God Chose Me! – Melba Cook – 2018.06.03 - Duration: 7:26.

Remember at Tuesday meeting when we asked for everybody just to pray for Tristan

for God to continue the work that He started in him? Well, there's a big, long story

behind it and I'm going to try to get through this as best as I can, for everybody.

It's not something we've shared with a lot of people -- very limited actually -- not even all of our families.

In Mark 16:17 it says, "And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; ..."

There are many Christians today who believe this, but have no experience in actually doing it.

And there are many other Christians who don't think that this scripture applies to us today.

For my entire life up until November of last year

I wouldn't have been able [been able] to even quote one Bible verse let alone

give an opinion on whether or not I believe we can cast out demons

or whether or not it applies still for us today.

My only experience with this topic was

from Hollywood movies such as Constantine, The Exorcist, and the Evil Dead.

I wouldn't have even been able to tell you one of the Lord's commandments!

But back in November, when I was home with Tristan while Seth was at work, the Lord chose me!

He decided to show me things that my earthly eyes could not see in my carnal mind could not comprehend.

And there's no way to sugarcoat this, so I'm just going to tell it like it is.

While Tristan and I were sitting on the bed,

he suddenly looked at me with such fear in his eyes and started to cry.

I had no idea why he looked so afraid of me.

Keep in mind that he was almost completely nonverbal and said only a handful of words.

He pointed at my face and said "Halloween" through his tears and his fear.

I leaned in to hug him and he screamed and ran for me. He ran into the living room

and I went in after him to console him, but he was crouching and crying and afraid of me.

I couldn't understand why he was so afraid of me, and why he kept pointing at my face saying "Halloween."

But the Holy Spirit had revealed to me that Tristan was, and has been, under spiritual attack

and was being tormented by unclean spirits.

I am sure that satan had intended for me to be fearful or to think that I was crazy.

But as 2 Timothy 1:7 says,

"God hath not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of sound mind"

Now mind you, I didn't know that verse at the time, but regardless, I pulled out

my best Hollywood movie trick and took up my cross!

Holding it in the air to invisible entities, I loudly proclaimed around my house, "By the power of Christ you leave this place now."

After doing that for several minutes my son was calmed down and let me approach him.

I'm quite certain that satan had never expected a lifetime sinner as myself to whip out Jesus on him.

I'm also quite sure that until that day we weren't even on Satan's radar because he had already had us all in the bag.

But the Lord had much bigger plans for us!

You see, Seth and I had been in this sinful relationship and had a child out of wedlock;

we smoked occasional marijuana; we swore in casual conversation; we listened to heavy metal music

and watched horror movies and many other things that I'm sure displeased the Lord and grieved His heart.

Still, He chose me! To show me what was

going on behind the scenes and lead me to people and ways to turn this around.

But most importantly He led us to Him. Seth and I were still very unsure where

to even start, so we quit smoking marijuana completely; we threw out every

scary or sexual movie we owned we stopped swearing and we instantly stopped even

all sexual relations between us despite having already living together for 10

years and having a child until we could get married in the eyes of the Lord.

We were trying our best to please the Lord and thank Him for caring enough to stop

us in our tracks and put us on the right path. We also started praying and reading

the Bible, and we even ran to church and haven't missed a service since

except one when Tristan was sick. Now I can't tell you how many spirits

were and are tormenting Tristan, but I do know that it was more than one.

Before November, Tristan barely spoke but a few words and rarely responded to his name.

After casting out a deaf and dumb spirit, Tristan speaks, sings, and responds when he is called.

Before November, Tristan would not eat food and ended up very sick with scurvy because of lack of nutrition.

He had to get surgery to have the Mickey button placed in his belly to ensure that he would receive the vitamins that he needed.

After casting out a spirit of infirmity, Tristan now eats 28 different foods including oranges, bananas, bacon, pancakes, eggs, and pizza!

Before November, Tristan would not sleep through the night, and when he did, he would wake up crying his eyes out,

unable to tell me what was wrong.

After casting out a spirit of fear, he now sleeps eight to nine hours every night and wakes up happy.

Now you can google and do your own research, as I already have, and you will see

that there are little to no successful turnarounds when it comes to autism diagnosis,

and the few success stories you will find are testimonies of other people who were helped by the Lord.

Not medication, not intervention, not therapy, but the Lord God Almighty Himself.

Tristan has had much success, and Seth and I are sure that the Lord our God will complete the good work He has started in our family's lives.

He is a merciful loving God, and He wishes that none may perish, and we are living proof.

Tristan still has things going on, but as Hebrews 11:1 says, "Faith is the assurance of things hoped for,

the conviction of things not seen. For by it men of old gained approval."

Besides, as Romans 8:31 says, "If God is for me who can be against me?"

and as Proverbs 21:31 says, "Victory rests with the Lord!"

So you see, spiritual warfare is very real and it still applies to us today!

Tristan is a living testimony of God's goodness and power.

I pray that the Holy Spirit will give you all eyes to see and ears to hear whatever it is He's trying to convey to you.

I praise and thank You Abba, for being such a good, good Father. All glory be to God.

