Marcelo habla sobre las infraestructuras tecnológicas del Capítulo General - Duration: 3:17.

In preparation for the XXII General Chapter, the Preparatory Commission invited me

to collaborate in coordinating the technological infrastructure

needed for the Chapter to function well.

We had the opportunity to work with a younger Brother in the previous chapter, in Rome.

With that experience, the challenge was not so much to do things

but to work with the people who are carrying out the various tasks.

We took the opportunity to meet at Casa De La Salle, where the General Chapter

is taking place here in Rionegro, Medellín, Colombia.

We looked at the facilities, contacted people who were menaging the setting up the chapter hall.

After several conversations and meetings with the Preparatory Commission and also with the staff here of the De La Salle house,

and also with the staff here of the De La Salle house,

we established a number of technical parameters to try to satisfy what the pre-capitular commission

was looking was included in the room.

Without getting too complicated with technical details, our bottom line was to have a new vision using current technology

technology from what was used at the previous Chapter.

Beyond all the development with computers, which been revolutionized a lot, and all the intense work done

by the team from Curitiba, we wanted the Chapter Hall to have a spacious and pleasant atmosphere.

The participants would be working at round tables, which encourages dialogue.

We also installed a number of projection screens and televisions that could be seen from all parts

of the Hall and at different angles. We also wanted to have

a good sound system for the room and for simultaneous translations.

In principle, the thinking was to have translation in two languages, Spanish and English.

However, as the Chapter has progressed, we are trying to include the opportunity for translation into French,

to assist those Brothers who feel it is necessary to better understand what is being said.

The installation was a challenge, because it was a whole new room,

with people who had no experience in equipping this type of event.

We had the opportunity to contribute, to suggest and to provide assistance, and also on the way to solve some problems.

I am happy with what was done.

I believe that at this point the Chapter is operating more than satisfactory

according to the expectations that were proposed.

As bocas da ZN matam pra caralho

As bocas por ai falam merda pra caralho

De pé as 6 to lembrando meu serviço

Meu caderno vale mais que o meu salário

Na real eu tenho fardos demais pra andar fardado

Por isso eu foco nisso

Honrando meu compromisso

Sou o cara que sempre te fez rir

Quem imaginava que eu tinha essa dor

Descarreguei em linhas todo odio e rancor

Coloquei todas minhas cartas na mesa

Sufocado por essas falsas realezas

Todos presos em falsas verdades

Na verdade

Podem me chamar de sua fiança

Cheio de defeitos expostos na mesa

Não tive certeza do que via

Criança indefesa

Eu falo tanto comigo

Isso é minha terapia

Quem é teu real inimigo?

Se olha no espelho

Quantas vezes você gostou do que você via

Eu to buscando a minha ascenção

Meus pés não encontram mais o chão

Eu to buscando a minha ascenção

Meus pés...

As noites em claro só me deixam mais escuro

Tudo que vocês fazem na real é tao futil

Escorrendo cada verme do meu ser

Tive 7777 furos

E sua ostentação após a morte

Talvez se torne tão inutil

Olho pro lado não enxergo marcadores

Corri demais,me isolei

Lembra

Jesus antes de morrer tinha sido coroado

Futuro é manipulado

Meus herois morreram assassinados

Sujaram nossa cidade

Com essas falsas realidades

Canetas são vassouras limpando o sujo

Nossas poesias purificando o mundo

Os deuses nos abandonaram

Isso

Nos apresentaram o fogo

Depois nos mataram com nosso gelo

Como uma mãe que dá o doce e o filho morre obeso

Todas essas ruas me lembram porque eu vim

Ando sozinho me sinto bem melhor

Mesmo duvidando de tudo que eu já vi

Hoje

Liberdade aos injustiçados

Não segui o crime, por erros do passado

Só porque vendiam a branca

Poucos realmente me entenderam

Apertaram a minha mão

The County Seat Utah County Profile - Duration: 28:51.

Hi everybody, welcome to this week's

episode of The County Seat. I'll bet

you cannot guess where we are if you

have lived in the state of Utah for any

time at all you probably have been

here at Bridal vail falls. Wel today on

The County Seat our entire focus of

the show is going to be about Utah

County. We have not done this in the

past we are going to a series of shows

this year highlighting counties. You

know that the pioneers one of the

first place that they expanded to out

of Salt Lake was to move South with

the fresh water Utah Lake and the big

fertile soil along the shores it was a

perfect place for vineyards and

orchards and agricultural pursuits.

