Youtube daily report Aug 21 2018

If your plant is rainfed, if you have a exploitation that is rainfed at least

during the first three years you have to to water.

From these first three years, the plant starts to be self-sufficient and irrigation is less

important and then you could consider a rain-fed plant

a 100% rainfed plantation.

English Grammar: MUST & HAVE TO - Duration: 13:49.

You must watch this lesson.

You just have to watch this lesson.

It's really important, because it'll help you, and it's confusing in English.

Actually, you don't have to watch this lesson, if you don't want to; it's your choice, but

you've already clicked on it, so let's continue.

I'm going to explain to you two modal verbs that are really confusing in English because

the positive and the negative have different meanings.

Let's start with the first one and the easiest one.

You guys have learned this, I'm sure before, if you studied grammar; or if you haven't

studied grammar, you guys maybe have even heard about this.

It's confusing.

So, what I'm going to teach you today is the difference between the modals: "must" and

"have to".

In the positive, "must" and "have to" have the exact same meaning or the exact same function.

When we use this grammar...

It's grammar.

When we use this grammar, "must" you can think about it like a law or a rule.

Okay?

Something that is very, very, very important; basically, if you don't do it, there will

be bad things that will happen.

So: "must" and "have to" we both use for very strong rules or laws.

So, I want you to think about in your daily life.

Or I'll give you an example of travelling.

So you're going to get on an airplane, so you go to the airport.

What are some things you must have to get on the airplane?

One, you must have-or you have to have-an airplane ticket.

If you don't have an airplane ticket, you're not going to get on that airplane, so you

buy one.

The second thing that you must have-or you have to have-is a passport or some kind of

legal ID; depending on where you are travelling to.

If you're flying internationally to a different country, you definitely have to have-or must

have-a passport.

It's important to have money.

You must have some money, or you have to have some money.

How are you going to live?

How are you...?

You got money.

Okay.

So: "must" and "have to" in the positive form are exactly the same.

I don't care what anyone else has told you before; I don't care what your grammar books

tell you; I don't care what your mom tells you - "must" and "have to" in the positive

are completely equal.

We don't make a difference.

You have to do this or you must do this - the ending is the same.

It's a rule or a law; if you don't do it, there's going to be some problems or you just

won't be accepted.

Can you think of an example in your life that you have rule or a law that you must or have

to do?

Good.

Okay.

Let's look at also the grammar of "have to".

So, "must" is very easy.

It's going to be subject plus "must" plus your base verb.

This is called a modal verb, which is "must".

So, for example: Subject plus "must" plus your base verb.

"I must have a ticket to get on that airplane."

If I don't have a ticket, I can't get on the airplane.

But when we use "have to", we have to be very, very careful or we must be careful with our

subject and our verb agreement.

So, if you have: "He", "She" or "It", we have to say: "has to"; but if you use: "I", "We",

"They", or "You", we have to say or we must say: "have to".

So: "It has to be great.", "We have to go now; it's very important."

So, be careful with our grammar.

The "must" one is easier.

So, if you're deciding on which one you like better - choose "must" because you don't have

to worry about the subject and the verb agreement.

But again, they are not different.

"Must" and "have to" are exactly the same.

The structure is different, but the function or the way we use it is exactly the same.

You choose which one you like the most.

The negative of "must not" is basically telling us a rule in the negative.

For example, you can say: "On the airplane, you must not smoke."

This is a very, very strict law or rule on any airplane in any country of the world that

smoking is prohibited; you can't do it.

If you do it, you will get arrested which means you'll go to jail.

I don't know if you go to jail, but definitely the police will come and you have to pay a

lot of money, so don't do it.

"Must not" we can shorten to: "mustn't".

You mustn't cough during recording because it makes a loud noise.

But when we say this, the "t" is silent; we do not say: "mustn't".

You mustn't pronounce the "t".

You...

When we do this, the "t" is actually silent, we say...

So, we say: "musn't".

So, I can say: "You mustn't smoke on an airplane", or: "You must not smoke on the airplane."

Again, they're the same.

"Mustn't", faster and sounds more natural, but if you want to say: "must not", it sounds

even stronger.

So, if you really want to enforce something or tell someone strongly: "Oh, you must not

do that!

That's bad!

Bad, kitten!"

Is there a kitten?

Where's a kitten?

So: "must not" has the same function as "must".

You're talking about a very strong rule or a very strong law.

Now, this is where we get really confused because the negative of "have to", if you

guys look at this, is: "doesn't have to" with: "He", "She", "It"; and "don't have to" with:

"I", "You", "We", and "They".

So, rule number one: When you have "have to" you have to be careful-or you must be careful-of

the function and of the structure, because the structure is crazy.

If you use negative, we do not change the verb here; we use the auxiliary verb "doesn't"

and "don't", but you keep the verb.

You cannot say; you must not say because it's a rule: "She/He/It doesn't has".

"Doesn't has" is wrong.

