Un joven mexicano de 27 años en estado de ebriedad, y aparentemente drogado con marihuana, desenterró del cementerio de Muna, Yucatán, el cuerpo de su mejor amigo para llevárselo a su casa

Los habitantes de Muna afirman que el joven es un conocido maleante "loco, borracho y 'marihuano'" que constantemente amenazaba con desenterrar al hombre "que quería como un hermano"

Tras un aviso a la policía porque había agredido a su abuela y a su tía, la policía local entró a su casa y descubrió que en su cuarto había un cráneo humano con algunos rastros de tierra, informó el diario mexicano La Verdad

No obstante, pese a que desenterró un cadáver y que es violento con su familia, el joven sigue libre

Incluso lo han visto por las calles de la ciudad caminando con un machete en mano

Los vecinos que enterraron a sus familiares en ese cementerio temen que el joven haya profanado otras tumbas y piden medidas urgentes porque lo consideran un peligro para la comunidad

El Inter denunciará a Tebas por sus declaraciones en prensa - Duration: 1:58.

El Inter Milan ha emitido este viernes un comunicado oficial en el que ha anunciado que tomará medidas legales contra Javier Tebas, presidente de LaLiga, por sus declaraciones sobre el club italiano en una entrevista en ABC.

"El FC Internazionale Milano confirma que el club emprenderá acciones legales contra el señor Javier Tebas, tras sus declaraciones hechas hoy a la prensa", se puede leer en el escueto comunicado de la entidad milanesa.

El Inter se refiere a una entrevista en el diario español cuyo titular es "no podemos competir con clubes como el PSG o el Inter que hacen trampas"

En la charla, el presidente de LaLiga se refiere de la siguiente manera a las prácticas del Inter y otros clubes: "Habrá que preguntarse por qué existen clubes-Estado que están inflacionando el mercado llevándose jugadores

Las cosas no ocurren solo por errores propios de gestión, que no creo que sea el caso, sino porque en otros lugares pasan cosas que no deberían ocurrir

1 Nickel Box - 34 Finds, PLUS Silver! - Duration: 8:32.

hey everyone its Rob with Rob finds treasure and we've got a nickel hunt to

do today

so I went into the bank that I coined Buffalo Bank and honestly guys it

seems like every single box that I get out of that Bank has produced some

buffalo nickels lately don't want to jinx it but got another box here today

checked it it's circulated rolls and you can't get mad at dad so we're gonna

crack into it see if we can keep our Buffalo streak alive see if we can find

some awesome early Jeffersons and you know we'll take some cool forms as well

as another V nickel I've only found one out of the hundred and almost 150 boxes I've

searched of nickels so be nice to find another one that being said let's begin

the hunt just cracked into the first roll and it looks like we might have a

damaged coin in there man I don't know what that is and a couple of odd color

ones here I guess we'll grab the odd color one just to make sure there's

nothing crazy that's just a 1990 and that's just the 2000 at least now he

made room to find out what the heck this is this a cracked penny or something did

I get it nope - where did that thing go? there it

is at the bottom of the stack Wow so not only did I not get a nickel I

really didn't get a full penny we got about eight tenths of a cent there looks

like someone took a big bite out of that one unbelievable let's get back to the

hunt third roll in gonna have our first 40s

nickel here 1941 Philadelphia to go along with a 59 Denver so far alright

we're on the board roll number 11 guys we got one of those edges 1943

we've got silver in the box 43 P we'll take it to go along with four 50s and a

40 let's keep looking same roll as that war nickel and we've got a pretty old

back here it's Philadelphia and it's a forty nine roll 14 guys and they slid

down and I see this ugly one and looks like it's a forty eight and then I see a

forty one back there so we'll just show them real quick yeah pretty toasty forty

eight probably won't hold on to that but we'll keep it with the fines and a 41

Philadelphia so for from the 40s now roll 32 got another 40s nickel here

1946 Denver roll number 36 guys and we're gonna have another 40s nickel here

another 46 Philadelphia all right guys we're on roll 42 and look at what I've already

