is to spend it at full Olly Gardens it's

really beautiful and we have a really

pleasant afternoon wandering outside

relaxing and having some good food

fillol Gardens was built as a country

estate between 1915 and 1917 by the

Bourne family who made their fortune in

gold and it's really beautiful they've

built a Georgian house here and there

are six hundred and fifty seven acres of

garden including an English garden the

estate is now held in trust and it's

open to the general public you can come

here during the weekends to walk and

explore the outdoors and on days such as

Mother's Day they've got some special

events going on that we'll show you

inside if the mansions facade looks

familiar

you might recognize it in the opening

sequence of the 1980s nighttime soap

opera dynasty after the 1906 earthquake

many prominent San Francisco families

moved out to the countryside the barns

hired well-known architect Willis Polk

to design and construct fillol e out in

Woodside on the south end of Crystal

Springs reservoir which they owned the

estate house is 54,000 square feet with

56 rooms including a large ballroom and

servants quarters the estate was open to

First, start with marinating the meat

Soy sauce, sugar, water, lime juice, chopped up garlic, fish sauce.Roughly tear the coriander and basil. Thinly slice vietnamese pepper and put it in the marinate

Rest it for more than 30 minutes

Slice the onion and cumber

chop up Shallot(chives)

put some oil around a pan and sizzle the meat

fry the onions until they get really crispy

Sice the bread into two and spread some butter on one and mayonaise on the other

layer up the lettuces, cucumbers and onions

put the sandwich on a dry pan and brown it a little bit

put the meat on the top.

Drizzle some chili sauce and top it off with fried onions and chives.You can put coriander if you please

I've seen pretty a lot of places serving Banh mi, since vietnamese food is getting bigger and bigger in korea. But I've never tried it, so I thought it was perfect idea to make one for myself!

I followed the recipe from a TV program and it was actually better than I expected!

I don't really like coriander so I was kind of reluctant about it but it just tastes fine.

Now I want to try real Banh mi in Vietnam!
