Nilsa & Gus Spoilers: Splitting Up or Still Together? | Heavy.com - Duration: 6:36.

Nilsa & Gus Spoilers: Splitting Up or Still Together? | Heavy.com

Nilsa and Gus hooked up back in November on MTV's Floribama, but less than two days after their hunch-fest, Gus hooked up with another girl, so where does that leave Gus and Nilsa's relationship? Are they still together? Did they keep their "friends with benefits" status or go their separate ways?.

To recap (Caution: Spoilers Ahead): Following his rendezvous with another girl so soon after he hunched Nilsa, she was pretty repulsed by Gus.

 "That is kind of disgusting.

It was less than 48 hours ago when we hunched, and now you're hunching another girl? At least let your wiener have time to heal from my vagina.

       .

Gus then opted to end his FWB status with his roommate and accused Nilsa of being "emotional," saying "friends with benefits … sounds like a lot of fun, but it never works out that way," he said.

"At the end of the day, she is a girl, and girls are emotional.".

Gus and Nilsa have had a very Ross-and-Rachel-esque relationship over the past two seasons of Floribama, with Gus initially crushing on Nilsa and Nilsa not returning his feelings.

Cut to season two, and the roles have reversed – now Nilsa is into Gus, going so far as to kiss him, and even asked Gus to "give it a try," according to MTV.

"Honestly, I feel like Gus from this summer to last summer is a big change," Nilsa said later, according to MTV.

"Gus is like a lover boy.

And he is lettin' loose and wantin' to have fun, and it's surprising.".

         .

However, Gus was taken off guard at Nilsa's sudden change of heart, telling MTV that he used to have a "thing" for Nilsa, but that was in the past, and he wasn't really ready for a relationship at this time:.

  I was shocked myself.

It just didn't make any sense to me.

Because last year when we came to the house from the start, like I had a little bit of a thing for Nilsa.

I was attracted to her and I wanted to get to know her, and when I feel that way about somebody, I always go about it quick.

Like, I'm not going to sit in and dwindle and let somebody else take that opportunity from me.

So that's what I did.

Nilsa, I mean if you would have come at me this time last summer, I would have been all for it.

But a new Gussie is in town and that's not necessarily what I'm looking for.

         .

So what's happening between the on-again-off-again couple? Gus eventually decided to lay everything out on the table between he and Nilsa, because he didn't want to go to Mexico and have "anything lingering" between the two.

"This is the end of the me-and-Nilsa snuggle sessions, the holding hands, the going out and being hip and hip," Gus told the cameras.

"Because if we go to Mexico, and there's still thoughts lingering in her head, that's not going to be good for her or myself.".

Nilsa wasn't okay with the move at first, but she eventually kind of saw where Gus was coming from, asking "So what now? No more snuggling, kissing, holding hands, nothing? If you don't see a future with me, that's okay.

I'll move on.".

So, at this time it seems as though Gus and Nilsa's relationship is still up in the air, and although it they kind of called it quits, that's yet to be determined.

What do you think? Are the two finally going their separate ways, or is this "clean break" the real thing? And if they are actually done, do you think they can remain friends? Let us know in the comments below, and tune in Thursday, January 17 at 9/8c to see what goes down with #Gilsa in Cabo.

#177 My Wife Left Me For Another - Duration: 7:38.

okay so today we're looking at how to bleed a 1,500 BMC diesel this one's a

Bowman marine as you can see by the heat exchanger but basically we're looking at

what happens when you've run out of diesel and how to bleed the fuel systems

through now most of them will have a secondary filter good all right Amy

ready to start pumping the manual pump all right let's do it

start pumping I like the glasses

well I'm here on the boat and I'm all alone

it seems my wife has left me you know we were married for 33 years and I always

wondered what she ever leave me maybe she would I thought she might leave me

for some guys that were taller smarter more handsome

or more wealthy or who she felt treated her better and then I saw the face of

the one she left me for...

hello everybody I'm here in the lazarette this is a

space that's adjacent to the engine room as well as an area where the fuel tank

is and so I have to find a location where I can put this new primary Racor fuel filter

the existing water separator is located up here but here's

the problem there's not enough room this state-of-the-art rate core fuel filter

requires about six inches on top to access the fuel gauge and to change the

filter and below to collect the water so it needs space and it's a lot bigger

than the one that's in there I was looking to see if I could just simply

replace it but here's the problem well actually then maybe okay but maybe

I enough let's see what it would look like see if I can film this one let me

just set this camera up sorry for the I hate videos that make it dizzy let me

just see if I can get this right so you could will see the space I'm dealing

with so here's the new unit

so let's see there actually is some room above let's see if it was this level

bolted in if it was up against their will that be enough space really tight

back in there I don't know it's not a fit there this would be a nice anchor

it's strong enough and it's pretty boy it's really actually there's much room

soon as I thought all right so imagine this that wouldn't

be good that'd be good I could also look at the gauge from the cockpit to see if

the fuel filter is clean there's plenty of space below this might be the place

to anchor it now back in there I don't really like it back there because this

will be easy to anchor it it's a wooden bulkhead only problem is it's running

the fuel lines and I think this might be a better place I think I'm gonna have to

go with this area here it's strong I didn't know it was so stable I mean I

thought this was more of a flimsy piece of wood that's not as pretty strong so I

think I'm gonna mount it right here and then it's close to the fuel tank and

then I can just lift the lazarette cover and take a look at the fuel gauge the

fuel gauge allows you to look and see that the filter is getting clogged

without waiting until it affects your energy and then you can clean the filter

a lot sooner as opposed to doing what I did which was didn't change the filter

until the engine started getting starved for fuel if that is in fact what has

been causing our loss of power problems at any rate I think this is run gonna

install it this is the lounge of the Osprey marina and I'm gonna check out

the playoff game watch the Patriots cuz I'm a Patriots fan

everybody how you doing hey listen I want to have a man-to-man talk with you

now I've looked at the analytics on my YouTube and it says that look at the

high percentage of men and look at the ages of the men

so you guys are guys I wanna have a man-to-man talk so if you're not a guy

and you don't want to listen to a man-to-man talk

see you next episode all right guys here's the deal I've been bringing you

episodes of value but if they're not a value then why do you watch I've exposed

my whole vulnerability in the area which I have no expertise many of you

have wrote in and said that you really appreciate that so if this is the

channel of value to you

I'm needing to make improvements to this boat to be able to sail to the places

that we want to sail to if you would like to partner with us to help this

channel succeed and to enable us to reach our goals if you've been watching

us regularly and you'd like to see us accomplish these goals partner with us

and click the link below to become a patreon supporter then you have the

answer you can support us and partner with us by becoming a member of our

patreon family and I wouldn't ask you to do anything I haven't done myself

I support patreon creators I support the Irish couple I also support wicked salty

so I'm just appealing to you man to man if these episodes are of value to you

then why not two dollars of video three dollars of video how much is that a

month eight dollars a month it may not mean much to you I'm looking for support

you might say oh you know you're an attorney well actually I left the

attorney lifestyle so I could make these videos for you I chose not to make money

as an attorney know a lot of you don't like attorneys because some of you have you been

on the wrong end of an attorney but that's not who I am I want to live on a

settle boat and make sailing videos and if those are of value to you then I urge

you and would ask you man-to-man why not make a pledge two dollars three

dollars if you've been watching regularly why not support us on patreon

or if you don't want to do that there's a PayPal link below you can make a

one-time gift we would appreciate it consider supporting us on patreon

How Colin O'Brady mentally prepared for his Antarctic feat - Duration: 10:45.