Little communities started to dot up

they have expanded to become

Utah's 2nd most populous county and

one of the fastest most dependable

growing places. That brings with it a

lot of challenges and these are the

sorts of things that we will cover

today on our show. Let's start with

the history of the county.

Utah County calls itself the heart of Utah. The

reason for it could be two fold. The first and

most obvious is that it is located near the center

or heart of Utah. The second reason is less

obvious but if you get to know the culture and

economy, you'll see Utah County is at the heart

of what makes Utah, Utah.

To understand what makes Utah County a

unique place in the state you have to

understand how the county got its start.

It is speculated that the first non-native

americans to visit were Father Dominquez and

Father Escalante, when their party arrived in

the area on September 23, 1776.

The explorers didn't stay long and it would be

over 70 years before settlers would come to put

down permanent roots.

"Provo's history is different in several ways

from other places in Utah, other counties in

Utah, the people actually wanted to come to

Provo, Brigham did not have to call them to

come here. They were pestering him to come

here and when he finally relented in 1849, they

moved down and started their colony on the

Provo River."

The settlers began to move and build their new

home but a struggle for the land was right

around the corner.

"The only problem being this is where the Utes

like it too, the Timpanogos Utes liked it here. So

there was a sort of head butting experience

right from the very first."

Despite these early issues, the settlers persisted

and went on to form towns like Provo,

American Fork, Lehi, and Pleasant Grove, and

the county was officially founded in 1850.

It has been more than 160 years and people are

still clamoring to come live there.

In 2010 there were 448,000 people living in the

county and in 2015 that number grew to over

575,000. That is a 28.3 percent increase in just

five years.

The county features a thriving education system

with two Universities, BYU and Utah Valley

University. 93.3 percent of the county

population over 25 has a high school diploma

and 37.3% have a bachelor's degree or higher. It

is statistics like this that have made Utah

County a destination for businesses.

Over the last 15 years Utah County has

experienced explosive job growth as more new

businesses arrive. What once was a nearly

vacant hillside area is now the Silicon Slopes

filled with high end businesses like Adobe. This

new growth isn't surprising considering the

county history with technology.

"When you think of Utah County specifically

kind of the reason a lot of the energy is here,

why there is so much tech companies popping

up, why entrepreneurship is supported in such

a big way, you really have to look back at Utah's

history right, when it comes to tech. Two of the

three biggest tech companies in the world, in

the early 90's, were based in Utah with Word

Perfect and Novell and I think we just have this

strong rich tech history in Utah County."

Utah County isn't just a great place to work; it's

a great place to live. Which is why some

businesses choose to be there despite most of

their work being done out of the county.

"Then it came time to build a new building, to

grow and people said, 'Surely you're going to

build in Salt Lake, because that's where 90% of

your business is.' So I thought about it for a long

time, we talked to our employees and said if we

build in Salt Lake, what's going to happen? Will

you move? Will you commute and a large

portion of them said 'Geez Mary I don't think

we will. We want to stay in Utah County', and

that's when I realized, I did too, I wanted to stay

here."

And why wouldn't you want to live there? Utah

County has safe communites

"I love this lifestyle down here. I love the nature

of the people, their kindness, their community

oriented natures. I wanted to live in place

where I could send my kids to the baseball

fields on their bikes and not have to worry

about them."

.excellent education opportunites, and access

to wonderful recreation opportunities like

Bridal Veil Falls, Utah Lake and of course

"Sundance is an amazing assest. You can see

amazing plays there, you've got skiing and in

the summer it's one of the better places to go

mountain biking in the whole state."

For the County Seat, I'm Malia Stringham.

We are going to take a break we will

return to the studio with the

commissioners of Utah County to find

out more on The County Seat.

Welcome back to The County Seat

our highlight this week is focused on

Utah County we are spending the

entire half hour talking about the

county, its history its challenges

joining us for the conversation

Commissioners Nathan Ivy and Bill

Lee, gentlemen thank you for joining

us today. It's really good to see both

of you fellas. So obviously we see

from the story that Utah County is

poised for and has done a great job of

growing it's currently growing and

what is the vision you all see for the

future laying out 10-20 years.

The first future is we are going to

move that monument from this is the

place up there in Salt Lake area down

here to Utah county. Because

through studies and models and

everything we know there is a lot of

people coming here to Utah County

or projected to come this direction

and so that puts pressures on us to

make sure that we do police and law

enforcement transportation is

appropriate recreation as well that

we have in there and that we keep

the quality of life that we have right

now and maintain that as we are

going forward.

