How to make sweet tamarind chutney at home?

A sweet dip sauce which is must for all most all Indian snacks is nothing but

sweet tamarind chutney, also called as Imli ki chutney or Imli ki meethi chutney.

It is a sweet and tangy chutney made using tamarind, fresh dates, jaggery and spiced with

dry ginger powder, and red chili powder.

I've here 200 grams of tamarind soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes

and I'm going to add this soaked tamarind in a pan.

Along with that, I'll add 6 finely chopped fresh dates

and a cup of jaggery.

I'll add some water into this.

Switch on the flame, and cook them for about 5 to 6 minutes on a medium flame.

By the way, tamarind gives the sour taste and but we balance the taste with the sweetness

of the jaggery and fresh dates.

Ok, It has been 6 minutes and we will give mild hotness to this,

by adding 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder,

1/2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder,

1/2 teaspoon of chat masala powder,

and 1/2 teaspoon of regular salt.

I'm going to add 1/2 teaspoon of black salt.

Lastly, I'm going to add 1/4 teaspoon of green cardamom powder

and mix them well.

Keep mixing it until all the paste goes inside the bowl and the pulp remains outside.

Tamarind Chutney is ready…

You can prepare this chutney in advance and refrigerate in an airtight container

which provides a long shelf life and can be preserved for months.

pretty soon and it looks like she's getting help from some high profile friends. Julia teased

the news on Instagram where she shared the album art and track list, which includes

"INNER MONOLOGUE PART 1 OUT JANUARY 25TH. Couldn't be more nervous if

I tried. But here's a piece of my mind and my heart. it's yours next week."

The EP opens with "Anxiety," featuring Gomez, and closes with "What a Time,"

featuring Horan. While Selena hasn't commented on the news just yet, Niall did share

his excitement about the album on Instagram writing, "So excited about this! I'm singing

on @juliamichaels album and I'm over the moon. Julia is one of my very very good friends

and 'what a time' is absolutely stunning. I'm very proud to be part of this and can't wait

for you guys to hear it."

So it looks like Julia is going to have a packed year ahead of her. It was already

previously announced that she's opening for Keith Urban for the Australian leg of his

Graffiti U tour and is set to join P!nk for the second leg of her Beautiful Trauma

World Tour this March.

toys I would definitely recommend checking target first and most of them

know if they're just Rena valuating maybe they're putting up the toys or

something I mean Walmart's were empty which is really starting to make me get

scared for Patel Toys it doesn't seem like they have enough distributors or

else maybe they can't maybe they don't have enough supply to supply the stores

okay and this is the first Walmart I went to I found the albertasaurus it was

the only Walmart that had it but as you can see the shelves here the shelves are

mostly empty and this is one of the better Walmart stores I went to it's sad

I mean it's I loved Mattel look at those empty shelves I love Mattel Toys and I

hope something happens okay so this is Walmart number two and as you can see

blue shells that are pitifully empty now what Walmart has against Mattel bought

inna Mattel has so awesome except right there you got the herrera soros that i

mean the model of the soros so that one was also but i already had them but this

video will give you a good idea of what Walmart's and targets

and this here is target number two as you can see it has a lot more toys here

let's go ahead and check it out although not as many Dino rifles so that's a

little disappointing

although I did find Ian Malcolm which he is really hard to find so I was pretty

shocked that was like wow cool just what I needed the back and then again this

one had the green chomping t-rex velociraptor blues mass the bite and

fight t-rex the regular thrash and throw the Dino rivals colossal t-rex but that

one's the same as the regular one and

this is the third Walmart you can see the shelves are totally bare I mean I

could almost cry there was so little dinosaur toys at Walmart because I was

really hoping to find more of the newer Battle Damage as you can see the shelves

are almost totally ok and this is the fourth Walmart as you can see pretty

much the only Dino that have is then the Raptor they have a huge supply of in the

raptor and that all of these empty shelves

oh I could cry there was so many empty spots where the Jurassic world toys were

I hope they're just waiting to get the new Dino rivals to fill it up if not ok

and then this is the fifth Walmart as you can see a bunch of empty shelves

they spread the toys out like one for a row right next to these as you'll see so

looks like it's fuller but it was dismal the empty okay you have

the new Stiggy mala that was cool you got the new

Velociraptor blue the new model of a sore ass another sticky another blue so

it was I don't know this one was dismal too I'm just hoping they're bringing

more Dino rival toys out to fill

and this was the third target as you can see it's full of Dino toys but very

little Dino rivals again so that is really unusual and it's kind of

disquieting I mean it's a little disturbing I mean it's where are the

Dino rifles and there you have a new Dino rival mass

and the new dining arrival Stiggy

a lot of the old ones so hopefully target will be picking up some of the

newer ones and

so that was a little unusual but all their Jurassic world toys were 20% off -

actually no this one had it I apologize the next target I went to which I didn't

actually film they didn't have it okay this one had the colossal t-rex awesome

that was awesome I do got over a thousand videos so check

10 Rules to Make Living with a Vegan Easier (when you're not one yourself) - Duration: 5:12.

I want to talk to you guys quickly about strategies for living a vegan

when you're not necessarily a vegan yourself.

