ONLINE TEACHING AT BIZMATES: My Personal Story - Duration: 5:01.
Hello everyone, I'm JR Lopez Gonzales.
In Bizmates, they call me "JR G".
And for this day, I'll be sharing to you my Bizmates story.
So, before Bizmates, [actually] after graduating [from] the university,
I was able to apply for a job back in Mindanao, I taught in the university for a couple of
years.
And then after that, back in 2013 I had the chance of working as well in Makati.
And that was like my first-ever experience of how it is working far from your home.
It was in Manila; it was in Makati, The commute was more than an hour, just one way.
So back and forth, it [was] like more than two and a half hours.
That includes falling in line and it's like an Amazing Race every single day because you
have to be in a hurry and you have to make sure that you go ahead and secure yourself
a seat on the train, or if not, if you don't have any choice times
then you have to stand up for the whole duration of the trip.
And that was my first taste of the harsh reality of living in an urban and center like Makati
was so difficult for me.
Maybe because I was used to living in the province.
So it was really a challenge and well, it was not that easy.
So that was my life before Bizmates.
So how did Bizmates change my life?
That's a good question.
And I'm just so happy to share my Bizmates experience with everyone that I know,
because for me, Bizmates is a "game-changer in the online teaching industry".
First of all, we are teaching businessmen and it's not your typical conversation school.
So for me – well, I did teach before - I was a former professor in the university for
a couple of years but - I did also learn that, when I taught the lessons
- the Bizmates Business programs - I learned a lot from those
and in some points I also apply those lessons in my actual personal life because from my
parents are also into business.
And as to how it changed me as a person, I would say that it sure it sure did.
I had [a] greater appreciation of Japanese business ethics and business culture.
And at the same time, I met a lot of wonderful students and I always tell other people that
if you compare - not to some stereotypical - but if you compare the students from other
schools I would have to say Bizmates students have their own student tradition where they're
so courteous, so polite and I think that's just one way of [them] reciprocating the professionalism
that Bizmates extend to them.
And well right now I have taught about five thousand lessons now with Bizmates.
And I plan to teach five thousand more, hopefully, in the future.
And it has changed me as well with my time.
You see, it has a flexible time schedule so you plot out your own schedule in advance.
And because of that, I save a lot of my time.
Instead of going on a commute; going on a train; right now on have more time to make
those things that I failed to do before.
So, I had more time now writings articles because I contribute to news agencies in the
Philippines; in GMA, in ABS-CBN.
And also I make YouTube videos and now; I make more vlog episodes because of having
more time spent at home.
So, what are you waiting for?
If you think my Bizmates story is inspiring, or something you can relate to,
So why not try and earn at Bizmates?
I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.
And I'll see you guys next time.
Good bye!

Varicose Veins Treatment At Home ❤ Home Remedies for Varicose Veins - Duration: 4:00.
Home Remedies for Varicose Veins
Varicose veins are a common problem in which abnormally enlarged veins appear close to
the skins surface.
They usually occur in the calves and thighs when the veins develop weakened walls or poorly
functioning valves, which regulate blood flow.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, varicose veins affect
an estimated 25 percent of women and 10 percent of men.
Here are the top 5 home remedies for varicose veins.
1.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a wonderful treatment for varicose veins.
It is a natural body cleansing product and it also improves blood flow and circulation.
When the blood starts flowing naturally, the heaviness and swelling of varicose veins will
decrease to a great extent.
Apply undiluted apple cider vinegar on the skin over the varicose veins and gently massage
the area.
Do it every day before going to bed and again in the morning.
Follow this remedy for a few months to reduce the size of varicose veins.
Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and stir well.
Drink the mixture twice a day for at least one month to see positive results.
2.
Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper is considered a miracle treatment for varicose veins.
Being a very rich source of vitamin C and bioflavonoids, it increases blood circulation
and eases the pain of congested, swollen veins.
Add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder to a cup of hot water and stir it well.
Drink this mixture three times a day for one or two months.
3.
Olive Oil
Increasing blood circulation is essential to treating varicose veins.