Is that a juggling act Nathan?

Yes, it's a very big juggling act to try

and find the proper balance

especially when you face with

growth. In Utah County has a very

unique balance to keep because we

have an amazing tech hub around the

point of the mountain the silicone

slopes we are attracting major world

companies like Adobe and others and

then in the South end of our county

we have actually lead the nation in

things like tart cherry production and

we lead the state in agricultural

receipt production and so as a county

we have a major diversity and so

finding the proper balance to make

sure that growth happens and we

promote our businesses and all those

wonderful things happen being our

technology hub our financial hubs but

stay true to our roots and agriculture

is a challenge.

Do you feel like when you come into

commission meetings sometimes it's

like a Dr. Jackal and Mr. Hyde you

have these hats you have to switch.

We always have to do that. We go

from issue to issue and they are wide

ranged in what we try to accomplish

and what we try to do so yes it is it's

a back and forth it's a balancing act.

Why do you think there is such an

appeal to Utah County? I am sure

part of it is what you just mentioned

Nathan that within one county you

can come here for good urban

business but you can go pick cherries

right off the tree. What do you think

the general appeal is that is drawing

all this growth?

I think one of the things that is the

great appeal is our taxes. Utah

County is the lowest tax county in the

entire state of Utah. We live by the

philosophy of small limited

government and allowing the people

to what the people do best. As a

result we have created an

atmosphere where we attract

wonderful people who do wonderful

things.

Have anything to add to that.

The greatest resource we have here

in Utah county is the people and they

are willing to go out and take chances

in businesses and willing to be

entrepreneurs and say let's try this

and willing to say this is what we do

not want and we are willing to stay

where we are. So I applaud that.

ago there were a whole bunch of

models of what your future looks like

would there be one you would like to

pick and just kind of paint in a broad

brush what 10 years down the road

looks like for Utah county.

The Gardner Institute I sat on a panel

up in Salt Lake they went through a

whole bunch of different models of

which they take all the factors and

they put them in place and they say

how is Utah County going to grow

and why and they went through

about 48 different models and picked

the average on that and they are

saying that by 2065 we are going to

be 1.2 million people in this valley

and so right now we are a little over

600,000 so we are going to grow

rapidly.

If you stop to think about that I was

an adult but the time Utah crossed

that kind of a number as far as a

million people just within my lifetime

I can see that happen to one county

that is just phenomenal. Do you

think you are going to carry a lot of

the population growth for the state in

the coming years?

Absolutely as you look at one of the

factors is geography, right. Salt Lake

County is getting pretty dang full they

don't have much more of the land

space in Utah County we do have

some land space available and

especially looking west in our Eagle

Mountain area and southwest in our

little places like Goshen. There is

land there and so when you look at

those particular areas we have some

land capacity to have more people

whereas a lot of the other more

urban areas of the Wasatch Front are

becoming a fairly built out we still

have some room to grow.

We are going to take a quick break

when we come back we are going to

turn our attention to some of the

challenges that all this growth is

going to bring and how the counties

and Utah county in particular will

need help achieving their goals we

will be right back with The County

Seat.

Welcome back to The County Seat we

are talking to the Commissioners of

Utah County as we highlight Utah

County for the entire half hour of the

county seat this week we talked

growth what are your concerns what

do you see as the biggest challenge

facing the county?

Well I think transportation is always

going to be one where we have

concerns and infrastructure because

although we have a lot of land it's not

developed land in the way of growth

that is coming there is going to be

infrastructure challenges

transportation challenges and then

finding the right blend between what

we have in our county which is urban

and rural and how that interfaces

between the two. We are seeing

some of those buffers hit right now

that are causing problems with

perceptions and what is going on so

those are the challenges that we

have.

Along with some of those challenges

and I think it touches on what

Commissioner Lee mentioned here

one of the things that is beautiful

about Utah County is our recreational

opportunities we have places like

American Fork Canyon Provo Canyon

Payson Canyon Spanish Fork these

are amazing places to go and recreate

and mountain bike ski hike do those

types of things that Utahans like to

do as we see a ginormous influx of

people those recreation areas face

increased pressure from usage and so

what are we doing now to make sure

that we are preserving large diverse

recreational opportunities so that in

50 years from now when we have 1.6

million living here that we still have

those diverse recreational

opportunities to go to because today

we look to the future and created

vision to protect those areas that

once you lose you never get back.

So is part of that equation looking for

new place to set aside as you expand

out for recreational opportunities like

west mountain or something like

that.

