it.

I'll tell you about that later.

You see the reality is this, the reality is this, when all the dust settles, we can either

work for someone else's dream or choose to focus on our own.

But we have to get the skillsets inside of this industry in order to do so.

5 Steps: How to Meditate for Beginners (at Home!) ► Meditation for Beginners Guide | How to Meditate - Duration: 6:33.

How to meditate for beginners in 5 steps.

You guys requested this video after I talked about how to achieve true happiness through

being present (which is trained through meditation), as well as after the video on the benefits

of meditation on your health and your mind.

To reiterate a few, it will help with NoFap and it will make you less anxious as well

as many other benefits.

The best part is you get all of this just from closing your eyes and breathing.

It's a little bit more complex than that, and today we'll be going over the 5 steps

to how to meditate effectively.

Before we get into this I am launching a NoFap course soon to help you beat the addiction

forever, so if you're interested, there's an email list link in the comments or description!

The first step to meditation is obviously to find a place to use for meditation.

I simply use my room in the morning when it is extremely quiet because my parents aren't

up around 5AM and that's perfect for me.

Even if you are in a busy environment, try to find a relatively silent area, maybe your

room before you go to sleep, early in the morning, or even for me in the past and still

when I have to do it with people home, in the garage or basement areas where noise from

outside is canceled for the most part.

Once you have found your spot, we can move onto how to sit.

The second step is to sit.

For me I have found the most awareness when sitting down with my legs crossed on the floor,

but I have meditated sitting in a chair and that works perfectly fine as well.

No matter what make sure your back is straight and that it is a comfortable position as later

on when you sit in the same position for 10, 20, even 30 minutes at a time, it will pay

dividends to sit up correctly.

The third step is to use a timer or an app to meditate for a certain amount of time.

I use the Calm app which has a website as well though it is paid, but I do know that

many people recommend Headspace which is free.

Or just set a timer on your phone or computer for however long you want, though for beginners

this is what I recommend.

Meditate for 1 minute today.

Do it today or most likely you'll never do it -- plus it's just one minute.

Then as you progress, add up 1 minute per week.

So this week until Sunday you meditate 1 minute, next week 2 minutes, and progress until however

long you need.

I would say minimum for stopping adding time would be around 15 minutes per day.

The fourth step is to close your eyes.

Keep them closed -- there are other meditation methods, but for this it is much easier and

more beneficial, at least for me, to meditate with my eyes fully shut for the entire session.

The fifth and final step is to breathe and to focus on it.

Now this is pretty simple, but some people start to think too much about how to breath.

At times if I feel like it I will take a few deep breaths just to get myself in the mood

to meditate, or just to get some fresh air into my lungs.

However, when you are doing it, just breathe naturally and focus on the breath -- and to

do this, notice the time between when you release a breath and when you breathe in a

new one.

There's a little pause between that, and just watch that as you go.

This will eliminate most thoughts that come into your head.

At the beginning, do not get discouraged, the first week or so, you will probably be

bombarded with thoughts if you are someone in your head a lot, and that's what meditation

solves.

People who are always in their heads are usually anxious or regretful of the past.

But when you start to focus on the present moment and enjoy the environment around you

rather than always thinking and being steps behind, you are here in the now.

So when you breathe, focus on being aware.

When a thought comes by, don't judge it, just continue to breathe and let it go.

For me I have issues sometimes with music basically playing in the background of my

head, so I turn my attention toward the breath and I'm good.

Even monks have wandering thoughts at times, so don't sweat it, just keep trying to stay

focused on the present moment as much as possible.

Once the timer is up, then you can slowly return by opening your eyes and getting up

from your seat or from the floor.

So that's all I've got for you today.

Ohio Elementary School Accused of Hiding Assault Before 8-Year-Old's Suicide - Duration: 2:03.

Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.

An attorney representing the parent of an 8 year old child from Ohio has leveled an

accusation that his school failed to tell his mother about an assault he suffered two

days before he took his life.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, video surveillance of the assault surfaced showing

Gabriel Taye being knocked unconscious in the school's restroom.

The video, was recorded on Jan. 24 and Taye took his own life on Jan. 26.

The video shows the boy being hit and kicked by students as he was lying on the floor,

knocked out, for six minutes.

