We present the original portrait photo from 1861.

made by the famous Karol Beyer.

His author was one of the first photographers in Warsaw

and founder of the photographic studio in Warsaw.

He opened it in 1845 on Senatorska Street.

His workshop was maintained above all from portrait photography,

and immortalized the greatest personalities and famous characters political, cultural and artistic life of its era.

Beyer is also considered the creator of the first Polish political photojournalism.

He made, among others drastic in its pronunciation a series of posthumous portraits of demonstrators

killed on February 27, 1861 in a demonstration patriotic in Warsaw.

His photo of the members of the City Delegation from 1861 is in turn - with high probability - the first Polish photo montage.

This extraordinary man, social worker, propagator of art and technology,

he was also the author of the depicting photographs Warsaw residents and their daily life.

He also portrayed the changes of Warsaw architecture,

in this he made a famous series of photographs showing the stages of building the Kierbedź Bridge.

What is relative truth and absolute truth? (Subtitles: EN-NL-IT-PT) - Duration: 3:56.

The so-called relative truth and absolute truth

[in Tibetan]

Are actually two sides of the same coin.

Two different aspects of the same reality.

So first of all, they are of the same nature.

It's not two parallel separated realities.

They are two different aspects of the same reality.

I will try to make it simple, ok?

Relative truth is how things exist.

It is basically the fact that everything is interdependent.

So the relative truth of a flower

is the fact that the flower exists as an interdependent phenomenon

depending on the basis of imputation, which is its parts

and imputation of the name, which is the value attributed by the observer.

But basically relative truth is how the flower exists.

The absolute truth,

making it simple,

is the fact that the flower does not exist in an absolute way.

The absolute truth of the flower is that the flower lacks absolute reality.

In other words, is the fact that the absolute truth

is basically what we call that the flower lacks inherent existence,

is empty of inherent existence, that's the absolute truth of the flower.

Why is the flower of absolute truth?

Why is the flower of the nature of emptiness?

Why is the flower lacking inherent existence? Because it is interdependent.

Because it exists in a relative way.

So if we use other words to explain this,

we could use the term in which we say - it's not really precise

but it helps to understand -

but we could say that we live in a subjective reality.

And we have the objective reality and the subjective reality.

So, the world as we perceive it is a subjective reality and the

objective reality is the lack of

objectiveness in the subjective reality.

Is the fact that things do not exist in an objective way.

So the lack of an objective

reality is the so-called ultimate truth.

So,

why we divide relative and absolute?

It's just because of our own ignorance.

A Buddha is said to perceive everything as it is,

without making the distinction of relative and absolute.

But because of our ignorance,

reality appears to us as if it was absolute,

as if it was objective, autonomous,

independent.

And so we need to put an effort to see the interdependence

to see how things exist

and we need to oppose to our ignorance by

understanding that things lack such inherent existence

autonomous and independent existence.

So that's why we need to realize the ultimate truth by realizing the lack of ultimate reality

the lack of autonomous, independent,

inherent existence,

by first realizing interdependence, which is the so-called relative truth.

But we go from this shift between relative and absolute

actually in order to put the two together

in order to realize phenomena as their own true nature.

But it's important to understand that relative truth and absolute truth

are nothing more nothing less than two aspects of the same thing.

Tidal Gardens New Building January 2019 Update - Duration: 17:56.

Hi guys, welcome back to Tidal Gardens.

I hope you all had a happy new year.

This is the end of year update on the new building construction.

It is crazy to think that we are about 14 months into this build.

We've made some good progress since the last update much of which is actually in our

old greenhouse.

People always ask if we are going to take down the greenhouse now that we have this

new building in the works.

Short answer is "no."

Not only are we not going to take the greenhouse down, we are making significant improvements

to it.

In fact, I would argue that the improvements we made the past month to the greenhouse are

the biggest improvement projects since 2007 when we poured a radiant heated concrete floor

and completely reworked the heating of the aquaculture systems.

Fast forward to today and that revamped heating system from 2007 was good for its day, but

it could use some help.

It's been a little over 10 years now and it got a major overhaul in the last month

because of what we are able to do over in the new building.

To sum it up, the commercial Lochinvar boilers in the new building will be heating:

The radiant heated floor of the new building, the four systems that will go into the new

building, the 1,000-gallon saltwater holding tank (which

we will talk about a little later) and they will now also heat the 5 separate

systems in the greenhouse.

The original heating system for the greenhouse was a Rinnai tankless hot water heater.

It is a residential model and wasn't really designed for radiant floor heating systems,

but that what it was primarily used for.

The Rinnai used one pump to deliver heat to the radiant floor and a second pump to deliver

heat to the 5 systems through a manifold.

The problem there is it was a little bit clunky.

There were three main problems.

The first was that there was a single temperature probe making the call for heat for all five

systems.

What that means is, if that one system gets chilly it can call for heat.

If any other system got chilly that's too bad.

It's not getting any heat until the one with the temperature probe calls for it.

Alternatively, if that system with the temperature probe calls for heat but another system is

already too warm, TOO BAD it's about to get a whole lot warmer.

The second problem was it was hard to tweak the temperature.

Because we had only a single pump feeding heated water to this manifold, the flow rates

would have to be adjusted by closing down these flow control knobs.

Problem is, if they get gummed up over the years or get stuck in a certain position it

could throw off the heating to all the systems because you are changing the flow rates.

Long story short, it was not an ideal system, but it worked well for years here.

Over a decade!

This new system will have five separate pumps with five separate temperature probes, so

each system will regulate its own temperature and all of it is going to be handled by the

heating system in the new building.

I did say that there were three problems with how we used to do it.

The last problem was there was no redundancy if the Rinnai were to fail.

The new heating system has two industrial grade boilers that can individually handle

the full load of the heating duties.

If one goes down, the second one will pick up the heat load and keep everything at the

right temperature.

There is nothing as panic-inducing as a heater failure.

In past years, the Rinnai at the greenhouse would occasionally fail for any number of

reasons and that was a huge problem because that was the only source of heat.

The biggest causes of failure was due to the exhaust port freezing when the winter temperatures

fell below zero degrees Fahrenheit.

We hooked up a control panel in my house that was a direct wired connection to the greenhouse

so it would sound an alarm when the boiler out there sends an error code.

Invariably it would happen at 3am in the middle of winter.

I would have to bundle up and go out there with a hammer and break up the ice blocking

the exhaust vent and restart the Rinnai.

I don't expect to have the same problem with the new system.

One concern I had was heat loss in the water lines going between the two buildings.

The water lines travel underground between the two buildings.

They are encased in an insulated channel underground which helps keep the lines warm, but until

it is running it is hard to figure out how it would perform.

My concern was unwarranted because the heating system would send water out to the greenhouse

at 130 degrees and it would return at 115 degrees.

That means that the water would make its way through the underground portion, through the

greenhouse to the coil, do the heat exchange over 100' looped in the sump, back through

the greenhouse, through the cold ground again, and back to the furnace while only losing

15 degrees.

This was surprising because the previous heating system would go into the water at about 130

degrees and come out of the water at about 80 degrees because the flow though the coil

was so poor that all the heat transferred into the water.

This was mainly because the old system used a single pump for all 5 heating coils where

the new system has 5 separate pumps so there is much more flow.

Since this heating system has been running, I could not be happier with the results.

Just looking at the temperature graphs on my aqua controller you could see the moment

the new system came online.

Water temperatures went from a 3 degree temperature swing to a 1 degree temperature swing.

In the spring we are going to create a separate geothermal cooling system using the rain water

collection cistern but that will be the subject of a different video when the time comes.

After all that, you might be wondering why not simply have electric heaters do all this.

Long story short, the electrical draw made that impossible.

Same reason I could not just run giant chillers in summer to cool the tanks down.

The size of electric heaters we would need for these tanks would be insane.

A general rule of thumb when it comes to sizing heaters is roughly 5 watts per gallon of water,

but that is assuming a decent room temperature as a baseline, not a greenhouse in an Ohio

winter where it is substantially chillier.

We would be looking at over 8,000 W per system which there is no way we could plug anything

like that in without causing major problems.

Speaking of electricity..

For years we were struggling with electrical capacity.

We could not plug in anything new that required a lot of juice.

This greenhouse didn't even have a full 100A to work with when it was originally constructed

back in 2002.

Originally, the plan was not to have lighting at all overtop of these tanks and rely on

the sun, but over time we went with artificial light to normalize the light exposure from

season to season.

When we first started, the tanks only had maybe 3 devices plugged in per 1000 gallon

system whereas now we have dozens of devices plugged in.

It was getting to the point that plugging another high powered device into any outlet

would trip the main breaker and shut down the whole greenhouse.

We were just out of capacity.

This is the next big improvement to the existing greenhouse system.

For the new building, we had a monster 400A three phase service installed which is more

than enough capacity to operate the new building.