Internet Marketing Tutorial - Part 3 - Duration: 20:04.

The importance of Content So now you are ready with your keyword, and you have an excellent strategy for

optimization and ranking, but if your content does not connect with your reader, all your efforts will be

fruitless! Yes, Content is not something you copy and paste from somewhere and try to insert

keyword to make it work for your ranking. It is an effort to engage the reader and leads them through a process of decision

making. So how do you create a content that attracts, engage and persuade the consumer to hit

the Buy button? 1. Be creative: There are specific rules to follow to create content for your website for

ranking and optimization. But nothing can beat an interactive content that engages the customer. When every website are following

a particular trend of being wordy about their products and services, why don't you add video or audio files relevant to your content?

That's something to think about. Publishing blogs with videos and podcast are trending these days, so get inspired and bring

in innovative ideas to create a lead magnet website. 2. Tell your story: Give your website a face

so that the users can feel connected. Stories build relationships and increase rapport building. Share your story, be it about your journey

or your family, or a memorable hike day. Give it a personal touch because personal stories connect people

emotionally.

3. Create Testimonials: How authentic do you think an advertisement with Actors star in a movie, acts to be a dentist and tells you

that this is the best toothpaste in the universe! Would you trust him (exceptional case: if you are a fan then you might!) or would you

instead believe a consumer's words, who has used that product or service? Sharing testimonials for your service or products

gives the visitor an impression on how your service is. Moreover, customer feedback and with his/ her image using the product would be

a cherry on top! Keep in mind: Whatever content you have created,

before publishing make sure to check your grammatical errors and sentence structure. Then share it with your people. Let them

read and give you feedback. This will help you realize if the message you intended to provide to the user is interpreted in the same way.

There has been an incident of marketers sharing content that they thought wasn't offensive, but raged the public when it got published.

So be careful, don't ruin your reputation in the digital world because, in this digital world, it's difficult to erase memory or proof of a

mistake you made. Creating Persuasive Content How do you persuade a searcher to click on

the buy button? If you try to sell something or are too wordy about your product,

you tend to become background noise. Your first and foremost step is to grab the attention of the user. You have to create an emotional bond with

the users. For this, you need to understand your targeted audience. When you point out problems they are facing, people dive in more to

see what solutions you can provide. By associating strong emotions with the goal, it makes sales process deeper. Keep in mind

"Attempting to sell something without understanding the true need of the searcher will cause them to ignore your message."

As stated previously, it is always good to have customer's review or testimonial on your website. A client's experience is an

experimental fact. They act as evidence to the user regarding honest review of the service you provide, Sugar-coat Free!

Lastly, test your message. This is crucial as sometimes your persuasive message may sound just right! But forceful to others. It's

always a good practice to receive user feedback for the content and usability of your website. Be a good listener.

Convert Visitors into Customers Now that you have attracted the audience with your eye-catching heading and persuasive

content, the next step is converting visitors into customers/ subscribers. Travel back in time and remember the first day of this tutorial, you wrote

down your business goal and your website goal. Although that is something, you should not forget, but refresh your memory and keep that

business goal in mind. Because now we are moving closer to that goal. The purpose of increasing your sales or your subscribers!

So your visitor finds your website appealing and click through it and is completely satisfied with your content and enticed with the customer

feedback, what now? What will he do with all this information he just grabbed surfing your site. This is one of the problem users face on a

website. They are not guided towards the Call-To-Action. Call- to- Action is a feature that should be undoubtedly visible and logically

placed. When your visitors are confused on what to do next, *poof* they are gone! It's not necessary that all your website visitors

convert into clients, there are some who are still doubtful or need further information. A Call-To-Action should be crafted in such a way that can

deal with these kinds of situation differently. There are generally three kinds of visitors in a website

1. Satisfied with the information and ready to purchase, register or interact : In simple words, they are goals! They are the clients you are

looking for. When you have done everything right to this point, don't let it go from your hand with a confusing Call- to -Action. There is e-commerce

website where the add to cart is not visible or is difficult to find. You lost a customer in such cases. Make the BUY/ SUBSCRIBE/ I AM IN

kinds of Call- to - action, big, bold and visible. 2. Doubtful about the information and requires more details: They are the visitors who although

are inclined towards buying the product, need more information or more information before taking the decision. For clients like these, it is

beneficial to place relevant articles or customer feedbacks on the sidebars or callouts within the article itself. This should also be set in a

convenient section so that the users don't close the tab and search for something else. Some place it in the bottom of the page. However,

there are chances of getting impatient searcher who wouldn't go to the end of the page to learn more. Therefore, test it out and make changes

whichever best suits your company 3. Not satisfied with the information, not what they are looking for: If you get visitors who click

through your website but immediately leave, you need to recheck on the message you are sending. Maybe the terms used for product

carries a different meaning to in other markets. So you will have to re-evaluate this information. Do a google search using your top terms in your

site and see what results you get, and look for an industry that is using the similar term but is an entirely different industry.