After that period of time the school's assistant principal can be seen walking into the bathroom.

The attorney says that this new report runs counter to the narrative that Gabriel's mother

was provided by school officials.

She reportedly was told that Gabriel fainted.

Gabriel's mother says says that her son never brought up the fact that he was bullied, but

two days after this event transpired she found that he had committed suicide.

However the Cincinnati Public School released a statement earlier this week denying that

he had been assaulted and that the detective misrepresented the events he saw in the video.

This was all prior to the footage becoming public.

After the video was released CPS sent out this statement saying,

"In an effort to be completely transparent, we are releasing the video that was reviewed

as part of an investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department.

We have uploaded the video, in its entirety, blurring out faces of the students who appear

to protect their privacy.

We ask that you review the video, in its entirety.

It is our firm position that the allegations portrayed in the media are not supported by

the video."

Sadly this story mimics the popular Netflix show 13 reasons why, and while many argue

that the show glamorizes and persuades teens to take their life, finding the truth in stories

like this that will hopefully stop anyone from committing suicide.

According to the Enquirer, the state senate announced on Friday that they have since asked

the chamber's education and oversight committees to take another look at Taye's death.

DOLLAR TREE HAUL PART 2 - Duration: 22:47.

hi everybody welcome back to my channel

so I have a really nice big haul from

Dollar Tree and I have a variety of

things I have makeup I have household

products I have party supplies and I do

have some food and some candles so stay

tuned if you want to take a look at that

the first things that I want to show you

are these gorgeous party bags they are

black background like a matte background

and they have these beautiful shimmery

like rainbow colors this first one is a

polka dot one the second one is a star

print and that's pretty you guys I love

these and I was running though my bag so

I decided to pick up all three prints

that they have and this is more of a of

an animal print bag color so I'd be

pretty you guys I love them there are a

nice big size and adjusting eyes now I'm

actually having issues with my Wi-Fi at

home and I'm actually recording with my

iPhone so I'm sorry it's like the

quality is different and just like the

whole setup is different I'm still

trying to do videos for you guys but the

last two videos and this one I've had to

use my iPhone so the lighting is

different setup it's different so I

apologize for that but I'm trying to get

it fixed it's just it's taken a while so

I still want to get videos out for you

guys they're just going to be slightly

different until I get this fixed and I

can use my burglar camera and my regular

set up so with that so let me show you

what else I got these two they had them

out for Mother's Day and my aunt loves

fans so I got two colors for her and

look how gorgeous these are

you guys aren't these beautiful and she

definitely collects them and she loves

them and I don't think she has a blue

one so I got her this blue one and then

I got her a really pretty pink one so

unbeatable and I think they deserve

pansies I think but they're so gorgeous

so I'm going to stick those in her

Mother's Day bag and I know that she's

going to really really like them so I

also came across these cute little

plates for the summer we have a lot of

barbecues in our backyard so I think

these will come really handy and I think

you get 14 yeah you get a 4 to 14 per

pack so really super cute I love the ice

cream and the watermelon and the drink

and the hot dog just really cute really

good really cute colors and you guys

I love the Dollar Tree handmade cards

they're so so pretty so I picked up a

few my stepson is graduating this year

and his girlfriend too so I picked up a

couple of cards for them this one says

the adventure begins and his mom just

gave him a brand new cars and he's all

excited so I thought this was definitely

fitting for him so again it just says

the adventure begins with like glitter

umm words and I thought it was really

really cute for her I got this one for

his girlfriend this one's with congrats

grad way to go and I thought it was

really pretty with the tassel and the

marble the pink and teal and white

marble and the backgrounds these are so

so beautiful I honestly think that

Dollar Tree does the best job with these

homemade cards and they're only a dollar

and then these next ones I got for

Mother's Day for my family this one is

for my mom this is beautiful as well

it's got the 3d beautiful roses with the

butterflies so cute

and these two I got one for my aunt and

one for my cousin I'm not sure which one

I'm going to give to to whom but yeah

they're just really cute I love the

little ball jar with the flowers and of

course I love cupcakes

so I had to pick those two and I also

found these beautiful tissue from Walt

voila and this one

like the dark pink with the metallic

pink to match and then this one is just

a softer pink with a metallic pin pink

to match as well and how many uses for

their gifts as well really really cute I

absolutely love this brand they have the

most gorgeous things at Dollar Tree I

love them then I also picked up some

beautiful gift box fur for their gifts

look at this one it just looks like a

cute handbag it's got the handles and