We took the opportunity to use some of that capacity to upgrade the electrical at the

greenhouse.

We also cleaned up some of the breakers to even out the electrical load because there

were a couple breakers that would trip because they just had too many devices on them.

Electric isn't a super sexy topic and most hobbyists don't really have to think a whole

lot about it from an infrastructure standpoint.

I would guess the vast majority of hobbyists just having their tank on a dedicated 20A

circuit is more than sufficient, but once you start talking building sized projects,

electrical demand increases and it usually will end up being for more consumption that

previously estimated.

I often get asked about the possibility of solar power in the future and it IS something

that I would like to do, but there are a couple hurdles to it.

For starters, the initial cost is still high for the volume of power we would want.

Second, the amount of sunlight we get in northeast Ohio is not ideal.

There are a lot of cloudy days here.

Third, the orientation of the building's roof is not south facing.

It is east-west facing so any panels installed on the roof are not going to get getting optimal

exposure.

Lastly, #4 the low cost of electricity here in Ohio makes the payback period longer than

in states with higher electricity prices.

If we were located in California or Hawaii with lots of sun and super expensive electricity

rates, this would be a no brainer, but here in Ohio it makes the investment harder to

justify.

Still, there is no guarantee that electrical rates stay this low so maybe in the future

it will make more financial sense.

I would love to make this whole operation net zero if I could.

Next up is our Internet situation.

Our first few attempts at running this line failed but we tried one last time with a different

parachute material and it went through the conduit at what felt like 100 miles per hour.

We carefully pulled the fiberoptic line through and got our 10GBE fiber backbone from the

house to the new building up and running.

Shout out to tidal gardens youtube subscriber Rip Van Winkle for his suggestion to go with

the Ubiquiti enterprise line of wireless access points.

We now have a single wifi network for both the new building as well as the greenhouse

and I'm slowly building it out so that we have coverage all over the property.

There are several buildings here and it would be nice to be able to walk from place to place

and not get dropped from the wifi.

Moving on to the studio, there isn't a whole lot done since the last time we looked at

it.

The sound panels are installed on the walls and I've made a makeshift desk area just

so I can use the space.

The dark charcoal DIY panels on the walls I think are going to get moved up onto the

ceiling and I will be replacing the ones on the wall with ones similar to the professionally

made grey panels.

The sound absorption is just ok right now.

For regular conversation you can't really pick up much in the way of an echo, but I

have really sensitive microphones and you can really hear a reverb on those especially

during a live show.

Like I said, there isn't a whole lot new with the studio, it is very much still a work

in progress where a little bit gets done each week.

I'm in no hurry whatsoever because there are a lot more pressing needs.

You gotta prioritize.

The next big improvement is a system to make maintenance much easier.

We installed a system of water lines to each sump in both the new building and greenhouse

to deliver both fresh and salt water on demand.

If the water level in the sump is low from evaporation, we can quickly top off with RO.

If we need to replace saltwater we can quickly refill with pre-mixed salt water that is heated

to exactly 77 degrees.

There was a time when I was thinking of installing a continuous water change system using dosing

pumps, but the more I thought about it, there are plenty of activities we do here on a daily

basis that removes salt water from the system such as siphoning detritus, bagging corals

for sale, making up tubs of water for pest dipping, etc. etc.

So there really isn't a need to have a dosing pump system to remove tank water, and having

salt water on demand to top up when maintenance tasks are finished is a much quicker and easier

solution than having a device do it.

These lines are already run throughout both buildings and once the water containers are

delivered we can get started on building out the whole water purification system in the

new building.

There will be a 1,000-gallon container for fresh RO water and a 1,000-gallon container

for salt water.

Here you can see the heating lines for that salt container.

Now that these water lines are finally installed in the ceiling the finish carpenter could

install the ceiling paneling.

The ceiling on the first floor is filled with R-19 insulation mainly to soak up sound and

vibration from the activity upstairs.

If you haven't caught on already, I am trying to minimize sound whenever possible.

After the insulation is packed into the floor space, the carpenters put in a 6 mil vapor

barrier and then this smart panel material.

We are still waiting on some trim work to get done but that should take no time at all,

and then we can get the painter back in here to finish painting the ceiling.

In fact, by the time this video is published there is a good chance the painting will be

done.

The next steps now are to get the HRV air exchangers installed, trim work done, and

start building all these aquarium stands.

There are a couple projects that I am still thinking about doing, but nothing is set in

stone yet.

The construction is more or less done at this point but I want to make sure that there are

no projects that need to be done at this stage that I will regret not doing down the line.

Basically once there are tanks running in this building I can't do any more major

construction work or do anything where a lot of chemical fumes get into the air.

I don't want to be in a situation five years from now thinking I wish I could go back in

time and to BLANK but now I can't with all my aquaculture systems running.

In any case…

It's crazy to look back at this build and see how far things have come.

It has been a major undertaking getting to this point and I'm really excited to get

aquariums running in here… but that won't be until April, so there is still time to

do some fine tuning.

Thanks for following along on this build.

Don't forget to subscribe and the notification bell to see future updates.

We are getting close guys.

Happy reefing.

If you're good with your hands, that'll help you a lot in the long run, but the Air Force

would teach you how to do that. The difference between a good maintainer and

a bad maintainer is pretty much your attitude towards learning. Coming in I

didn't really have much experience with tools or how to use them, so in tech school they

actually taught you the basics on how to use them and what you expect on the job.

The training that you receive as soon as you join the Air Force is more than

enough and once you get to your duty station it's just replicating the

experience.

As always brilliant day. I came thinking that I know quite a bit about

practitioners from around the country sort of speaking the same language about

assessment, speaking the same language about reducing marking, thinking about

workload. >> Every time someone spoke the next speaker made the speaker before

them make even more sense and as the day went on, everything that was said kind of

came together. The combination of all of them was probably far more than just

individual people talking. >> This parts important to getting to meet other

schools and swap emails and have a chance to support each other so whilst

the speakers were brilliant now that's a big part of today as well.

>> Every conference I go to you learn, you can always learn something new. And wherever you go to something

like this there's always a lot to come away with

>>These are people who know their stuff, backed in research, so I think to hear that is really

heartening for the profession

Our Airwaves Are Under Siege - Duration: 1:40.

I want to remind you: Public television has never been more important — and it has its

enemies.

Think of how, in our country right now, public wealth threatens forces that want to keep

us afraid and dumbed down.

It's said that Mussolini believed fascism could be called "corporatism."

In a fascist world, corporations work with the government to keep labor down and to strip

away regulations.

Sure, that may pump up the economy and create jobs, at least in the short term — but at

what cost?

In that world, corporations believe they should have access to everything.

Think of how today, public wealth in our society — like public television — is under siege.

Public parks, public education, public health care, Social Security retirement accounts

— it's all at risk.

Public infrastructure?

Privatize it.

The Internet?

Privatize it.

Even our airwaves.

Public television is ours.

It's part of the fabric of our American community.

It's the one oasis on the dial where we have programming produced not with a passion

for making advertisers happy, but with a passion for people, embracing life in a non-commercial

way.

Public television sees us not as shoppers, or eyeballs on some ratings chart, but as

neighbors — as fellow citizens.

It challenges us to be smart, to think critically, to be engaged, to embrace life in all its

fullness.

That's why I'm here today.

Public television is good for democracy.

And together, we make public broadcasting strong with our financial support.

New Mattel Indominus Rex Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Dinosaur Toys World's largest Collection ? - Duration: 22:23.

okay guys here she is these are the first pictures that were ever found of

Mattel's indominus rex from jurassic world fallen Kingdom Mattel dinosaur

toys we're gonna go ahead decipher this and also we're gonna go ahead and take a

look at my large and ominous rex collection this could be the world's

largest collection of indominus rex dinosaur toys keep watching okay guys so

if we look at these pictures I actually took the same picture I flipped it on

one side so this is the same picture you're looking at on both sides I found

this online it looks like somebody took it at a Toy Fair if you're looking at

the indominus rex it looks totally awesome I love the texture the red eye

the teeth you could see the size of the human figure in the mouth which I

actually recreated that with the indominus rex Galata skeleton that is

out right now i'll show you a picture that side-by-side so it looks like it's

gonna be about the size of that and for what i could see now it looks like we're

gonna have articulation on the neck it looks like the arms are gonna bend and

rotate 360 and we're gonna have the same great movement on the legs but looking

at the texture the lock the size it looks like it's gonna be pretty much the

exact same size as Hasbro's indominus rex well with much better detail and I'm

New Mattel Indominus Rex Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Dinosaur Toys World's largest Collection ?