The aim is to create a striking Call- To- Action. Here are few things to keep in mind while doing so:

- Don't make the readers hit the subscribe button just because you said so. Some websites don't agree to move forward unless you

subscribe. This is more forceful than creating a relationship. If you want the subscriber to your page, think what benefit will get by doing so. It's

human nature to be lured with advantage so use lines like "Get a free 30-day trial/ get updates before anybody else/ get your 10% discount

card" for the visitors to subscribe voluntarily. - Use suitable font, text color, layout and font size to direct the eyes to the Call - To- Action

- If your checkout step is not a one-click function but is a bit lengthy, Use temperature bars to show the visitors how close they are in

getting to complete the transaction. These functions are used mainly in the e-commerce site, where people have to go through different

steps before placing the order. Make sure these procedures are simple and do not create confusion for the clients.

- When the users have gone through all the procedure to purchase the product, the page ends with a Thank you note. That's a dull way to

begin a new relationship with your client. The time and effort they spend on your website need to be appreciated with graciousness. There is a

stage of buyer called the buyer's remorse, where buyer regrets the decision of purchasing any item. If at this stage you can let them know

that they made the right choice, this will avoid them to switch their decision at last moment. Good site architecture

A good website is one which the visitors can find information without hassle. E.g., You own a dog adoption website. A user is looking for the

categories of dogs available. He can easily access this through the "available dogs" section. This hassle-free surfing or effective navigation

rewards you with sound client experience. You worked hard on your rankings and got visitors to your website, but unclear navigation in your site

can result in losing your prospective client. "Search engines tend to reward sites that have a consistent information hierarchy that develops a

specific context to the page. " When I say navigation in a website, it should not be limited to the home page, about us, contact,

product, and services page. It should have more interactive pages with information. When a user visits your homepage, it must be able to direct

him to other destination efficiently. For example. If a user wants to purchase dark chocolate, your homepage should have the chocolates

categorized in a section where the users can find a variety of chocolate with relevant details and price. Direction to the appropriate page

should be placed in the right spot so that the people can see them right away. One thing to keep in mind, don't use flash files or show an

advertisement or commercial videos in your homepage because the only clicks you will get from this is for the "Skip the ad"button.

There are two tools that available for categorizing the information on your website: and also to better develop website navigation.

They are: 1. Card Sorting: Card sorting is a testing tool for organizing the content in your site. At the

development stage of a website, card sorting is done to get immediate feedback from the tester. It is necessary for a smooth user- system

interaction. It is to decide which content items on a website should be grouped. You need about 12 - 20 customers or non-employees for

this task. 2. Tree Testing: Card sorting is more of a high-level informational organization technique that

lacks a task-based level of engagement. Tree test provides the tester multiple choice to select the most logical place to find that subject. It is

a method of ensuring that your information is findable based on the information labels used on your website.

These tool will help you to better understand how customers see your website and will be able to organize information in such a way that

the visitors will enjoy exploring. Keep in mind to be consistent with your content. Your website URL, Page title, Page heading, sub-navigation

content heading and breadcrumb navigation path should deliver the same message. You can always refer to favorite sites to learn how to

design your navigation in a way that is hassle-free for your visitors. Accessibility to All

Accessibility is making sure your website can be used by the differently abled. It means that everybody should be able to access your

website (color blind, reading impaired, deaf) This is possible through assistive technology. Although for a proper functioning assistive

technology you will require certain programming elements which may be expensive. But take this as an investment because accessibility for

people benefits your search engine visibility as well. If you are taking this lightly, let me shed light on

an incident that occurred back in February 2006, The prominent American retailer Target was forced a lawsuit by the National Federation of

the Blind saying that "Blind customers should have the same access to Target's online service as it offers to their sighted customers" A judge

deemed that the website could be sued just as the physical store could be sued" Although I have described the importance of Alt

attribute for search engine optimization and to show up text when an image is not available, it holds more significance for the visually impaired.

"The primary assistive technology device used by the blind users is a screen reader, JAWS by Freedom Scientific. It takes information from the

text of a webpage and translates it into a device that is usable for the non-sighted or low sighted. In some cases, the image is used as Call to

Action to buy the product. Therefore the absence of alt attribute in the image will confuse visitor and switch to another website."

The other issue in a website with no accessibility is the mouse only programming. We all know that mouse function requires eyes

and hand coordination. For the visually impaired you need to allow keyboard-based navigation using an arrow, Tab and Enter keys.

If you think running accessibility function in your website is an optional thing to do, you need to go through the Google's Search Console

Guidelines once again and look into the factors for search engine friendliness regarding design and content, technical and quality. Google

guideline have included the uses of alt attribute since they were first published. As the search engine rely on text rather than the images in

your web page, going through this guideline will help you with the search engine as well. They cannot understand the hierarchy of knowledge

with HTML markup, and they cannot view your videos or hear your audio file. So keep that in mind. You can use Lynx to examine your site

because most search engines see your site as Lynx does. You need to keep in mind there is a difference

between visually impaired and low vision users. Low vision users require different accessibility check than the visually impaired. They need a

high level of contrast and increased text size with screen magnifiers. Therefore do not leave out the importance of

accessibility during the development of your website. Some of the tips to help you start off are as follows:

- Understand that the website should not only be accessible to the visually impaired but also to the population of color blind. When you use

color to give primary information, there are chances for the message to be unclear and missed because colors cannot be differentiated

You can use an online color blindness simulator to test which will give you an idea of how others view your website. A great tool to check how

colorblind views your page is www.vischeck.com - Look for accessibility option in different browsers such a Chrome, Opera, Firefox.