Sure you know I remember years ago

and I know that Salt Lake County still

kind of going through the changes of

this but when we were laid out every

15 miles there was a city there was a

lot a of space in between but as you

grow together you lose that space in

between and if you do not do

something or if communities do not

do something to have open space

then you wind up with everything

melted together and then your start

going the other direction and try to

buy stuff to get spaces in between

and that is what Salt Lake County has

been trying to do and so if we can

look now and say why don't we have

areas that are set aside cities and

counties make those areas available

we can have that richness that we

want.

Is that sometimes an unpopular

thing?

From my perspective my interaction

with the community it has not been

unpopular its actually very supported

because the people have come here

because they love those types of

activities and when they see elected

officials working with the various

mayors or other entities to try and

accomplish those goals that we have

as a broad county they are very

supportive of those ideas. Now they

are challenging because they are

expensive what is the right area how

do you build the right infrastructure

to it how do you find the money to

pay for some of those things but

those are the challenges that come

with it but there is general broad

support for that forward looking

vision from the county people from

my perspective.

If most of your growth is out west so

looking Provo Orem Spanish Fork we

are kind of filled in here so seems to

me that it's going to be out west that

you have that expansion and before

the show you were mentioning the

extension of water out there.

We are looking to trying to bring

water particularly to the southwest

end of the county it is a more dry

area what can we do to have

agriculture and residential water

usage out there and making sure that

its northwest Saratoga Springs area

they have good water now but that is

now what do we have down the road

for that future population and what

do we do to make sure we put the

proper infrastructure in place now so

that again when we get to those

critical points it is there and

deliverable instead of being reactor

to a problem and we had forward

thinking on all those issues.

Transportation is one of those things

I see a huge challenge in Utah County

because you have a lake right in the

middle of the county while its only 8

feet deep it's still a lake in the middle

of the county.

Like you said its right in the middle of

the county sour our Northwest

corridors are important to us we

have to have to move people back

and forth you look at other counties

like Salt Lake County they are east

and west of what they are dealing

with now trying to get people out like

our north and west so we have those

in place there are models out there

that we are looking at we are trying

to do preservation corridors so we

can purchase the lands now so when

its available for us to put the

transportation out there we will have

that land already purchased and

ready to go and that is one of the

things we are looking at.

In touching on that and this is what

Commissioner Lee lead out on and

was fantastic with is trying to build a

better working relationship with our

federal agencies like most counties in

Utah we have a large amount of

federally owned land and periodically

we get a small chunk of federally

owned land when we are trying to

put a sewer line through or a road

through and then in becomes very

cumbersome so we are trying now to

work through those challenge with

our federal land issues make sure

when growth hits partially again in

that west side where we have a lot of

federal land that those are handled in

a manner that allows us to efficiently

and quickly put in those sewer lines

and roads and other infrastructure

needs that come along with that

growth.

When you have a smaller county like

Utah County that has a fair chunk of

federal land in it does this seem like a

logical places where maybe the

transfer which has been a very

controversial issue would make

sense?

It absolutely will we went through

our resource management plan and

we just adopted that this year and

like Commissioner Ivy mentioned

there are areas where the federal

land comes down and it does not

make sense at all for them to have or

hold that. And like we all know on a

federal basis that will take years to

get something passed and to the

ground and on a disposal basis and it

may take ten years but we have to

start now because we cannot allow

for growth to hit that and then cause

problematic areas for us. So the

transfer of federal lands is very

important to us not just to our county

but for other counties as well but we

need to be on the forefront of going

forward with that.

It would almost seem it's a bigger

issue here potentially be a bigger

issue here than in the counties that

are still grazing a lot. They may find

peace with their federal partners and

continue their lifestyle but as you

organize it seems like it could be a

really big problem.

As you urbanize you run into a lot of

conflict take forest management for

example. We have a lot of our cities

that are now abutting forest land and

the forest service is doing a poor job

of managing that and keeping things

like beetle kill out and then we run

into serious fire issues that

immediate threaten homes and so it

is critical that we have those good

management practices honed in on a

local level so we can control and

protect our citizens from those types

of natural disasters that are

preventable.

That would also have an impact on

your watersheds too I suppose.

You bet, absolutely.

Wow we are going to take a quick

break and we will come back with the

County Seat and continue our

conversation we will wrap things up

here on our highlighting of Utah

County and been a great

conversation so far we invite you to

return with us right after this quick

commercial break.

