Meghan Markle revealed her dreams about becoming a princess four years ago - Duration: 3:45.

The Duchess shared her childhood dream on her website The Tig when she was still an actor on the legal drama Suits

In the 2014 post, the brunette beauty spoke about her dreams of being She-Ra, the Princess of Power

Meghan wrote: "Little girls dream of being princesses". Describing She-Ra, a 1985 cartoon character known for strength and feminist powers, she continued: "I, for one, was all about She-Ra, Princess of Power

" She then said that women also dream of becoming a princess. "And grown women seem to retain this childhood fantasy

"Just look at the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal wedding and endless conversation about Princess Kate

" Markle dropped the blog after her relationship with Harry got serious.  Harry and Markle met on a blind date in early July, 2016

"We were introduced actually by a mutual friend," Harry revealed during the couple's first sit-down interview with the BBC following their engagement announcement

E! News claims Harry's friend Violet von Westenholz is the one who introduced them, but others have speculated it was fashion designer Mischa Nonoo

The blind date was a success. "We met for a drink," said Markle, "and then I think very quickly into that we said, 'Well what are we doing tomorrow? We should meet again

'' After they announced their engagement, Harry revealed he knew Meghan was the one from "the very first time we met

" The couple were able to stay out of the limelight for several months before it became public

Harry confirmed his relationship with Markle in a formal statement on November 8, 2016

In the statement, Harry also pleaded with the media and trolls on social media to stop the "wave of abuse and harassment" that had been directed at his girlfriend

The couple tied the knot on May 19 in a unique wedding that melded Hollywood glitz and glamour with centuries-old royal traditions inside St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle

The couple are due to visit Australia this year for the Invictus Games, a multi-sport event created by Prince Harry for wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel

Clooney, Oprah, Elton John and more celebrities watch royals marry1:05 A host of stars from Britain and the US have attended the Royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

"BLACK MIRROR."

HE'S ALSO THE SON OF KURT

RUSSELL AND GOLDIE HAWN.

WE SAY DO YOU SEE IT THAT WAY?

MY PARENTS ARE NOT HOLLYWOOD

PARENTS.

THEY'RE NORMAL PARENTS.

YOU NEVER FOLLOW THEM AS LIKE

MOVIE STARS?

NO, NOT REALLY.

PROBABLY LIKE HOW YOU SAW YOUR

PARENTS.

I THINK HE'S KIND OF RIGHT,

WILL AND JADA ARE COOL BUT IN A

VERY A-LIST, SUPERSTAR KIND OF

WAY.

KURT AND GOLDIE SEEM LIKE THEY

COULD JUST LIVE NEXT DOOR TO

YOU.

WHEN HE GROWS UP AND SOMEONE

SAYS WHAT DOES YOUR PARENTS DO,

I WONDER WHAT HE SAYS?

AN TINDER DATE, WHAT DOES

YOUR FAMILY DO?

THEY'RE ACTORS.

GOLDIE HAWN, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU

HEARD OF HER.

HARVEY: WAIT, THAT MAKES IT MORE

APPEALING TO YOU?

YEAH, IF YOU HANG AROUND

Bob Herbert's Op-Ed.TV: Barry LePatner on the Polarization of Our Nation - Duration: 26:09.

♪ [THEME MUSIC] ♪

>> HI, I'M BOB HERBERT.

WELCOME TO "OP-ED.TV."

AMERICA WAS ONCE THE ENVY OF THE

WORLD IN TERMS OF OUR STANDARD

OF LIVING, VAST HIGH-QUALITY

TRANSPORTATION NETWORKS,

UNPARALLELED SYSTEMS OF PUBLIC

AND HIGHER EDUCATION, AND

COMMITMENT TO FREEDOM AND

DEMOCRACY.

IT DIDN'T MATTER WHETHER

DEMOCRATS OR REPUBLICANS WERE IN

POWER.

THERE WERE NORMS AND PRINCIPLES

AND IDEALS TO WHICH NEARLY ALL

OF US SUBSCRIBED.

WE WERE GENERALLY OPTIMISTIC,

AND IN THOSE AREAS WHERE WE

WEREN'T DOING TOO WELL, WE

TENDED TO AGREE WITH JACK

KENNEDY THAT WITH HARD WORK AND

IN SPIRIT OF COOPERATION, WE

COULD DO BETTER.

THAT ALL SEEMS A LONG TIME AGO.

WHAT HAPPENED?

HOW DID IT HAPPEN?

WHERE ARE WE NOW HEADED?

I WILL TALK ABOUT THIS WITH MY

GUEST, BARRY LEPATNER,

AN EXPERT ON INFRASTRUCTURE

AND DEVELOPMENT AND A VETERAN

ANALYST OF POWER, POLITICS, AND

GOVERNMENT IN THE U.S.

THANKS FOR COMING IN.

I SHOULD POINT OUT YOU ARE A

LAWYER AND THE FOUNDER OF THE

LAW FIRM LEPATNER AND

ASSOCIATES, WHICH SPECIALIZES IN

CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

ISSUES.

THE PERIOD I WAS TALKING ABOUT

WHEN THE UNITED STATES WAS THE

ENVY OF THE WORLD, THAT IS

ROUGHLY THE END OF WORLD WAR II

INTO THE 1970'S.

IN A GENERAL SENSE, WHAT

HAPPENED TO THE UNITED STATES

SINCE THE 1970'S THAT HAS CAUSED

US TO FALL SHORT IN SEVERAL KEY

AREAS IN TERMS OF WHAT HAS

HAPPENED TO THE MIDDLE CLASS,

THE EDUCATION SYSTEM, AND

AND SO ON?

>> WE CAME OUT OF WORLD WAR II

AND PEOPLE SOMETIMES FORGET

THAT WE ENTERED WORLD WAR II

AFTER A GREAT DEPRESSION, WHICH

DEVASTATED OUR NATION AND ITS

FAMILY WAY OF LIFE.

BUT WE CAME OUT VICTORIOUS

BECAUSE AMERICANS PULLED

TOGETHER IN A WAY THAT WAS

UNIMAGINABLE IN THE HISTORY OF

THE WORLD.

>> RIGHT.

>> AND THEN WE ROSE TO OUR

GREATEST HEIGHTS BY DECIDING TO

GENEROUSLY HELP OUR ENEMIES AND

ALLIES WITH PROGRAMS OVERSEAS TO

HELP THEM GET BACK TO OUR FEET,

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WITHIN THE

UNITED STATES WE SAW THINGS

HAPPEN OVER THE NEXT THREE OR

FOUR DECADES THAT WERE

INCREDIBLE FOR OUR NATION.

WE REBUILT OUR IN STATE HIGHWAY

SYSTEM ANEW,

WHICH BROUGHT TREMENDOUS

ECONOMIC GROWTH TO CITIES AND

TOWNS ALONG THE WAY.