You have to use: "doesn't have to".

Okay?

So be very careful with these ones.

"Doesn't" and "don't" are the verbs that are going to change in this grammar.

So confusing; just use this one.

But, again, as I told you, the function is different.

Okay?

Also, remember: Every time you learn new grammar or you learn a new thing in English, please

try and think about: "What's the function?

Why do I have to learn this stupid grammar point?

How can I use this in real life?"

That's what you should always be asking yourself in your classroom, if you're studying by yourself,

if you're speaking, go: "Why?

Why?

Why?

Why?

Why?

Why don't I say: 'She doesn't have to smoke on the airplane'?

Why can't I say that?"

The difference is: This kind of grammar, it's very different from a rule or a law.

This kind of...

Drama.

This kind of grammar, it's basically-and this is fun-it's your choice.

Oh.

It's your option.

If you want to, you can; but you don't have to.

So you have the option to do something.

Oops.

Another thing that you will understand from this is that people will give you their opinion

or their advice; and when we give someone's opinion or advice, they're also going to use

this structure.

So, this one is a very strong rule or law; this one is not a strong rule or a law - this

is your choice or your option, or usually someone's opinion or advice.

So, let's say that you're getting ready to travel and your mom says: "Hey.

You don't have to call me every day", but you should.

Or your friend says: "You know, it's okay; you don't have to buy me a souvenir or a gift

when you go to this new country", but I'd like it a lot.

This is someone's opinion.

You don't have to do it; nobody's holding a gun to your head, saying: "Buy your friend

a gift in this over-priced souvenir store", and your mother...

Mom, thanks for all the advice.

Advice is something that, again, is someone's opinion; it's never a law, unless it's from

your mom.

I'm joking.

Advice and opinion are the same, so it's what people recommend.

But you have to understand that if you don't want to, you don't have to.

When you get on that airplane, there are some rules that you must follow.

You must do up your seatbelt.

Okay?

This is a rule and a law.

You must turn off your cellphone.

But when the food comes down the aisle and you go: "Wow, that smells great", guess what?

You do not have to eat that terrible airplane food.

It's your choice.

If you want to, you can eat that chicken or beef; but she doesn't have to.

She doesn't have to eat it, if she doesn't want to; it's her choice.

When you go to the airport and you're shopping - hey, guess what?

You don't have to buy that bag; it's not important.

But you want to, so that's your choice.

"Oh, I want to buy the bag!"

But you don't have to; it's not a rule.

When you...

If you come to Canada, you don't have to drink maple syrup.

Well, we don't drink it.

You don't have to try maple syrup.

Hey, if you don't want to try maple syrup, that's your choice.

You don't have to do it, but you should; it's fun.

I want you to think about things that you have encountered - maybe at your work or maybe

when you're travelling, or anytime in your life, maybe at your house - things that you

have made a choice to not do; things that your mother tells you that you don't have

to do, but you should.

You don't have to donate money, but you should; it's a great idea.

You must follow me on YouTube.

You must not write bad things.

You have to continue learning English.

Hey, but guess what?

You don't have to, if you don't want to; it's your choice; it's my opinion.

Until then, bye-bye.

Our conference FUTURAMA in Dubai. Sheikhs, Princes and 40 Models - Duration: 21:22.

[In this episode]

Good morning, we're in Dubai.

There will be a lot of interesting people.

Moscow is a city where...

-Of the future? -...there's a big potential for development.

We are now going to go on a casting, choosing the female models.

Sunset time - magic time.

-You like it? -Yeah... -You've never been to deserts before, right?

No...

-Do you know anything in russian? -A bit.

Actually is hard to work with indians. Poor guys.

FUTURAMA!

[Alexander Kondrashov]

The time is 8AM, we've arrived here last night.

The weather is superb, and i don't think it's ever bad here.

We've arrived a few days before conference to get some questions down about the preparations.

The sun is as hot as in Russia's most hot time of the day.

Here's a swimming pool. I've already made videos in this hotel, it's called "May Dan".

It translates to "Camel Race", i will now show you why it's named like that.

There's a track, so that's why it's called "Camel Race".

The water is amazing, it's neither hot or cold.

It's fresh. This night Roma and Stasya arrive.

We will have many interesting guests like Brock Pierce, Joshua Henke, Miko Matsumura, everyone i've met on previous conferences...

We will invite the best speakers, you'll take a glimpse at the future.

And of course we will record Dubai itself, last time we had 3 days and didn't have enough time to record the city life here.

We are going on a casting to pick female models that will greet the guests.

And will make an atmosphere.

It's our very important mission.

Hello, My name is Darya, i've lived in Dubai for 10 years.

I speak in russian, english and german.

I've came here as a hostess to participate and manage many events.

Born and raised in Dubai, i speak arabic, english and french.

We liked everyone, shame we can't take all of them.

It's interesting how different they are from the photos, it's like they mimic and everything change.