sure it's gonna stand up to time much better okay so here's the picture I

recreated side by side on the right hand side you could see ah we got the

indominus rex gelatin which is from the Jurassic world quest for the indominus

rex pack and I put a human figure from Mattel in

its mouth if you look at these two dinosaurs side-by-side they look like

they're gonna be pretty much the exact same size so what we're looking at right

now then is an indominus rex that's pretty much gonna be the same size as

Hasbro's indominus rex was which is gonna be totally awesome let's go ahead

and take a look at the skeleton and the indominus rex figure from Hasbro

skeleton on the left there compare it to Hasbro's indominus rex there they are

pretty much the identical size there so it's looking like the new indominus rex

is going to be the exact same size as hasbro so that is totally awesome guys

y-you can see with the action figure I mean it's from the picture I took here

compared to the one that the tail came out with it looks like it's the exact

same size so I am very confident it's gonna be the size of the dumbness rex

that is totally awesome guys I can hardly wait okay let's go ahead

and take a look at the world's largest collection of indominus rex dinosaurs

okay it's great to see you again I'm so glad you came back today what I want to

ask you is this the world's largest collection of indominus rex dinosaurs

Wow go ahead and vote up click the little

brown circle in the right hand corner and

whoa collection Wow I have a lot of them here we'll go ahead and take a quick

look at them but guys all of these I have here I have done unboxings and

awesome battle videos and everything with these I do have over a thousand

videos the majority of them are dinosaurs and the majority of those

dinosaurs are drastic world dinosaurs and battles because I think the Dominus

Rex is one of the coolest dinos that ever came out besides the t-rex of

Spinosaurus so I like all of them but anyways let's go ahead and take a look

at some of these and then when we're done we're gonna go ahead and set them

up in our awesome Jurassic Park dinosaurs ooh wow these are awesome

dinosaur toys so anyways without further ado let's get started we're gonna start

with these small guys right here so uh oh and by the way I do have 27 indominus

rex toys here so that is quite a few and they are awesome so I've got six of

these little Lego ones different variants you can see this one's like a

darker these are like lighter this one's like with brown stripes and sons of

brown stripes and this is another one of the lighter ones so I got six of those

small ones so I will remove them from now like I said when we're done go ahead

and set them up in a dinosaur zoo and then we've got four of these big

indominus rex these are actually two knockoff lego ones i do have the

original one but i don't have it here at the time so these are four of the

knockoff big ones I'll put a link below the video for you buy the knockoff ones

because they are a lot of fun and then this is the hybrid armored indominus rex

which guys action feature if you move his tail he swings his head to the side

and he opens and closes his mouth and his armor does also pop off but it is

molded to fit his body so it does fit on really good and then I've got this

little one here this is from Universal Studios this one when de and dunk when

the Jurassic world movie came out you could buy this at Universal Studios in

Florida I actually bought this off of ebay so this came in a three pack set

with this the t-rex and the Velociraptor and then this awesome one this is one of

the coolest indominus rex ones you're gonna find this guy came with the

blu-ray box set so it's a box DVD box blu-ray set that included the indominus

and the t-rex so it showed them fighting in the on the box which i did a full

review of that one also then you have this little Chomper indominus rex with

the big open room on his side here and then moving on we

have this hero masher indominus rex as you can see I already mixed and matched

some of the parts this leg is from the t-rex so this guy is really cool and a

Jurassic world that did come out with quite a few of the hero mashers so you

could combine all of them and make a really cool freaky looking Dino and then

this was kind of a controversial one they actually call this one I actually

built the Lego set it's a alien t-rex escape basically they were trying not to

copy Jurassic world for cop because they don't want to get in trouble with

copyright but if you look at this guy this guy is the indominus rex with a

different color scheme and spikes tone his back and they gave him like red

teeth so it looks like he ate something cool and then we have this big indominus

rex here with the open wound this is the one actually I have this set right here

on open so this is the gyrosphere one which we will take a look at that on

open set in a minute but like I said I do have a unboxing of all of these so uh

if that's something you're interested in go ahead and check it out so this one

has like the wound here so if you hit it the gruesome wound opens up on his side

and he also does have an action feature if you push the button here he moves his

head up and down and he chomps but this is the reason a lot of people hated the

hasbro toys that exposed screws so hopefully actually hasbro has lost the

license and Mattel is taking over but for what I read online Mattel is going

back to like the type look of dinosaurs so they'll have

like huge ones with like rubber skin then they'll have like the medium action

sized ones and then smaller and hopefully uh from what I seen - they're

gonna be coming out with action figures which is totally awesome and that's one

thing that this line really is missing the only action figure you get is the

pack that has Owen and Velociraptor blue which I reviewed that one also and this

awesome one here is the Zoomer indominus rex this is a limited edition Zoomer one

so you can see if I turn it on here his eyes grow green right now but it

does come with the remote control and different modes so you could make this

guy angry by touching him here you see he just roared there and ah he does zoom

around by him whoa-ho he's gonna zoom right off the table he does zoom around

by himself move around he does get in different modes he'll get angry if you

pull this scale let's see if I could make him angry

okay he doesn't seem to be getting angry here let me see some of them if you wave

your hand in front uh anyways I got a pool review of that ah you could see one

he gets angry when you wave your hand in front of him and stuff but uh he adds

really cool and he will also run on carpet so that is totally awesome and

then moving on then I have I actually have three of the classic big rubber

ones because I bought another new one in the back there these are the coolest

indominus rex ones you're gonna buy these ones they have the rubber hand

here so when you move the arm down he opens his mouth way up ante roars and he

lights up red on his back here I mean I love the fact how much this guy opens

his mouth that is totally off so that anyways like I said I've got three of

these these ones are really hard to find out and you're gonna end up paying about

$90 for them and then the next ones the next one here it's kind of weird I mean

this is they came out with one the hybrid rampage indominus rex this is

basically the one they used if you played the jurassic world the game which

i do got a lot of episodes on my other channel WD tech toys if you play

jurassic world the game this is the level 40 indominus which you know it's

cool but it's weird - I mean let me show you

check out this guy first of all you wind his arm here for his action feature and

then he opens in children chomp his mouth he makes noise but look at his

teeth inside there this guy has vampire teeth so it is

weird I does have this action feature on its back if you push it it has spikes

that pop up and then he roars also so you know in some ways he's cool in some

ways he's weird let me check out that you can't really

see the tooth there but if he goes all the way up we'll get a pop-up it's like

a snakes fangs I mean I like the look personally well I don't know how long

this action shirt will last because it seems like it's not really built to last

and the Dino itself is all plastic so there is no rubber part so I wish they

would have stuck with that rubber look I mean I really like the rubber look but

you know those things are cool too so I actually went ahead and bought pretty

much every jurassic world toy again brand new because like I said earlier

Hasbro has lost the license so Mattel is gonna be taking over but you see very

few of these on the shelves anymore guys I mean right now they're clearing them

out so if you see these at toy stores go ahead and buy them if you like them or

I'll put a link below the video for a Jurassic world toys Amazon still has

some of them so if it's something you're interested in

definitely don't wait because these are gonna sell off really quickly because uh

once Mattel starts introducing their dinos I mean things are pretty much over

has burrowed there but uh I will be reviewing all of the Mattel ones too I

have already contacted Mattel so hopefully they're gonna be sending me

the dinos before they're even available for sale which I would really love

showing them to you guys so this is the hero masher indominus rex in the package

on open so that is cool and then I have to go and buy another one of these

indominus rex is but unfortunately i did not buy it

in time so I ended up paying I believe about $80 for this one which is brand

new in the package which that price has gone up since then as you can tell this

one the battery has also died but I don't want to take it out of the package

to replace the batteries so this one is really hard to find okay so this one I

believe is still available ah I've seen some of them at Toys R Us and I believe

it's still available on Amazon so this is one that if you're interested in you

definitely want to get a move-on and then I have indominus rex braless or

also these ones you like wind-up their tails and you like here's a little

picture of the set you launch them at each other and they battle and spin out

and they are fun I do got

you love that one on my channel awesome if you do want to check out any of these

go to my Jurassic world playlist I have over about 250 videos in there and the

majority of those are these beat unbox in really cool battles okay so like I

said we're gonna get our zoo set up this is the Jurassic Park electronic compound

set which includes the fence pieces the Jurassic world gates a really cool

electronic compound but here we're just gonna go with the gate so those are

50,000 volt gets to keep our dinos in check so we are going to start out with

the big guys here we're gonna set them up in the back the indominus rex is

gonna go over here and the other one over here well of course they are all

indominus rex so kind of confusing just to call them indominus rex and then we

will set the other the dominus rex up there right by the gate and another one

on the side over here at least they're standing alone and then let's go ahead

and so we will set up our Zoomer indominus right there and then we have

to go ahead and set up our indominus rex families so here we are going to have

our mom indominus rex this guy here is gonna be the dad indominus rex

they have babies so these are the baby indominus rex is so dinosaur family with

lot of dinosaur babies so little baby dinosaur and dominus is gonna go over

here so I do that six of these okay that one doesn't want to stand it's being

stubborn there and then we have a lot more female and ominous Rex's the big

ones so we've got three of those so I guess these are gonna be well you know I

guess each one of these could have like one or two babies so it's like a family

get-together the family and Dominus Rex

and then we have these other indominus rex which i'm gonna put over here these

are gonna be like the cousins the aunts and the uncles of the indominus rex is

coming to join them in a family reunion a family reunion indominus rex is tell

you one thing that's one party you would not want to crash and then we have the

coolest one here which like I said I mean I really like that indominus from

the blu-ray limited edition package we got the mash'em

and Dominus there and then we got the Dominus from the Universal Studios movie

and then of course I don't have the ones that aren't opened here so here I've got

I believe twenty three and openness Rex is all set up in our awesome dinosaur

zoo guys make sure you guys vote if you think this is the world's largest

collection of indominus rex dinosaurs wow guys that was totally awesome if you

enjoyed that I do got over a thousand videos go ahead and check out the

playlist on my channel or for more fun Jurassic world fallen Kingdom videos

When Marketing Gets Awkward | Merkle - Duration: 2:14.