OF COURSE, THAT HELPED THE

AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY WHICH BECAME

THE GREATEST INDUSTRY IN THE

ENTIRE WORLD.

BUT WE ALSO BUILT OUT MAJOR

AIRPORTS, MAJOR TRANSIT SYSTEMS

IN BOSTON AND ATLANTA AND

NEW YORK.

WE SAW THE GROWTH OF A NATION

THAT PROSPERED BECAUSE EVERYBODY

HAD RESPECT, AND WE SAW A RISING

MIDDLE CLASS.

>> WHEN YOU ARE TALK ABOUT

INVESTMENTS, --

WE ALSO HAD TO BUILD HOUSING FOR

ALL THESE GIs COMING BACK

FROM THE WAR AND,

WERE STARTING FAMILIES,

AND SCHOOLS HAD TO BE BUILT,

FOR THE CHILDREN.

THERE WAS TREMENDOUS INVESTMENT

ACROSS THE BOARD.

>> THERE WAS A RISING TIDE

THAT WOULD MAKE LIFE BETTER FOR

THEM DURING THE COURSE OF THEIR

LIVES, WHICH IN FACT DID HAPPEN

FOR THAT BOOMER GENERATION.

>> SO WHAT HAPPENED WHEN WE

GOT TO THE 1970'S?

I REMEMBER THE OIL SHOCKS OF THE

1970'S.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE THE

1970'S WHERE WE NO LONGER HAVE A

COMMITMENT TO THE KINDS OF

INVESTMENTS THAT YOU'RE TALKING

ABOUT?

>> BEGINNING IN THE EARLY

1970'S, THE MINDSET OF OUR

CONGRESS MOVED TO OTHER THINGS

THEN BUILDING OUT OUR

INFRASTRUCTURE AND MAKING THOSE

INVESTMENTS.

THE MINDSET OF HELPING THE

MIDDLE CLASS CHANGED.

THE ADVENT WHERE UNIONS HAD

BASICALLY, DURING THAT PERIOD OF

TIME, HAD ONE OUT OF FIVE

WORKERS AS UNION WORKERS.

TODAY THEY ARE ABOUT 11%.

>> AND BETTER WORKING

CONDITIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO

WEREN'T IN UNIONS AS WELL.

>> ALL OF THAT SEEMS TO HAVE

COME TO A HALT BECAUSE IN THE 40

YEARS SINCE THE 1970'S,

WHAT WE'VE SEEN IS THAT THE

MIDDLE CLASS HAS SHRUNK.

BACK IN THE 1970'S, 57%

OF AMERICAN FAMILIES WERE DEEMED

TO BE IN THE MIDDLE CLASS.

TODAY IT IS 45%.

BACK THEN THERE WAS AN

ANTICIPATION OF RISING INCOME

THAT WAS GOING TO RAISE THE

QUALITY OF OUR LIVES, AND OUR

KIDS COULD GO TO COLLEGES THAT

WERE REASONABLY CHEAP AROUND THE

NATION.

TODAY THAT MIDDLE-CLASS HAS SEEN

HARDLY ANY INCREASE IN THE

STANDARD OF LIVING.

>> AND IT IS NO LONGER ASSUMED

THAT THE CHILDREN OF THIS

GENERATION WILL DO BETTER THAN

THEIR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS.

>> ALL THE STUDIES TODAY

SHOW THAT THERE'S AN EXPECTATION

THEY WON'T.

WHAT WE'VE SEEN AND HARDLY

FOCUSED ON, BUT IT'S BECOME MORE

RELEVANT WITH EVERY PASSING

YEAR, IS THAT IN ORDER TO GROW

AS A FAMILY, IN ORDER TO SEE

YOUR PROSPECTS BE BETTER, YOU

HAVE TO ACCUMULATE SOMETHING

CALLED WEALTH.

IT IS NOT THE WEALTH OF THE

ROBBER BARONS, BUT THE WEALTH

THAT SAYS I BOUGHT A HOME FOR

$30,000 OR $50,000 AND SOLD IT

FOR $80,000, SO I HAVE EXTRA

MONEY TO BUY A BETTER HOUSE,

AND THERE IS A RISING TIDE OF

REAL ESTATE VALUES.

THAT IS GONE.

>> --

AFFORDABLE HIGHWAY EDUCATION FOR

MY CHILDREN WHICH WOULD HELP

THEM GOING FORWARD.

>> ALL PARENTS FELT THAT WAY

IN THE 1950'S AND 1960'S.

THAT HAS GONE AWAY BECAUSE I

THINK THE RESULTS OF THE

RECESSIONS IN 1990'S, 2000-2001,

AND 2008 STRIPPED AWAY A LOT OF

THE SELF-RESPECT MANY FAMILIES

HAD FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR

FUTURE AS WORKERS.

>> ONE OF THE THINGS THAT

CONCERNS ME IS THE POLITICAL

CHANGE THAT SAYS WE CAN'T MAKE

THESE INVESTMENTS, PRIMARILY BY

GOVERNMENTS, BUT NOT JUST BY

GOVERNMENT, BY INDUSTRY AS WELL,

IN INFRASTRUCTURE, HOUSING,

EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND

DEVELOPMENT, THAT SORT OF THING

THAT WE DID YEARS AGO.

YOU AND I WERE TALKING A LITTLE

BIT ABOUT THE FUTURE OF AMERICA,

AND I WAS DUTIFULLY TAKING

NOTES.

YOU MENTIONED A NUMBER OF AREAS

IN WHICH YOU PERSONALLY ARE VERY

CONCERNED ABOUT THE DIRECTION WE

ARE GOING IN.

I WILL JUST RATTLE OFF SOME OF

THEM VERY QUICKLY.

THE ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH CARE,

FORTUNES OF THE MIDDLE CLASS,

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE LABOR

FORCE.

THESE ARE AMONG THE AREAS, AND

OF COURSE INFRASTRUCTURE, WHICH

WE TALK ABOUT ALL THE TIME.

ENVIRONMENT IS NOT SOMETHING

I'VE HEARD YOU TALK ABOUT A LOT,

AND IT IS NOT SOMETHING I THINK

IN THE NATIONAL CONVERSATION WE

HEAR ENOUGH ABOUT.

TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR

CONCERNS WHEN IT COMES TO THE

ENVIRONMENT.

>> I SEE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH

THE LENS OF A GROWING NATION

THAT WANTS TO GROW, THAT WANTS

TO PROSPER.

ON ONE LEVEL, I SEE US THINKING

ABOUT THE NEED TO IMPROVE OUR

INFRASTRUCTURE AND DO THE RIGHT

THING IN THAT AREA.