I'll light it up too, yeah-yeah.

Wanna hear a story about how i learned to swim?

It was on a Oka River.

And it had 2 huge tubes under the bridge.

We were swimming around it, and i've decided to swim as well.

And so i jumped off this tube, i got blent in, i couldn't even understand where's anything.

And i've got saved by someone, since that day i've started practicing my swimming skills in the narrow water.

I've learned it myself. What are you doing?

-Cut it off, Sasha! -He's trying to scoop onto us.

Sasha...

-Hello, what are you doing here? -I'm on my holidays!

-And you are working! Yeah! -No, no, don't say that, come on!

That's not how you should appear in my vlog!

No matter what everyone says, you always start missing your family and your motherland if you're away for a while.

Especially during summer, i love Moscow and Russia during summer.

You can always get in the car and go swimming in a lake.

Catch fish and crayfish...

Go hunting, cook barbecue, have a good time with the guys...

Sleep in tents near the campfire... Doesn't that sound cool?

While i have interest in travelling around the world i will still do it, though.

We also want to spend a month living in american family in USA.

And learn the language.

-Hello, Roma! -Yo, yo, yo, hello everyone! -Welcome to our vlog, Roma, Hello!

-Finally! -How do you feel so far? -Have you guys missed me?

I think not!

~The most boring blogger!~

-Are we going to Dubai Mall? -Yeah, again.

-And why are we going there? -Because we have nothing better to do. -Shopping!

-Because they offer a free shuttle. -I really f*cking hate this word, man.

-Let's do a quick review on the cars, Roma. -Sorry, i don't see any cool ones.

-There won't be any reviews. -That sucks...

-How's Dubai for you, you've been here before? -I've been here, yeah.

It's a city that keeps growing dynamically.

So i've been there 3-4 years ago.

And i'm sure it changed it a lot by now, and that's the cool thing, if you've been to China or Japan long time ago, forget how it looked like before.

The whole country changed quite a bit. Also, when a russian who lives in Brighton Beach in USA, comes back to Moscow for example...

-They have a wrong opinion of Russia, that it's an underdeveloped country... -Balalaikas and bears.

3rd world country, balalaikas, all that.

But actually we have a very progressive country.

And Moscow is a city where...

-Of the future? -...there's a big potential for development.

Alright, we're on the opening of CryptoSummit, and...

...i want to show you how it looks like inside.

What everyone does here is networking, like look: here's Nastya.

She's talking in english.

-Where are you from? -I'm originally from Venice but i live in San-Francisco.

Wow, very cool. What are you doing in this place?

What am i doing? I'm enjoying a good company of good people.

Actually there are a lot of people that have their own projects and investors.

Sheikhs from royal families...

Brock Pierce, the korean economic bargain that is top 3 in the world.

I've shown you pretty much everything.

It's a tad short because there's nothing interesting about people just working and networking with each other.

They try to make contacts and deals...

Hence why conferences like this exist.

The time is 2AM, we are preparing for the conference.

We are putting on flags... Actually it's really hard to work with indians.

It's actually hard to arrange it. I'm going to sleep, while the poor guys Roma and his team are going to work all night long.

So that people can have a conference tomorrow.

The time is 9AM, the conference is open.

70% of it is already filled with people.

Let me show it to you. The symbol of our conference is this bird.

Look at this beauty. It lights up during the night and it looks really cool.

200 people and 50 jeeps - we are going to the desert.

Here they are, our jeeps.

Guys, this is phenomenal, we've managed to arrange a conference you'd never call a failure.

It's something unique, it gathers the biggest minds of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality...

And not only that... It's really phenomenal. Brock...

Mihua, Joshua, Pascal...

James Glascock, Eva Luffra...

Everything is here, blockchain investments...

We have Netflix and Cryptolium as well.

This is the beginning of something magnificent.

So stay with us and let's build our future together!

Really nice, you did all my job, bro.

-Do you know something in russian? -A bit.

-Say something! -Let's go...

-Let's go. -Let's move out. -Goodbye.

-Come on. -Let's go. -Come on, come on.

-We have a special ram here... -It's damage proof. -Yeah, so that our roof won't get bumped.

The guys are finally in the desert, and the first thing they do is drift, their blood is boiling!

-They are all making flat tyres right now. -And taking pictures for Instagram.

-So cool. -Sunset time - magic time.

-You like it? -Yeah... -You've never been to deserts before, right?

-No... Not in this kind of desert! -Isn't that cool?

-Really, really cool... Amazing... -Wonderful!

-Are you ready?! ~YES!~

-Are you ready?! ~YES!~

~FUTURAMA!~

NOW LET"S GO DRIFTING.

Ah, nice one!

Guys we can play a game and make words out of our cars.

The one who makes the most letters gets a prize.

The winner gets a free trip to FUTURAMA next year. *Joke*

We are having the most productive networking in such environment.

When people take a break from their usual jobs to communicate with each other.