it's got beautiful butterflies and on

this side it's got the glitter a little

bit of glitter and then the blue

gemstones really really pretty

and on the side it's just the same the

same print and then the next one this

one also has the gemstones and the

pretty glitter and this one is more of a

blue background with flowers and the

last one this one's gorgeous I think

this one's my favorite

because it's got the vibrant Pink's with

the glitter and the blue stones and the

pink handle so really really cute and

these are great for just any occasion I

love these alright and next you guys I

went to the party session and I found

these kind of steady packets with stars

I thought they were adorable

they had silver and gold and they had a

lot of different things actually had

confetti for graduates as well but I

just thought the stars were just very

you know they could be used for any

occasion so and what I like about them

too is they have really many like many

many stars all different sizes many I

would say like small medium and large

kind of stars so I thought these were

really really cute and a nice slide I

usually don't go to the party section

but I went there and I'm glad I did

because I found me these will be really

good for like craft projects and I also

found this lace ribbon and you get three

yards and it's just really pretty again

for craft projects really really pretty

and a nice like cream color

also in the party section I found this

really pretty wrapping paper and stripes

and I love the colors it's got like the

gold the silver and the black and white

and it kind of reminds me of Kate Spade

a little bit just cuz she does a lot of

striped patterns and her things so I

thought it was really really pretty and

just great for men and for women and I

don't know maybe in for kids with like a

pretty fun bow or something I like him I

like I thought it was really really

pretty

alright next you guys in the candle

section I found I know everybody's been

hauling these but I found these really

pretty votive holders I just picked up

like the minty I think these are the

minty green ones and I thought that were

really really beautiful I mean I think

this is something that you could

probably find at Anthropologie something

very similar to this and again a Dollar

Tree so there were only a dollar I just

thought they were really really pretty

you could put tea lights in there you

can put anything else I mean you can use

it for makeup for eyeshadows for your

Beautyblender they're really multi used

you could put cotton pads in there

cotton swabs really really pretty

check out those and of course you guys I

always pick up candles at the Dollar

Tree so I did pick up another of the

wood craft in the Apple choice at this

particulars that I had not picked up but

it smells amazing and I've actually

already burned it a little bit and I

love to throw it's a really really good

candle and really really liked it and

let's see the other candles that I

purchased where these these are also new

and they had a few cents but I picked up

these three this one is the pink Moscato

and this one is black cherry Merlot and

they smell amazing kind of like it's a

wine themed to these candles and this

one is a Chardonnay spritzer oh this is

actually my favorite and you guys look

what happens

you leave a candle in Florida for a

couple hours I completely forgot it was

there it kind of melted I can still use

it but yeah it's a hot mess but I'm

still gonna be able to use it so yeah I

think it just fell out of my bag and I

forgot about it and then when I was

looking for my candles yeah I found it

under the seat in my cart so that's what

happened to that all right so let's go

to a couple of food items I picked up

this ballpark grilled barbecued pork

jerky I don't know I just looked it

looked really good and I wanted to try

and I did open it already and try it and

I thought it was pretty good I'm not a

big jerky eater but I tried this and I

kind of liked it I thought it was really

good so I might pick up a few more I

also picked up these sunflower kernels I

like to just throw these on my salads so

yeah I mean you can't go wrong with

sunflowers and you get 5 ounces for a

dollar so that was a pretty good deal I

also love these little packets that you

can just put in your water to flavor

your water because I'm not like a huge

water drinker I do like water but I

prefer to drink other things like soda

yeah I know it's not good for me but

yeah if I can add a little bit of flavor

to my water I will definitely drink more

water and have not tried this particular

one I've tried other ones that they

carry at the Dollar Tree but this one I

have not tried some looking forward to

trying it and another food item I picked

up this guava paste I'm Hispanic I'm

actually Puerto Rican and I've been

eating this my entire life it's just

great you cut a little bit of slice and

with a little bit of cheddar cheese or

even cream cheese it's amazing and you

can even do like um like pastry add this

into cut a little a little square and

put it into your pastry and just bake it

it's such a good breakfast item it's

really really good you can do a lot of

things with this you can do go out

frosting but anyway you can I mean you

can Google a lot of guava paste recipes

but this is really good but we just like

it with a little bit of cheese and

that's our

way to eat it so it's really good all

right and then we also picked up some

toothpaste that we needed ultra bright

we've never tried this one but I like

the fact that it's baking soda and