Hi there.

I was just in the neighborhood

and noticed your lovely home had some outdated

siding.

I want to let you know about this deal we have going on.

We have our best prices of the year.

They look great.

And you'll save between 25 and 30% on your energy bills.

You know I've been meaning to replace that for

years now.

Could you tell me a little more about it?

Hi there. I heard you might be interested

in some new siding.

Oh well I'm having it replaced.

I actually bought it from you a couple of days ago.

Yes.

Yes you did.

Bough it fromn me.

OK. This is mildly embarrassing.

I'm going to leave.

But you have a great day.

Yeah.

Hi there.

I just want to let you know we have a hot deal on

siding going on

and I really don't want you to miss it.

It's me.

I've already bought this from you.

How come you can't remember me?

Of course I remember you.

You're a 45 to 54 year-old high-net wealth individual

who is very important to us.

I even have that fun nickname for you.

NIckname?

Well, it's more of a persona.

But listen, insert name here,

we want to start this relationship on the right foot.

So whenever you're ready to quit

procrastinating

and buy that siding you dream of at night

you come to us.

I already bought siding.

Why don't you sell me something else?

I'm going to need a new roof in a few years.

Why don't you talk to me about roofs?

Or maybe doorbells. I'm starting to hate the sound

of this one.

Oh yes, this door bell is the worst.

Hi there! Can I interest you in some siding?

Joe Freshgoods Gets Hooked Up With Detroit Food || InstaChef - Duration: 22:25.

- Hold on, - Hey!

I ain't even cut it!

- Come on, man. - Look, look, look.

First, let's just, just get

- There's shrimp in that right there, man?

- Just, just smell it real quick.

- Look at that.

- Welcome to "InstaChef,"

where we profile chefs that are creating

a new tradition in the food world

by using Instagram to showcase their culinary skills

and get their food out to the world.

I'm your host, Cliff Skighwalker.

I'll be joined along the way

by some of my friends and celebrities.

Some you know, and some you're gonna wanna get to know.

Let's go!

Look, I'm finally back in Detroit

and I can't even front.

With all the traveling we've been doing

these last few weeks, it feels great to be home.

And when I say home, I literally have y'all

in my home in Pontiac, in the kitchen,

and we're making pizza.

Now, let me be honest with you,

I'm from the west side of Pontiac,

but spent my early years in Detroit,

and I'm there whenever I'm back in town.

This is where I'm comfortable,

this blue-collar environment where a hustler

spirit and mentality is key to survival.

With the whole world calling the city out at one point

with situations such as the recession,

the automotive industry crisis, the city going bankrupt,

its residents and chefs remained strong,

never gave up and, most importantly, kept faith.

And look how far we've come.

Detroit is currently in a new renaissance

and it feels so good saying that.

And the food?

Man, listen.

A melting pot of cultures paired with rich soul and history

come together and make this one of the most

slept-on food cities in the country.

With all that being said, I think it's only right

that I show you my point of view for food in the city,

and chefs and cooks who've gone into business

for themselves, overcame adversity,

and make it a point to serve their creations here first.

We're in Detroit.

Let's eat.

I think my special guest

is coming up the driveway right now.

This man is from the west side of Chicago.

He took the internet by storm

with his Thank You Obama collection

along with various drops.

No matter where he's gone in the world,

he always reps Chicago to the fullest.

Without further ado, Joe Freshgoods.

- Yo Cliff! - What up, dawg?

- What's good? I told you I was coming.

- Man.

- How you feeling?

- Gotchu all the way in Pontiac.

- Let's get it. - Come on!

This is Detroit-style pizza. - OK.

- Still deep-dish, blue steel pan,

but first, we gotta talk about you!

- Yeah, let's go.

- What's been going on with you, man?

- My man, it's been like collab year, you know,

I've been working with a lotta different companies, you know,

putting all for my city of Chicago,

really just, kinda just trying to take over, you know?

- One thing that I wanted to talk

specifically with you about is

how no matter what you do, no matter where you go,

it's always, "Look, I'm from Chicago."

- Number one.

- "I'm a 290 guy." - Yeah.

You know I feel like the Midwest,

we've always been left out of certain conversations,

so it's just like, you have to just

learn how to just do it yourself.

- I'm using ingredients from the Midwest.

This is called brick cheese.

Give it a try, tell me what you think.

- OK, let me get it, man.

- Yeah and they make that,

they make that in Wisconsin.

- Yeah, that's pretty good.

I mean, I been seeing you doing your thing

on Instagram the past year.

- You wrote on Instagram,

you said, "If I don't see you in 30 days,

I'm reporting you for spam."

- Yes.

- We finally

got you here. - Yes.

- I feel like

that's so important. - I've come to you.

- Can you talk

a little about the beginnings?

- I think when I realized

I wanted to get into fashion, I wanted to initially

move to New York or LA to make it, you know?

- Mhm.

- And I think that's a big misconception with

a lot of creatives is that you gotta move

to get where you wanna be in life.

With me it just when... oh wow, yeah.

- I didn't mean to interrupt you,

but I'm growing my own basil.

- OK, you in it.

- I, and again, didn't mean

to interrupt you. - No.

- Just smell it.

- Oh yeah, wow.

- It makes such a difference growing it

instead of buying it. - Do you actually water that

and all that stuff? - Bro.

I water that thing every day. - Oh my god, OK.

- So yeah, keep talking though

I didn't mean to interrupt you.

- You know, I mean, just like, it's just

you never really see Chicago pride T-shirts

or whatever like that, so I just figured I have my lane,

you know and it worked for me.

I went from being an intern at a store

to working at a store, now I own my own store,

so I think people like success stories of just like

seeing a person make it.

- If it's cool, do you mind

if I put this in the oven?

- Yeah, do your thing!

- Aight, bet.

- Come on let's get it.

- Oh! Joe.

- Oh my God. Let's get it.

- Joe come on, dawg. Look at that.

- You do your thing.

- I'm not playing with y'all, man.

- You did that.

- I'm dead serious for it.

- That looks good.

Is that shrimp?

What is that over there?

- I added some shrimp,

a little bit more basil.

- OK.

- Watch this, you ready?

- All right, look at them edges.

Oh yeah, sign me up.

- Come on, dawg.

- I'd damn about to eat this whole thing.

- Hold on. - Hey!

- I ain't even cut it!

- Come on, man. - Look, look, look.

First, let's just, just get

- There's shrimp in that right there, man?

- Just, just smell it real quick.

- Look at that.

Oh yeah.

- You heard the crunch, right?

- I heard it.

- OK, I'm just making sure

we're on the same page. - Heard that,

I heard that.

- Oh, come on, Joe.

- I damn about to steal that from you.

(Bleep) it, I'm sorry.

- This is your first piece

of Cliff's Detroit-style pizza.

- That's a good weight.

- Let's take a little toast.

- That's what I'm talkin' about.

- It's hot!

- Ready?

- Let me say this,

I'm really proud of you, bro.

I'm trying to find words to describe the beautiful taste.

This is just like really, really good pizza.

And you know what's crazy?

I'm not really a big crust guy, but this is just like,

it blends right into the pizza, it's good.

- Not to toot my own horn, but beep beep, mother (bleep).

- You said beep...

- I did that.

- I didn't even catch that.

- Look, I did it, man.

I'm glad you enjoyed it,

but we have some chefs to check out.

You wanna roll with me?

- Let's do it.

- Let's go.

My dawg.

Man, we are on our way.

You really brought a slice of pizza?

- I pulled this right out

my pocket, man.

'Boutta kill it here.

- Listen, I'm with it.

Basically, Joe, I wanna start from the beginning

with your story, and I wanna rewind the clock all the way

back to high school, I believe,

when you were selling the T-shirts?

- I think I was 16 and I made my first T-shirt.

I printed out images of all

the NBA players getting arrested.