Massaging with olive oil can help increase circulation, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
Mix equal amounts of olive oil and vitamin E oil and warm it slightly.
Massage the veins with the warm oil for several minutes.
Do this twice daily for one to two months.
You can also mix four drops of cypress essential oil in two teaspoons of warm olive oil and
massage with this mixture.
4.
Garlic
Garlic is an excellent herb for reducing inflammation and the symptoms of varicose veins.
It also helps break up harmful toxins in the blood vessels and improve circulation.
Slice up six garlic cloves and put them in a clean glass jar.
Extract the juice from three oranges and add it to the jar.
Also add two tablespoons of olive oil.
Let the mixture sit for about 12 hours.
Shake the jar and then put a few drops of the solution on your fingers.
Massage the inflamed veins with the solution in a circular motion for 15 minutes.
Wrap the area with a cotton cloth and leave it on overnight.
Repeat daily for several months.
Also, include fresh garlic in your diet.
5.
Butchers Broom
Butchers broom is very helpful for relieving the aches and discomfort of varicose veins.
This herb contains compounds known as ruscogenins that help reduce inflammation while constricting
the veins due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-elastase activity.
Take 100 mg of butchers broom supplements three times a day.
Created from the roots and seeds of the plant, butchers broom supplements have vitamins
B and C along with calcium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, silicon and
zinc.
These nutrients will help tighten, strengthen and decrease inflammation in the veins as
well as improve blood flow up the legs.
Note: People with high blood pressure or benign prostate hyperplasia should not take this
herb without consulting a doctor.

15 "Fictional" Places You Didn't Know Actually Exist - Duration: 7:57.
• How do you film on a planet that doesn't exist? How did Tolkien come up with the world
of Middle Earth? Here are 15 fictional places you didn't know actually existed.
15 – Pokémon – the regions (Kanto etc.) • At least seven of the regions from the
Pokémon games are based on real world locations – and at least four of them closely resemble
regions in Japan. • Kanto for instance is an actual Japanese
region that is part of the greater Tokyo area. • Pallet town however is inspired by the
hometown of Pokémon creator Satoshi Tajiri, who wanted to recapture the Japan of the 1960s,
before the economic boom, with its forests connecting each town.
14 – Lord of the Rings (books) – Middle Earth locations
• Many of the locations in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy were inspired by
the city of Birmingham and its surroundings in the north of England.
• Tolkien grew up in a place called 'Sarehole', which was the basis for The Shire. The black
tower of Isengard closely resembles images of Birmingham University which has it's
own central tower; and Mordor is directly inspired by the 'Black Country', named
for all the smoke that billowed from the chimneys of the mining area.
13 – Spirited Away • A festival in Japan inspired Miyazaki
to make 'Spirited Away' - but its setting has more in common with two places in China
and Taiwan. • Hongyadon in the centre of the Chinese
city of Chongqing [chong-ching] shares similarities with the Bath House from the film, with its
ancient buildings stacked on top of one another. • The street of 'Jiufen', Taiwan was
the central inspiration for the setting of the film.
• Its combination of Japanese and Chinese influences can be seen in the architecture
and food stalls in the film. 12 – Up – Paradise Falls
• Throughout the Pixar film UP, the two protagonists are searching for the mythical
location of Paradise Falls. • The fictional location of the film is
directly modelled after 'Angel Falls' in Venezuela, home to the largest uninterrupted
waterfall in the world. • The flat-topped mountains of Paradise
falls are actually called "tepui". Pixar sent a team to Venezuela to sketch, film and
photograph Angel Falls and the tepui as a guide for designing Paradise Falls.
11 – Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon – bamboo forest
• The memorable fight scene in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, where the two fighters
defy gravity by walking on the tops of trees was actually staged in a real life location.
• No studios were used; instead the crew set up in Anhui Bamboo Forest in China – the
largest such forest in the country. • The actors performed their stunts in the
trees, and computers were only used to digitally remove the wires holding them up.
10 – Star Wars - Tatooine • When filming the original 'Star Wars'
film in 1976, George Lucas and crew scouted out locations in Tunisia, North Africa to
serve as the planet of Tatooine, home to Luke Skywalker.