THEN I SAY, HOW CAN WE REBUILD

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE WHEN WE HAVE

CONCERNS THAT OUR ENVIRONMENT IS

GOING TO DISAPPEAR ON US, OUR

ECOLOGY IS GOING TO DISAPPEAR ON

US IF WE DON'T TAKE STEPS TO

RECOGNIZE WHAT'S HAPPENING?

I'VE UNDERSTOOD FROM

STUDYING THIS IS THAT AMERICA

HAS ALWAYS HAD A LAISSEZ-FAIRE

MINDSET.

WE RECOGNIZE THAT PEOPLE ARE

GOING TO SPEND MONEY AND TAKE

RISKS AND BUILD AND DO THOSE

THINGS, AND THAT'S A WONDERFUL

PART OF OUR COUNTRY.

BUT AT THE OTHER HAND, WE ALSO

HAVE THE PRESERVATIONISTS AND

ENVIRONMENTALISTS WHO SAY WE

OUGHT TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE

THE NATURAL GIFTS IN OUR COUNTRY

WE'VE BEEN GIVEN, DATING BACK TO

TEDDY ROOSEVELT.

THAT DEBATE CAN GO ON.

THAT IS A FAIR DEBATE.

HOW DO WE BALANCE THAT?

IT SHOULD GO ON.

BUT WHAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE A

DEBATE OVER IS WHAT IS HAPPENING

TO OUR ECOLOGY IN TERMS OF

GLOBAL WARMTH AND THE EFFECTS WE

ARE SEEING IN A POLAR ICE CAP

THAT IS CLEARLY MELTING AND

RAISING OCEAN WATERS, AND

ESSENTIALLY THE SCIENCE THAT

SAYS WE ARE GOING TO SEE MAJOR

WASHOUTS TO A GOOD PART OF THE

EAST COAST, AND WE ARE GOING TO

SEE CONTINUING DISASTERS LIKE

HAPPENED IN HOUSTON AND PUERTO

RICO AND LOUISIANA.

>> WE ARE ALREADY SEEING THE

EFFECTS.

>> BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONDING

TO THOSE EMERGENCIES, WHICH THEY

ARE, AND I LOOK AT IT AND SAY

HOW CAN YOU PLAN NEW RAIL

SYSTEMS, NEW AIRPORTS, NEW PORTS

IN ALL OF THESE AREAS WITHOUT

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THEY MAY

NOT BE THERE IN THE NEXT 50 AND

100 YEARS?

>> NOT TO MENTION THE

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPERS ALONG THE

COASTAL AREAS THAT WILL

VANISH, FOR EXAMPLE.

>> INTERESTING FACTS THAT

CANNOT BE IGNORED.

AS A WORLD, WE ARE DESTROYING 10

MILLION TREES A YEAR.

TREES ARE NOT JUST BEAUTIFUL.

THEY DON'T JUST ADD TO OUR

LANDSCAPE.

THEY ABSORB THE CARBON MONOXIDE

WE ALL BREATHE AND TURN IT BACK

INTO OXYGEN.

WE LIVE IN A LIMITED ATMOSPHERE.

I LOOK AT THE 687 PIPE BREAKS,

WATER PIPE BREAKS EVERY DAY IN

THE UNITED STATES, WHICH LOSE 10

BILLION GALLONS OF WATER A DAY.

I LOOK AT THE ACTIONS WHICH ARE

ALLOWING INDUSTRY TO PUMP COAL

ASH INTO RIVERS AND STREAMS.

THESE ARE THE THINGS WE HAVE TO

TALK ABOUT AS ISSUES THAT ARE

NOT DENIABLE.

>> WHAT STRIKES ME IS REALLY

INTERESTING, WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT

THE ENVIRONMENT AND OUR ECOLOGY,

IF WE MADE THE INVESTMENTS AND

TOOK THE STEPS NECESSARY TO

COUNTERACT SOME OF THE MOST

DANGEROUS EFFECT, THESE

INVESTMENTS WOULD PUT ALL KINDS

OF PEOPLE TO WORK.

IF YOU WERE DEALING WITH GLOBAL

WARMING AND WORKED HARD AT

DEVELOPING ENERGY EFFICIENT

VEHICLES, BUT NOT JUST VEHICLES,

HOMES, BUILDINGS, BUSINESSES.

YOU'D PUT PEOPLE TO WORK

COAST-TO-COAST.

BUT WE DON'T SEEM TO HAVE THAT

KIND OF VISION.

>> I CAN SMILE AT THAT

COMMENT BECAUSE IT IS SO RIGHT

FOR OUR CURRENT TIMES.

WE ARE SO ABSORBED WITH HEARING

EVERY MONTH THAT THE

UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IS NOW

DOWN TO 3.9%, AND WE FORGET THAT

IT IS THE OPTION OF A SHRINKING

LABOR MARKET.

>> PEOPLE LOOK AT THAT

HEADLINE NUMBER AND GO, OH MY

GOODNESS, LOOK AT HOW WONDERFUL

THINGS ARE.

BUT THEN THEY LOOK IN THE MIRROR

AND GO, WHY IS MY FAMILY

STRUGGLING?

>> STATISTICS SHOW THAT WHAT

IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE NUMBER

IS THE WORKERS WHO HAVE GIVEN UP

LOOKING FOR JOBS.

THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO LOST

THEIR MANUFACTURING JOBS IN THE

GREAT RECESSION, WHO SHOULD NEED

RETRAINING IN NEW AREAS.

GOING BACK TO THE 1970'S AND

1980'S, WE HAD A MANUFACTURING

OUTPUT THAT WAS CONSIDERED THE

WORLD'S WONDER.

TODAY WE MANUFACTURE TWICE AS

MUCH GOODS AS WE DID IN THE

EARLY 1980'S WITH 1/3 LESS

WORKERS.

WHERE DID THOSE WORKERS GO?

THEY'VE BEEN REPLACED BY

MACHINES.

>> PEOPLE ARE WORRIED ALWAYS

ABOUT GLOBALIZATION AND LOW-WAGE

FARMWORKERS, WHICH DOES HAVE A

SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON OUR

WORKFORCE AND THE ECONOMY, BUT

IT'S THE MECHANIZATION THAT HAS

TAKEN OVER SO MANY OF THE JOBS

AND HAS A MUCH BIGGER IMPACT ON

EMPLOYMENT IN THIS COUNTRY.

>> THOMAS FRIEDMAN SAID A

FEW MONTHS AGO, WE HAVEN'T LOST

OUR JOBS TO MEXICANS.

WE'VE LOST THEM TO BITS AND

BYTES.

THAT IS WHAT IS RUNNING OUR

FACTORIES.

>> AND THAT IS ONLY GOING TO

INCREASE.

>> AND WE ARE NOT SPENDING

MONEY ON RETRAINING.