pulled out of this roll - a pretty nice 58 Philadelphia as well as a really nice

1959 Denver and I bring you in because look at our next coin it's a 1950 so I have a 50D

because one of my viewers decided to be so generous but I've never found one

coin roll hunting and I'm hoping I found one let's take a look together

it's just a 50p but you know what man I don't find a lot of 1950s nickels and

we'll take it for sure all right guys very next roll and I see a couple of

finds here one we've got another 1941 Philadelphia and as I perused up I saw a

Canadian or a foreign at least it is a Canadian 1995 and I thought I saw there

it is I believe it's a 1959 again Denver so we've kind of hit a little hot spot

of the box and I'll see if anything else is in this roll but I'm feeling pretty

good about these last ones so let's keep looking roll 44 another Canadian a 1999

roll 48 guys and we've got another 40s nickel here and this one's a 47

Philadelphia and I'm just gonna tell you this right now I think we got onto

someone's nickel collection this last row here which the it's the last row of

this box but technically it'd be the first row of how it was packed which

means the box before this is probably loaded we have found fifties nickels and

I mean we got a 50 a couple of fifty twos a couple of 54's a 55 I mean we're

getting every year and Philadelphia and Denver mints so kind of crazy

I'm wonder if there's anything left in those two but yeah it's been a lot of

finds last roll of the box we've got another 40s nickel here 1941 Denver while I got

you here let's complete the hunt might as well could be something else

good in here you never know yeah we may have finally slowed down on the finds

all right let me get you a wrap up here in a second so we finished that box of

nickels I've got several upgradeable type comparison coins to my list of not

au coins in my book and again some of these are not au but they might be a

little better shape than that I'm gonna keep upgrading as I can some interesting

finds kind of a odd toned 2016 looked like it was either missing the clad

layer a little but I looked at the back and it's not as bad so it could have

just been some staining still kind of cool a couple of six'60's coins I'll

check against my records as well we ended with 2 09 s and two Canadians man I

don't get very many foreigns in the box look at how many fifties Jefferson's we

have that top row has eight so eight and seven is fifteen and five is twenty of

the 50s and I'll just point out we did get in 1950 a couple of fifty-two DS 54

a 55 two 56's i forgot to stick this 54 in its proper spot so 2 54's a 57 another

57 and then 1 2 3 4 5 58 including that last one which is really nice 59 s we also

got 5 a lot of toss backs but that one's beautiful

in the 40s we ended up with the 8 so 28 I'm sorry

29 plus a silver 30 early Jefferson's crazy

we got a 41 41 41 46 46 47 48 49 and then that 41 then I didn't put into the

collection goes up there as well and then of course you guys all saw it

the 43 Philadelphia Mint silver war nickel crazy end up being a really good

box can't wait to see if I can upgrade some coins as well and 34 finds in the

box is a good box hopefully enjoy the hunt if you did I appreciate it thumbs

Creamy Cilantro Lime Dip ~ Summer Entertaining ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 4:58.

Hi everyone, welcome back to the kitchen today. We've got a special treat we're gonna be making this creamy cilantro lime dip

That's perfect for entertaining family and friend get-togethers, and it's even good for putting in at lunch box

Let's go, see how this all comes together

Today we're gonna be making a creamy

cilantro and lime dip that I thought would be

perfect to put in the lunch box with those fresh cut vegetables that we prepped for our back to school and

It's super easy to make this you really can

Mix this up with just about any flavors you like

but today we're gonna go with a

Southwestern theme and we're going to do with cilantro lime flavor and it's all starting with two cups of sour cream

I have the juice and zest of one lime

About a quarter of a cup of finely minced cilantro

And two green onions that have been minced up white and green parts one clove of minced garlic

And I have two teaspoons of my favorite

Southwestern kind of seasoning that I buy in the store

This is called Padilla says own tropical. I buy it in the south like the Latin section of the grocery store and

Where I live I buy it at Food Lion because they have the best selection of this particular brand

I also have several other things that I buy from this particular company if you want to know about those