peroxide and whitening so we just wanted

to try it out because we ran out of

toothpaste I'm sorry guys I'm going to

go a little fast because I do have a lot

of stuff to show you

so I also picked up jorgens extra

moisture moisturizing hand wash and I

love the cherry almond scent to this so

that's why I picked this up it's just I

mean it doesn't compare to anything else

I've ever used the cherry almond scent

is amazing we picked up some deli market

yellow mustard which we needed as well

we're completely out I really just

really just eat this with like hot dogs

I don't really like it on anything else

but hot dogs but my husband does like it

and his sandwiches like ham and cheese

sandwiches he'll put it on that but it

does last us quite a while and this is

20 ounces so this will definitely last

us a while and we also the husband said

he needed one of these things to add

more outlets to you know to our

electronics and other things that we

plug in so I just picked this up and

yeah I thought it was a good deal for a

dollar and I found this cute little

notepad with donuts do you guys watch my

videos you know that I love anything

with Donuts I thought it was adorable

with the donut and I love that it's a

lilac color and it does have the magnet

in the back I probably will take that

off I'm not going to use it with the

magnet but I thought it was really cute

because of the donut so I had to pick

that up

and then I also found these cute little

heart erasers three for a dollar and the

prints were just really really cute so I

had to pick those up and also along with

the toothpaste we were out of

toothbrushes so I've picked up a Colgate

Valley pack two pack and we do like the

soft one so you pick those up and guys

in the

medic section I was really happy to find

these two items I was looking for really

long time for the Rimmel lip balm and I

got the clear color so I'm really

looking forward to trying this out it

says it moisturizes and hydrates and it

I just love how what it says here is

this Keep Calm and shop and I think

that's probably my motto I really like

that so I'm looking forward to trying

that out and then I also came across

this I love the l'oreal voluminous

mascara and this is a limited edition

and this is a blue mascara so this kind

of takes me back to like my high school

days what I used to wear blue mascara

all the time so I was actually kind of

glad to come across this and I went back

to pick up another one because this you

guys know I'm as soon as I reach 2000

subscribers I'm going to have a really

they're called pure ice shine so there

were a two-step process so of course the

color is the first step and then this

would be the topcoat to lock it down so

I picked up the topcoat and then I

picked up a whole bunch of beautiful

color it's honestly guys all the colors

were beautiful I think I did leave about

two or three behind because I was just

like okay okay valor you pick an apple

like way too many nail polishes but I

honestly I just couldn't leave them

behind so I picked up a beautiful deep

dark purple I hope that's coming across

in the video and then a true red and a

beautiful like bubblegum pink

I picked up three different shades of

blue this color this blue color is like

probably my favorite this deep just well

it's kind of like a really bright

electric blue this is more of a I don't

know like a light blue but it's like a

green blue and then this really pretty

blue light blue as well and then I

picked up three shades of grey I picked

up this light grey this is more of a

deeper grade but it has them like a gold

specks going through it and then this

deep gray color so and then I picked up

a really pretty soft pink and this is

more of a neutral nude color so yeah

guys I can't wait to try these out and

I'm going to be painting my nails later

because I'm going to my cousin's house

for a mother's day to celebrate Mother's

Day all right so let's keep going

so I got some Palmolive dishwashing

liquid and this one is the almond milk

and blueberry scent you guys are smells

so good if you see this addala tree

definitely pick it up smells really

really good

alright you guys and then I also came

across possessed and I'm really sorry I

did that I did not pick up a few of

these so I'm going to try and get to the

Dollar Tree just this weakens been kind

of crazy so I have not had a chance to

go to the Dollar Tree where I picked

this up I had I have gone to other

dollar trees and they did not have it so

I'm hoping to go back to the one I

picked this this one up and I'm hoping

that more but most like they're sold out

but anyway you guys Himalayan pink salt

is super super expensive and to get I

think 13 ounces for a dollar and it

comes with the grinder it is such a good

deal so I'm really glad I picked this up

are you guys and then I also I have used

I've drank these before the sparkling

ice these are so good and I'm trying to

drink less soda so the fact that these

are sparkling it's sparkling like

fruit soda so this kind of satisfies

Micra my craving for soda without

drinking like Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi so

I'm going to try and drink these more

than you know Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke

because these are really delicious I

love these

alright guys and then I got we needed

I've actually were to use a little bit

because we really did need it

I needed some soap refill for on my

bathroom on my kitchen so I picked this

up and this is the milk and honey cream

soap scent and it's pretty good you know

it's basic but it's good and ice finally

funny you guys came across these these