I like ironed on all those mugshots on a shirt.

Wore it to school the next day and everybody went crazy,

and I was like, "Oh."

This is that moment I realized, oh I'm good at this.

- What was that feeling when you got

that first cease and desist.

- Man, got my first cease and desist from Rihanna.

It was like a damn, y'all know who I am?

You know? - Yeah, yeah.

- I did these hats, I wanna (bleep) Rihanna.

That's what the beanie said.

You know? - Yeah.

- It's kinda, you know,

it's hard to put that out now.

Celebrities wearing the hats, everybody wearing the hat.

Booming.

And then I got an email one day from her team

that said, "Hey, you gotta stop making these hats."

And I was like, "Holy (bleep) I made it!

Rihanna know about me!"

I was excited that somebody recognized me,

you know what I mean?

I just took them hats offline and the rest was history.

- What currently is inspiring you?

- I'm inspired by newness.

I like people that out here really creating.

I'm inspired by the youth.

The older I get, the younger

a lot of this stuff getting around me.

So, my biggest goal now is when I work with companies,

I try to tell them, "Hey how can we empower Chicago?

How can we do things to inspire the youth?"

You know, my whole thing right now is give back.

- Mhm.

- So like, there's not one person

that inspires me, it's like actions.

- Just talk about the importance of food to you.

- Aw man.

- Because it's important to me.

- I already know, it's important to us.

That's our relationship.

Like, food!

Man, you know food is a art.

I love food, I think Chicago, at least where I'm from,

we're one of the best food cities.

- I look at Chicago as one of the best food cities,

but at the same time, sometimes people sleep

when it comes to recognition. - Yeah, yeah.

- And that's why I say, Detroit is one of the most

slept-on food cities in the country.

But what are your favorite foods at the moment?

- I've been in a weird jerk chicken wave.

Like I've been going to different spots trying that dish.

- What do you know about this

underground cooking scene?

- One of my partners at the shop, Terrell,

he has a big thing where he tried to find

the Instagram chefs in each city.

'Cause it's a big thing.

You know, I don't really know too much about it like that,

but them places be looking good

when I go on my explore page!

- Let me break it down.

There are chefs across the country.

- OK.

- Who are going into business for themselves.

They're going on Instagram, showcasing what's on the menu

for either today or the next day, giving the price,

giving where you can pick it up and the number to call.

You call that number, you pull up,

you pay them for the food.

- Yeah. - You get a quality meal.

- Wow.

- So we're on out way to meet chef Tiffiany.

She had a job in the automotive industry.

- OK.

- And she was doing this food

on the side.

The business for her food picked up so much

that she left that automotive industry job

and started doing this food full-time.

- I love stuff like that. - And she's making some of

the best soul food-inspired dishes that I think I've seen.

Bro, check out her food.

- Let's see this.

I love wings that look like that.

You know that type of crisp?

- Bro, I think she has

some jerk chicken for us.

- Aw yeah.

- And from what I heard,

this is some of the best jerk chicken in the city.

Matter of fact, I think we just

pulled up to chef Tiffiany's place.

- All right.

- Well hello there!

How are you?

- I'm doing well, you?

- I can't complain, come on in.

- Thank you so much.

- Not a problem.

- You know how right before a wedding?

- Yeah. - You know, the groom is

not supposed to see the bride?

- Yeah.

- I feel like I took a peek. - Right.

- So to maintain

trying to avoid bad luck, I don't want to see anything

until the full plate gets on. - Hundred percent.

- You know what I'm saying?

What are you seeing?

What are you smelling, Joe?

Talk to me.

- I love the colors.

This smells like this is gonna be good already.

- Yeah.

- I'm just kinda ready to eat, you know?

- Yeah, I'm done talking your head off.

Is it cool?

- Yeah, I'm chill, you know.

- Let's partake.

- Aw yeah.

- You know the macaroni and cheese is so important.

This macaroni is so delicious.

Oh my goodness.

- What's that glaze?

'Cause that's like. - Yeah!

- The glaze... it's like...

- I know you not giving away secrets,

but can you entertain our guesses?

- I'll just tell you there's three ingredients in there.

Three simple ingredients, but I can't tell you what three.

- Aw! You gon' lead us on like that?

- You just gotta come back to me.

I'll make it for ya!

- Hit the jerk chicken.

We gotta do this together, man, we are a team.

- Mind you, that is all seasonings.

- Oh wow.

- There's no sauce on there.

That is a recipe I created on my own.

- Yo, let's go in on this chicken

real quick. - Yeah, yeah.

Let's do it, let's do it.

- See, it's the sweetness that gets ya.

Then the spicy come right behind it.

Can't you tell I love what I do?

I love what I do.

- Oh my goodness.

- There's a lot of love on that plate.

- Bro.

- I wanna get up and hug you.

- I know right? I'll take all hugs.

- Just give her a hug, dawg.

- I'm sorry. - I'll take all hugs!

- I'm getting all emotional now.

- I'm glad you enjoyed it!

You all right over there?

- Hey, drink some water.

- No, no...

- No sauce.

All seasonings.

All dry seasonings.

And that is baked, not grilled.

- Mhm.

- That's baked.

- Give me a description

on the jerk chicken.

- I mean, it's like an aftertaste.

I love when you taste something and then you taste

another part of it after you keep eating it.

- 'Cause you get, so with your chicken you get that sweet,

but then the heat on the back, but then there's a taste!

- That's love.

That's what that is, that's just love.

- Chef, you are diabolical.

- Falls off the bone.

- It falls off the bone.

- Those things that are on your plate

are actually my biggest sellers.

- You know you had an automotive industry job

and decided to go full-time with cooking.

- I've always loved to cook.

I've always loved to feed people.

You know what I'm saying, to see anybody just keep digging

and digging in they plate like that, that warms my heart.

I originally started cooking when I was like 9.

Peeling potatoes, cutting peppers for my grandma.

And then as I became a young lady,

my homegirls would come over so we'd have a big dinner.

So one of my homegirls suggested you should really,

you know, take off with the cooking thing.

And I was like, you think I cook that good?

I took a leave of absence from work

to see if me cooking full-time could cover my bills

and it worked for me.

So now I'm about to open up

a carryout restaurant really, really soon.

- This is amazing, chef.

- Yeah. - Thank you.

- And it's a blessing to even be

in your presence having food like this.

- Thank you so much.

You're gonna make me cry!

- I really mean it!

How have you used social media to your advantage

when it comes to promoting and pushing what you're creating?

- A lot of people find me through social media.

They definitely do.

Like I said, I think I have like 25K followers

or something like that, I don't know, I haven't checked.

- Ooh! - Oh, you lit.

- I haven't checked in quite some time.

- I haven't checked in some time.

- Well not to have a big head about it,

but yeah I have quite a good following.

I have people that, from the airport,

they come in flying here from Atlanta

coming to visit their family here,

and, "Oh I just wanna know what you're cooking today,

can I please try your food today?"

So it warms my heart.

Social media definitely plays a huge role in it.

- So speaking of, you know,

the role that social media plays.

Chef Cherelle.

- Yes.

- That's another chef.

I heard that that's a friend of yours.

- Yes. - And that's the chef

that we're going to see next.

- She is a sweetheart.

I love love love her.

And actually how we met is through social media.

She ordered some jerk wings from me.

Everybody talks about these jerk wings, so she's like,

"I'm gonna try 'em, let me try 'em."

So I bumped into her, gave her the jerk wings,

and she gave me some cupcakes.

Oh my God!

- Cheesecake cupcakes?

- Yes, they were to die for.

Did y'all try 'em yet?

- We're going to try it.

I think we're going to try her cheesecake for sure.

- Yeah, you're gonna love her.

She is the best, hands down, with the desserts.

- We're going to see Chef Cherelle.

Do you wanna join us?

- Of course I will!

You think I'm gonna miss that?

- Let's check out Chef Cherelle.

- Let's get it. - Alrighty.

- Is it cool if I could have a to-go box please?

- Yeah, please. - Yes, you can.

- Now chef, I wanna talk a little bit

just about the city and it's influence to how you cook

and that hustler spirit, the hustler's mentality, that

intangible trait that makes people go out there and get it.

- It seem like it's almost in the air.

It's a lot of entrepreneurs around here,

whether you're selling food, T-shirts, gym shoes.

It's deeper than just Detroit,

you know what I'm saying? - Yeah, yeah.

- It's Michigan.

We are true hustlers.

- Now how does that hustler's mentality

factor into your food?

- Everybody loves good food.

My product sells itself.

- It really...

After tasting it?

- Yeah.

- Come on now.

- You don't gotta do nothing.

What else you gotta do?

- It speaks for itself, you know.

- I feel like when you put something out,

it sells itself as well.

- Yeah, but food is different.

- Yeah.

- You can see my T-shirt and copy it,

and make it, and bootleg it.