Let me know and I will do a video. I'll do like my top six list I did for

For my second spices and I've recently learned that that's how you have to say it. So anyway, we're gonna mix this up

It's going to be super easy. And today we're going to just go ahead and

Serve this in a little tray with some corn chips and some fresh vegetables

So just get your sour cream in your bowl, and then we're just gonna add everything in there with it

there goes our lime zest our

cilantro green onion and you can adjust these things up or down depending on your particular taste if you don't like

Fresh garlic, we'd normally don't like like raw garlic

But today I'm gonna go for it because it's gonna add two different levels of flavor

There's garlic and that seasoning as well lime juice and our seasoning blend then just mix it all up

this is gonna be really good if you let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before you serve it just like

Any other dip everything is going to have time to mingle and and it's gonna be delicious

It smells really good already

This is like, you know a little Latin riff on a green onion dip if you've ever had green onion dip, it's really awesome

I'm gonna get this into a serving dish and I'll be right back and I'll show you what it looks like

There you have it

I set this up for everyone with the dip in a little Bowl inside of another Bowl where I have some fresh

veggies and some corn

Tortilla chip and now we're just ready to have a party

So are you ready to try this? I have to yeah, let's try it. What do you think?

Flandre doesn't overpower

It's really good

Just enough lime

It's not too tangy. It's nice and creamy

It's the perfect foil for veggies or chips. This would even be good served in a baked potato

I would really be good

You could even serve this in a pepper shell if you wanted to it would be really pretty

I've made this very mild. It has no spice in it at all

if you want to pump this up a little and give it a little heat you can add a chopped jalapeno or

You can add a really finely dice chipotle pepper

The sour cream is going to take down that heat level a little for you

but no matter what you choose you can even use some jalapeno powder if you have that or you could use some Tabasco if that's

What you have on hand that's gonna add a nice vinegary edge to this and everybody is gonna love that

So if you like your dips a little bit on the spicy side

You could make this and then cut it in half and do half mile than half spicy up to you

question is how long are you gonna do that process how long are you gonna

engage in the activity before you like this is not working well it works well I

me is attraction marketing even in the early days my early days in business

when I started when I launch my will that's a host selling business back into

thousand and five what really worked for me was attraction marketing mean what

I enjoy what guy a furniture cause jab jab jab before I asked for a right hook

people if you are not like me you may enjoy trying to hard sell people that

are already sold or not working with you you know if you enjoy that then sure you

know for everyone of us were different what I know from years upon years of

educating people is that most people don't enjoy rejection most people don't

and your hard selling okay and basically that's what you have to do when you get

on the phone with a for sale by owner and you're trying to sell them on giving

you their house at 50 cents on the dollar

is it possible could you find a lead a deal from that I think it's possible of

course I think every strategy works I think driving for dollars work I think

knocking on doors work I think bonding science work I think direct mailing

works all right I think every one of those strategies works okay

the only question is is that the most efficient way for you to do this

business are you gonna be in business by the time it works all you would have

exited through the left because you got tired it was excruciating and it was

hard right are you gonna be the business by the time it works that's the question

you can start knocking on doors right now maybe by the time you knock on the

10,000 door somebody will give you the house at 50 cents on the dollar it will

give you a contract for it an option to buy it right but are you gonna be there

at the 10,000 door it's a question I think every strategies worked as long

spreading the word is that the most efficient marketing strategy that's the

real question okay so calling for sale by owners I've

done that before it's the waste of time it's usually a waste of time but of

course there's that one guy who found that one deal right and it's become a

testimonial and then did not selling that same strategy to everybody else

right decided that same strategy because the basically paints in the picture that