JUDY WOODRUFF: On the day after Christmas, an American endurance athlete, Colin O'Brady,

completed a 54-day solo trek across more than 930 miles of the vastness of Antarctica.

Over the past century, and then some, there have been many expeditions across the frozen

continent, since Roald Amundsen first went to the South Pole.

Ernest Shackleton tried to cross shortly afterward.

Generations have followed those pursuits, as equipment has changed and the routes have

changed considerably.

Part of the path, for example, is now flatter.

But O'Brady became the first to complete such a difficult trek with no supply drops and

wind kites.

William Brangham talks with him and his wife about his journey and enduring the worst of

Antarctica.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: With a final 32-hour 80-mile push, Colin O'Brady became the first person

to cross Antarctica alone without any assistance.

The 33-year-old celebrated with a post on Instagram, writing: "I did it."

This was 54 days after setting off on this brutal 930-mile-long trip.

Upon arrival, O'Brady tearfully called his wife and expedition manager, Jenna Besaw.

O'Brady started the treacherous journey on November 3 at the Ronne Ice Shelf on the continent's

eastern side.

He set off at the same time as 49-year-old Louis Rudd, a British army captain who's also

trying to make the historic trip.

The two men raced each other for nearly two months, passing over mountains of ice and

snow and across the South Pole.

Then, O'Brady made it to the finish, the Leverett Glacier at the Ross Ice Shelf, where Antarctica's

land mass ends and the ice sea begins.

Others had made the crossing before, but they had assistance with supplies or kites that

helped pull them across the ice.

O'Brady had none of that help.

Most days, he trekked 12 hours, pulling roughly 400 pounds on his sleds.

He climbed up ice ridges, pushed through blinding snow and 30-mile-an-hour headwinds, and had

to endure temperatures as low as minus-80 degrees Fahrenheit.

O'Brady consumed around 7,000 calories a day to ensure he had enough energy for the grueling

trek.

Still, his legs were emaciated by the end.

He dubbed his attempt The Impossible First, which it certainly would have seemed just

a decade ago.

That's when an accident that burned nearly 25 percent of O'Brady's body, primarily his

legs and feet.

Doctors warned him he might never walk normally again.

But, after a lengthy rehab, he went on to become a professional triathlete...

COLIN O'BRADY, Endurance Athlete: Mount Everest!

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: ... and eventually climbed Mount Everest.

Once he'd set this record for crossing Antarctica, O'Brady stayed put, setting up camp near the

Ross Ice Shelf, where he waited for Louis Rudd to cross the finish line and join him,

a little more than 48 hours later.

Colin O'Brady is back in the U.S. now, and I recently sat down with him and his wife,

Jenna, in New York City, to talk about that trek.

This story has a happy ending.

You're home safe and sound.

We know the ending of this story now.

But did you have any reservations ahead of time before you set out on this journey?

COLIN O'BRADY: So, you know, the stakes are real.

But, at the same time, you know, that's part of the preparation that goes into it, to prepare

the body, mind, soul for the journey.

But what also makes it a great adventure and a great goal to set out for is that it's not

guaranteed.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Jenna, how did you feel about this?

I mean, are you fine with the idea of sending your husband off on something called The Impossible

First?

JENNA BESAW, Expedition Manager: I really understand the risks that were there, and

then full trust that Colin was able to manage them and, again, the training and prep that

went in and the food preparation and whatnot.

I was pretty confident that we had at least tried our best to manage the risks.

COLIN O'BRADY: There was a moment a few years ago where I finished climbing Mount Everest.

And she calls me and says: "Yes, congratulations.

Now I need to get you on a plane to fly to the next mountain to Denali."

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: So, she's the hard driver here.

COLIN O'BRADY: So, she knows how to push me hard, even though -- despite the risks.

JENNA BESAW: I think of it as encouragement.

(LAUGHTER)

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Can you give us a little more sense of what it was like day to day?

COLIN O'BRADY: Full blowing winds.

I mean, there's lots of times when I would spend you know 12, 13 hours pulling my sled

per day and couldn't even barely see the next step in front of me, I mean, complete whiteout,

all just staring at my compass the entire time.

And then the average temperature, yes, you know, minus-25, minus-30 degrees; 30-, 40-,

50-mile-per hour winds were not uncommon throughout this journey.

So that jacks the windchill up into minus-70, minus-80.

And then camping at night, so a couple -- two hours to set everything up.

Man, that was really intense.

Two hours take everything down, and 17 hours, only leaves a few hours for sleep, and do

it again.

I did that 54 days in a row, without taking a single day off.

(LAUGHTER)

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: That's nothing.

COLIN O'BRADY: I'm tired now.

(LAUGHTER)

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: These conditions are really, I think, unlike what almost any person who

is watching this has ever experienced.

What are you wearing on your body to stop yourself from freezing to death?

COLIN O'BRADY: So, I had full face mask on every day, gloves, mittens, no part of my

skin exposed.

You probably saw from some of the photos, you know, tape on my nose and cheeks, because

that's where little pieces of wind seemed to be penetrating my mask even.

And I was getting little traces of frostbite in little sections.

And so, you know really, one tiny little corner of your skin exposed, you know, that's frostbite

in a few minutes with that level of wind.

So, yes, it was very intense.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: And how often are you hearing from him on this trip?

JENNA BESAW: Anywhere from a five-minute to sometimes longer, if we need to go over anything

specific, but every day.

I did get to check in with him every day.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: People are obviously just awed by the physical nature of what you did,

but, obviously, the mental aspect of this has got to be a huge part of it, maybe even

bigger than the physical.

And I just wonder, what is it like to live alone like that, in that environment, doing

that kind of physical work every day?

COLIN O'BRADY: I would say 10 or 20 percent was the physical, being a professional athlete,

preparing, but, really, the success of this project hangs in the balance with the mental

preparation, 100 percent, and the resilience there.

I have kind of an avid meditation practice.

Every year, I go to a 10-day silent meditation retreat, no reading, no writing, no eye contact.

We have both done that several times, just as part of just our life, as a way to reflect.

But that ultimately prepared me so well to be in solitude like this.

And that was sort of the more positive elements of it, but also so much time for your mind

to wind you up and take you down into a sort of a negative place.

I'm kind of down on my mind right now.

This is -- even though I'm so close, day 48.

It's the first time in the project I'm feeling like I just wish I could quit.

Oh, my God, it's only day 17.

The wind is 50 miles per hour.

I'm freezing.

I just got blown over off my skis.

Am I going to make it?

The sled seems too heavy.

I mean, all of the negative and self-doubting thoughts, of course.

I mean, I'm only human.

Going to be a windy one.

Good old headwind.