Welcome back to the County Seat we

have been talking about Utah County

the plusses, minuses, the challenges

the benefits of living here with a

great bunch of people that run the

county the Commissioners have been

a lot of fun to talk to today just in a

wrap up anything that you feel is

really important that you should tell

the people of Utah about Utah

County.

I think for me it is the heart of Utah

County that is our story but I truly

believe that. Everything that

happens here affects Utah the good

things we do here are part of why

Utah is so successful. We create a

model of government and a culture in

a society that is truly reflective of the

American spirit and dream and that

dream and spirit lives here in Utah

County and because we help push

the blood to the rest of the state

Utah has become the shining

example to the nation of what can

happen when you live by good

principals and those are the

principals and ideal that we embrace

here in Utah County being a good

neighbor and keeping government

small and limited and allowing the

people to have freedom.

What are your thoughts on that?

A lot along the similar lines that

Commissioner Ivy has there. Again

our greatest resource is the people

that we have here in the county and

again they do phenomenal jobs in

keeping government under its proper

role I believe give the county greater

flexibility and greater opportunity

and there is a lot going on here from

Sundance to Bridal Vail Falls to out at

the lake to shooting at other side of

the lake there are so many things

that are happening here in Utah

County it's just fun to be a part of it

and see the good things that are

happening.

You just have a really good working

relationship I get the sense that you

guys have a united front and there a

good unified motion forward with

your leadership. Is that a fair

statement?

I think so and actually within the

commission we are striving very hard

to have good communication and be

on the same page and work together

and within the whole entire Utah

county government from our

assessor's office to our recorder and

treasurer our sheriff's department we

are all committed to helping this

place be a wonderful place to live and

I think that spirit of cooperation not

within our commission office but

county wide.

My hope is by the end of this I can

ride a horse half as good as you do.

That would be an accomplishment.

Well he's getting closer we are

working on it.

Gentlemen thank you so much for

taking so much time from your busy

schedules to talk to us about Utah

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 vs LeEco Le Pro 3 Elite X722 Speed Test | Snapdragon 820 vs 625 [Eng Subs] - Duration: 4:36.

The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a mid range device equipped with the eight-core Snapdragon 625,

4GB ram memory, 64GB of Internal Storage, and running Android 7.1.1

On the other hand

the Le Pro 3 Elite is a device with a similar price, but with flagship features

as it is equipped with the quad-core Snapdragon 820, 4GB Ram

32GB of Internal Storage, and running Android 6.0

How big is the difference in their performance?

I am Vangelis Minas

and you are watching the speed test comparison between the Xiaomi Mi Max 2

and the Le Pro 3 Elite.

Let's start the speed test.

Both devices seem equivalent and none has taken a clear lead.

The Le Pro 3 Elite just finished the first round

with a small difference from the Xiaomi Mi Max 2.

In the second round, the Mi Max 2

doesn't seem to keep the applications in memory and reloads them again

The Le Pro 3 Elite in contrast to Mi Max 2 seems to have kept

all the apps in memory and make an impressive second round.

The Le Pro 3 Elite just finished the second round while the Mi Max 2 remains far behind

The Mi Max 2 just finished with noticeable delay

In conclusion,

both devices have similar performance in opening applications,

which surprised me

what differs, is the memory management

as we saw the Mi Max 2 did not keep all apps in memory

as opposed to Le Pro 3 Elite,

although they have the same Ram size

Finally, I would like to note that if you have seen my previous speed tests

probably you'll have noticed that the times shown in the device timers

are slightly different from those I have noted.

This is because i stop counting the laps when the timer app opens

and not when I click on the new lap button,

as well as in case of i delayed to open an app

I've also count this time

That's for you, to have no doubt.

If you want to support my channel,

I would greatly appreciate if you'll use any of my links

in the description of the video to purchase these devices

Liberal bias has pervaded the mainstream media so thoroughly that it will never recover.

Trust in the media is at an all-time low, and ABC's Matt Lauer just doesn't understand.

Former President George W. Bush made headlines earlier this year when he destroyed Today

Show host Matt Lauer on live television.

George W. Bush was asked how the media is different now compared to when he was inaugurated

in 2011.

"When I was president, you mattered a lot more," he said without skipping a beat.

#16 - Why You Shouldn't Listen To Warren Buffett's Advice? (Full Version) - Duration: 9:11.

Welcome to Yap's Money Life Show.Thank you for your interest and your support to this show. Today

I'm going to talk about Warren Buffett. I'm going to talk about Warren Buffett's advice is bad for

growing your hard earned money. Now you see Warren Buffett

do not need further introduction. Warren Buffett is also famous for promoting

concentration of the asset as his key investment strategies.