-That's really cool... -Good evening, sir. -Oh, yeah...

Such a great greeting.

-How is the place? -It is super amazing.

Beautiful women at the entrance, horses, nice illuminations...

The attention to details is very well presented here.

-It's like you're in ancient... -I'm in the fairy tale. -Yeah.

In ancient Arab Emirates.

Roma, did you see that?

That was f*cking bonkers!

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was crazy, we've arrived home at 2AM.

We've slept a few hours and now we're back on the 2nd day of the conference, half of it is going to be official as always. And then after the lunch we will go on a cruise.

On a very cool yacht called "Lotus", i've shown it to you before.

We've made a great decision that there's not much people like on other conferences.

200-250 people is optimal for this event.

When people have access to every speaker.

You are able to informally talk to them.

On the party or in these corridors.

Right now on the scene there are top 3 cryptocurrency stock exchangers CEOs.

Everyone is a businessman here, they think differently from the regular people.

You can great a nice idea during dinner or you could get a nice deal from these people.

To create something, be it a project or a new corporation.

Many people don't understand these conferences, referring to them as cults of some kind.

You've just never been to a good conference, hence your negative opinions.

I really recommend you do that because you get a unique possibility of access to people you could only meet on the conference.

I doubt you could meet the CEO of a stock exchange somewhere else.

There are people of all sorts, programmers, stockers, PR managers, CEO...

And many others. If you want to develop yourself, you must surely visit these events and involve yourself in these communities.

Right now we're going to board on our Tesla cars, and drive to the Marina, then board on our yacht called "Lotus".

It's the newest and one of the biggest yachts in Dubai. Here are the Teslas.

They look wonderful.

You don't even need to touch the door. This is Tesla Model X.

Alright, let's look at twhat we have for today.

-Greetings, ladies. -Hello. -Hello.

-The girls in special outfits greet the pioneers of the future. -Hello.

-You have towels to cool down a little. -I'll wipe you guys a little too.

Ethan is our friend who's just travelling around the world on his plane, making investments into future technologies.

-India? -New Dehli. -Ah, New Dehli.

-How old are you? -23.

This man got his first million dollars when he was 16.

This story you can read on his own website.

Here we have sea food - anything you'd ever want.

-Why are you scared? Everything's good. -Are we flying?! -The roof just went down.

We have this cool thing - adjustable roof.

-It's the part of the show, guys. -Yeah.

It'd be boring to just swim out.

That's amazing!

That's really cool.

This yacht costs 52 000 000$.

Alright, our main obstacle...

The roof goes up.

Guys, watch your head please, watch your heads...

He's saying it all over again! Come on!

Kel' decided to interrupt everyone and present his project, it's called FUTURAMA TV.

People want to keep partying instead of listening to him, but he's doing a good job anyways.

I must say, it's not necessary to be into cryptocurrency to visit such events.

You can make your business to serve those that are into it.

For miners you can make coolers or software that will increase the productivity of mining.

Or you can make crediting services for those that are going to invest into cryptocurrency.

Everything is being re-profiled to work with blockchains.

A lot of interesting projects and people who present them and their new ideas.

They try to sell it and find investors.

Our next event will be in Barcelona, i'll leave a link for those who are interested.

Come and see us if you have a project, or you are an investor, or if you just want to feel that atmosphere.

You can make friends with amazing people there too.

You'll at least have a great party.

Yeah, that's for sure, you've seen it yourself.

But that's it, good luck and see you again.

Video Marketing: How Will I Know What To Say? - Duration: 2:36.

Hi, I'm Jenny De Lacy, The Visibility Coach.

And one of the things that people ask me

is how will I know what to say?

When you open your mouth and you create a video

or you go live, how do you know what to say?

Here are my top five tips

for not just coming up with your message,

but staying on track.

Staying on track can sometimes be just as hard as coming up

with the message in the first place.

So I hope you enjoy this short video.

So here's tip number one.

Just do some simple planning.

What is your video for?

Who is it for?

And what are the top three to five things

that you want to say?

That's it.

Point number two, say it out loud.

Getting used to the sound of your own voice helps

you really feel confident

but it clarifies what you're going

to say in your videos as well.

Tip number three.

If you can't do tip numbers one and two is to go

to your Facebook groups or wherever your clients

or potential clients hang out

and find out what they need from you.

Tip number four is about staying on track.

Now I know sometimes that even when we've planned

what we're going to say,

sometimes things happen that throw us off track.

So my absolute number one thing there is to break your video

into parts because it helps you in the recording.

Then, if there's only one bit that you fall off track for,

then there's only one tiny bit that you have to re-record,

rather than the whole thing.

Lastly, staying on track.

I know a lot of people would prefer to use an autocue

but I want to caution you against it.

Most people are not trained to use an autocue

and we can see you thinking and reading,

rather than sharing your unique value with us on video.

And the best way to keep on track

and know what you want to say is rehearse.