You can't bootleg good food.

You could try.

- You could try!

- But like, even her corned beef was just like (bleep).

- Yeah, yeah, yeah.

- Where'd you get this from?

- I feel like if somebody tried to emulate her corned beef,

definitely if somebody tried to emulate those jerk wings,

I'd be like, "Nah."

- They can try, but it would just...

- I'd be like, "This ain't it, chief."

People don't know how to do that.

- Thank you!

- People don't know how to get that done.

- I love love love what I do.

I really, really do.

- When you have adversity, and when you have roadblocks,

and when you have, you know, the hater,

how do you both overcome those adversities?

- Haters and naysayers, that used to bother me

when I was younger, because the internet was just like

you can, you know, people could type anything

and just put it online.

So just like, you gotta look at your life, man.

I have a beautiful family.

I wake up every day loving what I do, that's the key thing.

- I don't know what those are.

I don't think I have any haters, everybody loves me!

- We're headed to see Chef Cherelle.

Now, she has amassed over 100,000 followers.

I've seen her sell out of cheesecake

in mere hours to minutes.

I mean she sells this cheesecake and it flies

off the shelves to the point where

she's going out of town to Ohio, Atlanta.

But thankfully she is here in Detroit,

and if I'm not mistaken,

we're about to pull up on her right now.

- Let's do it. - I can't wait!

Yummy.

- Ooh!

- Did you bring me some of them wings?

- I did not.

Blame them. - Yeah, yeah.

- Yeah, I'm sorry.

- Who ate your wings?

- Look, look, me!

- It was both of 'em.

- I did it.

Chef Cherelle, thank you so much

for allowing us to come here.

- You're welcome.

- Creative Cheesecake Collection.

You have to tell us, why cheesecake?

- It's a fan favorite.

I mean, everyone loves cheesecake.

- Listen, this is me not disagreeing with you at all.

- Thank you, thank you.

I mean I have 76 people who do not like cheesecake

and they only eat mine.

So, cheesecake.

- That's a testament to how what you're making is so good.

Can you tell us a little bit about how social media

has impacted the way that you sell

your product and your company.

- I actually used to be the person

that didn't like social media.

So when I actually started using it,

I was creating all types of different cheesecakes.

So deep-fried cheesecake wraps, and cheesecake cupcakes.

And people were kind of like... - "Look at me."

"We don't see that often," so it led me to here.

- Let's cut right to the chase.

Chef, tell us what's on the menu.

- All right, so today we have stuffed cheesecake strawberries.

- Hold on, these are different flavors

right now. - Yes, yes.

So we have the classic graham cracker crust, of course.

But we also have Fruity Pebbles, which is a fan favorite.

- OK.

- And then we have Oreo here

for you to try.

Oh look he started already.

- My bad, I'm like damn.

- Let's do a toast real quick.

- Little toast.

- Know what I'm saying, get it.

Oh, oh, oh.

- Ah! - OK.

- All right. - All right,

a little bite.

- Mmm.

- And we got napkins here.

- Mmm.

- Girl.

- Girl.

Ooh.

Ooh!

- Mmm!

- I don't even care that we're on camera, I gotta eat the whole thing.

- Yeah, yeah.

Joe, so whatchu taste, tell me what you think, man.

- I'm at a loss for words, man.

I've never tasted nothing like that before.

- Thank you.

- I'm really looking at

these Fruity Pebble ones.

- Mhm.

- One, two.

- C'mon man.

- Girl.

Mmm.

Girl.

You need a whoopin'.

You can taste all them ingredients, too.

- Chef, what?!

- Ain't nothing instant about this.

- Bro, I don't like Fruity Pebbles.

- I'm about to go bye bye.

- Oh you about to take that?

You better set that down.

- I'm about to go.

- Chef, what?

OK, we have some more we have to get into.

Tell us, tell us about these, so.

- All right so.

- What's next, chef?

- This is what I call a

large cheesecake pan.

You gotta get it with the cookie.

- Mmm.

Oh, I'mma eat this on my own.

- Right?

What's up, Cliff?

You gotta dance with it a little bit?

You know, you gotta dance, right?

- But chef, can you talk a little bit just about

what inspires you at this point?

- My children.

I actually wouldn't have even started my business

if it wasn't for my daughter, actually.

So, the world should all thank.

- OK.

- All should all thank my daughter.

- Thank you.

Look, we are talking to you.

Thank you.

You know I think that, people being able to see

somebody doing it, they can get inspired.

Whether it's the youth, whether it's somebody older than us,

younger than us, and the fact that on this episode,

we're featuring two strong, talented, black women,

I think that's a testament to...

- Oh, really. - That's true.

I don't mean the skills, but the techniques

that you've cultivated and I think that there's inspiration

to gain from whoever watches this.

Everything that y'all are doing is a testament

to the American Dream.

- Detroit has some of the most strong women entrepreneurs.

Everybody say it's a man's world, but I'm sorry.

- It's taken over.

- Detroit, it's all women. - All hustle.

- It's a women's world over here.

- You gotta understand, I love that energy,

'cause it's so needed.

Now, Joe. - You know.

- You started literally

from high school to selling T-shirts out of your garage

and now you're selling pieces all over the world.

Can you give advice for anybody that just

wants to go out there and get it.

- Just trust your heart.

When you're doing something that's so, you know,

not the norm from your community,

it's just like, you gotta know that you gonna have a lot

of naysayers saying that you, you know what I'm saying?

So, I think you gotta just stay grounded

and just kinda stay on the right path.

If this was easy, a lot of people would be doing

what we doing, you know?

So the fact that we made it this far, kinda shows that,

you know, we got the strength to keep going.

Know yourself, trust yourself, you'll be good.

- I love you.

- I love you too.

- I love him already.

- Chef, before we go.

A little birdy told me that

there's some Mason jars in there.

- Let me see.

- Yeah, yeah, there's some right here.

- Don't play with me.

- Oh! That's a lot in there! - Oh!

- You see that? - Come on. Aw yeah.

- Oh my goodness.

- Hold on, hold on, hold on.

Let me get my Price Is Right on real quick.

You brought out these Mason jars.

As we try them, I wanna ask you, chef, and you, chef,

on what advice do both of you have for anybody?

- If don't nobody else believe in you,

believe in yourself.

- Watch everyone, too, that you come in contact with.

One of my good customers, Keisha, turned into a great friend

who has done nothing but been a blessing in my life.

- I have to agree 110% but I can't get it out

'cause the cheesecake's so good!

- Yo!

Since we're all here,

is it cool that we all get a selfie together?

- Yeah, let's get a selfie!

- Please!

- I think we can do it in this corner.

Joe I think you might wanna take it from the angle.

- We all know what I'm talking about.

Got it.

Aye, look, look. - Super cute.

- Aye, that was cute.

- Thank y'all so much.

Poll Proves That A 70% Marginal Tax Rate Is Hugely Popular, NOT Extreme - Duration: 3:17.

Ever since representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez appeared on 60 minutes a few weeks ago saying

that we should increase the marginal tax rate in the United States back up to 70 percent

of Republicans have been losing their minds.

In fact, that is something they've actually been talking about nearly every single day.

Fox News has done segments on it, telling us that Ocasio-Cortez wants to take 70 percent

of our paychecks.

A former Wisconsin governor, Scott Walker had to get schooled by Ocozzio-Cortez on twitter

yesterday because he allegedly went and told a bunch of fifth graders that if they get

$10 for cutting their grandparents grass, their parents are going to take seven of it.

And that's how marginal tax rates work.

Uh, that's not how marginal tax rates work.

Marginal tax rate would only be on any income over $10,000,000 earned in a single year,

which would only affect about 16,000 people here in the United States anyway.

But that's not the point.

Republicans have been spreading misinformation about this since the day that Ocozzio-Cortez

went out there and told us that we need this and for the record, this marginal tax rate

that she suggested is actually much lower than what it had been for most of the 20th

century.

But here's the thing, and this is a positive.

This is a good thing.

The public is not buying into these republican lies about what the marginal tax rate actually

is.

They know better and they understand it.

And the proof of that is the poll that came out earlier this week showing that 59 percent

of people in this country actually do support a 70 percent marginal tax rate.

Fifty nine percent support it, break it down among party lines.

Uh, obviously Democrats are going to support it more.

Seventy one percent of Democrats support it.

Forty five percent of Republican support it.

So it doesn't have a majority of Republicans, but it's got 45 percent of them.

Almost half of Republicans also support this.

And as a whole, when you include independence, 59 percent of everybody says, hell yeah, let's

tax the rich to pay for these social programs, these progressive programs that we desperately

need in the United States today.

That is huge.

The fact that most people in this country are out there saying, you know what?

I like that 70 percent marginal tax rate.

Maybe we could've bumped it up a few numbers higher, maybe 75, maybe 80 percent if necessary.