were the only two left in the dolla tree

that I went to so and they smell amazing

so I can't wait to try these out I have

not tried them yet but I was waiting to

do the video but I'm so glad and I have

look for these to see if I can find more

another dollar trees but honestly these

are the only two I found so far so I hey

I feel lucky to be able to fit I found

two and I picked up this um great sense

by powerhouse wood odor neutralizer and

it says eliminates odors in the air

carpet and fabric and it's the common

calming lavender scent it's pretty you

got good you guys I sprayed this on our

pillow in our bed um the other night and

it was really nice it was really

relaxing and another use for this is I

actually take a little bit maybe like

you know like a cat fall and I put it in

my laundry when I'm washing clothes and

this will also help with your laundry so

that's another good use for these Ares

guys and then these I picked up some

storage bags I had always seen these at

the Dollar Tree never picked them up I

didn't I didn't know if there were any

good but I took the plunge and yeah and

I actually loved them I picked up the

large the extra-large and the double XL

and I've actually already - already used

the double XL want and I really like it

and you guys these are

amazing if you see these pick them up

they're good for storage they're good

for travel they are so incredibly effect

and heavy-duty I'm honestly honest you

guys I'm surprised that they sell these

methodology because the quality is

amazing this is something that you would

find in like Bed Bath and Beyond you

know for the quality that they are for a

dollar they are really good they're

worth it again they're good for storage

the good for travel to throw in your

suitcase when you're you know need to

maybe throw in your dirty laundry or

you're shopping and you need extra

storage when you're traveling they're

really good I love them I will always

always continue to buy these all right

and Alesi items you guys I picked up

this body wash by bolero

it's the coconut oil and sea salt this

smells incredible you guys I love love

love this I have tons of bath and body

products right now so I just picked this

one up I've tried the soap and right now

I'm going to try the body wash but

that's pretty much all I've tried for

the Bolero products I might try the

sponge if I see it because I heard

that's pretty good

but anyway pick that up are you guys in

the last few products are oops I almost

lost you guys I picked up some body

washes and I heard the soft whisper body

washes were really good and I have used

these to wash my hands just to try them

out and I love these too this is the

macadamia oil and peony and the Arkin

and marula oil they're really good they

said to give you a lot of bubbles and

they sewed soap up really well that's

what I'm trying to say and you can also

use this for bubble baths so these I

love and you get 33% more of these so

these are both bonus bottles these are

great but I was actually I also picked

this one up this is a cucumber and green

tea scent this one I I actually hate so

um I was looking forward to this one the

most because I love the set the cucumber

and green I love anything cucumber and

green tea but honesty guard

no scent at all so if you if you see

this one just pass on this one because

this has no sense at all

so I am going to use it and Polly's

going to use it to refill my soap

dispensers in my bathrooms but as a body

wash I'm not going to use it because

it's got no sense at all so anyway you

peer group is everything

you know when I was going through a lot

of my mental health issues I really

found it hard to express myself mood for

dislike because it really have the

access to the kind of people that I

needed to find to ask questions are

really in answered that itself has been

one of the biggest lessons I managed to

evolve and understand as a deeper

conceptual level in my life because that

is the fundamentals or taught me that

which I know is true around mental

health leadership in my own personal

development journey in its entirety and

in moving across the other side of the

country leaving my business behind leave

my family and friends behind like I've

seen the evolution of my period through

they ordered the natural audit of moving

4000 kilometres away now you see which

brands you held true that didn't stay

connected and the ones that reached out

started to connect because they weren't

connecting when you are in their arena

those new friends new development over

time in those new areas bring that new

fundamental components of your own

identity and your expression as an

individual which is highly important to

auditing auditing audit it King I'm not

in your nose I don't even ask me that

when a recondite although words now

trying to display auditing my friends

but you know it's how we evolved a

result audit our peer group and our

social group sometimes even our family

and you can't change family you can

choose how much time you spend with them

sometimes family can be the most toxic

destructive components of our

relationships to others and to ourselves

because they influenced way we see our

world because it's so closely related

we'll raise them and grab them and we

developed our personality and our

character from them sometimes we have to

move away from components and families

that don't really serve a greater

purpose or growth in our own through

debts of identity and charisma and

character through the abrasive nature of

life it's conducive to adding grit two

hour drive and Sprunt