it to work every time it will work 0.001 percent of the time

okay that's your numbers right there that's your numbers right there so

calling for sale by owners here's what's gonna let me tell you something about

for silver owners that have their property listed on Zillow not only are

you gonna waste your time those people are sophisticated okay

they're so sophisticated they feel like they can avoid paying a three percent

commission to that route all right and if you like what the hell the house is

gonna be listed online everyone have access 0 is ranking for every damn

property's address right so why would I need a realtor isn't that a valid

question that's a valid question right so somebody feels like you know what I'm

gonna give Zillow $99 I'll give for sale by owners con $99 to have the property

listed everywhere Zillow read Fame Naruto calm even if they want it on the

MLS they can pay a flat fee and get it on the MLS right so they decided they

don't want to pay any Commission's do some of them will rather pay five from

the dollars upfront then you have to pay a three four thousand dollars Commission

later on on a hundred thousand dollar home right it is what it is right but

here's the key thing that I want you to pay attention to you're trying to talk

to people that have decided that they don't want to work with the roto what

makes you think they want to work with the real estate Hotel

okay now you could talk to them you could try the hard sell them you could

try to use grandpa don't type of skills on them right you could do all that but

what you're gonna find if you're an average person is that you can do better

okay there's better ways for you to spend

your time okay they're better ways for you to attract the people that are

actually actually looking for you the people that are actually ready for you

to call them because the filled out your form you use the

attraction marketing to attract people that are actually in need that they are

actually searching yes you can still use interrupt marketing but they saw your

form it makes sense to them they have a property to sell and they fill out right

and then you'll call them back and they are ready to receive your call because

the actually soul is seated for you to call that's called attraction marketing

and no there's nothing not proactive about that type of marketing it's a

proactive way of marketing especially in the digital age you're dealing with the

person that actually wants your services and supposed to people that you have to

hard sell them on your services and if you have too hard to sell people chances

are they still gonna drop off anyway I'm not making sense they're still gonna not

be interested okay so when you call Zillow you call numbers on Zillow you're

gonna have people that say oh you wrote oh you ever heard that word they're

gonna go all your route oh are you a broker you know why they're asking that

question because they've already got bombarded by so many calls from people

trying too hard cause people are trying too hard sell and code call people on

the phone they already bombard with those calls and you just another

annoying call committing okay so that's one the other side of things that the

Zillow person you're calling is an agent hello yeah because the agents are

looking for deed they're looking for business right so you call them an agent

what do you think they are they also trying to look for other gimmicky ways

to attract deals so you call them like yeah but what are you looking for then

you go what are you looking for what that property is already sold tell me

what you're looking for it's a great way for them to build their list the only

problem is that your real estate Ocella and you don't really have any intentions

or ability in a lot of cases to buy properties so they are also fooling

themselves too because they're not using attraction marketing they are using a

new marketing okay they look using gimmicks when there are platforms out

here where they can actually practice attraction marketing and they can

literally build massive equity of marketing out there that we attract

deals to them is that making sense all right so that's why so you're actually

right feasible are you there actually agent

yeah there are agents but some of them are real buyers or Soros it will sell us

but they're not motivated sellers some of them are testing out the market they

trying to see if their property is worth whatever Zillow says sometimes the

market up about $20,000 or above what the zestimates says just to see the

somebody can buy it right you know and sometimes people do buy it

people do sell a lot of properties do sell on those platforms but that's not

nothing our businesses that's not what we're trying to do you need to focus on

where your ideal customers are where would your ideal customers be right now

I do customized somebody with stressed out a distress owner a person that was a

property they don't want right how can you market to those people right

how can you market to those people without you having to worry about

somebody taking down your signs without you having to worry about wasting money

without you trying to spend $3,000 so you can get your first deal and then you

notice that wait I just spent $5,000 and I didn't have a deal

right how can you position yourself like a real business owner and I might

attract some deals right that's the questions you should be asking yourself

right now where are the attentions of your ideal

customer who is your ideal who's the avatar

who's the ideal person wanna work with dude is there a tired landlord

out-of-state owner how can you target those people right

that's the question is you ask yourself right personally there are multiple ways

of course but I can put them under the umbrella of digital marketing okay

digital marketing many of them are following these gurus they already got

stalking a property they need to get rid of it they also wanted to be virtual

real estate wholesalers they ended up being a virtual real estate investor

they have a property about three states away and they can't afford it

how can you target these people on Facebook those are the questions that I