Include the necessary items such as contrast setting, zoom, and text to speech option for your viewers.

- Use keyword as anchor text instead of "click here" or "Get more info" option as it will give context to the user as to what information they

will get opening the link. Implementing these features will not only make your website accessible to all the audiences but

will also help you to achieve higher rank by the Search Engine.

Thank you for watching my second tutorial. In the next tutorial, I will be coverting topic such as roadblock check, redirection and building links

I am sure you don't miss that tutorial.

6 things to know about colon cancer - Duration: 7:36.

Health Network, For Public Health

Hi, you are listening to audio on mangyte.vn website

6 things to know about colon cancer

Colorectal cancer, or colon cancer, is the second leading cause of death in cancer, in both men and women.

According to the American Cancer Society (ACS), in 2015 there will be 93000 new cases of colorectal cancer in the United States, but in fact, the knowledge of prevention of people today is very poor.

1. Signs and symptoms of colon cancer, easily overlooked.

Often, colon cancer is detected early, with relatively high survival rates, but in fact the disease is easily overlooked.

Colorectal cancer takes 10 to 15 years, so that abnormal cells and polyps develop disease.

This is a long time, helping insiders to get rid of hidden elements.

According to statistics, the incidence of colon cancer, in recent 20 years decreased significantly, mainly thanks to good screening techniques,

In fact, only half of the 50-plus-year-olds go for medical treatment, according to a doctor's recommendation.

According to ACS, starting at the age of 50, people, especially those with high risk factors such as:

If you have a family history of illness or poor health, you should seek medical advice if you have any of the following symptoms:

Blood in the stool.

- The rectum bleeds.

Spasm, chronic pain or bloating.

Diarrhea, constipation or "stool" is not the same as usual, lasting several days.

- difficulty in bowel movements, signs of discomfort do not decrease after defecation.

- Unexplained weight loss, fatigue and weakness of the body.

Eating red meat increases the risk of colon cancer.

2. Signs that are easy for your doctor to ignore.

Even if an insider has colorectal cancer symptoms, he or she may need to seek medical care, sometimes misdiagnosed.

According to a study published in late 2014, an average of one in every 20 Americans with colon cancer has one misdiagnosed.

Although this rate is small, the consequences are great.

Studies also show that different diagnostic methods often give different results,

and based on examination results, resulting in false conclusions, or underestimation of symptoms.

Therefore, insiders also need the knowledge, knowledge, if not assured, can go to other clinics,

or multiple visits to control, especially when the symptoms themselves.

3. Mortality from colorectal cancer, inconsistent.

According to ACS, half of all premature deaths, because of colon cancer, are related to many factors, such as where they live, race, education and economic circumstances.

The new study, published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, shows that ethnic minorities,

income and population are low, the group has mortality rate, because of colon cancer is the highest.

Meanwhile, white people have knowledge about disease prevention, especially colon cancer,

The group had the lowest mortality rate, with only about 8,000 premature deaths, because of colon cancer each year.

This proves, knowledge prevention, plays a very important role.

4. Red meat, culprit increase the risk of colon cancer?

Many studies have shown that the incidence of colon cancer, is closely related to animal protein rich diets, especially red meat.

For example, a study in Europe published in 2005, in 478,000 adults showed,

People who ate 140 grams of red meat a day increased their risk of colon cancer by 33 percent, compared to those who did not eat or eat less red meat.

Also in 2005, US scientists found that eating red meat was processed, increasing the risk of colon cancer.

Although red meat has not been found to cause colon cancer, scientists have discovered,

Increased linkage of red meat, while a diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fruits and whole grains can help reduce the disease.

5. The risk of colon cancer increases, if type 2 diabetes and IBD.

If you have IBD, or type 2 diabetes, the risk of colorectal cancer is higher than for normal people.

IBD includes Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis, which increase the chronic inflammation of the colon.

This inflammation, which can lead to abnormal development of the digestive system, or create abnormal cells, leads to cancer.

The risk of colon cancer increases with type 2 diabetes and IBD.

Similarly, people with type 2 diabetes are also at increased risk for colon cancer.

The common risk factors for type 2 diabetes and colon cancer are the same, such as obesity, autoimmune disease, and so on.

In addition, the overall health of patients with type 2 diabetes, also carries a bad prognosis, making the insecure person susceptible to cancer.

Therefore, this group should seek medical attention soon, to have timely solutions.

6. Is colon cancer a preventable disease?

According to ACS, there are many risk factors for colon cancer, which can be controlled, especially in today's evolving medical condition.

Very simple, such as maintaining a reasonable body weight, healthy, by scientific diet, reasonable, should enhance the food of plant origin,

Eat plenty of green vegetables, fruit, and restrict fatty foods.