• Djerba Island is where "Ben's" house can be found. When Obi-Wan isn't staying
there, local fishermen use it for storage. • The igloo that is Luke's house is located
in Tozeur, and was rebuilt for the filming of the prequels.
• If you want to stay in Luke's home you can visit Hotel Sidri Driss in Matmata.
9 –Twin Peaks • David Lynch and Mark Frost's surreal
series Twin Peaks was set in a fictional town in Oregon, but many of the exteriors filmed
in Washington State. • Snoqualmie is the primary location, and
is home to the famous Great Northern Hotel (actually Salish Lodge) and the iconic waterfalls.
• The Double R Diner that serves as the hub for much of the series is actually "Twede's
Café" in North Bend, Washington. 8 – Disneyland/Sleeping Beauty Castle - NEUSCHWANSTEIN
CASTLE • Disney are known for using many real world
locations as inspiration for their films, but even the castle at Disneyland is based
on an actual castle - Neuschwanstein Castle in south-west Bavaria to be exact.
• Built by the reclusive King, Ludwig II of Bavaria, known as "the Fairy-tale King",
it inspired Walt Disney in his designs for Disneyland after he visited prior to building
his theme park. • Most of the Disney towns and castles share
more than a passing resemblance to locations in real life, from Beauty and the Beast to
Frozen. 7 – Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
• In Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, the Doctor and his Father go in search of
the mythical Holy Grail – one thing that isn't mythical is the location of the Canyon
city where he finds the grail. • 'The Canyon of the Crescent moon'
as they call it in the film is in the Jordanian city of Petra. The sandstone canyon leads
to 'The Treasury', which is carved, into the rock.
• In the movie the characters are seen venturing deep into the temple, although in real life
there is not much inside at all. 6 – Batman – Arkham Asylum
• 'Arkham Asylum', is the fictional prison used to house many of Batman's arch
villains, and was originated by writer Dennis O'Neal in 1974.
• O'Neal named the facility after the 'Arkham Sanatorium' and town created by
writer H. P. Lovecraft. • Lovecraft used the Danvers State Hospital,
an asylum in rural Massachusetts as his inspiration. • The infamous hospital opened in 1878 but
its methods fell out of favour in the 1960s and by 1992 it had been closed down.
• If for some reason you wanted to live at Arkham Asylum, apartments were recently
built there. 5 – Avatar – Pandora
• The computer-generated world of 'Pandora'
in James Cameron's Avatar may seem fantastical but it is openly modelled after two real world
locations in China. • The "yellow mountains" of Anhui and
the Southern Sky column in Hunan are combined to create Pandora and the Hallelujah Mountains,
as they are known in the film. • The local government named the massive
pillars after the success of the film, but later denied doing so after there was an outcry
from the local people. 4 – The Truman Show - Seahaven
• The fictional world of 'Seahaven' in the Truman Show turned out to be too good
to be true for Jim Carey's character. • Rather than being some elaborate Hollywood
set though, the movie was actually filmed on location in the appropriately named Seaside,
Florida. • The entire town is actually privately
owned and was designed from the ground up. Robert Davis built it after he inherited the
80 acres. 3 – Cars – Radiator Springs
• The town of 'Radiator Springs' in Cars is located along Route 66 in the USA.
• While there is no town called Radiator Springs in reality, the fictional town and
its landmarks were all modelled on real places along route.
• For example, 'Ramone's body art shop' closely resembles the 'U-drop gasoline station
and restaurant'; The 'Cozy Cone Motel' is modelled after the Wigwam Motels; the radiator
Cap Mountains are inspired by the Tucumcari Mountains, and Cadillac range is a composite
of the Black Mountain in Arizona and Cadillac Ranch in Texas.
2 – Harry Potter - Hogwarts • Although Harry Potter takes place in a
magical world, you can visit many of the locations without stepping foot in a theme park.