He believed that he should focus on a few stock and that kind of

concentration will decrease his investment risk. So if he is doing so well with this such a

concentration strategy, shouldn't everyone of us follow him or learn from this particular strategy?

But the truth is that

this concentration

strategy may be good for him, but it is not for everyone. Why do I say so?

For this strategy to work

well, you would require to fulfill two main conditions. No 1, time

factor. For it to work, one person need to spend at least 8

hours a day to make it work. Warren Buffett

he can do it because he has a privilege of spending every single hour of his day

managing his investment. Basically

investing as you know it. This is his full time business.

It would be a financial disaster for the middle class to apply this strategy to concentrate their investment asset

because many of the middle class do not have the privilege of time as

Warren Buffett has. The second factor is the expertise factor. For it to work,

for concentration strategy to work, one needs to be an expert in stock investing. You see for Warren Buffett,

He has vast experience, and he has vast expertise in

investing which was gained over

more than 50 years of time.

And he also has been supported by a team of experts to help him to make investment decision.

See if you are not expert in investing, if you are not in an investing profession or business

you are taking a lot of risk when you

invest a lot of money into just a few stocks.

So before you applying Warren Buffett's investing strategy to your personal money,

make sure that you know what does it take to succeed using his strategy and also

you need to make sure that you have what does it take to succeed.

So if you know that you don't have those conditions, the two factors are images now, I would think

diversification using strategy asset allocation is still the best strategy to grow your money with high certainty.

In this section I will answer the question that I receive from the viewers. Now I have a question from Mr. Looi,

Mr Looi is from Ipoh. He asked after contributing to my insurance policy for 20 years, I

discovered that the policy's surrender value now is less than what I have put in all this time.

Why is this so? You see Mr Looi, there are quite a number reasons

why this outcome happened, okay?

I can only share with you a few reasons. Why is this happening? The first reason is that the riders

in your insurance policy. If you have many riders for protection benefits

then you need to pay quite a lot for the insurance charges and that will also deplete your surrender value.

Now the second reason could be the underlying

investment factor. You see

over the 20 years it depends on the performance of the fund

that you have selected. If the fund that you have selected for your investment linked insurance

is not performing well,

then chances are the surrender value also

will be very low compared to the money that you put into. The 3rd reason could be

Automatic Premium Loan, APL interest. Over the 20 years of you paying this insurance

premium, there could be certain period whereby you forget to pay the insurance premium,

that's where this APL interest kicks in and the interest rate is very high. It can go as high as

8% interest. So that's why your surrender value could be depleted by the

interest charges as well.

So you see life insurance is never an effective vehicle for you to save or invest money

there are so many hidden costs or

unexpected charges that kick in.

So if you buy life insurance only for protection

objective, there will be no such issue as to how much surrender value that you'll be getting.

Now I have a question from Adrian. Adrian is from Kuantan. He asked,

what are the mistakes that people make when they plan for their retirement?

Today, I want to share the top 3 mistakes that people make when they plan for their retirement.

The 1st mistake is that, there's no proper financial plan.

What do I mean by that, you see without a proper financial plan

you won't be able to tell what is the optimal

retirement living expenses that you can afford to, whether it's 5,000 or

6,000. So if you don't know whether you can afford to spend 5,000 or not, chances are you may over spend,

and you may spend 10,000 and then your retirement asset may not last you too long.

No 2 situation is that, it could be that you may under spent,

then you end up that you are not enjoying quality

retirement and they still leave behind a lot asset. The 2nd mistake that people

commonly make is that they don't grow the money optimally when they retire.

A lot of them put their money into fixed deposit and that money will be subjected to

inflation risk. At 6% interest rate your money will become only half after

12 years. So that is a very important and major risk to retirement asset.

The 3rd mistake that people normally make is that they settle all the loan they have including some very reasonable

interest rate kind of property loan. So when you settle all the loan and you are retired,

you don't have any income anymore. You can't get a new loan from bank anymore.

So what I would suggest you to do is that you should keep the loan

while the interest rate is still rather low and use the money that you have to get better investment return elsewhere.

What's important is to make sure that you have enough cash flow to settle or to pay loan repayment amount.

You see, is hard to live without active income when you are retired.

It is worse if your retirement asset is not growing optimally. So I would suggest that you

don't stop growing your money with high certainty when you retire okay?

Try to grow your retirement asset when you have a better growth in your retirement asset you can enjoy a better lifestyle and

guess what, it also will help you to keep your brain active as well.

how to create database in Cpanel phpmyadmin - Duration: 4:13.