Maintain active life, limit static life, every day should exercise 30 minutes to 5 days per week.

Need to monitor the body, if any abnormal symptoms, should consult, timely examination.

Even if a family has colon cancer, IBD itself,

type 2 diabetes or other incurable diseases, should not worry, should go to the doctor,

Treating these diseases simultaneously will help screen and limit the risk of developing colon cancer.

Now, lets get to our video...

KDP allows publishing books that are in the public domain and thus anyone can make money

out of it, and many people are going after that.

Yes, anyone can republish Shakespeare!

Although, discussing the ethics and moral of doing that

is another subject altogether.

In this video, we are not going to see a list of resources to get your public domain book.

a simple Google search can give us a plenty of resources to find public domain books.

HOWEVER we will go over some best practices to ensure it's going to be a win-win situation

for everyone concerned - yourself, justice to the original work, and of course the readers for

buying the work from you.

It may be easy to publish a work that is not ours - but this also needs a lot of prudence

from our part.

For example, we must ensure the following ---

1.

that these are the books that are out of copyright - either because the author expired and a

specific no of years have passed or they are all intentionally released as public domain

- which, of course, goes unsaid that it's with us to validate and evaluate the public

domain content before we publish them.

when evaluating whether the book is in public domain or not, consider the author's lifespan,

especially the Date of death to calculate if 70 years have passed

- most countries that is 70 years, but could

vary for every country.

Thus we must ensure that the book is really in the public domain and there are no copyright

problems or claims associated with it.

2.

that the work is not available elsewhere freely for download, Amazon included.

3.

If you are fortunate enough to live near a library, go and look out for any old books

that could possibly be in the public domain.

You could start from here rather than picking up a book that has already been converted

into an electronic format.

Chances are that many others would be already working on the same work as you.

So the best bet is to pick a book that is yet to be digitalized.

4.

that the book you want to publish is not a direct rip-off but you have added your own

content in terms of illustrations, annotations, or translations to it.

since many public domain books are freely available online,

it takes a lot of work to make it unique so

people could buy from you.

Key changes that we can do is to create a new book's cover instead of using the old

one.

Also, simply just don't copy paste the text content,

instead carefully review each and

every word to ensure that there are no mistakes

in republished work - this so happens especially

when using OCR - the Optical Character Recognition software to

scan and read digital content - better manually review before publishing.

5.

Another key difference you could show is to translate the work in your native language.

Additionally create a glossary of all the unusual or difficult to pronounce words from

the book with meanings that regular readers like you and me can understand.

Especially with older books, people would love to know the historical background, contextual

examples, illustrative images, comparing with contemporaries to make one understand the

complex relationships between countries or nations, back then.

To conclude, and just to reiterate and remind, while choosing

a public domain book, we must first ensure that the same

book is not available for free either within Amazon Kindle store or anywhere else on the

internet.

If yes, then you must make it different by adding some extra valuable information to

the book before publishing it again on the Kindle store, after all you are trying to

make money out of it, so one must put an effort into reselling public domain books if we intend

to earn money out of it.

Thanks for watching.

Lauv Kicks Off The 2018 Teen Choice Awards With Sexy Performance Of 'I Like Me Better' - Duration: 3:05.

After that, a WHOLE lot of people like Lauv better than before. The hot singer kicked off the Teen Choice Awards with a hot performance of 'I Like Me Better' that left fans screaming and swooning

One of the hottest new names in music is Lauv, and after his performance at the Teen Choice Awards on Aug

12, it's easy to see why. The man born Ari Staprans Leff hit the stage at The Forum out in Los Angeles, and left the ladies in the audience screaming

Rocking an oversized yellow jacket, Lauv grooved through the crowd of his adoring fans, practically serenading every single fan who made eye contact with him

Though the song is pretty low-key, the energy was pretty high, with screams and cheers echoing throughout the arena

What a wild way to kick off the 2018 TCAs!    So, for a kid born in San Francisco in 1994, where does the "Lauv" name come from? "Lauv is the Latvian word for lion

Ari means lion, I'm a Leo. My mom said the family's from Latvia and I used to go a lot growing up

I was trying to figure out one other name that meant something, but I didn't want to use Ari, so it kinda just clicked," he told iHeart, before spilling the tea on the inspiration behind his hit, "I Like Me Better

"  "That's a really interesting song for me because I wrote it about when I first moved to New York five years ago," he told iHeart

"I moved away a year ago to LA, and I wrote this song just after moving to LA. My writing process is sometimes I'm writing about something I'm apparently experiencing

In this case, pulling something from four years ago. The way the song came about was I had the track going and I started to produce it, and then everything kinda hit me

It was supernatural."    "To be totally honest, when I moved [to New York City] and I fell in love for the first time two months after moving there, and it just that feeling of [when] I was a freshman in college and didn't really know who I was or who I wanted to be

But I knew that with this person, I just liked myself better." Well, after that performance, a lot more people like Lauv

Family Freezer Meals (How to Freezer Meals for Beginners) - Duration: 4:45.