RETRAINING FOR DIGITAL JOBS IS

GOING TO REQUIRE HIGHER EDUCATED

PEOPLE.

>> I'VE NEVER ASKED YOU WHETHER

YOU ARE A DEMOCRAT OR

REPUBLICAN, AND I AM NOT GOING

TO ASK YOU NOW.

THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL

CONVERSATION.

BUT YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU BELIEVE

AMERICA IS A FUNDAMENTALLY

CENTRIST COUNTRY.

I'M A VERY LIBERAL GUY, BUT ALSO

KNOW YOU HAVE TO COME TO SOME

COMMON GROUND IF YOU ARE GOING

TO MAKE ANY KIND OF PROGRESS IN

A NATION, OR FOR THAT MATTER,

IN A STATE OR CITY.

HOW DID WE GET TO SUCH A

POLARIZED SITUATION WHERE IN SO

MANY CASES, THE TWO SIDES CAN'T

BEGIN TO DEAL WITH ONE ANOTHER?

>> WE GOT THERE WHEN

POLARIZATION IN OUR CONGRESS AND

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT STARTED BACK

IN THE 80'S, WHEN POLITICIANS

DECIDED THAT THE OTHER FOLKS

WERE THE ENEMY, THE OTHER

PEOPLE WE SHOULDN'T

EVEN BE SOCIALIZING WITH.

UNTIL WE HAVE THAT ATTITUDE, WE

CAN'T FORCE INTO THE GENERAL

CONVERSATION OUR IDEAS WHICH

BELONG ON ONE SIDE OR THE OTHER.

AND IT WAS BOTH SIDES THAT CHOSE

TO TAKE THAT ATTITUDE.

THAT LOSS OF CONVERSATION IN THE

MIDDLE HAS REALLY HURT OUR

NATION.

BUT THE FAILSAFE TO THAT

POLARIZATION IS GRIDLOCK THAT

OUR NATION HAS ALWAYS,

RESPONDED WHEN OUR COUNTRY

HAS SHIFTED TOO FAR LEFT OR TOO

FAR RIGHT BY BRINGING IT BACK TO

THE MIDDLE IN EVERY SITUATION.

ONCE WE GO TOO FAR TO ONE

EXTREME OR THE OTHER,

THE MIDDLE THAT

MAY HAVE BEEN SWAYED BY THE

FEARFUL CONCERNS THEY HAVE ON

ONE SIDE OR THE OTHER SOMEHOW

STARTS TO GET LEERY ABOUT IT AND

IS LOOKING FOR A REASONED,

RATIONAL DISCOURSE.

THE PROBLEM WILL BE WHETHER WE

HAVE LEADERS TO RISE TO THE

LEVEL OF BEING ABLE TO INFLUENCE

OR WHETHER POLITICAL GRIDLOCK

IS GOING TO BECOME CALCIFIED.

>> DO YOU HAVE A SENSE AT THIS

PARTICULAR MOMENT WHETHER WE ARE

MOVING IN THE KIND OF DIRECTION

YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT,

ESSENTIALLY A COURSE CORRECTION?

DO YOU SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF THAT

ARE NOT?

>> I THINK THE ONLY WAY IS

IF PEOPLE COME OUT AND VOTE.

IT DOESN'T HAPPEN WHEN THE VOTE

LEVEL DROPS ANY FURTHER THAN

WHAT IT IS NOW.

IN THE LAST THREE ELECTIONS, WE

SAW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN 5 MILLION

PEOPLE VOTE IN ONE ELECTION AND

DON'T SHOW UP TO VOTE IN THE

NEXT ELECTION.

WE SAW IN LOCAL ELECTIONS,

PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT

LOCAL POLITICS REALLY COUNTS.

I BELIEVE THERE IS A SENSE,

MAYBE BECAUSE OF

THE PROLIFERATION OF

ALL OF THE DISPUTES WE ARE

HAVING THAT COVERS SO MANY

DIFFERENT AREAS FROM CONCERNS

ABOUT NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION

TO CONCERNS ABOUT RACISM AND

XENOPHOBIC CONCERNS THAT PEOPLE

ARE STARTING TO PAY ATTENTION.

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT SIDE

YOU'RE ON BECAUSE IF YOU START

TO PAY ATTENTION, YOU'LL SOONER

OR LATER, ENGAGE.

>> THAT IS WHAT I TRY TO TELL

PEOPLE.

I'VE BEEN SPEAKING

ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES

AROUND THE COUNTRY

TALKING A LOT ABOUT VOTING.

I DON'T SAY DEMOCRATS, YOU GOT

TO GET TO THE POLLS, EVEN THOUGH

I THINK DEMOCRATS NEED TO GET

TO THE POLLS.

I JUST TELL PEOPLE, VOTE.

EVERYBODY VOTE.

IT IS A DEMOCRACY.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE VOTER

REGISTRATIONS TO GET HIGHER,

WHETHER REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT,

JUST GET OUT THERE AND VOTE.

YOU'RE RIGHT.

THE TENDENCY IS TO VOTE IN

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS, AND IN

THE OFF YEAR,

TURNOUT FALLS OFF A

CLIFF.

>> I THINK WE WILL BE SURPRISED

THIS NOVEMBER THAT IN MANY

STATES, IF NOT A MAJORITY OF

STATES, WE ARE GOING TO SEE

THE HIGHEST VOTER TURNOUT WE'VE

SEEN IN MANY YEARS OR

HISTORICALLY.

>> THAT WOULD BE A GREAT

THING.

YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT WHAT IS

HAPPENING IN THE LABOR MARKETS

AND WHAT IS HAPPENING TO

ORDINARY WORKERS AND

FAMILIES.

WE RECENTLY HAD THESE ENORMOUS

TAX CUTS, AND ALONG WITH THE TAX

CUTS, THE BUDGET DEFICITS RISING

AND RISING.

THE AREAS THAT WE'VE BEEN

DISCUSSING HERE DURING THIS

PROGRAM, ONE WE ARE TALKING

ABOUT THE INVESTMENTS THAT NEED

TO BE MADE, BUT AS BUDGET

DEFICITS GET HIGHER AND HIGHER,

IT MAKES IT MORE DIFFICULT AND

UNLIKELY.

ON THE OTHER HAND, YOU MENTIONED

THE EMERGENCIES WE FACE.

WE HAVE TERRIBLE STORMS,

WILDFIRES.

WITH THESE ENORMOUS BUDGET

DEFICITS, IF WE GET A

HUGE NATURAL DISASTER, OR IF

THERE IS AN ECONOMIC DOWNTURN

AND YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY

TO PREVENT A DOWNTURN, OR GOD

FORBID, IF THERE IS A TERRORIST

ATTACK.