There's a huge difference between rehearsing

and getting used to the words, and opening your mouth

for the first time when you press record.

I promise, you can really tell.

No autocue needed.

So there you have it.

There's just five of my tips for how to stay on track

and how to decide what it is you want to say in your videos.

Using video is going to grow your people,

your profile and your profit.

And I can't wait to see you shine online.

The BEST Way To Get Around PARIS | Vlog #88 - Duration: 8:50.

I've ran out of milk again people you know what time it is time for a whipped

cream tea

Bonjour dickheads welcome to another episode of the vlog if you're new to the

vlog then hello my name is Paul I'm a comedian I live in Paris and these vlogs

are basically the behind the scenes of my life in Paris so if you think that'll be

interesting then subscribe I don't know why you'd find it interesting I don't

know why anyone subscribes to this channel but they do so so should you

so today's episode is about getting around Paris I live in Paris as a

comedian I have to move around Paris quite a lot if it's going to different

gigs and different theatres all around the city

whether it's meetings whether it's going to production companies whether it's

working with the TV channel just outside of Paris I'm traveling a lot around

Paris and I've tested every way to get around Paris and I found the best way to

get around but let's start with the other options that are not my favorite

option number one is walking just using your two legs one foot in front of the

other fucking yes mate straight on just walking and walking honestly is one of

the best ways to see the city Paris is amazing it's beautiful "oh it's so

beautiful". What was that? To take in all of the sights to take in all of the smells as well

you've got a freshly baked baguette coming out of a boulangerie you can

smell the boulangerie like 50 meters away and then you've got the freshly

baked dogshit on the pavement as well as the freshly brewed human piss corner it

just it's just a mishmash of smells it's amazing the unfortunate thing with

walking is it just takes a long time to walk anywhere depending on what you're

doing it might not be the easiest option the easiest option might be taking the

Paris Transport official system the RATP them what does that stand for the

RATP "Le Réseau...Transport de Paris" I imagine the last words

"Réseau...Transport..." Hey! It shouldn't be, I mean it could be easier. TFL: Transport

for London. STM: Société de Transport de Montréal. RATP: Le Réseau

Autonome de Transport à Paris. The Autonomous the Autonomous Network of

the Transport in Paris. Why is it so long? One of the best

ways to get around it's cheap super cheap like €1.40

The metro goes almost everywhere and if it doesn't go somewhere the bus will

replace it however it's got many many downsides to it the bus is you wait like

20 minutes and then three come along at the same time I don't know what it is

maybe the bus drivers when they're recruited they have a specif...a meeting

of some sort which when they decide hey you know what we're gonna do to piss

people off is we're gonna make them wait for 20 minutes and then three of us are

gonna come along at the same time oh yes good work I don't know every bus in

every city in every country that I've taken it same situation the people in

Paris that get on the bus are a bit crazy they're mental people

that have no respect for anyone else there's no one there's no queue at the

bus stops here people just get on the bus fucking

everyone for themselves and also when they're on the bus people don't sit down

in the fucking seat they clutter up the door they stand by the door cos they're

worried that they're gonna miss their stop so they stand by the door there's

like seven seats free you're trying to get on it's a nightmare

excuse me can leave this beer they're not no no no no no you just want to

punch people in the fucking face so you might as well get the Metro instead of

the bus but the Metro also has its inconveniences mainly the fact that it

smells of shit and piss always super busy and there's just mental people on

the metro as well it's just every day if you're taking the metro and you're going

across Paris you're stuck in with people trying to read their books while there's

no space women and men sitting on the foldable

seats when it's fucking rush hour a black hole for society the Metro

basically so if public transports aren't your thing another option the third

option to get around Paris is by bike right you can buy a pedal bike which is

great ecologically friendly however if you buy a bike you'll get it stolen very

very quickly and number two if you ride a bike you'll probably get killed very

quickly as well because you're sharing the bus lanes and the bus drivers

fucking crazy people as well so you're obviously gonna get run over at some

stage and it's gonna be a nightmare also depending on where you live in Paris if

you live up the top of a hill like I do you can't get a bike because you can't

actually physically get up the hill because you've got weak legs and also

you sweat a lot and you just don't want to do it had a bike sharing system

called Vélib' which worked for a little bit because they switched the system they