You are locked in a prison of your own brain.

So, fortunately, I like my own company, I suppose.

(LAUGHTER)

JENNA BESAW: Or he learned to like it.

COLIN O'BRADY: And it was a great lesson, though.

Just so many profound just kind of personal lessons have come from that experience and

that journey of going so deep into my own mind and my own memories.

And that was really beautiful in the end.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: I really can't imagine the idea of being so remote.

I mean, literally, there is probably no more remote place on this Earth and more dangerous

place for a human being, but then, at the same time, being able to talk to your beloved

thousands of miles away.

That's got to be an unbelievable sort of contrast.

COLIN O'BRADY: Yes.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: A tent at night to speak to her.

COLIN O'BRADY: It is a strange contrast.

I'm grateful to be able to do that, but it's not as if I was sort of talking to all sorts

of different people at the same time.

So it was kind of like this little bubble between the two of us.

Jenna had to read between the lines just in my voice.

Literally, that's why we had that call, not just because I wanted to, but also to for

her to be like, OK, you know, ask me kind of a series of questions.

JENNA BESAW: But, then again, it was reading between the lines and kind of discerning what

I was hearing and making sure that it was headed in a positive direction.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: On Christmas Eve and then on Christmas morning, you get up.

And by your schedule and how -- the pace you have been running, you're two, three days

from the -- quote, unquote -- "finish line."

But you decide, I'm not going to take two or three days to do it.

I'm going to do it in one big push.

Why did you -- why?

COLIN O'BRADY: But I woke up that morning, and I just felt great.

My entire sort of personal reason for going and doing this project was to push the limits

of human potential.

And I thought, what better way than to see how far I can go in a single push to finish?

And so I kept going.

Unfortunately, the weather declined.

It got horrible.

I also ran out of water, because I only melted enough generally for about 12 or 13 hours.

So, by hour 18, I had run out of water.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Most normal humans would just say, I'm going to rest now, sleep now.

COLIN O'BRADY: Like, this was pretty good.

I will finish it tomorrow.

Instead, I get in my tent, boil the water, give Jenna a call.

She's like: "Oh, my God, I saw you went almost 50 miles.

Incredible.

Get some rest.

You are probably going to finish this project tomorrow."

And I was like: "Well, actually I'm just melting water for an hour.

I'm about to take my tent down in this crazy storm that I'm experiencing and get back out

and finish this thing."

And so another 12-plus hours, I finished, in that 32-hour push, 77 miles, to finish.

And I think it was a really fun way to finish.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: What were you thinking?

JENNA BESAW: I mean, he sounded better than he had sounded almost in the previous 53 days.

But, of course, we made sure, like, you know, did you stop and boil water, which, of course,

was the reason why he had stopped.

And have you eaten all of the calories properly today?

Asking him about his memory, could he remember everything that had happened up to that point?

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: When you're asking those questions, you're checking to see if he's

smart.

JENNA BESAW: Thinking properly, yes.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: If he's doing all the crucial steps to survive.

JENNA BESAW: Totally.

Doing the critical thinking necessary to really maintain a safe crossing.

And so, at that point I just heard it in his voice.

He didn't sound crazed or insane.

He sounded like he...

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Any more than he normally he does.

(LAUGHTER)

JENNA BESAW: Sure.

He sounded -- and I have seen this over the course of his athletic career.

He sounded like he was -- quote, unquote -- "in the zone."

He sounded like he was in the perfect place to high-perform.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: So many people are obviously inspired by what you did and followed you

as you went.

Does any part of you worry that other people who are not nearly as capable of doing this

kind of a thing might try to emulate you?

COLIN O'BRADY: I mean, if someone wants to cross Antarctica, and there's someone dreaming

about that, I hope they do the proper training, and I would love to see somebody else do that.

That would be amazing.

And I would be cheering their success.

But, more so, hopefully, they can take sort of the universal principles of this into their

own life and dare to dream, whatever it is in their own life, that they can actually

turn the impossible dreams in their life into something that's possible and beautiful and

rich.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: All right, Colin O'Brady, Jenna Besaw, thank you both very much.

COLIN O'BRADY: Thank you.

JENNA BESAW: Thanks so much.

JUDY WOODRUFF: And a postscript: William is currently on his way to Antarctica, and we

will bring you those reports soon.

He's not going to be crossing solo.

Broker GFtrade. Trading with best forex indicator. Low spread EURUSD. 50% Deposit bonus. Awards. - Duration: 5:00.

Hi I am Alexander.

Today I am going to do a broker review that many people are curious about.

So far, many of you guys have asked me to recommend a broker.

I hope this video helps those people who have not yet chosen a broker.

To explain you guys with the advantages and disadvantages of this broker, I have been

trading in this broker for.

I'll tell you what I have felt about trading here.

The name of the broker is called GFtrade.

Perhaps you might not have heard of them if you have been trading Forex for a long time.

This Broker was originally an asset management company and they used to ONLY worked with

companies.

But they opened to the individuals for the first time in 2016.

Okay I've gone too much of talking, now, I will show you what I have done through last

week.

Spread Low - The first thing I noticed while I traded in GFtrade is that the spread is

low.

I will explain why it is really important to choose a broker with low spread.

Basically, the movement of 1pip per lot is worth $10.

Depending on your order, you may earn or lose $10.

However, on the Forex trading system, we always start with a loss as much as the price of

the spread.

In other words, if you place a buy order, you will start from the bottom graph price,

and if you place a sell order, you will start from the top graph price.

That's why spread is one of the most important factors in choosing a broker.

I will do a calculation from a money point of view.

At GFtrade, EUR/USD is about 0.9-1.1, so we will calculate it as roughly 1pip.

If you are trading at 1.5pip on another broker, there is a spread difference of 0.5pip, is

it correct?

Then you will have to pay an additional $5 for each order you do.

If you trade 500 lots a month, then you would lose $5x500 = $2500 each month.

This is not some amount of money you would want to ignore.

Please, everyone who is watching this video, choose a broker with a lower spread.

But you should also be noted that brokers have a lot of false ads.

If you check some websites of a broker, it says spread starts from 0.1 pip/0.3pip or

what so ever, which is actually not a real spread.

This spread only reaches the point for less than a second a day.

Many brokers now have a zero spread account, the actual spread is zero, but they receive

additional commissions.

For example, the spread is 0, but the commission is from $20.

You may have heard of Deposit Bonus.

GFtrade now offers a 50% deposit bonus up to $5000.

The Deposit Bonus is added as credit, not as real money.

This money is converted into a withdrawable balance of $4 for each 1 lot transaction.

I have asked the customer service, and they said that bonus will be converted into balance

once a week.

They received the highest customer satisfaction award in year 2018.

You can also see there are few more awards they have received.

In conclusion, I am very satisfied that they have low spread.

Additionally, the deposit bonus which can be withdrawn even if you trade one lot, is

very competitive and seems to be a very good promotion for traders to enjoy.

Since this broker is also a registered at Financial Service Authority at St. Vincent,

it seem that you don't have to worry about the safety of the fund.

How to control motors from Raspberry Pi with Adafruit DC Motor Controller | Twitter Controlled Robot - Duration: 11:31.