>> I THINK WHETHER YOU ARE A

SOBER REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT,

OUR NATION WILL COME TO REGRET

GETTING A $1.5 TRILLION TAX GIFT

TO THE MAJOR CORPORATIONS AND

THE 1% BECAUSE WHAT WE'VE

ALREADY STARTING TO SEE,

UNFORTUNATELY, IS THAT 40% OF

THE COMPANIES -- HAVE DECIDED

TO USE THAT MONEY TO BUY BACK

THEIR STOCK AND ARE NOT DOING

ANYTHING MEANINGFUL FOR HIGHER

WAGES.

WHAT WE ARE ALSO SEEING IS THAT

SUCKED TO THE AIR OUT OF ANY

CONSIDERATION FOR MAKING

INVESTMENTS IN OUR

INFRASTRUCTURE.

EVEN THE TRUM ADMINISTRATION

OFFICIALS HAVE SAID THAT HAS

BEEN PUT OFF UNTIL NEXT YEAR,

MAYBE.

BUT IT WILL PROBABLY BE, AS I'VE

SAID A NUMBER OF TIMES, DEAD ON

ARRIVAL IF EVERY POLITICIAN SAYS

WE CAN'T INCREASE THE DEBT

ANYMORE.

THE REALITY IS WE MAY HAVE TO

INCREASE THE DEBT TO ADDRESS

SOME OF THE REAL PROBLEMS

BECAUSE THE TARIFFS ALONE,

BASED ON WHAT HAS HAPPENED

DURING THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION

WERE THE SAME TARIFFS WERE

IMPOSED, THEY HAD TO BE

WITHDRAWN BECAUSE WE LOST A

MILLION JOBS.

THESE ARE THE CONCERNS NOW THAT

ARE THE REPERCUSSIONS OF TRYING

TO DEAL WITH A BASE OF SUPPORT

AND FORGETTING THERE ARE 90

OTHER SUPPORT BASES THAT ARE

GOING TO KEEP OUR GOVERNMENT

FUNCTIONING ON THE RIGHT LEVEL.

>> YOU MENTIONED THE TARIFFS.

YOU LOOK AT THE BOTTOM LINE AND

THE MONEY DRIVES OUR LEADERSHIP,

YOU CAN EXPLAIN IN GREAT DETAIL

WHAT IS GOING ON.

BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE

REPUBLICAN PARTY, I'VE BEEN

COVERING THIS STUFF FOR DECADES,

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY LEADERS

ALWAYS INSISTED THAT THEY WERE

CONSERVATIVE, YOU MENTIONED FARE

EARLIER IN OUR PROGRAM, THAT

THEY WERE THE PARTY THAT WAS IN

FAVOR OF BALANCED BUDGETS, NOT

IN FAVOR OF ENORMOUS BUDGET

DEFICITS AND THAT SORT OF THING.

IT JUST STRIKES ME THAT IN TERMS

OF ECONOMIC POLICY, THE PARTY

HAS BECOME ANYTHING BUT

CONSERVATIVE.

WE'VE ONLY GOT A MINUTE OR SO

LEFT, BUT CAN YOU GIVE ME A

SENSE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO THE

REPUBLICAN PARTY SOMEWHERE ALONG

THE LINE?

>> THEY BOUGHT THE REALITY

SHOW TV PRESIDENT AND FORGOT ALL

THE SUPPORT OF TENANTS THAT

REALLY MADE THE REPUBLICAN PARTY

AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR NATION.

THEY REALLY WERE THE KIND OF ID

OF WHAT THE VIEWPOINT OF OUR

FOUNDING FATHERS WERE IN TERMS

OF PROTECTING PRIVACY, IN TERMS

OF OUR BALANCING OF BUDGETS, OR

ANTI-RUSSIAN CONSTRUCT.

>> THEY WERE HOSTILE TO THE

RUSSIANS IF EVER ANYONE WAS

HOSTILE TO ANYONE.

>> IT IS ALMOST UNFAIR TO

Young Boy Dies Protecting Jesus in the Host - Duration: 14:33.

Young Boy Dies Protecting Jesus in the Host August13, 2018

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the courageous witness of this young boy, St. Tarcisius,

who did not esteem his life more than Your precious presence in his arms.

I wanted to share this touching story of St. Tarcisius with you, dear Heartdwellers, to

illustrate to you that in the third century, when Valerian was Emperor, the community of

Christian believers celebrated the Eucharistic service, or Mass, in the Catacombs.

The first communion or the Lord's Supper service was written by St. James and became a norm

for worship in Jerusalem during the middle of the first century. That's about 20 years

after the Lord was crucified. There are many frescoes in the catacombs depicting the mass,

or the Lord's Supper.

Those who met in the Catacombs had no doubts in their hearts that this was the true presence

of Jesus under the appearance of bread and wine. And this young man's story illustrates

that point so very well.

But before I share this with you, I want to review for just a minute the evidence that

supports Peter being the head of the Church in Rome, and being martyred within the same

time frame as Paul.

Now, in no way does that mean I'm endorsing the institution of the Roman Catholic Church.

I'm not. I'm going back to the first century to show you what the order was like during

that time.

By this time in history, the Church had an established hierarchy. Peter had been succeeded

by Linus, Anacletus, and St. Clement. Of course, there is great dispute among evangelical scholars

that claim Peter was never in Rome. That lasted until recently, when Peter's Tomb was discovered

directly below the Vatican complex. Men were digging to lay wires for a sound system and

broke through to underground crypts, and that's when Peter's remains were found, proving

that he indeed was in Rome and buried there. St. Peter's tomb is near the west end of a

complex of mausoleums that date between about AD 130 and AD 300.

Further historical writings from the Early Church by Eusebius of Caesarea relate that

when Peter confronts Simon Magus at Judea (Acts 8), Simon Magus flees to Rome, where

the Romans got to regard him as a god. According to Eusebius, his luck did not last long, since

God sent Peter to Rome and Simon the magician was quenched and immediately destroyed.

In the Scriptures, 1 Peter 5:13, "The church that is at Babylon, elected together with

you, saluteth you; and so doth Marcus, my son." Now, it's not certain whether this

refers to the actual Babylon or to Rome, for which Babylon was a common nickname at the

time. Marcus, a very typical Roman name, strengthens the theory that Peter refers to Rome in his

letter. In the preceding verse, 1 Peter 5:12, he also mentions Silvanus, another typical

Roman name.

Irenaeus of Lyons wrote in the 2nd century that Peter and Paul had been the founders

of the Church in Rome and had appointed Linus as succeeding bishop.

Clement of Alexandria A.D. 190, states that "Peter had preached the Word publicly at Rome.

And according to Jerome, "Peter went to Rome in the second year of Claudius to overthrow

Simon Magus, and held the sacerdotal chair there for twenty-five years until his martyrdom,

that is the fourteenth, year of Nero."