Hi, I don't know about you, but I find that every time I'm scrolling through Pinterest

looking for freezer meal ideas I get completely overwhelmed and

unmotivated to make anything.

If you are like me, I promise you by the end of

this video I'll recommend the perfect book to make freezer meals that will work with

your family.

My name is Bonita, and I'm from Surviving Three Boys and One Girl.

If you want to continue to receive more tips and recommendations or product reviews, please

subscribe to my channel, and I'll provide a video every Sunday.

Now today I want to provide a recommendation on a book that provides great family freezer

meals for everybody to eat.

And before I start, I just want to say that I am not sponsored, this is not an ad, this

is simply a recommendation that I really love.

Now, the book is called Seriously Good Freezer Meals, this is by Karri Truman, and she has

her website called happymoneysaver.com.

This freezer book is for everybody, you'll want to go and get it, I'll provide a link

in the description of this video go and get it.

It's fabulous.

As you can see, I really do enjoy this book, I have my tabs all set out for the recipes

that I am currently using for my meal planning and those I want to test for freezer meals.

I also really enjoy her freezer meal myths that she uses such as freezer meals aren't

as good as fresh made meals.

Go find the book and read up on these myths to learn more.

Not only does she provide really great freezer meals

myths, she provides all the supplies you'll need to freezer meal, such as cutting boards,

your labels, your freezer bags.

My favourite ones are the bag holders.

Now I will link them in this description of the video because honestly if you are going

to do some freezer meal dumps, these bag holders are a life saver.

Your bags won't fall over, your meal will fit in there, go look at them.

They are absolutely fantastic.

One simple feature that I really enjoy in this book is that if you are planning on doubling

or tripling or quadrupling your meal recipes, she provides at the bottom of

each page exactly what you'll need to do that for those double or those triple recipes.

It's really easy to read and really user-friendly.

One cool aspect that she added in this book is at the beginning as well is that she added

if you are a beginner or intermediate or an advancer, she provided what kind of freezer

meals you can make, prep, in a certain amount of hours.

She provides the meals, the recipes and the grocery list.

It's very simple and really user-friendly.

Now, for example, I use this, I like to write within my book, as you can see, I said kids

love this recipe here.

I like to write, mark in, write withing my book, because that way I'll know for next time when I'll use it if

it was a hit or a miss for my kids.

So, again, it's not only easy to use, easy to read, user-friendly.

It tastes very delicious for my kids.

As I made that recipe, I said kids love, they asked me to make it every single night.

So, again, go buy this book, you'll love it, you won't regret it.

If you are wondering about what kind of recipes are included in this book, she has everything

from vegan, to vegetarian, um meat, oh well meatless is vegan.

She provides gluten-free, you can change, she substitutes different flours for you.

I really like how she really thinks of everything for anybody's kind of dietary restrictions.

Now, if you are curious as to what kind of information you will find within the book,

as you'll see here, she has breakfast, appetizers, soups, poultry, pork, beef, seafood, she's

got everything in this book which is absolutely easy to use.

So it's not just dinner meals or anything like that.

Like she thought of everything in here, she even provides the recipes for the sauces she

uses specifically for a freezer meal.

Now, there is my product review, I really highly recommend this book.

It's inexpensive, go look at the link that I provided in this video description

and let me know what you think of this book.

Now, if you already have this freezer meal book, please write a comment below as to what

your favourite meal is, or if you are thinking about getting it, and you have any questions,

shoot me a question down there, and I'll answer as soon as I can.

Thanks for watching, and again, please don't forget to subscribe to my channel right down

below.

Click on the bell to be notified of the next video that comes up on every Sunday.

If you have any other questions or there is a specific, you know video yo would like to

see, just shoot me a message, and I'll answer as soon as I can.

Thank you

CAIRO: PRISON IN THE AIRPORT / ADVICE TO TOURISTS / REASONS / WHAT TO DO (English subtitles) - Duration: 10:02.

all the time of the day did not plan to make this video again

it turned out spontaneously. today I received comments from Inna

Sluchenkova wrote to me to look at the "Ride". she also wrote Galina

you have a lot of people there in prison in Cairo. for nothing they just grab and

they put to prison. How to come to your guests to not be in this prison? I wanted at once

say that there is not this paranoia. What is here in Egypt who

comes all at once put in this prison. This is absolutely not so. It seems to me so, and I

more than confident that this is a misunderstanding. I wrote myself to

I do not forget something important to tell you. So I watched this video.