Hello and welcome back to our robotics series. In the last video, we set up this

Raspberry Pi Zero W. And the W stands for Wireless, because we need to connect to

the internet. We want you guys to send in tweets to tell the robot where to go.

You're gonna be able to tell it to go forwards, backwards, left, or right. This

board is gonna be great at parsing out the text from your tweets ,but it's not

really suited for controlling any motors. So we need a second board for that and

We already had this Adafruit motor controller board. So this is the one that

we're gonna use. It has four terminal blocks on the outside that can either

drive two stepper motors or four DC motors. And you might have seen robots

already on the internet that you use two DC motors and then a ball whee, but we

already have four DC motors lying around. So we just said why not use all of them.

So in this video I want to go over why we need this board, what are the chips on

it, what do we do with it, and how do we code it. And all the code that you're

gonna see in this video is gonna be in the hackster.io project that's linked

down in the description below. So all the libraries were installing

here and the code that we're gonna put on here to actually run this will be in

that project. You can just copy and paste it, but let's go see what we want our

motors to do and how to actually get them to do that. This is a DC motor. It's

a lot larger than the one we're going to put on our robot, but let's just look at

the ways that we can control it. So if I put the switch in the downward position,

then we see we have a voltage of about 1.8. And I can change this voltage by

moving this potentiometer right here. And as we're increasing our voltage, we're

also increasing our speed that our motor is driving it. But if I go into the the

upper position, then we can see that there is a negative right here. So we are

about negative three point eight volts. And we're spinning in the opposite

direction. So increasing and decreasing the voltage is going to change the speed

of our motor. And the direction of current is going to change whether we're

going clockwise or counterclockwise. And those are two ways that we can

manipulate motors. However, I don't want to personally read all your tweets and

switch these buttons back and forth and play with this potentiometer. So we're

going to need a digital solution for this. This motor controller board is our

digital solution. And it has three chips on it, but these two are exactly the same.

And I wanted to look them up to see what our board was doing. So these ones on the

outside have this part number right here. And I looked up

the datasheet. And this is a simplified block drawing of what was in there. But

let's look at the output side first because it's easiest. So all we would do

is hook up our motor. Our power and ground to either the a outputs or the B outputs.

And we can either change the voltage that's going to it or the direction of

the current. And the way we do that is with these over here. We have the voltage in

for our motor. We have the ground. And then each of these has three different

things we can change, either at PWM, A input, 1 or A input 2. And this is for

the second motor down here. So let's see what these three inputs do. PWM stands

for pulse width modulation. And it's how we control the speed of our motor. We

have a voltage over time graph right here. And this is our maximum voltage and

this is our minimum voltage. When we're talking about digital, we either have a

low or a high. And when we want to change that into an analog signal, what we have

to do is vary the time between these pulses right here. So if we never had a

gap between the high pulses ,all the way across here we have full power. Our

motor is going full-tilt forward. But if we had a zero, then we're either breaking or

we turned off the motor. Depending on the length of time between the pulses is how

fast your motor is gonna go. For a slower speed, there's a longer time in between

the pulses. And for a for a higher speed, there is shorter timing between the

pulses. And that's how we're changing the speed. But how do we change the direction?

For that we're going to use an H-bridge. And this is a very simplified version of

the H bridge. It's missing a lot of components, but for the basic idea of how

it works, we'll just look at it with four switches. And this M in the middle is for

our motor. So we have a voltage in right here. There's our motor voltage and a

ground. And right now the switches are all open, which means we have an open

circuit and nothing that's going through. So we have to close some parts of this.

And if we closed a in one, which was one of our inputs we had up in there chip

select, if we close this switch, this one will also close. So the voltage will come

in here. It will go down this path. It'll go across the motor in this direction.

Then down and out through ground ,because we've completed our circuit. This one and

this one are still open. And then if we want the direction of the

current to go the opposite way, we close a in two. So we're setting this too high.

We're closing this switch and this switch will also close. So we go down and we're

going across the motor in the opposite direction. And that's how we control the

inputs. And then for the outputs, if we had closed this side, and it comes down

this output is high and this one is low. It's on the ground side. And if we come

down and we go the opposite direction, this output is high and this output is

low. So when we're going back up to our our diagram right here, these are the

outs right here. So we decide if this is high or if this one is high. And that's

going to decide the direction over here on our outputs. Each of these chips has

two full h-bridge circuits, which means they're capable of controlling two

motors and telling them what direction they should be going in and how fast

they should be going. So why do we even need this third chip? And the reason is

this is a feather board. So this is the exact same kind of board just with the

header pins installed. And you can see they both go up and down. And that's

because it's meant to be stacked with another board.

So there are bottom boards that have these arm chips right here. And they're

able to be programmed over a USB. And they have external power over here. So we

are supposed to put one of these on top of the board below. And this bottom board

is going to provide logic power for the chips. So 3.3 volts to the chip above and

a ground .And it's going to communicate with it over I squared C (I2C.) And these chips

on the end do not have the capability of talking over I squared C. So this third

one, this PCA9685 is an I squared C PWM controller. So how do we deal with

this board and the raspberry pi? The Raspberry Pi also has I squared C. So

we're gonna be able to provide the 3.3 logic to the chips from the PI and a

ground. And we're going to talk over I squared C, which is an SDA, which is a

data line and our clock line right there. So that's going to be able to talk to

this board. The outputs for this chip right here are all PWM. And that's

because this is really an LED controller not a motor controller. It's only rated

for up to five point five volts. And if we flip this over remember we could go

up to 12 volts with our motor. And that's why

these chips are actually driving the motors. These PWM outputs are mapped to

the inputs for our TB chips. It's either going to be a pulse width modulation

that controls the speed, or it's going to be this riding high full power that

turns on a switch or it's going to be a low power PWM for the opposite one. So

you're keeping it closed. So that's how these PWM outputs are controlling these

two chips right here. And they're really the ones that are driving the motors.

Let's overview how the chips communicate with each other. And we're only going to

look at motor one. So the first thing that happens is the raspberry pi is

going to talk to the upper chip using I squared C. And it's going to control PWM

2 3 & 4. PWM 2, if we drove that high, that's gonna

mean our motor is running at the maximum voltage. And it's going to be going full

speed. If we drive that too low, then our motor is going to turn off. If we have

any frequency of pulses, we're going to be somewhere between 100% power and 0%

power. To change our direction we're going to use our H bridge circuit. And we

can use PWM 4 and PWM 3 to control the switches inside this circuit. PWM 4 can

close switch A1IN if it rides high. And then we would set A2IN to low. This way

only one half of the circuit is completed. And the wheel is going to

start rotating in one of the directions. It means that A1O is high and A2O is

low. And we can switch into the exact opposite. You have PWM 3 drive AIN2

high. And we have PWM 4 set AIN1 to low. And the opposite side of the circuit is

completed. And now A02 is high and A01 is low. And this changes the direction

that our motor is spinning. Now that we know how the chips on our board work, we

can move on to coding. The libraries for this chip are written in CircuitPython.

And we're writing our code in Python. So what are the differences between the two?