it got bought by another company they tried changing the bikes and updating

them that all went to shit there were supposed to be electric bikes but they

weren't plugged into the mains so that's one of the personal transports is bike

the other one is by car if you've got enough money to buy a car

congratulations however if you're driving in Paris Oh get ready for it in

fact we made a video What The Fuck France of driving in Paris I'll link it

up there it's a nightmare too many traffic jams there's no lanes

marked on the street people drive like mentalists there was a car sharing

system called Autolib' which was pretty good you could pick up an electric car

plugged in somewhere and then you use the app to then move it to somewhere

else and drive it to another location it was cool but it costs too much money so

they went bankrupt so now the car sharing system is dead and then you've

got an empty bunch of carpark spots with electricity that aren't plugged in it's

just it's a sad state of affairs getting around Paris by any means of

transport so for me by far the best way to get around the city is by scooter by

motorbike scooter Vespas whatever you want to call them and what's great about

Paris innovative as it is that there's two scooter sharing systems there are

electric scooters so they're very eco friendly super easy to use there's two

companies one is called Cityscoot one is called Coup and both of them have

their merits both of them are pretty good they both use an app where you go

and you geo localize yourself you Geo localize yourself that's not even

English "Géolocaliser" you locate yourself whatever there's an app

a Geo a location-based service app thingamajig where you can see where all

the scooters are and using the apps you go you unlock the scooters there's a

helmet in there you put the helmet on with the little protection thing and

then you're off and you can drop them off wherever you want Cityscoot is

better for short journeys less than 15 minutes long or if you need to go

outside of Paris because their range of where you can drop them off is longer

Coup the scooters are much better they look better they go much faster they're

both limited to 50 kilometers an hour but there's Coup they fucking go like

straight off the line they accelerate quickly which brings me to the most

exciting purchase I've made in about 10 years I'm so excited people because I

bought myself an electric scooter I bought myself an electric scooter it's a

German company called UNU and it's I received it today people it's

downstairs in the garage I'm so excited. Tell you what I'm gonna

take you downstairs to the garage and you fucking see for yourself how amazing

this thing is let's go

the best thing I've ever bought in my life I've only had it for like four hours

I've taken it for one test drive around so it's electric and that there's no...

so it takes off really quickly it goes very quickly first question how does it

charge how do you charge it up it's electric what do you do how do you

charge it up what's the situation well the answer is very easy you take the

battery out of it and you just plug it into your wall at home like you would

plug in your iPhone you just unplug it essentially that's it you just take it

with you and then you just plug that into your wall so yeah I'm super excited

because it's gonna be my new way of getting around the city super quickly in

the winter I'll probably be shit it'll probably be just soaking wet but if you

see me arrive on this somewhere just say hi just wave and be like "hey Paul, what's going on?" so

that's it for this episode of the vlog let me know how you get around Paris if

you get around Paris or in your home cities wherever you are what's your

favorite mode of transportation and why let me know in the comments I'd love to

hear from you and I'd love to just have your questions in general on the vlog so

I can answer the questions I want this to be more of a conversation really than

me just being like that check this out check this out ask me some questions

about what I'm doing about my job about anything that's happening and I'll

answer those as we go thanks for watching and I'll see you again for

another one very soon all right bisous bye

How Do You Know if Your Church is Healthy? - Duration: 7:30.

Today I want to talk about the health of a local church. Are there ways we can know that

a church is healthy or a way we can know it's unhealthy? And this comes from a question

I received from somebody who's been watching these videos. Let me read the question.

I'm curious to know how you might go about evaluating the spiritual health of the congregation?

Here's the key; are there objective ways of identifying whether a congregation is growing

or stagnant and is there a clear set of biblical markers or indicators that you would use to

assess whether the congregation is spiritually healthy? Great question. We'll roll the intro

and then I'll try to give it an answer.

So the heart of the question is, are there objective ways to measure the health, the

strength of a local church? I think the answer is no. I know we like to have objective ways

of measuring things. I think that's a very modern way of looking at the world, maybe

a very western way of looking at the world. It's also very contemporary, right. Everything

has a star rating. I mean, I don't even know how to buy socks anymore without going on

Amazon and seeing how many stars they have and of course, I'm not going to buy four-star

socks when I could buy four and a half star socks, right. So, we're very used to having

everything measured, everything given some sort of clear indication, here's the quality

as judged by an expert, or even better, as judged by our peers. Church doesn't work that

way. The health, the strength of a local church, it just can't be measured in those easy ways.

It doesn't mean people haven't tried. And I think some of the standards people try to

use that would be more on the objective side would be of course the size of the church,

we love to talk about whether our church is large or small, really, we just want to talk

about how big our church is. Maybe the number of baptisms, the number of members, the amount

of giving. Oh man, people love to talk about what the budget of their church is, how much

people are giving. Maybe the number of small groups. So, all these ways we can quantify

the church. I still don't think those really get us to the heart of the question, which

is, how do we know if our church is healthy? And I think that's really where we have to

go to measures that are more subjective. Allow the Bible to point us to what the bible values,

what God values, and then say, is our church matching that?

So, let me talk about a few of the ways that you might think about your church to ask,

is this a healthy congregation? How about this? Are you seeing people come to faith

from outside of the church? Right, because there's a lot of churches that have a ton

of internal growth but very very little external growth. And I mean, praise God for internal

growth, for children coming to faith, but, we do want to be a church that's fulfilling

the great commission, that's going out into the community and seeing people come to Christ.