But the point is the Republican talking points are failing and here yet again, Ocozzio-Cortez

has put forward a plan that most called radical and extreme.

That turns out to be 100 percent mainstream.

This is what the American public wants.

Just like tuition free college, just like Medicare for all, just like a green new deal,

just like a $15 minimum wage.

They want these proposals.

They are not extreme.

They are mainstream.

And the people out there attacking them saying that we shouldn't do that.

Those are the people who are now the fringe of us politics.

🍽️ Best Eating Guide To Permanent Fat Loss - PART 2 - Duration: 12:38.

Hi, it's Dr Sam Robbins,

Today I'm going to give you the best eating guide to permanent fat loss.

This is part 2.

I urge you to please watch part 1 first, which was called "The Real Secret To Permanent

Fat Loss".

And there's a link to that video below, in the description area.

So, assuming you've watched part 1, I'm going to just dive right in and get started.

The Best EATING Plan For FAT Loss Today I'll be discussing the best EATING

plan.

Nothing to do with exercise, stress management, your mind set or supplements.

That's in the next series of videos

Secondly, your focus MUST always be on FAT loss and NOT "weight" loss.

Most people do lose weight with most "plans", but it's typically mostly water and valuable

muscle loss.

It starts off as fat loss, but quickly your body adapts, your hormones fall part and then

the muscle starts to disappear at a rapid pace.

This is NOT what you want.

This is why over 97% of diets fail.

This is why most people gain all the weight back and more, most of it being fat.

Remember, genetics aside -- you look and feel based primarily on your hormones.

Best For YOU

As mentioned in part 1, the best "diet" or "eating" plan is one that YOU can follow

consistently, week after week, month after month, year after year.

This takes into account lots of factors -- genetics, hormones, personality type, goals, etc.

And that's why today's eating guide will give you flexibility, which will work into

YOUR lifestyle.

Remember, if something requires too much willpower, time, effort or money - it won't be followed

long term.

And thus, today I'm going to focus more on the proven shortcuts that are going to

make fat loss happen much faster and easier for you.

And the word "proven" means something that's backed with scientific evidence and

data.

However, much more importantly for me, what's proven to work in the REAL world, for MOST

people, MOST of the time - LONG TERM.

I don't care about what happens in the short run… which can be 1 month to even a couple

of years.

I don't care about the exceptions to the rules.

I ONLY care about what is doable and maintainable long-term, safely, for MOST people.

With my professional athletes, celebrity and private clients, I can cause utterly fascinating

and dramatic changes… shocking results!

However, they have resources that most people don't have.

Thus, they're the exceptions to the rules.

With that said, let's get started.

Don't Drink Your Calories You must stop immediately drinking anything

with calories!

This includes, but not limited to:

All juices (fruit, etc.) Sodas

Alcohol (yes, WINE too!)

Protein shakes and "smoothies" Coffee "drinks", etc.

These are easily one of the worst things you can do to your body and contribute to the

most fat gain.2,3

You can easily consume hundreds of calories in minutes, when it's liquid.

But, it would take many minutes to EAT and CHEW the same in whole, food calories.

Besides all of these calorie drinks are primarily made of sugar.

It'll shoot up your blood sugar and insulin levels, causing the calories to be stored

as fat.

Plus, you'll get hungry much faster.

I'm tired of people thinking they're healthy having some "green drink" which consists

of a few vegetables and tons of fruit juices, powders, this and that.

Trust me, you'll do much better chewing your food.

You'll stay fuller, longer You'll maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

You'll have more, long-term energy Plus, chewing and digesting whole foods burns

more calories.

Instead, have lots of water and some tea and organic coffee.

In fact, drinking a glass of water 30 minutes before meals, can increase your fat loss by

44% over 3 months.1

It's boring, but it works!

And trust me, once you stop drinking your calories, your cravings for such foods goes

away within a couple of weeks

Don't Use Condiments, Creams and Sauces Sadly, people don't even think twice about

using Ketchup, BBQ sauce, dressings, creams and similar items.

They are dense in hidden calories, especially sugars and fats.

This also includes agave nectar, honey and similar items.

It's not natural.

I know someone will say, "but honey is natural and found in nature".

YES, it is … but our ancestors had some like ONCE a year and then went into a sugar

coma afterward.

Honestly, just eliminating these two -- liquid calories and sauces/dressings, will make a

huge difference in most people's lives and will quickly lead to fat loss, more energy

and better health.

No Packaged Foods

I also want you to eat your foods in their natural states.

Eat mostly whole and unprocessed foods.

Thus, do your best to stay away from packaged foods.

Foods that come in a box or are man-made, even if they seem healthy, aren't.

They have lots of calories and full of ingredients designed to increase your appetite and cause

you to eat more and thus, buy more of the product.

Trust me, the food manufacturers are worse than the pharmaceutical companies at creating

addiction.

There are over 1000 ingredients that can simply be listed as, "natural" on the label,

even though they aren't.

They can cause negative hormonal changes and increase cravings, food addictions and allergies.

I know that they are convenient and easy - but, try your best to limit packaged foods.

Eat Your Food Slowly

Speed is very important when it comes to fat loss.

The slower you eat your food, the longer you chew your food, the faster you'll lose fat.

In fact, "fast" eaters are up to 115% more likely to be obese, versus slower eaters.4

Remember how I stated earlier that hormones are the key to everything, including fat loss.

By chewing better and eating more slowly, your body will optimize numerous fat burning

and appetite suppressing hormones (ghrelin, CCK, PYY, cortisol, insulin, IGF, GLP-1).5-7

This can all get very complicated.

Needless to say, about 20 minutes into your meal, your body starts to make these positive

changes and thus, slow it down and enjoy your meal.

I know we are all in a rush these days - but, take your time - it's good for your body

and mind.

Eat Better Quality Macronutrients

There are 3 macronutrients, which I'm sure you've heard of: Protein, Fats & Carbohydrates.

You should eat all 3.

But the quality and type, the proportions, timing and combinations are what matters.

Protein: So, let's start with the most important

being protein.

Protein is made up of amino acids, essential and non-essential.

Protein comes from vegetable and animal sources.

IF you're a vegan, make sure you combine your carbohydrates properly, so you get BOTH

the essential and non-essential.

You can also supplement your diet with vegetable protein powder sources such as rice, pea,

hemp, and lots of other ones.

Make sure you also take B12

If you eat animal, then the best sources of protein are from land, sea and air.

Thus:

LAND: grass fed, pasture raised bison and beef

SEA: wild caught salmon and trout AIR: pasture raised chicken and whole eggs

These are my favorite sources and types.

Most people, at least in America, eat too much protein and typically wrong kind or form.

There is a world of difference between regular beef vs grass fed (raised and finished) beef.

Just as there's a massive difference between farm raised fish, vs wild caught.

Pay more for better, healthier, quality protein sources.

Just eat less if money is an issue.

Quality is more important than quantity.

FAT Just like protein, we have essential fatty

acids.

Fat is very important for your body, hormones and brains.

And, just like protein, most people are getting too much fat from the WRONG sources.

Please stay away from all the toxic, fake vegetable and seed oils, such as canola, soybean,

corn, sunflower, sesame, cottonseed and so forth.

They are very high in inflammatory, cancer causing, body fat producing Omega-6 fats.

Also, no trans fats either - such as margarine and hydrogenated oils.

It's best you don't cook or heat your fats as well, unless it's a saturated fat

such as coconut and butter ghee.

The best types of fats are from fresh avocados, pasture raised whole eggs, fatty fish such

as salmon and anchovies, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, flax and macadamia nut oil.

Even though small amounts of raw nuts are healthy, they are very high in calories.

I suggest you don't eat them.

Carbohydrates Finally, we have everyone's favorite food

- carbohydrates.

One thing to keep in mind is that unlike protein and fats, there are NO "essential" carbohydrates.

You CAN live life without any carbs.

Thus, a very high fat, ketogenic diet -- which for most people, I'm totally against.

However, you should eat some carbohydrates daily, especially if you exercise.

However, the type, source and quantity are what matters.

Again, do away with all man-made carbohydrates.

This includes anything that comes in a box, pastas, cereals, breads, etc.

I would eliminate all grains, except maybe small amounts of white rice and I'd eat

this after exercise.

Good carbs are most vegetables - get colorful here.

This also includes pumpkin and squash.

Yams and sweet potatoes.

Legumes, such as lentils and black beans.

Maybe some quinoa.

Small amounts of whole fruits, especially those that are in season.

However, berries are the best.

And, that's it.

Sorry to be blunt, but fatter you are, the less carbs you should eat.

The more muscle you have, the more you exercise, the more carbs you can eat.

Especially after exercise.

Now you know what proteins, fats and carbs you should eat and stay away from.

Order Matters

When eating your meals, eat your protein, fats and vegetable first and finish off with

the carbohydrates.

This optimizes your hormones.