Well, CircuitPython is a special flavor of MicroPython written by Adafruit. And

MicroPython was written by somebody that wanted to use Python on

microcontrollers and embedded systems. Wsually when we've coded in the past,

we've used the Arduino IDE. And that C code. That gets compiled and

the machine code gets sent down to the chip on the board. And that's pretty

efficient. And Python itself would be highly inefficient on any of these

boards. But you can run it on a Raspberry Pi, because it's pretty much just a

miniature computer. So MicroPython strips out some of the libraries from

regular Python 3, but leaves you a lot of the same functionality and features. And

is written to be more efficient on the boards and to talk with the different

parts of hardware. And that's why CircuitPython has a bunch of libraries like

this that have busIO that are gonna talk to your hardware in a certain way.

when you're talking over I squared C or to certain registers or to your digital

input and output pins. So we need to install some libraries that are going to

be able to translate between Python and circuit python so your hardware knows

what it should be doing. First we want to make sure that our software is

up-to-date on a Raspberry Pi. And then we're going to install tools for pip 3.

Pip is a way to install libraries onto your Raspberry Pi. And pip 3 means we're

using Python 3. And that's the version of python that works with circuit python

and micro python. If you ever have problems installing libraries, you just

do sudo pip 3. The first library we're going to install is the blinka library.

And this is going to be the translation piece between circuit python libraries

and the code that you're writing. Blinka automatically installs all of these. If

you haven't done it already, you should install the Raspberry Pi GPIO library.

And then we need to install these three circuit Python libraries. This PCA one is

the one that talks to the PWM controller. The motor library helps this library

talk to these two chips on the side, the TB chips. And then the motor kit library

is just going to make it a lot easier for us to write the code. When we install

that, this is all the code you have to write. Just import time in case you want

to sleep between your motor commands. And then you import the motor kit. And then

you make a class and assign it to kit. And just do kit dot motor and it could

be motor 1 2 3 or 4 dot throttle. And then you give it a value between 1 and

negative 1. So 1 is full power forward. And negative 1 is full power or reverse.

And if you want to break, it'd be 0 or half power will be 0.5 and so on. I hooked

up a motor to port 1 and ran it. And it seemed to go perfectly. In one of

our next videos, we're gonna add encoders to it so we know how many rotations that

our motors are making. Then we're gonna put all of it on our 3d printed

chassis and see if we can start getting it to drive around.

Thank you guys so much for learning with me today. And if you have any questions or comments,

you can leave them below. And if you want any of the code that we used today, its is in

our hackster.IO project down in the description. And I will see you next time.

Eating Thai Boat Noodle | Silkie Chickens | Dad 73rd Birthday គុយទាវទូក មាន់សំឡី ខួបកំណើតប៉ា 4K CC - Duration: 25:54.

Hello all friends.

Welcome to my channel.

Thank you for watching.

Today is Sunday.

January 13.

Which is my Dad's birthday.

This year he turns 73 years old.

The kids got together

and came up with an idea to throw him a birthday

enjoy some food at home.

So this evening I have roasted duck

and roasted pork to contribute.

As for my sister she is bringing fish.

Other brother is bringing Banh Hoi and more.

We will gather and enjoy this meal in the evening.

So right now,

it's lunch time

I have to figure out something to eat.

I don't know what or where to eat.

Let's all wait and see together OK?

We have decided to come and try out this new Khmer restaurant.

It just opened in Stockton.

It's called Lotus Thai & Khmer.

Let's see how it taste like.

Baby Eli.

I am going to try the Boat Noodle.

and

Chicken Pad Thai

and the other one is Seafood Chow Fun.

Check out this pickled chilies.

I really like it.

Every time I see it I want to eat noodle soup.

This is ice milk coffee.

This is diet water.

Pure water.

Water that does not have any fats.

Well how is it? Coffee seller tasting another coffee.

It's good.

Here it is, Boat Noodle Soup.

It looks pretty good.

- Put it. - Put it here?

Yeah.

Put this one too?

Uh-huh. I haven't taste it but I know I want to put that.

It's nice and sour.

At home I often make beef and pork noodle soup.

Now I try the Boat Noodles.

I asked and this one does not have any blood.

Some Boat Noodles they add blood

to the broth to add that rich color.

I'm salivating.

Let me taste it now OK?

Pad Thai.

But the person eating is Khmer.

This is a Thai stir fry.

Good.

Stir fry noodles, Thai style.

Camera person would now like to eat.

This jar of chili I almost use it all.

Almost? I might as well use it all.

One in each bite.

Meat ball.

One more jar every one.

This is the second jar.

It means this place makes it very yummy.

Their chilies.

There's no seeds. They remove the seeds.

The jar is almost empty again.

He knows how to eat it.

This chili is nice and sour.

At first I don't know how to eat it but my wife taught me and now I know how to eat it.

Crunchy. Sweet and sour.

This noodle is called "mee ka-tang". (Khmer language)

But in Cambodia it's just called stir fry wide noodles.

Like in USA we call it Phnom Penh Noodles

but when you are in Phnom Penh you just call it Ground Pork Noodle Soup.

Because you are already in Phnom Penh.

This is the 3rd jar of pickle chili.

Switched it from another table.

The result.

That's a lot. Let's share.

We are going to share. I'm not going to eat it all. Just want to show it to you all.

Let me add some more of this.

OK. Let me take care of this.

Wait a minute all.

I'm done with my plate. Pad Thai.

I can't really eat much now.

So now this plate, the 2 of us.

I notice one thing. This is a Thai/Khmer restaurant.

My dear husband ordered

Pad Thai, a Thai food.

As for me,

Boat Noodles, it's also Thai.

My Mother-in-law

got Chow Fun.

So there's nothing Khmer here.

They are all other countries.

Here's the duck that I marinade yesterday

and pork.

It's now past 1PM

we have begun cooking

A little sunshine

and look at the chickens coming out

playing in the dirt.

Having fun.

It recently rained

so there's lot of worms.

The 3 are here squatting around.

They made a hole in the ground.

This one is laying around.

A lot of branches but wait til it gets warmer

we will gather and toss it so this area will be wide open.

They peck my hand!

Speaking about the restaurant that we just ate at

it just opened

it's the first time we went there.

It's pretty good.

Since they just opened,

their decor is pretty nice.

But the price also goes with that decor.

There is another restaurant in Stockton

it's pretty old but the food price is decent.

But they never update it .

Also that restaurant serve a lot of Khmer dishes.

Like roasted pickled fish and lemongrass sour soup etc.

As for this restaurant they only have a few menu items

maybe because it just opened so they haven't made a new menu yet.

Or they want to have just the popular items first

just to try it out.

Get people to know them. I don't know.

But the dishes that we ordered were pretty good.

The 3 dishes cost us $32

including the milk coffee.

I like the butt of Silkie chickens.

This is Silkie mix.

So it's fluffy.

They are having fun pecking and scratching.

This small one is not a Silkie.

The skinniest of them all but the first to lay egg.

In the summer months I like to sit and watch chickens

Come outside

to watch them peck and scratch.