There, a man told how he was directly detained at the airport and what's in it

The airport in Cairo has this prison. And he was detained, taken away

documents as I understood. Here this all unpleasant situation has occurred and

Thank God he was able to free himself, everything ended for him safely. I

now wanted to discuss a slightly different topic. what

I wanted to say that there was not this excitement. So that this

situations are incomprehensible. Some kind of fear in people. I would like a little bit like

It would be to expand this topic and go deeper into exactly why this is happening and possibly

somehow these are the things that I'll tell you about now

they will help to avoid such unpleasant situations that have happened with

this man. The first is why this happens? Everybody knows that in

in Egypt sometimes happen as in principle in

all over the world acts. and in order to avoid such cases the Egyptian

government and law enforcement agencies of course

do some work to avoid such cases. And that's why

to ensure security for both citizens who live in Egypt

and accordingly for the same tourists who come to Egypt

relax. Introduced certain, it seems to me in my

view certain criteria people are worth

pay attention. Who are these people who can get here just under

close attention to the security of the airport access system to my

sight? The first thing I want to say is that I'm more than sure that most

cases are detained by men. Why and with what it is connected? Again, this is due to

it is precisely because the Egyptian government is trying in some way

fight the ter. activities that

is present and has a place to be. And therefore somehow it is necessary

control and identify these here are the elements and prevent all kinds of

cases. The fact is that the Egyptian security structures, of course, they are not fools either

have certain experience and certainly certain skills. And so they are in

In most cases they are of course practically

I think that more than 90 percent are right. And people just

who are not guilty perhaps, that's how this man turned out to be. they constitute

just this small percentage of people who happened to get by accident.

How to protect yourself so as not to fall under the gaze of just on

system and in order to

to protect yourself from this situation? The first thing you should avoid in your external

form for a man? It is undesirable for you to have on your face some kind of

hair. Beard, bristles, long beard from this

it is better to get rid if you go to the territory of Egypt. Because this

facial hair. I do not mean a mustache. You can leave a mustache. It is the beard, the bristle

a small beard, any here this part of it will cause suspicion

at the guard. Through which you will

to pass through. Therefore, if you are going to try to shave your beard. You can

leave a mustache. The second is when people come to suppose the tourists and he has a tourist

The view is not like a tourist, but as a person who is going on a hike.

That is, a person, he has a backpack in his backpack there is something imposed, the appearance

as if you did not come to rest as a tourist, and you were going to go to

hike. Do you understand? Therefore, it is better to avoid such an external marching type

You are a tourist and you came to a tourist country to rest. Therefore, your internal look

must be tourist. This is the second. The third in order to avoid some kind of

misunderstandings, again for men should be avoided the use of Arabic

words. For example, you come up to say salaam aleikum. This you do not need to say

you are a tourist. At the airport you do not even have to

speak. When you are already out, you can practice

your Arabic as you want. At the airport when going through, eliminate

all possible Arabic words that you know. You can use them

already being inside the country after passing control. The last final part

what should I do to avoid possible misunderstandings like this?

The first thing I said was that you did not have any vegetation on your face. You can

leave a mustache. But no beards of any hair

bristles should not be. The second, as I said you should not be hiking

look. You go to a tourist country and you should not have:

The first thing is that these heavy backpacks, germicks, in which everything is wrapped up

big shoes. Such as grinders and in which you need to walk off-road

in the winter and in the cold. Then, as I have already said, to exclude the Arabic words from

your vocabulary. While you are on the airport. And it is desirable

speak English. Hello, how are you?

Benevolently, very openly and exactly as a tourist. Behave as a tourist. And not that

not that you as a campaign gathered. Gloomy, with a backpack such

displeased, beard, there are still grinders such shoes

Germiki are lying. That is, as if you were going on a hike

No you came to a tourist country. You came to rest, you came to sunbathe,

swim and everything else. Therefore, you must have a corresponding look. As i

Has said hello, smile and look into your eyes. I.e

have visual contact and do not hide your eyes in any case.

Look directly at your interlocutor who checks your documents

Talk openly, positively. You came to rest, you came

relax, you've come to have a good time. And the most important thing about what

remember always. Be a foreigner. Do not try to be an Egyptian. The Egyptians

very well treat foreigners. So be a foreigner in Egypt

welcome to Egypt. That's all for today. See you

Breaking News - Max Whitlock's struggles continue as error costs him chance of medal - Duration: 5:30.

Max Whitlock's year of frustration continued at the European Championships in Glasgow when a mistake in the men's pommel final cost him the chance of a medal and handed gold to his emerging rival Rhys McClenaghan of Ireland

The double Olympic champion had hoped to rebound from being beaten by McClenaghan at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, but instead found himself having to effectively re-start his routine after an uncharacteristic error

Whitlock, who at one point found himself stranded upright on top of the apparatus, scored 14

0, which at least avoided the ignominy of finishing last of the eight competitors, but 19-year-old McClenaghan was a class apart as he upped his leading qualification score to win with 15

3. Instead British gold came in the more unlikely form of Dominick Cunningham, whose faultless floor routine scored 14

666 and gave him the title over established names including Russia's Artur Dalaloyan and Artem Dolgopyat of Israel

Birmingham's Cunningham, who is more widely considered a vault specialist, expressed his sympathy for Whitlock, with whom he has forged a close bond since joining him on the elite GB team

'Max has got so much pressure on him,' said Cunningham. 'He's never had that much pressure apart from Louis [Smith] growing up

It's killing him and maybe that's what you can see.' So often nerveless on the big occasion, not least in winning his first world crown in the same Hydro arena in 2015 and his two Olympic triumphs in Rio, Whitlock has seemed to be missing something as he struggles to recover momentum ahead of Tokyo 2020