So the first thing is totally counter-intuitive,

but making your house vegan has actually been the easiest thing for us.

Then we don't have to have any discussions on if something belongs there of if it doesn't belong there.

So just veganize the house.

The next thing is getting getting creative.

I love cooking. I think of myself as a good cook.

But this was a whole different genre for me. It almost felt like I was going to cooking school,

learning to cook vegan and get creative with my recipes.

With that finding stuff that you love.

You don't have to eat garbage when you're vegan. You can eat really delicious foods.

So I found some recipes that I make every week that I love that Lenny loves, every week.

The other thing is really enjoying family time. Family time is where I don't have to stay vegan.

But because Lenny and I kind of represent this vegan lifestyle, we always bring something vegan to share

to a family potluck or holiday that way we can introduce more people to a plant-based lifestyle

and you can find me at the cheese platter.

Another thing that really helps is finding restaurants that cater to both vegan and non-vegan lifestyles.

I go to a lot of just vegan restaurants with Lenny.

It's nice sometimes to go out and get to eat something that I normally wouldn't at home.

So finding restaurants that serve both is really helpful.

Another thing that I find helpful is having car snacks.

I keep things like milk chocolate trail mix in the car.

That way, if I've been feeling like I'm stuck at home all day in my vegan lifestyle I can get in the car

and shove some M&M's in my mouth and feel better.

If it makes you feel any better, my foot hurts.

It doesn't. Why would that make me feel better?

Has your foot hurt for 9 months?

Did it make you gain 30 pounds?

Do you have to shove your foot plus your calf out of your pee hole?

I am a huge proponent, no matter what kind of lifestyle you're living, of meal planning.

But with a vegan lifestyle you really have to meal plan.

You have to make sure that you're getting enough protein that you're getting enough nutrients

that you're keeping your husband full.

I meal plan pretty specifically every week to make sure that we have lunches and dinners covered for the week.

And I think that people don't really recognize especially if they're new to the vegan lifestyle that

you can still have comfort food.

You don't have to eat salad every day if you're vegan.

If you're living plant-based you can still have mac and cheese and you can still have burger night.

You just substitute out some of the ingredients.

But there are nights where we just want to grub

and we'll make something that isn't necessarily considered good for us.

Chicken nuggets or something like that but we just do the plant-based form of them.

And the trick there is to put all the normal toppings that you normally would, and then it's absolutely delicious.

You can trick a lot of carnivores into eating a Beyond Burger.

Something I've found to be helpful when you're living with a vegan and you're not a vegan

is a little self-loathing.

This is my type humor anyway,

but I kind of tease both Lenny and I when people ask me about the way that we live.

I'll jab a little joke at him, I'll jab a little joke at me and that makes people a bit more comfortable.

We don't preach to people that they need to be plant-based, especially me,

that would be extremely hypocritical considering I'm not a full time vegan.

But a little bit of joking helps kind of everyone feel comfortable with the situation.

And the last one and maybe the most important one is just to let it go.

I have to just let it go and understand that 95 percent of my diet now is plant-based.

We eat a lot of our meals at home, and our home is vegan.

But that letting go, I recognize that I feel better than I've ever felt.

Honestly I look better than I've ever looked, and I feel great.

And so yes my partner has made a choice to be a vegan but it's really been a good choice for both of us.

This lifestyle might not be for everyone. I feel like it's been a really good choice for Lenny and I.

Manny Pacquiao responds to retirement talk after 'career threatening eye injury' - Duration: 3:57.

Manny Pacquiao has responded after reportedly suffering a detached retina which could 'end his career'

The Filipino cruised to victory over Adrien Broner in Las Vegas on Saturday night to retain his world welterweight title

Pacquiao has called on Floyd Mayweather to come out of retirement for a rematch - but according to boxing sources, that could be put on hold

Sources in Pacquiao's camp says the boxer has been complaining of pain and the loss of vision in his left eye - which they fear could be the retina detaching, according to the New York Daily News' Wallace Matthews

However the same boxing expert has also said another member of the Filipino's camps is playing down the injury, calling it a 'minor corneal scratch'

And this seems to tally with what Pacquiao believes himself. Pacquiao told GMA news: "It's okay, it's just what my eyes are watering

It's a scratch to my eyeball. I've been through this with the right [eye]. Now it's on the left

"There's no clutter, it's really a scratch, it's just a bit of a medicine [needed]

It's okay, God is good, we just have to rest." Pacquiao eased to victory against Broner and having been awarded the fight by all three judges, he called out Mayweather as he sat ringside

The pair first fought four years ago when Mayweather won easily. Pacquiao insists a shoulder injury hampered him throughout and has long demanded a second shot

If he had of suffered a detached retina at his age, it could finish his entire career

After any op, Moorfields eye hospital say: "Final vision will depend on the nature of your original detached retina

"If we diagnose and treat it quickly and successfully, most of your vision will be restored

"If, when we diagnose a detached retina, the eye already has poor vision, we might not be able to restore some of your sight

"Side vision is very important for day-to-day activities such as going out and climbing stairs