It's now way past 1PM

so we are starting to hustle in the kitchen.

I just placed the duck in the pot and began cooking it.

Next I will cook the pork belly.

But while I wait for that

I come to watch the chickens in the backyard.

Happy hands,

happy feet, happy mouth.

This is in the front yard, see it?

That's all that's left.

This one is done.

Just this one left. Cut and trimmed to match the other one.

I have not show you yet

I also have doves.

My house is like a zoo.

Dear husband likes dove so he raise them.

At first there were two.

Then it had babies so now four.

I heard there's more babies inside.

Here's the other one.

I don't check them often

because they are on the side of the house.

Not like the chicken coop, that one is right when I come out.

But these

my husband often come out to put their food.

I cannot tell them apart

between the Mom, Dad and their babies.

The husband can tell since he comes out often

and feed them.

Cha Cha is 6 years old now.

I brought her since she was 2 months.

Now she is 6 years.

In the winter her coat is fluffy and fat.

Round and stumpy

but when you grab her she is small.

Doesn't look like they are going anywhere.

Too busy with the chickens

not sure how my duck is doing. I set it and forget it.

It's steamed, now I take it out.

The duck is steamed and now it goes in the oven.

Next I will cook the pork.

The kitchen is very busy today.

The duck is already in the oven.

Now starting to take care of the pork.

(singing Khmer song)

That is Naly song.

Bake fish.

Salt in USA is not cheap like in Cambodia.

So we bake and add just lemongrass

since there is an abundance of that.

It smell very good.

It's almost 4:30PM now

the guest are about to arrive.

I already baked the fish,

and roast the duck

except for the pork, that is almost done.

It's starting to get cold outside.

Can you see the smoke that is coming out when I talk?

You see it?

That is the coldest it get over here.

But it's still not as cold

as I can still wear short sleeve, I mean long sleeve shirt.

No need a lot of layers. That's it.

Chinese do it like that and then drizzle on top.

It's nice and juicy.

Yeah.

Cook to perfection.

I'm like an expert in chopping duck huh?

Does anybody

needs an expert in chopping duck?

My husband is good and chopping.

The chopper is right here.

Only applies to chopping meat OK.

Oh just meat?

Not chopping anything else.

Wait, wait, wait. Let him hold it.

1...2....3!

(sing Happy Birthday song)

Don't blow yet, make a wish.

Don't tell your children. Keep it to yourself.

Catch a big fish when fishing.

Hey hey, don't tell.

I tell him to make a wish for me.

OK, Naly say blow.

Dad is a chicken.

He's like me then.

He's praying.

Let's help Grandpa blow.

Yay, no dentures fall out.

I was worried, afraid his dentures would fall out.

They send a non-drinker to come get it.

How am I suppose to know which wine they want?

They all look the same. All dark wine.

OMG, I don't know which one.

In case Dad drink and then drive.

There's a bed, there is the back and there's the sofa.

This is called carmelized potatoes.

I don't really like western desserts

so I eat this instead.

Some western desserts are too sweet

But if the cake has whip cream, I like.

Whip cream is not as sweet as buttermilk.

Are you dancing Naly?

Dancing my song.

Perception Deceives - Awakening from the Dream - Jenny Donner - Duration: 2:53.

Perception is a mirror.

Appearances but deceive.

I love the metaphysics of this

because it gives you the answers.

When you know that all appearances deceive

and that all perception is projection

Okay!

Then you know that is not life!

There's one illusion you don't want to forgive.

It's because you have fear to be in the abstract

and there is some "favorite illusion" that you cling to

and you have no peace if you do that.

So, that's why we talk about "give it all up."

And it's about giving all beliefs up.

It's not about leaving form behind.

You can't leave form behind

if you haven't looked at the beliefs

because it comes from the beliefs.

It's not anything else!

It's what you experience and what you perceive

It's how you feel.

and I love that "how you feel" is the gateway

into the Truth.

If you don't feel peaceful...

Okay, let's look at what is there.

What do I believe? What do I want to cling to?

We believe that there are certain things that forgiveness cannot heal.

That's why we stay stuck in something.

It's because we believe that, "Okay, this one God cannot handle.

You know, this problem is so deep, this problem is so...

has hooked me so hard."

But that way of thinking is the only problem.

The belief that God cannot handle that

or that you cannot give that up.

But that's littleness

and you're made for magnitude, and so,

let's join together in this and look at our...

"favorite obstacles."

✅ Breaking News - Edinburgh can make it a happy tale for two cities - Duration: 5:22.

What a night this could be for Scottish rugby. If Edinburgh can beat Montpellier at Murrayfield, they will secure a home quarter-final and Glasgow will have qualified for the knockout stage, as well, irrespective of what happens at Saracens on Saturday

Heady days, indeed, for the professional game in this country. When the draw for the Heineken Champions Cup was made back in the summer, I thought Glasgow had the easier group and had a real chance of progressing - in pretty much the way they have so far

Share this article Share Saracens were always going to be very tough but Lyon and Cardiff provided Glasgow with a good opportunity to make the quarter-finals for the second time in their history

Edinburgh, on the other hand, were handed a stinker of a draw. At the time, Newcastle had just finished fourth in the English Premiership and the two French giants Toulon and Montpellier had the money to strengthen what were very strong squads already

As the season has progressed, however, it has looked a little better with Newcastle and Toulon both struggling domestically and Edinburgh's form improving after a sticky start

Home and away wins against both of those sides have left Richard Cockerill's men with their destiny in their own hands and what a position that is

The victory last week over Toulon was the greatest in Edinburgh's history for me. It was incredible mainly because of the reputation and recent history of the opposition and of the quality of rugby that Edinburgh produced

Bill Mata's offload for the crucial score was sensational and I was so impressed with the rugby they were playing

It wasn't just that offload, however, everyone was doing it - forwards and backs - and you could see the confidence flowing through the team

Confidence is that intangible thing that all great sides have. It can be generated from many things; consistency in selection, winning games, freedom from the coaches to go out and express oneself, receiving positive comments in the media

All of these have been in play, especially the consistency with Cockerill naming an unchanged team for the game this evening

Another factor that can generate confidence is looking around the changing room and seeing certain people getting ready to go out and play

Their mere presence in the team instills confidence in others. At the end of my career, Jason White was that man for me

When I saw him in the changing room, my confidence in how I and the team was going to perform increased

For Edinburgh, Mata might be that man, or it could be captain Stuart MacInally, or maybe even one of the unsung heroes in a James Johnstone

It doesn't matter who it is but it is clear that this group of players are enjoying playing with each other and it is working

Another reason that Edinburgh have improved so much is the emergence of a very good back line

They have had a good pack for a while but nothing much behind it.That has changed and players like Chris Dean and Johnstone deserve huge credit for their role in this improvement

Dean's performances have been rewarded by being picked in the Scotland squad for the Six Nations and Johnstone must be very unlucky not to have made it, as well

Mata's offload last week was special but so was the run from Johnstone and the pace he generated to finish off the score

These two centres are journeymen no more; they are the real deal and the likes of Matt Scott and Mark Bennett will find it tough to get back in the team when they return from injury

This will be a tougher match on Friday for Edinburgh than last week, much tougher, and much more physical but this is good for the Scots

They have the ability to match it upfront with the best out there in Europe and I am backing them to get the win that would mean so much for rugby in Scotland; both teams in the quarter-finals of the Heineken Champions Cup

I really hope the significance of the match is reflected in the crowd. There was over 20,000 for the 1872 Cup match just before Christmas and it would be fitting if there was close to this on Friday night to see history being made by Edinburgh Rugby

Glasgow fans not going to London should also be cheering on their rivals because the picture is very different for them if Edinburgh were not to get the win

Artistic resolutions 2019 (probably very late) - Duration: 8:13.