But the 23-year-old continues to cut a figure that is anything but frustrated, maintaining his confidence in the long-haul process towards defending his Olympic crown and denying the pressure of outside influences

'It's just one of those days again and hopefully there won't be many more of them,' said Whitlock, who had also missed an element in qualification and failed to reach the floor final which was won by Cunningham

'I know people will look at it like I went to the Commonwealths and didn't get what I want, and I made a mistake here, but the second half of my routine was one of the cleanest I've ever competed, and with a new skill

'I won't obsess about this. I'm in it for the long journey. I'm hoping to go to two more Olympic Games and many more major Championships

I will use this one as motivation and to push forward towards the next one.' Even for an athlete who claims to take little notice of his rivals' routines, the emergence of McClenaghan, whose medal was Ireland's first of any colour in European gymnastics history, must provide cause for concern

The Newtonards teenager finished 14th at last year's worlds in Montreal, but his fortunes have rocketed since, following his tight win over Whitlock at the Gold Coast with a thoroughly dominant display in Glasgow

'It's incredible to be crowned European champion,' said McClenaghan. 'It's been a dream to be in that final with so many great names whom I've looked up to since I started in gymnastics

'The worlds is the next big goal. I said after the Commonwealth Games that my target is to get that world title, and I meant it

I will go to Doha with every intention of winning that gold medal.' Courtney Tulloch won a third medal for Great Britain with bronze in the men's rings behind world and Olympic champion Eleftherios Petrounias of Greece, and Turkey's Ibrahim Colak

Chelsea transfer news: Tiemoue Bakayoko to AC Milan loan deal expected today - Duration: 3:49.

The midfielder joined from Monaco in a £40million deal just 12 months ago but endured a tumultuous first campaign best summed up by his forgettable half-an-hour showing in a 4-1 defeat at Watford before he was sent off

The 23-year-old's stock has plummeted during his brief time at Stamford Bridge and he is set to spend the season on loan with Serie A side Milan for 2018-19

But the Daily Mirror report that Bakayoko is disappointed that he will not be given the chance to prove himself under Sarri

He featured in all four of their pre-season friendlies but was absent from the squad for their Community Shield defeat to Manchester City a week ago

And Sarri has deemed Bakayoko surplus to requirements for this season at least with Matteo Kovacic having joined on loan from Real Madrid on deadline day to add to his options

The Chelsea boss also has the likes of Jorginho, N'Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas to call upon in the middle, with Bakayoko's minutes limited if he were to stay in west London this term

Jorginho, Kante and Ross Barkley are likely to be the trio that start in midfield when Chelsea face Huddersfield in their opening Premier League clash today (3pm), say the Mirror

Kovacic could make his debut but should start from the bench having only recently returned from his post-World Cup holidays after Croatia reached the final

Discussing the size of his squad recently, Sarri said: "I think the squad is too large, so I think some players have to go on loan

"But I don't know who at the moment. I prefer to have 23-24 players, and three or four very young players

No more." Centre-back Kurt Zouma joined Everton yesterday although the transfer window closed for English clubs on Tuesday at 5pm, while Michy Batshuayi will spend the season with Valencia

The Belgian opted to leave after Sarri could not guarantee him consistent game-time - although there is no option to buy in the loan, suggesting the Blues' long-term desire to utilise his talents

With the window still open for Spanish clubs for August 31, Real Madrid continue to be linked with star man Eden Hazard and former Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who moved to the Bernabeu for £35m this week, has urged his compatriot to join him in the Spanish capital

But Sarri insists there is no chance of Hazard leaving, even though he is understood to be some way off signing the £300,000-a-week contract extension that Chelsea have offered him

The Italian boss added: " "It's impossible because, here, the market is closed. We cannot change important players now, so I think it's impossible

"Hazard is with us. I have spoken with him three or four times for everything, and he never said something about the market

So I think he is very happy to stay here."

(do you think we'd only make love songs, sad songs?)

a lot of people are so good at faking,

especially if they're in position

fooling people, to them,

it's a piece of cake

but when there's a problem that needs fixing,

"nothing can be done, here, i'll just give you a date"

wait, wait

until when do we have to wait

for the statements

that would come as "no comment"?

but when it comes to facebook, they make a lot of promises

the youth is the hope

the breaking down of society is because of them

so let's just pile up

all of the problems we can't fix

you're all the same

pigs

fraud

who do you think you're fooling?

my God

when will you change?

how many times have you used that excuse?

put it in the sink already

dirty

just like your ways, rotten

oh no, your hair is falling out

fix your ways, pretending that you're a saint

when you look like santa

(here you go) "do this, do this"

who are you to tell me what to do?

"your future will disappear,

will you answer back?

you're just a kid"

"you're just a puppet,

under my control

you're already prepared for college

you're all the same,

getting played by the

it's like we're playing hide 'n seek

hide 'n seek

with money

whoever gets caught will go to jail

but it's okay, it's chill 'cause its comfortable

to the right, i have my friends

to my left, i have a glass of whiskey

under me, i have a young girl

don't tell my wife

the youth is the hope

they're dirty because of social media

let's ignore the fact that it started from us,

the reason why society became like this