existence you know so one thing for me

to sit here and say as well as the

Garden of Eden and sitting at Surfers

Paradise up on a balcony here looking

even yesterday I had to have a

conversation that was hard for me to

have and have a view conversation that

we have which opened up new

conversations new people and you know

through auditing my peer group and my

social group consistently and Nobby cook

that has me start to understand deeper

fundamentals for myself and it's not

because those people are bad people just

because they're no longer serve me and

so because about bad or the useless or

they're idiots or they're not good for

anything or anything like that you know

I believe is good in every person I

believe it's our skill and our duty to

develop that skill to be able to see the

fundamental good in everybody that has

it allow allowed to make choices that

see us grow and develop as individuals

in the composition of our life it's like

what I mean by understanding the

concepts of mental health will teach you

the fundamentals of your performance in

your life moving forward on the top end

of your development as a human being

because

you know changing your peer group in

your social dynamics then limiting the

time you associate with toxic people

destructive people it's gotta force you

to move in other directions and sharp in

other areas to meet your needs or

connection and contribution in other

ways you know staying in your comfort

zone and safety zone is never ever going

to allow you to move forward at all so

we look at our peer group and we ask

ourselves like what is the direction I'm

going like where am I going in life what

do I want to do and how do I want to get

there and if we look at our friends and

our peers now associates and our social

groups and our family so which one of

these people is least likely to help me

and aid and abet me in the direction of

my dreams and not to walk up to them and

go you are no good for mending my odds

you let her get out of my life today no

not to do that at all but just to slowly

move away and start to challenge

yourself to step into new arena step

into so new social groups to step into

new personas of our own identity to

understand ourself a deeper level

because when you begin to when you begin

to open self up to new experiences new

relationships new social groups you have

to basically find a new part of yourself

to be able to express yourself in

different ways

and that's where that is ultimately well

the fun starts

that is where times become good because

it's through that challenge and stepping

through that emotional turmoil I love

meeting new people of doing new things

and that really abrasive conflict of

having to face those emotions around

that stuff that will actually give you

the greatest growth and development in

your cancer moving forward now moving

across the other side of the country and

then moving between two cities has

really had me have to face up to a lot

of my own stuff be tight because you

know the negative components of yourself

people ultimately won't accept so in

change of hear group of change or social

dynamic you know like you're going to

find out all the good and bad parts of

yourself sometimes those toxic

relationships are really holding back

from telling us what is negative about

itself well maybe they're telling us

overtly about bad stuff about itself you

know when we start to change our peer

group to audit our friendships that we

build new friendships new arenas and new

social dynamics that allow us to see

ourselves for who we are in the eyes of

other people and so in seeing ourself in

the eyes of other people also lets us

grow

cheers bro allows us to grow and develop

as individuals know and who doesn't want

that if you're a career driven person if

you have goals and dreams in your lives

of to step through the beauty of life

struggle and torment with a smile on

your face and abrasively move through

obstacles

like a Olympic hurdler then you begin to

realize that the struggles always there

people have bolts of laws especially you

and especially me so I have lots of

people take great pride enjoy furious

fits of Rage and I'm going to tell me

about the negative components of myself

which I have now come to accept the

never deep level of capacity to

consistent to persist to move on and

beyond and grow and develop which is

kind of what I want to bring to this

this videos like you know in traveling

across Australia and change from up here

seeing old peers and social groups

friendships who what they were what I

brought to my life now is allowed me to

evolve in my own perception of myself in

the own deeper understanding of myself

which is opening up new abilities for me

to express myself to create a

fundamental ways you can - it lets me

get rid of rubbish reduce and reuse the

good stuff recycle all the other stuff

that's no longer functional about myself

it allowed me to develop a whole new

level of romance direction and

connection with the ladies that I've

been dating in the search for my own

true love part showing up life harder

stuff a Celtic specific growth

development sometimes those peer groups

or social groups the don't service kind

of a limit a development from that stuff

and we always shy away for so we get out

of the comfort and the way only right

now page what's not right I really own

our space owned all the other

fundamentals of SL will get a greater

capacity to look forward

that for something he doesn't want a job

Simple Bronze Smokey Eyes | Modern Renaissance Eye Makeup Tutorial | Sonya Lee - Duration: 8:55.