Hi even when not to say not really in the time with my artistic resolutions, it's

already half of the January heheheh. But anyway, I'm going to talk about it.

Sorry for the audio, I'm just recording this from the phone.

Also, if you interested, it's the drawing of my 2 OC's Rene and Akiju.

First of all, I'm going to make

make more animation memes.It's the

main goal for me to have progress for this channel.

At least every tried to

I see this as

an opportunity to have more practice of drawing and editing. stuff

Also

overall, I want to upload more videos as possible

the main thing as "POSSIBLE"

It's because

All the time I'm just busy

school, you know I think it's mostly because if I started youtube then I need to

continue doing videos

It's not necessarily would be the only

Animation memes it could be videos, where I just talk about stuff( loke this one)

or animatics

or smth else

but anyway, they are going to be

connected to drawing and stuff like that.

and so on

Also, I see one of my main goals

is to find my art style

Even if my style would always change I need at least

Understand which path I should I go

Is going to be more mystical cartoony style??? Should I pay more attention

to details

or stylization??????

Also

more possibly, this year I need to pay more attention to developing my oc`s

I explained why you see all the time

Sounds kinda funny. You see, all the time I'm getting new ideas about new stories that I can make with my oc`s.

Oh, maybe I can do this or that, or maybe something of this!?

But in reality, I didn't start working on this projects hehe. Not any of them

HMMMM maybe I should

already do something?

But this

would be only connected to my characters

Sorry for my bad english ;Д;

And

the last one I

Should try

try new media with new art supplies

It's a silly story really so long time ago

Some of my relatives gave me

Pastels as a gift to my birthday, but I did not touch them

I've never known how to draw with pastels.

It's kinda a Shame for me ….

Probably

Probably should do more traditional stuff or at least maybe try to fill my

At least one sketchbook

Actually, I'm already sneakily drawing stuff on lessons hehe you know instead of learning)))

hope you like it

Like my rumbly stuff

Actual script script for that because even I would rubmle about this I just couldn't

improvise and stuff like that

I would be like uhhhhhhh emm hmmm you see ummmm

if you liked this video please share

it a like maybe subscribe if you know, I wouldn't

Talk a lot ( I mean making videos like this)

I would'n make a lot of videos like that cus my only

Goal is to make in this channel animation memes

Okay

That's all. I love you all! BYE >//////<

and here 2 left minutes of me drawing

I hope you liked this video. It's really hard for me to talk

Fluorosis Clients Hate Dentists That Promote Fluoride - Smile Makeover Explains Why! - Duration: 15:10.

hey guys Happy New Year's Merry Christmas all that other stuff is all

done and gone I wanted to have a rant today I figured everybody's at work what

you're gonna see on my desk is I've got pages and pages front and back of a

lot of stuff that I want to tell you about and I'm hoping that we'll link it

down below and that you'll find some reason to look at it if it affects you

today I want to talk about fluoride but I also want to talk about the dentists

that do videos that support fluoride guys I think it's a grave mistake I think

it's one of the gravest of our time I think fluorides a poison and I think

everyone should know where it comes from and how it's made and I think if they

did they'd pause on the effects that they let it have even in low dosage my

concern is is that I hope that everyone takes what they know about fluoride and

protects to smallest people around us people under the age of 8 I think it has

a negative effect what I wanted you to know is that I think any dentist that

supports it should be able to say that he said he has a science degree and that

he's actually used that science degree instead of just relying on old data

people see that a DDS degree means something and when a doctor says it's

safe for you then you should be able to depend on that when a doctor tells you

that oh it's absolutely safe and communities that that fluoridate the

water have less cavities then I would question that data and where it came

from and when it was true and if it's still real today the reason being is

because it's not a dispute that's been argued at a state level or city level in

major developed countries all over the world have proven against fluoridation

of water because the negative effects now let me tell you why I don't like

fluoride there's a disease called fluorosis in fluorosis comes from people

who get too much access to fluoridation it's a fluoride poisoning and it shows

up in the teeth I've got a picture here there to show you what it looks like

BAM this is what it looks like it's when you get spots and dots and pits all on

your teeth and you don't know why and people think you're poor they think you

don't brush your teeth they think that you're just don't practice good dental

hygiene and it's BS I get cases like this every day and they've never and

they're so concerned with the cost of fixing it that they don't even go to the

dentist and find out what it is when really the only thing they did wrong

is do the same thing everybody else does they just did it too much because I

shouldn't have to show you those pictures to sell you that fluorosis

doesn't exist if fluoride doesn't exist and if it affected these people and if

it's one in a million if you're one of these people you don't care what the

percentages are and obviously if your teeth are strong and healthy and nice

you'd like to think that fluoride had something to do with it but if it was

just bought data then I think you need to know that as well I see these cases

this case came to me the other day at Christmastime at a time where a young

lady that's in her 20s has a marriage produced a baby moving a family forward

in life can't smile came from the state of Kentucky my problem with Kentucky is

that it's the number one fluorinated state in the country I get an

extraordinary amount of cases that come in like this from Kentucky and it's

not something that happened yesterday or last year or 10 years from now if this

happened 15 years ago because when those kids were six ten years later they're 16

well I'd tend to that they're 26 they're making babies and moving forward in life

and the effects of brushing with fluoride has affected their teeth so bad

that they can't open their mouths in a social setting

they take Christmas money instead of spending on the spouse they ask mom to

help them financially support a single arch veneer that may help them get

their business started or get them going with a with job choices or career

choices and so when I saw this case I saw it was for an upper only and I knew

by looking at the case that this person needed top and bottom and guys I was so

incredibly impressed when I actually got to call her on the phone and I realized

one of the things that shocked me was is that no dentist had even taken the time

to tell her what it is she didn't know what she was suffering

from we're not dentists so we just paid let's see what we can do what what we

can do to get it covered obviously the people have for the most part their

teeth don't hurt and it's just that enamel is not strong and it's weathering

and there's different severities but most of people I talked to you say their

teeth don't hurts they just wish they didn't look so bad if you're in an auto

accident and you cut your finger or you cut your nose you can get plastic

surgery because nobody wants a scar but if you scar your teeth I think oh it's

just cosmetic if you want to fix that you have to pay that out-of-pocket I

know that fluorosis for the last more than 10 years affected this lady so bad

that I think her life would be incredibly different and I think the

people that she loves would would benefited from all of her energies

differently if something didn't happen to her smile and it was something that

didn't happen to her by any fault of her own she went with the best advice that

was available to her and and there's dentists all over the state of Kentucky

that could have easily made that information available and when you talk

to the 40% of teenagers that have some degree of fluorosis they show up in their

teeth I promise you every one of those 40% would say I'll do whatever I can to

get rid of this these spots on my teeth and you hope that it's just that small

of a problem the other thing is is I think that dentists are talking who

support fluoride need to be real careful in the fact that they're not supporting

a problem that's going to profit from later because when you reject the people

that don't come in at 16 guess what when they're 26 and 36 and 46 those are

problems that our profit centers for dentist so you have to wonder are they

motivated to prevent these problems and that's my concern that's what bothers me

my second thing is is every dentist out there that wants to say they believe in

fluoride needs to support their data but besides our data they have just be clear