• For the first two films, Alnwick castle in Northumberland doubled as Hogwarts. Platform
9 ¾ can be found at Kings Cross Station in London; the Hogwarts express travels along
the West Highland line in Scotland, and passes over the Glenfinnan Viaduct just like in the
films; and 'The Great Hall' is really Christ Church at Oxford.
• As for 4 Privet drive – well it's actually 12 Picket Close.
1 – GoT – Westeros (various) • Game of Thrones makes use of many of Europe's
historical cities to double for the cities of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, and Essos,
as well as the varying landscapes. • The Maltese Capital Mdina and Dubrovnik,
on the Coast of Croatia, have both served as King's Landing.
• Many of the Northern Locations are found in Northern Ireland Including 'Winterfell',
really Castle Ward just outside Belfast. A national park in Iceland is used for the frozen
wastes beyond the wall, and Morocco is used for many of the cities in Essos.

What is she saying?(28) (Listening Practice) [ ForB English Lesson ] - Duration: 3:32.
Hi, everyone.
You're watching ForB English and my name is Gabriella.
Today we're doing "what is she saying?"
So please guess what I'm saying.
Here we go.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Could you guess what I was saying?
I'm going to give you a hint now, so try to guess it again.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
OK, now I'll do it a little bit slower.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Could you get it this time?
OK. I'm going to reveal the answer now.
This is the answer.
Please set up an appointment.
OK. Now I just said that the British way with sharp t-sound, but actually in natural speed
our native speed becomes more like American English, so we drop the t-sound
and it becomes more of a d-sound; kind of natural English, so "please set up an appointment".
Sounds merge.
The sounds come together as well with many of these English expressions.
So d-s become t-s and the speed becomes a little bit faster.
Vowels change a little bit.
So just think about that when you are practicing the expression.
Also, the final t- on appointment is not always released unless you are really pronouncing it very well,
but in natural speed, it becomes a little bit lazier, so we don't always release the t-sound.
So it's this "appointmen(t)" which is called a glottal stop,
but basically, it means you don't release the t- or the d-sound at the end of the word.
So let's practice a little bit together now, so remember those pronunciation tips.
Please repeat after me slowly.
Please set up an appointment.
OK, very good.
Let's try it a little bit faster.
Please set up an appointment.
And finally natural speed.
Please set up an appointment.
Great job.
Now let's try it three times natural speed. OK? So challenge!
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Please set up an appointment.
Great job.
Getting better!
So I hope the phrase is useful.
I think it's particularly useful if you're moving abroad and you want to make some appointment
with the doctor or any kind of appointment actually.
So try to use it whenever you can and good luck.
Thank you very much for watching.

BREAKING: Tillerson Goes Head-to-Head With McCain, DESTROYS Him With 1 Sentence - Duration: 3:16.
John McCain has proven to our country time and time again why he is incompetent.
All that you need to do is listen to him speak for a couple of seconds, and you will get
the gist.
Rex Tillerson was having NONE of his nonsense!
Washington Times reported that it all started when McCain attempted to make everyone believe
that Tillerson was hurting EVERYONE'S feelings and needed to stop.
McCain quoted these mystical "oppression policies," and eventually, Rex had enough.
His reply shut down McCain; "You don't know what you're talking about, John."
We think that this response by Rex is PERFECT.
Essentially, John was saying that Tillerson was passing policies that were meant to be
for transactional purposes, instead of what felt good deep in your heart.
In his piece, McCain wrote, "Tillerson [has] sent a message to oppressed people everywhere,
'Don't look to the United States for hope.'"
Here is the problem.
We are not the international Super Friends.
In the United States, we don't have an unlimited amount of space, resources, and time.
PRIORITIES MUST be set.
If priorities are in place, it would only make logical sense that we would help the
people HERE before we would work on helping everyone else in the world.
McCain honestly believes that we need to go on a mission to help everyone else in the
world and let everyone here suffer.
It is odd; his feelings and emotions only kick in once he is speaking about outside
of the U.S. border.
There is a reason that Tillerson is on Trump's Cabinet.
On that same note, there is also a reason why the only time McCain has a voice that
can be heard is when he is writing trash that passes for New York Times opinion pieces.