Sacerdotal chair - that means the chair of authority. Like the Lord talked about, the

chairs of the scribes and the Pharisees. It's a position of authority. So, that was from

Clement of Alexandria in A.D. 190.

Dionysius, bishop of Corinth, in his Epistle to the Roman Church under Pope Soter A.D.

165 declares that Peter and Paul founded the Church of Rome and the Church of Corinth,

and they have lived in Corinth for some time and finally in Italy where they found death.

And this is a quote from that article:

"You have thus by such an admonition bound together the planting of Peter and of Paul

at Rome and Corinth. For both of them planted and likewise taught us in our Corinth. And

they taught together in like manner in Italy, and suffered martyrdom at the same time."

So that's the background on the early Christians in Rome. Here is the touching story of St.

Tarcisius, a boy martyr of the Eucharist. And the link to this story is going to be

available in the box below.

"Have you any idea what Rome was like at the beginning of the first century?  The Romans

were the most powerful people in the world because they conquered and ruled over many

nations which, together, were known as the Roman Empire.  The Roman rulers and their

soldiers were very cruel, and they were very much feared both by their own people and the

people of other nations.

"When Tarcisius was a young boy, the empire was ruled by Emperor Valerian. He hated Christians

because of their love for Jesus and His teachings. They were thrown into dirty prisons where

conditions were poor, and many of them were martyred—which means they were put to death

for their beliefs.

"How were these Christians martyred? Some of them were beaten to death, others were

burned—and most cruel of all—a number of them were thrown into a big arena called

the Coliseum (which still exists today) and there they were eaten by lions. This was

like a sport to the emperor and his friends who watched this horrible cruelty and enjoyed

it.  However, the Christians endured all of this, rather than give up their faith in

Jesus.

"To avoid being captured, they had to meet secretly in their homes if they wanted to

pray and to learn about their faith.  When the situation became too dangerous, they built

underground rooms and passages called catacombs, so that they could come together in safety. To

enable them to celebrate Holy Mass in secret, they had to build large rooms below ground

called crypts where they also buried their dead.

"The entrances to the catacombs were concealed and they were usually in isolated spots outside

the city, known only to the Christians. These same catacombs still exist today and can be

seen by visitors to Rome.

"It was there they gathered to pray, to study their faith and to hear Mass and receive Holy

Communion. This was possible due to the courageous bishops and priests who risked their lives

so that the people could receive the Body and Blood of Jesus in the Eucharist.

"No matter how careful the Christians were in protecting the knowledge of the entrances

to the catacombs, sometimes the pagans did discover them. Hence, a great number of Christians

were caught or put in prison, where, each day, they expected to be put to death. Despite

their sufferings they continue to desire to receive Jesus in the Eucharist.

"One day, just as the Bishop was about to celebrate Holy Mass in one of the catacombs,

he received a letter from the prisoners—among whom were some of his fellow bishops and priests—requesting

him to please send Holy Communion to them. They knew that if Jesus was with them, they would

be less fearful and would gladly accept a martyr's death for love of Him. This posed

a problem, for the Bishop knew it was very dangerous to take the Holy Eucharist to prisoners

and to the sick.

"Before beginning Holy Mass, the Bishop asked the people present to pray that he might choose

the best person to carry Jesus in the Eucharist to the prisoners. As it was now too dangerous

for priests to do so, it was important that some other good person be selected who would

not arouse suspicion.

"As soon as Mass was over, the Bishop asked who would be willing to carry out this brave

task. The young boy Tarcisius—an altar server—stood up and said, 'send me.'  The Bishop thought

the boy was too young and could be endangered, but Tarcisius convinced him that nobody would

suspect him, simply because he was so young. All the Christians knew of the deep love Tarcisius

had for Jesus in the Eucharist, so the bishop eventually accepted the boy's offer.

"Tarcisius was given some hosts carefully wrapped in a linen cloth and placed in a small

case, which he wrapped in his tunic over his heart. The Bishop asked him to remember the

heavenly treasures that were being entrusted to his care; to avoid the crowded streets

and to faithfully and safely protect these sacred mysteries: Jesus in the Eucharist.

Tarcisius replied that he would rather die than let go of them. Clasping his Sacred

Treasure, he set off for the prison.

"Oh how happy and proud Tarcisius felt as he carried Our Blessed Lord so close to his

heart! (And this is the fleshing out of the story by a sister of Notre Dame.) He had no

thoughts to spare for places or people that he passed. He thought only of Jesus, whom

he carried.

"'Oh, dear Jesus, how I love you,' he whispered. 'How good You are to choose me as your little messenger. How

willingly I would suffer and die for You, like these good people in prison. Perhaps

one day, You will let me lay down my life for you, too.'

"Whispering words of love like these, he sped quickly on his way. He was out of the catacombs

now and on the high road. There, he passed a group of his school comrades just about

to start a game, but needing one more to complete the number to make up the team. Catching

sight of Tarcisius they called him to stop and join them.

"'I am sorry,' he said, 'but I am on an important mission.'  He hurried on, but the lads caught

hold of him and would not let him go.

"'What have you there?' said one, seeing how tightly Tarcisius held his hands to his breast. 'Let

me see.' 'No, no,' cried Tarcisius, struggling to free

himself. His anxiety made them all curious, and together they tried to pull away his hands.

"'My Jesus, strengthen me,' whispered Tarcisius, almost under his breath. But one boy heard

his words and cried out to the others: 'He is a Christian. He is hiding some Christian

mystery there.'

"This made the boys still more curious. They determined to see for themselves, so they

struck him, stoned him, and kicked him and did their best to pull away his hands, but

they could not make him loosen his grip..

"A man passing by asked 'What's going on here?'

"'He's a Christian, carrying some Christian mystery, and we're trying to get it from him,'

cried one of the boys.

"'A Christian, did you say?'  said the man, and giving Tarcisius one cruel blow,

threw him to the ground. At this very moment, a soldier, hastening

towards the group, scattered them to right and left, and stooping down, lifted Tarcisius

in his arms.

"'You cowards!'  he said; 'all setting on one little lad,' and he strode quickly

down the street and hurried off into a quiet lane.

"'Tarcisius, lad,' he said, smoothing back the curls from his pale face. Tarcisius opened

his eyes and recognized the soldier as a Christian whom he had often met in the catacombs.

"'I am dying,' he said, 'but I have kept my God safe from them.' And he handed his precious

treasure to the soldier, who placed it reverently inside his tunic. 'Carry Him to the prison

for me,' said Tarcisius, and with a gentle sigh he fell back into the soldier's arms.

"His little soul was already with God, for whom he so willingly had given his life, for

Jesus himself once said, 'Greater love than this no man has, than that a man lay down

his life for his friend.'

Little Tarcisius gave his life for the Friend of friends, Jesus Christ.