about their conflict of interest in other words if I'm a doctor that's

saying oh I see science all the time that says this stuff is safe and it

helps room in logic teeth ask them every year that you've been in business how

many how much do you profit every year from fluoride like if you were in

business in 2000 what was your revenue for fluoride in 2000 and you forward

that forward for five years or ten years how much money do you make selling fluoride

and the reason is is because it's a profit center that they don't have to

sell to the client what I want you to know it's a true medicine

it's a medication it is a treatment and right now if I was to take any other

medicine and pour it into the water system everybody'd be concerned and say

the water is contaminated and that's whether it has any effect on it or not

they wouldn't want to assume it even if it didn't anything but cure headaches

somebody would say I don't want my headache cured I want to make my own

choices I want to go to my doctor I want to go to my pharmacy I want to get the

appropriate amount of medicine it's made for my height weight and body makeup you

don't get that argument when you get your fluoride from the tap water that

you drink it also assumes that everybody drinks the same amount of water and they

brushes our teeth with the same amount of time and or whatever I don't think

the data supports that there's a reduction in cavities and communities

that have fluoridated water and I think any doctor that wants to support that is

relying on some science that is at the very least dated I think or incredibly

convenient I don't think just the ADA is a reason to say I'm gonna take a poison

I put it into my water put it into my toothpaste and the reason being is

because I think every one of my clients that come to me and ask me to help would

have asked their parents can you please be more sensitive about how you feel

about fluoride fluorosis would not exist if it wasn't for fluoride and these

people would have dramatically different lives I only see a small amount of the

cases but this is a real case and the changes are profound and the choices

would have been so much more appreciated if they could have just had these

choices earlier and when you're new and you've got a family and you've coming up

with these kind of situations you work around it and tell something happens and

generally that's not going to happen in your 20s that probably

won't happen in new 30s you're lucky if you can afford it in your 40s and by the

time you're in your 50s you're looking at different choices all of which the

dentists profit from guys I hope you enjoy the vlog this week I don't forget

to subscribe I hope to bring you more videos that I think make a difference it

truly has an effect that will change you to some degree I'll see you next week

let me know what you think about this video and let me know what you think

about fluoride

Torri, Bil Watson how are you doing? Good how are you I'm sitting here working on

your case I have it here in front of me case is a little more sensitive than I

thought I think you have a situation called fluorosis but I'm not a doctor

it's most likely called fluorosis do you have a soft enamel on your teeth the

cover of your teeth feel soft yeah I want to do some more things on this case

than what I normally do if you don't mind okay first thing I need to do is I

want to give you some bleaching trays that we can put serum on your teeth that

has some anti microbials in it that should help clean these teeth and you wear them

just like bleaching trays have you ever seen anybody wear bleaching trays

before yeah I've actually tried on this before picture how long ago was it taken

oh it was probably a year ago

I'm not really sure I'm with you I could send you a more recent one that was

just I had picture saved on my phone and I just yes if you can save me if you can

send me a recent one it would help me a ton let me tell you what else I'm

thinking about doing I'm thinking about to going ahead and trying to make you a

bottom one at the same time and just don't worry about paying for it it looks

like Thank you if your mom is doing it yeah and you got a brand-new baby it's

Christmas time don't tell just don't tell anybody okay I'm sorry I'm just so happy well you

just need this you need this a lot you need someone to be decent to you I

appreciate you taking so much time well we're just going to get it perfect

it means the world to me it means the world to me

that new baby needs a mama that doesn't mind taking her to play dates with big

smiles we're going to take this case personally I'm going to go ahead and I'm

going to build a couple different shades Thank you so much I really can't tell you how much..

right well don't thank me till we're right we still have a lot of work this this is

the case I'm proud to do it's a favor to me tell your family thank you the world

and get me some new pictures okay thank you so much merry Christmas Merry Christmas

to you too thank you Goodbye

Hello? hey what are you doing Kiddo Hey yours looks so good and you sent me

pictures right away I can't tell you how impressed I am with the pictures you

look unreal perfect it looks like you just got your life back I really

I'm seeing a lot of my friends from high school tonight and I'm so excited

My boyfriend saw them and he loves them he wants some now these pictures

tell the truth the second pair you haven't tried those on yet have you no I haven't

these there's a new translucent color they're a little bit softer and they

reflect light they look new they're our most expensive veneer that we have so

let's try those on now and then you gotta send me pictures they're thinner

it's a sleeve they're more flexible to the way they're made is when you push

them up they get tighter at the top yeah I can tell they are tight and you should love the color

Wow that's amazing oh yeah these fit amazing Oh my God I'm so excited to wear these and show these to people

thank you so much You guys did so good thank you you don't know how nervous I was

could you tell how nervous I was yeah I had a feeling when I you kind of needed this to be perfect

for you and yeah and y'all made it perfect thank you so much and I think you were I knew that if I just sent out the tops like

you ordered you it only liked being half well you know it's like it's like going

to a party half dressed You're exactly right I thought the same thing as soon as I put them in

I'm so glad you sent me the bottom ones yeah are you okay yeah sorry I'm just emotional

I've been debating on going back to school and I told my mom a few minutes ago after I put them in

like I'm so ready to do this now

you can do anything now kid I'm looking at these pictures

that you just sent me and that little girl can do anything I wish I could hug you right now

listen just the fact that you sent me these pictures I like the one with the

tongue out that's the best tongue picture I've got all year I can't tell you how

excited I am I know these are gonna be the best

pictures of your life but when I saw your pictures it was no longer about

what we do for a living anymore it's just what we do and I didn't it wasn't

about money for me anymore it was about giving her what she needed the tools

that she needed to be a mom the pictures that you sent me are amazing from a

really happy person thank you and to think that I had anything to do with that I don't

know how dentists literally have the know-how to help somebody and don't and

when I saw this there was just no way I was just gonna make the tops without

making the bottoms I feel like I can do so much more now like I'm not holding myself back

I am so glad that I that you sent me the pictures in advance

when I see pictures I could make a lot of things happen if you hadn't sent me

those pictures I wouldn't have known what I was building even though I tried

to get them out by Christmas I got him out as fast as I could but when you gave

me the time to be me I knew that I had a smile that needed to be built not wanted

to be built when can you send me some pictures of the new smile will do it and

if I have any more questions I'll call you back but tell me it's a great way to

end the old year and start the new year Exactly it's amazing thank you so much!