" It's also vitally important for boxing, especially if Pacquiao was going to take on Mayweather

After the fight, the Filipino said: "God gave me this good health and blessings and at the age of 40 I can still do this

"I proved it in my last fight and I've proved it again; at the age of 40, Manny Paquiao is still here "I wanted to push more but my trainer said it would be careless, to wait for him and counter so that's what I did

"Tell Floyd to come back to the ring and we will fight, I'm willing to fight Floyd

" The proposal was put to Mayweather but he sat stoic at ringside and refused to comment

The American, whose record stands at 50-0 has fought three times since he beat Pacquiao

Anyone who finds themselves at Ponta do Seixas, in João Pessoa, in Paraíba – Brazil's easternmost point –

will have before them a beautiful view of the Atlantic.

To their left they'll see an old, rundown road with a sign alerting them to the risk of collapse.

In 2014, a stretch of road that led to the lighthouse collapsed.

Two years later, that same road, which had initially been closed off to vehicles,

was made off limits to cyclists and pedestrians.

This phenomenon occurs at many points along the Brazilian coast,

especially due to increased erosion.

A recent study shows that over half of Brazil's coast is being severely affected.

THE SEA'S ADVANCE

In the beaches, erosion is observed especially in the wearing away of beach faces

and the decrease in sand and gravel.

In November 2018,

the Ministry of the Environment published the second edition of the survey

by the Marine Geology and Geophysics Programme,

which indicates that Brazilian beaches under erosive processes

have increased from 40% to 60% since the publication of the survey's first edition in 2003.

Erosion is a natural phenomenon,

but it has become a worldwide problem that is being aggravated by human action.

Beaches in urban areas are the most affected due to the presence of construction work,

which interrupt the natural sediment flow,

causing sand strips to widen on one side and taper on the other.

With 65% of the coast affected, the North and Northeast regions of Brazil are the most affected

because of the beaches' low declivity,

which facilitates the sea's advance, as well as stronger tides.

In the municipalities of Cascavel and Fortim, in Ceará,

the coastline has receded 150m and 300m respectively.

This has led to the destruction of houses, avenues, highways and fishing-boat berths.

The battle against the destruction of beaches is a surmountable, albeit complex, challenge.

According to specialists,

the methods for measuring the coastline must be modernized and standardized,

and increased and more thorough inspection of human occupancy along the coast must be implemented.

Isolated damage reduction solutions have been somewhat successful in countering this problem:

In Santos, in Ponta da Praia,

the installation of 49 sandbags, forming 500m-wide underwater barrier,

stopped erosion, after the loss of over 80 thousand cubic meters of sand between 2013 and 2016.

Another solution is the so-called "light works", favoured by the Ministry of the Environment,

which consists of the recomposition of beaches with sand.

A successful example can be found in Rio de Janeiro's Copcabana beach,

which was expanded with sand from neighboring areas in the 1970s.

Specialists affirm that the movement of sediments

will worsen with the increase in sea level resulting from climate change.

In spite of this, the effects of inadequate occupation along the coastline

can only be stopped with regulatory policies and constant contention.

Erosion will always be part of the reality of our beaches.

We said that we motivate ourselves internally by saying God how much we love Him because of Him

How we regret our sins, that we committed sins that hurt Him

But this isn't the only form to awake contrition

There are many but I would like to pay you attention for three main ones

It means that you don't have to say anything to awake such act

Such acts may be expressed differently

The first one is a thought aimed at God

During the day, during your duties, during events, just one thought aimed at God, just ardent act, some request

Just constant communication with God is an act of love towards God

And even if we are not aware of it that we do it because we love God because it is true

We are bounded with God

The more the act, the more the thoughts the better relation with God

So any thought aimed at God is act of love and you don't need feelings to do it

Another form is to welcome the God's love

Anything that happens in my life, even though it's hard, sorrow, suffering, it's a joint between me and God

Especially when nothing works out in my favor .

Suddenly everything crashes in my life and I aim a tough at God: I don't get it, it's not how I planned, it's different, it hurts me, it's hard for me

But I take it, because of You and this is act of love

Third way: it's vocation

So telling other people about God

We are in different situations and sometimes we have an opportunity to say something about God to cheer this person up, to advise him and maybe to discourage this person from sin

Any form, even if we don't talk about God, but we give evidence aout God, His Divine Attributes, his love and plan He has for us is a form of vocation

And we do it not because of ourselves, because who likes to talk about sins and reprimand others

We do it because of God

So this is act of love towards God

Form of vocation

It's an example that love to God is not only expressed in words, we don't have to say it

An act is enough and if it's really because we love Him,

And it may be unconscious act

Maybe later in conscious examination we will see that this is act of love

So pay attention because there are many situations to say to God that we love Him

Let's pray for courage for man, so they won't be cowards

Hail Mary, Queen of Poland, be with us, watch over us, watch evey human, evey woman , every child and every conceived child

Guard! Guard every conscience and teach us how to guard. Teach how to guard every conscience of our fathers' land

May they not be guilty of terrifying sins. May they by God's commandments and especially the one that say "do not kill!"