hi there welcome back to my channel as you

see my hair is a little bit lighter than

it was before

I actually dyed it yesterday which was

Saturday so I just really need to have my

hair done

I hadn't toned my hair for about two

months which you're not supposed to do my

hair got really bad and I just really

needed to get it taken care of so I went

a little bit later this time and a

little bit less warm than I had before

and I really loved the way it turned

out so I wanted to take advantage of the

blow out that I got from my hairstylist but

thought I sit down and film this

tutorial for you guys and it's a warm

red brown smokey eye brown smokey eyes are

my favorite. They're my go-to. You can wear

them pretty much anywhere I think

daytime and nighttime they're less

dramatic than a black smokey eye so I

think you can get away with wearing it

to a lot of different things so if you'd

like to see how I put this all together

then please keep on watching so for this look

all the shadows are going to be from the

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern

Renaissance palette the first shade that

I'm going in with is burnt orange and

I'm just taking that on a fluffy brush

taking that through the crease so I'm

starting in the outer corner and I'm

building it up towards the inner corner

also which is a little bit different for

me I decided to take it in almost even

down to my nose area so I'm just lightly

kind of building up the color in the

inner corner and the outer corner and

creating a nice rounded shape and a

little tip when you're doing a look like

this with the eyeshadow so drawn out

from the inner corner and up to the brow

area is to do your brows before you do

the eye shadow I do this anyway because

it just helps me shape my eyeshadow and

give me an idea of what it'll look like

in the end because I have zero brows to

start with us but if you have trouble

shaping your eyes and doing your brow

first would help and another thing to

note about it look like this is that you

want to make sure that you leave the

tail end blank like you'll notice about

half way through it kind of curves

downward into that v-shape and you want

to make sure that you leave that space

open otherwise it'll look a little bit

too crazy once I have my transition

shade laid out I'm going in with red OH

in the palette which is a really

beautiful brick red color and I'm just

taking that on a little bit of a smaller

brush for more precise application and

this is just a Mac 217 and I'm just

taking that from the outer corner into

the inner corner just below burnt orange

that we applied and you'll notice that I

keep looking kind of like down and then

back up I'm looking up to kind of see

what it will look like with my eyes open

and that's another tip for you guys if

you have hooded eyes like me and you

have trouble applying your eyeshadow

make sure that you're looking forward

every now and then just to see that

you're applying the eyeshadow just a

little bit above the crease that you can

still see it when your eyes are open and

with this eyeshadow you just want to

take your time building up the color I'm

taking a little bit of time and applying

it into my inner corner and my outer

corner area and then building up the

color that way versus just applying a

lot of eyeshadow at one time it just

helps with the blending process and

helps it make a nice gradient effect

that you want with a smoky eye and like

we did before I'm just following that

rounded shape that we created earlier

with burnt orange next I'm going in with

the shimmery brown shade in the palette

antique bronze which is just a really

beautiful color that I think compliments

is look really well and I'm just swiping

that across the lid using the brush that

comes in the palette actually it's just

easy to use I mean I just needed a brush

to get the color on my lid and they

didn't feel like using my fingers and

this brush is pretty decent so I thought

why not so that's why I'm using it if

you don't like palette brushes you can

use just any kind of shader brush that

you like to use instead and once I have

that applied I'm just blending

everything in to make sure there's no

harsh lines

I want to deepen up the outer corner

areas so I'm taking Cypress umber which

is a really dark brown color and just

swiping that on the outer corner and the

brush that I'm using it's some old

Sephora eyeshadow brush that I bought a

long time ago I don't even know what

it's called but like I said before you

can use either the brush that comes in