Hello this is Munir Mahmud here and welcome to another video tutorial on how to create

a database in the cPanel. You could do this umm in two ways you could use the

MySQL database option or you could use the MySQL database wizard that Wizard

is just going to break everything down into a step by step process but I'm not

going to that. I'm going to use MySQL databases. If you want to know

about this just write database and here you can see MySQL databases and

MySQL database wizard and here is phpmyadmin. You can see all the

databases. Let's click on MySQL databases. It'll take you to the database

configuration page. Okay, so here it is. Create a new database new database here

Put a database name. let's put rex or you can put more

characters here. And create click on create database my database name is solea_rex

Click on go back and you have to create a user for that

database. And give another name as database user okay I can put here rex.

Okay, let's say rex okay, and the password you can put your password but I'm not

going to put anything here. Just I'm just going to use password generator option

you can use this or you can use this Advanced Options. You can change the

length of the password characters to 18. And it is maximum. If I put here 22

and click here or change the characters then it'll be 18. So it is

maximum. You can change it to anything and make sure that you have clicked on

it. and make sure that you have copied this password and paste it in a safe

place. In my case I'm going to paste it on my code editor and use this password

click on this button and it is very strong.

Okay let's click on create user. Let's go back and we have another thing that we

should do actually my database and the username both doesn't know to each other.

So we have to configure them. So add a user to database. I have to add my user

to the database. Here Here you can see only two databases okay,

So just select my database user and from here you have to select the

database name and click on add. And here you'll see my database and the database username.

Let's select them and put it in a safe place

as I need them when I will use them okay

and click here 'all privileges' make sure that everything has been selected

and click on make changes. Okay, so click on go back I have my database version

has been completed. You can see the details here. Okay that's it for about

this tutorial. I hope you can create databases and use it

thank you very much for watching this tutorial

A Practical Generation Of Open Relationships – Have We Forgotten How To Love? - Duration: 10:09.

A Practical Generation Of Open Relationships – Have We Forgotten How To Love?

Why is it so difficult to maintain a healthy relationship today?

Why do we keep failing over and over again, when we put so much effort?

Why have people all of a sudden become so incapable of maintaining a long-lasting relationship?

Have we forgotten how to love?

Or what is worse, have we forgotten what love actually is?

We are not ready.

We are not ready to make sacrifices, compromises; we are not ready for unconditional love.

We are not prepared to give what's necessary to make a relationship work.

We want it simple; we want it instant like the coffee we take!

We are people who give up quickly and easily.

One obstacle is all it takes to discourage us.

We don't even give our love the chance to grow.

We leave, always prematurely.

What we actually seeking isn't love; it's mare excitement and thrill.

We want someone to watch movies and have fun with; just somebody who would make us feel live AT THE MOMENT.

And when all the excitement is gone, we realize that no one actually prepared us for a hard landing.

We don't believe in the beauty of predictability because we are blinded by the thrill adventures provide us with.

We have been diving so deep for so long in the busy city life and it leaves no place for love.

We don't really have the time for love; we don't have patience to work on our relationships.

We are people busy chasing after our materialistic dreams and again, it leaves no room for love.

We expect to get instant gratification in everything we do the things we post on-line, the carriers we chose,

the people we choose to be with.

Don't be fooled, we still want the big thing in a relationship, like maturity,

emotional connection or a sense of belonging, but we expect all this to happen when we still don't know a person,

and yet it only comes with time, over years, when the bond has grown strong.

Obviously, nothing is worth our time and patience – not even love.

We would rather spend an hour with a hundred people than a whole day with only one person.

We believe firmly in multiple 'options'.

We are 'social' beings.

We prefer meeting people thank getting to know them.

We are greedy.

We suffer to have EVERYTHING.

We get involved with a person as soon as we feel the slightest attraction,

and leave at the moment someone 'better' shows up.

We don't want to bother to get the best out of our partners.

We want them to be perfect.

We start relationships with numerous people, but rarely when we give them any chance.

We are disappointed with everybody and everything.

Technology brought us so close together, that's almost impossible to breathe.

Our physical presence has been replaced with posts, articles, voice messages, and video calls.

We don't feel the need to spend some time together.

What we have is already too much; there is nothing more to talk about – we are out of topics,

we have already shared everything.

We are a generation of 'wanderers' who refuse to stay in one place for too long.

Every dedication results in fear.

We believe that are not cut to be in long-lasting healthy relationships.

We don't want to settle down.