Well, that's a beautiful story that really brings home exactly how much the people believed

in the true presence of Jesus in the Body and Blood, under the appearance of bread and

wine. It's a beautiful story, and just one of many.

And then, of course, there are eucharistic miracles, which I'll be bringing up, where

the Host actually turns to a piece of heart tissue and bleeds. That's pretty crazy!

But it's amazing. It's an amazing testimony to the veracity of the Truth.

So, I want to take this moment, too, to thank you, Heartdwellers, for taking care of us

and for your donations. It's really helped us stay afloat and keep moving on. And keep

going.

And not too long from now we're gonna be having a book on Healing that's gonna come out. And

I'll share that with you. It'll be a free download and free to anyone who wants to ask

us for a copy - we'll send it out at no charge.

But I want to thank you very, very much for supporting us and being faithful. It means

so much to us. God bless you all.

How To Fix Your Defects Like A Winner | Golden Rule To Fix Your Defects - Duration: 5:13.

Patanjali yoga dharshan Sutra number 32. Through continuous practice of

concentration upon a single truth these obstacles and impediments can be removed

when we discover defects in ourselves we should not become demoralized accept it

as the reality because we have spent endless lifetimes in this world. In

innumerable lifetimes we attached our mind to material things so it's natural

that we have deficiencies realize them and then take steps to eradicate them

that is the proper approach. Some people when they realize their defects they

become despondent. Oh Swami ji I will never do it, it's so

difficult. No! he says these defects can be removed and that is the positive part

of it. So how will they be removed? He gives us

the sutra, the irreplaceable sutra and that is practice! practice, practice

practice there is no other alternative to practice. Everything that we

accomplished in the world was through practice. When we learnt typing on the

first day it was such a struggle the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog

or whatever it d oes

you have to search for each letter and then when you been typing for one year

your fingers are flying on the keyboard at the speed of 80 words a minute. Now

somebody comes and sees. Wow! you type so fast do you have some yogic siddhis or

mystic power? No, no, no siddhi, it is the result of one

year's practice. You see these acrobats in the circus

they have a plate, a cup, a plate, a cup, plate, cup, plate, cup and then they walk

on the tight rope. How did this Acrobat do it? It's result of years of practice

similarly in the spiritual journey we have to put in that practice and then

through that practice we will accomplish the surrender to God and draw his grace

So in order to remove these impediments Marashi Patanjali says you focus on that

absolute truth, you focus on bringing the light and the darkness will vanish by

itself. Don't make the darkness the object of your contemplation, don't focus

too much on defects be aware of them so that they don't trip you down but your

endeavor should be in the positive direction. How do I attain that absolute

truth so what is the practice? To repeatedly bring your mind on

that absolute truth, which is the Lord which, is your eternal soul and which is

your relationship with Him. Make this the object of your contemplation. So this

practice requires, on a daily basis taking time out for sadhana.

REAL ESTATE WHOLESALING | Probate List, Surrogate & Family Court - Duration: 10:46.

CLOSED CAPTION BY YOUTUBE! going to court hours it's just not you if you think is worth your time you

don't know the value of time but time is worth a lot more than money

hey what's going on my friend this is all coming to you live from my Empire

Pro Studios I have a question I came in here and I wanted to address it real

quickly question I tried calling a surrogate court for a probate leased a

probate list they told me to call Family Court

Family Court told me to call surrogate court back the lady on the phone didn't

know what I was talking about I specifically asked for probate property

list the lady didn't know what I was talking about I'm sure that I'm asking

for the right least he can someone tell me if I'm leaving something out good

question hey here's what I want to tell you about

the courthouse a lot of people say you need to get to know your courthouse and

your local area blah blah blah all those kind of things and I have a little bit

of a different take on that I don't believe you need to okay I don't believe

you need to this business is way simpler real estate wholesaling business is a

lot simpler than all of that okay what I'm gonna tell you is this the things

you need technical terms you need to know about any type of business will

come to you okay there are typically very few basic things that you need to

know and they are very basic and fundamental and a 5th grade level type

of things once you start thinking past that you start complicating things and

then the business becomes a lot more difficult for you that's something I

need to warn you about ok it's a lot of people that put information together and

the the wrong goal is the one goal for them it's not necessarily to show you

how it works the goal is to make it sound robust make a sound sophisticated

make you some on replicatable and then you to you fall for it evaluate you pay

$30,000 for it and then boom you notice that it's not working out the way I

thought it would work out right yeah that's the way it usually goes down but

the truth of the matter is that the simplest things in life are the most

profitable things in life okay so you think about people that Warren Buffett

he doesn't go for the blockchain and blah blah blah it's the technology he

goes for Geico he goes for coca-cola it goes for simple companies that at

least from his understanding each understands it and it's very simple okay

so let's bring that back to real estate in real estate it's very very simple

rule as the whole southern is even simpler what you're looking for or

motivated sellers you need to generate moods varicella-zoster

you need buyers you need qualified buyers I don't care about cash buyers

just qualified buyers people that have access to money either to a mortgage a

hard money lender money and more importantly they have desire and became

they're able to have the ability which is the qualification to buy a property

that needs tender loving care TLC a property that needs a little bit of work

a property that needs somebody to be headed to it you need people that are

qualified buyer so you need motivated service and you need qualified buyers

and you need to keep it that simple if you keep it that simple this business

becomes a lot more easier for you to understand that makes sense but if you

start complicating it with all these terminologies so gate probate blah blah

you complicate it for yourself okay if you don't know the fundamental before

you start worrying about that that's what I mean okay I'm not saying probably

doesn't work I'm not saying sorry it doesn't work smart I don't know what

circuit is right now and you mean look at me and say how do you not know what

surrogate because I don't worry about that because the bosses don't worry

about complicated technical terms and you may look at me and say hey that's

not really complicated you must not know this business maybe you're right

here's what I know I'm not to put in front of you right now okay I know how

to put information in front of the audience another put information in

front of the consumers and know how to get the word out because that's the only

thing you get paid for in real estate wholesaling you get paid to market you

get paid to generate people three P's in any business that's product there's

process and there's people right what's the product in real estate where does

the real estate come from from people motivated seller what's the

process people what do you mean by people process well I'm your I'm talking

to you right now it took a person to put this video and put it on online right so