So, are you seeing that? Are you also seeing people come to faith from the inside? Because

there are some churches that are so outward focused that their own children are being

neglected, not coming to Christ. So, are we seeing people from the outside and people

from the inside repenting, coming to faith, being added to the membership, being baptized

into the church?

Here's a third one. Does your church generally resemble a community it's within? So, I think

what we often see is wealthy churches in poor areas of the city, or poor churches in wealthy

areas of the city, or white churches in black parts of the city, black churches in white

parts of the city, that kind of a thing. I think one of our ideals as Christians is that,

if possible, in so much as it depends on us, we would want our churches to reflect our

community. Why? Because that shows we're reaching out to the people around us. God has put us

in geographical locations, hopefully, we're reaching out to the people around us. That's

our most natural mission field. To be clear, it's a little different in a small town than

a big city. Right, a small town, you're probably drawing from a fairly narrow area. In a city,

community is different, people may drive half an hour and think nothing of it and that could

still be part of that church's community. But just in general, does your church look

like the people around and about? I'd say that's a good marker of health if it does

have that resemblance.

How about this? Does your church love the Word of God and obey the Word of God? When

they have to think about life, when they have to think about doctrine, are they thinking,

what does the Bible say? How can I live according to the Word of God? Are they applying themselves

to Bible study, are they coming and hearing the preaching of the Word? Is it their deep

desire, week by week, we're coming to gather together so we can hear the Word of God preached

to us, so we can live according to the Word of God. I think that's a great measure of

a church's health.

Is your church united, and united in mission? Like, maybe very simply, do the people in

your church like to be together? If they don't, it probably means there's real disunity, there's

real fighting, a real lack of health. A healthy church is a church that enjoys being together,

right. We're members of the same body, a body doesn't want to be disjointed, it doesn't

want to be torn apart, it wants to be together. So, is there joy and peace and unity as your

church gathers week by week?

Does your church love to worship? And I don't just mean to jump around and wave hands in

the air. I mean, worship, that's great if that's part of your church's worship, but

do they like to be together so they can engage in the worship, the community worship of God?

If people are coming reluctantly, if they're coming out of obligation, that would concern

me. But if people are coming because they love to worship, they long to worship, they

understand the responsibility and the joy of worshipping God. I would say that's a mark

of health.

And then maybe this. Does your church love to pray? We need praying churches and I fear

we have so few praying churches. So, is your church praying as individuals? Are they praying

through the week? But maybe even more so, is your church gathering to pray? Is prayer

instrumental rather than supplemental to what your church does? Do you really believe in

the power of prayer together and are you coming together to pray, to seek God together? That

is such a key marker of health in a church and one that I fear is far too rare.

So, can you quantify the church's health? I mean, can you come up with a star rating?

You can Google your church, probably some people left reviews. Maybe you're a four-star

church, maybe you're a five-star church. I don't think God is looking at the Google ratings

for your church. Are people coming to faith, from outside and inside? Does your church

look like the community? So, are you drawing the people God has placed around it? Does

your church love the Word and love to hear the Word so it can obey the Word? Is your

church united, and united especially in the mission of reaching the lost and discipling

the saved? Does your church love to worship? Does your church love to pray? Is your church

praying? Maybe some of those are markers you can look to to say, this is a healthy church,

or this is a church where we see a significant lack of health, we need to seek God, we need

to seek God's favor on our church. Hope you find that at least a little bit helpful.

Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho JEALOUS of Pep Guardiola after lashing out - Shearer - Duration: 1:59.

The Special One could not help himself to make a comment on City's new documentary after the Manchester United boss appeared in it on several times

"If you are a rich club you can buy all the top players but you cannot buy class," he said

"I haven't seen the movie but I know a few things about it and that is my first reaction

"I am in the movie so much I think I could ask for some royalties. "Perhaps without me it would not sell as much, I don't know, but if City send me one of the shirts they had in the tunnel when we played there last, the ones that were saying: 'We did it on derby day,' then I will give up about the royalties

"  And though fans have loved Mourinho's typical response, former Premier League striker Alan Shearer reckons they have been made out of jealousy

He told The Sun: "Jose Mourinho has criticised the Manchester City TV documentary, saying "you cannot buy class"

"It is typical Jose, trying to look after his own club. "But he is just jealous that City were successful last season and Manchester United were not

"The fact of the matter is, Jose wishes United were in City's position. "From what I have seen of the documentary, it is a great insight into what makes Pep Guardiola tick and the reasons why he is so very good

5 Common Signs You Might Have Hernia - Duration: 11:14.

Do you have discomfort or pain when you lift, cough, sneeze, strain or perform physical activities?

Keep on eye on this video

Hey everyone Aqila here...