We are not surprised that McCain is still trying to push his agenda through.
He may have run on the Republican ticket, but make no mistake; he is a liberal in right-wing
clothes.
Most people who took the time to read through some of the things he has stated in the past
agree that it couldn't be any clearer.
Look at this recent argument for an excellent example of his values.
He is critiquing the Republican party for putting our country first!
Ironically enough, one of his slogans when running for president was "Country First."
It sure doesn't look that way now!
He has what can only be called "imposter syndrome."
Don't let him fool you; Rex obviously didn't.
It is going to be interesting to see if McCain is going to formulate a rebuttal to Tillerson's
single sentence.
Personally, we doubt it.
It is going to end up lost in the mix when he comes out for his next attack against a
policy or person who makes his poor feelings hurt.
We don't have TIME or RESOURCES to take care of everyone outside of our country.
We need to get everything in good shape HERE first.
You cannot do 15 million things at once and expect to be successful.
The fact that he thought his critique was accurate is laughable.
If it were up to McCain, he would probably kick everyone out of their homes here and
move in people from other countries that "deserve nicer things."
What a JOKE!
Do YOU take McCain seriously as a Republican?
Please share this news and let us know what you think!

Best of Fukui- My Japanese University Life |福井県旅行のベスト!- 日本で留学生の生活 - Duration: 4:03.
This time we went to one of Japans little known places, Fukui Prefecture.
Fukui is in the middle section of the main island, right along the Japanese seaside.
We started off by going to see Tojinbo cliffs.
Tojimbo is right sea side, so theres an abundance of fresh sea food here.
So after walking through the nearby strip it suddenly opens up into the cliffs.
The sea side is super beautiful.
You can also climb the rocks but its obviously very dangerous.
It's a really beautiful and suprisingly calming place.
Next up we went to watari glass studio by the sea to make our own glass wear.
You can chose from a number of colors and shapes to make.
After deciding we got right into it.
As you'll see the pro helped me through all the steps and pretty much did all the hard work.
First the glass is heated and color is added.
Then we rolled out it out to male it smooth and blew air into the center.
This narrow side will become the opening.
This side is flattened so it will become the bottom.
Okay this part is a lot of fun so watch closely~
Next we had to widen the opening to make the mouth of the cup.
Its starting to look better and better here.
And here's what the final product looks like.
Finally, we visited Fukui ken's famous temple, Eiheiji.
Eiheiji means eternal peace.
The temple has a long tradition, being founded over 700 hundred years ago.
There are over 200 hundred priests training here.
And those were the highlights from my trip to Fukui prefecture.
I hope you enjoyed it

How To Get A Smooth Shot DJI OSMO Review 4K Resolution Test Footage - How To Do Video Marketing - Duration: 2:12.
Hi Taylor here with Financial Potion where we believe video is the potion to relieve
business owners from their financial worries.
This Friday's video tip to prep you for the weekend is a product review on the DJI
OSMO.
These are our reasons you should buy it and how you would use it for video marketing.
First of all it has a 3 axis gimble, shoots in 4k so gives you more flexibility in the
edit.
And you can adjust just about everything the ISO, white balance, variable shutter speed
and a constant aperture of f2.8 to make sure you have a perfect image.
Plus there is a interchangeable, rechargeable battery so you can have multiple batteries
on set to never run out.
1 battery usually lasts us about 1 hour.
It runs off of a micro sd card, however make sure to get a U3 SD card or you may be sorry.
Now for our cons.
First of all the audio isn't grade however there is a 3.5mm jack input to be able to
plug a lapel mic.
The other con is even though it's a 3axis gimble, you still need to be conscious how
bouncy you are when you walk.
Walk slow and smooth.
Now to see some demo footage and get inspired how you could use it.
Real estate listing video wrapping around the house, really any great motion b-roll
is what we suggest.
I hope this helps you during your video marketing weekend.
If you haven't subscribed make sure you do to get a new video notification every Friday
and for every get perks, please become a Patron via our Patreon.com page.
Just make sure as you're using that also that you're staying engaging!