that's two people well it takes people watching this video before it becomes

popular before it shows up on the side it shows up on the email where you're

watching it from it takes people so you can still leverage people when it comes

to the process what's the third P were people right people any qualified buyers

because money come from only one place money comes from people specifically

buyers so why are you complicating this business for yourself and that's what I

have to say about this question let me go through the question one more time

I tried calling surrogate court for a probate list okay they told me to call

Family Court you know what that tells you that's not what they do over there

you know that's not what they do over there they have those things like list

they have them available online or they have them over available they'll point

you to where it is if you go into the courthouse now going into the courthouse

or going to visit the course I'll is that the best use of your time is there

a better way to get those listing than to go to the courthouse could you pay

$50 to a membership account somewhere and have access to all the lists you

want to build this business the answer is yes yes yes yes and the answer is no

it's not worth your time going to a courthouse it's just not you if you

think it's worth your time you don't know the value of time if I time you

said worth a lot more than money do you understand for every time--every

suck on your burnt that you went to the courthouse and somebody it's just not

deny the mood to show you craziness like that because everything is available

online then you walk around town and then you get stuck in traffic and then

you pay for the parking tickets and pay for parking ticket at the courthouse and

then you have all the stuff you could have figured out while you're sitting in

your seat in your table or your desk at your house using the Internet okay so

you don't need to be going to the courthouse that's number one number two

it's obvious why did they just not wanting to deal with you that's why they

keep sending you back and forth between Circuit Court and Family Court

yeah you know plus if you really need information even if you had to go to the

courthouse you can still check online check their website and see what you can

the best place to find this kind of list okay chances are if it's in that list

it's not going to be in your town you don't even need to be looking for that

list you spot because the list is not popular and if it was a popular and

profitable list everyone would know about it

the courthouse is not just called as the lawyers wouldn't want access to those

lists because the lawyers are trying to solace it for business from these people

as well too but most of this is not profitable nobody knows about it that's

a really good cue that I want you to take home with you if nobody knows about

that list when you call is because it's not a profitable venture for you to get

to in the first place there are probably other types of lists

for you to tap into in most counties pre foreclosures it's a great one

I'm not saying pre foreclosure is all you should go for I'm just saying it's a

great one plus their services online to provide you with this kind of list that

you need to market to if you want to market but that way personally I don't

think you need any kind of list I think you should be advertising online and I

think you should be advertising on Facebook in your target zip code and

have your plan design right there on Facebook in your target zip code I think

it's the best thing in costumes as low as five dollars per day to put your bad

design in definitely in front of the people in the cities that you want

that's what I think is the best thing to do right now okay but again that's topic

for another day I covered that in details and smart real estate

wholesaling so he goes the lady on the phone didn't

know what I was talking about because it's not a profitable thing all right

it's all about money that's what it comes down to even for the courthouse

okay if it's something that lawyers want they would know about it okay I

specifically asked for probate property list the lady didn't know what I was

talking about I'm sure that I'm asking for the right list can someone tell me

if I'm leaving something out well no you're not leaving anything out the Guru

taught you how to do that okay some guru that's probably about three thousand

miles away from you it works in his own City and it's taught you in your

with that as the gospel truth you know yeah it doesn't always work in every

city you know every County okay what works in every city in every County is

digital marketing it's basically learn where the attention

is in your particular market find out where the attention are and you need to

be market wherever the attention is okay and that's why I keep talking about

digital marketing is everywhere in all you need to do is learn that because

everyone else are shying away from it they shine away from it because it takes

learning something a little bit new even though it's cheaper it's the cheapest

form of marketing okay because not only that you're able to track your results

9 Ways to Prevent Cancer, According to Experts - Duration: 7:51.

9 Ways to Prevent Cancer, According to Experts

You might think that there is nothing you can do to prevent cancer.

Everyone has a story about someone close to them who, in spite of leading a healthy life, still developed this disease.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has listed certain strategies that can help prevent up to 50% of all cancer cases.

It's important to keep those tips in mind.

For example, the European Code against Cancer tells us that while stomach cancer was the most common type a few decades ago, today the most deadly type of cancer is lung cancer in both men and women.

No doubt, it's a direct result of unhealthy lifestyle habits that increased this risk.

That's why it never hurts to keep some simple tips in mind when it comes to your daily life.

Sometimes very small changes can bring you big results.

1,To prevent cancer, avoid tobacco.

If you want to reduce your risk of cancer, the first thing you should do is avoid tobacco products.

By that we're not just talking about the regular consumption of nicotine, but also avoiding passive smoking as well.

As we mentioned earlier in this article, lung cancer is one of the most common types of cancer today and it also claims more lives.

Switching to electronic or low-tar cigarettes isn't enough—the best solution is only where the inhalation of fumes and other toxic substances is completely avoided.

2,Maintain a healthy body weight.

As the National Cancer Institute has indicated, obesity increases your risk of endometrial cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, or thyroid cancer.

Excess body fat promotes increased estrogen production in women, for example.

This can cause a variety of mutations in which normal cells may become cancerous.

Always consult your doctor or nutritionist to help you get on the path to a healthy weight.

It's worth it!.

3,Avoid having a sedentary lifestyle.

To avoid a sedentary lifestyle it's not enough to go out and walk once a week.

Your body needs daily movement and exercise to improve circulation, oxygenation, and help your body function at its optimum levels.

You don't need to completely wear yourself out.

In most cases, something as simple as walking quickly for half an hour every day can be just what you need.

Remember to always get outside in a park or a green space where the air is clean!.

4,Say "yes" to a healthy diet.

People need to become more aware that eating healthy is synonymous with good health and longevity.

Eat fresh foods that are organic, if possible.

Remember to drink six to eight glasses of water a day.

Increase your intake of fiber and vitamin C.

5,Avoid alcohol or consume it in moderation.

Like everything else in life, moderation and balance are the most important.

Anything in excess will have consequences, and this is also the case with alcohol.

To do everything you can to prevent cancer, either avoid alcohol altogether, or drink one glass of red wine a day, which will help protect your heart.

6,Protect yourself from UV rays.

One essential way to prevent cancer is by adequately protecting yourself from ultraviolet radiation.

Sunlight is necessary for the body and it helps you obtain and synthesize vitamin D, but you need to avoid being exposed to it in the middle of the day, and also be sure to control your exposure time.

7,Avoid working with pollutants and toxic substances.

It's not always possible to control the environment around you, especially at work.

However, it is important to be vigilant about addressing any safety precautions.

If you work in a factory where you handle chemicals, always take care to use adequate protective measures and have regular health checkups.

It's important and can help prevent cancer and other dangerous diseases!.

8,The danger of radon.

Although you might not be aware of it, radon is an invisible enemy that's present in most of our cities, fields, and forests, and it can lead to a slow death.

Radon is a radioactive element that radiates naturally from the earth's crust.

You can always consult the Environmental Protection Agency's website, where you'll learn how to detect and prevent your exposure to this substance.

9,The importance of vaccinations.

Something as simple as vaccinating your babies for hepatitis B and young girls for HPV can help prevent a variety of kinds of cancer.

It's also important to consider these simple facts:.

Women should have regular gynecological exams and breast cancer exams.

Both men and women should have early screenings for lung cancer and colorectal cancer.

It's important that you choose a medical institution that also promotes this type of preventative screening.