the palette or you can use any other

shader brush that you prefer and I'm

just packing on the color to get the

intensity but

or blending it out with the 217 brush

that I used earlier so it's hip when

you're trying to create a specific shape

with your eyeshadow so in this case I'm

trying to create the outer V I took

Cypress umber just on one side of my

flat brush and the other side is

completely blank and you'll notice that

I'm moving the brush around as I'm

working with different areas so in the

outer corner area when I'm trying to

create that fee I focus the side with

the eyeshadow towards my eyeshadow and a

blank side towards my skin area where

ideal want eyeshadow to be applied if

that makes sense that way you're getting

a clean line and you're you have a lot

more control with where you're placing

the product and the next thing they did

is just touch up antique bronze all over

my lid and to blend it into you Cypress

ember also so it's actually going to

stop a look at this point but that I

felt like it needed a little something

different so I decided to go in with

love-letter in the palette which is kind

of like a fuchsia color I would say and

I wanted to pop that into the crease for

a pop of color and something a little

bit unexpected and I'm so mad because it

doesn't translate on camera the way it

does in person in person it looks a lot

brighter and a lot more pink and it just

looks a lot more dramatic so it's not

picking up on camera the way that it

looks in person I wish it was but you

can still kind of see the effect that it

has so the lid area is finished I'm just

working on my lower lash line now and

I've already finished my foundation my

concealer and everything so I'll link my

foundation routine and a card and in the

description bar down below for you to

check it out if you're interested I just

figured that it's just easier to focus

on the eye shadow and not seeing me do

the same foundation routine over and

over again so hopefully that's helpful

anyway I'm just taking the same shades

that we used on the upper lid area and

taking them down on school or lash line

so I went in the burnt orange and put

that all across my lower lash line now

I'm taking red ochre and focusing that

mostly on the outer half of my lower

lash line to create a little bit of

depth next add even more definition I

went in with red ochre on a flat definer

brush and focus that right on the lash

line to create that

nice gradient effect that I'm looking

for and I'm just blending it out and

applying more product and it even took

Cyprus number on the flat definer brush

to create a nice reddish-brown mixture

next I went in with an eyeliner on my

waterline and my upper lash line area

whatever that's called and I went in

with max eyeliner and Teddy which is a

shimmery bronze shade you could use

block I just kind of wanted something

that would complement the eye shadow

without being too overpowering like a

black eyeliner would be in my opinion

but a black liner would definitely work

for you would prefer to use that instead

to go for a more intense look so this is

the first time that I'm applying lashes

on camera I decided to include it

because I haven't shown it to you guys

yet and even though I'm struggling

majorly in this day that I'm trying to

apply the lashes because they kept

sticking to the applicator I thought I

would still include it just to see or

just in case you guys are curious to

know how I do it really quickly without

going into a lot of detail these are the

Ardell whispies and the number 603 I

like to use a blush applicator I can't

use my fingers because they have really

stuffy fingers and tweezers always

managed to pinch my eye every time I try

to use them so lash applicator is my

favorite way to do it without causing

any harm to my eye so yeah that's how I

do it so once you have your lashes on

the eyes are finished and for lips I

decided to go in with a Maybelline

lipstick this is one of their matte

lipsticks in a shade clay crush which is

a warm nude color that I think really

complements the warm tones in this look

and I like to kind of dab the lipstick

instead of just swiping a heavy amount

on my lips and then I kind of like to

blot it using my fingers to kind of

create a nice soft lip outline versus

like a very harsh lined out lip look

just to kind of diffuse everything and

make it look as soft as the eyes and

when you're finished with that then the

look is complete alright guys that does

it for this warm Brown smoky eyes look I