Just the thought of doing so brings fear to our bones.

It's so difficult even to imagine to spend our lives with only one person.

We leave.

We despise permanence and stability like they are some kind of social illness.

We want to believe that we are 'different' from the other; that we are original, unique.

It's become a new trend not to run in accordance with social norms and standards.

We are a generation that calls itself 'sexually liberal'.

Sex comes easy, but loyalty doesn't.

It's the temporary fulfillment that we need.

Relationships aren't so simple anymore.

There are open relationships, friends with benefits, one-night-stands – there is barely any room for real devoted love

in our lives.

This generation is practical, it creates its own logic.

Sadly, we don't see logic in being truly, madly, deeply in love.

We wouldn't fly over the ocean just to see the person we love.

We end our relationships because the miles that separate us.

We don't feel love, we THINK LOVE.

We are a sad, scared generation – a generation terrified of love and commitment;

a generation scared of having its heart broken.

Unconditional love is something completely alien to us.

What we best do, is hide behind the walls we up in our pursuit for love and happiness but as soon as we get anywhere

near achieving it, we run away.

All of a sudden 'it's too much, we can't take it'.

We don't want to be vulnerable, we don't like the risk, we fear exposure…exposure to real, raw emotions.

We have become overly careful, too cautious.

We don't appreciate meaningful relationships anymore.

We let go of wonderful people just because there are other 'fish in the sea'.

There is nothing in this world we couldn't conquer, and yet again here we are struggling with something so natural like

LOVE.

Evolution, they say!

Why Jennifer Lawrence won't let her mum watch her new movie - Duration: 5:10.

Why Jennifer Lawrence won't let her mum watch her new movie

IF YOU'RE a fan of Jennifer Lawrence (or Javier Bardem or Darren Aronofsky, for that matter) you're likely to have read a lot about how their new film mother! is not for the faint-hearted.

I'm here to tell you - LISTEN to the critics, damn it.

Even if psychological thrillers are your thing, or you've seen every other taboo-breaking piece of cinematic insanity by Aronofsky (Black Swan, Requiem for a Dream), mother! is still going to be a downright stomach-churning watch that leaves you with one question — why?.

I won't go into detail about the 122 minutes I spent in the cinema battling to sit through this film, of which at least a third was spent peeking from between my shaking fingers.

I'll simply summarise by saying it's a dark, grotesque, mentally exhausting assault on the senses.

Right from the opening scene with Lawrence's angelic face, burning in flames, to the moment the credits finally roll — if you make it to the end, that is. I was touch and go during several scenes.

Even now, two days after my terrifying two-hour ordeal, flashbacks to some of the thriller's more gruesome moments continue to pop into my head.

Allegories and metaphors for climate change, mother Earth, modern society and destruction (yes, it is all of these things) aside, mother! is a complete and utter headf*ck. And I challenge you to find someone who disagrees with me.

Jennifer Lawrence knows this. In an interview with whimn the 27-year-old Oscar winner admits it is the most challenging role she's ever taken on and says it even scared the hell out of her.

"The second time I watched it, I was like, 'We went too far, we can't do this.

We have to take back this movie, this is too much'," she says, adding that she was "consumed with feelings" after walking out of the cinema.

In fact, Lawrence didn't even want her own mother - or the rest of her family - to see the film.

"I'm nervous, When I saw it in Venice [at the Film Festival] I called my family and said, 'You guys shouldn't come to New York [to see the film], you're not going to like it.

"It's this movie that when it's finished, it's like you've been assaulted," she adds.

It's certainly a role quite unlike we've ever seen Lawrence take on — a far cry from the fearless Katniss Everdeen or playing a self-made millionaire in Joy, which earned her a Golden Globe Best Actress award.

"The themes of the movie are what drew me to it, also I've always wants to work with Darren," she says of the writer and director, whom she also happens to be dating.

"But yes, her [the character] being so completely different to me ended up being really terrifying.

I just didn't know if I would be able to do that, if I would just look like I was miscast, if it was just going to be awkward and then I was insecure during the whole shoot of just like, 'What is this looking like? Is this working?'".

Does this mean we can expect more intense films from JLaw in the near future?. "This is the most that's ever been demanded from me and also the most I've ever taken out of myself," she says.

"And I ended up growing and learning so much from that and I love that, I love if I can find something that really just scares the hell out of me.

All I can say is, thank God one of her next films is something she's been working on with comedian Amy Schumer. http://cdn. newsapi. com. au/image/v1/fd9c9158fa917218d793cb10e111d6df.