In regards to how many calories you should eat, how often, etc…

This is complicated because I don't know your starting point or anything else about

your.

However, the goal is to eat less calories, than your burn.

Making the changes and improvements I've listed today, will allow you to eat less total

calories, but more FOOD quantity and nutrients.

You'll have more energy, feel less hungry and have far better hormones.

THIS alone will cause long-term fat loss, without feeling deprived.

Change is always difficult at the beginning.

However, once you start to SEE and FEEL the positive results, you'll notice that it's

really not that difficult.

After a few weeks, this will all just be a part of your daily lifestyle.

You won't even give it much thought.

It'll get easier and easier.

It will NOT require will power.

You're not going to feel deprived.

You can still go out, eat with friends and feel normal.

You're not going to feel stressed out.

And yes, it's perfectly fine to eat some junk once in a while.

Just go right back to your new eating plan the next meal and stay consistent.

However, I do have a very powerful bonus tip.

If you want to speed up the results… decrease your appetite… increase your energy levels

and optimize your primary fat-burning hormones, then make sure you visit the link below in

the description area.

You can utilize a 20 year proven solution that's helped thousands of people around

the world, lose fat -- young and old, men and women.

Plus, you can watch another video about why 97% of diet and exercise programs fail.

So go ahead and visit the link below, while it's fresh on your mind and turn on your

"fat burning genes"!

Could Beto O'Rourke Win In 2020? - Duration: 6:51.

Beto.

Beto! Beto! Beto! Beto!

Robert Francis 'Beto' O'Rourke.

You might have heard of him.

He took the national stage by storm in 2018,

when he ran against Republican Ted Cruz in a race for the US Senate.

O'Rourke only narrowly lost to Senator Cruz,

in what should have been a walk in the park for the Republican in the safe red state of Texas.

Now people can't stop talking about the young, three-term congressman from El Paso,

and despite that Senate loss,

speculation that he could challenge Trump for the presidency in 2020 has reached a fever pitch.

O'Rourke should absolutely 100% be running for the Democratic presidential nomination in two years time.

But who is he, and does Trump need to watch his back?

Beto O'Rourke was born on September 26 1972 in El Paso, Texas.

He's a fourth-generation Irish American but was called Beto by his family to

distinguish him from his grandfather Robert.

"Beto" is a common Spanish nickname for Roberto.

O'Rourke attended Columbia University and during the early 90s

enjoyed a brief music career, touring around the US and Canada as part of

the punk band called Foss, and playing drums for another: Swedes.

After a varied career taking on such roles as live-in nanny and art mover,

in 1998 O'Rourke returned to El Paso to tackle the city's "brain drain"

and founded an internet services and software company called Stanton Street Technology.

Always interested in how to make the lives of those in El Paso better,

O'Rourke ran for City Council in 2005 and won.

His tenure was defined by a number of progressive initiatives

including developing a depressed area of the city into a business district,

and calling for the repeal of ineffective marijuana laws as well as reexamination of the 'War on Drugs'.

In 2012 he ran for Congress and won with 65% of the vote, winning again in 2014 and 2016.

O'Rourke believes in term limits, and declined to run for reelection in 2018.

He also promised if he was ever elected to the Senate he would only serve 12 years or two terms.

Beto O'Rourke became more widely known in 2018, when he was announced as the Democratic candidate

challenging incumbent Republican senator Ted Cruz in the Midterm elections.

This is what you can expect over the course of this debate.

Senator Cruz is not going to be honest with you, he's gonna make up positions and votes

that are never held or have ever taken, he's dishonest.

It's why the President called him lying Ted and it's why the nickname stuck because it's true.

His youth, Kennedy-esque looks, and successful use of social media

put him in stark contrast to a man even Republicans allegedly don't like all that much.

Are we sideways? Someone call and because at least on your computer screen we're sideways.

Emily you're now broadcasting yourself.

The state race caught attention nationwide,

with many of O'Rourke speeches, such as his response to the NFL protests, going viral.

And so nonviolently, peacefully.

While the eyes of this country are watching these games they take a knee to

bring our attention and our focus to this problem to ensure that we fix it.

That is why they are doing it and I can think of nothing more American than to

peacefully stand up or take a knee for your rights,

any time, any where, any place.

How could it be in this day and age, in this very year, in this community.

That a young man, African-American in his home apartment

is shot and killed by a police officer and when...

when we all want justice and the maps and the information to make an informed decision.

What is released to the public? That he had a small amount of marijuana in his kitchen.

How can that be just in this country?

How can we continue to lose the lives of unarmed black man in the United States of America

at the hands of white police officers?

That is not justice, that is not us.

That can and that must change, are you with me on this?

Senator Cruz went on to win the election by three points

but that did not stop the O'Rourke Express,

which by that time had already left the station and was gathering steam.

I am forever changed in the most profoundly positive way.

I am forever grateful to every single one of you for making this possible.

I believe in you, I believe in Texas, I believe in this country.

His progressive ideas on immigration and healthcare have fired up grassroots activists,

many of whom didn't fall neatly into red or blue categories.

For his part O'Rourke has attempted to play down the 2020 chatter,

but has recently met with former president Barack Obama, and also said this:

Amy and I made a decision not to rule anything out.

Beto O'Rourke may be a rare case of someone winning by losing.

His national appeal is difficult to comprehend right now but he's a popular figure in Texas,

particularly with young voters.

He's also demonstrated that he can raise money, which is crucial for any presidential run.

Let's talk about Beto O'Rourke for a second because he raised more than 38 million dollars

in the third quarter which our Mark Murray pointed out is more than Barack Obama

raised in the quarter right before Iowa and New Hampshire in 2008 which is a...

obviously there's some differences in online fundraising now but that's a

pretty stunning number.

O'Rourke is something of an anti-establishment figure though:

young, liberal, and with plenty of grassroots support.

And while that might be a good thing, historically Democrats tend to go for the establishment candidate:

Bill Clinton over Jerry Brown, John Kerry over Howard Dean, Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders.

Beto's skateboarding outsider persona may work against him,

but he's a serious contender and could be a force to be reckoned with

in what is lining up to be a crowded field of Democrats.

Bernie Sanders in particular, should be worried.

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa confirms he has spied on EVERY TEAM this season - Duration: 4:27.

The EFL have launched a formal investigation into the Leeds spying saga, which saw Bielsa send a member of staff to watch Derby's training session

Frank Lampard was furious with the Leeds boss, claiming he should be sanctioned. Bielsa took all responsibility for the member of staff watching the Derby session

The Leeds boss called an emergency press conference on Wednesday evening, with many claiming Bielsa was about to resign

However, the Argentine wanted to discuss the spy saga in depth. And in his press conference, Bielsa confirmed he has sent spies to watch his rivals all season, claiming Derby wasn't a one off

"I am going to make it easy for the investigation of the league. I will give them what they need," he said

"I assume the fact that my behaviour is observed. I observed all the rivals and we watched all the training sessions of the opponents before we played against them

"My goal is to make the investigation easier. "I don't think this will make it worse what they're looking for than what I am saying right now

By doing that I assume the possible sanctions they will give me." Derby boss Lampard, who watched his side lose 2-0 at Leeds on Friday night following spy gate, slammed Bielsa's actions

However, while Bielsa says his actions were not illegal, the Leeds boss says he will adapt to life in English football

"Regarding what I've done, it's not illegal. It's not specified, it's not described, it's not restrained

We can discuss it, it's not seen as a good thing, but it's not a violation of the law," he added

"I know that not everything that's legal is not right to do. You have many things that are legal, but not right, This is true as the fact that all the wrong things you do are not done with bad intention

"I did it because it was not illegal. Of course, I have a point of view but it does not mean mine is right

"Frank Lampard said he doesn't believe I have bad intentions. He believes that I violated the fair play spirit

So I have to adapt to the rules that are linked to the habits of English football

" The EFL's statement on the spy saga read: "The EFL has today written to Leeds United requesting their observations in regard to an incident that took place in the vicinity of Derby County's training ground on Thursday 10 January, 2019

"It follows a complaint from Derby County who allege that an individual, acting under the instruction of Leeds United, sought to observe a private training session the day before the two clubs were due to meet in the Sky Bet Championship

"The EFL has now determined that it is appropriate to consider this matter in the context of a number of EFL regulations whilst also noting that the alleged actions appear to contravene the Club's Charter that all EFL clubs agreed to in summer 2018

"The decision to progress this matter to a formal investigation comes as a result of the club's manager, Marcelo Bielsa, admitting to instructing an individual to undertake the acts being complained of in a television interview broadcast on Sky Sports on Friday, January 11, 2019

"The Football Association has also confirmed they are considering the same matter in line with its own rules and the EFL will work with its FA counterparts to ensure that any potential action taken does not prejudice those investigations being undertaken

" Leeds, who are currently top of the Championship table, face Stoke this weekend