On this video I will talk about five common signs that you might have abdominal Hernia

Hernia occurs when an internal part of the body pushes through surrounding tissue were a weakness in the muscle

While the condition can occur at any age they are most common in older people because the tummy muscles become weaker

hernia, also be caused by people who are constipated and from pushing heavy loads and

people with persistent coughs also have to be careful of hernias because of the strain it can put on the abdomen and

Here are five common signs that you might have abdominal. Hernia

one

Bulges under the skin the first common sign you might have abdominal. Hernia is bulges under the skin

Since the most common form of abdominal hernia is the inguinal hernia

Patients develop a bulge or swollen line that travels from the abdomen area to the genital area

When internal fat or internal organs, press through a hole in the muscle a hernia develops

This is why

Bulges under the skin is one of the most common symptoms of a hernia

These internal organs and fat cause the skin over the hernia to bulge out

When patients reduce the hernia back inside often that bulge regresses and disappears

Strangulation is when a piece of intestine gets trapped inside of the hernia and cannot be reduced back into the abdomen

When this happens the blood supply of that piece of intestine gets compromised which leads to a lack of blood flow to the intestine

Obviously lack of blood flow to the intestine causes severe pain

uncontrollable nausea and ongoing vomiting

Strangulation isn't hard to distinguish from other symptoms because of its severity

These patients often have surgery on an emergent basis at the hospital

The chances of a normal hernia strangulating is about 1% - 2 percent per year that a patient has the hernia

Thus although this is a very small chance of strangulation

Over the course of 20 to 30 years that chance increased more dramatically

for

nausea and vomiting

Another common sign you might have abdominal. Hernia is nausea and vomiting

Occasionally patients may have ongoing nausea and sometimes even vomiting due to their hernia

These symptoms can be mild and intermittent or can be more severe when the symptoms are mild

It is often caused by a small portion of the intestine trapped inside the hernia

When the intestine is able to pump into and out of the hernia the nausea may come and go

This causes intestinal blockages on and off leading to nausea and vomiting which comes and goes almost at will

Hernia, patients with these symptoms should be seen by her any a specialist as soon as possible five

Groin swelling the last common sign you might have abdominal. Hernia is groin swelling

Help you feel better

Hey everyone Aqila here.. on this occasion

I will talk about five negative effects of sugar on the brain that you should to know and

Here are five negative effects of sugar on the brain

1. Causes cravings and addiction

The first negative effect of sugar on your brain is causes cravings and addiction

Sugar addiction is a real and growing concern for a large majority of the world's population. But how exactly does this happen?

When a person consumes sugar the tongues taste buds become activated and sends signals to the brain

lighting a reward pathways and causing a surge of feel-good hormones like dopamine to be released and

while the source says

Stimulating these reward pathways with sugary treats is OK from time to time over

Activating them can lead to more serious concerns such as loss of control craving and increased tolerance to sugar

2. impairs memory and learning skills

The second negative effect of sugar on your brain is impairs memory and learning skills

People who consume too much practice otherwise known as added sugar produce less of the chemical brain derived neurotrophic

factor BDNF as

BDNF assists the brain with learning and the formation of new memories

Without a sufficient amount of it. The source says we can't learn or remember much of anything

Additionally research out of UCLA found that a high fructose diet actually slows the brain down

It had damaged synaptic activity in the brain. Meaning that communication among brain cells was impaired

3. contributes to depression

The third negative effect of sugar on your brain is contributes to depression

Before you continue watching this video do not forget to subscribe my channel to see other useful videos

Consuming too much added sugar can also have major impacts on your mood and mental health

One example of this is what's commonly referred to as a sugar crash where the body's blood sugar spikes upon

Consumption of a sugar rich snack or beverage and then plummets soon after leaving you feeling anxious

moody or depressed the source adds that in addition to a sugar crash over consumption of fructose can mess with the

Neurotransmitters that help keep our mood stable one such neurotransmitter is called serotonin, which boosts our mood after eating sugar

Unfortunately, the body only has a limited amount of it to offer and the more frequently it's released the faster

The body's supply is depleted leading to symptoms of depression

4. Linked to dementia and Alzheimer's disease

The fourth negative effect of sugar on your brain is linked to dementia and Alzheimer's disease as mentioned earlier

overconsumption of sugar

causes the body to produce less BDNF which among other things

Helps with memory formation so it's probably not surprising to learn that it's linked to dementia and related conditions

It's possible that low BDNF may turn out to be The Smoking Gun in these and other diseases

although more research about this connection is still being conducted the source says that

What seems clear in any case is at a reduced level of BDNF is bad news for our brains and chronic sugar

Consumption is one of the worst inhibitory culprits

5. inhibits overrating Center from working

It's common knowledge that

Overconsumption of sugar can lead to weight gain and in severe cases obesity but researchers are now coming to understand exactly why

It's recently been discovered that chronic consumption numbs the brains and exogenic

oxytocin system this sensor that prevents overeating and

With this crucial sensor disabled on an almost permanent basis in some individuals

Our brain doesn't release hormones to signal that we are full resulting in excessive overeating that's perpetuating the problem even further

Back to nature is a very wise choice for your health and the better life in the future

eat more fruits and stay healthy
